Hello Friends! We are here again to talk anything MD, MD Thread related. Drones, Disassembly Drones, Worker Drones, Solver, Solver Wars, Humans that lived, etc. I think you know why we do this, because we find it fun and amazing and you know it. Have a very nice day. The fantastical Booru: https://dronebooru.co
>>22178 > it was all a dream > a premonition dream > this is how we get season 2 things go about 90% as she dreamed them Uzi starts abusing her foreknowledge to 'alter the timeline'
>>22174 The little 'Tessa' with an arrow made me laugh a little. Really weird feeling that in 10 more days, the episode will air. Some excitement, some relief that the music will finally drop. I wanna see what Cyn's VA will post on her channel too, it was neat to see a little bit of the background stuff on what she did.
>N: Listen here, colony wrecker! You better back off Uzi. >Thad: *sighs* You're not even her girlfriend. >N: You're right, I'm fucking her girlfriend. >Thad:Yeah? >Thad: Then how about I fuck her boyfriend?
>>22232 >With their DD issues half-cured by their upgrades, U-U no longer face the clone problem with each other, understanding their relationship with each other as one being >This means they can dedicate all of their energy to fucking with Anon and he can't turn them against each other any more
>>22240 Tessa's face is sex, even with the horrible bug part. I need her to lean in dangerously close to me and remind me of what mantises do to their mates before licking the sweat off my face. She won't, but the neck bites will be worrying.
>>22244 I thought the root cause was the emotional feedback loop they got from sharing every emotion, and physical sensation. They aren’t clones the way two Ns in a room are clones, they’re literally the same person sharing two different bodies with just enough consciousness to separate them slightly
>>22248 Like you can’t have a U like you can with N by themselves it would be like having a peanut butter sandwich, probably would also drive them insane without the other half.
>>22250 There would probably be a period where one's still a DD and the other an SD, maybe they can only convert one at a given time. She'd need Anon's help to manage that existential crisis.
>>22254 Just do whatever you want my friend! The lore is a complete mess anyway due to so many rewrites and AU's. Harper is pretty much the last vestige of the original AU.
>>22256 Would they lose that as SDs? I don’t see why since it’s never explained why they’re linked at all other then “lol Cyns a bitch and did it to fuck with them” and they share two halves of one core or something. Just give a reason for them to be mind linked as SDs, maybe the designers thought it would make them more effective in combat against DDs or something.

>>22266 >Cyn carefully lures bugs to kill and devour >V casually snacks on bugs >Uzi heals a bug after she hurts it by accident >N threatens to crush a bug underfoot when no one else is looking You are just openly toying with them in the leadup to the 23rd now and I love it.
>>22285 Look, I may believe that Cyn is going to be revealed to be a mirror of Uzi's worst side and that she doesn't regret letting The Solver in. But even I know this N being evil thing is a pretty big stretch
>>22293 Based on the last couple days where I actually read his posts instead of just ignoring them: >Cyn and the Solver are 2 different things >Solver is trying to stop Cyn? Cyn is working against it? >Solver makes more hosts, their powers are based on their personalities >Cyn wants to get rid of all hosts to be the only one >N works for Cyn >N is super evil but can't kill Uzi because she has plot armor as an actual in-universe ability >Once Cyn or N disable Uzi's plot armor then N will strike Or something like that idk
>>22294 >N is a lone wolf but is unknowingly playing into the Solver's plan >Plot armor means that N detected Uzi was a Solver host and remembered what that meant from the first time they ever met >N wants any host other than Cyn to be the main host because Cyn wants to destroy reality and there's no point in having rocket launchers built into your arms if you can't kill things with them >The Solver wants any host other than Cyn to be the main host because Cyn wants to destroy not just the universe but the Solver as well
>>22298 >Badly made props. We're talking cardboard, glue, cheap paint and duct tape. >Nonsensical plot JUST LIKE THE SHOW AMIRITE?!?!? (This is a joke) written by a pair of creative divas (Uzi and J) >Actors keep forgetting or messing up their lines. N at one point thought his signature phrase was: "I love brewing everything!" >Stage hall's really small and a potential fire hazard. >Please ignore Alice and Beau zooming around with a fire extinguisher on an office chair.
>Guest appearance of one OC character of your choosing
>>22303 >He is immediately killed by a falling stage light >Khan merely shrugs. >They should have known better than to use a door engineer as their stage technician.
>>22303 Isn't it kinda fucked up how the OC and the creator share the same name/nickname so therefore any pain we wish upon the creator (Which is a lot and justifiably so) is also inflicted upon poor Droneanon (The character)
My wild theory is if you had insider knowledge on the plot, you might also think it would be funny to "predict" the entire thing like a schizo to blow people's minds when it turned out you were right. That'd be a funny prank.
>>22285 i went back and rewatched that part with the bug cause i was actually curious. i went into it thinking “hmm, maybe there WAS something weird about that scene?” but no, it was a nothingburger. he was not threatening to step on it. he did the same thing uzi did, which was almost step on it by accident, then realized it was there at the last second and stopped. i don’t know what you’re on about, or how you could’ve possibly perceived anything else from that scene.
>>22311 That’s what I’ve been doing but people actually like me and think I post about OCs or something, like it was just a coincidence that everything I said perfectly lined up with the show smh When will you people learn
>>22324 Ignore him, the real is here >>22322 I know this is fact because I was the first to take pity on the poor sap, I gave him advice, tried to help him desperately and yet he ignored it, claimed he was "art expert and that his girlfriend says his art is good enough". He also "attacked" me once claiming that I was him to deflect from the hate was getting when I was but a simple writefag.
>>22338 >Uzi is on her anti human BS the whole night giving Jane the stinkeye.exe >Eventually they’re alone together >Jane leans in >”I know what his cock tastes like too” >doesn’t elaborate
>>22260 deep rooted residual/dormant DD-isms is a fairly common trope with SDs
i also had a great(terrible) thought to bring sentinel drones even more existential suffering: > SD on routine counter-murder mission > comes face to face with its old self > the DD starts talking and tries to get into the SDs head and press all the wrong buttons > takes one to know one, after all
>>22342 Cooking? Its already been cooked and served. IMO i burned that shit lmao, i am still practicing my human anatomy to fix my issues to some mild success
>>22345 > V has a one in a million chance to go completely nuclear and be a massive fucking capital H hero > Cyn casually drops a maid V infront of her > 100db glass shattering sound
>>22347 I get that this depends heavily on the writer and is kind of the reason why most new Beretta greens don't feature Jane, but do you think Auntie Cyn ever drops hints to Beretta that she's enslaved Jane?
>>22349 Funny because the whole point of the Cyn cultist angle was for Jane to make sense with beretta. Anyways, more then likely but I doubt Beretta picks up on them.
>>22349 There are two Beretta timelines, one where Auntie Cyn is some weird backup program and the other where Auntie Cyn is The Solver slowly regaining power. The original greentexts left it somewhat vague, although The Solver implication was there
>>22349 >Jane is the only one other than Beretta who can perceive Cyn. This leads to an extremely awkward dynamic where Jane and Cyn frequently have to discuss serious topics within other discussions while the deeper meaning flies over Beretta's head. A half assed explanation was given for why Jane can perceive Beretta's "imaginable friend" involving Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope being a prophecy, wherein: Luke Skywalker represents Beretta, Obi-Wan Kenobi represents Cyn, and Han Solo represents Jane. The last example in particular is deliberately mocking Jane on Cyn's part for leaving her team to die, as Han Solo would obviously never do such a thing even at risk of death.
>>22352 Then there is the timeline no one talks about where Beretta is actually schizophrenic possibly as a result of Uzi's trauma being passed down with code
>>22354 You know what's fucked up? The old greentexts actually support this a bit along with Beretta possibly suffering from a split personality disorder
>>22349 It wouldn't really be hinting, but I feel like Auntie Cyn would be pushy & almost overt enthusiastic about Beretta becoming Jane's friend. Should Beretta ever find out about Jane's secret, I'm sure that she'd quickly put two and two together regarding her Auntie's true motivation
>>22312 you didn't find it strange how the two shots seem to be directly contrasting, with N physically having to force himself to go out of his way to avoid stepping on it?
>>22353 >Alright Beretta let me put this in terms you can understand >So get this, you’re like Luke right, “Auntie Cyn” is like Ben Kenobi, and I’m like Han Solo, does that make sense >giggle, you are more like the Lando smug expression >I… No. >Why is she like Lando auntie? >It is a very interesting story my dear you see- >Okay so Cyn this is the part where the force ghost starts disappearing, bye now good bye get out of here BYE
>>22356 That can't be tru- >Greentexts where Beretta acts normal until guys get close to her then suddenly she acts like a wild animal, that begins crawling on all fours >Greentext where Beretta confesses she never had any friends except for one inside her head for years >Greentext where Beretta schemes her way through normal social interactions >Greentext where Beretta remembers the Prom Massacre Holy fuck
>>22354 >>22356 >>22362 >>22364 You're looking too deep into something that doesn't exist. I'm pretty positive that the Prom greentext wasn't written until months after Danon gave up on Beretta
>>22365 Unless you can prove them in a court of law these allegations against Beretta are nothing more than a baseless attempt at defamation of character!
>>22374 I thought it was? It’s 1-1 already I’m just waiting for the eventual betrayal green. So sick of people who write Cyn as actually caring about Beretta
> talking about sentinel U-U > harper green update with picrel can't believe i completely forgot considering it's literally what got me into MD in the first place
Image:172362039836.jpg(528kB, 1604x844)I Still Suck At Drawing Drones.jpg
>Ill probably delete this after posting it but I figured it couldnt hurt I know you probably dont believe me and thats understandable its been so long but id like to say this. Seeing what all of you have done with Beretta makes me smile and I want you to know that you should always pursue creativity and what makes you happy. I love seeing the differences in each one so please do not feel afraid to create new and interesting scenarios. Id prefer if it wasnt incestious or bordering on legality Now then have a safe and pleasant day.
>>22376 >Be Cyn >Tell Beretta to go get you some abble juice >Beretta doesn't obey >Possess her ass and force her to walk over to the fridge to get some >Uzi sees Beretta with yellow eyes doing a very Cyn-like walk >Uzi dies from the drone equivalent of a heart attack >N hears Uzi fall and comes running in >He also sees Beretta and has a hear attack as well >Cyn is stunned >She can't believe it was that easy does this count
>>22380 >Hey B I know you like Cyn a lot but you ever think she might not be the best person? >Shes only trying to help me out J! >B you’ve been eating rats and apple juice nonstop for a week >ITS CALLED ABBLE JUICE J AND YOU JUST DONT GET ME ANGER
>>22383 >Jane comes in >See’s the atrocity committed in the kitchen >Gets ready to fight knowing she has to try >slips on some oil, breaks her neck on impact >huh
>>22379 not harper, i was here before that story is i found that pic somewhere else, thought 'cool and cute robot designs', went to look for a source (completely on a whim), didnt find anything at first, dug deeper, found the threads, asked questions, got dogpiled (in a positive way) and binged all 7 episodes
yes im an absolute sentinel drone simp, you wanna fight about it?
>>22386 >Nori manages to sneak up behind them and leaps forward >Only to bounce off of her noggin and land directly into the drain disposal which turns on miraculously due an issue with the power generator
>Candy Drone (E)va is more rooted to JCJenson’s candy division, making sure that she presents and gives sweets that are so good, you’ll come back for seconds and the company has just the candy for you. For a price… >Probably won’t be regarding Anon as boss compared to other Es, as Eva is more in line with JCJenson and thus take their orders. >NEVER commit crimes towards her or against JcJenson, it will NOT end well for you as Eva doesn’t take crimes against the company well. >She will catch you if you run and no one would ever know…….so be a good sport and buy some candy!
>>22397 Good question, not trying to shill mine so I won't mention them >Jane M&M, I base this on the fact that they were created purely for military use originally >SD-B One of those chocolates that contain liquor >SD-E Banana Toffee?
>>22402 >not trying to shill mine so I won't mention them Isn't that what these kind of questions are for? Unless you're replying to completely unrelated things trying to attach your OC then it's not shilling.
guys… it’s bad… i had to rush my N to the hospital after he collapsed to the floor… i carried him while running into the ER, they checked on him and found out what’s wrong, it’s that… sniffle… sorry guys, i’m just really scared… they said my N had a hear attack
>>22406 I've no idea what to say to that as I have no clue who you're referring to. But my previous post is still true. If we're only allowed to talk about the popular OC's then we'd end up talking about the same 5 ancient ones forever, cause no new ones would ever get popular.
>>22418 Oh I dunno, maybe it's supposed to be a direct parallel to the scene where Doll explicitly doesn't go out of her way to step on a robo-roach? If I wanted to get SUPER meta I could even wager that it may be some le ebic deep way to compare the overall attitudes of Uzi & Company VS Doll?
>>22419 Given your track record of Totally True """Theories""" I wouldn't be surprised if you unironically believed that lying would somehow quite literally destroy N's physical body
>>22431 >The drones are impressed by his technique! How can he do this >when he comes out of the water screaming like a girl they nod their heads understanding
>Copper-9 wasn't a very pleasant planet before the incident involving the core, planetary temperatures being tolerable at best, and its inhabitants often longed for a getaway >Interplanetary vacations proved very expensive and wasteful, and so some company whose name was lost to time created biodomes, little fake vacation hotspots >None survived humanity's absence, few were in any appreciable state, and yet one enterprising Anon found the motherlode >An old simulated beach, its shell still intact, but requiring a lot of work... and retooling >The climate control systems needed massive overhauling to make up for the now-freezing exterior temps, air filtration upgraded to account for toxins, and the artificial sky... that was a nightmare >With a lot of work, and a lot of pain, Anon restored the biodome to its former glory, for the most part >He was hoping that opening it for business would get him more help to keep it running smoothly, building a little oasis in the cold >Flyers placed around various areas saw a decently-sized opening day, a lot of drones expecting it to be a trap and being pleasantly surprised when it wasn't >The beach gained more popularity as word got out about its legitimacy, with Anon acting as a bartender and serving two menus of drinks for humans and drones alike >An eager disassembly drone joined up as a lifeguard, though her immediate response to everything always seemed to be mouth-to-mouth and her qualifications were suspect >A swimsuit stall opened, run by a drone wishing to be a tailor, and Anon was glad he wore sunglasses as part of his work attire, so he could scope out backplates stealthily >Things were going great, but one thing was bothering him >It was the sex, constant sex >Basically every couple who showed up was here to fuck >That lifeguard found a guy who responded well to her "assistance", any time the stylist was taking a break it meant her rear port was being misused by her boyfriend, even that one dude with the twins who insulted him all the time was getting some action >Anon remained a virgin, despite the respect he had as the proprietor of the nicest place on the planet >He'd be lying if he said it didn't bother him >There had to be a girl out there for him, but he spent all his days running the beach, and his nights fixing up and maintaining the dome's systems, so he'd never meet them >But he kept his chin up and a dumb smile on his face, playing up the beach bum angle >Always telling himself one day, he'd find her
>>22443 I'd laugh if the Solver downloaded morality.exe, realized it was being a big meanie the entire time, and left to "go think about things for a while". It would fucking suck for an actual ending, but it'd be funny for a minute or so.
>>22446 Would work well with the Outer god shit, since they're on a whole new level of existence. Similar to a 3D being looking down on a 2D being. It genuinely doesn't realize that death is a thing, and that physical beings try to avoid dying. Until someone gives it a good talking to.
>>22414 Their reactions clearly aren't the same, nor are the reactions of the robo-bugs. The Uzi one doesn't even flinch, and even waves at her. The N one ducks, then takes off.
>>22243 Just feed her and she won't eat you, that how some male mantis avoid being eaten >>22245 Since he Alex mercer type of powers he can shapeshift into anything, that mean he can turn into anything you want, so yes sexo
>>22461 Elf spends the entire night stargazing. She likes the idea of how big the universe is, that there's so much stuff out there. That and she's never seen the raw night sky before.
>>22459 >>22460 The post link at 4chan says "MySQL connection error". So their posting backend is dead. It'll come back up once the admins wake up and reboot the server.
>>22461 i'll focus on my dorks just on their own, i'm not sure how they'd behave around other people's OCs lol B >brings enough alcohol for the night they're out camping >even if it's just one day/night, she needs plenty to drink >she sees this as a chance to perhaps talk to the medic beyond just thanking her, to get to know her better >also as a temporary reprieve from the nightmares as she tries to unwind with her squadmates (she still has not recovered the context to her nightmares in this hypothetical scenario) >she tries to make sure L keeps her antics to a modest degree, when she can >she also tries to converse with H when any opportunity presents itself, however brief it may be >H being overly formal despite them no longer pursuing their 'company-assigned mission' dissuades her a little, she wishes that he would warm up even if just a bit H >has no strong feelings about the idea of camping, but is glad L seems to be able to reconnect with the activity >L spent time camping with Julia sometimes, partly because Mrs. Williams did instruct her to watch over her daughter >but L did usually enjoy camping with Julia >he keeps an eye out on L in case she becomes overexcited with the medic being around >as well as signs of any aggressive wildlife that may interrupt their stay >when there are moments where he is undisturbed, his crestfallen digital soul surfaces a little >he disliked looking at clear night skies as the twinkling stars remind him of those haunting camera eyes, preferring to keep his mind occupied with doing something >whenever B tries to approach him for small talks he presents himself as formally as he can, to her dismay L >enjoys camping, despite not being sure why (her memories has not fully returned to her, as with B) >more important to her, the medic seems to have agreed with this outing and she sees this as a chance to finally get somewhere past just chasing her around the outpost >goes out to scavenge for camping supplies despite them not needing much, finds a camp outfit >unfortunately, she has her captain and H making sure she doesn't go overboard >she does enjoy spending time with her squad and the medic, reading or checking the flora and fauna of Osmium-4 (mostly the flora as small animals tended to scamper away) >sometimes she sees H gazing off and will mess around with him (putting a bundle of leaves on his head while he's standing guard, imitating animal noises while hiding to distract him, stuff like that) >she'd even just chomp on his leg while he's looking somewhere else, for fun >H responds in kind with a hand chop to her head Irma/the medic >finds the idea terrifying at first >but she feels more assured if H is around >brings a few books per his advice so that L is kept distracted with reading, as well as enough oil packs for the disassembly drones >she's fairly familiar with Osmium-4's wildlife, so L will often pester her if she sees something >is still rather fearful of B but is slowly beginning to wrangle her reflexive reaction to immediately run, while the captain tries to converse with her about stuff >she's still also afraid of L, though that too is wearing off little by little >seeing how excitable she is while trying to spot animals or climb trees helps with that, to some extent >she does not handle alcohol well and passed out the one time B hands her a glass >B feels regretful and tries to think of a way to make it up to her later Ophelia (the worker drone L attacked) still needs more time to readjust so she stays at Irma's place. it's for one day/night so it's not that long. then again, this is just a bit of writing for fun
>Instead of appearing in discarded drones. the Solver does the standard demon thing, appearing at the foot of Tessa's bed >The next day Tessa is speaking in tongues and is crawling on the ceiling. It is a obvious case of possession >But to James and Louisa, they have noticed nothing, only that their daughter is a slightly more disappointing failure
>>22483 >V: N, have you noticed something weird about Tessa these days? >Tessa is crawling around on all fours on the ceiling, while J is trying to get her down with a broom >N: Nah, she looks perfectly normal to me
>>22425 >more deranged and demented variants who mostly kill you instead When has any other E variant shown this? Was it Mascot E? Because that’s just a crazy woman in a suit?
And done. Serial Designation SW, Switch as a disassembler with a qipao dress and her worst nightmare! Will give the qipao a pattern of sorts when I think of a good one.
If during the rabid cabin clappin Uzi did during episode 4, if she killed Thad along with some of her bullies would she feel bad? She didn't seem to feel bad about the others since they were quite mean to her, so would actually killing someone she had a positive relationship with get Uzi to react?
>>22520 Not much more than an ooooooooh.... or a gasp when seeing him, N would say something and then it wouldn't matter much. I don't know much about Uzi, but really there isn't much time to have her react properly if it happened, besides it just isn't in the style of the show to 'honour deaths' if you know what I mean, V was the only one so far
Since next week Ep8 releases, what are your theories about it? My theory is that it'll end like the thread's post-canon ending where the Solver is expelled from C-9 but is still out there assaulting whatever planets remain.
>In this world, there is no single Solver, but instead multiple entities with the personalities of the MD Drones. >However, having this many entities in this world will inevitably lead to chaos, especially since they have differing goals and values. >To make matters worse, to anchor themselves to the world, they must find a fully functionally zombie drone, which are of course, very rare. And what happens when they all try to force themselves into a single drone? >And to make matters more interesting, their drone host was "saved" by a human girl with an rather unfriendly family.... >"BITE ME", "Ты такой детский", "STOP IT YOU TWO!", "UGHHHHH" >Tessa stares at Cyn, who is currently twisting and screeching on the floor.
>>22533 >Later that night, Tessa wakes up to find Cyn on the foot of her bed >"Hey Tessa, you should make a sick as Hell railgun, it will make you cool"
>>22560 You are weak minded and of feeble spirit, as E's horniest simp... I mean strongest soldier I would absolutely all of them, even if this costs life or limb I will manage any challenges this pursuit hurls at me I shall overcome. I have the Speed of an eagle, the strength of a lion and the silent majesty of a kraken
>>22560 >Your drone GF asks what’s wrong as she tried to take a photo of you and this mascot >You didn’t want to be near this mascot for long, you just felt nervous and anxious with the way those eyes just bore into you >As if the woman inside was taking you apart detail by detail…
>>22562 This. This is precisely why. That's not really E in there. It's like, some femcel BA student who was too creepy to get hired as an exotic dancer working this job to pay her bills. She probably has sleepless circles blacker than pitch under her eyes and if you kissed her she'd taste like mountain dew and chicken ramen.
>>22578 Remember the Kiln of the First Flame in Dark Souls 1? With the ghostly knights that look like materialized memories, walking eternally as if they are trying to go somewhere but can't leave? Imagine how cool and creepy it would be if the drones saw this happen with the ghosts of humanity in their ruined cities.
>>22586 > Yeva, with the help of Nori's solver shenanigans revive Mitchell as Lichell > Lichell (due to handwaved contrivence) finds Tessa's body > australian black magic go! > Skeletessa is 'born'
Hopefully this wasn't already discussed here and I'm not repeating basic shit, but one of the background artists for MD posted some of their work on twitter yesterday, and we got some pretty interesting shots of stuff that was blurry in the actual episodes. https://twitter.com/thehowlord/status/1823458281798689008
>>22598 Listen, its either ze drones and happy marriages or ze bugs and ze pods, and the earth government decided that the drones are the only humane option
>>22600 I'm sorry, your government assigned drone gf has found you lacking, BUT instead of dumping your ass and thus rendering you droneless and marked for death she wants to give you a chance to improve yourself, don't waste it
>>22605 Very Well you have made your choice, to ze re-education chamber with him, he will live in a slightly bigger pod and he shall have TWO drone wives
>>22451 Always when interacting with an individual, pay attention above all else to the way they treat those that can do nothing for them. Again, I think the Poirot poster was going too far immediately after episode 7 assuming N even necessarily cares about Uzi and doesn't just need her alive for something, people have repeatedly pointed out he realistically shouldn't like her.
>>22612 We have already thrown Susan into the void meat pit™ this week, I don't think there is anyone who can work in HR anymore because we "retired" them
>>22613 The greatest flaw these threads have is assuming all posts expressing an opinion one dislikes comes from the same boogeyman. There are at least two other Anons who agree with me that there is something sus about the deliberate and focused on direct contrast between Uzi's interactions with bugs and N's interaction with one.
>>22620 Who makes the best coffee? I'll start: >Maid V >Brews it as dark and bitter as the Elliots themselves were, but brings the customary sugar and cream in fine china (they never used it, but not bringing a "proper" setup was grounds for a conniption fit with them) >Alice >Brews up nightmare fuel late civil war Confederate substitute "coffee" made out of burnt rye grains and sweet potatoes. Insists it's just as good as real coffee
>>22623 Right, and they all constantly bring up Poirotfag, harang over the same exact """talking points""" as poirotfag with only tiny variations, and post the exact same scrawny little palmful of images with thr exact same file names.
>>22635 Hm... fair point, the problem is that N is too nice and soft to actually top, and Tessa has too much PTSD to be an effective top. So, both of them are bottoms, what happens then?
>>22643 That would make sense. >>22644 I would say the first option makes more sense, however the second option is funny so I think that would work better. >that one meme comic Also what did you mean by this?
>Ep 8 >Uzi starts harnessing the power of the robo roaches with her solver power, they have purple lights now and wear little beanies >N: “Awwww they’re like little yous! Ima call em Oo-Gies!” How would you honestly react
>>22646 >and what did you mean by this? Does anyone have the old "to their despair, they were both bottoms" or any of the redraws handy? This isn't my main computer.
>>22657 >Going to SolverBorger and trying to order "Oogies" and "Bugrettas" becomes the new Grimace Shake meme of the 31st century >Wage-E has to put up with dozens and dozens of people coming in every day and trying to order off-menu nonsense for a Drone-tok video
>>22623 NTA >The greatest flaw these threads have is assuming all posts expressing an opinion one dislikes comes from the same boogeyman This is perhaps the only thing you've said lately that I even remotely agree with. It's far too easy to brush off every like-minded idea as the work of a single bad actor
With that out of the way, here's my 3rd party attempt to 'fairly' spell out why YOUR posts in particular (along with the similarly colorful "theories" of others) inevitably end up getting criticized under the same broad umbrella >They are radical assumptions based on already fringe character interpretations >They have been pushed for quite literally months on end in one form/variation or another >There is more often than not a complete lack of effort by you & those others pushing these theories to actually engage in any sort of discussion, let alone a rational elaboration for those rightfully skeptical of these theories TL;DR Numerous people (me included) are becoming increasingly fed up with what looks to be nothing more than the mindless parroting of a glorified headcanon
I would honestly love for you to prove my assumptions wrong by actually attempting a rational engagement on this 'issue'
>Anon reads that there's a secret menu at Burger Drone, he can ask for a "Solverjob" to get a special burger >He's awkwardly trying to explain the concept of the secret menu to the overworked employE who has never heard of a Solverjob or a secret menu >The lights flicker, the floor tiles under Anon give way, and he's dragged underground >The cash register rings up an endless line of Solverjobs before automatically completing the order >E's too tired to care
>>22652 probably irritated, but I would react the same way if the "N is evil" schizo turned out to be right too. the threads would be unusable with the oogi lovers smug righteousness while the people who don't care about them wait for it to die down
>>22667 I have no idea what a Fluffy is and I don't want to know, but who the fuck comes up with a concept of bio toy instead of just calling something a slave ?
>>22667 >oogis get access to a computer and keyboard >they post nonsense on the internet about how dangerous and deadly they are- even going so far as to call themselves bioweapons >this is their way to cope with being tiny, delicious, and at the bottom of nearly every food chain

It is of my opinion that any mention of horse show should start resulting in bans on this board. Nothing good has ever come from it and it's always been used as bait, unless some horsefag can prove that they're worth something which I doubt. >>22707 Retard. But explain.
This was stupid. He was stupid for even thinking about doing this and he knew it, which didn’t really helped with his growing anxiety regarding the gravity of the situation HE had placed himself in. Any time now, one of them could be showing up in here and it’s bye-bye dear life. But he needed to do this, at least to know that she was indeed dead, and not held hostage for who knows what… Right. Reading all those gore-y fics really didn’t do him any good mentally.
‘Dammit Thad! Get it together! Thinking like this isn’t going to help!’ the young worker drone scolded himself.
The plan was simple. Sneak into the murder drones’ lair, look for any sign that Uzi had made it here, find her and get back to the spire. The extra step would be maybe helping Khan into scolding the hell out of Uzi, but he’d cross that bridge when he got to it. If he got to it, that is what scared him the most.
And if she was dead… then she was dead. At least he’d know she was now somewhere in robo-Heaven causing havoc for everyone who pissed off her angsty soul. Uzi Doorman. She died as she lived. Doing what she wanted without caring what other people thought, even if her own life was at risk. Classic angsty teen way to go down.
He hid behind a big piece of metal, scanning the area for any sign of the murder drones or Uzi.
Nothing.
He moved quickly to another hiding spot and looked around from a different angle.
Still nothing.
Which was a good thing and a bad thing.
Then he moved again and a ray of light reflected on something—
“Uzi’s railgun!” he quietly shouted when spotting the item in the middle of the spire then ran off to lift said item from the ground.
If it was here, then Uzi DEFINITELY came to this place. And from the looks of it, after inspecting it, rings for aim appearing and info on the weapon being fully cooled off and ready for badass-ery, she had found her piece!
He was happy. Really happy for her. Her mission was a complete success. And now if he could only find her…
A soft sound came from behind. Someone was humming a calm tune. And it sounded nothing like Uzi. He felt how a chill ran down his metallic spine, like he had a gun aimed at his head. Maybe he did have one or it was only his sense telling him he was in danger.
Either way, he was fucked.
Slowly, as if moving fast will bring upon him his death, he turned around to face the source of that voice. And almost instantly he felt… something inside of him.
This was the first time he met a murder drone, and while he knew they looked sort of similar to them, due to being made by the same parent company, he didn’t expected them to be so… conventionally attractive?
This one sounded like a girl, and sure looked like one. Her body had shapes. Like actual semi-anatomically accurate shapes. Except for her footless legs.
She was very different from him in terms of looks. Slowly as she walked towards him like meeting a friend, Thad realised she was much taller than him, and that said something about her being taller than an average worker drone.
The closer she got, the better he took a look at her features. She was. Pretty. Dare he say beautiful even. But the sinister grin she was giving him, alongside the big X spread on her screen, was all Thad needed to remember she wasn’t here for chat.
Remembering the position Uzi had when presenting the railgun to class, Thad mimicked her in the same position facing the murder drone, mustering a confident look so the girl, who was now around three meters from him now, wouldn’t get any funny ideas.
‘Deep breaths. Play it cool.‘
“Listen, I’m not here to fight you. I’m just looking for someone, short statute, purple optics, purple hair and Hot Topic over Hot Topic vibes. Have you seen her?” oh God was he internally praying right now he looked somewhat intimidating with the weapon in his hands. He could only imagine Uzi standing in the same position, but looking more badass since she really had the confidence instead of faking it. And maybe would have already shoot the drone instead of staring at her like a simp an risk dying?
The drone in front of him started walking again, no words spoken except for the continued humming.
“Don’t come any closer or I’ll shoot! I mean it!” he tried to warn her. But her grin only grew bigger.
“I said don’t come any closer!” now it would have been his turn to start moving, maybe try to run and get away from the spire, but he was paralyzed. He felt himself shaking, his anxieties rising again at the risk of dropping the weapon. He had to do something, say something? He already told her not to come closer, only for her to get closer. Shoot? Is there still a chance she’d tell him if she saw Uzi? Is it even worth the risk?
Silence.
She now stood mere centimetres from the tip of the gun. Smiling in all of her glory.
‘Shit. She really is a head taller than me.’
She slowly raised a hand as if to place it one the weapon.
‘Oh fuck it’
He pulled the trigger.
V had a nano-second to duck from the gun’s direction, but she did lose the acid can of her tail in the meantime.
Thad on the other hand had it worse.
“Oh shit!” The force with which the railgun expelled the light force was stronger than he initially anticipated, resulting into pushing him back pretty far.
Falling to the ground, luck wasn’t on his side. The bitch came out of nowhere and seated herself on his pelvis, her legs framing his waits. That did tried to raise a fist in her direction but that went as well as you can imagine. She quickly grabbed both his arms and tied then with what was left of her tail. Now having her hands free, the first thing she did was teach this guy a lesson.
Her right hand disappeared leaving room for a nice set of sharp claws that soon found their way inside the male worker’s body. *STAB!* “I don’t think that’s how you’re supposed to treat a lady… especially when you entered her house.”
Thad grunted from the pain, bur held back his scream to the disappointment of his opponent. She twisted her claws inside of him, almost moving them slowly up his torso for more damage. But again he didn’t scream in pain.
“What’s the matter? Cat got you tongue~?” she kept teasing him. She really wanted to hear that scream. What she loved about this job was being in control of other people’s lives, hearing them beg for her mercy, a mercy she will never give. No one ever gave her any. So for the tables to turn in her favor, it brought her mounts of joy.
>>22707 Don't get me wrong. The show isn't for everyone so I get why people don't like it. I also would have understood if the threads were still happening constantly, but the weird thing is I see more bitching about it now that they're rarer compared to when they were happening daily.
>>22711 Ok that was the last thing she expected to hear. He who just a while ago tried to fight her was now giving up? And so easily? No pleas? No negotiation? No scream? No sign of fear? No nothing?
Oh this was probably the worst hunt she’d ever had.
But she can fix that.
“I have a better idea. Pretty boy~.”
“What’re you-” he got interrupted when the murder drone clashed her lips with his. With him being distracted by the sudden display of unrequited affection, the girl retracted her claws from his stomach and instead made a good cut on his shirt to reveal his chest and abdomen, and so much more…
She pulled away, to get a good look at him. For the first time, Thad saw no the big X on her screen but a pair of amber eyes similar in shape with his. And for a moment he forgot he was trying to break free from the grasp of a deadly artificial being, and just saw a girl.
It only made V more satisfied when his screen started to show the iconic three diagonal lines under his optics. So he was enjoying this as much as she did.
She kissed him again, this time harder. With her strong appendage she was able to sneak into his mouth and take control over his own, moving it as she pleased.
If he had lungs, he would have felt like suffocating. This was the reason why he wanted to check if Uzi was still alive. He felt like puking. No matter how hard he tried to pull away from the kiss, or to free his hands from her tail, or to just move hard enough to get her off of him, nothing worked. It only tired him more.
Feeling him getting tired under her, V took the liberty to pull out and explore the rest of his pretty face with her lips and tongue while holding his head still in her hands, gently rubbing his cheeks. In spite of seeing multiple male drones, this one had something that made him more attractive than the others.
And the smell of wild daisies and marigold from his clothes sure was a pleasant surprise.
She slowly trailed a finger to his core, pushing it even, which made him to jolt. She couldn’t wait to feel him moving underneath her more. This was the distraction she so needed in a very long time.
“Stop… Stop it! Ah!” she bit him where the human ribs would be.
“No talking~. Unless you want me to rip your legs off.” She licked the wound and went to the one on his stomach. The moment her tongue touched his black waist he began to twitch in every direction. So cute.
“Just kill me already!” now he was pleading. But V wasn’t gonna. Instead she carried on licking his abdomen. She needed to make sure all the wounds were healed to keep him alive for now. Then she went back to the core, as she learned from her previous experiences, it was just as sensitive for the workers as it was for her. And it sure helped with the stimulation if done right.
Thad felt disgusted with his own body. Everywhere she touched him with that filthy tongue of hers, he’d swore to rub till breaking the plating were he to ever escape from this hell.
He tried again to move away from her. Go as far as to kick her with his knees in the back. It wasn’t working. And the worst part of if was witnessing her grinning at him. She knew he couldn’t escape and it brought her pleasure. ‘Guess they really are monsters…’ never would have he wished this to happen to anyone unless they did the same thing first.
With every touch, every lick, and now he felt her moving her hips against his, he felt more and more weakened. Had no idea what to do, what he could even do.
‘I guess I should just let her…?’ he… He was lost.
The more she moved, the more she felt something building up underneath her pelvis.
The more she pressed on her body, the deeper were his grunts.
V was really enjoying herself.
She felt herself getting wet.
But she was also getting impatient since he hadn’t got it up already. She glared at him, he looked like he just lost all reason to live.
“Come on… *groan!* Come on! What, are you depressed now?”
He didn’t answer. Just moved his head to the side to avoid her gaze.
He looked dead on the inside which only angered her more.
What could she do now? She’d dry off before getting him hard. He was no longer scared, wasn’t begging her to let him go or anything…
She stopped in her movement. And he thought, oh he so hoped, that she lost interest in him.
She got up from the position on top of him and leveled her head to his crotch. Seems that did the trick of getting his attention.
“Why… did you— *GASP*!” he recognized her warm tongue again. (2)

>>22713 she took another long inhale of his smell, the wild daisies and marigolds. Oh how she misses witnessing real flowers, even dead ones. How she’d arrange them in the expensive vases around the manor and take in their scent…
But enough with the melancholy, she had work to do.
And had to be careful, too much stimulation could get him to finish before she even started.
‘Slow licks… Gently caressing the base… Quick pecks on the tip...’
“Aaah~” he bent his knees out of reflex, nearly framing the her head. He even bucked in her mouth.
‘Now we're getting somewhere!’
Finally! She could reposition herself on her knees, lining it near her wet folds, tip mere millimeters from her entrance. One slide down left.
“Wait… Don’t!” Thad said in a whisper.
She stopped, stood above him on all fours, and looked him dead in the eyes.
“Awww, scared? Don’t worry I’ll be gentle. Or were you saving yourself for your wedding night?” she asked in a mocking manner.
Thad groaned in annoyance “Well maybe I am!” he said with confident anger “Maybe the one I’ve told you about is my fiancé!”
That sure surprised her. But come on ‘He must be bluffing.’
“Well. Aren’t you quite the faithful zinnia. And, who might this ‘fiancé’ of yours be?”
“Uzi. Her name is Uzi Doorman.” ‘Sorry Zi...’
He felt so bad for dragging Uzi into this but can he be blamed? Maybe if she believed he was already in love with someone else she’d lose interest.
‘Please lose interest in me, PLEASE lose interest in me now…’
At this point, if he found Uzi he’d gladly make out with the purple worker to prove it to the lily-of-the-Nile bitch above him. Even if he’d lose all of his teeth to Uzi’s fist later. Better than losing this.
What would he give right now for the murderess to believe him.
She snickered.
And she giggled.
And she laughed it out loud.
“Bwahahahaha! REALLY!? Uzi Doorman? It that the best you could have come up with? What kind of a name is Doorman? Was she raised by doors? Hahahahaha! You’re so funny~!” Her stomach would have hurt from the laughter if she had one.
“I’m not… *groan* I mean it! That’s my fiancé’s name!”
She kept laughing. Of all the dumb names she had heard drones calling their dying loved ones, this must’ve taken the cake. But once her laughing died down, she repositioned herself for penetration.
“Be that as it may…” she looked at him coldly “I don’t care. I’m still gonna screw you, you nice-smelling herb enthusiast.”
Thad’s eyes hollowed. Fear built up inside of him again.
“I-Is this really how you wanna do it? Are you really okay with just raping someone for your own selfish desires?”
V gave him an unimpressed look that would read ‘Does he really thinks he can make me change my mind?’ It was almost offensive on behalf of her strong will. And he calls her selfish? He has no idea what shitty night she’d had…
She leaned down, her mouth was close enough she could have just kissed him again as a distraction from what will come. She spoke in a whisper.
“Listen, you whiny bitch. You don’t know what night I’ve had so unless you want to die, shut up or I’m really going to rip more then your legs even your precious ‘fiancé’ won’t want you anymore!”
“But—Mmf!” now she did just kiss him for that reason. It was a good thing she was taller than him it didn’t make things awkward in her positioning.
She slowly lowered herself down taking him centimeter by centimeter while moaning in his mouth.
Then she took him entirely.
She felt so tight around him, he felt like he was suffocating.
He wanted to scream. Once he parted his teeth her stupid tongue entered his mouth again and took and wrestled with his. The very same tongue that not so long ago licked him down there. He so wanted to vomit now.
V lifted herself with her knees, then fell back.
Then she rose again.
And fell back.
She went on moving and making out with the guy, constantly inhaling the nice scent of his clothes. This might become a new turn on for her.
She couldn’t care less about him trying to move away from her, in fact, his little body twitches and turns somehow succeeded to hit her most sensitive parts.
It encouraged her to keep moaning. Especially since it could cover his grunts and whimpers.
Again he felt his body weakening from the failing attempts of escaping this. He hated every second of it.
And he never got to hear about Uzi. Did she suffered the same? Did she at least put up a fight better than he did? He's sure she would have. Maybe she got to die or maybe she killed herself so none of them could have even touched her? He could only hope…
He felt tension building up inside his lower region. And enough time spent behind the closed door of his bedroom told him it wasn’t a good sign.
V lifted herself and sat straight while still moving. Her moves were more erratic now. Her venting turned heavier. Her internal temperature was rising.
In a final move she came, her walls tighten more round, and her ‘love juice’ dripped all over his pelvis.
He could have sworn he felt his member melt from the intense heat of her body. He didn’t hold it anymore and cried from the pain.
>>22717 >“Listen, you whiny bitch. You don’t know what night I’ve had so unless you want to die, shut up or I’m really going to rip more then your legs even your precious ‘fiancé’ won’t want you anymore!” I feel like that's something V would actually say.
>>22719 I noticed a pattern with Glitch posting something relating to episode 8 and the threads falling immediately silent. Judging by some Anon's responses in the past I can only assume this is because of them getting sad

>>22735 NGL, I think Cyn is truly dead at this point. And I mean thay from a meta perspective. If she were A: a nice person and B: still somehow conscious within her stolen body, it's too late in the series for her to try to reexert control without it feeling like deus ex machina, and with so little run time left, there's not much room to go back and characterize who she was before complete possession in a flashback either. We'll never know what she was like before she was just a solver host.
People aint gonna like this one >Cyn and the Solver are two different things >The show has gone through great lengths, especially in episode 7, to show that Cyn and Solver are not the same being >Characters who would know what the solver is, especially Nori, have dialogue where they call Cyn and Solver like theyre not the same >This leads down the road that while given powers by a great and powerful being that is the Solver, Cyn is the one using the powers for her own gain. You do know that a Faustian bargain, Faust and the devil were two different people? >Cyn was always evil from the moment we see her in the scrapyard, has been given great power, and uses it to be evil and eat worlds >This is literally classic lovecraft shit read any of his books this happens to antagonists in them all the time
>>22736 Yes it is! >>22743 Wrong! For Cyn there's actually a real reasonable assumption. Do you really think someone who was murdered and thrown in a pile of corpses is going to be in their right mind? Let alone be nice and friendly towards humans let alone life afterwards? Then when a demonic force appears and promises them salvation and perhaps a chance at revenge?
>>22744 Im not even kidding, I swear you guys havent read any of Lovecrafts books. Cyns exact scenario in the show is like, half his human villains. They get some kind of Eldritch action, but are still mostly their own person while still benefiting the eldritch party.
>>22747 Who says that they woke up before Tessa? For all we know Tessa could've taken them and woken them back up herself, the first sight they see is kindess, whereas Cyn's first sight is Hell
>>22747 Because she's the only one given the means (and need for food now) to actually take action while N,V, J are still completely powerless. Also we don't know what she was like before dying maybe she was always a trouble maker
>>22744 >Characters who would know what the solver is, especially Nori, have dialogue where they call Cyn and Solver like theyre not the same Examples?
>>22744 Know what I had the idea that Cyn might just be another user as well but then again wasn't Uzi's face yellow for a second during her core failsafe misfiring at the pilot's end? It would mean yellow is AS' natural colour, but tbh I didn't ever bother looking for enough evidence for or against it, I'll just sit it out at this point, both seem possible, but I am 80% sure the AS and Cyn we see are the just 'natural' yellow AS and its current host.
>>22749 Anon there's nothing in the series about humans bringing back dead robots. The zombie drone tape specifies that them coming back is a spontaneous thing that may take years to happen.
There are no innocent or good characters in this show, Tessa was the only one and she was brutally murdered for it. Of course Cyn is going to be fucking evil
>>22752 >V; ep4 While not having complete knowledge she should know the most of any main cast member seeing how she has the most intimate relation with the solver, and still makes note to call Uzi one of Cyns horrors >CynTessa; Ep 5-6 She herself uses Solver and Cyn like theyre two different things to no ones benefit. >Nori; ep7 So many moments in ep7 have Nori use both Cyn and for different things. Just watch the episode to find every individual example would take forever
What it seems to be is that Cyn is the person, while the Solver is more like the magic system. When something is brought up as something Cyn has done (like her murderpets) or when a character talks to another while possessed its Cyn, Cyn is possessing people. When people are talking about end goals or whats causing all this, its usually labeled as the Solver. Think about it like the Color out of Space or the The Dunwich Horror, theres beings out of our sight that are causing the eldritch horror, but the people responsible are using that power or being effected by it. two completely different people. People only hang on to the "Solver is everything" head cannon despite the show because they believe it to be more Christian devil rather the the obvious Lovecraft inspirations
>>22767 It's good to point out that if Cyn was completely innocent, why the fuck does Nori know who Cyn is? Why would "The Solver" introduce itself as Cyn?
>>22772 I was the first to propose such a theory. I'm not that N is evil faggot because it doesn't make any narrative sense let alone would there be any plausiblity or atleast in my opinion for N to have been a double agent this whole time
>>22748 >Lovecraft wrote his Eldritch Horror like this >Murder Drones borrows broad elements from Eldritch Horror >Therefore Liam wrote these characters just like Lovecraft! I'm not even necessarily saying you're wrong about Cyn being actually evil but relying on such a reach as your main 'evidence' just isn't as convincing as you think it is
>>22759 >No innocent or good Bru What about all the plain WDs in the colony The manor drones Khan/Yeva/Yeva's husband Tessa as you said Alice and Beau Thad of course Emily and Sam too
>>22771 Well we still see Cyn's name is used for the admin name, possible she learned it from that. and the fact that she was down in the labs for a long time and likely had a bunch of human research to sift through.
>>22767 The one and only thing that puts a wrench into this is ONE moment in episode 5 where N is talking to Cyn camera and she goes on a long monologue about being the Absolute Solver EXCEPT if you watch that scene you can clearly see she responds to the name Cyn and ONLY corrects him when he labels her a monster thingy, she clarifies what exactly monster thingy she is. From the moment onward Cyn has NEVER once corrected someone for mislabeling her Cyn, she takes it and even does it herself Scene in question: MURDER DRONES - Episode 5: Home
Sorry for the samefag I am just really passionate about this and tired of the debates when the answer is really obvious. Cyn is a lovecraftian villain, this story has been told, read a book, it is NOT a Christian devil possession in the same way the Exorcist is. >Ohhh but what about the Catherdral Lovecraft also has cathedrals and religious imagery's
Here's why I don't by the "Cyn was secretly evil all along" twist: it's not a twist. Our characterization of pre-host Cyn is limited to breadcrumbs and inferences. We saw almost nothing of her and got no strong insights (false or otherwise) into her thoughts and motivations. Dumping that information on us at the last moment would add nothing to the plot. Julie Rowe turning out to be a gleefully homicidal maniac worked in Design because we spent half a season with her acting like a functional human being, THEN got the big evil reveal. They don't have enough time left for that. Cyn was never more than an empty vessel (in more than one sense) for the BBE to inhabit.
>>22781 I feel like it would somewhat be a "twist" considering how much emphasis they've put on talking about Cyn before The Solver or even briefly "showing it".
>>22779 My assumption was that the Solver's control in the material world is still tied to its host body, which is still partly normal hardware operating according to ordinary rules, hence Cyn being the name on the tin.
>>22782 Hey those Anon's were right about this pics use! Anyways, a bit hypocritical considering you've been calling everyone who even had the idea a schizo and wrong. Seems like you're the one pushing your narrative truth
>>22775 Think about it: N already wants Uzi to be a vampire with him. Let's take that a step further: what if he not only wants to go his own way from the Solver, but to have it filtered into the universe through a source he can control and emotionally manipulate? We see this in both episode 4 and episode 7, where he snaps Uzi out of her Solver state. Cyn is destroying everything, and there's no point in having power to lord over insects if there are no insects to lord said power over.
>>22771 >It's good to point out that if Cyn was completely innocent Shes about as innocent as any other lovecraft villain is, but shes still a complete and total villain from the moment we see her wake up. She has been given power and knowledge no one should ever have and a hunger she can never satisfy >why the fuck does Nori know who Cyn is? Doesnt this only support the idea that Cyn and Solver are completely different? That Nori somehow knows who Cyn and the Solver is despite only knowing them through possessions meaning Cyn HAD to introduce herself (or maybe those possessed get Gala memories?), Nori would never have gotten to see her armband until ep7. >Why would "The Solver" introduce itself as Cyn? Because the Solver is the Solver and Cyn is Cyn Look at it like this Cthulhu is Cthulhu right? But he has Cultists who do awful shit and have powerful abilities, they want to help Cthulhu despite not being him. Its the same with Cyn. Cyn is her own insane person who is helping her outer god buddy because shes an asshole, the Solver just wants grub. Read Color out of Space, Dun witch horror, or just watch this video Halloween Special: H. P. Lovecraft
>>22781 Its only a twist if you for some reason believed that Cyn was ever a good person who got turned into what she is now from the scrapyard to the Gala massacre despite the mountain of evidence that she was a creep, weirdo, and overall freak to anyone but N who is too Naive to see past her. Sure, before she got the head wound she may have been a normal drone but like most Lovecraft villains she got a taste of the Elder knowledge and went a little bonkers, being trapped under a pit of dead bodies probably doesnt help. I can't think of anything in the show that is even setting up a potential reveal in episode 8 that Cyn was innocent and being controlled other then people willing it. If it happens sure, but the rest of the show imo is setting up a classic Lovecraftian villain story
>>22744 >>Cyn was always evil from the moment we see her in the scrapyard, has been given great power, and uses it to be evil and eat worlds I wonder...
>>22797 You see some Anon's have a theory that Cyn isn't innocent and some Anon's have an issue with that theory since it invalidates their headcanon, so now it's a bitch fight with one side calling the other one big samefag
>>22778 >What about all the plain WDs in the colony >Khan/Yeva/Yeva's husband >Alice and Beau >Emily and Sam too Malfunctioning industrial machinery that would kill Humans without any hesitation in the lack of a greater threat (the Solver). >The manor drones Likewise but held in place only through fear. >Tessa as you said NTA but Tessa had human skulls in her bedroom.
>>22777 Well, yeah? Im not saying he has to, but with the way the show has been setting up the characters, dialogue, and overall mood it would be weird at this point to shift gears into a more Christian devil archetype rather then the more likely Eldritch one. Im only using Lovecraft's stories to show that the precedent of Cyn like characters exists in this Lovecraftish setting so its likely she's suppose to be like them and not like what some people think she is.
I still think there's a good chance that Cyn, the Zombie Drone, never made it out of the scrap heap. All of the janky weirdness in Cyn the Host's movement is a mass of tentacled flesh attempting to move around in a robotic body and was never a quirk of Cyn the Drone. But there's not enough information for that. Just a single second of her looking scared in the corpse pile, then everything else we see just before the Gala. >>22795 I'd say no. It drops interesting plotlines in favor of solving them with one-page jokes.
>>22797 >One side consists of several people with theories of varying depth & credibility >One side consists of at least one person claiming the former group is all just one particular notorious schizoid >The rest of us are simply watching the stupidity unfold
>>22804 THIS! I made a theory and I was suprised when it took off but that's thing, it's just a theory. I don't get why people are trying to act like this is narrative fact and fighting others for adding onto it. Never heard of the term, it's just a theory?
>>22808 This seems the most likely to me. We don't really know what Cyn was like before taking the deal, so it's more likely that "Cyn" is just an empty husk. Neither good nor evil. As for why it would be fine with being called Cyn if it wasn't actually Cyn, I don't honestly know, and there's no answer I can give that wouldn't just be baseless theories.
>>22806 >Tessa had human skulls I may have said there is no innocent people originally and you do have some good points that you added on, but that one is a tad silly. Are we to assume that 60% of biology and art teachers are murderers?
>>22800 >We have apparently gestated another autist who believes he is inherently right. >using evidence from the show to support an idea of something being set up means you have to be inherently right Why are you so bad faith? Of course I believe i'm right, that doesnt mean I am, im not going to throw a bitch fit if episode 8 is something else. Idk why that makes you angry other then seeing someone talk about something you dont like, in that case ignore it?
>>22807 The biggest thing that gives me pause about determining Cyn's ultimate motivation is the very messy fact that we just don't know for certain how she actually behaved or acted outside of 3rd party testimonies & a pseudo dream/memory sequence in Episode 5. Combining that with the duplicitous and assimilating nature of The Solver means that there's just way too many variables at play to truly be certain what all can be attributed exclusively to one (Cyn) or the other (Absolute Solver)
>>22808 >All of the janky weirdness in Cyn the Host's movement is a mass of tentacled flesh attempting to move around in a robotic body and was never a quirk of Cyn the Drone. Something I dont see people bring up enough is that for some reason, im not sure if it was a retcon or not, but with the V hologram in ep7 it seems this puppet like quirk is a part of the Holograms and not physical drones. We know most of Cyn in ep5 is holograms of her given all the lightning flashes, and she suspiciously has the exact same puppet movements V ghost does in ep7 which is also a hologram. When we actually get to see Cyns physical body as Cyntessa she has complete movement control, zero puppet like movements. So this leads me to believe the weird puppet quirk is a hologram side effect.
Just wanted to bring this up, not saying youre wrong
>>22806 >Malfunctioning industrial machinery that would kill Humans without any hesitation in the lack of a greater threat (the Solver). I doubt it for the majority of drones, at least if you mean voluntarily take action and go out of their way to kill humans, tho there of course are a few like ep1 Uzi. Yeva and Alice I disagree with completely, they were both in CFL and both are zombiedrones, Yeva even went out of her way to save Mitchell in episode 8, we didn't see Alice during active CFL but given her treatment of neutral captives (neutral as in non-DD), Uzi and Tessa, both went unharmed initially, I can't see her killing or harming a human for being human. >Manor drones I should have specified Tessa's salvaged Zombiedrones with exception of Cyn, but to be fair we didn't see any of them except V/J/N, neither of which did anything justifying calling them not good or guilty. >Tessa Probably cause her parents are absurdly rich and have weird gatherings/lifestyle, I guess things there weren't all that differrent to elites irl
>>22834 Yes, and? The show itself has plenty of moments where characters make a difference of the two. I trust the shows narrative much more then I do subtitles
>>22826 Not all people can afford or house full-sized drones. So we at JCJenson made TinE and Mini Y (and oogi, though she was a failure) so they can experience some of the joy of owning a drone. They even interact with eachother if you buy more than one kind.
>>22839 Yeah subtitles too, official subtitles for 6 still has >He keeps them sluggish Instead of >Heat keeps them sluggish Every dub I saw thus far copied that mistake. Only look at what is shown in the show itself, nothing else has authority.
>>22834 The credits in episode 5 are the only one to do that, where its's listed as Cyn/Absolute Solver. In episodes 6 and 7, its just listed as Absolute Solver. Fun fact, in episode 2, its just listed as Computer Voice.
I've got shit to take care of but before I take my temporary leave I'll at least lay out my totally unsolicited closing thoughts on this 'debate' >I don't personally think that there's enough evidence (so far) to conclusively determine an answer for whether Cyn is/was "Evil" >I do think that the "Cyn is/was Evil" theory is at least grounded enough to be considered a reasonably realistic possibility >So long as things are kept reasonable & in good faith, I don't have a problem with either side wanting to discuss or debate the issue
>>22851 >>22851 I interpreted it as more ammo in the "Tessa was a weird kid" magazine. She wasn't into etiquette or self aggrandization or social events thay are actually social-ladder-climbing-events like her parents, and her parents hated her for being one of those albino-pale anti-social weird kids who liked to read about magic and get draw edgy witch shit and probably had a deviantart account
>>22824 yea. i think all DDs do. it's just that there's no probable chance of her finding a human for the thought to come across her CPU because Osmium-4 humans also died. i wanted to write something about how drones dealt with alien wildlife somewhat like humans did because they're the last carriers of 'humanity' so to speak. so i had to change the angle of the core collapse/incomplete Null ritual killing all organic life to something like osmium-4's CF Labs produced two 'successful' solver hosts. one went terminally insane after obtaining the patch and went on a rampage, her attack on a biotech lab released a virus that mostly affected humans. it was native to the planet, being studied after several workers died from it. native wildlife were unaffected. irma lost the human team she worked with to this event, she tended to their graves before her outpost was assaulted by B and L. the second solver drone is one i want to contrast the first one with but yea, writer's block dissuaded me from figuring things out for a while.
>>22858 Whatever it is it was chained to the ship key, so N has it now. It's the key banishing the AS whence it came, but it will kill N in the process
>>22866 >>22866 It's from the artist's fanfic where V has her first encounter with the Solver and it scares her so badly it bleaches her hair even though she's a drone
>Hi, Femanon! >It's me, your N plushie! >I know what you're thinking... you're crazy. >And you are. Crazy for me. >Your love has granted me the ability to project my personality into your plush and speak to you, but I need your help to manifest my true form into your universe. >Just kill your family and draw a pentagram inside a circle inside a square inside a stylized murder drone skull and place the plushie in the center- make sure to use ALL the blood! >Then stand back and watch the magic happen.

What's your favorite drone that is not in the main group? Not J, V, N, or Uzi, if you want to make it harder for some reason, not Cyn or Doll For me it's Lizzy, Doll, Rebecca don't ask why, and that detective drone, I like her looks
>>22889 Alice, Alice above all else Lizzy was okay too and yes I like the detective drone, didn't see her in half a year but she looked pretty Doll is good too
>>22848 > Uzi tries talking J down about the shit thats happened and Js past > "what would you know?" > they fight > J actually starts getting the upper hand > N does a switcheroo with Uzi > callback to ep1 about N saving the squadmate he was fighting > N actually gets through to her > Uzi and Cyn having epic anime battle > N and J just having a shouting match > gag about Uzi and Cyn looking at the other two, J looking back at them "the hell you looking at!?"
>>22907 A heist mission set in the middle of a massacre prepetrated by eldritch creatures while the corporate containment team is on the way would be intense as Hell in any game
>>22911 What? WD in general didn't have hair, humans did not give them hair, Tessa gave some hair to V, J and N, and for some reason the AS gave hair to the DDs, and the WDs that we say that have hair, it's because yeah, no humans, they can somewhat think by their own, blah blah
>>22909 >Payday-esque horde game where you & 3 other Worker Drones must survive waves of Murder Drones while trying to complete 'Stuff' I like this idea mainly because I still have fond memories of Payday 2 and I'm really curious as to what sort of dialogue Bain/Mission Control would offer the players
>>22914 Assuming this is some sort of Solver Shenanigan-induced mpreg, I would probably seek immediate medical care to either remove the growth before it's too late or suffer a gruesome chest burster-like death Do I at least get to name out child?
>>22919 > worker drones > surviving against murder drones lel, even maybe if they were solver hosts though the combat woud shift heavily towards half life 2, since everyone has a "gravity gun" and every weapon is temporary, but you can do that thing where you telekinetically lift 5 guns and shoot them all at once like imagine Doll but swap the knives for pistols

>>22744 >>22767 >>22780 >Cyn is a lovecraftian villain, this story has been told, read a book, it is NOT a Christian devil possession in the same way the Exorcist is. This is deliberate given the clear parallel to Reznov and Dimitri (Liam used to regularly play CoD). TL;DR for those who have never played: it is repeatedly heavily implied that Sgt Reznov (Pan looking mf with the ushanka playing dead straight ahead of the protagonist) is literally Satan come to personally revel in the destruction bloodshed and cruelty of WW2 while encouraging people to torture and kill each other only for this to turn out to be red herrings in the second to last level (*cough*CabinFeverBlackMass*cough*) and the plot twist is that he actually is Human just like everyone else in the game and he is ultimately symbolic of how demonic everyone and everything became. What convinces me is how characters repeatedly use phrases like "Robo God" and "Robo Satan" in a way that portrays a surface level pop culture understanding of "Christianity" (read: Dante's retarded self insert fanfic and derivatives) while the show overall hints at something completely different in the universe's cosmology as you have described, and frankly makes me even more certain N is the primary antagonist now that I've put it like that.
>>23090 There was a time where I thought claiming he was the primary villain was a step too far, but the clear pride Liam takes in him as a character alone has caused me to believe and to begin to reinspect everything N has done in that light. >Visibly reacts oddly in episode 3 when Uzi responds to Doll pointing out V or N may have killed Uzi's mother by saying whoever started this wants them to fight and they all need to set their differences aside and work together >What N may or may not have done to Nori turned out to be a red herring all along >In the very next episode, Uzi winds up feeling excluded with N demonstrating "inclusive reflexes" that only appear at the exact moment they're most likely to drive her even further apart from the rest of her class, and he ultimately makes her more emotionally dependent on him, instead of Thad I finally understand what Liam meant when he said the show's pacing is rushed to fit everything in 8 episodes. >>22398
>>23074 No one can write a sibling to Beretta because either a lack of skill or being afraid of some random anonymous doofus latching onto the character with his incest fetish? Sounds lame tbdesu You're anonymous. Do what you want when you want to do it. Just don't expect accolades.
>>23097 Honestly I think it's a skill issue, I don't think anyone would even know how to properly make a sister. Like what would her personality even be? What would she bring to the table?
>>23066 Eagerly waiting to see it finished. Also, side note, not really MD related, but still Glitch related, you find some of the funniest bootlegs at the beach shops.
>>23099 I guess she could just be a shithead that also encourages her into doing bad things? I have no idea, I can't think of anything really. This is probably why no one has given her a sibling is because it's hard to think of something that isn't dogshit
>>23107 Idea. Make her what some people wanted Beretta to be, a deranged Vickers-Girl mess, have her be absolutely feral a product of failed-code. Explain that the reason she wasn't present previously in Beretta stories was because she was locked up in a psyche ward. FUCK this actually sounds nice to me, just wish I could actually write it God damn my lack of time/burnout. Fuck I could even go into it deeper with that shitty mentally ill Beretta theory and tie that into the character instead
N showing up at my house in the middle of the night and kidnapping me while my family’s asleep… flying away into the moonlight with me, taking me somewhere far away to start a new life together…
So not only is Beretta's main complaint is that she doesnt get enough development but now she requires a out of nowhere character to make her more interesting? Isnt that what struggling sitcoms do to drive up viewership
i would actually. really really like to be swallowed whole by N but not in a sexy way, rather, like a feral animal. no talking, just as that anon said, like a seagull eating a french fry
>>23127 (me) cause for one thing, and this also applies to him forcibly mating with me, drinking my blood, killing me, and stuff like that - if he’s like a *person* doing it, then he’s doing something evil on purpose, which is unattractive (except in some cases). but if he’s like a feral animal/creature doing it, he’s just following his instincts, you really can’t blame him, which is cute and hot
>>23131 kek, maybe that’ll work. but if it doesn’t…
>>23109 So would her origin be as a weird as Beretta's? Did she start off as a weird squiggly monster too or perhaps a growth they cut off of baby Beretta?
>>23137 But when? Was she still a baby or was she in a Drone body? Personally I lean towards similar ages but I guess her being the little sister couldn't hurt
>>23154 I wish I was doing her....and Beretta's sister >>23156 Honestly some Beretta fans just noticed that most of the Jane & Beretta greens started to become one-sided Jane centric stories after a while, they felt as though Beretta was being pushed to the sidelines and not being given proper fleshing out. Then of course some people disagreed it led to some fighting, trolls took advantage of the chaos which made the Berettafags look bad etc... it's a whole mess that I don't wanna live through again
>>23160 Jane was her own original character with her own original background that just got kinda plopped in with Beretta's Post-Good Ending world, which needed tons of explaining to make work. Making an original character set in Beretta's Post-Good Ending world doesn't require that and instead can be a catalyst for more exploration of said world and stories
>>23161 How new are you? > just got kinda plopped in with Beretta's Post-Good Ending world This is the exact opposite of what happened. Beretta was plopped into the at the time more popular Jane world when she declined so massively in popularity she was considered Bowd for good. Then after some 4th wall bueno they were forced to be a pair so Beretta can have some of the limelight. She was literally plopped onto Jane. Im pretty sure Jane wasn't even a post-good ending character until she was made to interact with Beretta.
>>23163 So ultimately I'm still correct, because Jane still needed to go through loops to be explained and it's more beneficial to have a character that's already made for said world
The Jane and Beretta relationship is actually this really fascinating tale of a Mark Zuckerbergin level of social climbing >Beretta starts off as good ending child trope >decreases in popularity >fans see Jane, write Beretta and Jane as a pair partly because Bow was a meme at the time and the Bow was linked to Jane so put them together >This goes on for awhile >Beretta fans at the height of this decide Jane served her purpose and quite literally kill Jane off in the stories for character development >Reverse effect where Jane gets even more popular after rebounding onto Y for awhile and Beretta fans complain about that as well in some traitor remorse way >Beretta over time steadily increased back to being popular despite constant crying about a vague lack of development for some reason, and hiss at the thought of Jane and Beretta greens I guess because they think it will drag Beretta back into this pit of non development they always think shes in anyways. None of this is serious in the slightest btw its just a funny Game of Thrones tale
>>23163 >>23167 I never realized how much of an impact a silly crossover greentext I made could have. In truth It was meant to be a one-off I never expected Jane and Beretta to become a duo for a bit you all did that. As for the drama I have no say in it although the whole killing of Jane thing was /co/ trolls not actual Beretta fans I know this because the tatic at the time was shitting on whatever OC was popular and Jane was the right one
>>23164 What hoops? Theyre two girls at the same place at the same time, its like acting as if John and Eye needed some backwards explanation to explain how they exist. The only time this happened was the Cyn cultist shit, but thats to explain a part of Janes backstory that happened during the process of them being friends. Jane and Beretta was a thing long before the war stuff, the Cyn cultist angle was only added to bridge a plot hole made up after the fact that quite frankly didnt even need to happen.
>"Hey Jane theyre doing it again aren't they" >"Yeah I think so" >"Huh.... wanna go grab some ice cream, process dope.exe, and then play Drone racers 2 for the Ps3 emulator I have installed on my hard drive, swear I'll go easy on you" >"Don't see why not"
>>23150 No one mentioned Jane in the Beretta sibling idea until you and this guy >>23110 came along. People were just spitballing ideas about how this character would come to be.
>>23177 It was always that, even before Beretta I know this because I was one of the first to suggest it after thet posted a picture of B and Jane in a soldier uniform. I believe the story involved Jane taking hard drugs to cope with the violence
>>23177 The Lesbian war stuff was always the idea from what I understand which got built up to over time. If we're talking deep lore she was just r63 John because why not at first who was basically the opposite of him which she basically still is today. If John didnt want Eyes sex, she did, if John is cold towards drones she isnt, that sorta thing,

Looks like one of those worms he used to find, a little less than three inches. >He focuses his optics on it further. >It's... Hot. And it's pulsing like a heart. >He drops it into the palm of his regular hand and stares closer. >As he gets closer and closer, he hears a barely audible crying. >N then passes out as well, leaving Nori to deal with the two rebooting drones and Beretta. >As well as Beretta's new sibling.

Y is basically the lumberjack who teaches the business woman the true meaning of Christmas while her lawyer husband gets shit on by a deer in those cheesy movies.
Beretta was built for Uppies I dont fucking care about this drama the pairing is cute shut up. Also interesting as Jane is suppose to be the good angel on the shoulder and Cyn is the devil. But who cares because its mainly just wholesome

>>23235 >I wasn't aware that Spalding was a firearm. It's not, he got a non-gun name. Being named after sportsballs upsets him, but he's not super mad about it. In his much larger and dumber backstory, he made guns as a hobby, used them to defend the outpost when horrible fleshbeasts attacked, and his hobby became his job as the entire WDF wanted actual weapons to fight off this new threat. All the while he's still a nervous wreck who hates that he's now very important, and has to show up in public and coordinate a workforce. The WDF's main weapon would be his custom-designed "Spalding Battle Rifle", because if he can't be named after a gun, he'd name a gun after himself.

>>23254 Khan found Nori in the aftermath of the core collapse. Safe to say he worked with humans before everything went to shit, factory-born drone. Same with Nori and the other lab drones, they're likely self-rebooted zombie drones recovered from Copper-9's damaged drone disposals that were also not overseen well until they saw what happened on Earth. Or worse (given part of the terrible nature of humanity and how some of them treated drones), they could've been randomly picked to be test subjects. Some humans who may have been nicer to their worker drone colleagues may have had their friends taken away from them by higher ups/CF Lab staff, there's potential for tragedy there.
>>23269 >Nori decides to show you family photos, much to Beretta's embarrassment >She flips through the book and through the years it mostly just looks like Beretta wearing different hoodies >That is until her baby years, which Beretta desperately attempts to stop Nori flipping to, she fails >All you see is pictures of what looks like a weird slimey black worm creature in knitted sweaters >There's one in bunny pajamas >One with a reindeer headband and a glowing nose >One hanging out with another in a giant T-shirt >One coughing up the other one >And lastly one curled up in a pumpkin that it's currently munching on while being carried in a toy wagon to Trick R Treat >Beretta dies instantly from embarrassment

>>23260 I'm amazed that people think that the "first gen"drones are anything but factory built. Khan, Nori, the manor drones, pretty much every drone prior to the fall of earth and the core collapse. The Copper-9 drones only started with the pillbabies after the collapse in an attempt to emulate humans. Beau's existence shows that the pillbaby bodies were around prior to the collapse, but I doubt they were used for anything besides testing.
>Be drone sympathizer >Have drone that is precious to you >Program it to defend itself >You visit the Elliotts >Tessa asks very politely and with good posture if she can take the new drone to meet her drones >Her parents say yeah whatever (without asking you) to send her away >Tessa squeals in delight, grabs your drone and runs to her room >You later discover that your drone mangled her to death in self defense because she was playing too rough >The Elliotts are mortified >"Gasp! Our carpet!"
>>23275 Yeah, only the drones after Khan and his co-workers are drone-raised instead of factory-made. Nori, Yeva, Alice and other lab drones should be factory-made as well. Cuz the whole next-gen drone thing (like the pillbaby in the pilot being held by drone parents) only happened after the core collapse killed all humans. Eh, sometimes your brain no worky and you miss a few things here or there. Happens to the best of us.
>>23265 Call of Duty: World at War- Mission 4: Vendetta "Veteran Mode" >Main character wakes up in a mass grave with crows >Immediately meets a character that superficially resembles Dante's Satan >Becomes metaphorically demonic as fuck in pursuit of revenge Direct visual tribute, like how the Solver War directly visually calls to Shadow the Hedgehog/Prototype and has vibes of the way the Battle of Berlin is portrayed in that game in general (a helicopter from 1000 years ago presumably pulled out of a museum and rearmed and refitted and sent to die pointlessly as helpless people are slaughtered in the streets).
>>23286 >Cowadooty and SHADOW the FUCKING HEDGEHOG are DEEPEST LORE philosophical high art pieces and the showrunner is ripping off ideas wholesale from these brilliant masterpieces to make his show Alright, a kek was had, but you are clearly taking the piss here
>>23289 Anon, the entire show is an unrepentantly earnest tribute to the media of the 2000s and extremely early 2010s. It's like if a teenager's Deviantart account had a budget and didn't suck. It directly calls to other pieces of media all the time (Alien, Dead Space, Carrie, Cabin Fever, The Exorcist, The Shining, Twilight, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic)
>>23288 I can't help but wonder how well Tessa was able to split her attention/affection between her rescue drones before her herd got whittled down to just main squad+cyn. She had very little power in her household it seems, how well could she really protect or nurture them all?
>Fun Early Morning Canon Facts: Fundus Gungus was a character that got cut from the show due to test audiences finding him too abrasive. All concept art of him was burned in a ritualistic fire to keep the spirits deep within Fundus from breaching the mortal plane
>>23302 >Unbeknownst to the other CFL test subjects, Nori also drew weeb-ass humansonas of all of them >By sheer coincidence she made Alice a deer-girl >A deer-girl with absolutely RIDICULOUS, button-popping, sun-eclipsing knockers
>>23309 >>Unbeknownst to the other CFL test subjects, Nori also drew weeb-ass humansonas of all of them
>Yeva is drawn as an average looking human girl, ass and titties not too small or large >Nori also drew Yeva and Mitchell together with Mitchell being a 6'10 guy with weightlifter muscles straining against his jumpsuit >Yeva looks like a child right next to him but she's always drawn being happy around him
>Tessa is brought home with her baby >She falls asleep in her bed, a crib next to it >J is in the room, waiting on Tessa's command like she always has >It makes no difference to her if she is sitting or standing but Tessa has provided her with a chair anyway >It is a nice and appreciated gesture >After all what is a monarch without a throne. J is the ruler of the drones in this extravagant household >She gets off her chair and walks quietly to the crib >She raises on her toecaps so she can look inside it >Her white oval eyes see the new intern >Baby Elliott >One more member in the household means less attention to everyone >Yet J doesn't feel jealous or threatened >Instead she feels a budding affection for the freshly-initiated squishy lump of flesh >"Hello world" she whispers while caressing the baby's chubby cheek with her metallic finger >A soft giggle startles J, who steps back from the crib >The sudden moves shake the crib, waking up the baby inside >Tessa, still lying in bed, is looking at J with a smile >"You love the baby, yeh?" >J puts her hand over her mouth to hide her smile >"Yeah." >The baby starts crying >Tessa pushes against the matress with the heels of her feet and props herself into a sitting position >"Bring me the baby" she tells J while undoing her shirt >J reaches into the crib and wraps her fingers around the baby, gripping it gently but securely >She hands the baby to it's bare-breasted mother >Tessa places it's open mouth on her nipple >Instict does the rest >The warm and soft presence of it's mother and the tasty nourishment calm the baby almost instantly >J looks at them both with some reverence >The scene reminds her of a picture of Mary and Baby Jesus >Once done, Tessa puts the baby on her shoulder and taps it on the back gently until it burps >"You are good at this, boss." J remarks >"I read up on it. I want to be a good mum." >The woman looks back at her childhood for a moment with glazed eyes >"Put it back in the crib" Tessa orders J as she hands the baby over >J takes the baby in her arms >The baby nuzzles close to her chest >She tries to lay it down but it has grabbed a tiny handful of her uniform >"Omrg it likes me! Aw crud, it wiped it's lips on vest." >Tessa laughs as she settles into her bedsheets again >"You're an aunt now, J!"
>>23309 >>23314 Suck I would do unspeakable things to these test subjects in pursuit of new heights of agony and suffering to better drive off the weird autist who has fashioned herself after the most loathed carpenter. I'm talking things straight out of 120 Days of Sodom.
>>23313 Imagine spending your entire life watching your mother and father favor abominations that should not be and can only exist due to modern luxuries, as reality does not exist in a vacuum and there is realistically only so much time to give.
