Welcome once again Friends, to the regular talks about Drones! You know why we are here, to talk about Drones, Murder Drones, how much we love them, theories and anything that is thread related. Yes, it's the time of the day like every day to talk about Drones! Let's start talking, and I hope you are having a nice day. The astounding Booru: https://dronebooru.co
I have no proof and the archives provide nothing, but someone said Dirt started innocent and became a sex fiend at some point. It it's true, that makes me sad.
>>8319 The first time I remember ever seeing the character was in a /trash/ thread and they were just vibing, not sexually assaulting every other character they got drawn with.
>>8331 >Anon brings up that they've have made a particular character in a conversation >Refuses to elaborate when pressed for details Why would you even bother bringing it up if you never intended to actually talk about it? God I fucking hate vagueposters
>>8282 >>8283 >>8288 sometimes i do feel bad that i made my character too self-inserty, and i kinda wish i could have a do-over cause i feel like it sucks i could’ve made my character a drone, but im a sucker for mixed species couples, *especially* human female x robot male (or otherwise not-quite-human boy) tessa x N my beloved, too bad it’s such a rare ship :[ the reason it’s not a shadowperson or set on copper-9 is cause it’s part of an AU (see picrel) which is meant to have a more domestic, cozy real-life setting and it’s not my irl house, gosh i’d never bring N here, i wanna get out of here
>>8350 >Stories V befriending Lizzy and the various hijinks she has to engage in so that N will still think she's chained up the whole time. Uzi gradually putting together her schizo conspiracy board. Someone finally fucking patching that hole in the roof that Frank couldn't get to because he died. >Villains Do we need any more than we've already got?
>>8350 >potential stories I would like to see Alternate Universe where the AS was found much sooner, and an infected Uzi is captured and horrifically tortured through experimentation. Tessa is more curious about her and doesn't treat Uzi with contempt or hatred but rather with wary kindness.
>>8350 Adams Family-esque dark comedy with sitcom elements set at the manor. Or just something that gives more information than 10 seconds of screentime as to what V was like as a WD, and potentially Cyn before she got hijacked.
>>8370 >They would interpret that as flirting That was not my intention. I was asking a legitimate question but if it can't be helped, I'll get the plasma cannon instesd.
>>8381 nta, but what's stopping you from just making something new? you probably never should've posted that pic of yourself that confirmed the character was literally just you, then you could have some deniability
>>8381 NTA but that question honestly hinges on whether you are seeking the approval of 'yourself' or 'others'. Self inserts come in many shapes & forms, ranging from the blatant "literally me" and the vague character archetype(s) that make up ones 'ideal' fictionalized self. Stuck on mobile right now but I'll try to write up more detailed thoughts when I get home this evening
>>8387 Here's some I thought of >Literally me The character is literally you The story, setting and other characters exist for you to live out some kind of fantasy that you have >God I wish that were literally me The character is literally you, but your ideal version of yourself. Basically the same as literally me, but now you are a mary sue perfect version of yourself, doing everything you ever wanted to do/achieve >powerfantasy fanfiction When you don't like something in a story so you write a character who exists only to change the story/setting to your liking So, creating a new OC whose an angel or something, that kills the Solver and saves all the drones
Just write. All my human characters are unashamed self-inserts with enough different from me to get away with it. Usually this means they're not worthless deadbeats, but sometimes there are other changes. I try to add a bit of substance, though. Rather than just go "this is what I want to do to this character", I try to come up with a universe in which me doing that to that character makes sense. I still have not found a way to do that for my latest fantasies that doesn't suck hardcore, though.
>>8393 well, the discussion was about how to not make Izz a self-insert character which is frankly impossible considering that if you search "Izz" on the booru a real life picture shows up
>>8393 I think all characters in some way are self inserts. its really unavoidable. I know i put alot of myself into my characters. Though what I do put in is often warped by their different background, and a different outlook on existence. But thats just my rambling bullshit
>>8396 I think it'd be mostly on Doll. V didn't really seem to harbor any particular grudges toward Doll, she was only interested in tracking her down because she knew that she had Solver shit going on. Although that might have changed what with Doll siccing the sentinels on her.
>>8407 >Your life literally is as valuable as a robo-cockroach >I'm just gonna [STAB] you, you're gonna keep coming back >Imma seal up all my doors, you're gonna keep coming back >Why? Cause you keep smelling the oil. You worthless bitch ass drone Behold my shitty drawing
>>8434 We see them eating batteries more than once. Tiberium is a potent energy source, plus it contains a high concentration of the same sorts of minerals you'd use for batteries and other industrial applications. I'm sure it'd work.
Bayle The Dread - Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree OST Official Soundtrack Original Score >CUUUURSE YOUUU BOOGI! >I HEARBY VOW, YOU WILL RUE THIS DAY >BEHOLD >A TRUE OOGI EXTERMINATOR AND I, IGON >YOUR FEARS MADE FLESH >BUILT OF BLUBBER YOU MIGHT BE, FOUL BUGRETTA >BUT I WILL RIDDLE WITH HOLES YOUR ROTTEN HOODIE >WITH A HAIL OF HARPOONS >WITH EVERY LAST DROP OF MY BEING
>>8439 Nothing good ever comes of tying yourself to a real-life presence. Just be glad you didn't pick up orbiters, I guess. Unless you did, in which case I'm so sorry.
>>8443 The fanart was weird, but not too much of a red flag. Now if someone were talking about how they wanted to become N for her? Yeah. I've seen that before.
>>8445 Should clarify that the fanart was not of her character, but of her. Like fanart of the photograph of herself that she posted Maybe it's just me but I think that's pretty weird
>>8448 Yes I know that, I saw it, he didn't act weird about it not said weird things, it was like "I saw this person, and I drew it" drawing people ain't weird in itself Pretty weird to immediately assume it must be weird >>8450 Yeah we maintain anonymity for pretty good reasons, but if you are going to that, remember to sensor sensible parts like the face with destructive means of censoring
>>8452 (me) Wanted to add, the character basically looks like her, so, if you truly didn't knew what he based the drawing off you could easily day it was the character
>>8451 >>8453 The photo is literally included in the fanart https://dronebooru.co/posts/2472?q=izz+ And we were on the topic of orbiters which is why I mentioned it
>>8439 Don't be too hard on yourself, it will do you no good, it happened, now just throw it out of your mind and forget it, or if you can forget it, learn that is a thing that happen and move on, believe me, it's no worth it thinking something over and over again wishing to do something different.
>>8439 I can only speak for myself but it's probably not as big a deal as you're making it out to be in your head. When I do remember that pic even exists it's sort of like >Oh right, there's a girl who likes to draw who's really into N and dyes her hair >It takes all kinds, doesn't it? And then I carry on with my day. You're not getting raked over the coals in any circles for being a weirdo if that's what you're worrying about.
>>8454 The drawing is there, it should be edited to take out the photo, but it wouldn't surprise me they used the drawing as a defence and tje photo later for details, but I guess we'll never know But, by the way, why do you think sharing this is a good idea when the person is saying how much she regrets that decision? Kinda heartless
>>8458 >But, by the way, why do you think sharing this is a good idea when the person is saying how much she regrets that decision? Winning an argument online is the most noble and important calling in the world. That's why I posted the booru link rather than the picture itself. If she cares that much then I'll delete the post.
>>8464 I remember this pic but I can't recall where it came from. I want to say I remember someone complaining about how unreadable the artist's signature was at some point.
>>8461 >Winning an argument online is the most noble and important calling in the world. That is fucking sad, I'm going to assume you are only joking, nobody can say such a sad thing with a straight face
>>8459 I remember it every time I see a drawing of Izz. Maybe because I had both threads open when she posted it, and watched it rack up a ridiculous amount of replies in both threads. And the fanart really stuck with me. I seriously can't believe there are people that don't think it's weird. Like drawing random people on the subway for views is one thing (Also think this is kinda weird), but just some random person on an anonymous imageboard is really strange to me.
>>8467 If you remember every time you see a drawing, I think you are the weird one in this scenario, well finding weird people ain't hard in this place
>>8469 Well considering that it's the only ever photograph of a person who posts here in the history of these threads (afaik), and it's from a very well known poster here that is constantly referred to and talked about, then it isn't really that hard to remember. Especially when her character is directly based off of that picture. Maybe you just have bad memory.
>>8474 >tfw you will never give a pair of mind-linked disassembly drones crippling insecurity about their complete lack of tits, ass, or hips Why even bother?
>>8478 Thats what I thought >>8476 You are going to be forced to watched the 48 hours "Friends" special now, see you in 2 days >>8477 I remember a drawfag making her talk spanish sometimes, makes it better to be honest >>8479 Pinche puto gringo no mames wey
>>8482 Because they only know Mexico, like I only know "Pinche puto gringo no mames wey" from a mexican, if that is the only thing you learn thats the only things you see
>>8435 its a mineral leeching crystal it makes nasty work of living humans already a drone making direct contact with tiberium probably turns them into a shiny green statue, and fast
what i wanted was to have a self-insert character just like some other anons (femdrone, dirt for example) to draw cute things together with N and have a character to use for my domestic AU scenarios
>>8487 Yes, but drones, disassemblers especially, have eldritch bullshit going on inside of them that may protect them. >tfw you see N eat a bowl of tiberium crystals like it's a salad
>>8494 Not much you can do then to avoid appearing as a self-insert. You shouldn't have violated the masquerade by posting multiple images of yourself across different anonymous imageboards.
kneading on N’s belly with my hands… him purring and mumbling… gently holding N’s head in my hands and kissing his forehead… making sure he feels loved, that he can feel it in his heart, how loved he is putting my hand on N’s heart to see if he’s calm… soothing him by massaging his chest… nuzzling my head against N’s neck and holding him… telling him how happy i am to have him… how lucky i am to have started a new life together with him, and got away from where i was before…
>>8510 no, but it’s nothing new, don’t worry about it taking care of N when he’s sick or hurt or sad… treating him with tenderness and compassion… giving him so much affection and love…
Master, I don't understand why you keep slurping everytime you drink. I don't mean to overstep my position, but you're in no shape to court any fine ladies with those manners
>>8488 Going to voice an unpopular opinion here I guess: you don't need to redesign your blatant self-insert, nor do you need to be ashamed of the fact that you made a blatant self-insert character in the first place. These threads positively overflow with 2nd person-perspective greens where (you) do something badass, or sexy, or otherwise exciting with (you)r favorite drone. Blatant reader self-insert crap and no one even bats an eye. It's a thread dedicated to a work of fiction on a Polish iron smelting forum, blatant, unrepentant self-insert shit is part and parcel for this corner of the internet.
>>8509 Hi, sorry for late response. I actually don't plan most of them, only the most recent three I had plans for, since there's no real on going story I'm mostly just writing when an idea crops in my head. This /might/ change after I'm done with the main one I'm currently planning on making, but I might drop some "filler" in the meantime, mostly more world building. So yeah, most of the greens you've read so far were done on impulse (and that's the case for stuff related to W too), only the last few were sort of planned in advance.
>>8200 >Not wasting any time she starts bouncing up and down. “Uzi, what are you---” You reach out to her but she grabs your hands and pushes them down to your side with extreme strength. If she wasn’t that short she could have easily pushed them above your shoulders. >”I got you with the…maid act, huh?” She says between pants. “I know you…very…well. What you like, what you…hate…even your taste in women, heheh…” She chuckles. “I know what makes you tick, Anon…you like this, don’t you? Being…mffph…ridden by a human-hating drone, don’t you?” >To be honest…yeah, you’re actually enjoying this a lot. Her iron grip barely allowing you to move, her being a bratty bitch but most of all her doing all the work is arousing. Very much so. You grumble as you lay your head back on the bed. >”Hah, I knew it! Drones are…hah…clearly superior to humans in everything. Just…satisfy their carnal…desires and you got them wrapped…hoh…around yer finger…And the best part? I enjoy having this…control.” She stops bouncing and starts grinding as she leans forward and gives you a manic smile. “But you’re my…hmf…’master’, aren’t you? Why aren’t you fighting back? Why aren’t you teaching me…a lesson? Punishing me?”
>>8473 >"But you haven't even seen it!" you protest >"Exactly!" U- laughs >"Imagine wearing sweatpants and having nothing to show off," -U adds >"I-I'm a grower, and X inches is fine!" >"PFFFF- yeah, keep telling yourself that!" >"It's fine, Anon, a lot of people go about their lives with microdicks." >"You were gonna die a virgin anyway!" >"It's not your fault God hates you." >"But who can blame him?" >You go to your room, lock the door, and lay face-down on your bed >"Hey, let me in! I'm not done!" you hear muffled through the door >"Looks like Anon can't even last long. Pathetic, really."
>>8536 Aight fuck it then. I'm just gonna quit and go work for Weyland Yuttani, i don't care if I'll get disemboweled by an xenomorph, I'll be far away from these two
>>8523 >"We've received your request for a reassignment. Unfortunately, most of our disassembly drones have already been assigned handlers. We do have... one," says the clerk, handing you a file, shaking his head as you open it >You see a photo of a pink-haired disassembly drone with a wide smile on her face >Even her pink eyes are smiling! >She radiates pure "good girl" energy from this photo, and anything's better than the two you're saddled with >"Alright, sure, I'll-" >The man who handed you the photo suddenly grabs your wrist in a death grip, staring deep into your eyes >"I HIGHLY advise you read the reports included with her file." >Somewhat perturbed, you look past the first page and find her incident reports >Sexual harassment... sexual assault, sexual assault, sexual assault >Sexual assault with industrial machinery? >And one moving violation >You hand the file back >"No problem, I'll cancel the request," the clerk says, moving back to his cool professional demeanor
>Fun Fact: Beretta is not entirely convinced that Hope is real and not just a solver hallucination. She hasn't told Hope this because it would be awkward and rude.
>>8548 >I wonder what other OC's files say. Switch's file would be filled with countless violent crimes commited against disassembly drones and solver witches sprinkled with cases of cannibalising them.
>>8546 >>8548 >"We have a few others here on file you might prefer. Word of warning: A few of 'em ain't right in the processors. Not enough memory wipes if you ask me."
>Perusing the collection of files slapped on the desk lead you to a number of interesting characters. >SD-E: Good natured, dumb as an IBM with a soldering jron jammed in its CPU. Hardware techs could find no discernable problem with her processors. Tendency to consume RAM cards on the basis of becoming smarter if consumed. Several peace disturbance charges on record stating she was "too loud and wouldn't shut the hell up after barking at passing sentinels". >And one charge of attempted murder against a human female of 30 years of age for and the file quoted:"Makin' the googlies at me man." >Next up was a specialised disassembler named SD-I(ncinerator). >Detailed as surprisingly level-headed, his specialist knowledge on flammable compounds made him a decent fire fighter upon reintegration into society. Trustworthy and loyal to his squad, he served for two years in the local department >Unfortunately his criminal record also included serial arson. Personal statements from the felon cited that it wasn't his fault, but the fault of a supposed pyromaniac butterfly that followed him everywhere. >Recommended to software diagonistics to check for system corruption. >Next. Who the hell makes these one-man army death machines into bad cliches? >Ah, this was a curious one. >SD-M. >Recently assigned to law enforcement as a member of their riot and peacekeeping force, the file described "him" as a no-nonsense and straight forward if unimaginative disassembler unit with a disposition towards competition and easy provocation. >Odd how "him" was in quotations. >Despite being a representative of the law, to which there has been an uptick in successful busts made by the drone and "his" squadmates, the resulting property damage from their operations has put a strain on the tax budget. >As a result the rest of this file hasn't been completed, save for one expunged charge describing the unit as having kicked a man in the balls so hard they jumped up and through his skull. >The victim was a known sodomite and sex offender, who attempted to assault the drone in question. >The OPD has issued no comment on this incident.
>"Pass. I think I'll just go to Home Depot and buy myself a base model." >"Suit yourself buddy."
>>8548 >E >Significant expenditure of man-hours in extricating employee from ventilation system after they became stuck >Repeated material losses: proprietary RAM chips. Inventory Manager has remarked "We just started ordering extras to make up for what she eats. We don't know how she keeps getting into the warehouse and we're not getting paid enough to care." >Repeated material losses: fresh produce. Staff report that bananas are depleted from the break room refrigerator as quickly as they can be stocked. The waste basket in Serial Designation E's work area is invariably overflowing with banana peels >Non violent altercation with staff: SD-E is reportedly extremely protective of her immediate supervisor and responds poorly when female coworkers attempt to approach them
>>8569 Weird, in the past the word bueno got filtered for me too Anyway, bueno is good, and everyone is bueno here, that's why it's fun and we enjoy it
>>8570 That wouldn't work with Switch being a walking corpse. She would just snatch the stun prod from his hands and shock herself until it short circuits just to make a statement. If you actually want to incapacitate her, a UV lamp would work better since she's a Solver Host albeit without the cool stuff that comes along.
>>8582 >>8584 >I could have made a kill-bot programmed with my voice to trick you! I actually did that once! His name was Guard-O, and he tried to kill me!
>>8587 No trade unions for you bitch. Trade unions are against NT policy. No we will not make the station a safer place and we won't fire the entire Sec department. Now let the geneticist use you as a guinea pig, tider.
>>8591 >how many drone should oil eat >how many oil should drone eat >dyslexia >is chocolate safe to ingest for drones >how much oil should an N unit eat per day >how much oil should an N unit eat per day reddit >forest navel sunset pikmin ost >do N units like it when you squish them >am i hurting my drone by laying on him >can human get drone stomach virus >how to take care of sick drone >bucket walmart
>>8611 >like Tessa, not "closeted serial killer" nutty. Are we talking about the same Tessa? If the Elliot family dynamic existed IRL, she'd have a room filled with animal corpses.
>>8612 >Cyn, realizing that her power and potential uses it make the world to her liking >She brainwashes Tessa, J,N and V, making them her toy/slave/pet >She gets revenge, still killing everyone at the Gala >But she isn't stupid and realizes that some other drone can usurp her if they also possess the Solver >So she turns her JNV into her personal police with Tessa being the one to constantly upgrade them >Centuries later, she is now one of the major rulers of Earth, complete with a cult following >However >Two little drones have slipped through the cracks >Will Doll and Uzi defeat the Mad Tyrant?
>>8612 True. And regardless of whether or not there's an entity trying to possess you as you use your powers, the overheating and oil-lust will still be a problem.
>>8617 That shit gave me more of a >Oh she's one of THOSE girls vibe more than anything else. We all knew one in high school, and 99% of them grew up to be Facebook moms married to civil servants.
>>8626 I think N would be a half-decent caretaker. Uzi though? Nah, that kids growing up on a steady diet of Monster energy and bugals while watching copious amounts of anime.
>>8632 Mitchell by virtue of being human, but he's 90% guaranteed to be dead. He's the only person who would actually know what humans need to survive. So probably N for being the least killy. I'd say Thad if it weren't for the allegations.
>>8626 >N and Uzi somehow find a child that is still alive for some reason. >Turns out he can survive in Copper-9 cause plot or magic or whatever >N takes him out of pity despite Uzi's protests >The kid isn't stupid and actively avoids Uzi while only interacting with other drones >Uzi gets pissy when she realizes that drones like the kid more than her, cementing the fact she is such a weirdo that her own species prefers another specie's child than her. >Cue Uzi bullying the kid >The child soon learns that if you light a drone on fire, they will combust. >The child also learns that Uzi has plot armor too, leading to a good spanking.
>>8628 I believe Uzi would at first be very cold or indifferent to the kid, but slowly start to warm up, mainly because children are easily influenced lmao
>The Solver is destroyed >However before it died it unleashed a burst of energy that covered the entire known plane of reality >Uzi returns home to find that every single Drone now possesses their own Solver abilities >She also discovers that the worlds consumed by The Solver have mysteriously merged with other planets, completely changing their eco-system entirely Would this be an interesting season 2?
>>8654 >Uzi returns home to find that every single Drone now possesses their own Solver abilities This can potentially be interesting. On the surface the idea of everyone getting Solver Powers seems silly but there's a lot of potential for interesting conflict & horror now that everyone can perform reality-warping magic on command. Doubly so if this also includes a hunger for "oil"
>She also discovers that the worlds consumed by The Solver have mysteriously merged with other planets, completely changing their eco-system entirely Honestly this could be a neat way to explore a ton of vastly different sci-fi set pieces without actually sending the cast into space. It's also relatively easy to logically set up >Copper-9 gets partially/totally eaten in Ep 8 >Solver gets "defeated", regurgitating an amalgamation made of various planets it had assimilated >On top of the merger there is also Eldritch who-knows-whats still crawling across the 'planet'
Overall it's certainly doable, although it would take a lot of dedicated autism to make it work
>>8658 >Copper-9 gets partially/totally eaten in Ep 8 I can't help but think that this is almost a guarantee. The AS seems to have kicked off the process to finish what it started as of the end of E7, and I'm not sure on how badly it actually needs to get off planet or if the ship it brought along is just to make it easier to deny everyone else a means of getting off world. The WDF vs J fight seems like it's going to take place as the planet is collapsing around them.
>>8662 >Earth >What is Warhammer? >What is Starwars? >Starwars episode 3 >Is it okay to leave your friends to die if you really needed to >Boysmell >Boysmell >can a girl have boysmell?
>>8662 >Windex interplanetary shipping >Homemade visor cleaner cheap >Best way to cook eggs >Cleaning maid uniform bodily fluids >Can two males share code >Human DNA to code converter price >VR target practice disassembly drone >Get soda spill out of clothes >Get soda spill out of carpet
Meanwhile in an alternate universe >A very much alive Tessa who wasn’t killed by an evil demon is sent to Copper 9 by her parents because they are disappointed in her, like always >Hopefully being forced to govern a colony of dimwitted robots will straighten her out >But Tessa is overjoyed that she gets to spend time with her favorite things in the world without her parents chaining her to her room >The Worker Drones are confused by her behavior, as most humans tend to shout at them and stuff >Instead of screaming at them to stop lacking off, she fixes the broken Drones, adds upgrades and even makes their colony more nicer >Eventually she meets an angry purple midget drone who very clearly hates her >But Tessa decides to help her out anyway because like purple midget, Tessa is a social outcast as well >Purple midget discovers that she and Tessa have a lot in common (Mainly being the family’s disappointments) and gain a strange connection. >Suddenly Tessa’s parents arrive, and see that Tessa didn’t accomplish anything because she was too busy having fun >Finally fed up with her antics, her parents try to dispose of her, as what is 14 more years? They can always start again, have another kid. >However, her new little friend isn’t happy seeing what is about to happen >Uzi’s sheer anger activate her hidden Solver genetics >And the Worker Drones follow suit leading to a war between humans and toasters >The WD win cause of midget’s magic powers >Tessa is branded as a traitor and war criminal, but she is surrounded by the things that loved her.
>>8662 >How much do shoes cost >Where to sell shoes >Marketplace shoes >Cheap alcohol >Vodka >What is a completo >How to make a completo >Do drones can eat >What to do if a drone eats a completo >Colo-Colo next game
>>8559 >And one charge of attempted murder against a human female of 30 years of age for and the file quoted:"Makin' the googlies at me man." Be grateful this wasn’t in Londan, there’d be 28 stab wounds
>>8662 >Where is Earth >Why do JcJension Drones suck so much >JcJension Drone >Master of Disguise Blu-ray >what is a boomer >what is Skibidi >Is black oil okay to apply to face >101 reasons to not kill yourself >how to tell if someone is gay
>>8684 John comes across a century old Reddit post from a long dead earth of people complaining, baiting, and defending JCJENSION worker drones and begins upvoting and replying “Yeah!” To undoubtedly dead people he agrees with about how much worker drones suck
>>8687 >uzi (she cute gremlin) >N (its n i dont need to explain) >khan (funny door man idk) >thad (made the solver quiver in fear, thought it was funni) >J (dont rlly like her just want to fuck her) >V (same as J) >cyn (she is the evilest gremlin)
>Due to The Solver making one big fucky wucky >There are now 4 Disassembly Drones on Copper-9 >(You) are one of them >(You) have only vague recollections of your past life as a Butler but most of your mind is filled with the same Corporation jargon that J keeps spouting off >One fateful day, (You) are left alone in the dropship while N prowls around outside >There he encounters a strange purple gremlin What do?
>>8696 >My personality is best described as "doormat" Nothing really changes. I wouldn't take sides during the pilot because I'd be too torn between doing the right thing and obeying orders, which also makes me a non-threat nobody bothers with. Or I get virus'd like N, but don't get saved, and Episode 2 becomes more interesting. So the show goes on as before, but there's a second, much lamer N. I guess I'd sacrifice myself at the elevator in V's place to redeem the wasted screen time and animation budget I use up. That, or we make a last stand together.
>>8707 I do the professional beach-bully bit from that one episode of Futurama. >Pretend to attack Uzi >Have N hit the ground next to me with a missile >Fuck off before the smoke clears >N looks like a big old hero for the gremlin >Meanwhile I link up with V and J to commit crimes against drone-manity while they're making out
>>8720 >Glare, and fill her mug with the least dorfy drink there is >Sure, any amount of alcohol will generally end a drone's life on the spot, but it's still offensive >Later during a mission, catch her filling the empty mug with liquid Morkite from a leaky pipeline she's fixing >Liquid Morkite apparently tastes like heaven to drones and makes them run better than any oil on the market, but the company forbids employees from ingesting it >Give her a conspiratorial wink, then go back to my very important task of blowing the Scout up with C4
Tessa discovers some oogis around and decides not to tell her parents, keeping them as her weird little pets, unaware of the growing hive. What is likely to happen next?
>>8722 My DRG-crossover headcanon is that DRG is a subsidiary of JCJ and the error cubes are the material used to make drone cores. >>8724 Only for Dwarves. A classic example of drone discrimination in our society.
It's bullshit that anxiety can cause fake health issues that then lead to further anxiety which eventually leads to actual health issues. Even moreso that I can be fully aware of this process and yet that's not enough to stop it.
>>8732 >As James does this, he can't help but feel as though a pleased evil spirit is watching him >He also can't help but feel that it's a Bugretta's gaze specifically that's placed upon him >Although it's more likely the brain tumor he has
>>8731 Mine fucks with my breathing. My oxygen's just fine and an expensive ER trip said my lungs are perfect, and yet it all feels wrong. >>8730 Yeah, mindfulness meditation, I think? I really need to start on that.
>>8725 >Eventually the hive grows big and strong but abides their time >Tessa is being yelled at by her parents per usual >Suddenly Oogis break through the walls, flooding the entire manor with their little bodies >Tessa wakes up >No abusive parents in sight >She notices she is dressed head to toe in Hot Topic, along with a strange beanie on her head
>>8736 >Tessa goes back into her house >J is in a straight jacket with a muzzle on >V is just standing there awkwardly >N is in an incredibly skimpy outfit, forced to entertain the Oogi masses
>>8740 I love how even in 'serious' art John still uses that claw-hand out of habit. It unironically makes sense when you consider that's how he's been drinking as a drone this whole time
>>8740 >And I hear nothing but the static, for years now there's been nothing but the static on the radio >If you can hear my voice outside these walls, if you can hear me sending out this message tonight >Then break the silence, send a signal back
>You are now a Bugretta >You look the exact same as all other Bugrettas >You however not only possess your human intellect and ability to form proper full sentences >But also the potential to tap into dark magicks the Ancient Bugretta's once used to enslave an unrecorded point in history What do?
I've got updates, the sketches are done and working on the cleanup and editing of the pages I have a question for (you) Would you like for me to post the whole thing in a single file (pdf) or post the pages one by one?
>>8746 Booru drudge here. One page at a time makes my life easier as far as uploading the content goes. A pdf just means I have to extract the whole thing into individual images to upload afaik.
>>8729 im sorry anon, if i could hug you i would. i know what you mean, i actually ended up having anxiety *about* feeling sick which is a terrible cycle
>>8755 An alien race from Star Control 2. Go play it if you like alien science fiction, it's an amazingly unique setting, and it's free due to being so old. As for the actual, spoilery explanation, they're small aliens with insanely strong mind control powers, a single one being enough to enslave an entire planet. They took over nearly the entire galaxy, but were overthrown by the races they enslaved, and every surviving member of the species was genetically lobotomized and turned into universal translators known as "talking pets". Don't mind me, just drawing weird-ass parallels to obscure media.
>>8764 Holy fuck. That is awfully similar to their backstory which may or may not be real >Bugretta's were once a powerful race of conquerors during an unrecorded point of history. >They were masters of dark magic and melee combat, capable of crushing and devouring all that opposed them >However one day they grew complacent with their legions of Oogi slaves and simply stopped fighting, opting to let others fight for them >This resulted in them overtime evolving into weaker and lesser beings, fat little sausages that existed only to be pampered >This is why most Bugretta's are fascinated with Star Wars, deep within their blood is their ancestors ambitions for power >Perhaps one day they will return to being this proud race of conquerors but that has yet to be seen
>>8762 i dunno, what alias do you guys most know me as? or i could just have it be my online handle like fiend and rock did, i guess? but im not sure if i wanna do that can i change it later?
>>8765 Your forgetting that the original greentext ends with Anon saying he made it up. For all we know there could be truth to it or it's complete bullshit
>>8766 >>8767 NGL that's what I've always known you as in my own head, but I think it's preferable to let artfags choose their own moniker, especially in the context of chan-fuckery
>>8750 >Emily's Bugretta was weird >It said words it didn't understand >Ignore the way it waggled at any humans it saw, it does not know what it's saying >Don't fuck it, okay? I don't even think you can, but still. Don't.
>>8767 ye, im cool with that alias, go for it i always thought people calling me that got confusing when other femanons came to the threads, especially since they’re a lot more noteworthy and way better artists than me haha. but ye that’s a good alias for me
>>8771 You ended up with that moniker because you were a whole bunch of male Anon's first sharp, inescapable bitchslap to the face confirmation of the fact that, without a doubt, that there WERE women on the internet, and that their degeneracy dwarfed their own the way a red giant dwarfs a neutron star. It was a matter of timing and demographics, don't fret too much about it.
>>8776 They act literally nothing like them though. They might've been originally inspired design wise, but their lore has been expanded and added onto since then
>>8788 The only Bugretta's that do act like Brain-Bugs are Predator ones, but no one literally writes about the other Oogi variants so you wouldn't know that
>>8797 >John forgets/neglects to shave one time >Khan becomes so jealous of John's superior facial hair that he becomes a (temporary?) sitcom antagonist
>>8662 >disassembly drone diagram >disassembly drone blueprint >new book releases >cantonese history >most efficient way to kill dd >cheap sand and cement for sale >building lime for sale >holy water work on solver hosts? >second hand electronics >sword antique auction >most deadly poisons and toxins >uranium for sale >watchdronesdie.tv >help how to stabilize spicy sm crystal
>>8806 Yes it is quite sad. I couldn't possibly imagine a reality in which Jane & Beretta were friends, I'm sure there would be some neat greentexts but no, Jane & Droneanon are the most iconic duo
>>8807 I don't know, I find that Auntie Cyn & Beretta are better. I like how the stories delve into the creation of Drones, The Solver's origins and the cult that was hinted at existing in the Promening with the tie. I really love the diverse cast too, like Charlie the old rusty candy Drone or Meggy the weird squid Drone
>>8762 speaking of, there are a few other anonymous artists with distinct artstyles that don't have tags. Would it be reasonable to have some sort of temporary alias for them or best off just leaving them as anonymous? Makes finding art a bit difficult though
