Hello and good night Friends! Maybe good day. I'm here to tell you to love Drones very much, do not let them down, love them all day everyday, but you are probably already doing that. The Lovely Booru: dronebooru.co The Wheel of Nice OCs: wheelofnames.com/8hc-stc Last Thread: >>84042
>Spinning >M4R's horizon rotated again, lurid red-pink light, blackness filled with stars, a shattered torn landscape of tortured stone, more blackness, then the light again >She was tumbling out of control, her internal gyros temporarily knocked offline >Just within her field of view the looping yellow striped tether cable whipped aimlessly in the vacuum of space, it's warped and shattered buckle twinkling in the dim salmon glow >Something...she dug deep, focusing all of her processing cycles on retrieving the memory file...there! >A hurtling asteroid, nothing more than a grey and tan and metallic orange blur had struck her survey skiff. It existed in her remembered view for only a few brief frames of footage, too fast for her to react. If she hadn't already been kicking off of the skiff she would have been hammered into a cloud of metal fragments and flash-frozen vapor right along with it.
"Awh...shucks"
>She recalculated her odds of survival in less than a second >2.04% >She was adrift, she was at the edge of Outpost 12's current zone of operations, she was a Worker Drone with negligible salvage value wearing a cheap heat insulating vac-suit not worth the cost of hunting it down, her skiff which contained everything she needed, radio beacon spikes, survey tools, spare powerpacks and refresh oil had been shattered in an instant. >Her gyros finally came back online, filling the bubble helmet with the sound of whirring servos as they finally killed her tumbling spin >The tiny moon sized chunk of rock spun bellow her feet, attended by a foggy haze of gravel sized chunks caught in it's barely existent gravitation
"Huh?"
>A flash of reflected light glittered "bellow" her >There! The debris cloud of her skiff, slowly expanding in a cone as both she and the space junk drifted imperceptibly "down" towards the the rapidly spinning moonlet >Winking at her from within the spray of metal fragments...an intact radio spike! If only she could reach it somehow! >2.25% >Patting her suit's utility pockets she found her only hope, a small hammer for driving pitons >One chance, her calculations would have to be near perfect...
"Feelin' lucky"
>She used her gyros to carefully pivot till her back was almost perfectly aligned with the spike >Tiny taps and pings signaled the rapidly dwindling distance between herself and the asteroid >She cocked back the hammer, keeping all of her limbs in perfect balance, and the whipped her arm out straight in a single, languid motion >The hammer flashed with starlight as it raced away, propelled by an arm with the strength of a hydraulic ram and the speed of a cracking whip. In exchange for it's mass she began to drift in the opposite direction, towards her only chance
"Come on!"
>More small stones pelted her helmet, the peak of a jagged rock spire looked up, seemed to hang next to her, and then fell away beneath, the initial hit had sped her fall...
"Come one!"
>THERE! Her hand flashed out like a striking cobra and caught the radio spike as it tumbled past her from behind, now she just needed to stick a landing. >Whatever happened she couldn't bounce, if she bounced she would lose her grip on the spike and be flicked off into the void by the giant rock's rotation. >More perfect timing, another almost impossible maneuver, predictive calculations raced through her processors, her initial position and velocity, modify it with the probable speed and vector of the strike, add the velocity she's imparted to herself with the thrown hammer and NOW! >Desperately she spun her body out flat, driving the spike down beneath herself as the ruddy iron toned ground rushed to meet her an- THUMP SCRAAAAPE
>>85006 Asks you questions that you either can't or don't want to answer >What time do you go to bed? >Where do you hide the spare key? >What's your credit card number? But you bought it from MG, are you really surprised?
>>84999 she's drawing the totally-not-a-self-insert character Unforgiving Dark Violence Destroyer Princess Elfexia Deathblade, Merciless Annihilator of Human Scum atop her throne of human skulls
Since many of ya are in one way or another attracted to drones or one special drone What would you say is more relevant to you? Romantic or sexual love for your favourite?
>>84993 >Negev's blackouts and subsequent fits of berserker rage occur when, like her mother before her, she goes too long without robot blood >during these episodes, bits of the eldritch meat wolf that she is under her drone candy coating come through, for more effective ripping and tearing and feeding >her oil requirements fluctuate, the way an old man pees: sometimes all at once, sometimes drop by drop >if she cannot be fed in time, the backup procedure is to immediately voltage calm her then get oil in her while she's out
>>85006 >Gives you an incredible wealth of trivia knowledge >It makes you feel much more theatrical though, like the Riddler from the 1995 Batman Forever movie (you basically channel Jim Carrey's performance almost everywhere you go) >Sometimes, you end up being a little stupid on the simple things (most thread DDs are on the stupid side so it naturally extends to you a teensy bit) like drinking a glass of water or opening a door >You feel a new interest in fancy, over-engineered walking canes with hidden buttons, compartments and a blade inside >Sometimes, the urge to design a quiz show with contraptions that punish the contestants in varying degrees from mild slap to fatal injuries rises within your mind >You become very good at stumping people with trivias
fun fact! https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/142411400/#142418956 i didn’t post that, it was pure coincidence, this was *way* before anyone here knew my handle certainly made me do a double take
>>85027 Thanks! >>85021 Romance the dear! Alice, everything about her, feels so good. I could try 1000 times over to make up someone to be perfect for me but it couldn't ever beat Alice. She's soooo precious, having a day off in cozy November to think about Alice while outside, or draw Alice, or cook thinking off Alice, or draw Alice, coziest happiest thing ever. Only downside is she is not real And she looks so pretty, her personality too
>>85034 Here's an attempt: >Your feelings of not fitting in with other people intensify by a few levels >anyone showing you any degree of friendliness, you think very highly of them >you also start to think Uzi is the cooliest drone >your taste in food slowly turns extremely bizarre, peanut butter on rice, dipping Twinkies into oatmeal, etc. but you lean less and less into spicy food >sometimes you forget you're human and not a drone and you can't actually lift anything a worker drone can >doesn't stop you from trying though
>Fun nightly Elf fact before I eep: "Too close" for Elf is actually pretty far. If any of her auxiliary sensors (Primary sensors on other SD models) can detect you, she has already turned around and is running away. You better get moving! >>85039 You'll never catch her!
>>85053 if you gave someone a drawing of you killing them, it’s all of a sudden completely normal? no, that’s a future murder right there, the lack of sun light might be rotting your brain
>>85046 >at the sentinel drone base >you are not allowed to play vidya, read, books, or watch movies in which a human is hurt in any way- for the mental health of the sentinel drones >you sigh as another teletubbies rerun plays on the base's tv channel
>N has become an OnlyFans streamer >N doesn't know that OnlyFans is intended for sexual activity >N thinks that it's just a site to see whoever is a fan of him >N unknowingly does lewd acts when requested by chat
>>85058 >>85057 Anon, Harper is an adult. She trusts you enough to be able to handle heavier subject matter in fiction, and doesn’t hold it against you. She’s wholesome but she’s also mature enough to respect the wishes of others.
>>85058 >One day you have enough of this stupid rule. >These drones are putting their lives on the line. >You refuse to let them die before they've seen some of the classics. >That idea goes out the window when Harper fires 3 rounds into the TV trying to 'save' the main character during the opening sequence.
>>85061 >Try to tell Doll you don't have an adapter installed >A closet door pops open and out floats- dear god >What is that... thing meant to adapt to? >Is there even enough oil in your chassis to fill it?
>>85073 N-no u (just jests around from what I see but then I don't take things too seriously) >>85074 >Is there even enough oil in your chassis to fill it? kek Actually clever use of oil being analogous to blood for humans. Made me laugh.
>>85073 Very frustrating, I put all that effort into a new greentext after people took jabs at me specifically for not doing anything relating to Marcy in months and it just gets buried in this faggot aimless arguing. Oh well writefag curse. Don't write? People bitch. Write? Nobody reads it, week later bitch that you don't write anything.
identical twin nurse drones but one is a sweet, skilled medic and the other is a sadistic bloodthirsty killer and you have no way of telling them apart until you're under the knife
>Cyn is defeated. >But the Solver is revealed to be the DD’s life support, preventing them from aging >J,N and V rapidly deteriorate and turn into dust How would Uzi and the others react?
You know... I don't enjoy expressing any real feelings, unfortunate events out of my power happen and it makes me feel miserable, unable to do anything than just move on. I'm glad that I found this community a year ago and contine make content for this tiny section of the fandom and the friends made on the way. I don't think I would change anything. If it wasnt by MD, I would have been absolutely burnt out and suicidal for a long time I thank you for being here and apologies for the ramble. I needed to pull it out of my system, you might know who I am or not, it does not matter. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and goodnight.
>>85098 By Cyn I'm tweaking out. OK part 2 on it's way. This is gonna be a bit of a long one since I have a fair chunk left over in notes, not 20 parts long but long enough.
>>85083 Pay no heed to the aimless arguing. I understand the feeling but putting it out here tends to paint a target on your back. Not everyone is that way but anonymity enhances people's eagerness to push others' buttons. For what it's worth, I'm happy that Marcy's story gets going again. Take your time, I look forward to it especially since I'm in love with how adorable this silly Southern lovey-dovey drone is in her previous story.
>Before the Solver Wars, Frumptlebucket Station (Later being named to the JCJ(IS) Space Station because people kept fucking up the name) is a Space Station and had been stationed just a *little* bit out of government jurisdiction. >Proposed by the wealthy and eccentric shareholder; Lord Frumptlebucket, the purpose of the space station was to serve as a corporate run “resort city” that was to increase profits of JCJenson and its shareholders all the while breaching every safety violations known to man. >The Space Station had reached 95% completion when the solver slaughtered everyone in the gala. >As the solver wars began to show the signs of humanity’s downfall. JCJenson with the help of earth’s governments began a series of exoduses to evacuate as many humans off the earth as possible. >Roughly a million civilians had been evacuated to the JCJ(IS) space station including surviving JCJenson shareholders and board of directors. >As some years went on, the space station had went from a corporate run resort city to a human sanctuary with the surviving shareholders and board acting as a form of government. >The space station also acted as a hub of communication with other JCJenson owned planet and human colonies such as Copper-9 >The Space Station would have been revealed to the solver on Copper-9 was it not for the final acts of a brave intern that had destroyed any contact that had been linked to the station. >As more years went on. The JCJ(IS) space station had began to make some minor advancements in their technology, modifying and mass producing their existing weaponry and the anti-drone Sentinels on the off chance the disassembly drones would find the station. >However despite the recent advancements in technology. The use of worker drones had drastically decreased due to the rise of paranoia and the possibility of them sabotaging the space station with said space station slowly going into disrepair. The use of human workers was implemented with them taking the more important and riskier jobs that their drone counterparts would have done. >18 years passed since the collapse of Copper-9’s core, the space station picked up a strange frequency from one of their outer satellites that had caused some of its systems to glitch. In hopes in hopes to patch out the glitch, upper management sends out ETRS AE-051 to repair the satellite array.
>Unaware of the what nightmare had lurked within that signal.
>>85143 I think I answered that before you forgot to clear your name field by the way. it's Blucat's OC. so I'll probably leave it up to them once I finish the model.
I'm really proud of the model. so I'd like to see it used in the hands of other's. it's my model sure. my texture's and rig. but at the end of the day
It's her OC. so if she doesn't want rando's to have a model of her character. then I will respect that boundary if they say no.
>>85128 i wish N would do this to me, but then finish it with “but like, only if you want to and stuff, i’m not trying to force you, and i know that despite how much i love you, you don’t belong to me of course, i respect your autonomy and i respect you, as a person, and as my best friend and partner, i love you”
cozy rainy days and nights with N… snuggling up together under our covers, lulled to sleep by the sound of the rain on our roof and each other’s breathing… stepping outside on our porch to breathe in the cool rainy air… N clinging onto me like a sloth because he’s scared of the thunder…
>>85182 This was my public announcement. I have also privately informed the modeler of my permission. Internet's been shit for me lately so haven't been around the threads much.
>>85180 Space Station Anon here. Currently so far i made about one green text centered around ETRS AE-051 and a couple of greens involving my Nurse drone Becca, who is also a part of my Space Station stuff. I am planning on trying to continue more with AE-051 but work is quick to drain of energy. You’ll find some of my greens on Dronebooru under becca.
>>85192 imagine how I look without no akita hugs, even the solver is concerned, I need akita, I to hug akita, are you hiding akita from me? give me akita
>M4R rebooted her optics, and the surprised reaction to her current situation nearly killed her >She tightened her mechanical deathgrip on the radio beacon spike as she hung, toes pointed into the cold and uncaring stars from it's carry handle >Centrifugal force produced just enough false outward "gravity" to overcome the rock's mass and flick any loose objects on it's surface off into space, even as she watched some of the recently deposited debris from her skiff was dislodged from where it had been wedged and slowly but inexorably tumbled "up" and away to join the rest of the fine debris cloud far above >A toggle latch on her boots deployed their climber claws and sent a static charge through the grippy gecko grip pads on her palms and soles, with such a weak countergravity she would be able to scuttle across the surface of the asteroid like a frog across glass if necessary >She quickly made the spike fast and threw over the toggle that started it repeating. It's signal was her only chance for rescue.
"Ok, 'hokay, alive...still alive. Just gotta hang on"
>Casting her optics about, she strove to collect any scrap of worthwhile material before it could "fall" skyward. There wasn't much, a roll of static gecko tape and the handheld mineral detector, it's cracked screen sputtering. >She gave it an experimental slap on the housing, and to her surprise the display stabilized on a reading so high it peaked the scale in several ranges
"Pfsh...out of all the rocks out here to get stranded on, it had to be the motherload. Hmm...I wonder..."
>Some searching later she found what she was looking for, a yawning fissure in the blasted landscape. She found herself in a shallow cave, the walls banded with milky veins of wolframite, bristling lumps of magnetite thrusting up through the floor >M4 clicked her suit's headlamp on and dropped the ore detector in amazement as the cave blazed with refracted glittering light >Spinning in place she reached out to run her gloved hands over the protruding mineral deposits, each beautiful band of color and geometric shape burned into her memory matrix >Despite the peril of her situation, for a brief moment in time she was completely at peace >The rudimentary suit radio buzzed, then whined and popped with Xray static
"-in, com- -n, M4R-N[static], come in? This is a routine callback, come in, come in, M4R-N0552, come in?"
>M4R spun and raced out of the cave as fast as her grippy boots would allow, too fast in fact as she tripped, lost her grip, bounced and began to tumble slowly upwards again
"Here! Ahm here! Get me, get me, don't let me fall!"
>Just as panic took hold of her circuits, a firm hand clamped down onto her shoulder and she felt herself thrust back downward until her boots touched down firmly on the asteroid once again >She gazed up, and then up some more, the figure wasn't another drone at all, but a REAL human who towered over her in a bulky full environment suit kitted out with a full flight pack >Her circuits swelled with both apprehension and anxiety, humans were their creators...but
"Come on...uh M, 4..let's just call you Marcy, it's shorter. Lets get you back to the outpost and fixed up. Great find"
>The vacuum gauntleted hand patted the top of her helmet roughly.
Holding femanon while she is asleep. Feeding her eggs and bacon. Washing her. Reading her stories. Buying her nice clothes. Styling a Cyn wig for her. Giving her yellow contacts. Telling her that it puts the cosplay on or it gets the hose again.
Dating femanon. Pulling her out of depression. Helping her take better care of herself. Making her smile. Planning together for the future. Taking her to the beach to see her feet. Ghosting her because they're ugly.
>>85083 Yeah it sucks but if you complain about the lack of (you)s you come off as an attention whore. All my effort and time gets me two or three (you)s. The only thing you can do is make your content more engaging and tell others why (you)s are important.
>>85256 Your dronetism is enhanced tenfold. If you didn't like Scifi stuff before, you're more open to explore it. If you're already a scifi fan, your autism for the subject is also increased tenfold. Slight chance, you might also randomly mutate something like an extra pair of eyes somewhere. Solver Shenanigans, what can I say
>>85266 Far be it from me to keep you here. You should take a break. If you needed a sign or something, here's one. Go do something else, dip into other media of your liking.
>>85258 I agree! I will sacrifice myself for the first step and take Akita out on a date, watch movies and introduce her to new human foods! It's okay, I was born for this very purpose! >>85260 Yea. They're both Uzi's daughters from different settings. In a way, they're the same instance of the idea of Uzi having a daughter, just born of different circumstance. Akita being a one person's ideation, Beretta being the thread character. There's something.. inspiring about all these creative endeavours meeting in a place like this. It's rather charming.
>>85083 Your greentexts is very good, we are just a very small community and that's why we don't have many (you)s here, but trust me, we really appreciate your work.
>Beretta and Akita are engaging in wireless communication in the background >Be anon >Be depressed and sad >U-U comes over carrying a couple boxes and mocks you >Beretta and Akita snap their heads towards you in unison, sending hanging drool flying >The two bratty drones finish their long mockery with "Touch grass!" >Then they shake their packages at you and leave with their boxes >Beretta and Akita hold hands and run towards you >They join their free hands, encircling you, and they start dancing around you while giggling >"This is our sadness-repellent circle! There will be no sadness inside this circle!" says Akita >"Touch grass? Touchstone instead!" >"Good idea, Beretta!" >Each girl takes one of your hands and together they lead you away and back to their home >They sit you in front of a big, fat TV screen >While one is setting up an ancient VCR, the other lays out a feast of snacks fit for a couch potato in front of you >Then they jump onto either side of you >"Oh wait!" says Akita and she runs away >She runs back into the room and places something on your lap before resuming her position on your side >You look down >It looks up >It being a sort of fuzzy sausage with a face and a jacket >"What is this?" you ask >"She is Bugretta!" >Bugretta smiles a small smile at you >"Oh look, she likes you! Give her some head scratchies." >You gently scratch Bugretta's back >"Ooo-hoo-hoo..." goes the fuzzy sausage with it's eyes closed >"Movie time!XD" announces Akita >Beretta turns Bugretta around so she can look at the screen >The titles flash on the screen >Touchstone Pictures present >A film by yadda yadda starring yadda yadda >SPACED INVADERS >"Oooooo!"
>>85288 I'm sorry that I hurt you. It's something that I must live with every day. And all the pain I put you through; I wish that I could take it all away.
>>85293 Yeah, it's a song that used to play a lot in the 2000s. It is awful but it stays in your head for the rest of your life. Like MK Ultra programming, or that other awful song that goes "Unless you sing...sing...sing...siiiing..."
>>85260 >one's a drone Beretta was a drone, but over time the percentage of her body that's eldritch meat grew and now she's a Brundlefly with a drone candy coating.
>>85330 There really should be an Oogi wand or something that lets you dictate what they do, like the Kuva scepter or something For example, so you can order them to infest your annoying neighbors house to get him in trouble with the HOA
>>85343 as far as the DDs, NVJ were turned into monsters– N changed for the better pretty quick and is still trying to improve, J for all her problems has left everyone alone by the end– both of them deserve a shot at redemption. but V chooses to remain a monster, still casually killing innocents by the end. no matter how sad her story is, that's hard to ignore or forgive
cooldown sketch before i sleep. idk, i just thought the m1870 Galand has a visually interesting mechanism (gun autism kind of kicked in a little, also it's a russian revolver that isn't the usual Nagant). there's another one called the Fagnus revolver, really funky and funny-looking mechanism in that one.
>>85330 >"Bully" Bugretta by rolling the little sausage on her tummy and leave her there. >The oogis grab at their beanies in anguish and squeak >Come back some seconds later while they're attempting to attack you to rub your Bugretta's belly. >She happily "ooohs" while you do.
Surprising doll with a loving kiss Bringing down all of her defenses Turning her into a needy, submissive mess in an instant Feeling her cling her little hands to your shirt, needing more of your love
>>85252 >Hope and Cyn actually got along pretty well prior to everything going straight to hell. >Separate, they performed their tasks at the manor well. >When together however, it was as if their CPU's degraded to having a single half-functional logic gate. >Which they had to share. >This did not result in any drone-related injuries. >Most of the time. >Tessa did eventually separate them during work hours if only to spare herself being chained up and to spare the two maids from her parent's wrath.
>>85348 gotta love obscure firearms this just reminded me, I gotta draw Ivory with a bullpup Barrett .50 Cal But I gotta finish the outfits requests first, fuck....
>>85375 Hol' up. >V solos all of the sentinels, but succumbs to her injuries and FATAL ERRORs >V pops out of her body as a headcrab, sees a sentinel body in pretty good condition, gets an idea >fast forward >J is right about to kill the bus trio after a fierce battle when she suddenly gets bootlooped >in comes a yellow eyed sentinel >the sentinel starts talking in V's voice
>The drones are having human sex ed because they are retarded in their adaption of human society >Being the only human around, Teacher has you come over and strip for a demonstration >You reluctantly do so because you need the money >It's like posing for an art class, right? >You enter the classroom >The drones stare at you >You stare at the drones >Starers staring into the staring eyes of the staring starers >Someone coughs to break the uncomfortable silence >Teacher makes a "well?" gesture >"GET THE FUCK OUT!" you explode, causing the class to gasp and lean back >"What is wrong with you?" asks Teacher >"Boy drones, out! Now! Or no show!" >The male drones groan in disappointment as they're getting up to leave >"Hey! Don't "aww" me! You're dudes. You shouldn't want to see another dude's dick!" >You push Teacher out after the students >Now the class is just girls and Uzi >You are nervous >Public speaking is challenging to you >Public nudity even more so >"Umm, hello girls. I am anon but I guess you already know me, haha...Today I am here to show you the human body. In all it's decaying glory...I mean! I'll have you know I am considered extremely handsome among humans and you girls are lucky to have such...such a handsome specimen to study. Fwoooo....Okay. Here goes." >You undress slowly, indicating parts of the body and blithering about them >You are pretending you are doing it for educational purposes but in truth you are trying to postpone the inevitable >The drones, already a little moist from the yelling earlier, interpret this as a strip tease >Finally, there is nothing else to take off but your slip and your own body hair >You breathe in and out >"Here goes." >You take off your underwear >This is very uncomfortable >A gaggle of 18yo girls are staring at your junk! >You thank the Maker you had the idea to take Viagra beforehand because not only are you not aroused, but the place is cold as hell >"I umm, as you can see, this is what the penis looks like erect. This one is uncut. During sex the foreskin pulls back liiike this. You see it?" >Lizzy smiles >She grabs Emily's glasses and breaks them >"Wah?! I can't see! I can't see!" >Lizzy raises her arm >"Hey, human teacher? My friend is shortsighted. Can I bring her closer?" >"Okay I guess." >Lizzy takes Emily by the arm and forces her to come over to you >Emily comes eyes to eye with your dick >"What is this?" asks the confused drone >"It is the human penis. The male reproducti-" >"Why don't you take a closer look!" says Lizzy with an evil grin and pushes Emily's head onto your crotch >Emily goes "woah!" and your dick enters her mouth >Your tip hits the back of her throat and she gags >"Wkh!" >Digital tears form behind her visor >"What the hell?" you say >Lizzy pulls out her phone and takes selfies next to you >"Interspecies. Nice." >Emily pushes against your thighs and pulls her head back >For a moment there's a trail of glistening drone saliva connecting her tongue and your erect penis >Lizzy captures this by accident >"Gross but hot. Get back in there!" >Lizzy pushes Emily's head down again I ran out of inspiration.
>>85419 >CFL was a crappy post for humans >Cold, sunless, remote, long hours >But for the drones it was hell >Incarceration, torture, death >The drones were smart enough to catch on to the humans' needs quickly >The humans needed...companionship. Stress relief >The drones offered it to them >They figured that time spent having sex with humans was time not spent being tortured
I remember one Anon saying that he rewatched episode 3 and saw N suddenly started looking nervous when Doll said everyone at Outpost 3 had lost someone to the robo-vampires. Haven't rewatched in a while, is that true? Because that feels like a remnant from the slower paced, multiseason draft of the show that wasn't picked up on and removed from the script when Liam realized he didn't want to have to commit to something for years. Would have loved to see what these scattered hints of plans for drama about N killing Nori would have lead to. Uzi's commitment to "these 30 Days of Night vampires literally did nothing wrong" getting put to the test via finding out N not only killed her mom but was never going to tell her what he did would have been so kino.
