Because IC0n for reasons which sadly haven't been fully explained yet isn't fully aware of her position or abilities. By some method shes been tricked/reprogrammed/??? into being more humanlike and more controllable than she actually is. We see in the last short that she detects Krow and IC313n, so there's definitely some kind of unconscious way that cube-spliced entities network together but its equally clear that they are not a unified hive mind, if all cubes are on the same side and seamlessly know eachother's thoughts then there'd be no reason for him and IC313n to attack IC0n at all, he could just beam over "Hey this guy isn't the admin actually, kill him l0l"
Perhaps whatever was done to IC0n severed that setup, rendering each spliced entity down into an isolated individual again.
Kirie's desk notes also mention a divergent strain, so there isn't unity in spliced entities even if you assumed they were networked seamlessly, there are a minimum of two strains. Since IC0n is the Origin Cube and all other splices EXCEPT Kirie share her aesthetic we can safely assume that they all come from her. Kirie and the creature that infect her are the odd ones out, they're the only two splices whos transformation is a distorted skeletal monster, so the two of them are probably our "Divergent Strain".
Circling back around to the hidden text in the vending machine, this could be the divergent strain entity wanting to re-merge with her, it could also be an imperative/threat that all divergent strain splices experience from the Origin Cube, they are being callback pinged but are not compelled to return to their source.
A much weaker and less interesting explanation would be "Its just a cheeky Liam easteregg lmao" but I don't find that satisfying, without clarification I choose to believe its an artifact that is a part of Kirie's actual memories and not just a meta easteregg, and ...
