This board is for hosting tournaments and other organized competitions, be it either events, contests, or anything where a winner must be determined through votes or otherwise. Just for this board, image duplicates are enabled and the bump limits are set extra high. Roleplaying is encouraged, unless event hosts ask otherwise.

this could be disputed in the thread but I believe that groups consisting of 2 or more artists should be allowed, as in music they're heard as one cohesive unit when preforming together, and some members never leave a group to make a solo career.

I unironically seen this idea float in /mu/ independently several times over the years I’ve lurked in there. Tho most usually include a certain genre and period with a really small contestant number. Having a 128 contestant with bands and solo artists in would give most people in /mu/ a fucking heart attack.

*blink* Welcome back. Here is your cast, this time we are doing Pirates code, my favourite. We start at 7pm est, April, 4 tomorrow. The Co-op champions have been added to the cast. You can notice I've removed RadioAnon and DeathWatch Announcers (for now). I'll tell you what this means, it means with the increasing number of winners this year I shall adjust this to 48 tributes. They will come back but this doesn't mean they are safe of being replaced again when the following champions this year are revealed.

I've been counting the number of champions this year and this is what I got:

Welcome all to the Murder Games! The purpose of this tournament is to give any of your nominee a second chance to get a win. For each character added to this tournament, the game randomly gives them perks and items that will come in handy, although other times can backfire horribly. The game is simple, everything is a simulation where all the characters fight each other to death. The rules are simple:
>The winner is excluded, only 127 characters will participate
>The transition between posting rounds will be around 7-8 minutes so anons present can discuss anything about the previous slide
>Peace slides are posted faster
>The Elite can participate
>The last character standing alive is the winner
