I've read all of Fleetway Sonic and that Knuckles is one of my favorites. Unfortunately there's not much to him aside from being smarter than almost any other version. His history is vague and was never explained before cancellation and even though Zachary came before Finitevus, there's not much more to him than being an evil albino echidna for reasons. But I do find the echidnas' possible ties to space and conflict with the drakon to be interesting.

I'm not 100% sure but aside from Geoffrey not dying, it seemed to be more about removing corruption. So maybe easing the corruption was able to keep him from dying or staying dead. He was still beat up when he came out of the ground. Or we can just say Acorn hax mixed with the sword. He should, would, and has. At the end of Endgame, Sonic was just about to punch him to death Robotnik, but Snively got to him first. Fleetway and AoStH/Boom Sonics are the only ones that wouldn't kill their Eggman (due to guilt and due to him not really being a threat respectively).
As for game Sonic, he either blows his mech/base up and assumes (with good reason!) he's died (S1-S&K, Unleashed, Colors, Generations, Lost World, Forces), is actively pursuing him (SA1), leaves him be since he helped save the world (SA2, 06, Frontiers), or he wasn't the actual villain (Heroes, StH). He obviously won't kill him in cold blood, but in most games Sonic goes for the kill without hesitation. If anything, Eggman's continued existence is a testament to his survival skills.
I 100% agree with the anon that said Movie Sonic's the most bloodthirsty. Dude would've snapped Robotnik's neck if his family didn't talk him out of it
As for the "Eggman doesn't kill" thing, I think it's because Archie started off with silly AoStH-style stories but evolved into Robotnik being easily the most evil version of the character. For whatever reason, Flynn only has Sonic going for the kill a few times in his early Archie run, but phases it out to the point where he's absolutely no-kill in IDW. Maybe he's a Batman fan?

Espio being there in the Free comic Book Day Special 2007, when he is supposed to have been captured in issue #175 would mmeans that it take place before the wedding, but Bunnie wearing the wedding ring in the 2007 FCBD issue means that it take place AFTER issue #175.
This is clearly irreconcilable, continuity wise, much more than what the issues suggest the completion state of the eggbeater actually is.

For me, this is proof that Espio is related to Valdez. God damn Chameleons.
