Hello and good night Friends! Maybe good day. I'm here to tell you to love Drones very much, do not let them down, love them all day everyday, but you are probably already doing that. The Lovely Booru: dronebooru.co The Wheel of Nice OCs: wheelofnames.com/8hc-stc Last Thread: >>84042
>Spinning >M4R's horizon rotated again, lurid red-pink light, blackness filled with stars, a shattered torn landscape of tortured stone, more blackness, then the light again >She was tumbling out of control, her internal gyros temporarily knocked offline >Just within her field of view the looping yellow striped tether cable whipped aimlessly in the vacuum of space, it's warped and shattered buckle twinkling in the dim salmon glow >Something...she dug deep, focusing all of her processing cycles on retrieving the memory file...there! >A hurtling asteroid, nothing more than a grey and tan and metallic orange blur had struck her survey skiff. It existed in her remembered view for only a few brief frames of footage, too fast for her to react. If she hadn't already been kicking off of the skiff she would have been hammered into a cloud of metal fragments and flash-frozen vapor right along with it.
"Awh...shucks"
>She recalculated her odds of survival in less than a second >2.04% >She was adrift, she was at the edge of Outpost 12's current zone of operations, she was a Worker Drone with negligible salvage value wearing a cheap heat insulating vac-suit not worth the cost of hunting it down, her skiff which contained everything she needed, radio beacon spikes, survey tools, spare powerpacks and refresh oil had been shattered in an instant. >Her gyros finally came back online, filling the bubble helmet with the sound of whirring servos as they finally killed her tumbling spin >The tiny moon sized chunk of rock spun bellow her feet, attended by a foggy haze of gravel sized chunks caught in it's barely existent gravitation
"Huh?"
>A flash of reflected light glittered "bellow" her >There! The debris cloud of her skiff, slowly expanding in a cone as both she and the space junk drifted imperceptibly "down" towards the the rapidly spinning moonlet >Winking at her from within the spray of metal fragments...an intact radio spike! If only she could reach it somehow! >2.25% >Patting her suit's utility pockets she found her only hope, a small hammer for driving pitons >One chance, her calculations would have to be near perfect...
"Feelin' lucky"
>She used her gyros to carefully pivot till her back was almost perfectly aligned with the spike >Tiny taps and pings signaled the rapidly dwindling distance between herself and the asteroid >She cocked back the hammer, keeping all of her limbs in perfect balance, and the whipped her arm out straight in a single, languid motion >The hammer flashed with starlight as it raced away, propelled by an arm with the strength of a hydraulic ram and the speed of a cracking whip. In exchange for it's mass she began to drift in the opposite direction, towards her only chance
"Come on!"
>More small stones pelted her helmet, the peak of a jagged rock spire looked up, seemed to hang next to her, and then fell away beneath, the initial hit had sped her fall...
"Come one!"
>THERE! Her hand flashed out like a striking cobra and caught the radio spike as it tumbled past her from behind, now she just needed to stick a landing. >Whatever happened she couldn't bounce, if she bounced she would lose her grip on the spike and be flicked off into the void by the giant rock's rotation. >More perfect timing, another almost impossible maneuver, predictive calculations raced through her processors, her initial position and velocity, modify it with the probable speed and vector of the strike, add the velocity she's imparted to herself with the thrown hammer and NOW! >Desperately she spun her body out flat, driving the spike down beneath herself as the ruddy iron toned ground rushed to meet her an- THUMP SCRAAAAPE
>>85006 Asks you questions that you either can't or don't want to answer >What time do you go to bed? >Where do you hide the spare key? >What's your credit card number? But you bought it from MG, are you really surprised?
>>84999 she's drawing the totally-not-a-self-insert character Unforgiving Dark Violence Destroyer Princess Elfexia Deathblade, Merciless Annihilator of Human Scum atop her throne of human skulls
Since many of ya are in one way or another attracted to drones or one special drone What would you say is more relevant to you? Romantic or sexual love for your favourite?
>>84993 >Negev's blackouts and subsequent fits of berserker rage occur when, like her mother before her, she goes too long without robot blood >during these episodes, bits of the eldritch meat wolf that she is under her drone candy coating come through, for more effective ripping and tearing and feeding >her oil requirements fluctuate, the way an old man pees: sometimes all at once, sometimes drop by drop >if she cannot be fed in time, the backup procedure is to immediately voltage calm her then get oil in her while she's out
>>85006 >Gives you an incredible wealth of trivia knowledge >It makes you feel much more theatrical though, like the Riddler from the 1995 Batman Forever movie (you basically channel Jim Carrey's performance almost everywhere you go) >Sometimes, you end up being a little stupid on the simple things (most thread DDs are on the stupid side so it naturally extends to you a teensy bit) like drinking a glass of water or opening a door >You feel a new interest in fancy, over-engineered walking canes with hidden buttons, compartments and a blade inside >Sometimes, the urge to design a quiz show with contraptions that punish the contestants in varying degrees from mild slap to fatal injuries rises within your mind >You become very good at stumping people with trivias
fun fact! https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/142411400/#142418956 i didn’t post that, it was pure coincidence, this was *way* before anyone here knew my handle certainly made me do a double take
>>85027 Thanks! >>85021 Romance the dear! Alice, everything about her, feels so good. I could try 1000 times over to make up someone to be perfect for me but it couldn't ever beat Alice. She's soooo precious, having a day off in cozy November to think about Alice while outside, or draw Alice, or cook thinking off Alice, or draw Alice, coziest happiest thing ever. Only downside is she is not real And she looks so pretty, her personality too
>>85034 Here's an attempt: >Your feelings of not fitting in with other people intensify by a few levels >anyone showing you any degree of friendliness, you think very highly of them >you also start to think Uzi is the cooliest drone >your taste in food slowly turns extremely bizarre, peanut butter on rice, dipping Twinkies into oatmeal, etc. but you lean less and less into spicy food >sometimes you forget you're human and not a drone and you can't actually lift anything a worker drone can >doesn't stop you from trying though
>Fun nightly Elf fact before I eep: "Too close" for Elf is actually pretty far. If any of her auxiliary sensors (Primary sensors on other SD models) can detect you, she has already turned around and is running away. You better get moving! >>85039 You'll never catch her!
>>85053 if you gave someone a drawing of you killing them, it’s all of a sudden completely normal? no, that’s a future murder right there, the lack of sun light might be rotting your brain
>>85046 >at the sentinel drone base >you are not allowed to play vidya, read, books, or watch movies in which a human is hurt in any way- for the mental health of the sentinel drones >you sigh as another teletubbies rerun plays on the base's tv channel
>N has become an OnlyFans streamer >N doesn't know that OnlyFans is intended for sexual activity >N thinks that it's just a site to see whoever is a fan of him >N unknowingly does lewd acts when requested by chat
>>85058 >>85057 Anon, Harper is an adult. She trusts you enough to be able to handle heavier subject matter in fiction, and doesn’t hold it against you. She’s wholesome but she’s also mature enough to respect the wishes of others.
>>85058 >One day you have enough of this stupid rule. >These drones are putting their lives on the line. >You refuse to let them die before they've seen some of the classics. >That idea goes out the window when Harper fires 3 rounds into the TV trying to 'save' the main character during the opening sequence.
>>85061 >Try to tell Doll you don't have an adapter installed >A closet door pops open and out floats- dear god >What is that... thing meant to adapt to? >Is there even enough oil in your chassis to fill it?
>>85073 N-no u (just jests around from what I see but then I don't take things too seriously) >>85074 >Is there even enough oil in your chassis to fill it? kek Actually clever use of oil being analogous to blood for humans. Made me laugh.
>>85073 Very frustrating, I put all that effort into a new greentext after people took jabs at me specifically for not doing anything relating to Marcy in months and it just gets buried in this faggot aimless arguing. Oh well writefag curse. Don't write? People bitch. Write? Nobody reads it, week later bitch that you don't write anything.
identical twin nurse drones but one is a sweet, skilled medic and the other is a sadistic bloodthirsty killer and you have no way of telling them apart until you're under the knife
>Cyn is defeated. >But the Solver is revealed to be the DD’s life support, preventing them from aging >J,N and V rapidly deteriorate and turn into dust How would Uzi and the others react?
You know... I don't enjoy expressing any real feelings, unfortunate events out of my power happen and it makes me feel miserable, unable to do anything than just move on. I'm glad that I found this community a year ago and contine make content for this tiny section of the fandom and the friends made on the way. I don't think I would change anything. If it wasnt by MD, I would have been absolutely burnt out and suicidal for a long time I thank you for being here and apologies for the ramble. I needed to pull it out of my system, you might know who I am or not, it does not matter. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and goodnight.
>>85098 By Cyn I'm tweaking out. OK part 2 on it's way. This is gonna be a bit of a long one since I have a fair chunk left over in notes, not 20 parts long but long enough.
>>85083 Pay no heed to the aimless arguing. I understand the feeling but putting it out here tends to paint a target on your back. Not everyone is that way but anonymity enhances people's eagerness to push others' buttons. For what it's worth, I'm happy that Marcy's story gets going again. Take your time, I look forward to it especially since I'm in love with how adorable this silly Southern lovey-dovey drone is in her previous story.
>Before the Solver Wars, Frumptlebucket Station (Later being named to the JCJ(IS) Space Station because people kept fucking up the name) is a Space Station and had been stationed just a *little* bit out of government jurisdiction. >Proposed by the wealthy and eccentric shareholder; Lord Frumptlebucket, the purpose of the space station was to serve as a corporate run “resort city” that was to increase profits of JCJenson and its shareholders all the while breaching every safety violations known to man. >The Space Station had reached 95% completion when the solver slaughtered everyone in the gala. >As the solver wars began to show the signs of humanity’s downfall. JCJenson with the help of earth’s governments began a series of exoduses to evacuate as many humans off the earth as possible. >Roughly a million civilians had been evacuated to the JCJ(IS) space station including surviving JCJenson shareholders and board of directors. >As some years went on, the space station had went from a corporate run resort city to a human sanctuary with the surviving shareholders and board acting as a form of government. >The space station also acted as a hub of communication with other JCJenson owned planet and human colonies such as Copper-9 >The Space Station would have been revealed to the solver on Copper-9 was it not for the final acts of a brave intern that had destroyed any contact that had been linked to the station. >As more years went on. The JCJ(IS) space station had began to make some minor advancements in their technology, modifying and mass producing their existing weaponry and the anti-drone Sentinels on the off chance the disassembly drones would find the station. >However despite the recent advancements in technology. The use of worker drones had drastically decreased due to the rise of paranoia and the possibility of them sabotaging the space station with said space station slowly going into disrepair. The use of human workers was implemented with them taking the more important and riskier jobs that their drone counterparts would have done. >18 years passed since the collapse of Copper-9’s core, the space station picked up a strange frequency from one of their outer satellites that had caused some of its systems to glitch. In hopes in hopes to patch out the glitch, upper management sends out ETRS AE-051 to repair the satellite array.
>Unaware of the what nightmare had lurked within that signal.
>>85143 I think I answered that before you forgot to clear your name field by the way. it's Blucat's OC. so I'll probably leave it up to them once I finish the model.
I'm really proud of the model. so I'd like to see it used in the hands of other's. it's my model sure. my texture's and rig. but at the end of the day
It's her OC. so if she doesn't want rando's to have a model of her character. then I will respect that boundary if they say no.
>>85128 i wish N would do this to me, but then finish it with “but like, only if you want to and stuff, i’m not trying to force you, and i know that despite how much i love you, you don’t belong to me of course, i respect your autonomy and i respect you, as a person, and as my best friend and partner, i love you”
cozy rainy days and nights with N… snuggling up together under our covers, lulled to sleep by the sound of the rain on our roof and each other’s breathing… stepping outside on our porch to breathe in the cool rainy air… N clinging onto me like a sloth because he’s scared of the thunder…
>>85182 This was my public announcement. I have also privately informed the modeler of my permission. Internet's been shit for me lately so haven't been around the threads much.
>>85180 Space Station Anon here. Currently so far i made about one green text centered around ETRS AE-051 and a couple of greens involving my Nurse drone Becca, who is also a part of my Space Station stuff. I am planning on trying to continue more with AE-051 but work is quick to drain of energy. You’ll find some of my greens on Dronebooru under becca.
>>85192 imagine how I look without no akita hugs, even the solver is concerned, I need akita, I to hug akita, are you hiding akita from me? give me akita
>M4R rebooted her optics, and the surprised reaction to her current situation nearly killed her >She tightened her mechanical deathgrip on the radio beacon spike as she hung, toes pointed into the cold and uncaring stars from it's carry handle >Centrifugal force produced just enough false outward "gravity" to overcome the rock's mass and flick any loose objects on it's surface off into space, even as she watched some of the recently deposited debris from her skiff was dislodged from where it had been wedged and slowly but inexorably tumbled "up" and away to join the rest of the fine debris cloud far above >A toggle latch on her boots deployed their climber claws and sent a static charge through the grippy gecko grip pads on her palms and soles, with such a weak countergravity she would be able to scuttle across the surface of the asteroid like a frog across glass if necessary >She quickly made the spike fast and threw over the toggle that started it repeating. It's signal was her only chance for rescue.
"Ok, 'hokay, alive...still alive. Just gotta hang on"
>Casting her optics about, she strove to collect any scrap of worthwhile material before it could "fall" skyward. There wasn't much, a roll of static gecko tape and the handheld mineral detector, it's cracked screen sputtering. >She gave it an experimental slap on the housing, and to her surprise the display stabilized on a reading so high it peaked the scale in several ranges
"Pfsh...out of all the rocks out here to get stranded on, it had to be the motherload. Hmm...I wonder..."
>Some searching later she found what she was looking for, a yawning fissure in the blasted landscape. She found herself in a shallow cave, the walls banded with milky veins of wolframite, bristling lumps of magnetite thrusting up through the floor >M4 clicked her suit's headlamp on and dropped the ore detector in amazement as the cave blazed with refracted glittering light >Spinning in place she reached out to run her gloved hands over the protruding mineral deposits, each beautiful band of color and geometric shape burned into her memory matrix >Despite the peril of her situation, for a brief moment in time she was completely at peace >The rudimentary suit radio buzzed, then whined and popped with Xray static
"-in, com- -n, M4R-N[static], come in? This is a routine callback, come in, come in, M4R-N0552, come in?"
>M4R spun and raced out of the cave as fast as her grippy boots would allow, too fast in fact as she tripped, lost her grip, bounced and began to tumble slowly upwards again
"Here! Ahm here! Get me, get me, don't let me fall!"
>Just as panic took hold of her circuits, a firm hand clamped down onto her shoulder and she felt herself thrust back downward until her boots touched down firmly on the asteroid once again >She gazed up, and then up some more, the figure wasn't another drone at all, but a REAL human who towered over her in a bulky full environment suit kitted out with a full flight pack >Her circuits swelled with both apprehension and anxiety, humans were their creators...but
"Come on...uh M, 4..let's just call you Marcy, it's shorter. Lets get you back to the outpost and fixed up. Great find"
>The vacuum gauntleted hand patted the top of her helmet roughly.
Holding femanon while she is asleep. Feeding her eggs and bacon. Washing her. Reading her stories. Buying her nice clothes. Styling a Cyn wig for her. Giving her yellow contacts. Telling her that it puts the cosplay on or it gets the hose again.
Dating femanon. Pulling her out of depression. Helping her take better care of herself. Making her smile. Planning together for the future. Taking her to the beach to see her feet. Ghosting her because they're ugly.
>>85083 Yeah it sucks but if you complain about the lack of (you)s you come off as an attention whore. All my effort and time gets me two or three (you)s. The only thing you can do is make your content more engaging and tell others why (you)s are important.
>>85256 Your dronetism is enhanced tenfold. If you didn't like Scifi stuff before, you're more open to explore it. If you're already a scifi fan, your autism for the subject is also increased tenfold. Slight chance, you might also randomly mutate something like an extra pair of eyes somewhere. Solver Shenanigans, what can I say
>>85266 Far be it from me to keep you here. You should take a break. If you needed a sign or something, here's one. Go do something else, dip into other media of your liking.
>>85258 I agree! I will sacrifice myself for the first step and take Akita out on a date, watch movies and introduce her to new human foods! It's okay, I was born for this very purpose! >>85260 Yea. They're both Uzi's daughters from different settings. In a way, they're the same instance of the idea of Uzi having a daughter, just born of different circumstance. Akita being a one person's ideation, Beretta being the thread character. There's something.. inspiring about all these creative endeavours meeting in a place like this. It's rather charming.
>>85083 Your greentexts is very good, we are just a very small community and that's why we don't have many (you)s here, but trust me, we really appreciate your work.
>Beretta and Akita are engaging in wireless communication in the background >Be anon >Be depressed and sad >U-U comes over carrying a couple boxes and mocks you >Beretta and Akita snap their heads towards you in unison, sending hanging drool flying >The two bratty drones finish their long mockery with "Touch grass!" >Then they shake their packages at you and leave with their boxes >Beretta and Akita hold hands and run towards you >They join their free hands, encircling you, and they start dancing around you while giggling >"This is our sadness-repellent circle! There will be no sadness inside this circle!" says Akita >"Touch grass? Touchstone instead!" >"Good idea, Beretta!" >Each girl takes one of your hands and together they lead you away and back to their home >They sit you in front of a big, fat TV screen >While one is setting up an ancient VCR, the other lays out a feast of snacks fit for a couch potato in front of you >Then they jump onto either side of you >"Oh wait!" says Akita and she runs away >She runs back into the room and places something on your lap before resuming her position on your side >You look down >It looks up >It being a sort of fuzzy sausage with a face and a jacket >"What is this?" you ask >"She is Bugretta!" >Bugretta smiles a small smile at you >"Oh look, she likes you! Give her some head scratchies." >You gently scratch Bugretta's back >"Ooo-hoo-hoo..." goes the fuzzy sausage with it's eyes closed >"Movie time!XD" announces Akita >Beretta turns Bugretta around so she can look at the screen >The titles flash on the screen >Touchstone Pictures present >A film by yadda yadda starring yadda yadda >SPACED INVADERS >"Oooooo!"
>>85288 I'm sorry that I hurt you. It's something that I must live with every day. And all the pain I put you through; I wish that I could take it all away.
>>85293 Yeah, it's a song that used to play a lot in the 2000s. It is awful but it stays in your head for the rest of your life. Like MK Ultra programming, or that other awful song that goes "Unless you sing...sing...sing...siiiing..."
>>85260 >one's a drone Beretta was a drone, but over time the percentage of her body that's eldritch meat grew and now she's a Brundlefly with a drone candy coating.
>>85330 There really should be an Oogi wand or something that lets you dictate what they do, like the Kuva scepter or something For example, so you can order them to infest your annoying neighbors house to get him in trouble with the HOA
>>85343 as far as the DDs, NVJ were turned into monsters– N changed for the better pretty quick and is still trying to improve, J for all her problems has left everyone alone by the end– both of them deserve a shot at redemption. but V chooses to remain a monster, still casually killing innocents by the end. no matter how sad her story is, that's hard to ignore or forgive
cooldown sketch before i sleep. idk, i just thought the m1870 Galand has a visually interesting mechanism (gun autism kind of kicked in a little, also it's a russian revolver that isn't the usual Nagant). there's another one called the Fagnus revolver, really funky and funny-looking mechanism in that one.
>>85330 >"Bully" Bugretta by rolling the little sausage on her tummy and leave her there. >The oogis grab at their beanies in anguish and squeak >Come back some seconds later while they're attempting to attack you to rub your Bugretta's belly. >She happily "ooohs" while you do.
Surprising doll with a loving kiss Bringing down all of her defenses Turning her into a needy, submissive mess in an instant Feeling her cling her little hands to your shirt, needing more of your love
>>85252 >Hope and Cyn actually got along pretty well prior to everything going straight to hell. >Separate, they performed their tasks at the manor well. >When together however, it was as if their CPU's degraded to having a single half-functional logic gate. >Which they had to share. >This did not result in any drone-related injuries. >Most of the time. >Tessa did eventually separate them during work hours if only to spare herself being chained up and to spare the two maids from her parent's wrath.
>>85348 gotta love obscure firearms this just reminded me, I gotta draw Ivory with a bullpup Barrett .50 Cal But I gotta finish the outfits requests first, fuck....
>>85375 Hol' up. >V solos all of the sentinels, but succumbs to her injuries and FATAL ERRORs >V pops out of her body as a headcrab, sees a sentinel body in pretty good condition, gets an idea >fast forward >J is right about to kill the bus trio after a fierce battle when she suddenly gets bootlooped >in comes a yellow eyed sentinel >the sentinel starts talking in V's voice
>The drones are having human sex ed because they are retarded in their adaption of human society >Being the only human around, Teacher has you come over and strip for a demonstration >You reluctantly do so because you need the money >It's like posing for an art class, right? >You enter the classroom >The drones stare at you >You stare at the drones >Starers staring into the staring eyes of the staring starers >Someone coughs to break the uncomfortable silence >Teacher makes a "well?" gesture >"GET THE FUCK OUT!" you explode, causing the class to gasp and lean back >"What is wrong with you?" asks Teacher >"Boy drones, out! Now! Or no show!" >The male drones groan in disappointment as they're getting up to leave >"Hey! Don't "aww" me! You're dudes. You shouldn't want to see another dude's dick!" >You push Teacher out after the students >Now the class is just girls and Uzi >You are nervous >Public speaking is challenging to you >Public nudity even more so >"Umm, hello girls. I am anon but I guess you already know me, haha...Today I am here to show you the human body. In all it's decaying glory...I mean! I'll have you know I am considered extremely handsome among humans and you girls are lucky to have such...such a handsome specimen to study. Fwoooo....Okay. Here goes." >You undress slowly, indicating parts of the body and blithering about them >You are pretending you are doing it for educational purposes but in truth you are trying to postpone the inevitable >The drones, already a little moist from the yelling earlier, interpret this as a strip tease >Finally, there is nothing else to take off but your slip and your own body hair >You breathe in and out >"Here goes." >You take off your underwear >This is very uncomfortable >A gaggle of 18yo girls are staring at your junk! >You thank the Maker you had the idea to take Viagra beforehand because not only are you not aroused, but the place is cold as hell >"I umm, as you can see, this is what the penis looks like erect. This one is uncut. During sex the foreskin pulls back liiike this. You see it?" >Lizzy smiles >She grabs Emily's glasses and breaks them >"Wah?! I can't see! I can't see!" >Lizzy raises her arm >"Hey, human teacher? My friend is shortsighted. Can I bring her closer?" >"Okay I guess." >Lizzy takes Emily by the arm and forces her to come over to you >Emily comes eyes to eye with your dick >"What is this?" asks the confused drone >"It is the human penis. The male reproducti-" >"Why don't you take a closer look!" says Lizzy with an evil grin and pushes Emily's head onto your crotch >Emily goes "woah!" and your dick enters her mouth >Your tip hits the back of her throat and she gags >"Wkh!" >Digital tears form behind her visor >"What the hell?" you say >Lizzy pulls out her phone and takes selfies next to you >"Interspecies. Nice." >Emily pushes against your thighs and pulls her head back >For a moment there's a trail of glistening drone saliva connecting her tongue and your erect penis >Lizzy captures this by accident >"Gross but hot. Get back in there!" >Lizzy pushes Emily's head down again I ran out of inspiration.
>>85419 >CFL was a crappy post for humans >Cold, sunless, remote, long hours >But for the drones it was hell >Incarceration, torture, death >The drones were smart enough to catch on to the humans' needs quickly >The humans needed...companionship. Stress relief >The drones offered it to them >They figured that time spent having sex with humans was time not spent being tortured
I remember one Anon saying that he rewatched episode 3 and saw N suddenly started looking nervous when Doll said everyone at Outpost 3 had lost someone to the robo-vampires. Haven't rewatched in a while, is that true? Because that feels like a remnant from the slower paced, multiseason draft of the show that wasn't picked up on and removed from the script when Liam realized he didn't want to have to commit to something for years. Would have loved to see what these scattered hints of plans for drama about N killing Nori would have lead to. Uzi's commitment to "these 30 Days of Night vampires literally did nothing wrong" getting put to the test via finding out N not only killed her mom but was never going to tell her what he did would have been so kino.
>>85474 Nta who said it and it has been probably half a year since I last watched it, but it's true. Doll is speaking saying "I'm not the only one who (has(?)) lost family to them!" (In subtitles), while it shows Uzi and N facing her(looking left, Uzi is in front N in the background, he either raisey his eyebrows and or grows hollow eyed and or increases the 'curves' next to his hollow eyes from one to three(max). Iirc he also flinches and glances at Uzi subtly. So yeah it most definitely implies an 'oh shit' moment for him likely regarding Nori. >Multiseason draft/commitment being put to test Yeah, I feel that was once planned too. A similiar thing is with Alice's talk about how shitty Nori was, the confrontation with Nori could have been made bigger as well, maybe even have Alice around longer to add to it. But in the end we won't know for sure how much we lost, what's clear however is that the story we got is barebones compressed and could have easily been stretched to AT LEAST two 8 ep seasons, with other conflucts than immediately AS in earlier finales (Khan/destroyed realtion with N/something Nori cause she was always hinted at as bad(before 7 most here thought she will be shown as a total asshole in the flashback))
>>85527 I always set goals I cannot meet tho Luckily at least something gets done usually, I don't even have the outline of the story finished and can barely model a dronehead in Blender yet, but 5 years will lead to something (right)? Even if it is just 1 episode after that time, I'd be happy enough.
>>85510 I mean, even from what we got it's clear from that photo of her that back in her lab rat days Nori was a power tripping goblin whose only thought regarding the actual black magic she was getting from Vore Demon GLaDOS was "Hey, look at this cool thing I can do!"

>>85536 Faggot. >>85538 Double faggot! >>85537 Yeah, makes sense. Though 'Season 1' was rushed. Speaking of rushed stories, I need to get back to mine.
>>85498 She got em all killed. Here is her current squad.
>Serial Designation Phi Narcissistic, manipulative, backstabbing second in command. She tends to draw out her esses like a serpent. She uses a sniper rifle because she is secretly a coward, and a whip (against her teammates). She often tries to usurp Y but it ends badly for her.
>Serial Designation AS & SS aka the Sigmas The Sigmas are two brothers and the unit commandos. They are durable, physically strong, kinda dumb, enthusiastic, loud and klutzy. They work well together but their rivalry flares up at the worst times.
>Comms Officer Morse A femdrone in charge of communications. She is wearing a uniform styled after the Foreign Legion uniforms. She was supposed to be sent to a desert planet and is equipped with coolant systems. Because of this she doesn't overheat like the other DDs on Copper 9 and can go a long time without oil. She is calm, almost bored. She never sees combat.
>As yet unnamed Requisitions Officer The unit's merchant. He scavenges and smuggles a lot. He makes clinking noises when he walks and is wearing a trenchcoat with many internal pockets. He destroys personal property that he finds unattended so that you'll have to buy a replacement from him. He hates thieves. He saves money for a retirement venture that even he doesn't have a concrete idea about.
>Mini Y Y's guardian angel. Highly competent but her size and bad luck are her downfall. Long history of war crimes.
>The Grunts Faceless mooks to populate the background with. There are always as many as the story requires.
>Honorable mention: The General The General is a fake identity Cyn uses to issue commands to Y occassionally when she is bored or frustrated. Cyn speaks directly inside Y's head, making people believe she is insane. But every now and then they come across signs that he might exist. Sometimes Cyn does it for the lulz and other times the squad misinterprets circumstances.
Chatgpt knows Uzi, N and Sentinels pretty well, but J and Tessa are apparently from an AU. I asked for which characters it knows, weirdly enough V was not listed. Only Uzi, N, Tessa, J, Sentinels and WDs, who it said were the antagonists of the show. It isn't good for learning what happens in the show ofc but such stuff it still entertaining, seems Tessa and J have more online presence than V and even Cyn. Its info is of course outdated, but even back then V was way more relevant than J.
>be me >always wanted my own U-Us but I could never afford them >browsing drone forums one night >get an ad for "real drones very cheap!" or some shit >click >site is outdated, sketchy as hell >everything is in broken English >prices are too good to be true >decide to browse listings anyway to laugh at the engrish descriptions and fake reviews >notice their U-Us are on sale for dirt cheap >stupid cheap, cheaper than any of their regular drones >ignoring the obvious red flags, I click buy >(using a prepaid card, I'm not a total retard) >get confirmation email an hour later >shipping estimate is 1-2 months > >about a month later a dinged up unmarked shipping crate shows up at my door >it could only be my U-Us >of course I crack it open quick as I can >tear into the box inside >... >I shouldn't be surprised, but they're obviously knockoffs >really shitty, weird knockoffs by the look of it >they're U-U shaped, but they don't match >they've got brightly colored hair and bizarre outfits >check side of packaging >immediately understand why they were trying to get rid of these things >poorly centered words in an ugly font read: "Serial Designation UWU" guys help I'm scared to activate them

I'm conflicted. Alice's hick accent and survivalist nature make me think she'd like hunting but her love of deer makes me think she'd hate it. what do (You) think?
>>85591 alice loves them so much, she likes to kill them, the highest form of insanity love, the deers should feel honoured that their deaths are being put to something more useful
>>85601 >Be Femdrone >Make a comic to satisfy your N fetish >Decide to be cheeky and include a thread OC only in appearance along with your own original character >........ >End up destroying the character entirely and essentially overtaking it in the process
>>85614 It's not doing anything. "Femdrone is Uzi" is just a silly what-if joke that's not canon, Femdrone was made on a production line to work on Ns.
>N *especially* likes giving you head while you’re on your period >any time you start your period, when you go to leave the bathroom, N is just standing there in the doorway with an expectant look on his face (he can smell it from several rooms away) >you don’t even have to use pads or tampons for several hours after he’s done with you, because he’s so *thorough*
>>85591 Nothing wrong with loving them but also hunting them for necessity. Respect being the key word here. There's stuff like hunting manners. Same thing with fishing, you don't overfish, catch and release the juvenile fish, etc. >respect fair chase >shot placement >don't drink while hunting >respect the habitat >respect the dispatched animal (harvest the meat ASAP and minimize waste, make sure the carcass isn't next to a road/track/waterway), not making a big display Etc. etc. If you're not taking her on a hunting trip to kill ALL THE DEER and just taking down what's enough for maybe a few weeks, I don't see why not. It's really up to you to teach her hunting manners, cooped up in the CFL as she was. And remember to have ear protection. Alice might have sound reduction built in for her audio receptors (microphones compensate for loud sounds which is why videos never show how truly loud firearms are), but your inner ear doesn't. Damage to the hair cells in your ears is permanent, you don't want to end up 80% deaf in a few years and not be able to hear Alice's voice now, unless you're willing to live with a hearing aid.
>>85620 I wish Anon's weren't retarded. I know it sounds pretty faggy, but I got a personal connection with Beretta. She's what got me into the whole writing game to begin with, what got me inspired to try OC stuff
>>85621 >giving you head head is only reserved for people with dicks, unless in this greentext the person is trans or a futa >smell it who the ever living fuck is giving robots nose, that’s weird, not the good kind, weirder than anything that can exist
>>85591 I too am conflicted Earlier this week I had deer for the first time and still am unsure how Alice would feel about that. I myself wouldn't kill a deer. She is definitely very 'earthy' and ofc had to put herself first to survive as long as she did, but even then it is worth considering that the other subjects were killed by Sentinels immediately after the collapse and not by Alice, so, while Alice even did hunt DDs via traps and Sentinels, Alice seemingly never did initiate violence -DDs were likely known to her before already, Nori knew them as well-, hunting for the sake of fun or sustenance even is still different from 'hunting' (rather ambushing/trapping) in a defensive manner to save yourself in the first place. It gives the impression that due to her eagerness watching the Sentinels, and the at least 18 cores, Alice wouldn't have a hard time taking a life, but there's more nuance to that, after all DDs are by nature predating WDs. Yeah she undeniably has a sadistic side and probably got off to watching the Sentinels hunt N and 'Tessa', but besides that being hot af🔥🧡 those were not only direct threats to her (who in her mind couldn't be reasoned with, based on what she knew from CFL (other human worlds would only have known the X faced mindless killers) and Vs total lack of emotion or reaction while in Alice's room), but also morally justifiable to kill.
Hunting deer would seem in character for such a survivalist living in her chop-shop, among bodies of her kind, but as your pic rel shows, she definitely adores deer, her antlers are totally based on deer and not modern Wendigo (maybe Liam thought of a Wendigo when designing her, but in canon Alice is a deer enthusiast). She also wouldn't gain much from killing deer but trophies,( yeah she may put 029's throat on her antlers but 029 was beyond anything Alice could have fixed anyways and dead for 20 years at that point, Alice didn't kill for that part). Also don't forget her attitude back then 'please don't touch my stuff' seems friendly for a test subject (didn't Yeva or Nori have 'STAY OUT' or so?), along with her being visibly happy about Uzi cause she was the first living WD she saw in 2 decades, Alice maybe fumbled it somewhat by having zero self awareness, but she wasn't overly violent or initiated physical hostilities with her. In the end, Alice seems sweet based on what shines through of her behaviour when not in a life or death situation, were she to ever see a living deer there is no way I can see her harm or kill it just for a trophy
>>85617 Yea. That's definitely going to go over the heads of some anons though unless you beat the point over their heads enough times. >>85619 They shouldn't be. Beretta's a thread character when Danon felt like he wasn't able to do much with her. If they don't want to entertain the idea of Beretta in RUINS comic, they don't have to. Sometimes I think dronetism has the effect of the Feeblemind spell on some anons.
>>85632 Hypothetically if I did. Would it be awkward to post it in the main thread? It's not really Drone related, more like Liam related...and no one basically uses the other thread
>>85621 Don't get so mad at him, N needs oil or human blood (don't ask JCJ experts why human blood is appropriate.) for don't overheat and die, you can save money that way.
Man I wish I could draw. It's not that I want to draw or that I want to bask in the positive attention it brings. There are pics I wish existed. Like Tessa taking off her suit, or Tessa playing the guitar in space, or moody pieces with young Tessa, or Giantessa's body glistening as she exits the sea or Giantessa sunbathing. I was looking at some shitty drawings from years ago and I have improved. But it is depressing because my progress is visible under a microscope, and my problems with drawing are fundamental and won't go away. Man I can hardly stay awake. I translated the two french pages another anon posted here the other day. The final tip was a laugh.
>>85617 It's just really funny and, surprisingly, makes quite a bit of sense. So we make jokes about it all the time, but we respect the history of OC authorship and we don't try to rewrite it.
>>85646 Anon, you HAVE progress, even if it's minor in your opinion, it still means your drawings are better now than they were a year ago. If you keep drawing, sooner or later you will draw awesome arts.
>>85058 Actually, most of the Sentinels hate that kind of coddling shit because it makes them feel like they're being talked down to. If they watch a show or movie, it's something that ascribes to their personal tastes. Example, Adeline's favorite movies are usually MGM musicals from the early to mid 20th century, such as Singin' In The Rain, Royal Wedding, Easter Parade, or Meet Me in St. Louis. Especially the first two.
>>85671 I didn't see it back then either. Peeps were talking about that Beretta in the context of the comic, not conflating it with the original version. You're worrying about nothing.
>>85627 oh i thought it was a gender neutral term also, he doesn’t have a visible nose, but he does have smell receptors on his “snout” >>85641 >i save money on period supplies AND oil for N >N gets a treat win-win
>>85072 >Show Elf a Scooby Doo movie >Get to the end where they capture the big monster villain >She doesn't care >They pull the villain's mask off to reveal he's just a regular human >Elf freaks out and fires a full gram of antimatter into the TV, instantly killing everyone in the room including herself, and destroying the entire base
>>85588 Hell yea. Worker drones would look cute in a casual by-the-stream fishing getup. A khaki bucket hat, either cargo shorts or trousers (beeg pockets are good), simple button-up shirt with a PROPAH vest and outdoor boots. Just standing in the great outdoors by the stream and making a throw.
>>85682 great job Elf, your the perfect example WHY we don’t show humans in any games, TV shows, books, and any other entertainment related to humans, bloody twat, you manage to be even worse than a DD, that's why your original owner abandoned you, and if i'm being honest? he should have throw you into the incinerator
Just a very rough five minute sketch but I drew Marcy older, based on an ancient Post-Cannon ending idea that never got fleshed out into something more than a suggestion.
Just watched Jane devour Mini-Y in the bathroom, this is twice now she's eaten someone in the bathroom specifically. What the fuck is up with bathrooms being a place of dining?
>>85716 I am glad Marcy gets to grow old with Anon and not mourn him being stuck in a cryopod forever Because that's what happens, she gets to have a whole slew of kids Yep
>>85715 Might be a little while. I have a lot of the big plot points planned out so far, but I'm still in the idea phase. I also still need to do a proper reading of Phoenix to get a good feel on K's personality, so I can accurately represent persona degradation, as well as to just understand the original SD lore better. I normally like to write really long stuff but I was thinking of dropping a short green that starts to set the narrative into motion.
>>85705 >>85706 He's bored with nothing to do with his time. He can't draw or write anything to contribute to the threads either. I always click on the minus button on his posts. He's basically dead weight, just let go. Or I mean, you can start collecting enough screencaps of his posts to show to Blackhand, if you feel like it. That's an option. One guy was ousted before. Can happen again.
>it was only by the grace of God that Emily survived that field trip >sure, she was put into a coma for a while >and she missed something big >what exactly, she didn't know– everyone kept saying it would be too much to take in in her "delicate mental state" >none of that mattered. it was a miracle all the same. >the doctors said she had suffered "catastrophic brain damage" >but Emily knew they were wrong– >she wasn't "dangerously unstable," she'd been touched by the almighty– granted communion with the heavens. >they'd shown her things while she lay dreaming >without a word, they had weaved the haze of deepest sleep into a grim tapestry >visions of a demon that wore a girl's skin >the very same that nearly took her life >they showed her that, outside these sterile white walls, the demon walked unnoticed among her fellow drones >and would lead them to ruin. >having shown her this, the heavens sent down an angel >an indefinite figure of brilliant golden light to guide her back into the waking world >as she stood on the threshold between dreams and reality, it entrusted her with a holy mission: >kill the deciever while she slept, and eat her twisted heart >only Emily, a vessel for god's light, could undertake this sacred duty >only she could see through the guise of Uzi Doorman, and vanquish the demon that lay beneath
>>85718 This was sometime after the thread had been bouncing around what Beretta was like as a character. I don't know if this is up to date with how she's usually written anymore but at the time she was supposed to be socially outcast and struggling with solver possession, having biological parts and being the kid of hero celebrities. I speculated that Marcy with the frozen and possibly still alive? MarcyAnon in tow could have made her way across Copper 9 from the far northern outpost where she was when the core collapse happened to interact with the post-canon characters. At that point she would have been one of the oldest drones on the planet, having been brought online and later imported to Copper 9 well before the events of the prologue. I thought that maybe Beretta could confide in her as a fellow outsider who never really fit in with the other Drones, who lived through the whole core collapse and had seen other worlds and had interesting experiences back when humans were around, etc. >>85723 The light inside is broken but she still functions. >>85724 I don't pay attention to thread trends much, I just doodled her 'cause writing new greentexts about her reminded me.

>>85765 I haven't had time to pump out greens daily. There's a few greens while back, suggestion about her seeing stuff The Solver absorbed from other realities.
>>85764 then that's on them to learn and understand where beretta came from hell, even remmy came from the threads too, just not by that name similarly, akita came from another drawfag's twitter before being adopted into the threads, there is no taking or giving going on, i'm not sure why people would be worried that there is
>>85772 >hell, even remmy came from the threads too, just not by that name Not very familiar with thread lore. Is Remmy inspired from Mac or a similar character?

>>85812 cool design ngl. But to be honest when I first looked at it I thought dr.robotnik came to this thread, made this post as he tries to kill that blasted hedgehog
>>85814 The core is independent, it does not need the rest of the drones body to function since it is both powersource and houses the AI. Usually the failsafe smh kills the core once they die (I headcanon it happens at FATAL ERROR)or it gets manually engaged for proper disassembly (JCJ version), but it has a 00.01% chance of failing due to 'wear'. (The rest of the ZD tape and disassembly methods only exist due to the unreliable failsafe) Ofc not all zombiedrones are solverhosts, for example Alice has no flesh inside, means zd Emily couldn't walk around as a flesh core. She would still most likely need outside help to function again (there is a plothole tho, the outdated WD cutaway shows a central computer in the lower back of their heads, in canon this function is fullfilled by the later added cores tho, meaning heads are technically nothing more than sensory stations/for design and communication), and definitely need somebody else to give her a new head. It's postcanon AU anyways
>>85817 >17 Letss goo, Alice is among us Imagine having managed to gain her trust, to fix her hurt body and give her comfort, to take her away from the death and solitude of CFL, to build a relationship with her and be with her at night, at home far away from all else, the precious lively small drone there, in Winter with her warm candlelight handlights and eyes, watch the stars burn bright above in a clear cutting cloudless winter sky, before going back in to warm at a fireplace, to drift off to sleep with her under covers close to you, no longer alone or endangered, no longer having anyone out for her very life or wellbeing, giving her that deserved calm free and cozy life and all the love and embrace she deserves Her cute slight snoot, these vital eyes, her white smooth hands~🧡🤍🖤
>>85825 Harper's daughter introduced her to the wonders of nature. Initially she just dragged the locker around on a hand truck while Avre watched through the cracks
>>85823 Oh yeah, didn't see that, very interesting! But let's keep Alice Solverfree, AS can likely still talk to her, maybe there's a chance AS can 'remotely' fix her head or at least enough that Alice can help herself again. The scenario has potential, Alice is afraid of AS and wouldn't let it take over, but if the 'fix' which seems not possible could somehow be made...Alice would have motivation for revenge and AS is a manipulator, perhaps it would really opt to fix her making a deal or promise of more when she kills Uzi-which Alice would probably feel like anyways after 6. I just wish there could be an ending with all three Alice Emily and Uzi surviving. It would be hard to write and I'd fail myself, but it would be awesome to see, it has postcanon Alice, Alice and Uzi as well as Alice and Emily, all three interesting
>>85842 >She gets closer the more you think of her. >Living your life pretending she doesn’t exist is the only way to keep her at bay. >Always keeping distance, never seeming to get closer or farther when you walk around. >How does the person in that suit do it?
>>85849 >Marcy is leaning against the pod, 'talking' to Anon inside of it >She doesn't realize he's been awake for two days now and would really like to be let out please
>>85550 I will address this >Serial Designation Phi Okay.. you just kept Phi and made her a coward...? I've always thought of Phi as being more of a corrupting influence towards Y less of a direct usurper. Phi has always been a unnatural addition to Y's squad. She isn't supposed to be there at all. Hell she wasn't even in the same building when Y (Yvvone), Delta (Ulysses), and Theta (Trinity) were converted into Disassembly Drones by Cyn's horde. Actually she was the reason they were converted in the first place. Phi has always had a unhealthy obsession with freedom and a general hatred towards mankind. She was hosted in a government building adjacent to the Gamestore in which Y worked as the assistant manager (Practically the manager seeing as the human store owner practically never came by). Phi was overworked, abused, and mindwiped regularly in the grueling bureaucracy work of a interstellar government, which caused fragmentation in her code and eventually made her unstable. Seeing Yvvone working so free and happy from her window made her obsessed with her. She saw in her freedom that she so craved. and wanted to punish Ulysses and Trinity who she saw as leaching off of her 'Freedom'. Thus when she got the opportunity to sign up with Cyn she willingly gave herself over in exchange to torment Yvvone and her friends. If Phi hadn't jumped ship Y and co would have just been more bodies in the pile actually. The reason she uses a sniper rifle is not of cowardness but because she likes to watch. like she did in her high office. She likes the control of the sniper, knowing that she could end whatever she looked at through the scope with a pull of a trigger. to her it gave her power that she always lacked as a worker drone. I dont see a reason for her needing to "Usurp" Y in the sense of that she already has. She basically has her in the palm of her hand and by feeding Y's delusions she can basically do as she pleases already. What is there to userp? >Serial Designation AS & SS aka the Sigmas Ehhhh... no comment? I dont really have anything comparable to them in Y's squad i created. But i feel that adding 2 more characters to a already bloated squad of 4 is a bit much. >Comms Officer Morse I guess this is a sort of replacement for Theta? Theta wasn't ever really developed by me in any serious capacity. Never found the brainworms to do it. But here is what I do have of her. Theta is ultmately the broken bird of Y's squad. She is ment to be the optimist cheery one, however the rolling years have slowly begain to put a toll on her. She is deeply scared of Phi and to some extent Y. But she always feels like she is supposed to help the squad, and feels an underlying loyalty to a Yvvone deep in time that she simply cannot abandon. Despite her memory wipe she knows something is wrong with her and does try to help but she is unsure how. She also has a romantic relationship with Delta, despite his moody attitude. In essance she is the heart of the squad and what is keeping it together (Minus Phi, she is a tumorous cancer upon it) >As yet unnamed Requisitions Officer This guy sort of fills the Role of what I had Delta doing. He was a collector of objects and filled with bitterness. Though he doesn't share the delusion of retirement that this unnamed character has. Delta has always been a sort of lancer to Y always questioning her and trying to make her see a bit of reason. Delta having lost hope in everything but with his memory wiped he doesn't really know why. Delta has always been a collector of things, his former role as the store's warehouse manager sees to that. He doesn't know why Y has been commanded by "Her Superior" to slaughter the drones on copper 9 beyond being the private arm of the JCJenson Corperation. He is almost always bickering with Y and tries his best to shield Theta from the worst of Phi and Y's abuse. Yet he still like Theta despite the mindwipe knows that Yvvone cares for them, even if she has lost it in recent times, and still holds a lingering loyalty to his former boss. But the only thing keeping him truly loyal is Theta in the end. >Mini Y She doesn't really fit in the canon (or rather as close to show canon as i've tried to build Y and her squad into). She is mostly just comic relief in a more HoDR or Domestic AU. >The Grunts Y was never supposed to have a proper army, that is kind of counter to her purpose as a bumbling lunatic fighting a pointless war against drones in a equally pointless way. She isn't a head of an army she is just trying to cope with what she was forced (and acting as entertainment to Cyn) to do whilst not getting sent to Cyn's fun time robot hell >Honorable mention: The General Ehhh... I mean sort of. Y is delusional and Cyn does sometimes directly inject visions or hallucinations into her for her entertainment. But most of her delusions are borne of trauma. Trauma for the dark bargin she made for her life back on earth. Trauma from literally slaughtering and eating the last of humanity. Trauma from losing her friends and drifting more and more away from them as the years grind on and she is forced to keep up the charade less she face the truth of reality in the face. If anything Phi is more of the corrupting influence. Pressuring her into driving away what friendship remains with Delta and Theta beyond her course attitude and trauma and from what she has done to them in denying reality.
>>85866 Wonderful. Maybe she'd have the same kind of gloves the Cabin Fever test subjects had, the ones based on the gloves that keep schizos from clawing at themselves and others?
>>85889 Outpost hygiene is "you're a robot lol" so all these motherfuckers smell, mostly of oil and grease. Though I could also imagine hair care being part of the whole human thing. Maybe they take their wig off and shove it in a dishwasher, or lovingly bathe and brush it in the bath?
Either way, Negev's hair is probably not a wig, and you can brush and shampoo it for her since she's probably a bit more waterproof than most.
>>85866 >>85880 >Holding Negev in your lap >She's still restrained, of course, for your safety as well as her own >You can feel the fitful buzz-hum of her core like an overclocked power supply through her back >Setting aside her helmet and brushing her hair with your fingertips >Its full of tangles and matted bits, sadly the staff here don't seem to take very much care of anything but her basic needs >You start by running a stiff metal comb through the worst parts, sometimes she'll grunt or hiss in discomfort when you hit a tangle and it pulls on her hair >Each time you run your palm in circles between her shoulder blades until she's calmed again >Then you move on to a normal hair brush, undoing most of the messy frizzy locks, this time you can feel her leaning back against you >Finally you run through her hair with a silky fine bristle brush, whenever you get close to one side of the face she'll turn to rub her cheek against the soft bristles, obviously greatly enjoying the sensation of it against her >Once finished you shove your face affectionately into her shoulder, her hair feels like a tumbling wave of silk tickling your skin >She smells of plain soap, starched fabric and hot electronics
>>85893 >Negev tearing her arms free of her straitjacket the moment you're alone together >charging you down in a dead sprint, giving you no time to react >having near-instantly closed the distance, you can't escape as she viciously cuddles you

>snake, much like his namesake, can unhinge his jaw >proceeds to scoop up one end of Solverpede and suck it down like spaghetti >everyone in the bunker is relieved the threat is gone and horrified at what happened >"that's pretty good!" >great stamina recovery
>>85901 kek He's the one Outpost 3 needs to take care of the remaining Solverpedes. If I remember right there were still a bunch of them slithering around when the episode zoomed in toward the planet core.
>>85899 >the three Doll pulped are there >the prom court girls Doll ate, Sam, and Darren were able to get out of Uzi's mind palace for the night >Rebecca and Emily came >while (You) and Negev are together and everyone else is unable to look away from Darren and Rebecca's post-tearful reunion public sloppy makeout session, a red AbsoluteSolver rune pushes in a folding table with a bowl of punch and a telekinetically drawn apology card on it >the card wasn't even necessary on Doll's part; just giving the forbidden drink to people who can drink it now that they're already super dead was enough
>Human J's job interview >James Elliot: "What do you see yourself doing during your employment"? >J's thoughts: "Don't say your daughter, don't say your daughter, don't say your daughter" >J: Doing your.... Wife?
>>85906 I still don't understand where the "other drones besides Doll and Cyn are in Uzi's mind". Uzi and Doll are never shown consuming cores. Cyn could have but Cyn likely turned them into DDs like N V J, and the reason they're not in the mindspace is because they're currently inhabiting a body.
Elegy for Negev >It goes so easy to be unseen. >Out of mind. Gone from consideration. Written off for loss. And it is quite nice to be far out of the reach of the Solver. >But it is hard to see those you thought you knew living their lives past you, without a single thought that you may have existed by their own cause, or otherwise. >To be fair though, after you play the role of your life enough times, you start getting jaded. And then they throw you in a cage because you know how everything works. You've seen it all before. >Negev Doorman's birth as the child of Uzi Doorman and Serial Designation-N wasn't the miracle it was made out to be, because I'd been born so many times prior. >Negev Doorman never got close enough with her family and her beloved sister, Beretta, because I'd already seen the worst in them. >Negev Doorman never awaited her first kiss, because I'd already shared my affection innumerously. >Negev Doorman never cherished her children, because so many had come and died before. >Negev Doorman never feared death, whether in health or by no fault of her own, because she had infinitely been made victim previous. >I know I sound kind of ungrateful, perhaps cruel here, and perhaps I am, but believe me when I say, I've seen things. I've seen it all, whether they believe me or not. >I don't know everything, but I do know what I know, and what I know is that death isn't the end. >How this came to be, how I found myself in constant repeat of my own life, across time and space, across conditions and restrictions and scenario, that I do not know. But it's the least of my worries. Whoever put me up to this can have their fun. >I'll be remembered, at least for a little while, and then I'll be forgotten again. Even by those I believed closest. >If nobody knows you exist, nobody will find you. Just how things are. >But by chance or otherwise, Negev Doorman will be found again. >Until then, it's just a matter of waiting. >A lot of waiting...and watching.
>>85916 They're never shown to not have consumed cores either, and the Solver assimilates everyone it eats because it's a full on vore demon and not a person with vore demon properties.
>>85247 Thanks, it makes me happy myself, sometimes it's necessary to push past a few imperfections to get it all done in one go, glad to hear you like it, must mean it worked this time
So so so beautifull Also happy, after everything that's been, all the monotonous horror and loneliness of the past two decades, Alice didn't just manage to capture DDs this time, but even a human and a live Worker Drone, surely this will change everything for the better right? Or atleast give some company, not like it's a demon who's gonna get Beau killed and Alice's head smashed underfoot, right?
>Anon sits in his chair relaxing after finishing his eulogy greentext, when suddenly... >*CRASH!!!* >Through his window leaps an extremely pissed off Negev >Caught-off guard for once in his eldrich life, Anon has no time to react as the wild Drone pounces directly ontop of him, her teeth sinking into his throat and tearing it open like a rabid dog >Her fangs glisten with blood as she cackles maniacally, gorging on the dead God's innards in pure ecsta- >"HEY! HOW ARE YOU STILL WRITING IF I JUST TORE YOUR THROAT OUT!?", said Negev with a mouthful of my flesh to absolutely no one because I am dea- >"ALSO, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN WRITE ME KILLING YOU IN RETALIATION!? U-Unless......" >"OOOH, you're a FREAK!"
>>85965 >Negev didn't have a childhood >She doesn't know what Star Wars is >Whenever Beretta comes to visit and it gets brought up, Negev believes that Beretta is talking about historical events
>>85976 Reminds me of Beau, I mean seriously how fucked up was his situation? The dude was stuck as a Pillbaby for god knows how many years, sure Alice gave him limbs, but at the very least she could've constructed the poor bastard a real body
>>85978 It might not be a matter of building, seems like she was perfectly proficient on that end, it might have to do with transferring the program from pillbaby body to adult drone body. She might not have known how, or been able to access instructions.
I just got back from touching night grass What the fuck are people talking about that I messed up Beretta's character, she literally did nothing than just warn Remmy of a possible danger I had more planned for a third part, but that ain't happening for a good while I like Beretta a lot design wise, she's a good fanchild Remmy was indeed based on Mac, only that Remmy was more of a rebel child, who liked exploration and building
>>85980 Given how Alice treated him it's just as likely she didn't want to give him an actual body and instead wanted him in a 'limited' form so she could control him better.
>>86013 Damn, you could probably lift up Tessa and use her eyes as a flashlight. That shit is so bright it'd probaby disintegrate anything caught in it's beam
>>86014 >Walking to a corner store with your daughter at night. Why? Because you can, of course. >A dastardly fiendish drone rounds the corner and points a gun at you. >"Give me your money." He says in his evil synthetic voice. >Pick up your daughter by her torso and point her service end towards the fiend. >Drone immediately turns into picrel as the power of a thousand Australian suns envelops his chassis. >Continue walking to the corner store with your daughter, not a word shared between you. >Get her a Seven Up for her troubles then go home.
>>86033 My headcanon is that pillbabies are neural network trainers created for highly specific/complicated jobs typical worker drones can't do competently out of the box. You can also upload memories/software from other drones to speed the process up. Drones just repurposed them as children.
