Without specific spoilers, Elizabeth 011 is both far less human than Kirie and far less willing to play nice with a handler than IC-313n.

Stuff like this makes me wonder why they haven't made any merch of the real Tessa, considering how easy it would be to design it when you already have the Cynwalker for plushes and figurines, Remove the tentacles and patches (which would make it easier to make), swap the eyes and mouth for normal ones and maybe recolour it.

I think you should put your character in the root of the wiki and call it a day to be honest. Anything related to it like greens can go under it, like a sub page. There can be a page like Characters that can link all of them in a nice sorted fashon.
Having too many nested stuff might be confusing for some people so might as well have it be in the root. The links would be short too.
