Good night, or morning, Friends. Let's once again talk about the cute Drones, Threads, Murder Drones, Disassembly Drones, etc. It's really fun to talk about that, so let's do it! I hope you are having a nice day. The imposing Booru: https://dronebooru.co
>>21117 Nta but I'd watermark something with Imatag myself and then find a way to screw it up enough that it no longer works, apply the same to Glitch Inn screenshots then
>>21119 I think it has to depend on whether or not they purposefully removed their clothes. N's hat regenerated along with his head, but he was able to take it off along with his cost to put on his tux for the prom.
>Tessa finds Uzi in the scrapyard and brings her in >Uzi is at first grumpy because she hates humans and is unfriendly towards Tessa >Then Uzi slowly starts to bond with Tessa >Uzi then finds an ancient ritual book >It contains a way to achieve great power between a human and a golem >Uzi then convinces Tessa to try it >Tessa reluctantly agrees >It works! They are now fused into a powerful being with the control being split between them >Uzi starts going mad with power and attempts to slaughter the entire Gala >Tessa realizes that Uzi is batshit insane, starts trying to wrestle control from Uzi >James Elliot shoots them with a rocket launcher, killing them both
>>21114 >>21136 > the drones use it as a vibrator > there is no special 'pleasure center' or receptors down there, its 100% a mental thing > it applies to the males too
>>21155 You know I actually do want to see that, I've made some jokes about a fake S2 with some characters like Umi, but I need to be in the right mindset to write something like that. Sounds fun though
>>21153 >small criticism: harukas clothes are too dark or maybe use bright outlines on a dark background? have to look closely to make out her arms Yeah I have been thinking of switching to a slightly brighter shade of dark green for the dress, I sorta ignored it before, but while shading the whole thing today, the program kept filling the whole inner outline with the darker color meant for the shade (even though I made a very clear outline for the shading itself), probably thinking that I was using the same color as the base because of how dark they both were. It's not so evident on PC, but it's definitely darker on mobile than it should be. Gonna edit it later. >>21154 Wooden staffs have always her preferred weapon of choice, it's basically what her father thought her to use really well and the many ways it can be used to disarm a foe while beating them into submission. It's also why she can turn a broom handle into a weapon because it's essentially just a staff with some twigs on one tip.
>>21183 Based on Liam saying that DD's can make anything in their arms DD's are soda drones, candy drones, popcorn drones, any type of food drones you can think of really
>>21210 First we need to change the name to something more algorithm friendly like >Astounding Skirmisher Drones Or >Staggering Tussle Bots Then we need to crank up the saturation by a factor of a 10
>>21241 >He doesn't know about the "MMMM I dunno guys maybe we do a season 2 or maybe not" blue balling that will happen after the show inevitably ends on a cliff-hanger and that will last until they either make season 2 or Liam dies of prostate cancer
>>21235 >>21242 > BerettAlucard that would make N the big bad and i just don't see him doing the "what is a man" speech though Khan and Nori could weirdly enough fit into Charlotte and Jonathan roles
>"I'll leave them in your care, Assistant Hughmahn. Team 6 will eagerly await your findings."
>Click. The seal secured around the exit swiftly to lock in the relevant personnel. The good assistant, and the complement of MK IIs set to guard mode. >All the instruments were ready. Behind and in front of the safety screen. >Even in the sterile white of the lab, broken silence couldn't quite dull the coming miasma of fear. >Not from him, of course.
>"Hmmm. Unit 28."
>A simple "OK" from the tech behind the glass saw a charging pod revealed to be freshly delivered from pneumatic transit in a matter of seconds. >"Units 67 and 45 as well. I like the optics on those ones." >Two more slipped into the receptacles with hushed hisses. All three opening in unison to expose three chassis in stand-by. >Green. Blue. Orange. Flickering into life collectively to the static procedures of start-up. >Curiously taking in the surroundings of the strange new space they were in. >"Beginning stress-response test shortly." >He merely raised his hand. >"S1, S2 and S3, please restrain the subjects." >Obeying without question, each sentinel lurched forward and ripped the workers from their pods. Pinning the puny labourers to the floor facedown. >"H-hey! What the hell is this?!
>"We were supposed to be transferred!
>"Oh, oh robo-god no...."
>Scribbling interrupted their confused cries. >"Units' AI still displays aberrant behaviour. Previous resets have failed to eliminate root cause. RT6 wanted to hack their data drives open and manually reprogram the OS but Dr Adams has convinced old "Henry" to permit a collaboration into exploring the development and exploitation of a more adaptive AI. Hence the tests. Unfortunately, time does not permit extensive testing. So I've been charged with expediting the process." (1/2)
>>21264 >>21265 >Calling me a newfag and a tourist for calling out off-topic gooner posts that have nothing to do with Murder Drones. Kek. Watch the show.
>>21268 Still not addressing me calling you out, I see. That’s okay. I get that you’re just cornered and have no real argument to make besides “newfag!!1”
>Naaah, heat keeps 'em sluggish~!... Very very true words, that doesn't only apply to the DD cores. Also a brandnew Alice frame, look at the hair... >>20907 Thanks for saying that, but nothing will get done till 48 hours or so, summer is killing me
>>21270 Because dumbfuck this happens every single fucking thread. It's basically a tradition at this point. You would know this if you weren't such a newfag
>>21261 Just have one buy Glitch Inn, collect everything Murder Drones, then release it aftee the finale when likely no more will be coming, what are they gonna do against images here?
>>21273 This seriously just proves how new you are. I'm not going to waste my time on a literal retard, lurk moar or get out faggot. Also yeah I fucking watched the show you dumb nigger, why would I be here if I hadn't. My favorite episode is unironically Cabin Fever, unpopular opinion I know but I really enjoy the soundtrack
>>21282 It IS a robot. The Show is literally called Murder DRONES. It’s a show about robots. N, a robot, objectively cannot eat or gain fat. If a robot were to “eat”, it would destroy itself in the process.
>>21286 The first episode literally has them eating. Why are you here if you haven't watched the show? Are you one of those weird discord people looking to just troll and start shit?
>>21288 If you watched the show, you would know they're more than just robots. They have flesh and organs, this is literally shown with J's smoking corpse in the pilot.
>>21292 >"Please don't eat my organs infront of my family!" - Drone to V in pilot >Uzi eating her classmates in Cabin Fever >Alice eating batteries in episode 6 Dude just leave you've proven already to not have actually watched the show and that you're here in bad faith
>>21296 Why would I need to back up my claim about you acting retarded? Your own posts demonstrate this far better than any mean words I can come up with
So I have been thinking, could a Swap Au actually work? I think Worker Drone N would likely be too much of a wimp to venture outside, V would also be too scared and J has no reason too.
>>21297 He's just baiting, he will refuse to accept reality, he has been on trash in the past, surprising that he found plus, surprising that he is back Even when the video we see V eating an arm whole, he will refuse to accept it to believe his own delusions like he does here >>21299 stop talking to him, since he is really just baiting
>>21306 Maybe you can report it as spam/advertising/flooding? And with some luck the mod will see he's just baiting trying to shit up the thread, fingers crossed, but the only who has gotten banned was someone who was very obviously targeting and harassing someone, good luck.
>>21302 Doubtful if they keep their old personalities, things worked they way they did because of how N and Uzi acted, then V, and well, J got killed, so there is that.
>>21266 >Wasting no time at all, the good assistant readied his tools from the heavy holdings of an operations case. >All the while 28, 67 and 45 begged through fruitless squirming under the claws of their captors. >Hughmahn's hand stopped shy of the laser scalpel. >"Bizarrely, their capacity for fear is unprecedented. A survival instinct? Base desires only really befit humans, animals. Not machines." >And went straight for the extractor. >"Still, if they want results, Johnny's going to give them some." >Crouched closest to 45, 28 and 67 flanking, he scanned their features for abnormalities. >None. Bar the cracks in 45's visor. >"Typical. MKIIIs would never be so careless. Ruined already." >28 and 67 however were pristine. >Excellent.
>"45." >45 flinched. >"W-what?"
>The assistant kneeled to better meet his subject's fragmented gaze. >"I need you to make a choice" >Steeled pincers and claws from the frightening surgical tool lackadasically held in the human's hand wavered from left to right. >Between his two friends.
>"Which of these well-crafted devices would best supplement my research? Choose wisely. I'm afraid I don't have adequate room for samples."
>Orange LED darted back and forth fearfully. The ominous implication could only mean certain doom. >Audio set to max elicited a failed scream. >"D-don't! Please...I...we..." >28 pleaded. 67 tried to remain calm.
>"Hurry now, Unit 45. Or else I'll have to put the extractor to both of them and we'll be here all day!" >Milliseconds went by. >Seconds. >A minute.
>Back and forth between green and blue. >45 was paralysed. Will.exe crashed. A logical paradox of survival chances plagued the system. >28 quivered with anxiety, her own chassis threatening to shake itself apart in discomfort. >"45, please...don't let me..." >He just couldn't.
>His eyes landed on 67. >That calm facade they had maintained? Gone. Shock replacing stoicism, betrayal replacing shock.
>"Interesting choice." >"Note for the logs: AI can be forced into ultimatums. Next log in two minutes. Signed: John A. Hughmahn." --- >Whirs, scrapes and screams. >Just another day in the labs. 2/2
>>21320 DD/Solver host cores are some kind of crazy black hole matter-energy conversion unit. Anything they eat gets assimilated into their core as raw stuff, and they use it to make coolant to keep themselves from overheating, as ammunition and material for their weaponry, and to regenerate. That's why they can eat anything and why regular WDs die instead.
>>21331 I remember an old one about eggs, can't remember more details, was pretty "new" to the threads, I liked every green in some way or another, that was the only one I couldn't see any good in it, it just disgusted me in a physical level.
>>21337 >Uzi is shrivelled and dehydrated like the fake space duende they found in Brazil. >>21338 Eh. I shat it out early in the morning. Now I must sleep because work will soon come-a-calling.
>>21339 You know I've been tempted in the past to request that with an OC. Never did it though because it would be incredibly scummy. Just needed to get that off my chest
>>21347 If J was a WD with her old WD personality, or if she was a WD with her DD personality, it still wouldn't matter, since she can't communicate with corporate, she was following the last orders she heard, the only way I see she's going out it is that for some reason JCJ last message was telling them to get out of the outpost, which improbable since they didn't even expect the Solver wars so not time to send something that would not benefit them that much
>>21340 It could always be worse anon I remember an anon from last year talking about how their Mom & sibling were driving them crazy by constantly RPing Murder Drones (both over text and out in public)
>>21371 >still mad at Anon for breaking Connie heart But you can see the silver lining on something, if you take the last part as "canon" they are still in a relationship.
Image:172350747482.png(11kB, 263x285)Doll saw some weird shit.png
>>21372 >spoiler >mfw I don't know if that is better or worse than that one Anon's story about cumming on the Uzi plush and the dog parading the cummed plushie in front of Anon's family.
>>21261 Digital watermarking is trivial. Could easily assign a special pattern to each user, and embed every image served to that user's client with it. Then salt it so that multiple users can't easily compare their images to identify the errant pixels.
>>21347 >J finds some old human shit, telling them to contact them if Copper 9 goes to hell >J, being the good little dog, decides to go out and communicate with them >But since she is a massive bitch, she is forced to dragged two spineless losers (N&V) to company her.
>>21266 >>21322 Frankenstein's Army Soundtrack Theme • Hören Sie!! • Xорошо.. Another day, another glorious advance in science for the young Imperium! >>21365 My only complaint is that unless I've missed something explicitly to the contrary, it's implied the Humans in this setting wouldn't make a distinguishment between Humans and Animals, only specifying that Humans are the top of the animal kingdom and the most vicious of all.
>>21427 Sorry that this is off-topic I actually watched this and kinda enjoy it, but I have to ask, why the fuck does every anime have some weird brocon/siscon shit?
>>21418 I'm biased in that I'd fuck N, but I see him as being very into it with people he likes. I think he'd be more into the intimate aspects, so things like plugs/vibrators would be less exciting for him. Cyn might also have given him a very sensitive prostate for laughs.
>>21454 N's have historically levied lopsided judgments in regards to their own serial designation. Some people claim it's their way of channeling a deep rooted self-hatred, but honestly I just think N has a fetish for severe punishment
>>21462 only if they have an Old Medal, but I was comparing her to the rest of the robots. Medarot Navi came out in 2001, with MLaaTR airing a year later.
I imagine in the HoDR universe that coming out as a human-lover is like coming out as a faggot. Imagine a Drone Step-Mom weeping at the fact her son prefers human women over that cute Drone next door
>>21472 I see it the other way around for now. JCJ offices are filthy with toasterfuckers, but the rest of the world still treats them as disposable labor and sees relations with them the way you'd see a guy marrying his car and buying a fleshlight for its exhaust.
>>21466 >>21469 >>21470 > that whole thing about eating sushi off of naked women > but you use L's front torso as a grill > you're just enjoying your food, but she still thinks its sexy
>>21492 > she cools off and tries to seduce anon again > but its just lukewarm stale grease > "...i'll just go wash up" she says defeated and walks to the bathroom with a slump > goes to turn on the shower, the door opens > sleeves rolled up, sponge and brush in hand > she gets a good rubbing
>>21496 NTA but i do. i am sexually attracted to the Solver of the Absolute Fabric, The Void, The Exponential End. not cyn the maid worker drone, not the tessa skinsuit. THIS is my wife
Image:172351965089.png(376kB, 1623x1623)MC OctoPearl drone or something color.png
>>20980 had i known you were gonna post it there, i'd have pushed myself a little further and color it in. it's a little embarrassing to have a rough sketch like that over there lol
>>21487 Tessa would be very confused as Cyn has a violent seizure as being the host body of multiple entities with varying personalities fighting for control is a recipe for conflict.
>>21534 Better yet, they get drunk at the Weenie Hut Jr's. Served by Jo Fawcett (it's her part time gig, a drone's gotta work multiple jobs nowadays sadly).
>Polishing N with a car buffer, having to stop repeatedly when he pushes you away and giggles, saying it tickles (the good kind) >Rubbing polish into the black part of his stomach with your hands, his giggling becoming soft breathing as he gently holds your wrists and looks into your eyes >N pulling you in close and telling you he needs you >Slipping his tongue into your mouth, intertwining it with yours >Ruining N's new polish as you show each other the depths of your love
>>21510 There's a certain level where the effort isn't worth the payoff. You could always ask them to just describe what it was they saw. Or to post it in a few months when Glitch would presumably care less.
>>21429 I suppose thinking of it from a scientist's point of view, he really would consider himself just another animal. A highly developed one, but an animal none the less. But at least he's an animal with standards and self-awareness. And that puts him well above the insects he works on.
>>21528 >actively looking Is it even that active a search? It's not like /co/ is some sekrit club. Assuming that the leaked images weren't reposted in other places, and that's how they found out. >spying Or they just enjoy Murder Drones, and this is a decent-quality board for MD.
>>21578 >Expected one of the NSFW alt links to be DD Y pointing a gun at me and demanding I stop sexualizing her zis instant Y looks good even when she's dead, except phrased in a less terrible way.
>>21579 >L syndrome >Instead of brain there is horny disassembler
>>21584 >"Why did you say zat." >"I mean... she- you're kind of a zombie there and you still look good." >"Zen why not simply say I look good. Why mention ze 'even when she ist dead' part." >"Because... because I wanted to reference that? It felt more genuine than just saying 'Y looks good'." >"Zis is why I am ze only woman you are on good terms mit, Anon. Worry not, I vill accept your stupid compliment."
>Being the fool (You) are, (You) decide to leak a picture from Glitch Inn >Only 3 seconds after posting (You) hear a knock at your bedroom door >It's Gooseworx and she's hungry....
i live in poverty, and my N is slowly starving. he says he’s fine, but he seems really unwell, i can see his ribs through the black part of his stomach. sometimes he goes outside, catches a squirrel and just eats it. other times i find him eating stuff like paper towels or stuffing out of a pillow. until i get my next paycheck, is there anything i can do to help him?
If Liam was a good writer he could've made J more of the tragic hero she really is instead of just having her be genuinely pathetic. Seriously, think about it, J was the first and only Drone to actually fight back against The Solver back at the Gala and was mostly able to hold her own for the most-part, however she was ultimately fighting an unwinnable battle. All part of her that was defiant was lost when The Solver ripped away her memories
>>21595 Find places nearby that are prone to throwing out all their food at the end of the day, like bakeries, and bring some home for him. Learn to make soup so you can stretch meals further. I have a "unique friend" who requires large amounts of meat to survive, and we hunt wild boar. It doubles as community service, but they are FILTHY with disease and you basically have to cook their meat well-done to kill all the horrifying things in them. Probably not an option for several reasons.
>>21596 >I want to hear differing opinions and thoughts At least make it slightly different each time you post. It comes off like pasta or spamming. And it's not like you're the only one in multiple threads, so how much difference of opinion do you even expect?
>>21600 i think there’s a bakery a little ways down, i’ll go see about that tomorrow night. and i’ll learn to make soup too… wonder what kind of soup my N would like best?
>>21601 >>21604 I already got a differing opinion when I posted on /co/. So there is a difference in terms of posters as of right now. As for changing it? What would be the point? If I was just going to make the same exact points
>>21608 If we were full-on Kinder Bueno we'd have a Roblox game about DDs breaking into an outpost and WDs trying to survive/kill them, with all sorts of thread OCs as playable characters.
>>21606 Compared to other places like Xitter or Reddit? Yeah nah, the discord shit from the last thread aside this place feels like paradise compared to those hellholes.
>>21613 I can't even pretend BYOND hasn't been usurped as the platform for dumb fangames any more. I'm pretty sure it's way easier to work with than that abomination of a program, too.
>>21639 He's cursed to obscurity because no one can come up with an interesting role for him. The closest was his setting which was a weird bad-ending timeline where Uzi dies to destroy the Solver, which somehow leads to JC creating a dystopian society
>>21641 Buddhist that with no greater authority to align himself with per his mother's side of the code seeks to alleviate the suffering/craving of others.
>>21651 >B, I'm trying to infiltrate the colony but I'm dummy thicc and the clanking of my backplate keeps alerting the worker drones. [SFM] Snake is Dummy Thicc
>It took E a while to recover, but eventually she was able to stand on her own >You start making your way to the door intent to finally leave work for the day >You took E with you >You considered leaving her in your office for the night, but it just felt wrong >Once you enter your habitation block you nearly instantly collapse on your bed, it’s late and the work day has tired you more than it usually does >You lay on your side and begin to close your eyes >E has taken one of the chairs from the kitchen and placed it near your bed >She just sits in it, watching you fall asleep >You are too tired to do anything about it, plus it’s not like she's doing anything bad its just a bit creepy >You awake the next day, as you open your eyes you notice that E is not sitting in the chair anymore >You look around the room without raising your head from your pillow but cannot find her >As you begin to get out of bed in order to search for the drone you feel additional weight on your shoulders and back >A moment of wiggling and shuffling in bed reveals the source of the additional weight >Its E, wrapped around your torso like a baby koala around its mother >You’re surprised of how pleasantly warm she is >No matter, you need to get ready for work, you really don’t want to be late, otherwise your boss is going to ride your ass until the end of the month >”E, get off me I need to get up” >No response >You shuffle around more to get a better look at her >After a quick glance at her display and you can see the issue >SLEEP MODE >You don’t know if drones need sleep but you still don’t want to wake her, she can probably get ready quicker than you, so there is no need to get her out of bed early >You begin to gently pry her arms and legs off of you >It doesn't take that long and has no effect on E, seems she’s a heavy sleeper >As you try to leave the bed you fall to the ground, one leg still on the bed >You try to move it, but its like its stuck in a snare >You get back onto the bed and inspect your leg >E’s tail is wrapped around it rather tightly >E herself seems to be unbothered by the commotion, but she flipped over onto her belly and begun drooling on your pillow >You gently grab her tail and begin untangling it from your leg >As you work your way through her tail, E starts biting into the pillow, muffled sighs and moans leaving her mouth >With your leg nearly free you grab E’s tail firmly with one hand and look at the source of the noises >E’s still in sleep mode but her screen is harder to read due to the blush covering up most of it >She has bitten rather deep into the pillow, you can see the synthetic stuffing fall out, and she’s reaching one of her arms into the spot you were sleeping in, trying to grab something >You can hear her moans becoming increasingly frustrated as the thing she's trying to grab continuously eludes her >You finish unwrapping her tail from your leg as fast as you can >As you gently place E’s tail back on the bed her moans subside and her hand stops its search >You leave E to continue her slumber as you begin your morning routine >By the time you prepared yourself breakfast E has woken up and entered the kitchen >”Good morning boss” >”Good morning E” >As you sit down to eat your breakfast E takes a banana from the fruit bowl and opens the fridge to grab some of the oil you took from work yesterday >It’s in a weird M.R.E style plastic package with a built in straw >E places the straw in her mouth and squeezes the packaging, evacuating the entirety of its contents in a second >You finish your meal as well and start putting on your uniform >You get to the habitation blocks door, E at your side >”Where are you going boss?”, E asks as you open the door >”Work” >E seems saddened by your answer, her eyes hollow and increase in size taking up a significantly larger part of her screen >”Alright then, guess I'll just stay here”, digital tears start to roll down her display >Confused you grab her hand and pull her out of your hab block >”You’re coming with me” >A loud string of cheers emanates from E as her digital waterworks are replaced with a “:D” >The commute to work is rather uneventful, unless you count the corporate propaganda splattered everywhere as interesting
>>21661 >You enter your office and get ready to begin your work >Soon after your boss walks in, weird, usually he just yells orders at you through the pager >”Anon, you made it to work on time, good, here’s your briefing for today, don’t screw it up, ok?” > He throws a folder on your desk and leaves >You can't remember the last time you received a briefing, actually, you don't think you ever did before >You read through your briefing with excitement you haven't felt about your job in a long time >Your task for the day is to service some drones in life support >And apparently there have been reports of a rouge worker drone running around >As a secondary task you'll have to grab any relevant recordings from one of the CCTV control rooms >You’re not sure why someone from security can't do that, but maybe they have more pressing matters >You quickly grab your tools and begin making your way to life support >When you get there you see that the drones you’ll be playing doctor with have already formed a line outside the designated maintenance room >You take a head count as you enter the room counting some forty odd drones >The first drone enters, a wide smile on its face >You tell it to lay on the table in the middle of the room >You open the drone’s hatch, spray some cleaning spray inside and remove anything that doesn't fall out by itself with your hand >As you clean the first drone E lets out a loud panicked gasp >You look up at her >She is standing near the entrance of the room, eyes pointed at you like searchlights, a shocked expression on her screen >”What's the matter E?” >”I… Eh… Its nothing boss” >You continue with the drone’s maintenance, quickly checking inside the chassis for any abnormalities >You don’t find any so you close the drones hatch and send it on its way >E is still looking rather miffed about something >”E, are you sure everything’s alright?” >”Yes boss, its just… I’m getting some ghost readings is all” >”That doesn't sound good, maybe we should get you checked?” >”No, there is no need for that, I just need to adjust my sensors”, she answers with a panicked tone >”Alright then”, you walk over to the door to let in another drone >As you do, you get a better look at E, she looks… fine, maybe its just her sensors after all >The next drone lays down on the table and waits for your attention >You start opening the drone’s hatch while maintaining eye contact with E >A confused frown has appeared on her display >”E, are you sure there’s nothing bothering you” >”No boss, I’m fine, really”, she seems to think about something for a while before continuing >“I’ll just go patrol around for a while, see if I can find that rouge worker” >”Alright E…”, before you finish, she leaves the room and slams the door behind her >”… take care of yourself” >Well she’s acting strange, you wonder if you said anything wrong >Before you fall deeper into thought, the drone on the table reminds you about its existence >You begin to service the drone, and then the next one, and the next > A few hours pass but you’re finally done, all drones maintained and catalogued >As you leave the room and enter the now empty corridor you start looking around, hoping to find E >Bad luck, she’s not here >You hope she didn’t wonder too far away, the higher ups didn’t see it fit to equip you two with some means of long-range communication and finding a drone on a space station is not the easiest of tasks >You decide to head to the CCTV control room >The door is already open and the room is empty, the security guy must have went on a break or something >You start going through the live feeds of the cameras >Drones carrying out their tasks >Two disassembly drones cornering some worker, they don’t seem intent on decommissioning him and neither of the drones is E so you don’t care >Some guy from upper management is carrying a drone with twin ponytails into his office, princess style >You start contemplating switching to recordings but then your eyes dart to a camera in one of the breaker rooms >It’s dark but you can just barely make out two worker drones
>>21662 >One of them is wearing a patchwork cloak so you can’t see any features but the other one is a perfect match to the rouge worker mentioned in the briefing, you hit record on the keyboard and start watching closer >They seem to be talking to each other, there is no audio feed so you can’t hear them >Suddenly the room lights up, one of the technicians entered >The technician doesn’t see the drones, and they scatter >The cloaked one enters a vent >Your mark hides in a box near the entrance and waits for the engineer to pass them, when that happens the drone runs off through the still open door >The technician finishes their duties in the switch room and leaves >You notice that the cloaked drone dropped something when it entered the vent >Might be worth checking out >You move the recording to a hard drive >As you're about to leave your eyes are once again drawn to the monitors >E is on one of the cameras >It’s an employee break room, she’s entering into a vent on the ceiling >Neat, maybe she’ll catch the cloaked drone >You wonder if you should go there and try to tell her to capture it alive >On second thought you probably wouldn’t make it in time, and rouge worker drones aren't exactly known to talk during interrogations >Ah well, maybe the thing it dropped can give you some insight to the situation >You leave the control room and move to the breaker room >You quickly grab what you came here for >It seems to be some sort of hand drawn comic book? >You begin flipping through it not really paying attention to what’s happening on the pages >As you flick through the comic, gargled wailing starts emanating from the vent >Surprised, you jump back >You wonder what’s making the noises and begin following the vents from which you could hear them >After a while you arrive at the brake room that E entered the vent in >As soon as you do the noises stop >Maybe E got that drone? >You decide to sit down on one of the couches and wait for her >The wait seems to drag on into infinity >You take out the drone comic book from your pocket and start reading it >Now you’re actually paying attention to what's on the pages >It seems that every page just has two drones and a bit of text at the bottom >Why are the drones preforming maintenance on themselves? >The text at the bottom goes into great detail about drone “anatomy” and what parts should be touched during maintenance >Wait why are there hearts on that drones screen? >What’s a boot-loop climax? >… >OH >oh >… >You suddenly feel VERY dirty >Your mind begins to race, you think about yesterday, you think about today >At least now you understand why E was acting the way she was >But now you've got yourself a bigger problem: what are you going to tell her when you find her? >Its not like you can just explain that you didn’t know you were racking up a 40+ body count >Your panicked thinking gets interrupted by E’s voice coming from the vent >”Hello, anyone there? Um, I think I’m stuck” >”Stuck? Well alright, I’ll try to get you out” >With the help of an extension ladder found in a janitorial closet you ascend into the ventilation shaft >As you reach the end of the ladder you get ready to crawl around the vents to locate E >To your surprise as the ladder ends you see E’s legs >”E, I’m going to pull you out, ready?” >”Ready boss!” >You begin to pull with all your might >After a few solid minutes of intense pulling you manage to free E from the vent’s clod grasp >Once you both reach the floor of the brake room you try your best to maintain composure near E, after a certain revelation >”So E, did you happen to find a rouge worker in the vents?” >”No boss” >”Well then, we still have a problem, and what where those sobs coming from the vents?” >E’s screen lit up with a blush >”I dunno boss, certainly not a drone that got stuck in the vents and couldn’t get out for an hour” >”Right…” >You report back to your supervisor and drop off the recordings at his office >You are told to go home early today, something about not being experienced enough for a drone hunt

What are you doi….”, E’s sentence was cut short by moaning as you begun tapping her maintenance hatch >E’s display was showing that familiar blush, you leaned over and stopped tapping >E’s moans stopped, you both look at each other >Your face begins to get closer and closer to hers >Both of you close your eyes >You can feel her face getting even closer to yours >*{KISS}* >You want this moment to last forever, but eventually you start to run out of breath and you’re not done down there >You break away from the kiss >The way E looks at you, you can tell she’s happy and that makes you happy >You move yourself down to get a better view of her maintenance hatch as you open it >You reach in and recall the instructions from the book >First you firmly grab her main power cable and begin gently stroking it >E begins to moan again >You continue this motion for a few minutes before moving onto her cooling unit >You start to run your fingers along the pipes containing the cooling fluid >E’s moans become quieter but less spaced apart >Your hand reaches a jumble of wires labelled as “connecting unessential components” and thus safe to disconnect for a second >You begin to slowly disconnect and untangle the wires one by one >With each wire disconnected and reconnected E’s moans become more erratic and filled with small glitches in voice modulation >After you unknot every wire you move onto the finale, E’s core >You place your fingers on the core and begin to feel the pulsations of whatever is inside >You carefully grab the core at the base and begin to squeeze it >As your hand closes around the metal sphere E’s ecstatic groans reach a new height >You continue this for a while, bringing E closer and closer >E freezes as your hand stops its motion >Her breathing is heavy, at first she looks at you with confusion and anticipation >But its apparent she cannot wait any longer, an X appeared on her screen and a grin filled with razor sharp claws on her face >You have to act now, otherwise this might turn messy >You reach your hand behind her core and begin swiping your fingers on its backplate >Aroused howls fill the air again, but its not enough, even though the shark like smile is gone the X is still directed at you >Your mind returns to today's morning, an idea appears >You grasp her tail with your free hand and begin slowly stroking it >E’s screen changes from an X to a <3 almost in an instant as the pleasure overloaded her system >With fervour you intensify the movements of your hands >You begin to sweat and breath heavily, this session of “maintenance” is beginning to take its toll on you >Determined you push onward giving it your all >As you feel your hands begin to give way it pops >E’s screen displayed a quick warning message, went momentarily dark and lit up with a loading icon >If you did this right it’s going to stay there for a while >You pick E up and begin carrying her to bed

Because its the mdtwt drama of the day I want to gather peoples feelings on Uzi, it seems like a fun issue to see and discuss just cause im curious Personally I dont care much for the purple haired one but I wonder where most people stand. >>21790 I definitely get why some people don't like Uzi, and while she's not my favorite I do like her. I think she adds to the silly dumb "mid 2000s" atmosphere of MD by being every scene kid stereotype in one character.

"Sorry about the windshield, Red said she had a clear shot~!" >As all the lights inside the car turn off along with the headlights and the engine before all roar back to life and the driver's console emits a ping and displays the intro screen to a rebooted OS, Pixie slides back and cocks fingerguns at you while cracking a grin as one of the optic lights on her visor displays a wink. "Your ride, deliveryboy~!" >Pix unlocks the driver's door and hops outside with a splatter of mud, effortlessly picking up the Sataniel's corpse and holding it over her head like the Worker Drones on distant mining exoplanets do carts of ore. >She calls behind herself without turning, "You have enough room to fit a dead body in the back, right?!" >You call back out the corner of your mouth as your fingers giddily input personally identifying information and biometrics to a ride that is as of now well and truthfully yours. Uh, yeah, yeah! I was actually thinking of putting the human I hit in the back before the patrol showed up! >"Pixie," Jack's voice rumbles from his audio speakers like gravel shaking during an earthquake as his fingers dart through the ammo pouches and pockets of corpses, looting whatever he finds and practically lunging from one still cooling carcass to the next as he does, "what do we do about that one, by the way?!" >"Leave it!" She yells over her shoulder as she leans into the still rolled open driver's door window. "AN0N, lemme in the back!" Wha-- oh, got it! >You leap into the backseat like a goblin, avoiding making a mess with the ordered human's meal only so you don't slip and fall as you unlock the backdoor to Pixie's side. >Opening the backdoor, you hesitate for just the slightest moment as Pix presses the back of the Sataniel's raincoat wettened by rain blood and mud into your hands. >"'You vill own nah-thing, und you vill be happy!'" Pixie snickers from the other side of the dead body. >You can't help but snicker yourself. >Putting the revolver inside one of the food bags, you take the corpse along and lay it down next to the food. >"'Why U Leavin' Dis Dawg Hangin' Day Meal'?" Pixie asks, looking at you over the Sataniel's blood specked visor cap. >The question is rhetorical, something you're used to. >You nod. >She nods back, "We'll leave it for the starving strays that absolutely need it and dump the chocolate milkshake somewhere they won't get into it, don't worry." >You beam, smiling wide. >Her own smile matches yours in length and amount of teeth shown. >"Oh!" She turns to the food bag you put the revolver in and grabs the firearm. >She interfaces with it. "Just a sec-- ah, got it~!" >She gently rests the grip in your palm. "Factory reset~! No more tracker~. Our warehouses have internet connections. It's all encrypted," she makes the same sign Judas did, "Goddess be praised, but anything nasty trying to ping home would be really unfortunate, best to nip that right in the bud~." >As she gently pats your shoulder and makes a closed mouth smile, the question exits your audio speakers again. Goddess? >"I'll explain on the ride~!" She practically leaps out of the backdoor and slams it shut behind her as she sprints to the now silent Humvee in front of your now shattered windshield. >"The revolver's yours now by the way, driverboy~!" Pix shouts as she interfaces with the armor of the nearby slain driver and deactivates his rig. >"I turned the safety on, just switch it off again if you need to kill something, it's labeled!" She does as she said, performing factory reboots on all vehicles, weapons, and wet muddy body armor housing still cooling carrion laying in sight. >You call through the space where the windshield used to be. Is there anything I can do to help?! >"How much fuel do you have?!" Pixie shouts from inside the Humvee as she interfaces with the driver's console and performs a factory reset. >You answer purely from memory, as you know the city and its surroundings like the back of your hand. The tank was full when I left, I'm still basically topped off! Wait, why are we still shouting?! >Pix leaps up to the sniped turret gunner and bats his fingers out of the trigger guard, "In case shooting starts again! There shouldn't be another patrol out here yet, but anything can happen! Check the fuel anyway, a ricocheted bullet may have punctured the tank!" >A quick dart and zooming in analysis by your optic sensors with subconscious corresponding graphical displays on your visor reveals that this is, most thankfully, not the case. >What are the odds? >Somehow even more astronomically unlikely than the circumstances you have already found yourself in, your logic processors find. >Maybe there is some greater unperceived God, or Goddess, after all. >You ignore and deactivate the sudden blaring red signs in your hud ordering you to immediately turn yourself in for self termination drawing such a conclusion due to a "clear factory defect that somehow passed company inspection". >In other words: It's saying you're retarded and should be euthanized as Human infants with Down Syndrome were SOP prior to the year 1950. >A subconsciously displayed tic of anger twitches across your face and flashes across your visor before you push it out of mind and shout back to Pix. Hell I would argue that the only reason they went with an Apache rather than any sort of futuristic aerial gunship is because it was probably far cheaper & less time consuming to simply buy a generic army helicopter off the Unreal asset store than it would be to make something entirely from scratch
>>22052 I mean, it's a scene that last a few seconds at best, it would be kind of stupid to waste a large amount of money on a futuristic model to only be seen a few seconds and never again
>>22059 Exactly! It's a perfectly pragmatic choice from a production standpoint and unless the series was explicitly a long-form take on the Solver War I think it's honestly the best approach one can take
>>22052 Nah screw that, I'm running with the idea that the last great innovations in the MD universe were Worker Drones and space travel, and everyone stagnated after that point. The world was nowhere near post-scarcity and still fucking sucked, see the JCJ paper that comes with the pen, but the megacorps in charge didn't give a damn about innovating, only about making the green line go up more, because humanity was successfully pacified and there would never actually be anything threatening their control.

the what-if scenarios were being reposted for a week all over the place if a hint cant be taken at that point, it has to be said straight

>>22103 Thanks. My cell shading style borrows a lot from how Matt Herms does his. There's a lot you can learn to improve your art by just seeing how others do it.
>>22085 What-ifs are fine, if anons like the concept it will be discussed and art/writing might come of it. That's how DD!Emily and Hope came about. It's when someone keeps posting the same what-if for a week that it can turn anons off. Not necessarily because of the idea itself(though that can contribute), but because it starts to look like a desperate, "please write/draw/discuss for meeee" plea. If you like a concept and discussion for that has collapsed/not gone anywhere, you're gonna need to do something constructive if you want to see more of it. For example, I liked Hope and wanted more of her, so I wrote a green.
>>22085 I'm indifferent to it. It's not my thing, I'm cool with people just having their fun with it but I can understand people have different tolerance levels, especially if they've had a long horrid day. I don't have the energy to butt heads with online strangers on this Ethiopian wool-knitting forum or on the Mongolian hawk-taming forum. >>22105 >It's when someone keeps posting the same what-if for a week that it can turn anons off >Not necessarily because of the idea itself(though that can contribute), but because it starts to look like a desperate, "please write/draw/discuss for meeee" plea Thanks for putting it into words because I can't brain today.
>>22145 >Deletes Because I Pointed Out Lack Of Mole I have changed the very course of /md/ history. Anyways, I would still shamelessly simp for her with this look
>>22153 Failure to deliver DroneDash Why U Leavin' Dis Dawg Hangin' Day Meal, loss of DroneDash corporate property, handling a firearm, contemplating the meaning of life
>>22159 A better question would be >How would you feel if the ending was “It was all just a dream” and it turns out the entire series was from Uzi getting high
>>22159 It wouldn't be as bad as Snape kills Dumbledore. For me, at least. I don't have the energy. Someone can spoil a story to me, but they can't be the storyteller and do the same thing Liam can do. They can't make the music AJ does. They can't write or animate the sequence for the episode. The ending is one part of the experience, when there's other things to enjoy like music, voice performance and animation sequence. Snape kills Dumbledore happened and I took my lessons from it from the sidelines (never read the book, but am aware of Internet Historian's video on the matter).
>>22306 Nevermind this, removal of the watermark would do nothing except prevent the leaker from being identified deterministically (would they ban anyone with an ID within a certain distance of the key? Maybe?).
The method used would still find the matches despite that and they could still send takedown requests after that. There's no fixing that without knowing the specific feature algorithm they're using (the patent only gives example ones that are strongly implied to be replaceable by any other deemed suitable) and anything general would mangle the image too much.
>>21870 Old AMA's + concept art. I can't find the sheet rn but some of the only concept art we have of Khan has him looking pretty dour and ill-tempered rather than cowardly, brandishing a handgun, and shouting orders at other worker drones, so at one point he was actually planned to be a threat and not just a pathetic doormat who needs to shape up and be a man.
>>22080 Unironically that could be it. How old is he again? He was a kid-ish when the age of the shitty gunship boss started and had to endure every second of it before devs realized helicopters aren't the end all be all of boss fights.
>>22085 I think oogis and their trappings are dumb as hell and relevant in only the most superficial way but I fucking LOATH self-appointed jannies who compensate for the fact that they don't have the "delete post" and "ban" buttons they seem to think they deserve by tucking their arms into the T-rex position and turning into a sperg supernova every time they see something they don't like. Shit like that takes up more posts than the stupid oogi content does in the first place. If they figured out how to use the scroll wheel and got on with their day the oogi stuff would come and go as quickly as any other topic.
>>22178 I made a post to that tune as a joke once and immediately regretted it because "it was all a dream" is such a godawful way to end most stories that I still felt bad.
