>be Mac >invite male friend over to play vidya because he won't try to rape you >you approach the door to your room >the door looks more like it belongs on a bank vault than a bedroom, several feet of reinforced steel with a single, large keyhole about 3 feet off the ground >your grandpa helped you build it, though he had no hand in making the locking mechanism- that was your doing >"Okay, I need to unlock my door, please don't look." you tell your friend as you unzip your pants and place your lengthening tentacock inside >you can't quite reach the lock until you're fully hard- you lean back and think of round worker drone bottomplates until your prehensile Mac meat can unlatch the door >with a ear-splitting squeal and the howl of metal on metal, the lock disengages >your struggle to stuff your half-hardened tentacock back into your pants as your friend shuffles hit feet awkwardly behind you >you turn to give him an apology, to explain why the safe mechanism is necessary to keep you safe from THEM >but the words die in your mouth as he points into your room >"I thought it was just going to be you and me," he asks, confused >a shiver runs down your mechanical spine, as cold as Copper-9's air >there's someone inside >it was probably just mom, right? she can be anywhere with her holograms >your mouth is dry, as if stuffed full of cotton >mom would have said something by now, surely >your murder drone reflexes fail you, paralyzed by fear: optics wide, hands trembling, tail erect in fear, your head turns slowly towards your room >it's one of them, sitting at the base of your bed, eyes locked onto yours, hands clasped together as if in thought or prayer >a femanon >she gives you a shy little wave and a dainty hello, but you know the beast that lies beneath >"How?" you ask, your voice hoarse like a man dying of thirst >"How?" she parrots with a tilt of her head, a toothy grin beginning to form on her lips, white teeth shining in the darkness of your vault-room >"How did you get in?" >she places both hands on either side of her hips and pushes up against your bed >a wet, slow, shlicking begins to sound as she rises, hot fluids beading down the length and girth of something truly massive that was inside of her >something that looks familiar >you glance down at your pants >a loud, wet pop pierces the air as she rises to her feet >you notice now she only sports a single, oversized shirt, her bottom completely bare >"I made a replica." she tells you, deadpan, the grin never leaving her face >"To open the door. To keep me company until you arrive. Until I can feel the real thing." >you stare at a perfect replica of your own penis, slick with fluids as it stands tall and proud beside her >like lightning, she strikes >one moment you are on your feet, the next you have been upended, the girl dragging you by your feet towards the door >you unsheathe your claws, digging inches-deep gouges into the reinforced steel floor, screaming for help as your friend runs and you are pulled into a sealed vault that would become your prison
>>392790 I have seen MD and its setting described with "This is a world both written and populated by post-ironic millennials who've spent way too much time on TV Tropes." Agree or disagree?
>>392801 The show is arguably different than the pilot. The pilot had some weird shit like that weird Thad joke and way too much meta humor. >>392802 Now that's a real good question. Still argue that Cabin Fever only damaged V's character and was the start of her character arc decline/stagnation
>>392803 Anons are too fucking lazy/busy or currently suffering arthritis. Best we got is some Dude named Dust who I haven't read about, but some threadschizo goes off on any mention of them. Some human created by that Berry person. And that's about all I can tell you recently. How long have you been gone because you might have missed a lot more than I can say
>>392811 Oh Boy. You missed a fuck ton. There is genuinely so much fucking thread lore and so many OCs now that I can't even name them in a singular post. Dude look at the Booru on the OP. Also welcome back, friend

>>392811 Behold the grub: check booru for art/greens(and note about half didn't get saved because we're retards)
Also look up "Chuuni Uzi" because its the biggest + best set of threadlore we've made in the past year. Also Empress Uzi is getting greens again if you remember that one.
>>392811 Aside from the RPG saga. There's also Negev who I helped write for in the past. I think she's neat. Here's her wiki https://dronebooru.co/wiki_pages/negev
>>392819 >>392823 Wait i think i know these guys already there was also that quiz show host and the one with big dispenser boobs and i think someone made this one character who had a puke fetish and liked streaking
Image:179151353002.png(115kB, 505x503)The Great Exalted Empress of Copper-9.png
>>392811 There's the "Empress Uzi" timeline, in which Uzi copes with becoming a monster by LARPing as God-Empress. Most of the Nuzi fankids are present for this.
>>392835 I am genuinely impressed. I’m browsing the booru and there’s entire subsections of all these characters I’m not sure even you guys still remember. One of these is fucking carl from aqua teen.
>>392842 also uh for anyone in the super secret booru cabal/security side of things i’m still getting autotagger error shits trying to upload some art so if anyone can look into that it’d be kewl
>>392839 Yeah I know it's pretty sad isn't it. Personally I thought Beretta and Jane could've been best buds, but I'm not complaining about the T and Kat greens we've gotten recently.
>>392845 autotagger when uploading? Just make sure your image has a rating like general, explicit, etc. That's the main requirement. Auto tag is not that important
>>392869 I like Christmas but goddamn am I sick and tired of seeing it creep earlier and earlier into the year. I just want to enjoy Halloween for chrissakes
>"Sex with-" Anon stops as every human, drone, and mutant head in earshot turns towards him. >"Uhhhh..." >Anon senses that he should choose his next words carefully...
> I found myself standing at the doors leading out of our little hovel. > Extensive research and investigation revealed that my target wasn't anyone in the bunker. > Not only was our school only comprised of maybe twenty students at most, but not a single drone in the bunker can trace different dog breeds outside of a handful. > Captchas and all that. > Elizabeth obviously wouldn't paint a target on her own back; she's a narcissistic dame, but this just ruins her own public image. > Thaddeus is a decent fellow, but more concerned with dogs as a mascot for the football team of five drones than their breeds. > Emilia... > ... > Red rockets... > Ahem. Moving on. > So if none of the drones within the colony were the culprit, that could only mean one thing. > It was a drone outside the bunker. > And the only drones outside the bunker are corpses, or Disassembly Drones. > (And the odd outpost that hasn't been obliterated yet, but our internet doesn't extend THAT far). > Tracing our bunker's wireless signal and narrowing in, I found an unfamiliar IP that's been among the bunker for years. > And its signal traced all the way outside, to the Corpse Spire. > A normal person would've called it there. Wash their hands, tell the dame the case is closed, demand their smackaroons and snackaroons. > But as said by many of my peers and something I take as a compliment, I am not normal. > I manage to convince the boys manning the door that I just need to pop out for a spell > ("Good luck with your immoral date plans, Uzi!") > ("Someone's dating Uzi?") > ("Talk about crap taste.") > My trusty sixshooter at my side hums ominously while I take another swig of the flask, a shot of windex clearing my throat and leaving the past conversation in a fog. > All I've gotta do is take a step forward into the cold dark night, and remind these angels of death why they should fear justice. > ... Any second now. > This Private Eye will be giving the murder drones a uh... a black eye. > Y-Yeah. --- > Getting to the lair of the angels of death was as easy as I suspected. > They rely on their admittedly earned reputation to deter trespassers, meaning no sentries, no cameras, no nothin' to bar my path. > I close my long detective's coat around my torso, holding it tight against me as it trails in the silicone-snow composite. > A spire of dead bodies looms overhead, each blank visor and glowing red error a testament to the nature of the angels. > Corpses of my fellow drones who died begging for justice. For someone to answer their prayers. > My brow creases across my visor as I lift the humming handgun, crossing the threshold to hear the sound of angry masculine ranting coming from deeper in. > "And that's why golden retrievers are the GENETICALLY AND OBJECTIVELY SUPERIOR CHOICE for your child, as not only are they surprisingly gentle with their mouths, but even gentle mouths can have teeth enough to protect your family! AND SEND!" > Seems like goodboy3071 is in the middle of another argument. Distracted, and by the lack of any other voices, isolated. > I creep through the corpses, shaking hands with the dead as I do; unsure if it's either a farewell to never see them again after this, or a greeting as I join their ranks. > I slide up behind a wall of discarded limbs, peering around the edge to see the glow of a laptop and an immense, winged form crouched in front of it. > Half again the size of an adult drone chassis, with a black coat much like mine that comes down to his knees. A pilot's cap on his head with trimmed silvery hair along with a headband with five golden orbs. > His limbs are stark white and bulky compared to the aluminum hose of a normal worker drone, hazard stripes lining his wrists and the bottom of his enormous boots made for stepping on me. > I mean, for crushing me > I mean, for marching goosestep to the whim of his human maker > yeah that's better "uziel", sure- > Khm, with the drone seemingly distracted, I move to introduce the angel to a friend near and dear to my heart. > One that's a little down and to the left. > I raise my handgun up, taking the back of his skull into the sight picture, the rounds in the chamber beginning to glow with the flick of a lever. > Despite the tense situation, I can't help one more oneliner. > "You've reached the end of your warranty, Mu-" > The orbs on its scalp just swiveled. > Something lands in the snow at my side with a thud before the sound of discharging wind finally hits my audio sensors. > "Oh- oh geez, sorry little buddy, I think I made you drop this." > I shakingly take my own severed arm from the disassembly drone standing in front of me, the cold fingers still clutching my gun. > "I'm Serial Designation N! Nice to meet you, little buddy. I'm kinda on break now, so would you mind coming back another time? I promise I'll make up for the lost chase time tomorrow when I'm on the clock, sound good?" > "... Little buddy?" > "Oh that's a lotta oil you're losing, you should probably get that fixed." > I grab the gun out of my own hand and blast him point blank.
Many and varied are the enemies of J. So much so that even Requiem(a fic about her SUFFERING and MOURNING the death of her lesbian lover: essentially catnip for her usual haters) couldn't convert them all and merely sent them scattering, crawling about the darkness for opportunity to criticise "the lesbian" without violating their sacred progressive stack.
By contrast the lovers of J as she actually is; spite, affection, desperation, strength, the whole package; are rare as diamonds. Far more often you'll see her reduced to "TeEEeSSa" even (and especially) by supposed "J lovers."
>the lies get increasingly more absurd(Weight training! Experimental modifications! You're just hallucinating!) until one day anon is forced to step in >summons all his brainpower for the task >"he's fat" "makes sense" >now M can only seethe and mald as her strongest excuse comes with being called "Munchies" and "oil tanker" wherever she goes >she won, but at what cost?
>>392881 >Dozens of drones are destroyed extracting you, you'll be expected to help replenish their numbers for years to come. >>392884 >Everyone sighs dejectedly, walking off to their own business. >A singular, small drone in pigtails is left behind. >"Does lusting after humans count?"
>>392869 I swear by Jesus Christ, very soon the entire economy will operate solely for the purpose of celebrating the New Year, and preparations for it will begin immediately after the ends of previous one.
>>392858 Before Lucy was a thing I tried my hand at Holiday Drones a long time ago. They never took off, think they only remained on 4chan because there is not a singular greentext saved to the booru about them. Basically they had different functions, the Halloween Drones came with a projector for haunted houses or parties (sometimes they would display unwanted holograms that weren't coded in). Then there was the Christmas Drone or just Winter Drone for certain people, their whole thing was producing snow or ice, but had the dangerous capability to overload and freeze things solid. If I even remember that correctly
>>392920 Liam doesn't say something that pisses off 99% of the board. Alternatively Liam says something that pisses off 99% of the board because it wasn't added in the show
>>392923 Honestly that was about it. I don't really remember much at all since they were inspired by the Soda Drones trend. Think I atleast specified that the Christmas Drones had a custom red and green paintjob with green eyes, whereas the Winter Drones had a blue paintjob with gold or maybe silver accents?
A drone who has lived for far too long has grown numb to everything, becoming a careless, absurdly powerful villain who toys with Copper-9 simply because they no longer care about its fate and it happens to stand in the way of what they want.
>>392927 NTA, but a few threads ago, I suggested the idea of an epic war between Sentinels and Solverpedes. If anyone wants to do something with that idea, feel free!
>>392882 >>392887 >be me, anon >SD-M is your GF, don't ask how it happened, that is another long story >she still keeps up the boy act when outside, only letting herself relax at home >one day it becomes apparent that she is pregnant >sure you were having a lot of sex, but you both didn't realize that was even possible, with her being a robot and all >despite this anatomical change, she still insists on wearing her disguise >at first she could just pretend nothing was wrong >a couple months in though becomes so apparent that even the stupidest worker can tell something is weird about her >makes a new excuse every single time anyone asks why she looks different >lies go from simple to absurd as her size increases >amazingly they keep working, the other drones being very gullible >one day she draws a blank and gives you a pleading look >put on the spot to come up with a lie you blurt out the first thing you can think of >"he's fat" >worker believes it >M is mortified >have to give her belly rubs while she eats a tub of ice cream as an apology
>>392931 Ok! How about this: You cope. Serious answer: The layout of Copper 9 ranging from the Bunker to the Spires to CFL and a (possible) industrial sector. We know that last one blew a hole in the ground and set most of the planet (or at least the part we know of) into a permanent winter.
Now, how do we envision a general residential sector to look like in the 31st century knowing that drones are commonplace? That said, do drones have a unique transit system or would they have been loaded into trucks ala IRobot to be moved to the ore processing plants they sometimes get crushed in? On a small tangent: Do you think Lucy would have been a commercial holiday model sold exclusively for Halloween?
> try to play modded rimworld with drones > the mods keep fucking up and make me wanna kill myself > try to play modded fallout 4 > the scripts are broken and im godmode for some fucking reason > try to play modded minecraft with a friend > game keeps crashing when we connect to each other Where's my abuse drone, I'm gonna make her take a highschool exam she didn't study for
>>392936 Apologies for the late reply. Dentist's appointment. Well there's a number of ways you could go about it: Pneumatic tube network designed for drones and similarly-shaped cargo. Designated rally points accompanied by the drones themselves having mobility options (jetpacks, the futuristic equivalent of Heelies, or simply downloading themselves into another frame at work). Or perhaps they do just get in a truck/cargo container and get hauled off to the site. Personally I like the pneumatic tube system, even if it's archaic for the period MD is set in. And also Futurama did it for people-sized occupants as a joke already.
It'd be funny if they just slingshot drones across the cities with safety nets at the designated landing zones, as an aside.
>>392945 And ironically any method would have a pretty god survival rate survival rate, because even if the company doesn't care about their lives, they still need to actually get to work to generate profit, which the company does care about, a lot.
>>392946 Ironically, maybe. But assuming the almighty bank vault of a corporate monolith can afford to have their customers treat rheir products like expendable playthings for a laugh, I can't imagine their subsidiaries would care too much if one or two went missing. Or ended up splattered on the side of a billboard like it was made of paper mache. The wonders of windex, eh?
>>392947 Yeah, which is why i said pretty good chance instead of fantastic chance. They ran the numbers as the system is exactly as safe as required to still make a profit.
>>392935 The entire infrastructure for people with drones would be virtually identical to what we have now, because the whole point of creating humanoid robots is precisely to avoid modifying existing human infrastructure to suit them. So, there is only one answer to any question you might have: exactly the same way as with humans.
>>392920 I kind of feel bad for Katie Hood, as I feel like she'll just be overshadowed by the constant barrage of Murder Drones questions that will be dumped onto Liam. I hope that they keep Murder Drones questions/discussion to a relative minimum so that it gives other topics a chance to breathe and give Katie some spotlight.
~J~ Pros > Corporate girlboss > Always makes sure the chores get done > Brings home the biggest bacon Cons > Talks exclusively in corporate jargon while having sex > Thinks vidya is "an inefficient waste of your time" and forces you to read Wolf of Wallstreet
~V~ Pros > Violently protective of her property (you) > Will always ensure you're invited to the best parties > You are now part of the "in group" Cons > Will ONLY commit homicide to get her oil, refuses "vegan rig-slop" > Smells like corpses and oil (her friends are too scared to tell her)
~N~ Pros > Cute femboywife who cooks and cleans while you're gone > The police never found the body of the last guy who broke into your apartment > Genuinely bedbreaking sex Cons > A little too needy and clingy at times > WILL top you AND say it's gay
>>392981 ~Y~ Pros Cons >WILL cause you financial crippling debt due to plastic crack addiction >101% unemployable >Alcoholic >ClingY, needY & mostlY uncaring all at the same time! >Does not know how to cook >Glutton >WILL drink more of your blood than DD Valentine >LazY, don't expect any house work done >Her obsessive sniper friend WILL crash at your place permanently OR stalk you both from the shadows if you get a restraining order >Her actions WILL cause you to get many, many noise complaints
>>392981 >J has no redeeming qualities. Like none, I know that as a J fan. She's arrogant, overconfident, bossy, sadistic, she wasn't loyal to Tessa etc. >V is a good pick if she doesn't kill humans if she does we will have to move to a 3rd world shithole to cover her murders up. If she only kills drones then she's shit out of luck because modern robots don't have oil in them. Will she hunt cars on the freeway? Or on backroads? What's her plan if she doesn't have any drones to kill >N I'm not gay
Conclusion V if she's doesn't kill humans, if she does then I chose J then I sell/trade her to openai for a nasa valkyrie and additional batteries. If they can't provide one then'; I'll go straight to nasa, I mean their private contractors, and sell her as a substitute for the rockets they use to send nasa astronauts to the space station. She's cheaper so they can charge nasa more for less cost to them, as they should.
>>392981 Molly Pros >You will have a loving clown wife >She's very punny >Is an amazing baker Cons >Her death threats are now your death threats >Alcoholic/dependant on other toxic to humans chemicals >PTSD and night terrors >Hyper fertile, you will have an octomom situation every time she gets pregnant
>>392887 >>392933 >the "he's just weirdly fat" excuse works for a little while, even as her transformation from drone to well-dressed blimp nears completion >until her body begins preparing her for breastfeeding >in proportion to her evidently excessive fertility >the two of you are already struggling to devise some kind of cover story for M's new ballistics >you dread the prospect of trying to keep up the ruse if they start leaking
>>393003 Please no more shots that show of your chest light and bottom plate. I’ve had enough of them, I just want to see those campers die so we can be over with this.
>>392998 "Hey, does being fat usually come with boobs?" >Dubs walks by "Ah, makes sense" ... >M now suffers even harder as her entire office "just happens" to start dieting >it wouldn't be so bad >but Dubs joined in >that even HE gives her looks of horror is... unpleasent
>>393030 co threads die after 2-3 hours of inactivity funnily enough, despite having OC OP, there were only a few posts at the start trying to shit up the thread as usual, but then it was all civil truly nice things simply cannot be had
>>393020 >Be you, Doomer. >You've been feeling more emptier than usual. >Nothing feels fun or enjoyable anymore. >Everything you try has lost its magic. >You try some new games, but they're all the same boring walking simulators. >You try reading books, but the plots are boring and the characters are uninteresting. >And you always try to avoid your chores. >You always say: "Tomorrow, I'll do it." >Your whole room is a mess. >You pull out your phone and try calling Strawberry . >"Sorry Doomer, I'm busy with my hotel." >She declines the call. >You doomscroll through all the drone media just to fill the void in your core. >Your broken left optic feels itchy again. >And you can't afford any mechanic to fix you up. >Most days you keep it hidden under your hair because the way people stare makes you feel insecure. >You decide enough is enough and go out to buy groceries. >After walking and buying all the necessary stuff. >You get lost in thought while doomscrolling again. >In your blindness and clumsiness you bump into Anon and fall to the ground. >You quickly cover your optics with your hair and apologize. >"I'm sorry, sir. I didn't mean to..." >"It's okay. I didn't bump into you that hard, right?" >"No, sir, it's my fault. I was just having a bad day... Forget it. You wouldn't even want to hang out with a defective drone like me..." >Anon leans closer and gently brushes your tears away. >"What kind of defective are we talking about?" >You hesitate for a moment... >Then you move your hair aside, revealing the cracked visor. >"I don't have money...but" >"That won't be an issue. I've been taking classes at Mrs. Elliot's academy." >"Fixed a few drones already. I can help you if you let me." >Anon continues to gently brush your tears away. >You let out a weak purr. >Part of you still wonders if this is just pity. >But for the first time in a long while, you don't pull away.
>>393035 >threadcanon Pills >in show Unknown >personal headcanon Cynwalker-style abominations: the Solver interpreting "human genes" as instruction, but warping them to integrate flesh with machine. Both mechanical and flesh parts function(as with Cynwalker)

>>393075 But she's not actually a loli, that's just how worker drones are built. >muh height of consent!!! If you're going by that metric, no worker drone passes.
>>393078 Let me try: Akira's pros >rawr! >keeter >shape shifting >grounded >likes dinosaurs >humanoid, almost human and the cons >self loathing >solverspawn mutant >doesn't like getting wet >mother-in-law might try and succeed to kill you
>>393090 I know, she's absolutely a loli but I think that's down to more than just her stature. like if you took, say, J and gave her the same physique would she be a loli?
~Negev~ Pros >Autism >Is an in with the Doormans and her mildly autistic vampire-witch-ghost godmother >Infectiously energetic >Has eldritch IRL 3D modeling tool powers >Has her mind blown by mundane things she never interacted with at the nitwit farm; every day is a new adventure >Can talk about literary fiction all day and make it engaging >Can alert you to Unseen hazards and threats and help you avoid them >Amazing singer >(You) can fix her, probably >Very IMAGINEable, even for a drone >Doesn't wear shoes, just an FYI for footfags out there >Has posture worthy of a Vickers University graduate
Cons >Autism >Puts you on the radar of the Doormans and her mildly autistic vampire-witch-ghost godmother >Usual AbsoluteSolver infectee drawbacks (i.e. is a vampire) >Sometimes bitey >Lives in mortal terror of her mom to the point of often needing sedation >Goes through stored oil erratically, often enormously; levels need to be tracked throughout the day >Turns into a rampaging Bloodborne werewolf if/when she overheats from going through her oil
Strawberry Pros: >Extremely clingy and devoted. >She will never leave you and will actively prevent you from leaving her. >Will create a whole "Paradise" around keeping you comfortable and close. >Protective in a very literal, biological sense (spores, infection, hive clones). >Low maintenance on the “does she have her own life” front . >Her entire existence revolves around not being alone with you.
Cons: >Yandere levels are not optional. >She will infect you (or try to) to make sure you stay. >Her idea of “love” involves rewriting your mind so you never want to leave. >A lot of parasitic, body horror and suffering is part of the package. >Can be manipulative. Sometimes using affection or sex as bait to get what she wants. >Very one-note outside the “don’t leave me/best friends forever” core. >Limited independent personality or hobbies that don’t involve you. >Long-term survival risk: living with her means constant exposure to whatever biological/Solver-adjacent mess she has going on.
