Hi once again Friends. Let's talk about MD and the Threads like every day. You know, Friend, Woker Drones, Disassembly Drones, some humans, the Solver, etc. Let's have a nice talk, and a nice day. The splendid Booru: https://dronebooru.co
>>25462 Doubtful, that is the worst case scenario that I don't think will happen, I think the "worst" ending sounds like Everybody lives, even J if she dies, even V when we saw her body, and the Solver is defeated forever, and N and Uzi do not sacrifice anything
>>25510 Probably when we get full-dive VR, which is also a never ever. They aren't physically possible, and by the time the technology exists to make them even half-feasible, there will be no evidence that Murder Drones ever existed. And that's assuming we get that far without some sort of cataclysm that leads to eternal stagnation.
I'm gonna be honest, I'm a pussy* and bad endings really fuck my shit up. I care too much about this universe and the things in it to find out that their canon fates will be destruction, and there's no amount of greentexts I can write that will stop that if it comes to pass.
*This is where you cut my post to make a funny quote
>>25528 Do not tell the government, but I can help you with that, I have a time machine, we can make drones real, but it can only go maximum 70 years into the future, and we can be there at intervals of 1 hour
lol the idiot reuploaded it to spite twitter, and didn't even edit out identifying info. Shame we won't be getting the stream for episodes 5-8 from him, especially now that he's blatantly defying Glitch. As they said in the Soviet Union, >don't record >if you record, don't save >if you save, don't use your main accounts >if you use your main accounts, don't distribute >if you distribute, don't be surprised
>Fun Evening OC Facts: Negev once ate a salamander then jumped out the window when she was asked to sign her name on School Attendance sheet. A similar event happened with the 8 1/2 President Of The United States

>>25551 I haven't seen that one. Anyway I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, and I'm obviously only guessing based on what he's said in the past. Getting worried about it won't solve anything honestly.
>>25546 He said that a while ago, he could have changed his mind. And if you're watching from start to finish rather than waiting for episodes, Murder Drones is rather short, all things considered. >>25553 Nah I won't. Last time I got this invested in media, though, the ending fucked me up big-time.
>>25564 Homestuck. Amazing for the first few acts, and then took such a hard nosedive that it's gone from "titan of internet weirdo culture" to "all-but-forgotten vestige with no real impact aside from Undertale". I'm well aware that Murder Drones physically can't fall that far, but I've also noticed that very few things actually have good endings that stick.
>>25530 I feel ya >Greens Want a drawing to help? Gotta sleep now but I need another project, am stuck with all my other stuff so if there is anything you'd want, I'd like to try
>>25572 I don't believe Discord saves livestreams, but everything else should be accessible in the dedicated channels. But judging from their channel list, the idea that they're watermarking images and banning leakers off that is probably not true. Like this case, they're just seal clubbing anyone who doesn't have posting discipline.
>>25574 >Want a drawing to help? The thread could always use more art, but aside from a self-indulgent "draw my OCs", nothing really springs to mind for ideas. Is there any art of N and Uzi making snow angels, and cheating by using their wings?
>>25592 Youre not wrong >>25590 Everything is the natural food source of Cyntipedes it seems but god damn its horrifying to imagine such a large creature getting fucked up by a smaller one
>>25599 Adorable. >>25600 I read this in the tone of the narrator of the desert rain frog lol >>25601 I think they don't have to be much bigger than Oogis. Close to their size but still very capable of bullying them.
>>25605 >>25607 I thought this brand of internet tough guy went extinct a while ago, but it's not surprising to know they still thrive on Discord. Eh, the thread will find a new boogeyman soon enough.
>>25605 >>25607 The whole Soldat conspiracy started when one of them said back in November that they should "pay a visit to to their threads". As for whether or not it was actually Soldats shitting up the thread, I personally doubt it. My personal theory is that it was someone taking advantage of the chaos and pretending to be Soldats.
>>25614 Okay I get that, but aren't you kinda just provoking them? I mean you've already got their eyes on this thread as a result. >>25619 That I can agree on >>25620 Uzi comes off as someone who is soft-edgy to me
>>25622 Shouldn't be provocative. The way I see it, they don't care about us and we no longer have a reason to care about them. A mutual no-shits-given pact is formed, and it never has to be brought up after this reply chain.
>>25628 I see them as being like more malicious Domovoy. One gets into your house, starts killing bugs in strange and inventive ways, and if you leave it gifts, nice things might happen to you.
>>25619 You might be considered their schizo or something but yeah, pretty much. Some people really just CAN'T live without drama. Shit came out of nowhere while some of the posts above were just talking about Doll versions of a thread subculture, femanon being weird, stuff about Glitch Inn. >>25623 Yeah. Anyone else past this trying to stir shit up should be disowned. >>25625 Not him but think of 'safe horny'. It's a couple of notches below actual 'edge', having a cigarette but not lighting it is soft-edgy. Partial commitment to an idea.
>>25634 Hey that is a good point. Why the fuck did someone suddenly decide to bring that up? Was this some weird ""peace"" attempt thingy? Because I don't think anyone really gave a fuck. You can like both shows, I'm a fucking Lutefag and a Dollfag
>>25634 Because they reject God. They try to replace him with an endless void of evil. Which is why pedos, gossipers, sodomites, career thieves, human traffickers, and worshiped immoral kings exist as a life style of endless death.
ngl I thought it was only underages who panic about a potential "bad ending". MD will have a good, maybe bittersweet ending at the worst, like 99% of shows. It's just not dark enough for a bad ending to fit.
>>25659 I believe we lack quality data on their behavior. This may be your chance to contribute anon. Make sure to keep it alive and write down anything important it does. If you have any nearby Oogis, maybe record their interactions. As safely as you can manage of course.
>>25649 Things always slow down whenever we hit yuro hours and late american ones. Plus, dunno how many people here, but a lot are now also coming back from vacation, myself included. Haven't found anything MD sadly, not even a keychain, but I at least found this.
>>25666 Unfortunate. In case you find another one, some data we need is if there's any behavioral difference between Dols with vs without eyepatch. Dols are hard to find to begin with but there were footnotes about finding rare ones with an eyepatch. Take note of which type you find so we can keep tabs on data collection.
>>25674 This one doesn't have an eyepatch, I gave her a cut of steak I hid from Negev and she stabbed it with a little stick spear and ran away with it. I can hear her chowing down behind some cereal boxes. She seems very defensive and standoffish right now.
Throwing my hat in the ring for a Negev design, straight-jacket not really included. Went with the crazy stuff I've been seeing. Modify as you see fit, proper clothing is definitely on the table. Personal notes: >Beretta got the purple eyes already. Negev should probably get yellow or white eyes since those are the other eye colors in Uzi and N's "genepool" >couldn't decide on black or purple hair, made it look like she dyed a purple wig partially black. Ended up being a palette that if mixed is almost exactly the opposite of Beretta's color >eyes only look like that for spoop. I don't think that's her natural expression >kind of wanted her to have that stereotypical crazy girl haircut (long, black, straight) but Beretta's hair is already one of those things. I think if I drew her again I would just make her hair long anyway >working off the same assumption that she is also in a Worker body in the same way as Beretta >probably has Solver limbs idk
>>25678 Looks nice, but what if buggy mixed colored eyes? Like a weird heterochromia or split horizontally with one half being white/purple and the bottom being anything else
>>25678 That's pretty good! As for short or long hair, I think contrast to Beretta would be nice but that's just me. Also, if we go with the idea that Negev was the gunk that N picked up, does it mean Uzi technically had twins? Like, how long after Beretta did Negev come to be? Also just my thought but she didn't *really* have to be crazy to the point of isolation just because she wasn't thought of in Beretta's previous greens (but being driven insane due to unstable code/Solver is an interesting direction).
>>25678 > probably has Solver limbs idk > Uzi: fully developed control of her organic parts, use only when needed > Beretta: unstable, fears them > Negev: FLAUNT THAT SHIT, I HAVE FLESH AND BONE SPROUTING FROM MY BACK, I DO NOT GIVE A SHIT
>>25690 >Spot the Y plush unattended >Tickle it under its chin and tell it that it's the softest drone >Hear a throat clearing behind you >Y is standing there, pouting >She sticks her chin out toward you
>>25679 Could work. >>25680 I will admit there's a weird charm to them aesthetically. I think if we wanted to keep the straitjacket it should one of these with the long sleeves and straps specifically. I think it might look cool and creepy. >>25685 I figured it was like a Venture Bros situation tbh. They're siblings, one was just a parasite to the other. As for the nitty gritty, I'll leave that to a writefag to come up with. As for the crazy, I'm also in agreement that her code is unstable as the explanation. I don't think you need to explain her not being in previous greens if it harms storytelling potential with her. She can just be there if a writer wants her to be.
>>25679 chromatic aberration like when N shoved possessed Uzi out of the way of the pickaxe, but permanent yellow/purple overlap apply it to her whole screen, vibrating slightly, never still
>>25695 maybe it doesn't need to be an actual straitjacket, and maybe she doesn't need to be clinically insane unhinged and a little psycho, definitely a delinquent long sleeve jacket with belts for the aesthetic
i've had to read threw a bit of greens doing research for the deck, of them all i've been most impressed by far by the truckeranon green it's a worthy read, may be a bit queer but the cunt can write a half decent short story
>>25703 NAKE-Y But is a good piece. I like that you kept it winter-ish, Jane seems to have no problem 'sunning' herself it seems. Keep it up Yanon but definitely ease up on your hands. They're your means of making, take care of them.
well, it's finally here folks just in time for the 4 day grace period before episode 8 comes out and i can make space for new ones right before the show ends https://files.catbox.moe/nw7js2.png
>>25728 Good job, mate. I love having a visual representation of all the characters this place has spawned. >(originally written by me) Oh you were the one that made that original greentext? Hope you enjoyed my remake of the story.
>>25732 spacing mostly i didn't realize there was only going to be one laborbot oc (i was expecting at least two or three, didn't materialize) and by the time i set up my spacing everything looked just fine the way it was
>>25574 >>25584 >nothing really springs to mind for ideas. Easy. >WD N having trouble walking a giant dog >DD J ironing her uniform while naked >DD V using a wheatstone to sharpen her claws >Khan as a greaser and Nori as a rebellious schoolgirl >James entering the national tall hat competition >James seeing Y at the tall hat competition and saying competition will be fierce this year >Doll with a barely concealed weapon or stains on her boots saying "My name is Doll. Come play with me." >Shadow Tessa with a first aid box putting bandaids on herself >Cyn replacing the sugar with salt >The first page of the Metamorphosis manga with WD V >Kim's Love Is... comics with Enn & Oogi or a chibi N & Uzi >Lizzy turning down a nerd drone by saying "I'm L-easy, not L-no stardards." >The cheerleaders doing cheerleading >J breaking up the writers/animators' strike with missiles >J bragging that people call her teargas because she is a can that makes people cry, while another drone comments that people call her a cunt bitch >Alice sleeping curled up like an animal >Emily praying to God to send her a human husband >Yeva dancing in front of lil' Doll >The gang marathoning the LotR movies after the good ending >Any scene of the show with Claptrap versions of the characters >Louisa wearing a BDSM outfit and happily telling herself that it still fits >James with a can of Raid spraying smurfs and saying "By the Queen's beard, another infestation!" >Spacesuit Tessa in space doing the Praise The Sun gesture towards a nearby star >Cyntipede saying "Your drink, sir" while offering you a tray with a can of Nightmare Fuel energy drink >Tron suit Tessa
>>25782 Grandmothers can be one of three things, absolutes pieces of shit, absolutes piece of shit with their sons or daughters but an absolute sweetheart to their granddaughter or grandsons, or unresponsive
>>25786 There is a possibility, but I doubt it, they look like they will be absolute pieces of shit with everyone, unless the grandchild thinks the same way as them
>>25796 No, from what I see, there is some stuff on the booru, check it if you think you missed something https://dronebooru.co/posts?tags=adopted_tessa_au
>>25801 Nice, I hope it wholesome and her stepdad being a proud of her And also maybe one greentext of Tessa and becoming a mom and her stepdad come to congratulate her
>>25843 She'd be more like Rin Penrose's mom. Roasting Tessa whenever she has the chance. >>25821 Not much of a bingo guy but I am looking forward to the show's conclusion.
Damn, drawfags be cooking. Same for the OC card panels anon. I really shouldn't have stayed up until 1:30 a.m. last night. Trying to writefag at that hour with work in the morning is not a good move
Image:172408788828.png(27kB, 507x400)elf j0y and the archiver.png
>>25777 I hope you enjoyed it. I called it the "finale", but it's more like a season finale. I plan to continue it and just write more Elf/labor bot stuff in general at some point. Once I have more ideas.
>>25859 I think the best we can ask for is a bittersweet ending given how dark this series got as it went on. That said, I've never cared for >Everyone died and everything they did was for nothing endings. If the entire cast ends up dead, frankly I'll feel like i wasted my time.
>>25867 Yeah that's kinda why I stopped bothering with the trash threads. I don't like them as much so the only reason to go was to make sure I didn't miss anything that needed to be on the booru, but it seemed like pretty much all drawfags were also posting here so why bother.
>>25872 >Alice and Beau are waiting for you by the door to come back from work. >The moment you open the door you are jumped by both who hug you tightly.
Posting this again because fuck you. Suffer the tism. >Ghost data flittered through the feeds to illuminate a sterile chamber. >Upon the litany of wires that stretched well beyond into the power nodes sequestered in the walls, periodic pulses began to creep along their lengths. >All focused on a single point. Simple rhythmic hum signalling function of dozens of virtual interfaces.
>Two figures clad in their white coats and tacky ties silently took notes from behind the observation window. Menial work soon interrupted by a more senior gentleman. >Greyed, bearded and a reserved determination in his eyes. >Dr Julius Veddic.
>"Is the project ready to begin the initial stages?"
>A few scribbles and clacks came back as the subordinate pair nodded, the younger of the two piping up. >"Yes. We've subjects loaded in their cells and power regulators are reading nominal. The new unified matrices in the program you designed should prevent any unwanted feedback. Though..."
>"Though *what*? Dr Palmer?" >Calm exterior faltered. Palmer retreating under his boss' interrogative tone to tug at his collar >"The translation protocols...they're changing."
>The good doctor played off the news with a half-smile. There was something unnerving about the gentleman that always ate at his underling's ease. >That smile always preceded something sinister. >"Proceed as planned. I believe this time there won't be any unforseen variables." >Control room noises filled the space inbetween the abrupt pause. >"Now. Dr Palmer."
>Realising his absent-minded fear had distracted from moving forward, the scientist immediately pulled back to his station in tandem with his. >A few taps of keys and a synchronised ENTER press saw the blast shields lowered to reveal the inner sanctum of the test chamber. --- >Technological monolith. Fused with man's hubris. His essence. >What little remained of it that is. Bone intertwined hideously with plasteel that bore into mis-shapen flesh at the hip. Wires running into nerve endings in the chest cavity that really shouldn't have been opened. >Utterly shelled in a cage of iron that bound the appendages. >Through it all were the dulled machinations of a 'volunteer'. Or a machine. >Distinction was meaningless.
>"Lets hope Project PROMETHEUS proves more fruitful than the last one. The recovered samples from Malar-5 were promising." >Veddic's finger lay squarely on the startup sequence panel. >"Release." >Palmer did as he was told. The cell doors opened, the generators powered up to max. >And the horrible clawed abominations methodically crept their way out of confinement. --- >TESTING COMPLETE >SUBJECTS COMPLETELY SUBDUED FOR A TIME AND UNDER PROMETHEUS' CONTROL. TRACKING AND OS DATA UPLOADED. >RECOMMEND FORWARDING RESULTS TO RT [_____] FOR IMMEDIATE SECOND PHASE TESTING. >FILES PERTAINING TO PROJECT AMALGAM ARE TO BE ARCHIVED FOR THE TIME BEING. >COLONEL HAWKING WILL BE INFORMED AS NEEDED.
>>25895 Hope suffers some type of Mental crisis due to her not being an intangible object in that split second, Beretta is surprised that she was even able to lift Hope not just because she's intangible but also due to the fact they're the same size and she didn't fall over while doing so.
>>25895 >>25899 >>25900 >Drones can give each other uppies >But it's not really the same as being given uppies by a human, and often elicits an uncomfortable awkwardness between parties of two or more. >Between disassembly drones it's an uncomplicated gesture with little meaning. >For sentinel drones however, it's a grave insult.
>>25949 I see you completed it Friend! Good job, I like the effects of lighting you did, gives some scary vibes that go pretty well with how she looks at you. Amazing job. >>25953 There so much of her history that I find interesting, nice to see her again Friend, nice work. Now I think it would be a cool thing that luminous contact lenses exist, maybe in the far future.
>>25961 They are really cute! i know it would not be possible but I do not care, I really like seeing the whole gang being happy and being really good friends.
>>25969 I think it's really nice, those type of greentexts and drawings I love a lot. I just love seeing happy characters having a nice time and living a normal nice life.
>>25960 Phoenix-anon described her as an amalgamation of Holly and her assistant, Bella (the extra limbs are from that drone assistant). Can't use Solver, I guess I think of it as kind of Holly's own breakthrough in drone research stuff. She was written as a sociopath, and well done in that manner.
>>25962 Of course, you can trust Holly (and I am not saying this because one of her robot limbs is pointing a gun at me) wholeheartedly! >>25963 Really liked that Holly drawing Phoenix made after episode 7 aired too.
