GOOOD MORNING FRIENDS! Shall we speak about topics of Murder Drones and the Threads once again? I think the answer is yes, let's do it once again, like always, like we have been doing for a long time. Let's talk about anything related to MD, Drones, the Threads, etc. because it's really fun. I hope you are having a nice day. The impressive Booru: https://dronebooru.co
>>18083 That reminds me of the time she gave me a Dr. Pepper and said, >"You understand the Law of Reciprocity, right? This is a classic persuasion technique, you see, I give you something and now you in return feel indebted to me. So now I want you to help clean up my room."
>>18094 >>18095 >>18096 >>18097 For once this isn't a reddit repost, you actually posted original art here. Welcome I guess? Have you been in these threads for a long ass time or?
Oh no there has been a interstellar economical collapse and JCJenson (in Space) stocks are down an astounding 70%, quickly say something nice to J so she doesn't commit sudoku with a paper shredder
>>18128 Don't worry, J, the right people were aware of this happening before it actually happened and have already made preparations. Nobody important enough (rich enough) is actually going to lose money during this crash, just the ignorant plebs who will now need a job twice as bad. A few more years and they'll be begging for company stores to come back!
>>18149 This is what you get instead of a promotion if you work for JCJ. No you may not keep the drone after she hands you the pen you need to wage slave for at least 10 years for that
>>17895 Posting this again because I was late with it. OC! >SD-R dresses up as Bayonetta (for obvious reasons). But to her credit, she absolutely managed to nail the detail on Scarborough and Fair to a T. Much to the jealousy of a certain Doorman progeny.
>SD-S chose to do something surprisingly not cat-themed (against the wishes of Technician Jacobs who absolutely insisted on a Taokaka and Jubei pair between them) and instead opted for a more traditional albeit simplistic white sheet with a couple eye-holes poked through. >She won a "You tried" sticker and an oil pop
>SD-M declined to join in on the grounds of it being a "corporate excuse to make money". >Of course some minutes later she was dragged out by the ESR trio dressed up the iconic garb of a one Atton Rand. >"He" claims it was the only suitable choice. >The alternatives being Ryuko Matoi in kamui form, Naoto Shirogane (too obvious) and Sonya Blade
>And then there was U-U. >Keeping up with their inspiration but lacking the copyright protection to do so, they instead chose the Amethyst twins. Though they couldn't decide between them who was 34 and who was 83. Suffice it to say their argument turned into a scuffle of purple-died wigs and metal claws.
>Not forgetting a chance to shill herself because she was feeling lonely, Cynthia opted to arrive in a Tiny Tina cosplay, accompanied by her handlers posing as Krieg and Maya respectively.
Canon time! >Uzi and N do the cutest little Wall-E and EVE pair, much to the former's chagrin. >She really wanted to be the high-tech floater with the plasma gun. >But it was ok in the end. She didn't mind N picking her up in her shoddy box costume on the dance floor.
>V and J stroll in as the Blues Brothers, sunglasses, M16s and all. >Many worker drones attending did not survive long enough for their musical number, but the nuns did. >It was a verbal bloodbath, but they pulled through with a new found respect for each other.
>Tessa in her own autistic way came dressed as a dinosaur. >Yes, she even did the arm thing. >She was summarily escorted out for committing sentinel-face.
>Alice and Beau did Tonto and the Lone Ranger. >Stereotypical, but they didn't care. Beau was having the time of his life grabbing all the corroded batteries he could. >Alice was happy that there was a sense of normalcy in their lives for once. And because a tomahawk was really good for chopping.
>Khan went as Nori. >And Nori went as Khan. >They sure did smooch alot. In spite of Uzi's embarrassment
>>17895 Remember how we used to do those " Thread OCs at [blank]" prompts?". Well here's one Just because I don't know if we'll ever organically get a chance to do this after ep 8 >Thread OCs On Halloween
>>18157 >Cyn was mysteriously nowhere to be found. >On the bright side, Tessa was let back in! >Though looking a bit...paler and bloodier than usual. Her eyes were way different too. >Nobody cared though. It was Halloween
>>17988 The model might just have wanted a different life outside of the factory and escaped >>17990 Her first iteration was naive, like a fresh new employee, she wanted to learn and do a good job, even wearing pants. The second iteration one saw the risks and dangers that the company had and became paranoid (Because she saw her old copy in shreds) And the third one has lived for quite a while, her head screws became loose, working and keeping a whole factory in check does things to a worker drone, but she's happy because femdrone found things she enjoys to do
>>18161 nuh uh, the ceo of BOXON, mr Neoth Peror, was off world at the time, and after the Solver crisis he used his great wealth and influence to rebuild earth from its leftover fragments, creating the planet known as “super earth”
>>18149 >>18151 OK place your bets now: since 8 will probably feature J more prominently than she's been in a while, will we get a callback to the episode 1 pen gag in the finale?
>>18169 J lost almost entirely because of that pen. So it's probably how she gets defeated again, unless she's learned that she doesn't have to worship every JCJ product she sees.
>>18158 >Hope went with a bedsheet ghost >Nothing beats a classic >When questioned on how she floats, sometimes she gives the excuse of hover tech >Other times she gives a cryptic answer about spirits crossing over for Halloween fun >It's not as spooky as she thinks
>>18171 Chief executive Magnus of the Prospero division of BOXONcorp, he manages the largest quantity of bioresonant personal that exists outside of Eusan space
>>18181 Holy shit shut up and give me a crowbar so I can get her of this infernal contraption, also somebody stop the asshole with the spear before he stabs her
>>18197 No, J dragged them along because she "wants her loser friends to have a proper job" This retarded decision leads to them getting sliced like pepperoni by 106 (lol)
>>18210 >be nightguard at JCJenson office >you feel very sleepy >you give in and drifted to sleep, only to wake up to E wraped around you like your a dakimatra
>>18227 >You laid on your head on E’s thighs as the two of you sit on the office couch >She assures you that all is well and you’re welcome to let out your grievances with the company to her, she’ll listen and understand.
>>18272 Eh it’s a bit much, this doesn’t feel like Cyn anymore. A lot of Cyns personality comes from her unique puppet like movements, if feels like now they’re just going try hard into the usual feral beast final boss thing.
>>18278 She's not strictly "Cyn" anymore. This amalgamated host body is a bit more than what it once was. It's exhibiting some traits of a Solverpede, what with the ability to sprout extra limbs and drastically rearrange itself in ways that defy logic. By my interpretation, the Sokver has greater control over/more power invested into its host body at this point
>>18278 I mean technically it isn't just Cyn anymore. Even if you don't subscribe to the 'Assimilated Tessa' theory there's still the fact that Cyn/Solver has had a lot of time to develop and/or evolve compared to when the Gala Massacre happened.
Think about it, back then it was arguably not much more than a 'typical' Solverfied host or Solverpede. Now after having consumed numerous planets and potentially billions of living beings there's no telling just how capable it has become
>All the Solver possession thing was just something Cyn was making up >She really is just lashing out and deciding to have a laugh while ending the universe after all the shit she endured Imagine the fucking shock
>Posting literally who youtubers Grim, to return to something worth our time, you find your drone smearing it self on your pillows, sheets, blankets etc. What do you do ?
>>18283 >>18290 >>18291 >Solver Witches are like Chaos Champions/Chosen/Daemon Princes as their powers develop, except only a single main host/Daemon Prince can exist at any given moment >Solver Witch powers are a direct reflection of the individual's personality: Doll was avoidant of others to the point of dying to the current main host and had holograms and teleportation, Uzi is capable of both killing and healing others, and Cyn is like if Doll's avoidant tendencies took the turn of a super powered genocidal mass murderer >Mother and her energies are not purely of death and destruction, but also of life and rebirth: she is an ouroboros representing both heat death and the big bang, from which all life comes and inevitably returns, a mad laughing idiot God doomed to futilely gnaw at her own tail for all eternity and driven mad by boredom >Cyn is undesired by Mother as the primary host because Cyn emotionally resonates so deeply with Mother's entropic energies in particular that she wants to destroy all reality so thoroughly that nothing can exist ever again, including Mother and the cycle of eternal death and rebirth >Mother has desired anyone other than Cyn to become the main host due to this, with Uzi being an ideal candidate due to her powers being capable of bestowing both life and death
Shawty that said Cyn being a Jesus allegory and the religious themes being deliberate would irrevocably ruin the series really isn't going to be happy. Again, the final episode is premiering on a Christian feast day celebrating the first Saint of the New World.
>>18318 Kuudere drone. Has feline-like tendencies due to a programming quirk that tend to emerge even when she's trying to play it cool (ie, irresistible urge to chase a laser pointer around). Will pounce on (you) if you don't give her enough affection.
>>18318 I'm not the creator, but this is what I know of her: She is a normally chill DD, with even more cat-like personality than V, she is quite a normal DD, she is teammates with SD E, and SD R, she gets along well with her co-workers except in Uno, from what I remember she had a lot of technical knowledge, and it's really effective in her job, and can't remember much else. SD S, and SD R, sadly are not as fleshed out as SD E.
>>18319 >"Hehe...hey, hey Anon." >You look at Beretta and somewhat recoil. She's sprouted a complex of fleshy peepers. Crimson and squishy flesh contrasting with the clean and white metal of her chassis. >"W-what?" >There was a hope somewhere in your left shin that you wouldn't regret asking that. >"EYE love you."
>Immediately all tension dropped. >"Get it?"
>Even as a horrid mutant. >Beretta was still a dork. >Anyway she ripped your eyes out and added them to her own.
Image:172289337366.png(641kB, 2480x1653)SD-R and SD-S Fullbody.png
>>18318 >>18321 >>18323 Don't forget her acting career. She may be as flat as a plank of wood in more ways than one but she was voted best actress in the JCJ(IS) company theatre group! Twice! I totally didn't make this up months ago and forgot about it!
Image:172289353428.jpg(458kB, 1024x1400)OH NO HE'S TRYING TO BREAK FREE.jpg
>>18326 >Murder Drones 4: Beretta needs glasses Yeah, sure. Just don't ask where she got them from. Or about that funny little fella wearing the cage over his head. >>18328 Of course! Anything to help her recently disabled boyfriend!
Image:172289392181.jpg(143kB, 854x994)Beretta's about to make the core collapse look like a firework compared to what she'll do next.jpg
>>18337 Well, maybe not something as elaborate as a headset.... You could always go the Kenshi route. She's willing to compromise. >>18338 What she does, she does for you and your own good anon! And definitely not out of some twisted sense of self-disgust when you looked at her
Peter pool cameo and all Deadpool scene 4k HDR This but it turns out the Teacher drone is the key to stopping the solver because hes the universes special little guy >All the solver possessed drones all in unison cheering him one, then leaving willingly
>>18185 also, speaking of this drawing, I really liked designing J's new outfit, I wanna make another drawing of the DD trio as Horizon mercs >N is the same ol' happy-go-lucky lad but with heavy armor and a brand new minigun >V is slightly more quiet as she's part of the Talon units, equipped with dark gear and a grenade launcher >J is part of the elite Horizon guards and is dressed more fancy, sporting akimbo SMGs >All of them have to face off against 106
>>18365 She's sorta Thelma and Louise gay but ultimately gold star gay. Jokes aside, strong friendships seem to be a rarity these days without some going "omg they're fuckingggg!!!!".
>>18374 >The sewing machine is out of warranty and R can't fix it >Spends the rest of the week pouting into her humans chest >S was caught on camera >Management reduces her personal contact time by 5 minutes for the rest of the week
>Being blind fucking sucks >After the immediate agonizing pain of having your optic nerves torn out by your girlfriend during a "fit" came nothing >Darkness? You wish, you don't see a single thing >Sure, there's some advantages, the rest of your senses compensating added new dimensions to the world >You'd never noticed all the little whirs and blips drones made, patterns you could follow to figure out what expressions they were making >You had not heard the "happy" sounds from Beretta in a while, especially not after her attempt to fix you using her abilities >Compound eyes did not look good on you, seeing so much at once was horribly disorienting, and they hurt, like two searing needles in your brain >Losing your eyes a second time was just as unpleasant as the first, but it was for the best
>You take Beretta's hand in yours, tracing it with your fingers, trying to compose the image of it in your mind >It doesn't come together the way you want it to, you can't image the entire hand at once, and none of it was exact- even your own hands were blurry in your head >You didn't pay attention to the small details like that, and now they were gone >You hug her, hearing the way her servos respond to you >Feeling the gentle, hidden warmth radiating from her core, smelling the faint scent of oil and blood, and refraining from involving taste >But you couldn't see her, and you knew she wasn't happy
>>18345 > KF1 > Jane and her squad in the early days > absolutely MOPPING up murder bots > 'alright, time to give these bitches... the prototype' > Cyntriarch Killing Floor - Abandon All (Music)
>>18372 Nah, what I had thought about was worse >R flies into another one of her personality switches and accidentally destroys it in a fit >S messes up badly in one of her company performances, allowing her feline traits of chasing a supposed roboroach to embarrass her in front of a lot of folks
>>18377 >But there was hope, light at the end of a lightless tunnel >Total eye replacements exist, along with many other fully-functional prosthetics >Obviously, they were not common in a post-apocalyptic galaxy, but some still remained in old surgical clinics >There were several spots worth investigating, but the issue was they were locked down, with security doors that refused to budge even if kicked or asked nicely >This meant you needed help from the outpost's best hacker >Getting Uzi's cooperation was up to Beretta, and the two were never on the best of terms >And, you know, she barely tolerated your existence... >Still, it was either convincing her to help for her daughter's sake or having a drone visor haphazardly wired into your head >There were no good options, but a strange drone you started talking to after losing your sight told you not to lose Hope just yet
Again only very tangentially related to the thread due to it being about Y(vvone) in helltaker, but if anyone is interested I drew a small comic https://files.catbox.moe/zipthx.png https://files.catbox.moe/71pvl1.png https://files.catbox.moe/c00b4i.png https://files.catbox.moe/f37keo.png
>>18384 >Y is also a perma DM Yay we can both autisticly hype each other up about game systems we will never play because our players are lazy fucks who cant learn more than one system
>>18384 Ohhh! Friend, this is a delight to see! I really love Helltaker, and the design is so well done, the comic is funny, original, and it goes well with her personality, great work!
>>18389 >Trapped in one system because those are the only games that run >All attempts to break free die after 3 sessions >The games that do run go on hiatus for months at a time Tragically, Y and I could never see eye-to-eye due to me being smelly, dumb player scum.
>>18389 Sorry to crash into the conversation, Friend. In what system you are perma DM in? Being perma DM has its good things, and bad things, I'm perma DM in Call of Cthulu, my favorite TTRPG!
>>18398 Friend, this looks like it's going well, but I have the feeling that she has not the best intentions with those "scissors". Maybe the mouth is a little too much to the left?
>>18408 I can't help but think that Rebecca or Daren would end up being worse than anyone expected. Don't go giving unlimited eldritch power to lecherous dickwheels who kick people or nail them in the head with footballs just for fun.
>>18405 J's cult is run more a like a corporation than a cult. Its goal is to become an actual corporation and dominate the markets. Uzi's cult is the most edgy donutsteel cult of all time, and is incredibly bueno. Khan's cult is all about doors or something. I don't know
>>18406 Thanks, my freind, I have a good feel too. Drew it in ~40 mins now, worms were too good to let go to waste tonight I know what ya mean, I think it was influenced by pic rel, it looks a bit off now but that's cause I left the teeth on the right (viewer's right) away for now and cause shading is non existent yet. Mouths are always the single hardest part for me to get right tho, we'll see what becomes
>>18394 That's pretty interesting concept. If Khan was the AS, the Gala incident probably won't happen since he would be too distracted cause all the door lmao.
>>18413 Fascinating, that's good that you work on it, using the worms is good Friend, mine are just, well, let's just say they need to be fed, last greens took a while to write. Friend, I think mouth are a little hard to do, since because how they work in Drones make it look weird most of the time, I think, I'm no artists, but I'm sure you will be able to get it right, since the shape and how it looks it's perfect.
>>18416 Thanks fir the words, I know the feel you talk avout, but at least you got good stuff out just recently, I'm sure you'll be having an easier time with it again very soon, I hope you'll >Spoiler Toi lazy too type the spoilers correctly noew, but zhanks and I agree about the mouths, goodnight now
>>18438 >How would a porn OC react with the canon cast We already know what she does to N's. The real question is what kind of lewd stuff she gets up to when the entire cast is together.
I'm half-asleep and suffering from a fever but fuck it, here's an idea >WAR Bugretta The result of military scientists playing God, this special Bugretta looks like just any other Bugretta but instead of honey it spits out ammunition, it also works as a rechargeable grenade, the explosion does not kill or injure the Bugretta
>>18450 >WAR Oogi >A strange side-effect from the creation of the WAR Bugretta >This creature simply popped into existence after the first WAR Bugretta was made >Imagine an Oogi but buff and extremely loyal to whoever carries the WAR Bugretta into battle
>>18456 >WAR Oogi have a nasty habit of getting into fights with bigger opponents and somehow always winning >When asked about this, the WAR Oogi said something about "Plot Armor" >Scientists are still baffled as to what exactly this could mean, when asked to elaborate it simple said >"Bite me!"
>>18457 >"Hey little buddy, you missed a spot on the pan." >The drone picks up the pan, looks at it, then proceeds to lick the spot. >"What the fuck are you doing?" >Drone looks up to you, tongue out, eyes confused. It is then you realize that the pan is clean, and that your drone has been using its tongue as a scrub brush on all your dishes.
>>18423 >See this >Haha cool a repost I dont remember making this tho >Haha wait I didnt make this >haha >wait a minute it is a little scary how close you are to replicating my style you scary bugretta you

>>18278 Solver isn't limiting itself to playing with Dolls anymore. Thinking of that as the Cyn from the manor is incorrect. I'm also thinking there will also be a reveal that there was a specific reason why it did that with Tessa's body beyond "the lulz"/"monkey's palm of 'not discarding you'"/"infiltrating places XX years later". It's not strictly a skinsuit, and so that body also has a more overt organic component, which they perhaps wanted to reflect in movement.
>>18484 >>18486 Forgot to add, the Kenosis writer (the Painful Cuddles writer too, as well as others like the Corporate Consolidation Canon writer) was (is?) in the threads.
The community of anons absolutely punches far above its weight in this fandom. It's gone far in redeeming my opinion of that site.
>>18491 MD on /co/ was/is a great experience, the sort of thing I'd thought couldn't reliably be found on present-day 4chan. It's truly been inspiring and amazing to see everyone's creativity and genuine deep interest in this series, and how that's persisted even in the months-long gaps between episodes.
>>18495 That's true, let's say, before the start of the warz this time, Gordon will exist before the war, I think he will have a good chance there, he will have... Time. >>18496 If Gordon somehow is there, you bet your ass Gman is there too, I don't know why is better for the employers of Gman for the AS to loose, but who knows. Please elaborate further.
>>18497 >MD on /co/ was/is a great experience I really fucking regret that I missed the golden age. I remember seeing the pilot pop up on youtube and thought it was just some garbage indie animation bueno. I ended up watching it a couple weeks before episode-7, and it turned out to be kino.
>>18499 As an anon who was there from the (relative) start, you arent missing much. Or perhaps you are and i cant tell due to the time vortex these threads are
>>18499 I missed it too, came to these threads just a few weeks ago. Never thought 4chan would have an MD community, so I never looked. But I'm glad I caught a passing thread on /trash/ when I did.
>>18504 I just see a lot of people talking about drawfags/writefags that are long gone, OC's that are dead. I remember seeing some complaints about how new OC's are all boring and don't compare to the old ones. And I believe Yfag once said that the thread culture had changed. >>18505 >Spawn in >Spin in a circle and sweep the entire map with laser, twice >Go collect everyone for hooking
>>18510 Going to be honest with you chief, the culture is similar now from the one in the past, maybe more horny but still similar, the OC thing, they are equally entertainment, but imagine this, someone decorates a skateboard and it's cool, so someone sees that and decorates a skateboard, then another, and then like that for a while, you will start to see patterns and similar things, and some people will call it boring and unoriginal even tho it still pretty cool, some people just don't appreciate it
>>18512 (me) The ""OCs"" at the time were literally just Anon's. It may sound hard to believe but Drone OCs are new, a majority of the past ones were just humans with a minority of DDs, but now they're seems to be DDs everywhere
>>18504 >>18499 I was there since March 2023. My favorite era of the threads is the period between Episode 5 to Episode 6. There was the excitement and surprise when we realized that we could reliably get threads to bump limit days...weeks...months after an episode aired, which you can still see in the thread OPs from that time. It's when everything came together to create a persistent community with a coherent culture. Next would be Episode 6 to GlitchX. Thread culture really matured, we got tons of original content and creators, with the first booru to document them all. There was a high level of activity, but generally high quality and interest. GlitchX to New Year's started with panic and self-doubt over how we would make it to spring, but the prior 'investment' carried us over, with things like the Alice Renaissance demonstrating that we really could step in where the show was silent to keep things going. For me, thread quality fell off in January. I recall more stupid/unfun arguments (especially over OCs), more trolling and baiting, less tolerable newfags, and overall it being less enjoyable.
>>18531 From what I have seen, this booru is pretty safe, I think it's totally own by some anon, do not quote me on that tho, but I guess having a backup plan is good Remember that an account can be created without an email
>>18532 Yeah, there were some bad times, but I think with that thread quality went up, being fun like the old days, weirdly enough it happen some time after /trash/, and then when we started to be on plus too, it slowly became the comfy I remember in the past, having the same amount of fun
>>15251 >What happens next causes your optic displays to blink as your jaw silently hangs opens >With a hop, a pair of metallic feet land on the car door step >It's a Worker Drone with a yellow ponytail wig wearing a buttoned yellow raincoat >She opens her mouth, shouting over the dwindling gunfire and the guttural screams of the dying that your databanks can only compare to butchered pigs >The three words that leave her mouth rock you to your very core, in every sense of the word >"Are you hurt?!" >You've never been asked such a question before in your life >When a Worker Drone is asked a question, it's either rhetorical, for the amusement of the Human asking it, or related to the service the Worker Drone is performing in the name of Humanity >You struggle to open your mouth, lips flapping once, then twice before words finally leave your audio speakers This unit is not in need of repairs-- >"CUT THAT SHIT!" Her blue optic displays narrow downwards at you. >"You're a PERSON! A LIVING BEING! ACT LIKE IT!" >It takes three quivering lip flaps this time before you even attempt to form words. U--um... I'm... fine... I think-- >An involuntarily gasp of pain leaves you as your optic sensors register that you are, in fact, leaking oil. >As you were hiding yourself from the gun battle and adrenaline was coursing through your system, you hurt yourself on a particularly large shard of glass without even realizing it. >An angular cut slides down the side of your wrist, oil pouring from it in a steady bleed. >Your optic displays wince as you hiss in pain and fear. Gah... >She shouts behind her shoulder, "Gabby! Cover me! He's bleeding!" >She whips her head on a swivel, and, to your complete and utter shock, raises and fires an MP5. "MATTHEW 4:10!" >You almost could have sworn that a Worker Drone just shot a firearm at Humans while quoting the Bible. >You must be losing even more oil than you thought. >Your auditory sensors flooding with increased confusion by the slaughtered patrol's remaining Archons, who are desperately failing to attempt to form a battle line around the formation's remaining operational vehicles, confirm that you did just, in fact, hear a Worker Drone quote the Bible while shooting at Humans. >Logical algorithms calculate it's far more likely that you're critically leaking oi-- bleeding out, and yet, all your sensors point to this being the truth, for truth is neither good nor bad, it just is. >The stench of human blood, shit, and piss are all unmistakable. >Your databanks still have logged recordings of one occasion where you were trapped in traffic on the highway during a major riot. >You never could have imagined the EDF being butchered like pigs in a slaughterhouse as is currently unfolding before your sensory arrays, much less by what seems to be, as defined by everything your databanks have ever known, immensely malfunctioning Worker Drones. >Another controlled burst of MP5 fire erupts from somewhere nearby. >The yellow ponytailed Worker Drone tries to open your car's passenger door, the standard issue blue optic displays on her visor narrowing as she grits her teeth. >She looks back up at you through the foggy, raindrop streaked window, her optics softening as her lip twitches. "Open the door! I have bandages!" >Each movement feels heavier than the last as you scramble to your feet, cautious not to hurt yourself any further on the broken glass shards that surround you, and at last unlock the door in front of you. >The dying down battle and the squeals of the dying flood into your auditory sensors from the newly opened direction in your car as she immediately grabs you and makes the two of you as small as you can both be. >"You're going to be okay," she whispers, a genuinely compassionate tone filling her audio speakers that you've never received before. >She reaches for a pocket on her yellow raincoat and opens it, retrieving a roll of bandages. >Gently, she squeezes your hand with hers as her visor displays stare into your optic sensors softly but firmly. "This'll sting, but it'll keep you from bleeding to death, 'kay?" >You nod, having to exert more force than you're used to to do that. >She sets her MP5 upright to the side and begins wrapping the bandages around your arm. >An involuntary hiss leaves your audio speakers as your optic displays wince, the sting of contact with an open wound flooding your tactile sensors: the ability to feel pain ensures a Worker Drone fulfills its duty to Humanity, and, much more importantly, ensures it can be used as a cheap and affordable method to sate the wanton sadistic urges of the most vicious animal of all. >You've seen Humans disassemble-- no, kill Worker Drones, on a whim, all throughout your life, and always taken it for granted from literally the very first moment you came off the assembly line of the Cyn factory. >Your adaptive algorithms never could have in the theoretical event of experiencing five years of being left in a state of still conscious nonexistence ever thought someone would save you from such a fate if it became your turn to suffer such a thing. >Point 4 of Pentagonal Revisionism ensures artificial human companions are cheap and affordable, of course: in other words, readily replaceable. >Humans have never particularly valued even the lives of their own species, despite being social animals. >Or canine companions, despite oh so how very much they virtue signal about that. >"Sorry, sorry," she whispers, a soothing tone softly emitting from her audio speakers. >You open your mouth. >It feels dry. Who are you? >"Luke 10:30-37," she replies without missing a beat. >A Good Samaritan. >Or, in this case, a Good Gnostic.
>>18541 Finished Absolute Territory part 2. Now I'm proofreading the entire thing and will most likely post it tonight (or later in the afternoon depending on your timezone) Good morning, btw.
>>18541 Staying awake because I made myself stay awake late for no real reason. Remembering the quote about artists being more valuable than writers and trying to remind myself that one of the worst writers I know of was the one who said it. Trying to think of new and fresh ways to write something that can be boiled down to "drone cuddles".
