Anon, always be on the lookout for SD-J. They always try to mimic company personnel, and by the time they enter the premises, the clock is already ticking. You have a little time to find her and inform your sentinel drone boss so she can get rid of Jober and save the company.

>>338137 Anon you're the spawn point, maybe you should consider leveling up your Oogi until she becomes a bug drone? Blend in there and maybe we can figure this out." >He hesitated, clutching his fists tighter, but nodded. >"Lead the way. Just... keep it quiet." >We slipped out the back of the cabin, where the vines grew thick enough to mask our heat signatures. >I moved first, my steps light and deliberate. >I signaled for him to follow, ducking behind a row of support posts as a hound's silhouette crested the ridge above. >Close...too close. Its acidic drip sizzled on the soil just meters away, and I froze. >Stay low, move with the wind, let the scent of the red fruits mask your oil. >We waited until its growl faded into the hum of the fields and then we pressed on. >Weaving through the undergrowth like shadows in the heat haze. >SC-3147 stumbled once, his yellow fruits clinking softly against his chassis, but I caught his arm before the noise could carry. >"Easy," I murmured, a faint smile in my voice despite the tension. >"Think of it like harvesting...pick your path carefully, or you bruise the yield." >He managed a weak static chuckle but his optics darted everywhere. >Yellow-tinted fear clashing with the soil underfoot. >As we neared the edge of my assigned rows, the air grew thick with the sweet tang of ripening orbs. >Their deep hues peeking from the vines. >A hint of something sharper lingered in my sensors maybe just a glitch from the lemons he carried? >But I pushed it aside. Focus on the work, always the work. >We crouched behind a cluster of overgrowth, waiting for a gap in the patrols. >One hound prowled the perimeter, its eyes sweeping the lines where drones toiled without pause. >"Now," I hissed, and we darted into the open, blending seamlessly into the rhythm of the harvest. >I plucked at the stems as if nothing had changed, my movements fluid and upbeat. >While SC-3147 mimicked me awkwardly, hiding his lemons in an empty crate. >The other drones didn't glance up not once. >Their heads stayed bowed, servos whirring in frantic efficiency, optics locked on the soil and the reds. >Fear hung heavier than the heat; one wrong or slowed step... >And the hounds would descend, tails stabbing, dragging the offender to the disassembly or worse. >No time for strangers, no curiosity to spare. >Just the endless grind.

>play as Techanon hard at work no your repair terminal >in comes Pavo: gameplay is a combination of repairing damage visible on his ASCII body layout, outfitting him for the next mission(given by the terminal each day), and making small talk >Pavo's body never moves, since it's in "maintenance mode," but expression changes depending on your words/actions >4 main endings: breakdown(fail maintenance, Pavo dies), tainted(don't equip him right for missions, Solver gets in and you get mutated), refused(you maintain your non-homosexuality), and requited(you pork the Pav; >Slight variations on each of these exist depending on when you "locked in" to the rout (i.e. refusing Pavo's affections from the start vs saying no to his confession at the end) and how you treated Pavo throughout (cruel/gleeful/professional/flirty)
>>338253 I like it, I can even roughly imagine what it might look like. Of course, need to add a lot more scenarios and interactions, because I think just four endings aren't enough: they could be more varied.
>>338254 The simllicity is intentional: i was trying to keep it reasonable enough that a better anon than me could theoretically make it with reasonable effort, rather than a 27 path saga that taking 12+ years to program
>>338258 As much as I'd like to say I want that many, I have to be realistic: It's not just the programming involved, even coming up with 27 endings would be difficult.
I really liked the idea, but as I said, it might be difficult because there is have to make ASCII style look pretty.
Dissembling Drones: abuse your position as maintenance tech, slowly ripping Pavo apart while he's helpless >Subvariant: Fuckup; you accept his suggestion to "get someone more experienced," losing your position as maintenance tech and getting sent to the frontlines >Subvariant: No Escape; carry out this ending instead of using the red tool on Pavo, granting him the mercy of true death. Get a DD conversion and squad leader position over his replacement/replica
Savant: complete the game without opening your emails whatsoever, including the "here's what your tools do" one
Only Human: succede in the "self maintenance" segment of the tainted ending, retaining your humanity at the cost of numerous body parts(and improving the situation at Sentinel-Base as a result)
Runaway: convince Pavo the war is pointless (have to make sure he fails all the "rescuing civilians" missions + use the right dialogue) and desert with him to the stars, abandoning Humanity to its fate
AbSolved: Secret path. Follow the instructions hidden in mission images and random yellow letters from the other memos. Recieve a "red tool" from a yellow email. Sabotage Pavo's self-destruct and use it on his core and head. Ends with now psychotically human-hating Pavo and yourself welcomed into "JCJenson" by Cyn. Still get confession scene in this path and variants based on socialization with him.
Anonymity: complete AbSolved path after finishing every ending, choose new >be me dialogue option. Enjoy mildly 4th wall breaking Cyn smooches. Pavo in the cuck chair optional. Ending the war also optional.

>>338261 Loyal Servitor: Transfer the base commander's secretary's personality matrix to the sentinel drone core. Requirement: The secretary's relationship with Pavo must be at least 60.
Rogue Servitor: Transfer the base commander's secretary's personality matrix to the sentinel drone core, and help the secretary in overthrowing the Federation Forces High Command. Requirement: The secretary's relationship with Pavo must be at least 90. The relationship of all sentinel drones in the base with Pavo must be at least 60.
Messiah: Activate the mysterious artifact of the ancients. Requirement: The cult leader must survive. Pavo's spirituality level is "prophet."
True Friends: Help the VSOTF remove the base commander. Requirement: Van Helsing's relationship with Pavo must be at least 80.
In fact, in the game you don't have to complete any "final mission." It's enough to just wait until Uzi uses her hidden vore fetish and traps Cyn in her ass.
>>338276 hah, I’m not particularly surprised, still am, guess pavofags are reaching new levels being pathetic with each passing day, couldn’t have just made a normal gay OC, could they? rather, resorting to what you described perfectly
>>338277 Timeout: complete the "Savant" ending, then use the chronometer from Caliban with the planet's artifact to set the date at 3071. Ends with the confirmed disappearance of the Solver. but both tremendous human casualties (no less than would have been inflicted normally if-not the complete annihilation of all humans off of Sentinel-Planet) and alienation from Pavo himself(you threw the both of you into the future rather than letting him save who he could and fight for mankind). Get a position as "Head Exorcist" for knowing this would stop the Solver, though. Also opens up Holly as a romantic interest.
>Loyal Servitor War substantially better fought at the cost of far more Humans dead. Pavo and yourself confirmed to survive until the "vanishing"(not true in standard endings).
>Rogue Servitor War switched to entirely drone-directed. Society switched to entirely drone-directed. Humans guaranteed 100% to survive in the long term post-vanishing, but firmly reduced to objects. Ends with Pavo performing maintenance on (you) where you get implanted with a tracking and identification chip as his property.
>Messiah Pavo awakens the Sentinel-String: gets consumed like Cyn was. Resultant being both able to stalemate the war and still interested in you, but clearly not Pavo anymore. Human remnant devolves into a theocracy. Cyn also never dies/disappears, since she never goes to Copper-9. Instead, becomes a battleground between "heaven" and "hell" with implications that Uzi is gunning for both.
>True Friends Successfully remove Harper and High Command from power, switching to a fully Human-dominated war effort. Drones reduced to objects/resources again and Humans warped into biological weapons/tools/unit production facilities as literally every possible manipulation of flesh or metal is used against the Solver. (You) become a cybernetic titan on par with Pavo, but he is reduced to your property and you'll never be a real Human again. Overall ambiguous about the state of "Pure" Humans vs the Resident Evil style bioweapons they've deployed when Solver "vanishes," but confirms you live until that point.

A personal tangent for a moment, ignore this post if you feel it doesn’t really contribute to the thread theme. I feel like with the end of MD and TADC coming soon the era of fun post-COVID indie animation is gonna come to a close, even though everybody was so hopeful that things were going to change. Economic pressures, the post-streaming war collapse, and corporate shenanigans have absolutely crushed the animation industry in the past two years. Less and less money has been getting invested into not just animation but original creative ventures year by year from Covid-era highs. Everything is gonna return to back to being an offshoot of Disney/Dreamworks or go back to being niche YouTube pilots and I really kind of dread it.
The talent is there, there are more people exercising the craft than ever and I’ve seen tons of animated shorts and creative yearning (mostly on TikTok rather than Youtube), but the coordination for large productions is nil with the exception for Glitch, and the investment is just straight up non existent. Selling plushies is not going to work for the 99% of indie projects, once again Glitch is the only somewhat applicable. Even they can’t finance the animation production that would’ve warranted a release schedule for their shows with a episode count larger than 7 but less than 10. Maybe it’s the will that they lack rather than the funds, who knows.
Even so, it will be in these times where the Liam Vickers of the world first begin their creative forays, but it’ll take a long time before the new generation matures into something like MD again.

Get the fuck out, you sicken me.” >…You don’t get it. This feeling towards you. Is this hatred? Nobody’s ever hated you before. It creates this sinking feeling, this squeeze in your chest. Maybe you did something wrong? You get closer, only for her to punch you in the face. Her hand audibly break against your skin. You can see the bones deformed as she stands there, huffing in rage and pain. You almost instinctively rush in, grab her hand, and start applying a medical agent. You don’t know why, but you want to make her feel better. By healing her hand, you feel like you’re doing the right thing. But she just looks at you with this utter rage in her eyes >“That’s right, fix my hand. I know you do shit like that. But no, when I ask to leave, you do nothing.” >You look at her and wonder why she wants to leave. Isn’t this place calming? Full of life? Don’t humans like that? You decide to, against your better judgement, ask her why she wants to leave. >“I’ve said it. I want to be in an environment where I can actually see the sun and feel like my body works.” >You ask her if she would like to take a trip to Sentinel Base and see stuff there. It’s the best you could offer. >“If going to that shithole is your best, I’d hate to see your worst. I have all kinds of stuff here. Pools, restaurants, museums, games, parks, everything. But you know what I don’t have? The fucking sun. It’s constantly raining here, and it’s maddening. Humans aren’t able to live like this, separated from the sun for so long. I’m one of the only people who isn’t completely catatonic from sheer despair. This place is hell disguised as heaven. It’s cold, damp, and dark as hell. Do you want to know why I’m out here in my underwear? Because I’m trying to freeze to death. Hell would be better than this because at least it’d be warm and bright.” >Well, that sounds like a bit of overreaction. A suicide attempt in response to rain? No, that should not be the case, you think to yourself. You hold her close, trying your hardest to run your inner heater. >“Great, another one of humanity’s dogs to the rescue. Let me die in peace, you glowing pile of junk.” >You don’t know what to do. To let go, she may die and you’ll regret not helping. To hold on, she’ll live but that bitter, awful feeling of hatred won’t leave. What can you do?… There has to be something you can do to help this person… But what? You think and think and think, and then it hits you. What would Harper do? You let go of her and sit down right next to her, even as she stares at you with contempt and mild confusion. You decide to tell her who you actually are. That’s about the only thing you could think to say. Maybe it’ll have some kind of effect? >You tell her who you are. You’re a former Worker Drone, stationed on the moon Titan, working with a small research team. You cared about them, but they never really spoke to you. Until you were called in for Sentinel upgrades due to something classified. The last time you saw the sun was about a week or so ago, but you didn’t care. You had someone in your life. On the way there, you spoke with a lot of people. They helped you with learning how to communicate your feeling properly, and thinking back on it, you probably would’ve been miserable if nobody was there to accompany you over that trip. But you did, and so it was better. You ask the woman if she has any friends or family. >“…Not really. Not anymore. Not after the raid.” >You tell her maybe that’s the problem. You ask if people speak here that often, to which she shakes her head. Slowly, as if realizing something about herself. You can feel the wheels in her head turning. She starts looking disappointed, like she’s wondering why the hell it took her this long to realize… Whatever it is she realized. She walks back inside. Crisis averted, back to Sophie! 13/??

A lot of people say the stress of show running really broke him down and made him step back from the indie animation scene as a result, but I’m inclined to believe that the answer to why he’s not continuing his creative works is because he is now married to Katie Hood and is simply focused on stabilizing his personal life.
>>338390 >a 80% they’ll give him a new show I will personally astral project and haunt the two gooks dreams to make sure that if they ever see Liam again they will lock him away in the Murder Drones mines for all eternity with a chance of a small break to make Cliffside something more than a pilot

>>338346 A shooter in the vein of Alien Shooter or Serious Sam where you mow down hordes of DDs and Solver fucks as Doll, doubly so because they're slavcore games. I'll get my drone with a fuckhuge minigun and I will like it.
my mind is still fixated on the idea of a kaiju solver sapien character and no I don’t mean a generic giantess or something shit needs to be goofy and kinda stupid looking like the old godzilla suits. stupid fat oversized chudling. that way the love shall be genuine.
>>338405 >The Oogi starts doing the anit anti ooger rejection dance >You are now stuck in a dance off that determines if you are married to the oogi or not
>>338416 >That’s how much it will take gw to sell themselves to Amazon who will turn warhammer 40k into modern star wars and warhammer fantasy into lord of the rings with negro elves and wholesome trans orcs Fixed that for you, but most of these things have already begun
>>338416 Sanguine is dead, but now he's some kind of daemon in the warp, so technically he's still with humanity. And I wouldn't count on GW, knowing them, they'll make some kind of utter crap.
>>338417 Nah it won’t last 20-30 more years. Not from gw at least, hobbyists will still play Warhammer and ignore gw as they do right now but I don’t thing Warhammer has that much left in it.
>>338419 While I'm not against changes, since only the dead remain unchanged, I can't stand the way GW does it. Like, fuck, fucking Squats and female Custodes are a pain. They have Age of Sigmar for this kind of crap, why Warhammer?
>>338422 Honestly I like the new squats, as in I don’t mind them besides they are literally worker drones but in warhammer. I’ve blanked the female custodes out of my memory. Its because they see that their current business model isn’t making enough money and probably just plain old disconcerted from reality decisions.
>>338422 Anon... it's warhammer Age of Sigmar, also the reason is that 100% of the executive suite is subhuman (degree in either marketing or financial stuff), this is the problem that plagues every company, the people who care about the products can't make decisions and the dregs of humanity who should be dying in coal mines instead use their knowledge about jewish pseudo science to make decisions that make the stock go up 2% in the short time and then the company crashes and burns
>>338425 Actually I think gw can still fall back on old fans if they show “they’ve changed” so they can afford to take the risk of trying to break into the mainstream properly. If they fail they can sell overpriced models to the same idiots that bought forgeworld resin and competitive players.
>>338426 I think GW could give fans a lot more say in the lore of the universe than they currently do. Warhammer is vast, so why not let fans create stories, factions, and characters, and then have the best of them (after some filtering, of course) become canon? Deciding the fate of your favorite universe through tabletop games is cool, and that could be expanded.
>>338447 But that doesn’t have a drone attached to it. Do you think there are advanced wireplay techniques that involve temporarily reconfiguring drone circuits into different circuits. Or perhaps installing an fpga to do that safely, it’s like an anatomy adapter but for autistic nerds. Do you think knowing the theory behind electricity and how to design circuits makes you better at wireplay? Would you go back to school just so you can deepen your knowledge of physics to please your wife better?
if I was redesigning drones the first thing I would do is upgrade their displays so they have a lot more variety in their eye designs than just different colors.
>>338368 I think MD was lightning in a bottle, I even kinda felt this back in 2023 and because of that I absorbed and enjoyed every moment of it while it lasted.
>Colt got invited for a sleepover at Hilals place >He doesnt go to sleep over often, since he sorta view it as a bit childish >But it better than being alone most of the time so he let them know that he'll be there >And upon arriving there, spending some time and overall having a pleasent experience, colt can definitely say this sleepover was a good night to have. >He wouldnt mind spending another night there again
>>338488 He mashes up thread Oc with his current obsession, Thats just how it works. If he became obsessed with politics tomorrow he’d probably draw Akita baking cookies with Richard Nixon
And now a return to Chuuni Uzi, not much action in this one but I wanted to post a new part this week
>>319754 >Continue being Uzi >Your audio receptors are ringing from all the screaming >You, Zen, Emily and Beau are currently staring at Alice >Alice has a deadpan expression on her face >Her eyes are hollow and [Fact does not compute] errors are stacking up in the corners of her screen >After a while Alice limply falls to the ground Emily begins screaming again ”Aaaaaaaa! Miss Alice died of a core attack!” The loading icon that appears on Alice’s screen proving your friend wrong >”Calm down! She’s just unconscious!” >You begin shaking Emily’s shoulders so she gets a hold of herself while Zen just kinda stands there like a pillar of salt >She jumps in place when Beau speaks up again “Guys, shouldn’t you help ma?” >The now talking pillbaby reminds you all about his existence >You’re still kinda freaked out by this, but he’s right >You and Zen pick Alice up and lay on on the couch in the living room while Emily cradles Beau >Well more like Emily rocks back and forth in fear while Beau tries to snap her out of it >After a while Alice wakes up >Emily has come to her senses and entered the room with Beau in her hands “Ah… girls? What happened? Did I fall and hit my head?” >None of you answer, you just stare at her “Ugh… I had this weird dream, Beau was talking and…” “Ma I can talk” “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAa” >You and Zen do your best to calm Alice down before she faints again >After a few more [Fact does not compute] errors Alice calms down >With trembling hands she takes Beau from Emily “Beau….” “Yes ma?” “You can speak again!” “Sure I do” “I almost forgot how yer voice sounded like!” >A wide smile forms on Alice’s face as she pulls Beau closer to her chest “This is great! You’ll finally get a normal body, you’ll go ta school, make friends….” >Alice’s mood suddenly sours “… but getting you that body will be hard… spare parts are bein rationed, the machine shops can barely keep up with demand…” “Don’t worry ma, sis and her friends said they have spare parts in their hideout!” “What hideout?” >What is he talking about…. >Wait, you did talk about salvaging the parts from the two corpses left over in the warehouse >That little snitch! >Alice stares daggers at you three “Zen, what hideout?” “Well uh… we… found a empty closet in the bunker where we play board games?” “Sis and her friends sneak out of the bunker using tunnels and…” >You rush to cover Beau’s speaker >”What? We? Sneak out of the bunker? No…. We would never! We’re just three good unassuming teenagers, right?” >Emily and Zen nod their heads and give thumbs up >Alice doesn’t buy this “You’ve been sneaking out of the bunker!? Girls you know those tunnels are dangerous! You done found Zen buried under rocks there for heaven’s sake! What are y’all even doing there!?” “We… uh… search for more people to rescue” >You and Alice give Emily a confused look >”Wha… I mean yeah! We don’t want anyone to be stuck down there” >Alice processes this information for a moment “Really…. Girls… you’ve been crawling around in there faw the better part of a month! Don’t ya think it’s time to stop playin hero!? You’re too young to be risking life and limb! Leave that ta the rescue team!” “Sorry ma…” “Oh ya better be! Listen I’m already late for work, we’ll talk tomorrow, Zen give me the keys I’m locking the door, none of ya are leaving until I get back and bring Khan and Ellijah here” >Zen hangs her head in shame and hands the keys to Alice >You and Emily start pleading with Alice >“Miss Alice, please don’t tell our parents!” “Sorry you two but your folks really ought to know about this” >”No please! Don’t tell them! They’ll going to ground me for the rest of my life!” “Yeah, Uzi’s going to get chained in her room!” >Alright maybe not that bad >What parent would do that to their child? “No way around it, you need to learn your lesson” >You try to plead and beg but Alice leaves and locks the door behind her >”Well crap” “Uzi what do we do? If we get grounded we won’t be able to go to the warehouse! Anon will starve to death!” >He’ll probably freeze to death first “This is the first time I’ve seen ma this mad, you guys really are in trouble huh sis?” “Yeah…” >”Beau this is all your fault!” “What did I do?” >“You told Alice about our hideout!” “I didn’t know she would get mad! And wasn’t she right about that stuff being dangerous?” >”And so what? We’re taking risks going out there that everyone else is too chicken for! They’d rather hide behind those stupid doors!” “And we’re finding human hunks” “And we’ve been having jolly good fun out there all things considered” >”Yeah and that” ”Sorry Uzi… I didn’t know” >”Yeah yeah I get it! I get it!” >You sit down on the couch and start thinking about a way out of this mess >Maybe you could? >No…. >Maybe… instead…. >Also no… >You walk up to the door >Locked tight and you’re not picking the lock, Alice turned the burglary alarm on >Maybe you could give the vents a shot?
>>338507 >Nope, the vent shaft is too small for any of you to fit in, and you doubt sneaking out again would do any good >Zen and Emily look at you with hope >It’s stings to admit it but… you’re done >Alice got you and you can’t do anything about it “Uzi you’re giving up!?” >”I guess?” “Come on hoss! We can get out of this mess!” >”Well I’m out of ideas, but if you have anything I’m up for it” >Emily and Zen rack their processors for a while before shrugging “I’m drawing blanks, Emily?” >Emily sits on the couch next to you and takes Beau into her hands “Nothing…. Unless…” >”Unless what?” “We wait for our parents to come, we knock them out, we run to our hideout, you quickly pop me into my other body, we grab Anon and escape into the wastes!” >You, Zen and Beau look at Emily like she’s a complete crock “Emily you feelin well las?” >”I got bullied for less insane rants” >Emily’s eyes hollow and she attempts to shrink into the sofa as she realizes what she just proposed “EEEP! I… uh… got carried away thinking about Anon, it was a bad idea anyway” >Actually you think going rogue is a pretty sweet idea, you wanted to suggest it yourself but you weren’t sure if Emily and Zen would be up for it >Zen is not up for it and Emily is tuckered out on the idea now >But you didn’t expect her to have it in her to suggest something like that “So do we just sit around… and wait for my mom to come back?” >”I think? Not much else to do” “I think I saw some board games in Beau’s room, maybe we could pass the time?” >Sure >You spend the night playing monopoly >It’s fun, though you have the overwhelming sense of dread in the back of your head due to the fact your dad will tear you a new maintenance hatch when he gets here >Beau does his best to lighten the mood up a bit >Whenever a property goes on auction he acts as the auctioneer, calling out the bids as fast as he can and trying to make his accent thicker >He really is sorry about ratting you out but this doesn’t mean you don’t have to stop yourself from launching a barrage of I told you so’s at your friends >Still, you had a good run even if it was short >Just last month you were sneaking out with Emily, killing Disassembly Drones with lead pipes, stealing necromantic tomes, almost losing your soul, bringing the dead back to life >You managed to capture a human, negotiated a ceasefire of sorts >Right Anon… >Oh man you’ll have to tell dad about him >A captive human is good leverage… he won’t squander the opportunity >Maybe he won’t be that mad? >Oh who are you kidding, he’ll cover you in trackers >Emily’s folks are going to run a number on her as well >They are the strict sort, you don’t imagine them being all that happy finding out their daughter was running around god knows where doing god knows what >Zen…. You don’t know, Alice will probably ground her for long enough for the ice on the main doors to freeze over >You play until the early morning >None of you wants to go to sleep and it’s distracts you well enough >Eventually all of you are to exhausted to keep going and so you fall asleep on the couch >You are awakened by the sound of the front door opening >You’re groggy but you can make out the silhouette of Alice in the doorframe >This is then >The consequences of your actions or something >Emily and Zen woke up as well >Alice enters the house and walks up to the couch >Weird your dad and Miss Elliajh aren’t with her >Maybe they’ll come later? >Maybe you’ll get the rant of the century when you get back home about how much you put yourself and other in danger, how you’re a bad influence, yadda yadda >Alice sits down in a chair next to the couch and clears her throat “Girls…” >You raise your heads as much as you can to look at Alice >She places some paper on the table “This is the requisition form for the parts I need to assemble Beau’s normal body” >You take the paper and try to read it >Your optics have trouble adjusting so you glaze over most of the text but you catch the most important part [Estimated wait time, 16 months] >16 months!? >You knew the situation with spare parts was bad but you didn’t think it was this bad! >But why is Alice showing you this? “Was the thing Beau said about you having spare parts squirreled away true?” >You slowly nod your head “Alright then, seeing as I want Beau to attend school for at least a while, I’m willing to offer you a deal” >Yeah you only got like eight months of school left before you graduate >Wait what deal? >Zen and Emily ask the same question “You lead me to that hideout of yours so I can grab those parts and I don’t tell your parents” >You perk up and try to sit up on the couch >”What about Zen?” >Alice sighs “She will promise to never go back into those tunnels and to make sure she keeps her word she will wear a tracker… harsh I know but there must be punishment and it’s tamper proof so don’t think about removing it” >You look at Zen and give her a dumb wide smile >Maybe your exploits aren’t over yet! “So what do you say?”
>>338508 “Sure thing ma, we’ll take you there, but can we get five more minutes? We haven’t slept a wink tonight” >You collapse back onto the couch and sleep for a few more hours >When you wake again Alice is waiting by the door, checking a doctors bag she’s holding “Y’all ready?” >”Sure, but we should wait until it’s late, people might see us enter the tunnels” “We’ll take a different entrance, don’t worry” >”Ok then” >What different entrance? >The maps you copied show that the one you use is the only one leading to that part of the tunnels that’s unguarded >Alice walks up to the couch where Emily and Zen are sleeping “Wakey wakey sleepy heads, we need to get going” “Five more minutes ma...” >Alice smiles and starts caressing Zen’s hair “Uzi, yander over here and help me get these two to their feet” >After a bit of whining and winging from your friends you leave the house and start walking towards the hospital >You enter the hospital and head to Alice’s office >On your way you’re stopped by one of the doctors “Alice! Your next shift starts in 10 hours! Don’t even think about working overtime again, I’m not letting you burn another screen out due to overworking yourself” “Calm down Marcus! I’m not going to, these three will just help me move a few boxes in my office is all” “Alright, but if I see you enter any of the theaters you’re getting escorted out” >Marcus walks away and you continue >Alice grumbles to herself “It was one time! Ten years ago…” >You enter Alice’s office >She locks the door behind you “So where is that entrench miss Alice?” “Right over here sweety” >She moves a stack of boxes and reveals a manhole >”This thing wasn’t on my dad’s maps, how did it get here?” “You’ve been snooping around your dad’s things!? Oh… we’ve all got our secrets…” >Alice walks up to one of the shelves in her office and picks up a framed picture “Before the Murder Drones came Beau’s dad dug a tunnel to my office way back when they were used for excavating minerals… sometimes he snuck into my office and sometimes I snuck down into the tunnels...hah… oh I miss those days” >Alice places the picture down and starts removing the manhole >You descend into the tunnels >The part you’re in looks rougher than the ones you usually traverse >Rusted support beams and no light >No one was here in a long time >Alice leads the way until you reach the main section of the tunnels, then you take over >You reach your hideout >You contemplate if you should let Alice into your sanctum but… a deal is a deal >You open the door and enter the warehouse >Alice shines her flashlight around and you go to the circuit breaker to turn the lights on “Girls… you did that to this place?” >”No…” “No we didn’t miss Alice” “Nah ma we found it like this” >Alice shines her flash light at one of the walls and frowns “You sure?” >’Uzi rules’ is boldly written in purple letters on it >Alice shines her flashlight lower >‘And Emily’ is written bellow it >‘And Zen’ is written bellow that >”Alright maybe we redecorated a bit” >Before Alice can press further you lead her to the place where you placed the two wrecked drone corpses “Oh… those two are in a bit of a rough shape, still most of the parts look good, and what’s left of the chassis is also ok, give me a hand girls” >Alice places her doctor bag down and starts taking out tools >Zen and Emily use flashlights to illuminate the corpses while you act as Alice’s assistant, passing tools to her and placing parts to the side when she’s done with them and occasionally helping out with removing them “You girls sure you don’t want to swap with Uzi? She could use a rest” >”I’m good” “Sorry miss Alice this is a bit gross” “Yeah ma, I can’t look at this” >Alice chuckles “Squeamish pumpkin? That’s alright” >Why would you want to swap with them? >You’re learning a whole lot more watching Alice work than reading your tome >She gets rather suspicious whenever you ask why she does something other than what the book told you but her answers usually boil down to “It’s quicker that way and the part can take it” >Or “Business not pleasure” >Eventually both of the corpses are completely broken down >Alice claims some of the parts that you thought destroyed can be used after a bit of soldering >You pack all of the parts into your bags and get ready to leave “That should do it, with these parts I’ll be able to knock down that requisition form from 16 months to a day tops” “Miss Alice, won’t people get suspicious about those parts?” “Don’t worry las, not the first or the last time I get my parts from unusual sources, everyone learned not to question my methods” >Oh you’re sure this is not the first time she does this, but you’re sure she’s doing this >Whatever, back to the bunker, before she finds the sings of your rituals >You head to the exit but suddenly knocking on a certain door takes everyone’s attention >Anon is knocking on his cell door “What is that!?” >”I..uhh.. just a backup generator I’ve been trying to get running! Must be on the fritz! Emily come give me a hand with it ok?” “…Sure” >You run up to the door
>>338509 >Emily stops you and starts speaking in a hushed tone “Uzi! Anon can’t see me like this!” >”What do you mean he can’t, get in there and help me with him!” >Emily protests again >Alice gets a bit annoyed “What’s the hold up? And what are you girls talkin about?” >”Uh… About where we left the manual crank for the generator!” >Zen attempts to distract Alice while you continue speaking to Emily “Common Ems, we don’t have the time!” “No… what if he… doesn’t like me when… I’m like this…” >”Emily….” >Alright, if she doesn’t want to you won’t force her >“Just hold the door in case he tries to escape or something ok?” “Sure” >You and Emily quickly open the door >You enters as fast as you can and Emily closes the door behind you >You ran into the humie when entering, he stood very close to the door >The impact knocked him to the floor >He tries to stand up >You’re actually a bit taller than him when he’s sitting on the floor >That means you’re more imposing, you like that! >To keep yourself towering above your captive you take a step forward and place your hands on his shoulders to pin him on the ground >You look down and into Anon’s eyes >“What do you want fleshie?” “Hello… uh… small purple lady, is, is Emily here? I wanted to talk with her” >”No she couldn’t come, now tell me what you want” “I’m… running out food” >”What!? You had a full crate! What did you do with it?” “I’ve been here for more than a week! And I’ve been stress eating…” >”Stress eating? What does that even mean?” >You look around the room >There is food packaging scattered everywhere >Oh… the humie was stuffing himself like a blast furnace >Good thing the suit still fits him >”You’re lucky your boss’s lackey scheduled the food ration drop for monday, do you at least have enough to last you until then?” “Just barely” >”Great! Then be quiet! And sit here looking pretty until we return ok? Great!” >You turn around and ask Emily to open the door for you “Uzi! Finally, what took you so long with that generator?” >“It got… uh.. clogged up with low quality diesel” >You enter the tunnels again >Emily starts whispering to you “Hey Uzi, did Anon ask about me?” >”Yes he did, why do you ask?” “Well I tried my best to listen in on you but Alice was staring at me all the time” >And here you thought you had a private conversation with the meatbag “Did you make sure he really has enough food? Also if he’s stress eating then we should try to make sure he’s feeling comfortable” >”And why do we need to make the flesh bag feel comfortable?” “It can negatively impact their health if they experience prolonged discomfort” >”How do you know this stuff?” “I read a book about human psychology, though I wanted to learn how to make someone love you…” “Whatcha girls talking about?” >”School stuff! A chapter of our physics text book!” “Ok… a bit weird to worry about grades right now but I’m glad you’re taking your school duties seriously” >Man Alice is nosy >Good thing she didn’t notice the DD body covered in drapes on one of the tables >You’re not sure how you could explain that one >You reach the section of the tunnels under Alice’s office >You’re at the home stretch and you didn’t even have to dodge WDF guards today >Honestly you haven’t seen many of them in the outpost today, wonder why >Suddenly you hear metal creaking all around you >Everyone else can hear it >You can see the ceiling begin to move >The rusted supports can’t take any more of this, the tunnel will collapse soon >You’re too deep to escape into a more stable section, you need to run >All four of you move as fast as you can in the cramped tunnel >The ceiling behind you caves in falling rocks follow you and threaten to catch up >The tunnel is filled with dust you can barely see what’s in front of you >A rock falls in front of you >It’s not big, but you didn’t notice it due to the dust >You trip and fall >You were in front >Everyone manages to either get around you or walk over you while tripping >Fear and panic grab your core >You start trying to crawl forward >You hope none is laying in front of you >You hear the tunnel caving in above you >Time slows down for you >You look up >There is a huge rock falling directly at you >You turn off your optics >”Sorry mom, sorry dad” >Suddenly you feel something grab you by the wrists >You are quickly yanked forward into the tunnel >Someone is dragging you, there is too much dust to see who >You reach a section of the tunnel that is more stable >There is less dust in the air >You can see your savior >It’s Alice >She lets go off you and pauses to take a breath before kneeling down in front of you “Uzi you alright? Did you get hurt?” >”No, I’m fine… thank you, miss Alice” “Don’t worry about it! Emily, Zen, you’re ok as well?” “Yes” “Sure thing ma” >You stand up >Good to see everyone got through this unscathed >“Man what was that!” “Those tunnels were in pretty rough shape, surprised they only collapsed now” >You Emily and Zen begin climbing the ladder to Alice’s office >Alice is hanging back and looking into the collapsed tunnel
>>338510 “One last thing you did for me, huh hun?” >”Are you coming miss Alice?” “Yes girls, I was just saying goodbye last time” >You enter Alice’s office >You place the parts from your bags in an empty box “Alright girls, that was one adventure ey? You should get going and stay out of these tunnels! You’ve seen what can happen” >You open the door to Alice’s office “Oh Zen, about that tracker” >Zen hangs her head and turns around “You’re not getting one” “Really!?” “Yeah pumpkin, just wanted to scare you a bit, now git! I have a new requisition form to fill and I’m sure Beau woke up by now, I left him a note but I’m sure he doesn’t like being alone for this long” “Thank you mom” >Zen hugs Alice >You leave the hospital >“I don’t know about you guys but I’m beat, I think I’ll go home to rest” “Me to” “Same here” >”We’re sneaking out on monday to get those rations for Anon right Emily?” “Yup!” >”Zen I know you probably want to stay home for now and I don’t blame you…” “I’ll go with you” >”You sure? After all this…” “I’m going wether you like or not, someone has to help you with Emily” >”Thanks Zen” “No worries, and bye I really want to lay down” >You say good byes and go your separate ways >You return home >Mom is sitting on the couch reading a book “H-Honey, y-you’re back!” >”Hi mom” “You g-guys are having sleepovers s-so often, what are you even gossiping about?” >”Uhhh… girl stuff?” >Mom stands up at a speed uncharacteristic for her and places her hands on your shoulders >She pulls you closer and gives you a stern look “You’re not talking about boys right? You didn’t find yourself some p-punk that smokes lithium batteries” >”No mom I didn’t” She eyes you suspiciously before sitting back down >”By the way, where’s dad?” “O-oh, he has a meeting with t-the leaders of other outposts today, probably tomorrow as well” >”Alright, thanks mom” “You’re welcome honey” >You go to your room and lay on your bed >Ohhh this feels nice >You grab one of your mangas that’s on the floor and start reading >It’s one of the ones that are cringy even for your standards but you’re too tired (and lazy) to stand up to grab another one
>>338513 Isn't it still part of the tunnels though? Given how unstable they're made out to be I can't imagine Tessa letting her precious DDs, and especially not her manor-minions, patrol the place. And that's completely ignoring how hard these would job against workers in an area basically custom-built to remove their every combat advantage(can't fly, can't extend their wings defensively, can't use explosive/destructive weaponry, and the whole area is covered in "hit this weak spot for massive damage" support columns that both a suicidal WD and an unsupervised tail could use to bring thousands of tons of stone down on their heads). Bare minimum there's no way she's sending an army through there. A handful of desperate rogues with no technician to tell them "no" though...
>>338519 >U-U using their head bulbs to record the funny faces you make when you're about to cum >as you're basking in the afterglow, U-U print them out to point and laugh dumbly at them
Ideal hand-holding height. Lay her down on the couch and bury your face into her soft, black belly. Make her squirm and laugh as you blow raspberries against her sensitive tummy, your entire house shaking as she laughs and cries and begs you to stop.
>>338449 >>338450 >V eats Yeva's core >Yeva is assimilated into V's psyche >Yeva exerts subtle influence on V's behavior (though not to the same degree as the personalities Uzi assimilated) >While V keeps her animalistic edge, Yeva's influence makes her more mature and maternal
>>338533 This would be what happened, had she not also eaten Dritchell's core. Now he and Yeva are in V's head having weird core sex 24/7 and driving her even more insane.
>>338515 So they're using a warehouse, a building on the surface with a room and cracks through which warm air can escape. I think if DDs fly overhead with thermal vision, they'll be able to spot a warm house standing out against the icy wastes. As for the assault, just tell Aron's brother that his little one has been captured by drones: he'll make those robot bastards beg for a quick death.
>>338514 Okay, we can just say that Tessa is too dumb to understand this.
Glitch might decide to make a Minecraft cartoon if their other shows don't live up to their profit expectations. It just occurred to me because I know HOW MANY kids, and even adults, would watch it.
>>338552 Forget about that, why is J there? Is she attending school now? Why does she have a look of clear awe on her face(rather than disgust like V)? Why's Lizzy not in the shot? All of these may have the same answer...
>>338555 >Femdrone takes shifts off from the factory, skimping on her maintenance/repair time for a chance to record and observe >V just sat next to them, and has to endure their combined flirting and pornomancy whenever they're in the room from all 5 of the angles her cameras provide >It'd hurt less if the grey toaster stopped trying to discuss it with her afterwards >She makes good money trading "2nd perspectives" though: that N she ordered can't come soon enough
>>338215 I’m going to play the route where you burn that stupid Pisso bird and get rape by women. then cut off his balls and say you're women now so its not gay
>>338580 >Not enough skulls, my lord? >[angry shout] "No!" [indignant tirade] "Where are the dolls? Where are the flowers? Why does it smell rotten in here?" [indignant look] "I am a god, not a popaidol!"
>>338584 DDanni. She doesn't think much of anything, enjoys life, works, paints miniatures, and fucks Buddy.
Well, that's her after the final episode, because before that, as a human, she was eaten alive, and then, as a core, she spent over two decades in Alice's oven... okay, she suffered a little.
>>338591 No, but you do clearly. Regardless of your proclivities go jump in a ditch and think about the socioeconomic implications of increasing the cost of worker drones.

Heck, how long would it even take Uzi to let her pride go and say "damn, this sucks ass" about her current form? I can totally see her at least trying to hype up her Cyn containment and "badass final form" for a while before reality crashes in in a way she can't ignore.

>>339017 >What exactly is silicon's property that makes it the only mineral for producing semiconductors? I'm an idiot luddite, but I think it's a combination of things. There are materials that are better in theory (generally having to do with gallium) but they always have some issue that makes them unfeasible for transistors, like being fragile. Price and availability are the biggest thing. An element you have to synthesize is always going to be way more expensive than silicon. As for why silicon's having trouble, we're making transistors so small that they're starting to encounter quantum instability. We've pushed things so far that we're now blocked by universal laws we don't understand, and the best we've made for AI so far with that is fucking ChatGPT.
