Wayback Machine doesn't work on sites that set the robots.txt to block crawling. In fact it works retroactively, you set the robots to block crawling right now, and archive.org will not serve any pages from the past anymore.

Zone-archive has crawling disabled so you can't check its old status.

That's an interesting point, sure, although it doesn't change the fact that when the OP image's comments were made, the robots.txt didn't exclude the Wayback Machine and so for many years you could check it.
