Eh...

They don't seem bad, but I really hated the level scaling involved in the single player game (outside of the specific story missions which were pre-designed), to make up for their weakness in programming the comp's tactics they just made them flat-out statistically superior to your own warriors and made it so the enemy would always be in equal numbers to your own including the same amount of special or high-ranking characters.
Hardly fair in a game where only the player needed to care about the perma-injury and death, and way too blatantly artificial in feel.

I'm sort of wary due to this being made by Owlcat, and their previous crpgs (Kingmaker and Wrath of the Righteous) being riddled with issues like terrible balancing, bad implementation of timed quests and ridiculous event flags to get particular outcomes.

Perhaps some of this will be rectified on this game not being based off a D&D-derivative rule system and setting.

Wonder if you'll get weird party member options like an Ork Freebooter, or a Kroot mercenary.
Being that Rogue Traders have the clout and panache to go around with such xenos in their retinue unlike most Imperial agents its a possibility and even had rules for it in the PnP version.

The previous Pathfinder CRPGs they made had various degrees of dlc after release, some of which included new party members, so am also curious about that.

The new dlc/updates happening in Total Warhammer seem really cool.
Really gives alot to the Dwarves and the Empire. Also Gotrek & Felix have been reworked as a pair of legendary heroes (like they should have been) with actual skill lines.
