This board is for hosting tournaments and other organized competitions, be it either events, contests, or anything where a winner must be determined through votes or otherwise. Just for this board, image duplicates are enabled and the bump limits are set extra high. Roleplaying is encouraged, unless event hosts ask otherwise.
>13115 >13117 What do you have against randomized brackets other than NightShift was the one who implemented them? Also it's not a popular opinion, a lot of people were happy with them since it eliminated a lot of the metagaming that Ms. /co/ had.
I represent to you the King of /an/imals and Tyrant of /an/imals.
Why do I say this is the easiest tournament to be hosted? That's because there are only two types of animals we can hold a tournament for and that's for extant and extinct animals. There are no character rules, no franchise rule, mods in /an/ are the chillest of the bunch. While the board itself is slow, it can domino effect into a sprawling thread and the memes are nearly endless and metagaming genuinely blows /v/ and /co/ out of the water.
Literally the only things that are needed for this tournament is this: >It should be an animal

Not wanting to host one but willing to ask the mods here, can anons hold video game tournaments here? Like a Street Fighter V tournament or a Marvel Vs Capcom tournament, a Multiversus tournament, hell I'll even participate in a Them's Fighting Herds and Skullgirls tournament. If yes what would be the guidelines?
>>34553 Don't have the 2k games but I think this would be fun as fuck to do, if time consuming. Just making the entrances, theme, stats, move-set and taunts ect. Have it be either a royal rumble or king of the ring thing. I guess it's something to add to the ever more crowded tourney waiting room.
