Since I don't see another Moral Orel thread anywhere else on this site, I'll be taking shitty doodle requests here since my hyperfixation for this series is crazy Reposting because I somehow accidentally spoilered the image without even pressing the button lol

>>474707 i prefer kevin spencer way more than fugget about it. it's not trying to be like the simpsons or family guy, and it avoids fustrating story beats.
one of the things i really like about this show is that the family is one of the most dysfunctional i've ever seen. it throws away a lot of the thoughtful and wholesome traits people expect and delves into madness influenced by smokes and cough syrup. percy, anastasia, and kevin all hate each other in many ways.
>>481707 Thanks for the detailed reply. Very helpful. Black Island looks like the more interesting of the two books, but I'll check out the Congo one first.

So in tribute to everyone's favorite Klonoa fan's passing, I've decided to storytime a rare official comic from a site that no longer exists. You can find an archive of it here: https://klonoa.the-comic.org/ RIP Matthew Perry, may you play your favorite game with your pants around your ankles in the next life
>Invincible Season 3 ended >Creature Commandos Season 1 ended >Common Side Effects Season 1 ended What's left to look forward to? There was a thread before the crash pointing out how the board seemed to be pretty dead and I'm genuinely curious if we blew our load on animation too early this year. Say what you want about the constant Invincible threads, they were still life to the board.
... message too long. Click here to view the full post.
>hardly anyone noticed the new Wallace & Gromit movie came out >The Day the Earth Blew Up couldn't even make back its $15m budget >a movie about a dog's balls is the only possibly good animated film at all going forward The absolute state of animation.
>>474606 Everybody wants to make "high quality" Netflix shows these days, but really those things blows, it's so stiff and souless. I can't stand MIR and their copycats anymore.
Asterix & the Big Fight. Was pretty fun, looks just like the comic. They added some new plot lines and characters and started by adding the prequel comic about Obelix falling into the magic potion as episode 1, but it was still really funny. Same team as those who made Mansions of the Gods, I think. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14164922/?ref_=watch_wls_rvi_i_2
Dumped by his girlfriend, fired from his job, and newly homeless, hapless everyman Donald Duck's fortunes appear to flip when he inherits the dilapidated, but antique-engorged estate of his great-grandfather, Clinton Coot. Along with his fellow heirs, Donald wastes no time in trying to profit from the horde of priceless artefacts, only to be dragged kicking and screaming into an immense and deadly cosmic war.
>>418126 This was a pretty generic and mediocre show, with nice animation. Completely misses the point of using Disney characters known for their comedic talents though... might as well have been a generic adventure show without Disney. And a big step back for the triplets compared to DuckTales since they are all interchangeable, the female one that is. Still it had some nice bird ladies, especially Quetzalcouatl. Never could get into it, worst part is the villain who is just generic "want to get rich" guy without any dimensions. Shows how much a show needs good writing, good animation is nice but won't cut it.
