Well, if anyone cares here, fanart from Ms. /co/ and Mr. /co/lympus is finally in the new /co/llection, just search with the tags
>ms._/co/_(year)
>mr._/co/lympus_(year]
https://co.llection.pics
Also, there are a handful of images from the tournaments with the "tagme" tag, so if anyone can recognize those characters, it'd be very helpful.

King of /v/ 2023's wiki page once used a poster with a mystery silhouette in its green '2023' area, and was later updated to include Grimm once he won.
King of /v/ 2024's page is still using the pre-winner placeholder poster with a 'coming soon' graphic, even though a version with a Shadow statue exists in the Afterparty gallery:
https://4tourney.wikitide.org/wiki/King_of_/v/_2024/Gallery#/media/File:Kingv24_oc_763.png
Attached is a high-res version because the one in the Afterparty gallery is compressed.

It is completely asinine to complain about a page that shouldn't have been made made by a retard that only created an account to make said page and nothing else by comparing it to a page that you think should be worked on, when you could be the one to do it.

I feel like we need to find a compromise between the older articles that would often put more focus on Tag Team to focus on RP stuff than their actual main tournament outings which had less rounds, and some newer articles like Loona's that relegate her two side tournament wins to a foot note.

On the one hand they should be inherently lower priority and treated as such, on the other hand Loona's never made it past R2 on main and fucking won Tag Team and Playgirl, that deserves a lot more attention on her page.

Regarding Etna, you can just write some generic overview like "she scored round x in year y" for the years where you don't have a lot to say about her run.
Regarding biased articles, Etna's doesn't have tournament history on it right now and Tron Bonne's seems pretty by the book without touching on her reception one way or the other so I'm not sure it's either one of those, but if you do see an article that seems to have an overly negative/positive bias you're more than free to reword it to make it more neutral.

Just wondering what people would prefer structure wise before starting
1. All lists for the four tournaments contained in that one page
2. A separate page for each major tournament where the main qualified character page links to them
3. A mixture where the qualified character page has basic name and series but the separate tournament page has more advanced stats

Because it can be construed as either someone being bitter that their preferred winner didn't have an art dump, or someone gloating that their preferred winner did have an art dump. Either way, I think it needs to be written in a tone that's more neutral than "muh OC".

It honestly makes perfect sense. Loona has people that love her, and people that just as equally hate her. People that really like her will likely go out of their way to seek ways for her to shine. People that hate her aren't going to force themselves into spaces they don't like (well, sane hater anyway). Writing entire pages for competitions is just too technical for my limited skillset, another anon will have to create the page for Playgirl 2025.
Also, while we're in the process of cleaning them up, should we just prioritize getting every porn competition out of the way? I plan on adding a more proper gallery to Playboy 2024 as I think the mega missed a few drawings, as well as archive links for easier browsing. Klonoa and Rouge also still need pages.

Got most of the playboy OC from the threads manually, plan on adding it to the Playboy 2024 article as a gallery soon. Maybe it's redundant but I just can't trust the mega folder, and the page should have a proper gallery for consistency's sake. Did any of the art that was under short-lived litterbox links get saved by anybody lurking here, or is it lost to time?
Also expanded Snoot Fang's article to include her 2025 win.
Once Playgirl 2025 gets a gallery, the only real work for the porn tournaments left before everything's caught up appears to be-
>Klonoa needs a page
>Rouge needs a page
>/aco/ 2022 needs a page (there's not even a red link for it on the main page)
>/aco/ 2021 needs a page
And optionally
>runner-ups like Ankha, Carmelita, Maomao, and Kanna all could pages. Of them Carmelita and Kanna seem the most substantial, as Carmelita's the only playgirl double E8, and Kanna has moderate success in Queen /v/. This is minor stuff, but don't want to leave it unmentioned if someone wants to throw together quick and dirty character pages so links work.

Wow I do not appreciate that if you already link something in an article, say Klonoa, you can't type in links with backlashes such as /v/ or /tnt/, because the wiki keeps autoformatting any links to /Klonoa , even though /tnt/ already exists as a valid article.

It still needs formatting cleanup by someone more technically competent than me, but Klonoa now has a (mostly) comprehensive page. Playboy 2024 now also has a full gallery along with the old Mega link. This just leaves Playgirl 2025 as the only /trash/ tournament without an OC gallery, which I'm going to put off because that one had a shitload of OC, and I don't feel like it right now. I can't account for /aco/ 2021 and 2022, those tournaments don't even have pages and I never use that board.

I did check desuarchive for other OPs with "ms" in the subject line, and it didn't get much, most results of which were false positives. "round" was mostly false positives as well. "tournament" got even less. It should be noted, at minimum one of the /aco/ tournaments did in fact have some OC, I found this nice drawing of the eventual winner Queen Tyranhee https://desuarchive.org/aco/thread/5811652/#5820746 If /aco/ 2021 and 2022 get pages, a gallery page should be made so this art isn't lost forever, and for consistency's sake with the other porn tournaments.

Great job and many thanks to all the newDEITIES that are helping us out, but if you're doing a page for a new character, try using the {{TournamentInfov2}} template to your advantage, so that the article can look up to snuff with other character articles. For visual learners: just copy it from any other article and fill in any relevant info (and change the colour hex codes for more fitting ones).

I'm not sure if you're referring to exactly that, but while editing navbox templates I recently found out that links to stuff beginning with a slash work properly if you put a colon before them.

So if I've got it straight now
>The two non-furry winners who's tournaments were held on /aco/ with the original guys running it are Zone-Tan and Tyr'anhee
>The furry winner tournaments who's tournaments were held on either here or /trash/ with /tnt/ people running it are Rouge, Loona, Krystal, and Fang.
>We had both inaugural winners wrong because we were missing stuff or going off memory
Chaotic and fucked up, but in a fun way. How the hell do you misplace a whole tournament?

Hold up, why are we acting like this new info now? I thought people generally knew Zone won the 2019 attempt. The latter half of the tourney was apparently done off site on some discord hence was never counted. Also I think Rouge being a /tnt/ proxy winner has been brought up dozens of times by now.

If there ever was it was forgotten about along with the tournament, and also these days we're way more used to that sort of messy fuckery. At the time it was unusually bad, nowadays it's pretty typical. (Basically every single /aco/ and /trash/ tournament has been shuffled around as has the /tv/ one and two Tag Teams). That plus we're already splitting it up anyway, Zone-Tan gets her spot back. She won first, the hosts agreed with it, and if we disqualified people because the tournament was messy or the crowd didn't like it we'd have way bigger problems

Comments in that thread:
>If I recall correctly the tournament was finished through Discord. We thought Jannies stopped OP back then or that they died. We weren't aware of /tnt/ back then if it was even a thing.
>The tournament for 2019 didn't have any nomination period from users of the board. All the candidates were chosen by the host beforehand. It doesn't follow the usual spirit or accurately represent the board. It reflected the original host more than anything and not many got to participate. At best, it can be considered a trial run. If it did the usual proceedings the bracket would have been larger and prohibit certain characters, which I feel were out of place back then.
No.220203

At the time we had only ever had clean tournaments held fully on their home board and weren't using this site. Since then we've had multiple messier sloppy tournaments, including a couple years of NSA utterly ratfucking the brackets in a worse way, Tag Team getting tossed around from /co/ to /trash/ to here, and the complete clusterfuck of every other porn tournament from 2022 onward. Not to mention Starlet. If we disqualify from sloppy hosting or letting people from outside the home board vote, a lot of other tournaments would be fucked too.

Combine that with a ton of people just having forgotten about /aco/ 2019 including the wiki and the fact we're organizing anyone and the obvious answer is Zone-Tan counts. She's a good winner it's fine.

I think it just surprised some people, since 2024 and 2025 playgirl had a lot of newcomers being the tournament was better established. What's wacky is the circumstances with Loona and Rouge
>Loona was nominated /aco/ 2021 with enough replies, but barred because the furry rule got stricter after 2019
>Rouge's nomination was held on /trash/, then /aco/, then finally the tournament was held on /tnt/
>Loona got successfully nominated on /aco/, before the tournament moved to /trash/
So Rouge, considered by many to be the last /aco/ winner, got her successful nomination in that stealth /trash/ thread. Loona, considered by many to be the first /trash/ winner, got her successful nomination in one of the pruned /aco/ threads, with her nomination carried over to /trash/. Going by nomination order, Rouge would be the first playgirl of /trash/ and Loona is the last Ms /aco/. It's all very silly, and so messy that it's really not worth splitting hairs over. I think Loona and Rouge should just be drawn having a lot of gratuitous lesbian sex with each other, they've earned it and are hot as fuck anyway.

Kek. Yeah, this is on par with that Playtrans thing that one anon did a couple of times. A blurb, and nothing more.
I have no clue about Rouge. It was held in 2023 and on /tnt/, not even an actual 4chan board. It's more "legitimate" since anons themselves controlled the nominations, but it's still a real mess. She absolutely should keep a winner title, she earned it. It's very funny that Loona is getting her title changed on a yearly basis
>2023: last Ms /aco/
>2024: first Playgirl of /trash/
>2025: either furgirl of /trash/ or best girl of /trash/, whatever the names retcon to after the human-furry split
>2026: Ummm... that chick that won the second porn tournament of the year?
I half expect the show to pull a joke that Loona's name was actually the more conventional spelling, "Luna", but Blitz's canonically terrible spelling wrote "Loona" on her adoption papers and that's what her name legally changed to which would be all the more fitting.

Basically a lot of newfags and wikifags rediscovered that there was a Ms. /aco/ in 2019 won by Zone Tan. However the back half of it was messy and it was partially held off site, so some people think it should stay forgotten and some think Zone is the rightful original winner.

The second issue was more info was found on Rouge confirming basically her whole tournament including her nomination wasn't done on /aco/, largely being on here, so people are arguing over whether or not she should be a furry again. Basically the argument is "Are the inaugural winners of our two new tournaments actually Zone-Tan and Rouge instead of Tyr'anhee and Loona?"

Well, my thoughts of that first tournament are that it should be acknowledged that it happened, but I wouldn't say to bar Zone-Tan from participating because of it.

As for the other issue, I consider Ms. /aco/, Playgirl and now the split tourneys all the same thing just under different names, they're all the "female porn tournaments". Personally, for the wiki, I would simply have them under that name instead of making a mess with all these different names.
I think it's silly to think about "inaugurals" for the furry split, it's all the same tournaments but now there will be two winners, simple as.

It's like a ball of yarn, trying to separate the strings would only leave you with a tangled mess since they're all connected. For the wiki, I'd say to make the main page for the tournaments simply the "Female Porn Tournaments" and write about the bumpy ride they had with all their names. No reason to try and retcon past tournaments' names, simply have each tournament be what they were called but have their separate issues be on their page. like Ms. /aco/ 2023 technically being the first /trash/ tournament and such.

Man now I'm looking around at other threads and he's in every single one of them saying the same shit, just with different gaslighting variance. I'm starting to think like 50% of the posts on the catalog are just this asshole whining and victimblaming.

And if you go around those threads you can see him take bits of people's posts from other threads and immediately twist them into a new bullshit narrative. In fact it all seems to revolve around him trying to dictate the narrative for everyone remotely in tune with the 4chan tournaments.

And you need an illustration of this, follow these posts downward. He demands repeatedly that a poster disclose whatever they worked on for the tourney, then claims they were lying for not answering fast enough, then when given examples, immediately attacks and belittles them and claims the poster to be boasting, even though he's the one who asked them to disclose it, and it doesn't stop there

So does this seem like a good faith individual? You can rest assured he will dodge the content of this post and dodge into focusing on the number of posts quoted or something along those lines.

Bit of a weird thing to fixate over, but the board is pretty active this week so eh.

You mean "actual quote from the source" vs "altered quote so it references the tournament"? Eh, I would say it depends on what feels more fitting depending on the article

Thoughts on going through all the outdated pages and just putting a basic cookie cutter overview like "character qualified in 20XX, defeated opponent 1 and opponent 2 before losing to opponent 3" in the tournament history section as a placeholder for the missing years until something more detailed can be added? It wouldn't take too long to do and it'd help clean up pages that either haven't been updated in years and/or just flat out don't have anything in the history section.

If Bigboar's reading this, I'm liking these character galleries you gor going for Scout and Eggman. Any chance other big king OC magnets like AM, Wario, and Demifiend can get something similar?

FYI, the the massive gallery for Scout was conjured by someone else (either Pablo or Wikiguy, can't remember). Eggman's far more modest, since I wanted to go for a more "highlights" type. I (or someone else) might do something like this for other characters later down the line.

For now the main focus should be updating the results tables for all characters across the 4 main tourneys (which while by far the most mundane task should be the absolute bottom line) and giving pages to perfect attendance members that don't have one yet.

I still need to upload all those Mr. 2018-21 plates I have saved and add trannyjannied/missing Mr. 2025 + All-Stars OC.

Someone asked me to make one just as a request. I investigated that the tournament was never finished properly and Zone won through vote in a private discord at the time. That's why threads of that tourney are missing. The placements are just the best I got from the information back then. I think I made it along with this one for 2022.

Looking back, yes. Tourneymaster (the original host for 2021) was the one who properly made Ms. /aco/ happen. He was asked if he was going to host next year. I think he was going to, but disappeared like Stats anon and never returned.

I've separated Scout's tournament history section into two collapsible category.
>trimmed down tournament summary, mostly before I compiled everything

I tried doing this: https://dev.miraheze.org/wiki/Porting_templates basically. But the info I gathered from didn't mention that I needed admin perms so I ended up looking like a retard. Then I opted for a different way of collapsible instead. There might be a non-template way of doing spoilers.
