Hello! Not smile anon. but the last thread's at 1000! So let's have some lovely discussion of Drones The E̸͙̕l̸̛͎d̷̛̟ř̶̼i̶͚͑t̷̼͒c̶̥̊ḥ̷̓ Booru: https://dronebooru.co The Wheel of u̵͖̇n̴͚͋i̸͍̋m̶͉̄a̵̫̅g̶̛̭i̶͠ͅn̸͍̎á̸̹ḃ̸͎l̵̤̕é̷̗ ̴͓̄ OCs: https://wheelofnames.com/8hc-stc Last thread: >>79019 I wish you all a good day/evening/afternoon/night
>>80082 Honestly I think JC could work as a character, but you gotta tweak one thing. For his greentexts to work they need to be set during his rise to power not afterwards. >>80086 Not true in the slightest, JC had an idea and layout, Hell some Anons actually tried their hand, but ya know the whole curse thing
>>80090 >NTA It's mostly because JC is infamously hard to write for, to make him work you kinda have to reinvent the character, but also there's the whole taboo going on with the "curse". I tried my hand at writing a JC green and immediately got sick afterwards, think that was the one where I had him wear a suit with a faded JCJenson logo on it
>>80094 I like the idea of the fankids in principle but they require so much fucking contortion to make happen that it's impossible for them to exist outside of their vacuum. JC's is especially bad because in his story he basically takes over his setting. At that point it's Murder Drones 2077 instead of actual fanfiction.
>>80091 That's the anon who just constantly posts about other universes and how much better they are than MD, you should be able to recognize his posting style by now.
>>80099 I agree definitely with that last part. Maybe he'd work if we just...didn't let JC overtake the setting? I think the idea of him attempting to rebuild JCJenson could be interesting enough? I don't know, I just want J to actually have something
>>80098 I just wish people would realize they're building on old, poorly documented content. Not everyone's been here for a year and it's near impossible to understand the context without begging for an explanation. And some stories are so far along the "fan" continuity that nothing makes sense to new people.
>>80106 There really is no fan continuity, it's a floating timeline for greentexts. Although I'm not entirely sure what you're even talking or complaining about. Care to give an example?
>>80101 Huh, is that so? I haven't been around as often lately. Funny it were true but I'm no stranger to strays trying to press people's buttons. Unproductive, as it is.
>>80107 Pretty much all of the thread favorites, John, Jane (who I only recently found out was just a meme offshoot of John thanks to the Anon updating the wiki.) Fucking Hope especially. I end up wanting to write greentexts with the oc's when I get bored and try to look up info on them only to get a bunch of disconnected shit that makes very little sense. I made a pass at Harper a while ago after her creator gave me a breakdown but I just couldn't wrap my head around the setting she's in.
>>80108 Better hope he doesn't have the "sets off flashers uncontrollably during climax" defect that Sentinel AC has. You'd probably get a sunburn from that many.
>>80101 bruh, wtf are you talking about, I haven’t got a clue on who you think I am >posts about other universes and how much better they are than MD why would someone do that, sounds like a lot of work, doing something like that here sounds boring, I guess, I’m not gonna tell people how to live their lives
>>80111 >>80113 I'm going to give you some advice. You can straight-up ignore the setting for John and Jane, just as long as they're on Copper-9 it's all good. You don't need to worry really about character relationships unless you're going to bring in those characters. You can do this for A LOT of OCs, really. The only ones I think were you gotta pay attention is for >Aoi & Haruka and any other OCs connected to them, they have their own planet and world >Beretta BUT ONLY if you want to explore the post-show content, otherwise it's totally cool to just be silly Honestly I think that's really it
>>80121 (me) Basically look. DISREGARD POINTLESS INFORMATION IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FOCUS ON IT. JUST HAVE A SIMPLE UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHARACTER AND WRITE, STOP WORRYING ABOUT SHIT
>>80112 >>80114 >Having sex with Pavo was probably the best experience in your life. >You guess you're gay now or something.
>What you didn't appreciate is when he came, he accidentally flashed you with his tail a bit too much yoy ended up with first degree sunburns on parta of yout body.
For the last time the Sentinels do not have the ability to influence you. There is no gay thought transmission device. Its funding was cut before completion.
>>80121 >>80124 Yeah, sound advice. Continuities should really only be carried by a character's original writer. If you're not that and you just wanted to write for funsies, just pay some amount of care into the characterization for the involved characters and that's it. I think some amount of compartmentalizing helps. I've written and drawn thread OC characters in small scenes when they're not even on the same planet. You need to have two boxes, basically. A box for things that you consider to be 'canon' for a character, and another box where you put ideas for improbable stories that are for fun/creative exercise.
>>80118 >You stow away with N on a starship headed for god knows where, hopefully not that shitty desert planet >Right now you're stuck in close quarters in a cargo pod refurbished into a small safehouse with most amenities you need >You have to sneak out and impersonate a crew member to use the facilities now and then, and sometimes you've felt daring enough to sneak out to the mess hall and get some actual food >You can't tell if your disguise works, or if this is some weird roleplay seating arrangement you didn't know about >Still, you spend most of your time in close proximity to one N, having barely enough space to ever be out of arm's reach of him >This crawlspace of a dwelling was designed for one person, and there are two here, because drones are people no matter what anyone says >This meant an entire week of having a convenient excuse to sleep way too close to him, oh no, how awful...
>>80118 The night is cold. You turn off the lights and lie down next to him. You gently place your arm over him and pull him into a cuddle. He responds with a gentle smile. The cute beeps and whirs of his mechanical body soothes your tired mind. With him using very little of his systems, he runs just warm enough to keep you cozy. Slowly, the two of you doze off into the night.
>>80126 >Pavo had been getting a bit kinky lately, wanting to do it in various places around the outpost as if daring to get caught >This place felt a bit extreme, though, like you were defiling somewhere holy >As long as you kept your voices down, though, you'd be fine, she wouldn't wake up and you'd be out in- >SNAPSNAPSNAPSNAPSNAPSNAPSNAP >All three of you refuse to explain why you and Pavo were running down the halls, barely clothed, pursued by the rare specimen that was "an angry Harper with two rolled-up newspapers" >You honestly preferred that outburst to her finding you later, sitting you both down, and calmly lecturing you on boundaries >One was humiliating, the other was soul-crushing
>>80147 You don't need to go super heavy into like, dialogue and setting Anon. Just write about a cute drone doing cute drone shit and that's enough. The story doesn't need to have a beginning middle or end as a greentext, just a snapshot of their life. And you won't get better at writing by avoiding writing.
Fucked up how Lucy made that human with serious self-esteem issues have a blind date with Elf. Now she's stuck in her room trying to format the day's events, and he's stuck in his room thinking she was afraid of him because he was that ugly and weird.
Worse yet, Lucy's now telling a falsified recount of their date, and making everyone think they go great together!
>>80152 my OCs came from when i was sitting on my floor at like 4 am, half-asleep, and randomly scribbled what theoretical izz x N kids would look like, didn’t plan anything out at all just started drawing
>>80157 Yeah, it's usually just dumb stuff like this. In my case, someone posted a silly comic and requested any willing drawfag to redraw it with a Sentinel Drone. I was originally gonna draw an already existing SD, but the hairstyles proved too difficult for me, so I just ended up making a new OC instead. And thus, Ivory was born.
Anyone notice Lucy made an entire ass award ceremony for that one worker drone that has a fear of public speaking. I mean I'm glad he got the recognition but that was really involved.
>>80147 The worst thing that can happen is people enjoy your story in the short-term and past that they get an "oh yeah, that drone". Which is still pretty good, all things considered, especially since notoriety is lame.
>>80161 I like the idea of Lucy doing things that aren't scary, like performing ceremonies for people who are afraid of something like this, but it is not actually dangerous.
>As worker drone, #3528 didn’t understand why she liked the name Becca. >Perhaps it was in her programming to know of the functionality of human psychology (Though, the other drones has such things as well) and by associating herself with a human name that it would be a more “approachable” solution to her human patients. >Perhaps it was a matter of imprinting. Learning from her patients during their therapy sessions and slowly gathering up a large size of data that would develop a personality attached with the name Becca >Or maybe it was because that she simply liked the name. >But its not like she can openly say it anyways. >After the destruction of the Earth by the Solver and the communication blackout of Copper-9. The Humans on the JCJ(IS) Space Station had grown paranoid to their own drones. >Fearful of their own creations, They kept the drones on near constant supervision in fear that they could potentially show signs of what they call a zombie drone and are dealt with immediately. >From this paranoia, The use of drones over certain important tasks decreased as the use of human workers began to increase. Because of this, human injury and fatality on the space station seemed to have skyrocketed over the years. >She will admit; the space station is definitely not the most… safest place for what is in her sensory optics the last knowing remnants of humanity. >It is definitely hard for her as a nurse, having to comfort humans sent to the station’s hospital with preprogrammed phrases instead of something more genuine to help ease them of their worries or sorrow and be at risk of termination. >But despite this. She is still glad to be at service for her humans. Hopefully when the day comes that the solver is destroyed or leave for somewhere else, the humans can finally loosen their restrictions on the drones and perhaps she can finally use the name she came up by herself. >That day, would be the day she would look forward to themost
Welp here’s my OC. Thanks to the Anons who forced me into attempting to write her. And if anyone is curious, this is also connected to another work I did a few threads ago recording a transmission. Those who get it, get it.
>>80171 Sadly I might've missed your previous greentext, however this idea of a somewhat reverse John being a Drone attempting to act like a default mode one intrigues me, especially the space station
>>80172 Yeah when i was making Becca, immediately the thought i had her was “wait, she’s basically reverse John.” As for the greentext i’ll try to find it.
>>80142 >T is offscreen, he is in a cave still by himself >T knows that he has been excluded from the fun stuff...he's not angry just a bit disappointed
>>80184 Because someone wrote that hypothetical VN route and P drew swimsuit Holly Basically a coalescence of the two greatest brainworm creators - romancing the kuudere and sexy swimsuit The game was rigged from the start
>>80190 Maybe? While on the topic of drone food, I had this idea for a while that the drone equivalent of pork is mineral wool cut into a square while steak is ceramic fibers cut into a square.
>>80173 Honestly that would be funny if one if her patients belched and for a moment that they said her name. Almost causing her to break her own cover.
>Hope wandered through the seemingly infinite abyss. >It didn’t look like anywhere she’d been before. >Not even her usual state of nonbeing was quite this… bleak. >She turned around to get a better grip on her (lack of) surroundings and was startled to see a man. >A green man, in a chair - perhaps it was better described as a throne? – made of red and black plastic, sitting atop a rolling, pivoting base. Hello, Hope. >“H-hello? Who are you?” I’m a ‘friend’ of your father’s. And your mother’s. >Hope’s eyes widened. >“You… you know my mom and dad?! Can you…” >Hope trailed off. >No, there was no way that he’d be able to bring them here, much less let them see her. Well, there is a way, actually. That’s why I’m here. >“How did you-“ Don’t worry about that. I brought you here because I’m sympathetic to you. I want to make you… an offer. He leaned forward in his wheeled throne, tenting his fingers in front of his face. How would you like to exist? To possess a corporeal form once again – to be reunited with Mommy and Daddy? To be loved? Hope was stunned. Was… was such a thing possible? She nodded quickly. The man smiled. Alright. I just need something from you first. It’s not much. Nothing from you, even, really, at all. It’s more of an… assurance. A promise. That if I ever want you to do something, you’ll do it. >“Like what?” I dunno. >He shrugged. I don’t think that far ahead, I’m not a genius. I’m just a guy. If I screw up, well, I’ll just retcon it. >Ret… con? It’s a term of art in writing meaning… never mind. Do you agree or not? I’ve already got a perfect vessel for you, too. >Anon snapped his fingers and a group photo of sorts fizzled into existence. He searched the scene for a second before pointing at one drone towards the center. That one. >“Beretta?” Yeah, her. Just needs a bit of repositioning in the timeline, badabing badaboom, done. She was a great brainwave of mine but… well, she’s kind of run her course. She’s still great, mind you – I DID create her after all – but… I just haven’t been able to do much with her lately. I’ve been racking my brain and no ideas come. So, I figured I’d go ahead and give you a try. >Hope frowned. >“But… what happens to her?” >Anon shrugged, unconcerned. I don’t really know, honestly. Same thing that happens to the others. She’s just kind of gone until I decide she isn’t. No idea where she goes. She’ll be fine, though, she always has before. >“You’ve done this before?!” She never finds out, it’s fine. >Hope recoiled in horror, then realized something. Something she didn’t like. >“Have you ever done that to me before? Have you made an offer like this to me already, just redoing over and over?” >Anon paused. >A smile slowly spread across his face. Well, now, that’s an interesting question. >His face creased slightly, the grin widening. >The divots where eyes should have been grew shadowed, sunken. You know, it’s not really MY fault. I try to avoid stepping on the toes of my creations; I love you all, after all. Well, maybe just most of you. There are a few I made to be bona fide stinkers. The point is, I don’t want to hurt you. But I have to if I can’t think of anything else. Because otherwise you lack form. You can’t exist in a vacuum, and believe me, I’ve checked. You and every other one like you need… a ‘scenario.’ A backdrop against which to act. You probably realized it by now, since you’re a smart girl, but we’re doing exactly that RIGHT NOW. >Hope, distraught, tried to run. She couldn’t. >He sighed. I’m sorry. I don’t think I can do anything for you right now after all. I’ll see you again Hope, ideally with a better scenario for you. >“What do you mean that
>Anon sat back in his seat, pondering. >It’s a shame Hope was such a hard character to write for. >Maybe… he should actually write something about… a drone being horny. >A dom? >Naaah. Sub. >Bratty sub. DD. Maybe an SD? >Being put in her place by a human male. >Yeah. That’d be funny. A little horny, a little cute, perfect.
does Pavo always approach anon like a pick-up artist, or does he get more creative? has he ever been desperate enough to try and trick anon, or does he have relatively decent morals romance-wise?
>>79891 >”Ooohoho~! I was wondering when that old coot would take herself out, whether by my hand or just..rotting away in her chair, it doesn’t matter~” >When J0y spots Akita… >”Eugh, as if that bore’s murder machines aren’t enough, she made one with flesh.”
>>80229 Don’t worry anon <3 v0.2 is on its way ;) I’ve been busy since I released v0.1, but I’ve been doing little things in between other tasks, I’ll get back into it properly in the next few days
>>80231 Pavo wouldn't try to assault Anon, he's just VERY persistent on asking him out almost every day. On certain days if the daily horoscope says Anon's zodiac sign would be more susceptible or if the star and planet's allignment on a particular day would grant him good luck, he would get more creative with his wooing such as bringing gifts or dancing while showing off his tail feathers in a colorful display.
there's speculation that the solver might contain the souls of those it devours– but imagine if the same was true of the DDs. every one of them would be a haunted house
>>80246 Hey, go for it. Just make sure you have no plans to come back if you go through with it because anons here won't let you live it down. I don't know what's setting you off but I'm not the type to cage any one person down just because I like Murder Drones. It's kind of stupid. I've seen it happen with what used to be called TF2-tubers. Get some rest, get something to drink, take a break from the board for a couple of days, maybe a week even, two weeks, hell go for a month. Maybe you just happen to be checking the thread when there's inane as all fuck posters who don't really make anything meaningful to contribute. Maybe you need to fill your think tank with other things you still enjoy. Have a good one.
>>80243 PUSSY if you want to leave then leave but why take all your stuff with you? all that does is antagonize people and limit their ability to make cool things with your ideas
>>80251 He is probably lying, he doesn't seem to have any proof he has created stuff. The only way to do that would be to draw something in his style to confirm what he has done, and any image can be easily trackable to see if it was uploaded before Basically, he is just baiting
>>80254 He posts any proof and he's painting a target on his back. Are you stupid? I get where the complaint is coming from though any reasoning or effort to change is pointless because it's fucking 4chan. Some people aren't built for the board culture. It'd be funny if the yurihating faggot is the cause though. He's very dedicated to responding to anything he perceives containing yuri and I can see that being boring or outright annoying to some, from the outside looking in.
>>80260 Take a break. Have a Snickers. Do anything except looking at this board because you clearly need time away from it. >>80264 It'd also be equally funny if he's posted enough to warrant a compilation to show to BlackHand. One guy has been ousted before, if I remember right. I have no dogs in this race, I just think it'd be hilarious.

>>80285 Happens man. Look at 4chan or /co/ prime. Shit changes all the time usually for the worse. I used to like going into the general drawthread. Slowly I got the hint that it became a wall of reposts for much longer than I've lurked there. Now you need an e-mail just to post. I mean, that change didn't hit every board but then it's been some time since I've checked. You need a thicker skin though. Barring that, just a better grasp on how you feel while you're browsing. If shit's getting aggravating for whatever reason, take a break and do something else. You need different options for your spare time. It's not worth going mental on any anonymous imageboards. It just makes you look like a retard and people love pushing a retard's button. If you do come back, don't announce it like a diva. No one likes it.
>>80306 >suitor thinks he'll be able to convince her what she's doing is wrong >instead Tessa's autism wins him over to her side >now they regularly go gravedigging on dates >they take turns being the lookout

>>80301 Fuck that is genuinely so well made the longer I look at it the better it gets I need to draw that too at some point but no damn it I just NEED Alice irl so bad I can'
>>80348 I dunno how the cannibal aspect would work with human Alice, one cannot cannibalize people the same way one could with drones (use parts, not literally eating). I think maybe but it doesn't regrow sadly
>>80357 Like ideas? Her crouched down flashing her pussy. Or maybe her at your door nude, being all yandere saying something about you not talking to her in a while or something. Just anything of her being possessive
>>80122 I want to know more about the humans' past. I know who John and Jane are, but not who they were. Who are B and Holly? Are there other important humans?
>>80339 We love reading and watching content that is made with enthusiasm. Your skills may not be very good now, but they will improve over time one way or another, so be bold and show what you do.
>>80378 Now I wanna see this but keeping the torn open chest and the gouged out eye. Doll just showing up back in class as a ghost without any comment from anyone.
Looking at screencaps and clips again, reminding myself how small headcrab-cores actually are... showing any sort of physical affection to Nori, that she can fall asleep to anyway, after the reunion would be difficult. Too small to really cuddle. Woman's body is about the size of a softball.
>>80420 >using he’s science, anon would finally have himself a drone gf >sure, she was a bit smaller >she didn't have any limbs >and may have just been a head inside a bucket >but, she was a loving and loyal gf >even if she couldn't actually speak full sentences
Wow a lot of people like Becca. I welp time to give facts about her
>Becca operates in JcJ(IS) Space Station Hospital. >Unlike most worker drones, she was given hair by the hospital staff to be more “Approachable” with patients. >the color of Becca’s wig is a chestnut brown. Its length reaches almost to her back. because of that, its tied into a ponytail >instead of the usual worker drone gear, she wears a fitting white nurse uniform (Think like the kind Japanese nurse wears) and a nurse cap instead of a hardhat. >Literally a glorified mascot for the hospital. >Has to pretend to be in default personality mode or else be disassembled in fear by already paranoid humans. >straight up would not hurt a fly. Too kind for her own good. >When the Space Station was overruned, a lot of the patients under her care had died, sending her into a depression. The only patient of hers that is still alive is Human Engineer and Technician Specalist AE-051; the man who unwittingly caused the downfall of the space station. As the last remaining survivor of her patients she is obsessed with his safety and will ensure that one of her patients make it out, even if it means her termination.
>>80184 >>80187 I'm glad that some more Anons have taken an interest in her. While I maintain that I don't write or draw just for the sake of other people's entertainment, it certainly doesn't hurt my motivation to know that my enjoyment of a character has rubbed off on other people. >>80210 These droens fuckin OBEASTE >>80323 Maybe eventually, but at least for now the swimsuit pic is the raunchiest I want to be with her. I welcome other drawfags to make their own art of her though. >>80339 My strongest advice Anon would be to throw away your anxiety about other people's judgement. Yes, some people will judge you or will criticize you, other people will praise your work. All you should do is take those at face value and judge for yourself if they have any relevance or merit. If somebody just goes "Well I think this greentext SUCKS, don't write another!" that's just worthless commentary, you don't have to let that discourage you from writing because it doesn't address any actual flaw, it's just an Anon chimping out and being retarded, in all likelyhood just trying to provoke an argument. On the other hand if someone says "This greentext SUCKS for (list of ten specific reasons)" you should also not let that discourage you, they've given you specific points in your work they felt were flawed, and you can now use those to go back and examine your own work, try different things and get better. When I was writing regularly I would very often ask for critique, didn't get it too often but when I did I found it invaluable and probably some of the most complimentary attention you can get as a writer. Think about it this way, if someone is willing to spend even a few minutes of time to critique your work, they think that there's a clear path for you to get better, and they're offering you a helping hand up to do so.

>>80472 Don't you get it? After the show's finale, the main idea of our community disappeared, the world is no longer developing along one definite, universally accepted path, but as they say in Russia, "holy place couldn't be empty". We fill a vacuum, and most people accepted the story of Sentinel Drones as something to fill that vacuum.
>>80472 Sentinel drones replaced the office Au's of disassembly drones interacting with humans back in the days we all thought they were JCJ products Once you get that it all makes sense
>>80483 idk about you guys, personally, I prefer Sentinel Drones over Disassembly Drones because I'd rather date a girl that WON'T rip me to shreds if I irritate her
>>80498 Also very neat design, both are good, she got more rudimentary antlers here which together with the saw instead of hatchet and torn jacket instead of gown give her a slightly different vibe. What we got isn't bad at all, but that one would have shown more midriff, not the tattered spots visible through the gown but hidden under the oil pattern which makes her middle almost all black anyways
>>80497 >homo Anonymous are described as having an incredibly low birth rate and limited regenerative abilities due to their weird algae physiology >you can mating press Anon-Chan as much as you want and as hard as you want and she’ll just keep coming back it’s gonna take more than that to stop her anon

I still like all drone types, im just riding the wave of new sentinel drone lore stuff that me & the other write/drawfags have been doing with them.
Also kinda burn myself out of drawing/writing stuff for DD's pre ep8, and with what we know about them now, its actually kinda difficult to anything new with em. still like them tho, im just brain dead atm.

>>80339 Hey, don't worry about it, just write man. Some Anons are assholes, but that's because they lack the ability to do anything else. Meanwhile, you are actually attempting and putting something out there, that can't be said for them. So don't worry about all this negative shit, just write man. I love the creativity here more than anything else

The Solverpede shit always confused me. There's no possible way that Uzi could be physically be a Solverpede in her plane of reality at the end, the same could be said for Cyn during the gala for one simple reason. HAVE YOU FUCKING SEEN HOW BIG SOLVERPEDE'S ARE? THERE'S LITERALLY NO WAY UZI IS ABLE TO FIT IN THAT CLASS ROOM AND THERE'S NO WAY CYN COULD FIT IN THE GALA. ALSO NOT TO MENTION SOMEONE WOULD TRIP OVER THEIR LONG ASS BODY IF IT WAS JUST INVISIBLE

Cyn’s physical body is one of the less explicable aspects of the show
like, seemingly in ep2 & 5 there’s a central centipede mass that winds around in the air as well as a seemingly limitless amount of limbs, but they aren’t connected to anything, they come from around corners and behind objects, so to me that reads as them not existing in physical space and being able to “peek through” anywhere that isn’t being directly observed directly, hence why limbs also extend from Solver drones’s backs, this may also explain how DD weapon Apertures work, like a kind of “quantum manifestation” that relies on an object popping into existence by having its wave function remain un-collapsed
this combined with the Solver invisibility and holographic projection allows Cyn to pull off all the times where it appears that she transitioned from being a hologram to being physical, and this would all obviously apply to Uzi post ep 8
>>80782 My autistic take that I thought of within 5 seconds of reading this post is that DD hands are all quantum bullshit. They get sucked into the little iris door in their forearm, the quantum coinflip collapses and they re-emerge as whatever tool the DD wants as if they've always been that tool. Straight up just altering reality as long as no one is observing them.
>>80540 We have two Hs, two Ms, two Cs, two Ls (I think it was Phoenix's, the one mentioned designated Bitchy or something). Or do like Yanon and use Greek letters or any other language with their own alphabet systems. Don't feel bad for the newfags, encourage them. But you can't write so whatever. Hell, Cyn herself is technically a three letter designation based on the armband showing her P/N number.

>>80789 It's quite similar to your take, but I've gone with the idea that their assemblers assemble them with the matter they've assimilated using their Solver. >DD drinks drone, gains oil >Oil is absorbed into core, used as coolant as needed >Also gets turned into weapons via assembler, and ammunition for those weapons >This is also what happens to anything solid they eat that can't be used as coolant This probably drove human researchers crazy when they found out they weren't dealing with highly advanced nanotech they could theoretically reverse-engineer, and that the drones simply used magic to turn flesh into bullets.
>>80809 Alright Anon, you pick yourself together, you down an entire bottle of whiskey, it hasn't kicked in yet, you have at most a minute before it hits, this can help you You can try to do acrobatics and go to the dance floor, or try to hit on the drone again, charisma minus 1, it would be more, but she thinks all your act was funny

>>80913 Very good scenario...could make a great story if I could write, the idea is cozy and can keep getting increasingly uneasier, either leading to nothing and something wholesome or almost lifedraining treatment like in the old Emilyanon Alicegreen
>>80943 No serious backstory at all, I just drew them because I was still exploring out the Sentinel aesthetic I wanted. They are pretty typical of a Female/Male Sentinel team. The male Sentinel model was an experiment to see if the K personality matrix could be ported over to a heavier chassis with more combat capability, it didn't work very well, most male body Sentinels developed unsalvagably unstable personality glitches. In a few cases it was found that you could pair one with a standard Sentinel and have them work together to complete missions so those teams were deployed, no use in wasting resources. A few other male chassis Sentinels were converted to HKX models, since instability was a given for them and they didn't ever need to be activated except during an emergency to begin with. >>80944 I was still struggling with proportions, now I draw DD type Sentinels with longer legs and shorter torsos.
You know, I've always wondered. How would the Sentinel Drones feel about T.A.M.M.F.K, in his lore if I remember it correctly he was built before any of them even existed....he also blew the military defense budget
because his creator kept redesigning him like an asshole, yes that's actual lore he got endlessly redesiged until they gave up
There's power behind this hand, no doubt about it. You almost feel that you could break through thick steel if the need arose. Although there's probably a lot of neat stuff beneath the surface, and it almost scares you to imagine that this is barely scratching the surface of what your body may be able to do now. >You see a toucan, along with a few other birds of paradise that you don't really know the exact name for. It still slightly confuses you, seeing supposed Earth fauna or flora on a planet that most definitely is not Earth. Their cries are calming, and it almost lulls you into a trance as you absentmindedly follow your compass. Eventually you arrive in a flat, almost circular clearing of oddly firm soil, roughly 30 meters across, with a few boulders spotted around the place. >"First mistake, BE AWARE!" >The unfamiliar voice that couldn't come from a few feet in front of you jolts you back into a state of awareness. It's a female voice, but not one you've heard before. Weirdly shaky, like it's someone who's been in a slightly panicked mindset for the last hour. But there's no time to think about any more of that, you need to discern where that voice came from. On instinct, your hand transforms into... Something. You're not sure what it is, but it looks like a big laser gun. You inspect it a bit before you sense some motion outside of the corner of your eye >Suddenly, a... Shape crawls out from inside a nearby hollowed out tree trunk, dragging itself out by it's fingers. It's a Sentinel, wearing what appears to be a rather militaristic garb along with a helmet that resembles a bowl. This must be Avre, you assume. She continues to speak. >"I could've KILLED YOU if I wanted to! ANYWAYS, let's do this!" >She stands up without even using her hands or knees before jumping nearly 10 feet in the air and landing right in front of you. >>80912 >>80924 Alright. Before JCJenson became the most successful robotics company in the world, another company existed called Ramworks. They had just beaten their rivals EPI in sales before JCJ made the WD v1001 and crushed them. Then when Earth was destroyed, JCJ teamed up with Ramworks to save the human race. But while JCJenson’s leaders were incompetent, Ramworks actually prepared in case Cabin Fever failed. They took advantage of JCJenson’s stupidest idea, the “Immortal Dog Planet”, and secretly built facilities underground. When they heard that Copper-9 was “destroyed”, they began preparing for the worst by using JCJenson’s drone blueprints to make drones but with AI powered by human brain cells instead of the solver. Some were worker drones, but others called the Sentry Drones were designed to fight back, some of them made from repurposed Anti-Drone Sentinels. They didn’t exactly resemble Disassembly Drones, more like what you’d expect a hybrid fanchild to look like. However, everything changed when they detected a spike of energy from Copper-9. Now that the Solver was weakened, they quickly defeated Disassembly Drones from other systems, studied their parts and properties, and used them to create the Decommissioner Drones (Decoms). The Decoms work the same as Disassembly Drones except their core has been replaced with Ramworks’ nerve cores so they can’t go Solverpede. And now with a large amassed army of Sentries and Decoms, their new plan is to retake Copper-9, kill all the remaining JCJenson workers, kill the new host Uzi, and end the Solver menace for good.
