What would a factor reject drone look like? I would say Cyn but her body was probably just heavily damaged or the body being a literal puppet was what caused it to look all janky

This is part of the reason why Zombie Drones are so rare, because it's extremely unlikely for the AI core failsafe to fail and most Humans probably actually followed Drone disposal guidelines - except the Elliots.
But yeah. The Worker Drones DO have a self destruct, but the entire reason Zombie Drones can occur is because (like any system) it is possible it can fail under specific circumstances.
