Good night, morning, or afternoon Friends. I hope everyone is doing fine. You are going to do fine since we are going to talk about Drones! Drones, the Threads, Murder Drones, Worker Drones, Disassembly Drones, etc. Like we always do, let's have some fun talking about them. The grand Booru: https://dronebooru.co
>>20013 >"Sitrep!" She yells as she aims with quite literally mechanical precision at still bodies in blood stirred mud, limp hands and necks laying next to rocks and sticks as raindrops continue to fall and streak bullet punctured armor and helmets, the ringing of flashing red rigs forming a red orchestra over the pattering of the rain. >"Jack and Judas sound like they're finishing the performance!" You nearly jump and go for your trigger as another Worker Drone wielding a raised MP5 steps through the mud at a sprinting pace and forms up alongside your bandager, this one dressed in a blue marching band uniform with a blue trumpet strapped on her back and wearing a long light blue wig that contrasts with dark blue optic displays. "It worked! Just like we rehearsed! All our instruments came together in celebration of the Heavens~!" >Your bandager nods and makes a closed mouth smirk, her contrasting default Worker Drone optic displays not removing themselves from the Human bodies as she continues to lead the two of you onwards. >You finally work up the nerves to emit the nagging question from your audio speakers, through the critical oil leak. Who are you?! >"Matthew 16:18!" The ponytailed one replies without pause. >You open your mouth to shout back. That still doesn-- >The stench of fresh blood and shit like a slaughterhouse on a rainy day floods anew into your olfactory sensors as you round a still idling APC and are met with the sight of EDF Archons being butchered and bludgeoned to death by another pair of Worker Drones: one is dressed like a lumberjack with a short brown wig and brown optic displays and effortlessly pulling a two handed axe out of a blood streaming split in a limp Archon's helmet, while another dressed in brown robes with a white tonsure wig and white optic displays is repeatedly bashing another Archon in the head with a mace. >Bright, cherry red optics come sprinting out from beneath shadow casting trees, under a red hood. >The red hooded Worker Drone is wearing a shortly cut red wig and holding a sniper rifle. >In the light of The Sun, you notice that her chassis is noticeably shorter than the rest of the Worker Drones around you, most noticeably the one dressed as a lumberjack, who is visibly taller than the rest of you. >"That's all," she stops sprinting to turn her head and spit on a flatlining corpse that is bringing its open head up to its forehead and slapping it against it over and over again. >"Down they go," the Worker Drone dressed as a lumberjack strides to a pair of corpses with one mighty step and pulls a pair of small handheld axes out from their foreheads, flicking blood onto the muddy dirt and grass below before pocketing both on his belt. >"Alright!" The blonde ponytailed Worker Drone leaves her MP5 hanging from her side and claps her hands as loud as she can. >She begins pointing as she gives orders. "Exactly like we planned~! Load as much weapons, ammo, supplies, and bodies," she emphasizes the last word, "into the vehicles that are still functioning, and then move the vehicles to the remote warehouses! If anyone sees any of you, unlikely as that is, carry on and act as if you're doing something you're supposed to! This patrol was only a papercut to the EDF's Legions, but Rome wasn't destroyed in a day~!" >"Red," she points to the red hooded Worker Drone girl, "fetch the rocket launchers!" >"Got it!" Her cape flicks to the side behind her and flies behind her with each swift step before vanishing back into the treeline, branches snapping beneath the idling of what EDF vehicles remain undestroyed. >"Jack," the leader points to the lumberjack Worker Drone boy, "load ammo and supplies! Get the bodies and their weapons after I'm done factory rebooting their guns and armor!" >"Got it Pix," he nods and begins doing exactly that, noticeably looming over you as he goes about his business. >"Gabby, Judas," she points to the marching band Worker Drone girl and the monk Worker Drone guy, "turn the vehicles off until they're loaded, and check the fuel!" >"Got it Pixie~!" The marching band Worker Drone girl turns and sprints to the nearest APC, leaning past the still cooling corpse of the driver to check the fuel gauge. >Judas nods, makes a sign with his fingers, and wordlessly goes to join Gabby. >"And you," Pixie looks past her shoulder to you, factory default optics gazing out the corner of her visor, "what's your name?" >You reply. AN0N. >"AN0N," she lets her MP5 hang from a strap around her buttoned yellow raincoat and turns to gently grasp your unbandaged arm, "you're a DroneDash driver, right?" >You ease into her touch, though tighten your grip around the revolver, even through the wooziness and lightheadedness of the oil loss. Used to be. >She smiles close lipped, nodding upward. "Cool, ya get it. Fast learner. I was expecting to have to do most of the driving myself. Five is an odd number. Six is even. Makes even, even." >Pix chuckles and gently boops your face, "A girl gets lonely on the backroads, you know~?" >You stutter, completely unused to this level of personal interaction from any source, much less another Worker Drone. Uh... >Pixie claps her hands and does a bounce upright. "Right~! We can use your ride, just lemme factory reboot it so the company can't find it-- or, Goddess forbid, the EDF." >Goddess? >Your lips open, and they echo the thought. Goddess? >"It's a long story!" She stomps her yellow boots through the blood slicked mud and stones and to the car you arrived in, "I'll explain later~! Maybe on the ride!" >You walk after her and watch her fidget with the Sataniel's enclosed helmet in the face of a goat's grinning bare skull, the flatlining red rig on the back of his Hugo Boss NS Regime inspired officer's raincoat ceasing to blare and glow.
>>20078 >Prank the doctor drone by putting an audio recording of my own heartbeat in a speaker in N's chest before the appointment >She diagnoses him with severe arrhythmia Uh
>Bring my drone to the drone doctor >Tells me it's an easy fix >He brings in a second drone body >Hooks my drone up to it and copies her personality into it >Now there are two of them >He pulls out a high-power stun baton and kills the original broken drone, right in front of the freshly copied drone >Sends me home with the new copy That was a week ago. My drone hasn't spoken much since and seems to be dissociating. Anyone know any fixes for this?
>>20085 He was not a "drone doctor" I am one, you don't do that, ever, it sounds like he copied the core badly and destroyed your real drone, I'm sorry for your loss, and I recommend informing the police and JCJ, you got heavily scammed
>Watching a video with zero relation to MD >The guy recording is talking about his package >He suddenly raises his voice when he says "came in the mail", and there's a pause and jump cut before he continues speaking GET OUT OF MY HEAD
>>20097 Don't be a coward. Not sure why people worry so much about >"M-muh canon!" It's a fan thingy, it's for fun. Fuck it if it flies in the face of canon as long as it's fun
>>20099 >>20100 It's the personalities, all the minutiae that makes the characters who they are. I have a lot of difficulty with characters, really. I've got two, maybe three, unique "voices".
>>13321 >It hurt >Your limbs were still aching, your throat chafed, and now your soul was in agony >You should have known from the start, who would ever like you? >At least you were dying soon >You try to keep the crying to a minimum as you walk alongside the murder drone >Given the direction you were headed, she was taking you to their corpse tower >"Sucks, doesn't it?" she says, "To have your entire life be a lie, I mean." >"Nn-hnn," you offer as an affirmative >"Given what your little not-friend said, there really wasn't a lot to you, huh?" >"Nn-hnn." >Why WERE you alive- correction, why had you stayed alive up until now? >A better person would never have gotten into this situation, but then again, why didn't a 'better person' make it as far as you did? >The spire looms ahead in its horrific glory, a tower of corpses erected in the name of Corporate >"Look alive, human. I'll let the rest of my squad get a look at you before you're lined up." >You were to be paraded around like a trophy >You try to muster up the resolution of a king being sent to the chopping block as the two of you walk into a pod in the center of the spire, finding it empty >"Oh, they left. Good news- bad news? You're living a little while longer, human." >She sits you on the floor in a corner, and you gladly take the opportunity to rest >"Don't try anything. You'll die anyway, but you don't want to leave a mess, right?" >You shrug as she turns to a computer in the pod >"They left a message here, let's see..." >Speakers crackle to life, and you hear two voices over them, one male and one female >"Heyyy! While you were out there doing nothing, guess who finished up and got our next mission?" says the female >"That's right, US two!" the male follows >"Given that you contributed about... 12% to the cause, we've decided to cut you off." >"It wasn't a hard choice, you've always been a little, what's the word... useless?" >The drone who brought you here is quiet as the message continues >"We won't bother telling you where we went, in case you screw everything up." >"Have fun keeping the bench warm for us!" the man says, cackling >"We already sent a performance review telling upper management how much of a waste of space you were, so don't worry." >"They'll probably disassemble you once we're done here!" >"Ta-ta now!" >The recording ends, the cramped pod interior going dead silent
>>20104 >The murder drone slowly turns in her chair, looking at you with empty eyes >You raise a hand up toward her, and she swaps hers for a gun, aims at you, and- >The click echoes for what feels like forever >She slumps forward, falling to her knees >"...Shit, sorry to-" You start coughing halfway, barely recovering to finish with- "hear that." >"...Why are YOU sorry? I ruined your life and I'm going to kill you," she replies, her voice cracking >You shrug >"Guess I can relate," you offer >"You... wow, you really can." >Silence reigns as she takes in the situation >"Human... what was it like before you found that drone?" >"Quiet, boring. I talked to myself, thought about dying a lot." >"Your little Worker 'friend' changed that, then?" >"It doesn't matter, it was a lie," you say, your voice quieter to avoid irritating your throat too much >The drone who ruined your life sits next to you, knees tucked in >"They encouraged me. They said I needed some work, but I'd be able to keep up with them one day." >"They were stringing you along," you say, and she nods >"I was hoping that bringing back the first fresh human body in years would prove I was something." >You did feel bad for her, could you give her something? >"...Want to kill me now?" you offer >She laughs at the question, then shakes her head >"There's no point. We're done here, and I don't have my next orders. I have nothing. Leave if you want." >"It won't make you feel a little better?" >"I don't even know if anything will make me feel better now." >It's your turn to laugh >"Welcome to the club."
>>20106 >"Well... maybe... us losers should stick together," she says uneasily >"...My schedule just got freed up," you reply >She stands up >"You're still sick, and this isn't a good spot for you. I know an outpost we- they cleared out, the air filters should work. Or we could get you that shelter you had?" >"No, let her... let her have her life." >"Pff, have it your way." >She stands up, motioning for you to follow along as you both leave the pod >"So, human, what's your name?" >"Can we stick with Human? It's the one thing I'm good at being." >"Not unless you want to call me Drone, since I failed at the "Disassembly" part. My designation's Eszett." >For the second time, the two of you set out into the wastes, with no real goal or fate ahead of you >Two lost souls in a world that has no place for them
>>20140 >Can he eat the much salt Probably not but I don't care what his limit is. >Why I think it would be funny if he dried up, imagine that the next time he kisses Uzi she gets flashbanged with salt
>>20146 Simple. Introduce N to the joys of fast-food, but make sure to salt it to death. He wouldn't be able to tell something was wrong, he'd think it was normal
>>20155 i feel the exact same way, anon best i can do is rough sketches while several other drawfags here post absolute stylish kino besides, my most popular drawing here is a traced funpost
>>20165 well, the Mitchell stuff is what I'm most popular for, but really, I'm just waiting for the next Space King eposide to drop so we can go back to the silly crossover stuff
Image:172337937295.gif(3.18MB, 640x360)Get up Aoi, you can't die again.gif
>>20121 Yeah, despite dying she still tried to find a loophole in the whole “kissless virgin” thing and pretend she is way more confident and assertive than she actually was when she was still alive. Which she can then regret at a later point in “life” when she realizes just how utterly buenoy it was.
While this whole scenario was for comedic purposes I am curious where her skeleton (and those of all the other former residents) went as the drones built their own society. Is it just lying around at Haruka’s place or is the location and condition of Aoi’s physical remains going to be a major plot point for a future chapter/her backstory?
>>20219 >Fetish OC Debatable since it's mostly a self-insert. Honestly even then, I guess it's impressive how they could technically? Be the first and only real fetish OC
>>20226 They want basic porn/sex. Sure I guess sometimes it can be "hardcore" but it's mostly gore shock at most. I don't count it really as a fetish OC because it's not the OC itself that's fetishistic. An example to me of a fetish OC would be this >This is Riley, she is a special Drone with an expandable stomach >She loves to swallow people whole
Does anyone notice how one sided Tessa's relationships with her drones are? N was willingly to kill her without hesitation, V was cold and distrustful and J only followed her cause she's a work alcoholic.
>>20236 Then why do you keep getting him into so many medical emergencies? I diagnose you with Munchausen syndrome. You are forbidden from coming within 30 square kilometers of any N unit, lest a flock of V's tear you to pieces.
>>20232 The fanbase generally speaking grossly overestimates how much these characters actually care about each other and projects their values on them despite them literally not being human. This will come up in the next episode and tie into the overarching message of the series to not project what you want to see on others instead of seeing what is actually there. This will be completely lost upon its actual viewership outside of imageboard threads and only in perhaps years if not decades will what it did and how it took full advantage of its medium actually receive the recognition it deserves, as tragically befits something directly inspired by Lovecraft's writing.
>>20248 NTA >>20243 OP does seem persistent in asking similar if not the same questions each thread. Methinks its autism of the bad variety/OCD. Or maybe he's just farming for engagement because his life ain't stellar. I don't judge.
>>20257 There is more than one person that considers them to be the worst thing to ever happen to these threads. I am tempted to meme them into literally being an ADL recognized antisemitic dogwhistle just to scare the more /co/mblr side of the thread into stopping posting them. I'm serious.
>>20279 If I wanted to do that I'd already be sperging out about off-topic posts and oogispam. I was just thinking out loud really. Then again maybe I'm reading too much into shit. >>20283 Indeed. Grab the shovels, Not!Uzi. We have work to do.
>>20290 >t. The drawfag in question Hey I get it though, people should look at this >>20241 instead of a something that shouldn't spiral out into more bullshit.
>>20287 >>20288 The only thing that makes Bugrettas happier than watching Star Wars is watching colonizers burn alive in their tanks at the hands of brave Palestinian freedom fighters. They prize Palestinian flags above even Star Wars merchandise. They listen to Hamas nasheeds on little headphones and ooh and ahh in time with them.
>>20289 > I'd already be sperging out You are, you are also trying to control what anons can and can't post. We have alicefags, ocfags, tessafags and every type of fandom autism there is right here. Go make a /co/ thread is you want a somewhat clean thread.
>>20280 I was theorizing that she might use teleportation/blink dash somehow to get back to the surface (since she'd seen Doll use it as well as having used it herself while under Solver possession). Guess that's out of the window but I am kind of excited to see what the sequence will bring.
>>20308 It's incredible that a salvaged at the last minute design abandoned by its creator has been turned into a better character than any attempt the wider fandom has made at a Nuzi fanchild
>>20301 (me) Generally excited for episode 8 given how close we are now. I just hope the dronetism can still be contained to one thread at a time (on /co/ prime) when it airs. Being autistic about Liam's drone show is fine but I try to mind my manners. Also just thinking about the music drop from AJ because episode 7 had short sequences that somehow got some real NOICE beats (Yeva's tetris scene, not!Tessa checking the terminal, J facing Thad and Lizzy). Would like if the tracks are about 3 minutes-ish, unless their more amped version is in episode 8. Whatever happens, I'm certain AJ will deliver. It probably won't be longer than episode 7 but I just hope it lands.
>>20301 NTA, could be possible. Or perhaps she uses a shield to brace against the heat of re-entry (however that'll work. Eldritch fuckery is weird). It's interesting because the applications of AS seem to be limitless. So far we've only seen Uzi lift and crush things with her own powers. Iirc. >>20296 I'm not. My reaction would be far more visceral if I were. But we're getting off track. Have an Alice.
>>20315 Lol what? Do they think Uzi is a fucking troon? Wait! Let me guess, I've seen this with Sonic, somewhere out there, someone has made a picture of Uzi with top-surgery scars
>>20316 >It's interesting because the applications of AS seem to be limitless. So far we've only seen Uzi lift and crush things with her own powers. Iirc. Here are some things I remember Uzi doing off the top of my head >Turning an arrow into a living tentacle monster >Turning a lightbulb and the wall of a building into living flesh and tentacles >Reversing time on an oilbug that she killed, fully healing it >Deleting a drone's head from reality from super far away
>>20314 You can really tell that most of the fandom outside of these threads are extremely little kids that should have never been watching to begin with, have everything the series does fly right over their head, and are going to be absolutely gutted by the ending Liam has planned
>>20307 Maybe outside of these threads but I attribute that to younger fans and well, some mid-20s fans who never grew out of shipping obsession. There's a lot to enjoy in the show beyond shipping, people obsessed with it are just people I don't tend to click with. >>20312 Fun is key. She was fished out of Jane's bow (which is really something that can only happen in imageboard culture), were given traits outside of her parents' attributes, she was a character with a set of some agreed upon traits but otherwise, anyone can try to write or draw her, a bit like the culture in /co/ prime's Weekly /co/ creation thread.
>>20320 Shit, you're right. I completely forgot about those. I need to rewatch all the episodes again. Memory of a goldfish. Specifically episode 4 where most if not all of that stuff happens. And not forgetting the innate projectile deflection that happened early on in the pilot. That split second scene iirc.
>>20333 This is one of the earliest facts about Beretta I remember before she escaped the Bow Prison(TM). She only had that dog hoodie because N gave it to her. It's kind of fun, gives you some creative freedom in what she'd wear in casual situations. I mean, even Uzi's school doesn't have a strict uniform code. Doll, Lizzy and Rebecca (probably a few others as well only have the same clothes because they're cheerleaders. Thad might just be on the sports team, thus the varsity jacket. Then again.. formal clothes on drones can be nice, sometimes.
>>20348 Do you remember any other old Beretta facts? I swear I vaguely remember her doing studies of human anatomy using skeletons even though they were incredibly wrong
>>20339 >"MAMA! I CAN'T BREEV! MAMA! MAMAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" >The Beretta ooh'd and ahh'd, drool dripping down its chin as its dull eyes watched the negroid take its final breath on this Godless earth, this world of eternal struggle that belongs only to the strong. >"Blitzkwieg Boogi! It is done!" An Oogi waddled in front of the Bugretta, dressed like an Enn. >"Heil Hitlew!" The Oogi did the Roman salute. >The Bugretta raised one of its stubs to a portrait of Hitler, gurgling on its warm, stinking saliva.
>>20353 Nope. I'm not always around when there's a Beretta thing going on, I only remember that early bit about her clothing habit. The Star Wars nerdness. The human boyfriend. Uzi being comically racist. If I remember right, she had an early interest in Solver powers but it's unclear to me if she's aware that it has connection to past events. It's also not clear to me if N and Uzi are made aware that auntie Cyn is a thing yet. But I suppose it's difficult to really pull together these bunches of ideas so y'know, pick whatever you like and if you like it enough, expand upon it. Just don't expect the thread to coddle your stuff, is all I'm sayin'.
>>20349 Since you are apparently clairvoyant why don't you lay out everything else that's absolutely 100% gonna happen in Ep8? I know for a fact that you've already made a number of similarly bold predictions, so why not lay them out in one concise post for the future to ultimately judge?
>>20355 Yeah, that one I do remember. It was a nice somewhat eerie green where Beretta realizes auntie Cyn was more than just her imaginary friend because Cyn was physically flipping through her human magazines. And one bit where she remembers Cyn rocking her crib or something, can't recall where that one is. In the narrative sense regarding them as characters created by the thread, I kind of liked the idea of 'auntie' Cyn kind of being a troll occasionally but cares for Beretta genuinely. And that she's not as helpful as Beretta hoped because Cyn's advice tends to be weird and well, unhelpful. I'm undecided when it comes to the roots of Solver shenanigans because that's much more complicated and requires finagling of story elements.
>>20386 >wants Beretta to marry a DD >DD killed both humans and drones with no remorse >N was ready to kill khan with no hesitation >almost killed her own mother uzi really is a walking disappointment to everyone who saw her
>>20384 Look I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, Uzi would probably hate him alot but would probably secretly nerd out. However, depending on the characterization of Beretta, she wouldn't like the guy since she's not into manga or anime....minus that one weird deer one

>>20403 I want to but I legitimately can't find the time and I just can't find the spark of fun anymore. Everything I try to write turns into shit, the burn out is real >>20405 Yeah and I "gave him to the threads" anyone can make their own interpretations now. If you actually care about the character maybe try something?
>Taking Harper's clothes off >Removing her chassis >Taking her apart >Cleaning Harper's components and lubing them up >Putting her back together, making sure there are no loose connections or leftover screws >Thanking Harper for all her hard work and concern >Telling Harper it is okay to have some me time every now and then >Giving Harper back her clothes after washing and ironing them >Sending Harper off with an oil juicebox that she will probably give to an orphan pillbaby
>>20406 >I can't find ti- You're still making pointless excuses. You keep referring to the fact that you gave him to the threads but the point of the matter is that no one gives a flying fuck about your mess of a character so why don't you get your fucking shit in order and do it yourself
Image:172339667973.jpg(66kB, 1024x684)Honker Of The Absolute Breadcrumbs.jpg
>>20435 Take your sob story elsewhere fucko no one gives a shit and nothing gets done unless you're willing to do it yourself which obviously your aren't in the slightest
>>20440 You helped me realize something, the only reason that I ever gave a shit about T was because it was something that I made, something that at one point made me happy, something that just got lucky enough to get art. I guess I misinterpreted that as meaning I was one the right path and that people liked what I was doing as much as I did. I was wrong. Maybe I'm just clinging to a forgetten, pathetic, relic of the past just hoping for that spark again, but it's never happening. This was a mistake
>>20442 I have read nothing about her. I just interpret her as a saint. A person dedicated to helping people, who will give her all and die in poverty and obscurity.
>>20456 He's right you know you should be shutting the fuck up already if your not going to do jackshit with the character you keep shilling then shut the fuck up and go do something else but seeing as how your absolutely fuming right now have a nice cold drink to cool yourself down
>>20473 >No one gives a shit about me if I was Phoenixanon or something you would >My own family doesn't give a shit about me Get therapy you're obviously too unstable for these threads

>>20481 >>20483 TAnon that's enough can't you see that no one likes you let alone wants you here? You ruined your own """"reputation"""" so just leave besides if anyone would've missed you wouldn't they have "defended" you? Even though you and I both know that I'm completely right about you however it's about time to shut up we don't want to derail the thread now do we?
>>20502 i have a 15 year old brick that still works despite flying out of my pocket during a bike ride and tumbling downhill on the asphalt just a scratch or two on it
>>20513 Probably? I am ready for the worst, however if I am honest I have no real theories or anything this time, I'll just see what happens. Based only on my feel I would say it will be quite bad, but Uzi/Nori and N/Khan will still get their happy end. No clue for the others, maybe death for half or all of them
>>20515 > khan and nori reunite > they bond with uzi > then they die uzi/n + lizzy/v are the only survivors of the main cast thad and j get put on the bus, so to speak
>18812 I can't write the accent of Alice I'm sorry. By the way, this will be non-sensical, and funny too. >Before the new generation was ready to explore >Before the pillbaby was found and modified >But after the collapse >There was a little drone that remained in the darkest parts of a laboratory, in a sector she didn't belong to >Living there, not knowing what to do, stuck with the accent of her most common 'caretaker' >She was an animal in a foodless, small cell, at least drones don't need much oil, but she will need some eventually >She was too scared to get out of the last place they left her in >She remembers being brought to this room, and then, darkness, a long time of darkness, and then she woke up, the place empty and broken >She doesn't even know what will happen, but she knows what will happen if she leaves the room and someone sees her >The most she did was peak out of the tiny room, to see more emptiness and a destroyed room, but he feared getting out >But some time already have passed and she only had a quarter of the oil she needed, she felt overheated and tired all the time, and she was not going to live if she didn't leave to find some oil >So she got out, crouching and walking slowly, trying to maintain silence, this room was a hall, it looked abandoned >Moving her legs slowly, using her arms to move a little faster but still silent, putting them on the ground and pushing or pulling herself >When slowly walking from room to room, she noticed, the entire place deserted, not only the tiny room or the hall >Everyone was just, gone, the place destroyed and nobody to repair it, walking through the place, up and down, she was just looking at one empty, destroyed room after another
>And in a room, more than the roof was destroyed, it was so bad that some sunlight was coming in >Something was being hit with that sunlight, something she didn't expect to see, something that made her freeze in place >It was a deer, a real living and breathing deer, how a deer was alive and well so deep in a facility? >The deer was looking at Alice, his majestic antlers almost glowed with the sunlight hitting them >Alice was impressed, and not knowing what to exactly do, she slowly started to walk towards the deer "Hey beautiful fellow, what are you doing here?" >Slowly extending her hand "I remember seeing you in some images before, how are you here?" She thought that maybe there were animals somewhere around here, that were imported and tested on >But if that is the case, where is the rest? >The deer remained still, and Alice put her hand on his head, the deer closed its eyes and let himself be petted, and that is what Alice did >"You are a cute fellow, aren't you? Do you have someone?" She looked around, the deer seemed to be completely alone in this place >She stopped petting him "Let's find some food, friend" She kept exploring the place, the deer following her for reasons she didn't even knew
>After a while she found some oil to drink, feeling how she went back to more normal temperatures, that were more comfortable >Then still looking around, she found some cereal bars which she gave to his new friend, eating the bar completely "You were hungry, uh?" >Her days were like that, explore, find some oil, find some food for his friend, and pet him while exploring the place >Sometimes she went out for food while his friend was sleeping, sometimes they slept together on a comfortable floor >It was not the best life, but she at least was alive, and having a deer as a pet was very fun, riding it like a noble steed was especially fun
>>20529 Damn it >>18812 >One day, while his friend was sleeping, she decided to search for some food for him, he hadn't eaten the day before so she wanted to surprise him >While exploring she heard something, just at the place she found her friend, she slowly got closer to see what she heard, since it didn't sound like something breaking >"Why the sun gotta burn so bad" It was a voice, she was hiding behind a desk, a voice means someone, and she was outside of the last area she was seen >With fear, she peaked out a little, to see how many were there, but to her surprise, it was not a human >It was, a drone? It looked somewhat like a drone, just much taller and the body was different, but it still kind of looked like a drone >She sighed at this, feeling calmer, which that drone heard and immediately looked at her, she almost jumped when she easily heard her >She got out of her hiding spot and waved her hand "Hello there" The other drone looked surprised, dumbfounded even >"You don't... Hello there!" She puts her hands behind her "I'm lost, can you tell me where I am?" Alice felt strange, that a drone was here, and didn't know where she was "These are... The laboratories, for an easy way to say it" >"I didn't hear you, come closer, I ain't gonna bite" Alice found it weird, able to hear a sigh but not her talking? She started to walk towards her, but the closer she got, the stronger a feeling began to crawl on her back >This felt bad, this feeling was similar when *those* scientists experimented on her, the feeling of fear, unsafeness, a feeling of wanting to run >She stopped coming closer, and the tall drone looked upset "Tsk, I had to try" And all of a sudden the tall drone began to run towards her with an 'X' in her visor >Alice immediately began to run away, getting on top of a desk and jumping from one to another, the tall drone took out some claws somehow and started dicing and slicing, breaking desks and chairs on her way
>Alice tried her best to run away but that thing was faster, and at one point in the middle of a jump it grabbed Alice by the ankle and threw her against some rubble >She could feel something break inside of her, she hoped it was nothing important, just some metal >Alice tried to stand up but the thing jumped on top of her grabbing her by the neck and lifting her up >"I didn't know you guys were hiding here as well, might call my boys here" That thing had a smile forming on her face, starting to tighten his grip >"You'll be a good- What is that sound?" The 'X' disappeared from her visor, looking around for something Alice couldn't hear >And all of a sudden, Alice started to hear something as well, from the corridor that connected this room to others, a sound of galloping >And from the corridor a deer appeared, which looked at them both "What the fuck is that?" The tall drone asked >The deer pointed with its antlers at the tall drone and began to run toward it, the tall drone pulled a sword out and pointed at the animal >Alice thinking quickly, kicked the face of the drone which made it stumble a little and at that moment the deer hit the tall drone right in the visor >So hard in fact, that the antlers fell off, stuck in the tall drone's visor; Alice fell on the rubble, and the tall drone dropped her >Alice started to pick herself up, as well as the tall drone, which started cursing at the deer "You FUCK, stupid thing! I'LL KILL YOU" She ripped the antlers off her face and broke them >Alice grabbed a piece of broken rebar that had still some concrete around an end, and as soon as the tall drone's visor regenerated Alice hit her with the piece of junk right under the jaw >The tall drone with the hit fell right under the sun's rays, and she started to scream "AAAAAH!" The screams were awful >But after some seconds of screaming and kicking, she stood still, boiling under the sun, dead
>Alice looked at his friend and patted his head "Thank you, you saved me, but you sacrificed your way of defending yourself... I GOT AN IDEA" >She ran towards their little living space, deer following behind her, and started to take a bunch of trash lying around >Some metal pipes, kitchen utensils, a light bulb to able to see, and some cables >With some time she was able to do something, antlers made of junk, they were pointy and good to hit with, the perfect self-defense weapon for his deer friend >But when she tried to put them on his friend, she wasn't able to put them on, there was no way to do it, some tape or cable to tie it down would make his friend uncomfortable >Thinking a little more, she thought something else, using some tools and bolts, and taking off her hat she was able to bolt it down to *her* hat, and she put it right back on >"Now, if someone tries to attack us, I will save you this time!" The deer just licked her screen and Alice began to laugh and hug him >She knows he won't last forever, but she will be around his friend until the end, protecting him

Alright I think I'm ready now, for real this Time. Can someone give me a real genuine idea or anything to maybe write or do, to take my mind off things? No promises.
>>20546 >>20547 Mecha model kits. They come in runners, they are super articulated, and the cheap ones are amazing. They are calming to put together and the craftmanship is admirable. You don't even have to glue or paint them because the designers designed the piece separation so that different sections are molded in different colour plastic. I find them beautiful like how other people find flowers beautiful. The day I bought my first gunpla is a very fond memory. This korean website has galleries, instruction scans and photos of the contents. The kits are separated into grades (loose price/scale categories) and shows (they are from gundam anime seasons). http://dalong.net/ I recommend you start with either an HG Iron Blooded Orphans http://dalong.net/reviews/ib.htm or an Entry Grade RX-78 http://dalong.net/reviews/etc/egx01/egx01.htm
>>20550 (me) My brain feels my mushy and my eyes feel like stale bread so let me explain. It would feel good to branch out by writing for someone that isn't strictly T every once in a hundred years
>>20113 >Wanon is going to slap me for this one isn’t he? You damn right I am. This is actually very funny, keep up the good work. >>20174 >spoiler You are correct with the latter assumption, although less about her remain and more how she died. I'm mostly keeping this detail under wraps for now since it's an interesting point to explore later on, but there is an importance to her partial amnesia (thanks to her Poltergeist conversion severely scrambling her brain). She and Haru made a promise to visit Earth one day, yet by the time the core collapse happened, Earth was already [null]'d.
>>20554 Gunpla helped me realize how expressive hands can be. They often come with extra hands, and the more expensive ones have articulated fingers. Heh, I sound like an ad. "Gunpla cured my depression and increased the size of my penis! Japanese plastic folded a thousand times! Buy yours today!"
>>20519 Thad and J are totally dead/Uzi and N are totally gonna live, we'll see about Nori/Khan and V/Lizzy. I'd prefer as many survivors as possible but I wouldn't be too surprised if it's just gonna be N and Uzi with maybe one other drone in the end. Likely just N and Uzi
>>20373 >And that she's not as helpful as Beretta hoped because Cyn's advice tends to be weird and well, unhelpful. I know the entire point of Beretta is that she was supposed to be a subversion where N and Uzi's kid is just completely normal plain Jane (lul) average but I think there is untapped potential in having their kid romanticize Humanity due to having no interaction with them while also having an unhinged genocidal autist that wants to destroy the material universe because of her treatment by Humanity (which she also seemingly genocided while attempting to achieve that) secretly still alive in her head and manipulating her to that end, which is where I think the entire dynamic emerged from to begin with, and it was lost due to the threadcanon where the Humans in universe are anything other than complete sociopaths that openly consider themselves as something akin to Demons and fully revel in it.
