REMATCH OF THE CENTURY: SUPERMAN VERSUS LEX LUTHOR! Superman and Superwoman are still reeling from their epic battles against Doomsday and Time Trapper, but a bigger problem just appeared… Lex is back! Lex’s memory was erased during the House of Brainiac arc, but now Superman’s greatest enemy has returned with a twist, and he’s ready for a fight to control Supercorp and Metropolis. Is this the end of Supercorp?! Prepare for a shocking oversize issue that celebrates the last two years of Superman, connects to the Summer of Superman, and sets up a brand-new storyline
>>481138 the principle seemed kinda stupid mercy calling that thing the 'true' lex or the 'lex i remember' is more than stupid it just seemed like a mindless, let's have chatgpt write some machine villain idiocy, that of course jobs really quickly by being blasted very easily
>>480744 >>480356 That's the problem with modern story-telling. The plots (Skyfall, parts of Games of Thrones, huge parts of Doctor Who and Sherlock, any MCU shit, most of fucking Young Justice, etc.) all devolve to the season long, arc long, movie long big bad being a fucking three-D chess player fifteen gazillion moves ahead of the hero/heroes - until he isn't. It's tedious. And fucking boring by repetition.
>>480361 >>480362 the pencil and ink art is nice, but they should have done some spot color, some duotone in a few spots you can see in the end panel tag on the second page how effective just a tiny bit spread out in different primary colors (just red yellow blue and I guess that green) would have been just a tad bit more effective
>>481465 Kipo's transforming thing was pretty cool. Nice one Drawfug. Slim lithe proportions fitting a jaguar girl. A little unrelated but some are trying to rebuild /dlc/ over on 8 chan's /trash/ board. Figured you'd want to know.
As the title says. This is a general Disney thread. Where we will talk about: (mini)series, movies, comics, etc... Past, Present and Future. Accepted: Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars. And crossovers (including non). But less content. Don't forget to post fanart.
>>481403 In the live action musical it’s actually about Marcella, and raggedy Ann comes to life to help her find a cure or something, it was weird Rag Dolly In The USSR, A Documentary Also, not exactly related, but I hate seeing new fans have Ann being gay as a major head canon, it’s so lame
>>481406 No promises since I'll need to learn how to sew but maybe I'll come back in a few years with a rag dolly to call my own and necrobump the thread. >>481427 It is such a sad story. I really need to watch the musical some day. Suddenly it's Spring is also about a very ill little girl although they gave her a different name and I sort of doubt that was on accident. >I hate seeing new fans have Ann being gay as a major head canon, it’s so lame I guess I get it but making it a love thing really cheapens Ann forgiving Babette despite everything that she did. She would do the same for any of Marcella's toys because it is just in her nature to care about others.
>>481433 > few years with a rag dolly to call my own and necrobump the thread Please do anon, that would be very nice > really cheapens Ann forgiving Babette despite everything that she did. She would do the same for any of Marcella's toys because it is just in her nature to care about others. Exactly, which is obviously what the movie was trying to show. Babette was just an extension of Ann’s general kindness, nothing romantic there, though again, it’s just a dumb headcanon
If I bisected him perfectly down the middle with a six foot by six foot blade would the two halves each heal into a Wolverine? Could I get infinite Wolverines this way?
In these trying times let us remember better things. I started rewatch of this recently and have been enjoying it immensely. Coincidentally I'm doing a first time read through of Amazing Spider-Man from issue #1 and I was surprised at how well some of the episodes adapt the comics, particularly with the Scorpion.
