Can't we just put a few grunts into a tank? You get more drones that way and you get the opportunity for the human tank commander to "integrate" with his crew during downtime, just imagine the cramped tank interior one of the grunts sitting on your lap because they don't have to man the main gun right now all other drones constantly making contact with you

Yeah, how so? On the one hand Cyn is still as slow and playful as normal with her extermination and is very much near-completely unkillable. On the other, Humans are one of the few things that she seems to take semi-seriously on occasion: she went to IMMEDIATELY kill CFL and Copper-9 in general after she stopped the patch testing(with the flesh hole and null sphere combo), and likewise she went way out of her way to destroy not only the patch, but literally all means of recreating it.

I don't think she considered humanity specifically a threat, but perhaps just the patch. We saw that killing the witches was just as much of a priority as destroying the patch, so they, along with the patch, could actually do something against her. Of course, not much, and only under certain conditions, but still.

That's mainly what I'm talking about there: that the Humans were able, under certain conditions, to get her to drop the silly and start actually using her metaphorical "both fists" at times, as opposed to purely playing around(like she does against even Uzi). On the one hand that essentially kills any chance of them winning (since she's willing to actually try against them) but, on the other, that implies there were at least times and places that forced her to sit up and take serious stock of the situation(CFL being the biggest for obvious reasons).

Sure, if Humans were pulling off unlimited wish or dragon ball shenanigans then they could have won. But from what vanishingly little of it we've seen(Tessa's room and the cathedral) human-style occultism is unreliable at best if not completely ineffective. Maybe in some variant of the threadcannon(and even then likely knly Ansible's setting) but not anywhere else.

>He could feel Cyn inside his systems trying to break through Holly's firewall, futilely searching for any loophole

>What should he do next?
>He hadn't really thought about what he would do after, in fact, he didn't even really believe he would succeed
>And here he is, the machine of the greatest war in human history, which (he hopes) will never happen again, standing in the middle of a junkyard
>Techanon should have just been born; Harper, Elf, Ivory, and everyone he knew from the past life should be living their ordinary, peaceful lives as worker drones right now
>Hell, he himself should be standing carefree at a checkout counter somewhere hundreds of light years away, like an ordinary drone
>So what should he do?
>Pavo surveyed the piles of bodies around him
>Quite typical for this time: humanity neglected drones until it led to tragic consequences
>Although... why can't he fix it?
>Yes, he is the most advanced life form in the universe right now, why shouldn't he try to set humanity on the right path?

>be me, Anon.
>your average prankster in this weird little mixed world where drones and folks like me lived.
>Not a total asshole, just love messing with this cute shorty drone next door.
>This adorable little female drone, like maybe 4 feet tall max, big expressive pink eyes, always smiling, sweetest angel who gets along with literally everyone.
>Never gets mad or hurt a fly, just giggles and calls me a big meanie in the cutest voice.
>I hold her cheese way above my head while she jumps and reaches, little hands flailing.
>"Anon stoooop I'm gonna get it eventually!"
>I put her favorite mug on the top shelf, watch her stack boxes to reaching with a little grumpy expression.
>I hide her tools on high beams, she climbs my back begging for a boost.
>One day she finally snaps a little, not angry just tired of being tiny.
>She saw some shady back-alley ad for "experimental growth nanites.".
>She bought a whole vial with her savings, downs it that night.
>Next morning: nothing.
>Her visor all sad, poking her arms like.
>"Why didn't it work... I'm still small..."
>She heads outdoors to clear her head, maybe buy more or just hangout in the park.
>Perfect opportunity strikes again.
>My genius brain cooked the best prank yet.
>While she's gone I sneak into her cute little house with my toolkit.
>Spend hours carefully disassembling and rebuilding the entire thing at like 60% scale.
>Doors shorter, ceilings lower, furniture miniaturized, even the windows resized.
>Looks exactly like her house but doll-sized now.
>I chuckle the whole time imagining her face.
>I finish just as sun sets and slip out.
>She comes back later.
>"W-whoa... my house... it's so small! >The nanites worked! I'm... I'm big now!!"
>She's bouncing, clapping her tiny hands.
>I didn't know what she's talking about since still tiny to me but whatever.
>Runs to the door, has to duck a bit to squeeze through the now-low frame.
>Inside she giggles.
>"Everything's so cute and little! I can touch the ceiling!"
>She's exploring, stepping carefully in the cramped space.
>then...CRACK.
>Old floorboard or maybe weakened a tad too much?
>It gives up under her foot weight.
>She yelps, falls straight down into the tight basement hole.
>It's narrow as hell down there, concrete walls, barely room to turn around even for her "normal size".
>"O-ow... Anon this isn't funny... I'm stuck..."
>She tries to climb out but the opening's too small now with the shrunken house above.
>Then the nanites finally kick in for real
>At first just a warm glow on her chassis.
>Then her metal plates start creaking, expanding outward.
>"W-wait... no no no not here, it's happening too fast..."
>Her torso bloats, seams popping with sparks and hissing coolant.
>Arms stretch and twist like taffy, fingers elongating into weird spindly wires.
>Her legs buckle and balloon up, her synthetic padding ripping as internal frames warp.
>Her visor cracks in a spiderweb pattern, her sweet digital eyes glitching wide in panic.
>her growing mass presses against cold concrete on all sides.
>Metal groaning like a dying ship, panels buckling inward then exploding outward in jagged shards.
>Oil sprays everywhere like black blood, pooling and sizzling.
>Wiring spills out in tangled guts, sparking and fusing together.
>her core throbs visibly through stretched casing, overheating and pulsing.
>she screams, voice glitching and distorting as her neck elongates then compresses.
>"It hurts! It hurts so much...Anon please the walls are crushing meee..."
>No escape, the hole is now her prison for her naivety.
>And the worst part...
>The growth doesn't stop.
>Her body contorts to fill every inch, spine-cables snaking along the walls in twisted patterns.
>Mass swells upward, bursting through the weakened floor into the shrunken house above.
>The living room floods with her expanding chassis, furniture splintering and embedding into her.
>The ceiling bows, walls crack and bulge outward as she keeps inflating.
>Her once-cute face stretches thin across the massive blob, visor half-melted, mouth servos locked in a permanent silent scream.
>Her limbs twisted and folded into the mass, one hand clawing uselessly at the front door from the inside.
>The whole house now shaped like her like a turtle shell, seams leaking oil and smoke.
>She's still conscious in there somewhere, whispering glitched pleas
>"M-make it stop... I'm sorry I wanted to be bigger... it hurts... help..."
>Hours later...
>I'm strolling over with a camera, big grin, ready to film her "big" reaction and laugh my ass off.
>The house looks... wrong.
>Bulging at the seams, windows cracked and dripping black oil.
>Creaking sounds like bones snapping.
>The front door won't open, something soft and metallic blocking it from inside.
>I peek through a side window.
>Oh god...
>The entire interior is just... her.
>A nightmarish amorphous mass of twisted drone parts filling every corner.
>Bent metal plates fused to walls, wires pulsing like veins, coolant dripping from cracks.
>Her stretched visor-face stares back from the center of the ceiling blob, eyes flickering with pure agony.
>One distorted hand twitches near the glass, reaching.
>Voice barely audible through the static.
>"A-Anon...? Is that you...? Please... get me out... I can't move... everything's so tight... it hurts forever..."
>I drop the camera.
>Back away slowly.
>The house groans again as another surge hits, walls cracking wider.
>My harmless prank turned the sweetest little drone into this nightmare.
>Trapped forever in her own house, growing, suffering and begging my name in the dark.
>Never pranking again.
>Never sleeping again.

I too dislike it when threads devolve to the same half dozen meaningless ritual posts or are dominated by a topic which is like a crossover from a totally unrelated setting or fandom, but simply casting a complaint into the ether does exactly nothing to benefit the thread.
That's especially true here where there is no report for off topic function.
The only way you're going to see less non-drones related posts is if you displace them with something people find more interesting.

Otherwise, your posts really are just trolling/wasting another post/no less off topic

If I remember correctly, grunt mechs in Gundam were cheap and easy to produce. Does this mean sentinel grunt drones can be thought of as cheaper alternatives to standard sentinel drones? If so, which specialization would be more suitable for them:
1) Supporting more expensive and advanced sentinel drones.
2) Supporting standard infantry.
3) Being part of a separate unit of sentinel grunt drones.

I haven't watched Gundam, and I suspect they might be used due to their obvious high cost, albeit lower than sentinel drones. Has anyone seen Gundam? What role did the mechs in those models play?

iirc the Zaku (which GDs are based on) was the first mass production mobile suit, but its success on the battlefield was predominantly because only Zeon had mobile suits, giving them a massive advantage until the federation developed their own later down the line. I don't think they were necessarily cheap for their time, though they no doubt were when compared to later more advanced mobile suits

But wouldn't the problem in production would be the same for both grunt and worker conversions? Sentinel string happens at random and while grunts would be eligable for it it's just not common enough for humans to "just make more" excepting the overwhemingly expensive Holly-type bots. If anything grunts would be even rarer than WD based sentinels simply because there are far less grunts for the code to "manifest" in.

They are hermetically sealed, electrically driven, frictionless and brushless motors, very efficient and able to develop tremendously high torque and rpm.
Not as efficient as what the solver can do with DDs, thus why their limbs and joints are proportionally bulkier.

Well, it's still possible to say they're cheaper, albeit less effective, plus, the grunts drones were created as a cheap military force against the solver, since it couldn't capture them due to their different design. Although as anon: >>337483 pointed out, they need to have code against the solver, which can't be created manually. Then it turns out that sentinel grunt drones should be like sentinel drones, but essentially a different model, and perform similar functions.

Kinda contradicts the entire purpose of both types of unit. A Sentinel is supposed to function like an ASF, maximum killing power in a portable package, a Grunt is supposed to be cheaper to deploy than human infantry and carry the same weapons.
It's also lost even a remote resemblance to anything in the setting, if you weren't versed in threadlore there'd be no way to tell it was meant to be here.

NTA, but that's why I figured these make the most sense as an extension of the "regular" Sentinel concept: grunts have drone-based software = grunts can get random Sentinel-code = those grunts get recruited for an upgrade (just like regular drones). If you go the other direction you've just got psudo-drone Secmarines, which means less writing about either of them as the two compete for space.

>But the code was of too much import: to modify it was to jeopardize the Sentinel-string itself
>Leading into the next flaw

>Second: their hearts
>Grunts are... grunts
>They are small, stupid, and loyal to a fault
>That means the Union
>But it also means their squad (and commander)
>Their squad that a position as solo operators would separate them from
>Permanently
>Most converts entered a "depressive" state: operating at less than 40% effectiveness when informed
>Some took it further: expressing hostility or even disobeying orders as they sought return with "their unit"
>Original plans dashed, R&D surrendered the program
>But High Command understood combat
>They saw potential
>And, in uniting them with their old command structure, confirmed it

>As traditional Sentinels, precision-target agents with mobility and independence to spare, they were useless
>But as support for regular troops?
>Especially when lead by a human?
>ESPECIALLY lead by THEIR human: their squad commanders?
>Paragons
>Solver forces shattered, flesh seas parting against chassis-mounted weapons and invincible frame alike
>Better was the effect on fellow soldiers
>Grunts drilled to perfection, each one moving with micromanaged precision
>Humans, commanders and comrades alike, emboldened by their strength and confidence
>And, of course, the most important part
>The THINKING enemy's reaction
>A reaction, almost always, to "focus down the big guy"
>A reaction that, for the clever, opened up many opportunities...

>The order was given
>Grunt drones would, indeed, be Sentinel-modified
>And they would not, as a fact, be separated from their squad-batch
>The resultant "corporals" were great successes
>More important, they were "interesting" ones
>"Interesting" to an important figure
>What happens when a grunt gets strong?
>What happens when its squad dies anyway?
>Their others, kin, are unmodified after all
>But they were never meant to die seperately
>And why stop there?
>Yes, such things are fun to [break]
>And much easier, too, than their flying "cousins"
>Their loved ones so much [closer]
>The Solver revels in pain: would redirect entire fronts, slow a world's death, to see hearts and minds shattered
>And that's exactly what High Command was counting on

You know... how long has Aoi just been stuck ghosting for? I mean, humanity (on Copper-9 especially) died at least 20 or so years BEFORE Murder Drones started. And since that it's been a couple hundred years before the story proper... has she been in stasis of some kind? Or has she just been "stuck" at her site of death before Haruka, slowly going mad from the complete isolation?

Also I notice that Aoi is specifically mentioned as a "poltergeist." Does that mean there are other *human* ghosts roaming about?(I know drone ones exist, but I don't think we've seen any other human ones)

Yeah the time period between Aoi's death (which would be what C9 collapsed) and the current set of events would be really big. And that's intentional.
It's not been elaborated so far in the story, but the several thousand years Aoi spent underground and her having no memories of it is a plot point, though, very far from now.
>Also I notice that Aoi is specifically mentioned as a "poltergeist." Does that mean there are other *human* ghosts roaming about?(I know drone ones exist, but I don't think we've seen any other human ones)
Nah the Poltergeist thing is a reference to Liam's Poltergeists (aka Malie), which Aoi is meant to be. For brevity's sake, there are no other humans on C9, Poltergeist or not. Aoi's the only one and YES, she does indeed not let it get to her head that she's the only human left in this continuity (I'm not denying nor confirming if there are any straggler colonies left in space, but knowing it's been 5000+ years since the Solver war and the fall of man....they're probably not doing well if they’re even still out there).

agon is what happens when a mass of solver flesh hijacks a juggernaut's body, leeches off it, develops sentience then sapience and becomes a malevolent zealot and cunning commander of swarms of less intelligent mutants/abominations. agon believes it accompanies the absolute solver on its crusade against the universe, solvers just snacking

Ah, the Solver. Yeah uh, there's a reason I name dropped "Corpse Mother" in Paddy's description some time ago. That "Corpse" part is a lot more literal than you might think. Spoiler: the Solver is "dead", not like dead in the sense we know it, but to put it simply, the intelligence known originally as the Solver isn't a danger in this future anymore. Paddy is the only Witch that also knows where the "body" is, because, even heavier spoilers, she's the only one that knows how it "died".

juggernauts cant become solver hosts (or even zombie drones) and afaik solver flesh cant have solver abilities either since theyre fully organic meatbags. if that was possible, god help us all
agon does have a ton of versatile abilities though, including nanite acid production and mass telepathic communication with both drones and organic beings over a maximum distance of roughly 2 miles, very handy for reigning in the muties. i could go into more detail on everything agon can do but i think just knowing that he can beat the shit out of armed juggernauts is enough
>>337796
im not gonna go deep into the character itself because ive got so many greens left to write, ive been putting it off for forever now. ive been sitting on 2 near complete parts of the jones saga since 2025
but yeah agon doesnt tend to treat his underlings poorly because he doesnt see himself or others as abominations but as loyal soldiers of their unseen leader, they all have a purpose to fulfill so to speak. that doesnt mean he truly loves them though, that feeling isnt in his repertoire. agon views them as a means to an end, so the treatment all depends on how useful a soldier is to him. it ranges from being disposable to being either a pet or a partner

Princess Keeter Saga: Anon's perspective

>The squires have completed their basic training, and the time has come for the apprenticeship
>A squire's aptitude is measured and he is paired with a knight depending on the results
>Now you wonder who you'll be paired up with
>Before you can get to that, the squires gather in the auditorium to watch a recording of Sir Jezza's visit to Copper-9
>You see that he's visiting the Imperial Academy
>Princess Beretta is there, dressed like a dominatrix for some reason
>Every time you see her on the news, she's wearing something weird or slutty
>You wonder what goes on in her head
>Maybe you can ask Akita sometime
>Then you remember
>Akita might have been there in that crowd
>When Jezza says "that purple girl" you nearly gasp
>There she goes down to that little stage
>If you were there, you would have cheered for her
>There's something about the look on her face as she sits across from Sir Jezza
>She's trying to keep a straight face, but she looks flushed with embarrassment
>Without realizing it, you're leaning forward in your seat
>A harsh whisper from Inco snaps you back to the present
>"Keep it in your pants, man."
>You lay back in your seat with a grumble
>Still, you know you'll be thinking about that look on AKita's face for a while
>The presentation ends, the lights come on, and the chaplain arrives on stage with a gaggle of knights
>"There is no day like today, for today is the day, that fine young minds may be refined, and I would mind, that we waste no further time"
>There was an echo when he said "time"
>"Now stand at attention, form a single file line, and keep all hands and feet to yourselves, for I will not risk another sexual harassment lawsuit."

>The squires gather single file up to the stage, as the chaplain commanded
>Each of you approaches the podium, states your name, and the chaplain calls your new master from the list
>Inco got paired with Sir Fitzgerald, of all people
>And you got paired with... Sir MacCork
>He's a bit shorter than other knights, but much more heavily built
>"Alright, uh... Ay-non. You're with me now. This is gonna be your life for the next few years or so."
>There was a brief pause
>"You look kinda disappointed."
"Well, uh, I had no real expectations..."
>You both turn your heads to the shrill sound of Sir Fitzgerald's voice
>"Come on boy, PUFF YOUR GODDAMN CHEST OUT!"
"Well, I'm definitely glad I'm not with him."
>"Yeah, he takes this really seriously."
>There was another pause
>"Well, I take this seriously too. I don't want you thinking this is gonna be easy. I mean, you're probably still wondering why you're my apprentice."
>You sigh
"Yeeeeeaahh..."
>"Well, we all heard about you and the princess-"
"IS THERE ANYONE WHO DOESN'T FUCKING KNOW ABOUT THAT?!"
>The other knights are now staring at you
>Sir Fitzgerald says
>"Yes, we knew before you arrived!"
>You look back at Sir MacCork
>"You know that's why you're here, right?"
"I knew that, but I didn't think..."
>"I gotta honest, Anon. None of us wanted to be paired up with you."
>That is the worst thing you could have possibly heard right now
>Your stomach sinks and you look down at the ground
>MacCork's voice is now hasty
>"Listen, it's not cuz of you or anything you did. Actually, it's kinda about what you did. But not directly."
>You barely manage to lift your head back to him
>"This is a really big responsibility, and I got the short end of the stick. You're actually pretty lucky. You know a princess. An alien princess."
>You raise an eyebrow
"Yeah, that's true."
>"Think of how many boys have trouble just talking to girls, alright."
"I was never good at that."
>"No one is. But you talked to a princess, Anon. A real princess, not just some chick who gets called a princess by her dad. And she's an alien, too. That's the fantasy of every boy for about a thousand years now."
"When you put it that way, you make it sound amazing."
>"It is. Totally amazing. The only thing that could be more amazing is how bad it'll be if I screw this up."
"I don't wanna screw this up, either."
>"So we're on the same page. Just don't feel pressured. Do you feel the pressure?"
"Yeah, like, a lot of pressure. Lots of it."
>"Yeah man, feel that pressure. Or don't. Don't feel it. You gotta know it's there, but don't let it get you down."
"Uh, thanks."

Yet another typo needing to be fixed. I need sleep.
>You are now an apprentice to a man who may charitably be called the biggest jackass in the entire galaxy
"So what are we gonna do now?"
>"You're gonna find that we do a lot of talking."
"Like, negotiations and stuff?"
>"Yeah. Mostly with worker drones. They talk a lot."
>You grimace, and MacCork notices
>"I heard you don't like talking to people. This could be your chance to work on that."
>He's right
>"Let me tell you bout worker drones though. Dubya-dees. They don't just talk a lot. They have a weird way of talking."
"What do you mean?"
>"Like they think they're in a tv show. You watch a lot of sitcoms?"
"Sometimes, not a whole a lot."
>"You know how people in those shows say something, then they stop while the audience laughs before they something again?"
"Oh, yeah absolutely."
>"Well they kinda talk like that. But there's no laugh track. They say something, like they're waiting for a bunch of people to start laughing, but they know no one's gonna do that, so they just start saying stuff to fill the air."
"That... That's awful. How do you put up with that?"
>"You kinda start to tune them out."
"But if we're gonna negotiate, shouldn't we be listening?"
>"After a while, you start to notice that they just repeat themselves. That's the easy part."
"So what's the hard part?"
>"Getting a word in. But, once you figure that out, you just jam it in. Like a knife"
>You don't follow, and he can tell
>"Think of it this way. YOu get one shot."
"Yeah."
>"Or one opportunity."
"Uh-huh."
>"And you capture it. Then you get their attention."
"We don't have to fight a whole lot, do we?"
>"Of course we fight. You know how stupid drones are."
>You think of the carnival again and color drains your face
>You may have to do to drones what those sentinels did
>"What's with that look? You were in the service."
"I only did a year of basic training."
>"Yeah, but they still taught you how to shoot people. Or drones. You ought know how to shoot drones."
"None of us thought we'd actually go to war."
>"It's not a war. You just go somewhere, talk down a bunch of drones who are acting stupid, and if they get too stupid crack a few skulls."
>You're still not convinced
>"I don't see the problem with shooting drones sometimes. We don't do it all the time. You still got a problem with that?"

Well, Ynon's the writer: that means the story either ends in megaharem(most likely option) or body bags. Furthermore, we KNOW Tessa(who has a 100% survival chance herself) isn't going to take kindly to the latter, while also being literally the only one that can end the main conflict.

On the plus side: Aron himself seems to hate all drones equally right now. That leaves a small but hillarious chance that the conflicting rape attempts fuck each other up and he "bad end"s off into the sunset with some completely left-field rando that respects his autonomy, thereby cucking literally everyone in the story at once.

But yeah, in practice he's a war-bride no question

Just writing from what we know about him:
>practices rape avoidance with his DDs
>practices makeout avoidance with his DDs
>viscerally unenthusiastic in his job(which amounts to drone cuddle buddy/handjob provider)
>clearly not bothered by Total Worker Death
>keenly aware of his effect on drones(used against Emily), but has no interest in it beyond the practical(escape attempts)
>and, of course, clearly unhappy with his abduction-by-femcel

Unless there's something I'm missing, all indications are that either Aron is a faggot (likely) or just has no affection for drones period. Certainly he has no sympathy for either side of the WD/DD conflict at the very least, given how he's treated both his corporate allies/subordinates and the Coven themselves(especially from what we see of his internal monologue).

Not to worry though: there's always mindbreak! Several (hundred) clang sessions with Emily will surely (irreversabily) change (shatter) his thoughts on the subject! He'll learn to love it! Or else...

Iota's natural, beautiful injector:

>massive, but not unusable
>aerodynamically organic; perfect to fly with
>elegantly elongated tip; for hard to reach enemies
>intricate design
>delicate tail: clearly earned her injector through SUPERIOR GENES instead of overconsumption

Y's disgusting, distended barrel:

>too large a stinger to stab anyone with: like using a pike in cqc
>too massive an acid vial: never outflying her foes, and I'd bet she cant even go sonic anymore without the wind resistance shearing it off
>SO much weight, her tail thickens: proves gluttony, lack of self control and exercise

Are you really sure you want to compare this fine specimen of dronekind's injector with THAT abomination? That's like bragging about your wife's boobs because she's 400+ pounds: at a certain point you must concede inferiority.

I'd assume at leeast that, given how Cyn acts normally, her having Uzi eat Nori's core instead of doing it herself (with her body 3 feet away) indicates that she can at least taste(and potentially touch) through her possessed.

Only hangup in this theory: we see "confirmed" pain from the possessed only when they're about to STOP being possessed (when Nori gets patched and Uzi gets slapped). Any other time and they just sort of ragdoll. Admittedly Cyn also does this in her fight, but it's still worth noting.

Solver seems like a hybrid between Heirarch and Overmind. In the manor attack it directly and completely seizes the minds of all drones in proximity turning them into completely helpless puppets.
However, it seems to require a measure of focus to do, and a measure of willpower exertion that matches or exceeds that of the enslaved drone (this is easy most of the time because drones are kinda mentally flighty, easily suggestable beings normally).
If the solver is distracted or the host's willpower exceeds the Solver's desire to dominate it, then they can break free, or if the Solver isn't busy exerting the full measure of it's influence on an already corrupted host, it becomes more of a Hierarchy where the controlled drones are simply subject to a set of basic impulses and drives that compel them to do what the Solver needs (kill and eat other drones mostly) without direct and constant oversight.

Heck, the only reason I say "one drone" instead of "every drone he has ever interacted with in the story" is because Uzi, at least, doesn't seem to know what she's doing. Zen was around when Humans were common and had a semi-decent relationship with one: she has no such excuse. His pelvis is working overtime no matter which side of his story wins, and definitely no matter what he thinks about it. I'm sure he'll get used to it eventually.

Divinity or no, there's no excuse for scenes like pic related except showing off. Likewise, divine or no, she also probably gave herself the extra titles (the Void, the Exponential End) just for the style of it. You might be able to argue that's closer to "amusement" than "chuuni," but if there isn't some level of crossover here than I don't know what would be.

Honestly the combined forces approach might be best since Cyn verbally outmanuvered Doll even in the show itself. Still, they're not exactly the "heavy hitters" here: they might be in the body, but N's in the soul. Not to mention he's arguably more socially adept then all 4 of them combined.

Doll's situation is odd because she's the only one of the four who had no real connection to N, even by the show's end. Cyn, Tessa, and Uzi would have no problem listening to him or getting dicked down by him but it's hard to say how Doll would handle him becoming a major presence in her life unless one figures that she really just needed a dicking the whole time, in which case his presence is very welcome.

Alright, thanks anons, I'll look into the other races then, bit of a shame since I like how admech stuff looks but I'll just put it off till later then.

If you really want some admech. Find a cheap second hand enginseer, that’s the easiest admech model to paint. You could also try to get an underseer from the battlecade killteam, but idk how hard those are to paint. Also you might want to wait for 11th edition to get starter sets, I believe the rumours say its going to be orks vs marines. Try looking for gameshops in your area, if they have a facebook or discord group they might have a market section where people sell minis second hand.
