Reposting because I posted it pretty much before the server happening happened Dark Jazz | Noir Music Sessions | Relax Music >It's another dreary day on Copper-9 for you, Detective Sarah. No not that one the other Sarah >The underwear bandit is still at large >Anon that tall cut of sexy human meat is standing next to you >You're kneeling over the body of one of the residents of outpost 2 >They've had a string of murders and you're the only detective on the planet so they called you over >Poor bastard on the floor has a screwdriver lodged into his visor up to the handle, died instantly >You take a drag on your totally necessary cigarette and stand back up "It's a damn shame. Kid coulda lived a full life but some loon got to him. Anon, what do you think happened? Spurned lover? Unpaid debts? Revenge?" >Anon looks down at you >"I think he tripped and stabbed himself on that screwdriver." "Why's that?" >"Because his hand is still holding the handle and there's an extension cord wrapped around his ankles." >Oh >He's right "Nah that's too simple, there's gotta be more to this." >"Why don't we just check the security footage?" "B-but that'll ruin the suspense and intrigue!" >Anon, that hot hunky human, lets out a frustrated sigh >"Fucking LARPing drones." >Anon grabs you and pulls you over to the security office and barges his way in >The security guard was sitting in her chair watching cat videos and eating donuts when he came in >>"Hey you can't be back here!" >"Fuck off, official investigation going on. We need the footage from last night on hallway C6." >The guard groans and gets up from her chair and trudges over to bring up the footage on screen >>"Coulda asked nicely. Dick." >You and the others watch the footage on 16X speed >Anon puts it back to normal speed when he sees the victim walking down the halls >You watch on bated breath, waiting for am assailant to leap out and murder him >The guard takes a bite of another donut >The victim trips on an extension cord that was laying around in the middle of the hall while holding a screwdriver, gets his legs tangled and trips, impaling himself on the screwdriver >Anon gives you a "I told you so" look "W-well what about the other murders?" >The next hour was soent watching more security camera footage >And every single death recorded was some sort of accident >Ome drone was leaning on a guardrail and fell over, cracking her head open form a two story fall in the storage area >One drone got caught in some industrial machinery and got mangled to death >One drone got impaled by half a dozen rebar falling from improperly secured supplies >Every single death was a stupid accident >You pout and slump down in your seat >"How the fuck do you drones have so many OSHA violations?! Isn't this shit programmed into you little retards?!" >>"Well yeah but most of us deleted that stuff to make space." >Anon face palms >You and anon go home >You lock yourself in your room and go to your stash of anons stolen underwear and take a deep soothing breath of his scent >One day, you'll get to solve a proper mystery >With intrigue, tension and romance >And hopefully one day you'll get to smooch Anon

>The air in the bunker is suffocating. Something rotten in the air. There’s always something rotten in the air when there are so many unsolved mysteries and questions surrounding this bunker. >However, the events of yesterday have crushed whatever sense of normalcy there is. >A murder. A Worker Drone has been found dead in their apartment, drained of all their oil and organs missing. >While everyone else here may be ignorant of the poor soul who has been sent to the world beyond, you’re more methodical. Logical. >You could have written them off as being eaten by mother, dad or Auntie V but your investigations and the whispers of the wind tell your gut that this is more…personal. >This could have been just your run-of-the-mill murder but you feel a strange connection to this particular case. It’s hard to explain but you feel like you know the person who did it. >Even though the office stinks of alcohol, smokes and the horrible, grizzly truths that lay underneath the bunker, you feel a sense of safety. The only place in the world where nothing can touch you. >The door to your office swings open, the bell ringing, announcing the arrival of someone you care for. Beretta. Your sister. She doesn’t immediately enter but looks at you like you’re crazy and you’re certain that— >”You’re talking to yourself again.” >Wait, what? >Your eyes get blinded when the light is turned on. You hiss and shield yourself as you adjust to the sudden brightness. Beretta has flipped the switch next to the door then looks at you with an expression that questions everything you’re doing. “And why do you always sit in the dark like this?” >You sigh in defeat and run your hands down your face. “I’m a detective, sister. A detective needs a gritty aesthetic to be effective, you know?” >Beretta rolls her eyes at you and then walks over to the desk, sitting on the chair across from you. “You wanted to talk with me?” >You nod. “It’s about the murder from yesterday. How are you doing? Are the kids okay?” >”Things are okay, I guess. Kurt and Chiappa are fine as well.” >”Really? They’re doing okay?” >”Yeah. Yeah.” Beretta nods. >”The murder didn’t spook them or anything? Did they look nervous?” >Beretta looks to the side for a moment as she thinks then looks back at you. “This morning…they were acting very weird. Kurt looked like he was acting like something was gonna pounce at him. He was constantly glancing around and at us almost like he did something bad. Chiappa was also unusually quiet. She usually talks with us every morning but this time she was eerily quiet and looked quite shaken. I asked them if there’s something wrong and Kurt said that Chiappa had a nightmare but didn’t elaborate. I asked him what it was about but he just looked at his cereal and Chiappa looked like she was about to cry.” Beretta sighs and rubs her hands. “I didn’t want to upset them further so I stopped pressing them about it.” >You nod as you’re writing what she’s saying about them on a paper. Beretta looks at the paper and points at it. “What are you doing?” >”Writing what you’re saying.” >”Wait, is this a witnes—” >You put the paper and pen down then make a calming gesture at her. “It’s not a witness testimony. I take notes of everything I hear. You never know what you’re writing is gonna be useful. >”Okaaay?” Beretta says with an uneasy tone but you finish writing down what she was saying. You put the paper back down and look at her again. >”Did Kurt and Chiappa go out somewhere last night?” >”Uh, no. Not that I’m aware of.” >”Are you sure?” >Beretta shrugs. “They’re teenagers, sis. They probably did teenage stuff like sneaking out to go to a secret party—” You don’t know why but her saying that brings back bad memories. She seems to understand what you’re feeling and quiets down. “I’m sorry.” >You shake your head and sigh. “It’s nothing. Really.” >You gather the other papers on your desk along with the one you were writing on in a neat pile. “I’ve been asking around on the morning of the murder. Getting witness testimonies, gathering evidence for the WDF…” >Beretta raises her eyebrow at you. “And?” >”At first I believed Auntie V did it since, you know, she still kinda does her…thing. Or mom and dad too but I ruled them with a simple yet crucial piece of evidence.” >You go quiet as you wait for Beretta to ask you what it is but she’s looking at you waiting for you to say it. >”I asked the residents around the place of the murder and they all told me the same thing. On the night of the murder, they said they heard what sounded like a scream that got promptly silenced. Some of them were brave enough to look out of their peepholes, heard footsteps and saw a very tall figure head towards the apartment of the victim. Two minutes later, two figures are seen - one that is the approximate size of a Worker Drone and the same tall figure. They couldn’t get a good look at them since they looked like they were in a hurry.” >”Is that…supposed to mean anything? Why are you saying this to me?” >You stare silently at Beretta and she does the same. She processes what you said then her eyes widen in shock. “Are you saying—” >You raise your hands defensively. “I’m not saying anything!” >”But you just accused them of committing murder!” >”That’s speculation! Please, just calm down.” >Beretta is hyperventilating at this point. “They’re good kids, sis. I raised them to be…” >”Calm down, okay? They’re not in trouble. That could have been just a coincidence, okay? There’s nothing connecting them to the murder last night, okay?” >Beretta looks like she’s on the verge of having a nervous breakdown but takes a few breaths and calms down. “Do you…what do you want me to do?” >”I want you to ask where they were last night, okay? Where they went or did they meet someone. Did they see anything? Just be careful, okay?” >Beretta nods before she walks away and walks out of the office. You stare at the door, thinking about what to do.
I'm a resident male worker drone at outpost 3 and Jane keeps cornering me and molesting me Every time i bring this up to the WDF they keep telling me how lucky i am to have a girl give me attention Beretta keeps insisting that Jane would never do such a thing No one is willing to help me

>Defunct JCJenson Projects #01: Back in the year 2800, JCJenson executives had a strange, yet innovative and ambitious idea >Research had proven that the youth was attracted to the idea of the illusion of power/choice, from controversial sandwhich shops to allowing companies their personal data in exchange for being able to hide advertisements >And like the enterprising company they were, JCJenson was glad to give a new generation of consumers the illusion of choice, that was so desperately craved >And so in the summer of that year JCJenson would debut what they had hoped would be their newest money-maker >Build-A-Drone! >The concept was simple, the company would produce and ship cheap specialized Worker Drone parts which were made to be similar to that of a non-legally descript building block toy to the Build-A-Drone! stores, from there on-site JCJenson technicians would take customers through the process of putting a Drone together from there the customer would be able to pay optionally to paint it, change the color of it's optics, and in some cases change it's height >This was done after the long and excruciating labor process so the customer would feel obligated to pay for the optional customization so they wouldn't feel that their time had been wasted >ARCHIVER'S NOTE: It's worth noting that around this time period that JCJenson hadn't yet discovered the modern bio-tech that Worker Drone cores contain today. From what information I could gather it seems that Worker Drones during this time period where more like an advanced AI with an optional personality subroutine, but overall still primitive compared to the Worker Drone of today >Unfortunately the company didn't seem to realize one extremely important detail... >The average working-class teen could not afford a Worker Drone around this time due to the insane amount of inflation, Worker Drones were more for the rich and elite consumer base as a result which wasn't at all interested at the thought of having to build the thing themselves >However, all was not lost for this business venture. Despite not hitting their intending market they still managed to turn quiet the profit, not enough to recoup their losses, but still >Strange and a bit perverted, disturbingly rich Drone-fetishists made-up a large portion of Build-A-Drones! consumer base >ARCHIVER'S NOTE: Geez, imagine being attracted to a fricken Worker Drone. Humans were so incredibly pathetic >On-site JCJenson technicians were reported to be taking an increased amount of smoke breaks as a result of this. Thankfully being the kind and loving company JCJenson was, they banned smoke-breaks all together for "Employee health reasons" >A completely unrelated tragedy to this, is the fact that the drug usage of Build-A-Drone! employees skyrocketed afterwards >A week later police would uncover and bust an underground illegal Drone modification market that was going on just behind the Build-A-Drone! location It seems that ex-JCJenson employee Wani Fugabot was selling custom-made Adult body modifications for Worker Drones >After the arrest of Wani Fugabot, rumors and speculation surrounded the JCJenson company claiming that they were actually the ones behind the creation of the sexual Drone modifications and that Wani was both a fall guy and a fake name. Neither of these were proven true thanks to JCJensons team of lawyers >Unfortunately the controversy and lack of any real genuine profit from the Build-A-Drone! venture, resulted ultimately in its complete shut-down in the winter of 2801 >JCJenson had intended on melting down and salvaging anything from the Build-A-Drone location in an attempt to save money, even more unfortunately for them a massive break-in occurred at the location the night of the shutdown >Somehow the gang of thieves managed to make-off with everything including the specially patented Build-A-Drone! Assembler which made for putting the Drone together much easier for customers who paid even more money >The complete mess that was Build-A-Drone! resulted in the early retirement of Chief Operations Officer Marcus Griswold, who would then go on to establish his own rival robotics company 4 years later

They used a different model for teeth in mid-season episodes than at least 8 (idk about 7), which had the serration almost disappear when drones were talking (from what I saw it depends on how much of the lower face is open at the expression), but not entirely. Look very close at this photograph if Alice, look at her upper jaw to the very right, there's small serration towards her 'molars', it's very cute and has a specific shape. I'd love to feel it carefully
>>252505 Maybe but it's too repetitive and clear, can you see a course(edge of upper teeth and into mouth) similiar to the green pattern I drew? I believe this is teeth serration in its most reduced form or at least the minimal form in which it can still be recognized. Images of her eating batteries with her mouth not fully open show that pattern as well, teeth (at least what we see on Alice in 6 aren't perfect triangles, their cutting edge facing the cheek is longer and less sloped than the shorter and more tilted inwards facing one iirc
Disassembler with guilt from the war demands her worker drone boyfriend eats her. Unfortunately he gets fully by the time he's finished one hand and can't digest disassembler metal like her.
This shows the shape of teeth of Alice, the form is way more pronounced here but the pattern and shape are there. Idk tho why the long/short side seem to be reversed on this compared to her small biters in the close up
>>252510 Even if something happens to her she'll just get respawned by Uzi. Better solution would be putting her core in a jar or a shoebox or something then putting the jar or shoebox or something in a drawer and forgetting about her. Let her just sleep in there.
>>252513 Put her her a jar in an oven (if regen is automatic) so the wd has enough time to eat her and the dd can watch. I don't think it should happen but that would be a solution.

Fellow dronettes, can you help me out? Me (Worker Drone, F) and my husband (Disassembly Drone, M) had two children years ago and we love them very much but one of them started dating a filthy sk*nnie which I absolutely disapprove of. I have tried to explain to her that sk*nnies enslaved us, killed us en masse, etc. but she just won't listen and keeps dating the sk*nnie trash despite my protests. Even my husband looks at me weird when I try to get him to help me and says that he isn't hurting her, that he loves her. Lucy was a worker drone who saw the color in life where others could not. A bit of an eccentric type, she was an artist with a flair for the dramatic, which often found her outcasted from her peers. A silver lining would come in the form of her later husband Dr. Tesseract, the one person who took her seriously, who treated eachother like equals instead of a joke. They both focused on things in life that could be considered a waste of time to the general public, but they believed in themselves and eachother, and thats what brought them so close together
Tesseract always did his best to engage with her art, even if he doesn't fully understand the subject himself, he's always admired her ability to create something beautiful from nothing, and never wanted her work to go unappreciated. Lucy being no different, she doesn't understand half of the things he's talking about when she asks what he's doing on any given project, but she's still so proud of his efforts and drive to want to make things better for the world they live in now.
Lucy was lost to a disassembly drone attack during a scavenging outing. Originally, it was actually Tesseract that was going to go out into the cold to look for parts - but Lucy insisted that she wanted to help since he'd been working so hard lately. He's regretted letting her do that ever since, visibly becoming a shell of his former self, never being able to feel her embrace again as what feels like his eternal punishment. Tesseract knows that Outpost 8 either sees him as the freak scientist, or the tragic widower, and he hates both.
No matter, he's got bigger things to deal with now. The last time he visited the site of the incident to mourn her death, he instead was met with an opportunity in the form of three very recently deceased drones...
Alright imagine if you will if the /MD/ RPG was a thing. Now in all popular media there's a lemotif in someones song that connects them to another character. For this example we'll be using The Solver. Now what would The Solver's motif sound like?
>>252578 Hey! The Murder Drones RPG was serious too. Remember the side-quest where you help Dr. Holly find her glasses? The woman could've gone her whole life without glasses and that is horrible
Dr. Tesseract is the resident medical help of Outpost 8. A very analytical drone, he is not without emotion, but tends to reserve his own thoughts for the sake of keeping an objective viewpoint. He's a man of science after all.
After the untimely loss of his late wife Lucy to a disassembly drone attack, something that he ultimately blames himself for, Tesseract has committed his life to making sure "no one has to go through the same pain ever again." This sentiment has extended to his most recent subjects: Three rewired worker drones that he has dubbed as "defense drones", being rebuilt after found dead outside of Outpost 8, made with the intent of being a direct counter to disassembly drones as an effort to fight fire with fire. If only they would listen to his instructions. Can't they see the bigger picture?
His acquisition of drone parts comes from an ally in the west, someone he's never publicly mentioned by name, but they seem to at least be well acquainted. Noting her as a "business partner", they exchange "spare" drone parts amongst eachother usually for currency or trade, both disassembly and worker, with typically dubious origins. No matter, as long as it's still usable, just best remember to keep it out of the eyes of the rest of the outpost.
Many of Tesseract's life decisions are comparable to the ever-popular trolley problem. He will always do what he deems to be the best course of action for the greater good of his kind. The lives of three little drones mean nothing if it can be exchanged for the safety of hundreds upon thousands, and he will see to it, no matter the cost. His methods are dubious at best and immoral at worst, but he's got little time to care about such subjective matters when there are bigger issues at hand. He knows what's going to be best for everyone, or at the very least he truly does believe that.
>The juggersquad sets up camp one last time before they set off on a mission to find the green division and evacuate the little worker drone. Speaking of, Masqy's inside the large tent they had made out of rags and street poles, her wounds being tended to by Sciencenaut and Handlernaut. >Sciencenaut was a prodigious engineer, technician, mechanic, mad genius, so on and so forth. Simply put, he was an expert at anything that involved creating, destroying or putting things together. This effectively made him the greatest drone doctor one could ask for this side of the planet, yet another addition to his long list of professions. (Note: He is none of these.) >Handlernaut... His color scheme was off, his core was a flat red surface rather than a twisting vortex of energy, his third gravity gauntlet was exposed for all to see... And yet, only Sciencenaut managed to see past his shoddy disguise. It's in the name: HANDLERnaut. This is no ordinary juggernaut, this is but a mere imitator, a fan, a poseur and a damn good healer. >Sciencenaut's expertise combined with Handlernaut's nanobots, which he repurposes for reconstructing material, are more than enough to fix up even the most banged up of juggernauts. So it is no wonder why these two are often paired together, as they are the de facto medics of the group.
>There's a whole herd of juggernauts crowded around the tent, each of them more damaged than the last. Missing limbs, gaping holes, ruined attire, it's safe to say that the juggersquad had seen better days. Yet, surprisingly, The crowd is prohibited from entering and getting treatment until the main patient is fully healed. >They try to get a glimpse at what's going on inside, even Jones takes a peek. This isn't a display of impatience, but rather of curiosity. The stubborn goliaths care not for their own injuries, some of them outright dismissing the obvious defects. It's unclear whether they want to be seen as tough, or if they're just too dumb to realize the state they're in. Either way, they're more worried about Masqy than about anything else. >However, none are as worried as N457, who, like always, stays far away from the majority. He paces back and forth, rubbing his temples and trying to think rationally. It seems the big man has become unusually indecisive, unsure whether he, too, should get a good look at her, or if he should quell his curiosity until the medics break the news. >He's already seen what he wishes to forget, what he wishes was just a bad dream. If he peeks into that tent and sees her laid out on a table, torn apart with "FATAL ERROR" written across her broken visor in bold, red letters... he wouldn't know what to do. >"What if... What if she's... No, no, why am I like this?! She'll be fine... She'll be fine..." N457 tries to keep his composure, breathing in and out slowly, though he has no lungs. His only remaining eye occasionally displays a hazard symbol for a split second, a reaction he has no control over. The last time he's been this afraid was when... >No, he doesn't need to remember that. Just wait. That's all he needs to do. Wait.
>After a grueling half hour, the doctors emerge from the make-shift ER, the juggernauts making way for them as they do so. Sciencenaut carries out the unconscious body of the worker drone, which is now as untarnished as it was when she first met him. Even her clothing has been sewn up with his juggernaut-grade experimental sewing machine. >Sciencenaut proudly holds her up to the skies and declares: >"ZHE LITTLE ONE... LIVES!" >The crowd erupts into cheers. Indeed, erupt would be the right word to describe it, as they exclaim "YES!" loud enough to shatter all the windows of the nearest building. They would've destroyed Masqy once again had Handlernaut not shushed them all. >The silence is short-lived as N457 literally throws everyone out of the way, charging through the crowd at 30 miles per hour just to hug the drone. He lifts her up, barely resists the urge to squeeze as tight as he can and spins around quickly enough to do what 110 decibels couldn't. >Masqy is woken up by an experience almost as unpleasant as dying. The juggernaut stops as soon as he notices those cutesy pink lights flicker back on. He places her back down gently, then proceeds to scare the daylights out of her by getting on his knees and hugging her again so quickly it might've left an after-image. >"Oh sweetheart, oh sunshine, oh dear..." He runs his fingers through her hair, stopping to adjust her bow. >"Wha- What happened? You look- Did you...?" Masqy mutters, confused. >"I thought you... I thought you were... Nevermind, you're still with me, that's... That's all that matters."
>Masqy takes a look around, sees the state of the squad and quickly realizes why she doesn't remember anything. >"Did I... Oh no... I got hurt, didn't I?" Masqy frowns, "I hope you didn't, um, worry too mu-" >"No, no, it's fine, it's fine! Don't beat yourself up over it, you're my responsibility, remember?" >"Yeah... but-" >"The fact is that I had one job and I failed, and for that I apologize..." N457 places his hand on her cheek, his large hand almost entirely obscuring that side of her face, "I... am so sorry." >Annoyed by the gesture, Masqy pushes his hand away and scoffs, an unusual display for such a timid person, "You're being too hard on yourself, Jugg. Sorry about this, sorry about that, why do you keep blaming yourself for everything?" >The juggernaut is taken aback by her demeanor, his red eyes shrinking for a moment. He pauses to think of a response. >"Because... Because if I couldn't save my squad back then... and I couldn't save you now... then..." N457 turns his head, her scowl unbearable for him to look at, "Then what... am I even good for..?" He stares into her eyes, his own, normally inexpressive one now showing a profound sadness. >Masqy sighs, exhausted by the big man's attitude. She appreciates the attention, but what good is it if costs her partner his sanity? This man needs to be taught a lesson before he wrecks himself, and only she could get it through his thick skull.
>Masqy takes a deep breath before speaking, "Jugg, I can't put into words how grateful I am for everything you've done for me. God knows what'd happen to me if it weren't for your kindness... but you have to understand." >"Sometimes... Sometimes there's just nothing you can do, and that's okay! You just have to pick up the pieces and keep trying your best. You said it yourself, I'm alive and that's all that matters, right? ...So please, don't be like this... Cuz'... when you're sad, I'm sad too, y'know?" >Jugg is unable to speak. These few words of affection have moved him more than any explosive ever could. All the pain, all the suffering, it was all worth it just to hear this. The unbreakable man has been has been shattered on the inside. >"...Thank you."

The last thing she does remember is being dragged by what remained of her legs through the snow on that fateful night. Now, X serves Outpost 8 as one of three defense drones, with a specialization in pyrotechnics, heat notably being one of the disassembly drone's main weakness. She hates to see how Y and Z are treated and often tries to take the brunt of the blame for the team's shortcomings, often lashing out at Tesseract or those around her in the process, but will one day pay the price for insubordination... Or maybe someone else will.

None of them remember their old lives, their old personalities, their original names, or their relationships. Though Z is no exception to this matter, sometimes it seems that he's putting together the pieces of the past far faster than others. Despite this, he doesn't like to talk about it.
Now, Z serves Outpost 8 as one of three defense drones, utilizing Sentinel-based technology, specifically regarding his specialized pair of goggles made from Sentinel eyes. He must be careful not to boot-loop the rest of his team when using it on the field. Though he can come off as traditionally "annoying" to those around him due to his unintentional know-it-all correcting behavior, those closest know that he really does mean well in doing so. Others may not take it so kindly.
Serial Designation I (nicknamed "Indie" by XYZ to keep from playing an impromptu game of "Who's on First") is a disassembly drone that seems to be a bit out of his element in comparison to his peers. Armed with a much more old fashioned arsenal, he's been given a purpose beyond just disemboweling any unfortunate worker drones in range.
Within his time in Elliott Manor, I was brought in from his previous job as a teacher (as if the education system couldn't get any cheaper) and kept as a personal tutor to Tessa Elliott, who very seldom saw time outside of the walls of this home. Having a shift to a one-on-one education was a rough transition for the both of them, but they would soon grow a close bond as I realized that Tessa benefitted more from a hands-on approach to learning, something that he could much more easily adapt to and make more engaging for the both of them. Out of sight of her overbearing caretakers who wouldn't approve of such methods, of course. When not teaching, I worked closer to the position of an archivist. If he wasn't in the library, he was managing the collection of many "priceless" collectables held by the Elliott family, because rich people often have nothing better to do than to buy expensive things solely on the basis that its expensive.
I doesn't remember anything about the events of the Gala massacre. The last thing that he remembers from his life as a worker drone is the sight of the library, face to face with the strange yellow-eyed worker drone that Tessa had rescued from the swamp. Next thing he knows, he's about a foot taller, and has made an agreement with the little anti-christ: Seek out something Cyn refers to as the "crucifix patch" within one of the Cabin Fever Labs locations on Copper 9 and destroy it in exchange for the promised safety of his pupil.
It seems that I wasn't the first to attempt to find this crucifix and destroy it, having seen many of his fallen kin at the entrance to the facility, and quickly soon after falling alongside them at the hand of the Sentinels. Where most would have been a goner, a stroke of luck only resulted in the loss of a wing and an arm during the bootloop, the latter of which is restored by a certain group of three multicolored wanderers who managed to find him while looking for spare parts...

Rustbeard is the pirate captain of The Orca (an Icebreaker ship) and its crew
Though age and the cruelty of the sea has worn him away with time, rendering his legs completely unusable, confining him to his wooden chair via the rust that has consumed his body, he has other ways of getting around. Through the use of the Deckhands, drones who have similarly succumb to the sea via being thrown into mass watery graves as means of disposal, he has been able to find a way to project his will onto their very being after their deaths, as if he were the center of a hivemind. His voice overlapping with their own as they speak, the only sign left of any sense of prior individuality.
When Rustbeard isn't controlling the bodies of the Deckhands, they have set tasks that they seem to do on repeat like a pre-programmed function. Otherwise they simply idle in place, swaying with the weight of the ship.
Despite the cruel traditional reputation of pirates, Rustbeard is rather hospitable to passengers of any kind aboard his ship as long as they show him the same respect in turn, which is rarely guaranteed. Any trafficking has never been personal after all, its just business. The two sentient members of his crew, Schooner and Sharkbait, seem to respect him a great deal as they all treat eachother as family. Its unknown what got them all to be on such good terms to begin with, though one can assumed they too were rescued from the sea. Additionally, he treats The Orca (also nicknamed "Bertha" by him) as if it were another member of the crew, better than he treats himself
>Its the first day >Its aprimay >I started on a temprete forest tile >It started to snow >My tps is fucking dead becouse of the fire >The arsonist sentinel claimed the only bed >I can't build more beds becouse all the trees are gone due to fire
Sharkbait is one of the few sentient drones aboard The Orca, and is second in command to Captain Rustbeard.
The two would have their fates cross during the period where a seaside oil rig on Copper 9 was shutting its doors for good, improperly disposing many of their drones in the process by throwing them into the ocean. This was fortunate for Sharkbait being an aquatic based worker drone who already worked below the surface of the sea, but less so for Rustbeard (of which at the time had no real name), who upon being thrown in managed to land directly on top of her. Dragging them both to the shore, they managed to sustain mostly minor injuries, particularly Rustbeard who had taken on a lot of water damage, but both would live to see another day.
In their time avoiding their human captors on land, they would grow a close bond, Sharkbait dubbing him with the nickname "Rusty" before his final name would later come to be. Her cunning and his smarts regarding the ins and outs of humanity got them by for a very long while. Getting sick of having to hide in shadows and dodge contact with anyone however, they would eventually plan their biggest heist yet: Stealing an icebreaker ship from a local dock ran by humans. This was a rather elaborate and risky plan all things considered - but quickly became much more simplified when the planet froze over in an unpredictable instant. Thankfully, human skeletons are much easier to deal with than the living things. The two have been sailing the seas together ever since.
Though Rustbeard swears up and down that he owes Sharkbait for his life, she instead claims that he "gave me the opportunity to save me from myself", though refuses to elaborate to outsiders on what this means. One could guess this means they're even now. Assumptions have been made that Rustbeard and Sharkbait are a couple by outsiders, though when asked about this idea, Rustbeard can only let out a rumbling laugh as he answers "No, her ship doesn't sail that way."
>kiss slut >bratty >IMAGINE-sized >athletic >cute soft silicone tummy >collarbone molding >motherbearing hips >Delicious Flat Chest >shaped like a friend Why'd Rebecca have to die?
Schooner is one of the few sentient drones aboard The Orca, working as a crewmate under the eye of Captain Rustbeard.
He's a more recent addition to the crew, who was a stowaway initially. Managed to find his way on board while The Orca was docked at one of the major trade centers, until he was later spotted by one of the deckhands while out at the sea and apprehended. Of course Rustbeard and Sharkbait weren't particularly thrilled to find a freeloading passenger, but Rustbeard was quite impressed by the fact that he had managed to sneak aboard to begin with, and seeing that Schooner hadn't already made off with anything from the ship, it became clear pretty quickly that he wasn't stowing away to steal, but rather to see the world, a sentiment that Rusbeard could sympathize with. Ever since, he's been a part of the family.
Schooner is completely mute, which kind of works out for him anyways given that he leaks water whenever his mouth is opened. Initially the crew assumed he was mute due to the leak issue, but he doesn't seem to have any interest in having it fixed, nor seems to be unhappy with his situation, so everyone leaves it be. He views Sharkbait as somewhat of an older sister figure. She tends to "translate" on behalf of him due to the lack of speech. He has even more respect for their captain.
The goldfish inside of his head is known as Pookie, and is the only known organic life to be left on Copper-9. Its unclear how long he's had this fish, nor how old it is, but he loves it like a dear friend and is doing his best to take care of it under the circumstances. Schooner is hoping to find a larger tank for it one day.

White is a quiet man with usually very little to say. He's the one who handles everything in regards to taxes throughout the colonies. Despite this, it actually seems that Duke manages to hold most of the wealth of the world. There's a rumor going around that some "popular" drones get the slip on having to actually pay their dues in order for him to get favors in the future.

Unfortunately, my own droneless playthrough seems to just be corrupt to high hell and I haven't even made it halfway through the gravship questline. I blame CE. Interesting mod, but disgustingly fiddly and breaks too much shit.
My main problem with the RW drone mod is that it's a reskin of VE's Androids. So first off, you need Vanilla Expanded for it and that's asking a lot from some people. Second off, unless the mod drastically changes things, they have neutroamine for blood instead of oil, and are very durable and hard to put down. An android can have its arms blown off and bleed out completely, and you just need to bring them back in, fix them up and refill them. Drones are cheap mass-produced laborers that die to everything and wouldn't need a rare, expensive chemical to run, in comparison. Also, I think that they get a specific android gene that just gives them a giant metabolism boost so they're flat better than the ultratech androids are. And since androids are ultratech, they're expensive as fuck to make, both research and material-wise.
But I never messed with the mod very deeply, just saw what I saw on the mod page. Maybe all that's untrue.
>>252756 Slight side note but if this is the mod I think it is you can make and sell a "basic replacement leg" which you make for 40 steel and 2 components and sell for $340. It's a really good material to cash ratio.

You know, with the recent attention to how V is genuinely mindbroken, I wonder if some katerial can be gotten out of Post-Good End's V, at some point between the show's epilogue and Now, voluntarily committing herself for a period of time. Maybe even overlapping with Negev's stay, and the kid meets Auntie V while she's also spending time in the nitwit farm for donkey brains?
>>252770 Honestly V doesn't rub me as the kind of drone to seek professional help for her mental state (at least willingly). While I can see her trying to make the most out of her current 'self' I can't imagine she'd want to invest in the pain and effort of trying to untangle years worth of Eldritch baggage. That being said, I'd still certainly be interested in seeing this idea explored in a greentext. Negev and V bonding in the nitwit farm for donkey brains could make for interesting character building
>>252782 Entirely up to you, writefren. It could be entirely voluntary due to outside influences AKA Lizzy or N convincing her to go through with it, or it could be completely involuntary due to one-too-many workers being randomly killed If it were me writing, I'd frame V '''voluntarily''' committing herself as being part of a grander effort by Outpost 3 (or basically whoever you have standing in as the societal authority in the Post Canon) to make her atone for her previous crimes; Basically a choice of V either committing to active rehabilitation or committing to consecutive death sentences/life sentences/permanent confinement in Uzi's mind palace

The leader of Outpost 8, which was previously a drone manufacturing facility Copper 9.
Bey, having been part of the drone manufacturing process at one point in time, is very conflicted about the idea of manufacturing new drones (as in not through the process of UNNs), and outright does not morally agree with reviving the dead, but lets that pass because its already such a heavily debated subject that causes more trouble than its worth to fight. He and Tesseract manage to be decent friends despite this. On a surface level, at least.
>>252795 You're not ready to fuck with perspective yet Anon, and once you do employ a vanishing point. But that aside you need to learn construction and proportion. I notice you heavily reference with a lot of your art which is a great way to learn but take note of things like proportion. You can have the squiggliest, ugliest lines in the world but if everything is proportional to each other it'll still look right. The key to good art is good proportions.

"Maybe you have a point." She sighed. "Tha-" >As Harper looked up, she saw Lucy was already half way out the window to her residence. "No prob. Also I disabled your panic button." >"My wha-" Harper was cut off as Lucy bolted out the window, making her escape. Harper reached for the button under her desk to call guards - only to find the wire had been snipped. >And her hands cuffed. >She promptly snapped those off and bolted outside where she found - >Fireworks on every building - to the confusion and amusement of several drones. >The light was blinding the dark, rainy night. Light's playing off every surface. >Harper took another breath, then sighed, knowing that Lucy was nowhere in sight. >Lucy was nowhere in sight. >Nearby, Harper saw her daughter, clapping and pointing with her friends at the impromptu show. >Even after the guards had been informed, they didn't find the little gremlin. But, that was fine. It was going to be Halloween soon, anyway. So, they were sure she'd pop up again. >Eventually...
The leader of Outpost 4, which was previously a midland research center based around the study of potential organic life on Copper 9.
Juniper is dedicated to the conservation of what little organic plant life is left on Copper 9. She's hoping that one day the world can be naturally habitable again by more than just a few trees, but knows its a bit of a pipe dream.
>>252859 >>252862 I didn't leave. I just lost any motivation to do so. I want to write the story, but at this point there's nothing driving me anymore to do so
>>252894 If there's one thing I learned from being a writefag, it's the fact that most of the time that idea you've had in your head 24/7, thought about in the shower, worked out all the kinks on. Just never comes to be. The idea that suddenly popped into your head though just that second often gets created instead. Fucking sucks
The leader of Outpost 1, which was previously the major hub for mining operations on Copper 9.
Mercury is ex-WDF. He used to be a part of it while it was still a rebellion group, during the era of human life, but the moment that he saw them start to stand around and hide behind walls once the disassembly drones arrived is when he left. He hates everything it currently stands for.
Because of Mercury's falling out with the WDF, he and Khan butt heads a LOT, as well as with other WDF figureheads. He's basically what I imagine the very short lived concept villain-era Khan would have been like. Cold, short tempered, a strong leader who's willing to go to any lengths to defend his colony and what he believes in. Even if that means throwing others who pose a risk in the long term to the dogs.
The leader of Outpost 5, which was previously a manufacturing facility for JCJenson's toy division, primarily used for manufacturing and storage of Flurries.
Baron usually looks relaxed on a surface level, but really only puts on a brave face so everyone else can feel safe. They locked in hard when those three workers went missing in that snow storm, and now they're receiving threats from some anonymous person from within the colony... What's next, another Disassembly Drone attack?
Made by the coveted JCJenson toy division (of which has a totally clean record of not at all dangerous robotic based toys), Flurries have hit the popularized interstellar market of Copper 9! After the large ammount of interest taken from the younger crowd in JCJenson's working-grade drones, a smaller, cuter, cuddlier, and compact counterpart has been made to satiate the masses' need for a new friend! Made by drones, for you! Available now at your nearest retail store. Just don't look at the price tag.
LED color variations include the signature light blue, green, pink, and... yellow? Was that on the production schedule?
>>252935 Furbies always were. I'm one of those suckers who somehow became overly empathetic toward toys and stuff when I was young and that never fully wore off, so stuff like Furbies just make me sad.
They know just about everything about everyone, like a weed popping up in the worst places."
Rose is a drone with an unknown past, but a very nasty reputation in Outpost 5 in the present. They seemingly have dirt on everyone around, and uses this as their primary method of getting what they want. No one knows how he manages to get all this information, especially on recording, but it makes for great blackmail. They are willing to share this information with anyone who needs it, or maybe even someone who wants it destroyed... For a price, of course. This isn't a charity.
On top of having this massive collection of blackmail material, he seems to be a small time body-modder, having adorned himself with a stolen (and modified to contain thorns) disassembly drone tail, and LED tattoos etched into his shell, presumably carved by hand. Ouch! When asked about how they identify, Rose responded with "Whatever is funnier in the moment." Yes, their last name really is 'Drone'. They didn't think that was going to actually go on file when he was made to write something down, yet here we are!
Rumor has it that they were heavily involved in the fall of Outpost 7. Seems like they've been planning something else big lately...
>>252790 Good to know, keep it up it's great to see such love for her. Since you pay for these, can you tell some more about your udeas? I want to draw but back of when unable to get things right the way I envision them or make a pose feel good, I never have this issue when drawing a 'request', only when making something up myself. If you have any ideas I'll gladly try my take on them, if you want. I hope you will be successfull in all endeavours and get enough time for learning art too, I look forward to seeing it then
>>252956 Look at that cute snoot... Those are to me the most perfect models short of actual Glitch ones. To the anon in question, is there anything you would offer the Alice model for or at least commisions?
>be you >descendant of some noble a few generations ago >dozens of drones flood your house as your door is kicked down >the father of that bitch Valentine is here >"ANON! YOU HAVE TO BED MY DAUGHTER! SHE'S BECOMING A CRAZY DRONE LADY! HER INTERNAL CLOCK IS TICKING ANON AND SHE'S GETTING CRAZIER BY THE DAY!" YOU MUST WED MY DAUGHTER!! YOU MUST CONTINUE THE VON DRONUS BLOODLINE!"
>>252979 I dont know if they’re interested. Let alone from some literally who’s offsite ocs. Some of these are really fun though. Also the green one looks like pidge to me.
I managed to catch this wildman drone, considering taming him but from what I understand the drones don't have any food in thier diets so I think I will have to use commands
>>252994 >>252997(me) One important thing to note is that the process would also naturally result in the Worker being turned/infected into a Solver Host. How exactly this would play out is up to speculation, although I expect that it likely isn't a pleasant experience given what little was shown of the CFL subjects and Manor staff
>>252899 Literally all the green stuff I've written, I wrote it at the hour when my heart was burning with passion for the story I wanted to tell, simply because at those moments I'm not so picky about the little things.
>>253027 Trust me, he’s never gonna find out. Im certain he has no idea what this place even is. And even if he did, he would never step foot here because he’s
>>253033 For someone who isn't a writer. I'd say you've done a pretty good job so far on establishing roles and backstories. We all get our start somewhere friend. Personally I never thought I'd write anything for these threads, but I ended up doing it. Sure it sucked at first, but I got better overtime.
>>253034 This would be nice if I actually made those characters. I didn’t. I just wanted to share them because I liked their aforementioned roles and backstories.
>>253035 Oh. You didn't make them...well at this point the best you could hope for is a miracle or do it yourself. Anons don't usually like outside OC stuff
>>253036 Yeah, seems so. >Anons don't usually like outside OC stuff I think for the drawfags, if it piqued their interest they’d give a little doodle maybe. But I’m not sure they’re paying attention. The only one willing to do it is strawberry. And that’s because he will literally do anything just to please me and to get me to acknowledging him.
>>253037 And wouldn’t ya know! I would like your writing but your art…………..….yeah no thanks
Fucked-up AU where Bonnie was forced to eat Jane in the trenches and ended up somehow getting shot into space and frozen, where she eventually became Beretta's friend instead
Dug through the creators socials more and found some more cool OCs. Sd-S hasn’t been relevant in a while so why not post his interpretation?
Serial Designation "S" - The first failed J clone Effective drones were cloned more indeed, but clones aren't always made to standard, some not fully meeting the expectations of their purpose. S - previously among the first run of J clones to lay dormant until needed - being no exception. Ultimately she was destined to never make it to the field, doomed by her own design before she ever even had a chance. But, in an act of defiance of this fact, she would put herself out into the world of Copper 9 alone in order to prove herself as equal to her predecessor, if not beyond her. Thus, dawning her own self-proclaimed name: S. She's still a corporate bootlicker, just... in a bit of a different way.
I think I picked the wrong time to dump all those OCs. Nothing interesting has come out today.
I know it’s because it’s a Friday in America, but there hasn’t been enough drive for any talk of new OCs or anything creative like that. Pocket made a drone oc that’s already been forgotten, I don’t even remember her name. Oh, and let’s not forgot that there is more drama about paula and valentine than there is actual content about them.
I don’t know if there’s an agreed upon thread lore conception of the other outposts beyond outpost 6, which is just bizarro outpost 3. So if anyone has their own concept or oc regarding that, Let me know.
>>253060 Relax Anon. Also I'm pretty sure it's more like a floating timeline for thread lore anyways unless a series of greens says otherwise, so don't really worry about it too much. Also the other Outpost thingy? Pretty sure as you said it's just Outpost-6, but honestly I don't think people take this stuff too seriously. >Pocketsteaks forgotten Drone OC Eh, I don't really know what to say about her other than she was unfortunately poorly timed, remember Plus went offline for like a week after so most Anons were focused on that and like me some were just waiting for the lights to come back on
>>253063 I meant as in a popular concept like mutants or the federation. >Eh, I don't really know what to say about her other than she was unfortunately poorly timed
>>253061 Um, that's normal. OCs can go undiscussed for months and then suddenly start being discussed in multiple threads in a row, and Pauline and Valentine have enough content and lore, I don't know what you're talking about.
>>253067 I’m just saying, right now nothing is happening. Theres no threadshitters to complain and then have all the other posts be shitflinging. everything is just meandering. No direction. Just scattered posts and me reposting OCs from off-site.
>>253069 Something popular that collectively written/drawn about. I know there’s no such thing as agreed upon threadlore but there are favorite scenarios.
>>253070 Well, yes, it's quite difficult to maintain a constant flow of autism, it takes time and energy. Also, there is no problem with just wandering flows, they will create ideas and concepts that will then be discussed for a long time, just go with the flow, anon, and everything will be fine.
>>253071 This is the thing about group creations, they remain popular because they involve many people in their creation. Unlike OCs or AUs created by specific anons, these ideas allow many more people to realize their ideas: Pavo, Lucy, Veteran AU, Buddy and DDanni and the rest of the group ideas have much more room for maneuver, such as involving other OCs (Buddy, DDanni and Molly) or even creating whole new narrative scenarios (Veteran AU is a huge world that continues to grow in plot and details).
So what exactly is bothering you, anon? I don't get it.
>>253073 Nothing new has been made yet. I think what I’m trying to say is that there’s no big FOTM that everyone is crazy about. Though I guess we’ll just have to wait.
>“Oh no Tesseract, help!” >Dr. Tesseract stopped mid-work, rushed to his toolbox, grabbed a wrench, and ran quickly to Lucy. >“Lucy, are you okay? Is it a disassembly drone?” >“It’s too high for me—I can’t reach the spot to put up my latest artwork.” >Dr. Tesseract wasn’t angry or annoyed. He was just worried for his wife's safety. He dropped the wrench in relief. >“Alright, hop on. I’ll give you a boost so you can reach it.” >“Thank you.”
>“Alright, a little to the left.” >“Hmm, no, that’s too far. Try two feet back to the right.” >“Uhh, Lucy, are you done?” >“Almost there... Perfect.”
>Dr. Tesseract slipped on the wrench he had dropped earlier. >Both Lucy and Dr. T fell—but they weren’t hurt. Instead, they were giggling. >“This isn’t quite the perspective I was going for... but at least it’s with you.” >Their ringed hands reached for each other.
>“Lucy, your drawing?” >“Don’t worry, T. I managed to hang it on the wall. See?” >“Three disassembly drones?” >“No, silly, it’s what the humans called angels. Aren’t you supposed to be the science guy?” >“Science, yes—not religion. Why did you draw it, though?” >“To watch over and protect us. What do you think?” >“Scientifically speaking, drawings can’t do that.” >“…” >“But belief can. I learned that from you.” >“Thanks.” >“Hey, Lucy, can I…” >Lucy had already fallen asleep. >“Yeah… good idea. Goodnight.” >“Angels, huh? Red, green and blue…”
>>253086 To be honest, yeah. I thought all those OCs would inspire someone to make their own. But it’s a workday in America so things aren’t as productive as I’d like for it to be.
>it's no secret that mr craftsman was quite fond of flurries. >Since outpost 5 was it's former place of manufacture, that means it's filled with them. >They has an extensive collection of them that they treats like dear family. All accesorized with colors and patterns of all sorts. From christmas to halloween to easter to all the holidays >There are approximately 300 of them, all named from colonel pickles to bitsy batsy. Many of which were former defects he took in anyway. >If they feels stressed or overwhelmed, he can sit down and pour his aching core out to them. they're not crazy, no. They just love their company that much. >Fittingly, they used to be in charge of storage and quality control back when the humans were still alive, making sure they all functioned exactly how theyre supposed to be. I guess old habits die hard
I know they won’t be an FOTM being offsite and all, but i just wanted to write something cute
>>253087 on the one hand I understand the desire to see new OCs that bring a flood of creativity with them, but on the other hand there are plenty of existing OCs that deserve another shot at the spotlight. it'd be great to see that same flood of autistic creativity for a character that hasn't gotten much love
>>253097 That’s just as valid. And in a way, that’s also why I posted all those OCs. I wanted to see what content you guys would make from these characters since they’re not known outside their creators friend group. I see a lot of potential with them that the creator is presumably still working on.
Looking back on these defense drones. I think i understand why they were an afterthought. the sentinel drones were already a similar idea, so there was no use bringing someone’s else’s similar idea here. But I think the idea of drones rebuilt to being counter defense against DDs still has merit to itself.
>>252907 not quite as mad but she does have a similar passion for practicing medicine– she might offer to upgrade you to a mega baboon heart but she wouldn't do it without your approval. she enjoys playing around with people's insides and playing god with their anatomy but not as much as she does seeing them happy and healthy. just don't let her treat POWs
Between Doll keeping her parents' bodies at the dinner table and Lizzy taking Doll's body to school, wonder how common keeping a dead body around is as part of drone grieving.
>>253130 I'm torn between Y and Z, Y looks like a typical sad girfailure so i guess she has a mean suck, Z may either be uninterested or a fag vacuum, X dresses like a slut so it's likely she's comepnsating for something
guys, president oogi sent two vinegar submarines over to the dulviet union because of online threats by former dulviet president yeba. is this the end?
>>253029 That’s part of why I posted his creations here, aside from me liking them and wanting to share them. I wanted to see what things imageboard users will do with characters made by a trans furry
>>253148 it's always been the case that good artists are some degree of crazy, the only difference is that nowadays it's a more annoying strain of crazy. ignoring who they are as people comes with the territory
>>253148 Imo it's similiar to TADC, goose is a tranny but creator and creation can be separated if his identity doesn't influence his work in a preachy or otherwise shitty manner, same with the offsite modelartist
>>253070 You can't force happenings, enjoy your serving of nothingburgers for two more weeks this rn is way better than constant arguing and schizo this threadshitter that BS taking up 300 posts each thread
Well day 42 and this is the first new "recruit" for the colony (All pawns that spawned were shit) and I only got this lil fella becouse as it turns out the drones from this mod need replacment parts and to get them you need to get through the whole mechanoid tech tree which I need to rush and actually build those parts otherwise the drones won't last till next winter
>>253164 You could also draw SFW art of them. It doesn’t have to be porn. And eitherway it’s not like they browse through imageboards so nothing bad is gonna happen unless someone deliberately brings it to his attention.
>>253167 The mental image of either of these characters as either monster rapists or limbless amputees scars me. But also makes me laugh for the fact that their creator would have moral qualms about what she draws for a living if he knew she existed.
In other news, Ludmila who is currently at most 32 hours before breaking down from part wearout decide to read a book in the bathroom, thankfully I had the foresight to pack some replacment parts while setting up the colony so she wont die just yet
>>253174 This but also because I want them drawn in other art styles. I like how squishy and round Nuke draws drones. I feel they’d look cute in her style

>>253061 >>253070 >>253076 >Post a bunch of random off-site OC >Get upset when people aren't immediately making content for them >Doompost about how there's '''nothing happening''' and how we need a FOTM You seriously need to curb your autism. I don't know if you are a newfag or just desperate, but what you are doing is about the most awkward and unnatural way to go about getting contentfags to get on board with specific OC. The fact that it isn't even your OC (and that the original creator is uninvolved and completely ignorant to all of this) makes all this feel forced at-best and disingenuous at-worst
>>253182 I’m not upset that content isn’t being made of them. I understand fully why someone wouldn’t. I just wanted to post them here both because I thought they were cool and I wanted others to see, and to hopefully inspire some form of content here.
>>253183 Even better, I need Androidtech which has High mechtech as a prerequsiste, then I need to build an android bench and then I can build the sapre parts out of advanced components uranium and plasteel. I have already killed the diabolus, warqueen is next, she can't be that hard right? (this is the first time I even have a machinator I usually play with medieval overhaul)
I know molly has a sweet tooth so I figured I'd bring her some donuts while she was on the job, and she seemed excited when I opened up the box, but then she freaked out as soon as she bit into the first one! I didn't know what was wrong but when I tried to apologize anyway she just said she needed to be alone for a little while. I guess she just REALLY doesn't like jelly donuts
>>253169 I'd prefer playing it safe tbh, there are a lot of ppl that hate me so much that rather not know anything about me or know that i drew fan art of their characters. Doesn't matter, sfw or nsfw. You have no idea how many insults I've gotten from people outside the imageboards
At first it was just for the sake of it, I thought they were nice and I wanted to showcase them. But it turned to the latter when I looked at all the other posts and where this thread started going. Posts started becoming aimless, random shit that felt like they were just there to increase the post limit.
The closest thing to something interesting was the Rimworld mod, but that was it. It was good to know other anons liked them. And now that you’ve said it, yeah this was all kinda creepy. Just dragging in these unrelated OCs without the creators knowledge. But hey, maybe someone was inspired to make an oc and they’ll post it tomorrow or even later! And I got to know baron craftsman, like thst guy. If I had the money I’d commission renders on his creators kofi when I have the time.
Fun fact, the creator of all those characters is the same person who made this render of Alice smoking a fat blunt. Small world!
>>253189 Someone once suggested you just keep them here and nowhere else. But now the thought leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It’s a good thing Mr shadowtoychica/poisonouspastels/shinyruban never sets foot on imageboards…
>>253193 Nah, eventually stuff gets out of the imageboards. More knowing there are redditors that post some of the exclusive content over there and it spreads far away. Better not :/
>>253195 I still think he’d be unaware but I get why you wouldn’t want to. Shame because I think they’d all look really good in your style. I could commission but again they’re someone else’s characters and I prefer to spend my money on things I actually need.
>>253201 More OCtalk? We talk a lot about OC, to be honest feels like at this point is 60% OC talk 40% canon talk, I think our ratio is good. And I don't know her name, are you sure bunny did it?
>>253175 Yeah. Need a mod collection with another custom unifying mod to hold everything together to make real drone experience instead of these weird things. Like for DDs the mod would give them the hemogen/oil need and remove the maintenance requirement since they regenerate the microdamage that maintenance would fix.
Alright, enough rimworld for today, the warqueen was defeated and T only needs to do 19000 cumulative research to unlock everything the colony needs to not die from rusting, to that end he has spent the last 15 days locked in his lab researching so hard he ripped his pants and shirt
>>253213 Research goes faster if the room is floored and clean. Also, put a bookshelf near your research bench and keep books on it. It provides a 1% boost per different book stored on it. So a full shelf provides quite the boost.
>>253216 Oh yeah floors I forgot about them, to be honest I usually play the game rather slow and don't have to think about stuff like this in the first year, I also usually save up my silver to make a hospital (but drones don't need that), sterile tiles are still good for labs right ?
All this weird pushing for offsite OCs made me suspicious so I did some digging. What I found could just be a coincidence but I'll let you decide. I believe the sequential phoneposting filenames being so close together is a dead giveaway.
>>253219 Toffee needs to be put through this. It’s ok! It’s COMPLETLEY child friendly! It’s not disturbing if there’s no HUMAN BLOOD! Or atleast what the censors say
>>253222 Yes, cleanliness matters for lab speed but not beauty. Beauty does matter for keeping the researcher's mood up. So put a really nice statue near to the seat
>>253223 You are onto nothing, the IMG_ depends on the platform is uploaded and on the phone, basically anyone that downloaded the images on a phone would have those name files, so, this is nothing
>>253217 i think ja-sin's talked about her briefly before so i'll just regurgitate what she said before to the best of my memory: - has a savior complex and wants to "fix" teli to boost her own ego - one of teli's only friends there's certainly more to her but that's what i remember from the few posts about toffee from a couple months ago
How many colours would drones have? I'm sure JCJ would sell the whole rainbow, or maybe to lower costs white will be always the only colour if they were real
>>253237 They use full color LEDs, this is shown how they CAN display full color images on their faces. So the color they have is just picking something on the color wheel.
>>253229 Actually IMG_XXXX is unique to images saved on iOS devices, with the last four digits incrementing upwards by default as more images are saved. I'm sure you are right in that it means absolutely nothing. It's probably just a funny coincidence that Scribbles and another completely random poster just so happen to be posting stuff from an iOS device with IMG_2XXX filenames, all within the past several days of each other!
>>253247 Its a shame Tynan is a hack, Dwarf Fortress can run on a burning thinkpad with Ram in the megabytes, as long as you don't mess with large bodies of water and castrate your cats... and keep your fortress small, and keep your stockpiles smaller
>>253222 Okay i double checked how they work. Cleanliness is a multiplier, it is 100% with 0 dirty and goes up to 109% if the room is perfectly sterile. Books is another multiplier, starts at 100% with 0 books and can get up to 120% but it has diminishing returns so you will only get to about 108% without finding a fuckload of books. So colonist research speed stat X research bench (110% with multi) X cleanliness(109%) X books( maximum 120%)
