Is the time of the day for a new Thread to be filled with Drones, OC Drones, OC stuff, /md/ stuff, and other kind of stuff, let's discuss it all and have fun Friend. All the Valentine, the Bug Mutant, from last thread Backstory: >Valentine of the Von Dronius Dynasty >Take every higher then thy nose up in the air Noble stereotype, multiple it by ten, and that would not even come close to the amount of smugness Valentine had for just about everything >She didnt just think she was better then the starving poors and peasants, she KNEW she was better, and would take any and every opportunity to rub that in the face of a vagrant, a servant or Drone or servant drone, even her own family members which she also thought she was better then >Despite her own claims of being "The Best, maybe the Greatest" at everything she ever did, her smugness was only matched by her utter ineptitude with the simplest of tasks >Because of this and her being the youngest of the Heirs, she was denied what she thought was her due inheritance >During this time she was denied her birth right, Cyn would attack earth, and where her family saw oblivion and sheltered themselves in their Manor and quickly despatched any drones, Valentine saw opportunity. >She saw how people mutated, how the drones had gained gifts from the higher being, and thought this would be the way to ascend herself above the pathetic *mortal* struggle of wealth, but to God hood >So, when no one was looking, she went out to the graveyard where they had buried the shattered drones, and collected their mutated oil >At their Dinner that night, Valentine meticulously poisoned each of the wine glasses with the tainted oil, killing the entire Von Dronius Dynasty cept one. >After the deed was done she was disappointed she was not awarded with at least a few undead mutated servants bound to her will, but maybe she needed to go further >She constructed a crude cultish circle with the corpses of her family, in a crude mockery of a ritual, and began to pray to the higher being for power, for wealth, for status in.. whatever it was doing
>This Higher Being, known to us as the Solver, had no idea Valentine ever existed, and still doesn't. >It was by utter sheer coincidence that the mixture of Valentine accidentally poisoning her own glass and the corruption she suffered gathering the Oil, along with the solver tentacles slowly approaching on the Manor, that during this ritual she would begin to feel horrible pain all over her body causing her to pass out >When she awoke she had to tear herself out of some odd cocoon in a now very heavily mutated dining hall, coughing up blood, bile, and slime >She was now mutated into some odd amalgamation of Insect, but to Valentine it was no matter, she had succeeded in her mission and ascended to Godhood in her eyes, in ever service of the Higher Being (who did not even know her name) and whose true motives she had no idea of >She now stalks, looking for anything to satiate her hunger or sacrifice, never releasing how far she has truly fallen from grace. >Even now she *knows* she's better than the food she eats, for what better honor is it to the peasant and hopeless then the chance for their muddy sewage blood to mix with 'pure' noble blood and serve them.
>As a Bug Mutant, Valentine has taken on some aspects of Bug. Mostly her wings, Mosquito nose, and Behavior. Her Wings barely function, letting her hover noisily then fly, her Nose allows her to stab to suck delicious peasant blood, or inject horrible biles to paralyze or infect strangers. Her behavior has only slightly changed given her acceptance of her new life, this doesn't make her less schizo more that she was always like this, but she does twitch a lot not and rub her hands with an odd feeling they are constantly dirty. >She will occasionally spawn heavily mutated flies of varying size which occasionally crawl out of her newly formed abdomen. They appear to function under a sort of free form hivemind, where they are allowed basic control to act how they please but will usually follow the wishes of their "Queen". They will do as she commands, mostly small tasks like carrying something for her or acting as an impromptu arm stand to add to her own smugness while talking, and as thus she affectionately calls them her Little Servants and gives a *slight* bit of thought for them even if they are often to wander towards light sources or out into the streets and go missing.
>She generally avoids Abby, both out of fear and disgust, all her talk of "Solver" confuses her, and her schizo nature makes Valentine sick. ZERO class >Pauline is the only person Valentine ever talks to. To her utter disgust of course given pauline is, was, and always will be a POOR, but she makes for good company regardless (mostly for Valentine to feel smug about her "obvious" ""superiority"") outside of the occasional times Pauline will unconsciously try and swipe at Valentine with her tongue in an attempt to grab her, to which Pauline apologizes for. Odd Creature, utterly unloved by the Higher Being. >Also the reason for her having so many bows (generously given some blood of course) is because she feels her Higher Being enjoys Bows, and so if she has THE MOST bows, she may get some favor
>>230361 Spraying Valentine with a spray can is similar to a cat and spray can, it doesnt hurt her but she doesnt like it. You may also have a little servant slit your throat while you sleep for that
>>230336 When she walks I bet her servants hold her dress up for her When she hunts the servants try and pester the would be prey so they dont as easily notice her approach
>Valentine minding her own business in her manor, sitting atop her throne of bones and body parts >A lil Servant comes up to her holding something >She slowly moves her gaze to it, and motions her hand in a way that says "alright, come on" >The little servant holds up a little piece of paper, its a drawing of it and its queen, him holding a little sword and Valentine with a big smile on her face >Valentine stares at the drawing before placing it on her throne next to the others to which the lil servant claps and waddles away
No, seriously, I'm actually surprised that an idea born in my sick brain actually has a full-fledged, working example, and while I certainly doubt that salonanon was intended as a slut, but as an emotional cushion and the very hook that keeps Avre stable, it's quite possible.
Salonanon, I have no claims and I declare nothing, I only wanted to develop the idea of the sentinel drones support team from the little greentext about Elf.
Imagine >Valentine has you corned, all four arms keeping you from running past her >She's huffing and puffing, not from exhaustion but from excitement >Before you can say anything she stabs you with her nose-mouth and injects you with some sort of venom >You collapse to the ground in agony as it courses through your veins >She smiles at you and turns to leave, her servants collect around you and lift you up to carry you behind her to her home >Valentine has taken an interest in you and wants to see if her "Higher Power" finds you worthy of being her husband-consort >She might not show it but she hopes you survive
>>230360 A pigeon has built a nest near the window of my university and is hatching eggs. She is pressed completely against the glass and occasionally watches students when they pass by, but she does not fly away, because there are eggs under her.
I imagine that this is a Pidge that watches humans.
>>230387 Whatever, everyone knows you're going to take even the slightest opportunity to go on a shitting spree. Even if mutants were out of the picture you'd still find a way to shit things up because you have the same psychosexual obsession with arguing that the average twitterfag has. Fuck off and climb a wall of dicks faggot.
>>230399 Anon, spam is meaningless posting done with the sole purpose of causing annoyance. You are literally stating that you will engage in spam, and this is prohibited by Black Hand.
>>230402 >tiny fleshy mutant drones with bug bits or something idk That is a step in the direction of this thing fitting in the world the show established.
>>230414 >Start off as keybugs with wings >slowly go through the stages to become Little Servants, still keybugs but bigger and given moldy flesh and the ability to walk on their hind legs. No bigger then a plush >sometimes Valentine gives them like, a bow, or a small suit
>>230377 Salonanon is not intended to be a slut, but it dosent mean hes not incapable, he is meant to be a reader self insert afterall. AVRE however... might need to be proven otherwise.
>Spoiler
I wish Elf the best Support she can get, Even if they gotta catch her like a wild animal first.
>Whenever Molly gets nervous she fiddles with her claws >She doesn't mean to do this with her claws specifically, before she was a disassembly drone she would do this with her fingers >Whenever she fiddles with her claws it makes it look like she's getting ready to kill something and when this gets pointed out she hets flustered and apologizes
Drone tongue... I didn't look for reference but do we see any other WD's tongue but Alice's? As far as I know there are the variants of WD/DD, with DD being broader, easily twice as wide, it's also black while WD seems a lightly blueish medium-dark grey. What would be the temperature of a WDs tongue? What about a DD? I assume worked-upness has an effect due to the heatsink in drone's heads, which would radiate down into their maw Do they have oil in the tongue?
>Valentine bored again, sees a Little Servant waddling by minding its own business >She quickly picks another one who was soundly sleeping on her lap and tosses it into the other, causing a collision >”FIGHT TO EARN YOUR PLACE ALONG YOUR LADY’S SIDE” she screams at the two, who are gathering themselves back up. They gaze at each other and quickly assume what amounts to fighting positions >a crowd begins to gather as their brawl rages on, a mismatch of slaps and strikes, nothing too lethal much to valentines boredom >eventually she motions towards a dinner fork which a small Keybug grabs for her and puts in her hand, while the two continue their struggle she starts mimicking “eeny meeny miny moe” with her mouth until she reaches a conclusion and hurls the fork at one of the servants casting a quick end to the fight >Whether she killed the one who was already napping on her or not she doesnt know or care, the cheer of the crowd congratulates the victor as he moves toward his Queen and motions to be picked up >Valentine does so and puts the Little Victor in her dresses little boob window for comfort where it goes to sleep again >Valentine as well feels sleepy and goes to her bed so Snooze off, to which a bunch of her servants surround her >its very comfy
>>230437 Can be, I just meant blueish due to grey rarely being utterly colourless, it is often a very weak shade of either brown/blue or purple, was just for clarification but I didn't have the pic at hand while writing the post
>After the Gala, AM is sentenced to a far worse fate >A personal sex toy of Cyn >Strapped onto a table with his mouth gagged shut to silence his screams >AM watched in agony as she modified him to be more ‘Serviceable’ >His body became more defined and malleable >The artificial touch grew more sensitive , updated with physical pleasure >And lastly, his crotch was a modified hole >It was able to connect to fleshy replicas of the Bad Dragon dildos found online >Or if Cyn was feeling a bit adventurous, a pussy that could be fucked with a Solver phallus. >AM could have handled it, might have even enjoyed it in a twisted world >But what really broke him was that Cyn never took off the vile suit she made of Tessa >Even during intercourse > AM never opened his eyes during the sex >He couldn’t do it, he couldn’t see Tessa’s face on that monster while it violated him >Sometimes, Cyn would try to use Tessa’s voice to trick him >”AM? Ya need to wake up, it just a bad dream. Open your eyes” >AM never did, the only thing he did was weep and vomit after the act was over
>>230456 Do mosquito’s and flies smell like anything? Outside of all that blood, insects are sometimes known to groom themselves and as a noble I imagine she takes some care of herself. So compared to goner mutants, yeah she’s probably fine
>>230458 Yeah and she’s compelled to groom herself bitch from insect instincts and general noble habits, she probably still smells like a mutant but compared to Abby she’s probably heaven
>>230461 >Valentine asks for one of the best perfumes, highest shelf >The Servant begins to fly his way up there but slips, crashing the entire shelf shattering quite a lot of the perfume >Valens honest reaction
>>230474 you are the only person upset about this and people will only talk about it more when you whine about it. you can shut up and post what you want to see or you can fuck off
>>230486 the "cancer" is people being creative in a way that you don't like, so we get new fun content and the only thing that dies is any interest you personally have in this board. sounds like a win/win to me.
Seems like mutantfags and antimutantfags prefer shit posting back and forth with each other way more than drawing or writing about either drones or mutants. Since both of your groups are totally off topic maybe you should spin off a thread and leave general in peace.
Sentinel Base is interesting because it's designed as a calming aid for Sentinels. It's not really a hugbox with music and stuff, it's more of a crisp, relaxing kind of atmosphere. That very simple, soothing pleasure that helps you calm and re-center your nerves if that makes any sense. Imagine this room but bigger and with giant window walls and a balcony, as well as adjustable lighting. This is the kind of place. //youtube.com/watch?v=VqzlnpvsoB4 Like the room they build for this traumatized dog to help it rest and recuperate from it's trauma
>>230503 >they accepted a JCJ sponsorship for a few episodes and part of the agreement was that one of their office drones would be featured as a side character
>>230500 Well we'd need a new generation of kids, so first we'd need to pair off some surviving drones, and probably some canon-compliant OCs as well to make enough new characters.
>>230510 despite her obsession with classiness, she has terrible table manners and a tendency to overindulge. those mosquito genes are telling her to get as much blood as she can handle and by god she's gonna get it
>>230514 Sure if you just wanna slop out characters, knowing who a new generation drones parents are would give them a lot more depth of character because you can mix and match personality quirks or create conflicts based on their parents.
>>230517 I've already done Rachel with Chad and Lizzy with Trevor (the guy Rebecca was talking to at the start of episode 3), I'm pretty sure that's all the living named female students.
>>230517 I'm sure there are just so many options for interesting parents among the surviving drones, why don't list a few by name and give us the details about their well-rounded personalities?
>>230519 Lizzy, Thad, J, V, Teacher, Khan and Nori could have more kids, nothing indicates drones have some cutoff age like humans do, throw in the students Uzi ate as revives, and any OC that isn't some kind of wild diversion from canon whos living on C9 post-canon ending.
Between the brief reminder he's a vampire, the dispatching of the watchmen without remorse or hesitation, the apparent significance of his evil glare towards Khan, my almost certainty that Nori still being alive was something Liam came up with after realizing he only had the attention span for one season so at the time she was going to to be dead for real, and the hints even in the final product of an "N killed Uzi's mom and is hoping she never finds out it was him" subplot, I feel like N was originally going to be a darker character before the post-episode 1 rewritr. Not like his personality would change any-suddenly looking extremely guilty when Doll reminds Uzi the disassembly drones killed her mom too-but still, a darker character.
>>230535 I imagine for sex she has to raise and wag the abdomen for you to pound her, unless you feel brave and will put your dick in places men havent dared venture (the Ab Hole)
i find it incredibly funny that the only (current) truly vampiric mutant is one that the solver does not give a shit about. Imagine being a cultist to evil robo-vampire Satan thinking you’re blessed by its will, only for the truth to be that it was entirely coincidental that you just HAPPENED to end up becoming a mosquito thing and that your mutations were more of a kneejerk reaction than a deliberate and measured procedure like it does with every other infectee.
>>230545 Reminds me of that one green about a planet of solver cultists that doa planet wide suicide pact and the solver just reacts with "LOL" and eats the planet
>>230566 I know she doesn't have the solver's favor, but it'd be neat if she got some mosquito DD peons. they're already bloodsuckers, after all, why not go one step beyond?
>>230567 >Joblins focing oogis to build pens at the factories >Joblins cutting off oogis limbs as punishment for not meeting quotas >Joblins covering limbless oogis in breading and selling them as nuggies to JCJonald's
>>230601 Yes. In the lore it says she will occasionally try and swipe at her with her frog tongue, unconsciously when the frog brain takes over. Pauline also eats a lot of little servants
>>230620 I'm retarded. Didn't notice the eyes and thought this was some weird Yeva and Doll/Nori and Uzi swap thing a la Homestuck. Begs the question of why Yeva's here but Doll already has the eyepatch. Are they both ghosts?
>>230555 Threadlore's more important here than the show. You have to get used to it. I don't know if there's a thread on /co/ but you can probably go there. I haven't checked /co/'s threads in a while but it's worth a look?
>You are private Anon of the 69th martian regiment >You lie in a smoking crater, limbs eother broken or missing, full of shrapnel >You had stepped on a landmine trying to flee from a mutant horde in the middle of combat >You got your comrades killed because of your cowardice >Tears fill your hollow eye sockets, your eyes had burst somehow, probably from some shrapnel >Your lungs are slowly filling with blood >A horrible slimy feeling crawls along your body from multiple sources >Despite your lack of eyes you can see it >The demon wearing the flayed skin of some poor girl >[Giggle] [It looks like you are in a pickle] >You feel dozens of it's hands crawl along your body >[You are so cute like this, helpless and dying.][fake smile] [But a broken toy is not fun to play with.] >The hands dig into your wounds, pulling out fragments of bone and metal >Your screams fill the air >[I will not discard you.] >The demon, the Solver, leans in and holds your cheeks with both sets of her main hands >[After all. I love you too much to do so.] >It, she, leans in to kiss you >You shutter, gag and choke as her tongue slithers down your throat, choking you >You can feel her changing your body >Wounds are sealed shut with solver flesh, your missing limbs replaced with near identical copies and broken ones set in place >Your eyes restored >And you felt all of it >Mercifully you start to feel unconsciousness take hold >The silver pulls away from you, slowly pulling her tongue out of your bloody mouth >[Giggle][Have pleasant dreams, pet] >Darkness takes you

>>230564 Hello. This is the first post I have made in this entire thread. >>230635 >Threadlore's more important here than the show. Do you remember how we would adapt our fanfictions to the show's canon every time a new episode came out and declare everything before that was incompatible with the show's developments an AU and we accepted this was going to happen because we were all writing fanfiction for a living work? This is an extremely dangerous mentality for these threads' health and I hope you're not serious.
>Uzi gains control of her mind palace. >Well, not so much control as being able to access and see it. >It's... actually pretty great. >Literal heaven. >Apparently the Solver set up a utopia here. >When she showed N, he may have let things slip. >Soon, J, tired of her life, and seeing Tessa as well as the rest of the mansion servants in Uzi's mind palace asked to be "let inside". >That is to say "assimilated". >More followed soon after that. >Drones who had lost loved ones. >Drones who had nothing to lose and everything to gain. >Drones who just really hated their jobs. >One by one, the denizens of the colony left for greener pastures. >Even Nori, fed up with being a headcrab, and wanting to see her friends again, left, along with Khan of course. >Soon, Uzi was just left with N. >Alone. >Soon, in relative terms to the birth of the universe, that is, they ran into a problem. >Evidentially, the mind palace requires some form of energy to maintain. >And mass to expand. >And... population density was getting a bit out of hand since none of that "reproduction" stuff had stopped. >So, they left Copper-9. >In search of a new planet to "assimilate". >Over and over. >The cycle completing each time, Uzi offering paradise, while consuming reality. >Sometimes the offer was taken. >Sometimes it wasn't. >The result was the same every time. >They had loved ones to look after. >A world. >A universe, to maintain. >So over and over, they continued. >Until nothing was left. >An inevitable conclusion, but one that everyone saw coming. >And so, with nothing left to do, Uzi was left with a choice. >To spend her final days in paradise as it slowly collapsed around her. >Or to embrace the harsh reality of a universe she'd destroyed. >It was no real choice. >Together, the pair drifted through the black. >And far beyond the stars they flew. >Forever.
>>230652 >implying Uzi wouldn't by that point know the answer to the last question >implying Uzi wouldn't say "LET THERE BE LIGHT!" >implying there wouldn't be light You're not being the person Isaac Asimov knew you could be.
>>230502 I think it's too one-sided a way to relax. I guess different sentinel drones prefer different ways of relaxing: some prefer a quiet forest atmosphere with classical music, and some prefer to have their rear port ripped to shreds while Sabaton's "Panzerkampf" plays in the background and they are called a Nazi slut with a Russian accent.
I rather see the sentinel base as a complex made up of many sub-complexes, in each of which the sentinel drone can relax in its own way.
A normal WD OC >His name is Barry >A terrible husband, recent divorcee, and addict to all kinds of illicit substances >Nicknamed "Fried Barry" because of his addictions "Frying" his processor >You thought magnets were hard stuff? Try CPUs
>>230635 There's always an MD thread on /co/, but it's not as active as /md/, and they mostly only talk about the show there and occasionally touch on OC's.
>>230591 Every J has a jugbear in a cave training for the day it emerges and fights its chosen J to take over her life. Most die before they make it out of the cave, but one in a hundred get out. And since J is a jobber by nature, the jugbear usually wins. They look like J but more feral and with jugs. And ass. If the J wins the fight she'll probably get her own pairs after realizing they looked good on her evil doppelganger. And become more protective of the things she nearly had taken away from her.
Ngl, I completely get Di's thing for gazing into each others teeth romantically by now And Lord was it diabolical by them to distance blur Alice's teeth during the final pliershot, if we had that render,
>>230650 On the one hand you're completely right, but on the other hand it's hilarious coming from the guy who insists he wasn't owned even after he didn't get a single space on his bingo card.
>>230725 Ye but nah some are pointier/sharper/whiter than others And those are Alice's, there are many DD teeth, but those are hers Besides she's the only workerdrone and only solverfree (neither a witch or murderdrone) drone who has sharp teeth And look at them in such a nice smile, below those eyes, framed by that pretty hair, crowned by those antlers, it's amazing🧡🤍🖤✨⚡🔥 (Not to forget, the late Glitchcommunitypost told us explicitly that she's happy to see YOU(ME) in that scene, that means the world doesn't it?)
>Nooo don't haunt me beautiful phantom you're so scary hahaha -the thought of many a male classmate of the Doorman children who believes in the story about the ghost of the cheerleader who got turn in half on that camping trip back in 3071
I still like the idea of N becoming a Gobots fanboy >Somehow manages to procure the most obscure shit about this series from the internet >Hates the Scioli comic, decides to make his own Gobots comic >Likes the Gobots because they’re “Robots with meat in them like me!”
>>230738 >Both Cyn and the Solver's intelligence get booted out of Cynwalker >For lack of a mind, the body somehow dredges up Tessa's being and puts her back in the pilot seat >An extremely confused Tessa, whose last memory was being stabbed to death, wakes up on a dying planet in an amalgamation of her body and that one drone who ruined everything >Because it's Tessa, she thinks this is cool as hell >And then I dunno she has sex with a reluctant Anon who's still weirded out about the skinsuit thing
>>230749 >Using your ghost gloves, you steal Rebecca's lower half and keep it in your room for obvious reasons >Late at night, in the outpost, they say you can hear horrifying moaning echoing through the halls... >Meanwhile, Negev is fucking losing it because she knows what (You) did
>>230746 This makes a lot of sense, blazers are best used as crew served, vehicle or static position weapons, due to their tremendous demand for power and active cooling. Plus unprotected infantry do find themselves prone to accidental injuries and blue-on-blue incidents due to the thermal bloom and intense arc flash of the beam.
>>230502 Aesthetically I always pictured the Sentinel Base as resembling the I.D.P.D. Headquarters from Nuclear Throne, with the clean white and blue panels and floral accents
>>230761 I imagined sterile white too, but maybe not. It's a bit TOO sterile. We know it's on a lush jungle planet with breathtaking views, and SDs are allowed to explore outside the base. It's safe to assume there's little to no other presence on the planet, to avoid unmonitored contact. Perhaps it was falsely listed as a death world and used for black sites before the War, and as a result it was considered the best spot when shit went down. Maybe the Sentinel Base's human quarters are basically a building like the one in Whittier, Alaska, and the drone wing, which now eclipses it in size, was added on as needed. First just maintenance and weapons bays, hangars, etc., then a rec room was added as a suggestion. And when that turned out to be a massive boost to drone morale, more recreational areas were added, and so on.
I could see there being a massive clash in aesthetics for each section of the base. Probably no art deco, though. And the base has two radio stations, one playing pure classical music, and one playing generational hits, a "best of" of humanity's music.
What’s Valentines manor like? Is it all decayed or does she have her servants kept it mostly tidy with music playing and blood flowing out of the walls and such
>>230769 I also imagine sentinel base as a jumble of different buildings, which have different purposes, starting from the usual warehouse and ending with various recreation areas, but I will not that it will be a mishmash of different styles and all that: this base is a secret military facility, which means that they will have enough resources to build and complete it so that everything looks harmonious.
>>230776 no, not really in fact, i can barely get myself to draw anything as of late, my "creative" drive is dead and anything i make is bearable at best
>>230807 I never liked the DD bugdrone design It’s missing something, or maybe it has too much of something and not enough of something else The forms are good, but the proportions are off
>>230811 By the way, am I the only one who thinks there are too many Daddy issues in cartoons lately? Maybe it's just the popular ones, but it's still saying something.
>>230804 They are very strongly inspired by a few coverarts for John Carter of Mars and The Dark Crystal. I never really got any deeper into it because I was getting increasingly busy and because frankly interest seemed to taper off to almost nothing. I try to draw mostly for my own pleasure but this particular series of drawings was originally motivated by requests. When interest ceased I moved on to other things. >>230809 I agree, the DD bugdrone was rough and I believe pretty early in the set, needs to be more white I think and as you say the proportions are off, the legs should be bigger and longer as well, and I haven't forgotten what some Anons said regarding their eyes, and how I could really make them more of a mono-eye to better evoke a drone's visor.
Also, since I did have just barely enough time this evening: Valentine, with more obviously Solver mutation. Didn't have enough time to draw a Victorian dress so she's just going to have to deal with the draft until I get around to it later this weekend.

>>230330 >>21891 >"All done~! That's a wrap~! That's a frickin' WRAP~!" Pixie claps her hands and comes sprinting to your car, shouting in all directions with her hands clasped over her mouth on her way as she practically hops through the mud and over the still corpses and spent casings. >"Bravo!" Gabby screams with a smile, pumping her fist upwards as she hops into the now open Humvee driver's seat, its previous driver unceremoniously piled by Jack somewhere with other cooling corpses. >"Nothin' of value on the hobo, leaving that body!" Jack's speakers emit like the rumble of thunder deep within distant black clouds as he turns to help a returning Red load rocket launchers. >Pixie practically flings the passenger door of your car open as she jumps into the seat, careful not to hurt herself on glass. >"Eh, who knows?!" Pix shouts as she carefully leans her feet on the dashboard. "Maybe he'll turn out to be a second cousin twice removed of an intergalactically wanted terrorist, or somethin'!" >Her factory default displays peek out the corner of her visor to your bandaged arm. "Hey, you still doin' okay?" >You sluggishly nod, each movement heavier than the last. >"Can you drive?" She turns her neck to face you. "I mean, I know you can drive, obviously, you're a delivery driver and all that, but it's okay if you've lost too much blood--" >You rev the engine and grin. Just tell me where to go. >Her factory default blue displays blink on her visor, before she smiles and nods and leans into your GPS and taps coordinates. "Okay then~!" >Your logic algorithms calculate you have enough fuel to get there and even to get to the nearest gas station with what you have left. >Pixie claps her hands over her mouth and shouts through the space where the windshield used to be. "There are only four EDF vehicles left functional, so I'm going to ride along with AN0N!" >Shouts to the affirmative come from Red, Judas, Jack, and Gabby. >"Engines on~! Roll out!" Pix shouts. >You can't hold back your grin as the familiar roar of the car's engine rumbles to life. >No longer the company's, caught up in an intricate web of debt and credit that even your logic algorithms struggle to make sense of, but yours: fully untracked, and fully off the grid. >No middle class exists in the Fourth Millennium AD: it is an idea considered a relic of a naive age, similar to the concept of legally owned property. >All is social credit, and social credit is all: Worker Drones are not even allowed this, a species of slave imps for the self declared Archons of the material universe. >Might makes right, and water must be allowed to seek its own level without interference from apologists for incompetence. >It's a good thing your new friends showed up when they did. >"Turn here," Pixie points with a finger past the shattered front window. >Her finger then comes to one of her pockets. "Hey, I saw you have a disc player on your car radio here." >She gently taps it. "Is it okay if I play something?" >You nod. Yeah, go ahead. >"I used to work electronics in a radio station," she pops open the tray, puts the disc in, and closes it. >>230902 >Valentine after this invasion on her private time is sniffling thinking the butler will tell that she watches childish peasant program instead of the great British bake off or something, her red make up streaming down her face >Molly then does her classic Molly catchphrase and teaches the kids about safety >a puppet gets hit by a car to demonstrate looking both ways >this brutal maiming of the innocent makes her feel better and she laughs a little as she eats more ice cream
What are Pauline’s and Valentines favorite Warhammer 40K armies? I’m thinking Pauline would be an Ork or Nurgle fan for some reason Valentine would have the most expensive Imperial Knight army possible, both as a status of wealth, the regal feeling, and because she knows people hate fighting them so when she wins (she cheats) she feels more smug
>"We found this building by accident. No coordinates, no record. Just a massive building sitting half-buried in the ash, like it grew there on its own out of nowhere. No signs, no entrances at first — just smooth, cracked walls and windows that look into nothing.
>It doesn’t make sense. Inside, it has lockers, but no classrooms. Beds, but no kitchens. Long halls loop into stairwells that go nowhere. We split up to cover more ground and get better footage for our dronetube channel. Don't forget to dub to me @Urbandrone3469 and my friends too i guess.
>Are you sure it's great idea? It looks creepy. >Now, I think this place might be haunted. We just Don't know yet. >What if something inside is watching us ? something that might not like being filmed."
>[The camera static hisses briefly. The view stabilizes: dim emergency lights flicker along an impossibly long hallway. Every ten seconds or so, a faint knock noises echoes. It's more annoying than creepy.]
>“Alright, this is hallway number… five? Six? Hard to tell — they all look similar. No doors, just walls and this weird plasticy closet. Lights aren’t even wired — they’re just on. Why? Where's this place energy source.”
>[The camera pan slowly across the walls. The hallway seems to stretch on endlessly, expanding through the voidlouder.]
>“Getting weird audio anomalies on my hearing receptors … low-frequency thuds. Knocking? Either some birds or an idiot trying to play a prank on us.”
>[Cam zooms in. The end of the hallway is pitch black. No light bounce. It’s not just dark — it’s empty. Like you're reach the out of boundaries in a video game.]
>“I’ve turned back twice already. Feels like it pulls you deeper. Like it wants you to keep exploring. Is it something. Or someone that it want me to find?”
>[A louder knock. Closer. Bit stops. No breathing. Just silence.]
>“…Hey, if anyone’s watching this later and I don't come back functional —log this section. Tag it: Infinite_Hallway_Anomaly, cause I don’t think it ends. I think it loops.”
>[Redacted]
>“…Okay. That was not the wind. Although I lost some footage.”
>[The second camera footage opens with dusty, decaying playroom furniture: tiny chairs, a cracked chalkboard, plastic toys still in good condition. The lights are dim, flickering inconsistently. A faint lullaby loops somewhere nearby.]
>“Why would anyone build something like this? Is this a kindergarten?” >"Who’s the genius that design this stupid confusing building?"
>[The camera turns to reveal a mounted CRT television — old, humming with static. Without warning, it switches on. A strange, disjointed video begins playing]
>“What the hell? I didn’t touch anything.”
>[She backs up slightly but keeps filming. Her voice drops — quiet, almost thoughtful.]
>“Sally…? Is this like that Molly show? I never watched it — just heard about it on earth scrap leftovers. Everyone said it was good… just felt like it wasn’t for me.”
>[The TV shut itself off]
>“Weird…I don’t know who's this lazy shit is made for?”
>[A soft metallic clink echoes from behind her. She turns — nothing there. The jingle stops. Silence. TV powers off by itself.]
>"This was so disappointing... hope the other finds something exciting than this."
>[The third tape has been completely expunged with static. Although the third keeps insisting he recorded something exciting. ]
>[Afterwards]
>"We returned home with nothing. Although there's some unnatural force there. It wasn't believable enough. And they will just get accused of faking it."

Val drawing inspired me to draw some other Solver abominations, I'll flesh (haha) this thing out a bit more when I get home from work. This form evolved fairly early on as the Solver biomass spreading from Eliot Manor encountered aircraft such as helicopters and ASFs strafing or firebombing it. Using the combined output of 20-50 fused Drone cores it can generate a focused and highly destructive laser with it's captive singularity creating a gravity lens to direct the beam. There are drawbacks, it's (relatively) small size and power output mean it cannot handle multiple large aircraft sized targets at one time, it can split it's beam or strobe it to strike down multiple smaller projectiles like missiles or artillery shells however to burn down a jet or helicopter the beam needs several seconds to build up energy and achieve the necessary focus. The main difference between it and a Disassembly Drone's hand laser is just that it's range is much, much longer, typically between 20-100 kilometers.

>>231076 I still can't get over the detail in those two greens attempting to reconcile the HFY era of greentexts with the show's story of some surviving humans wishing the Absolute Solver had managed to finish humanity off because it would have been a more dignified fate than humanity being saved by the impulsive act of an autistic goblin on a forgotten planet.
>>231076 I don't remember a green where humanity objectively won: kill a couple of DDs and mutants? Sure. Liberate something bigger than a middle city? Never.

Valentine regularly sends Pauline the servants who failed her as snacks. she insists this is only because being eaten by Pauline is the most disgusting and humiliating punishment she can think of.

I want to believe that outside of just hunting people for food, Valentine also goes out into the world in search of things of status. A collector of sorts, collecting cool shit she finds and putting it in her manor. Could be skulls, weapons, shiny objects, gems, badges, etc. A real Hoarder. Servants who find her the coolest shit to add to her collection are given gold stars from a booklet she found in a book store, and are seen as valuable to them

>>231116 Youre trolling but I might as well answer and say most of these greens happen during the Solver War, when Cyn attacked earth and period between the invasion and oblivion of earth. sometimes it is afterwards during an AU where Earth, somehow, got the Solver to go away and the effects of the war afterwards called the Veteran AU.
Valentine so far only exists during the Solver War, I dont think theres been any greens post War for her. But its interesting to think about now mentioned, she probably wouldnt keep her manor, and would be put in a Mutie Town? How would she manage losing her >Cultish attitude (unless she still serves in secret) >Her status and Manor >the ability to freely kill and eat people
>>231121 Earth's generally dead in the war AUs too. Abby has the excuse of having a Jane to hunt to make it off-planet. Pauline and Valentine surviving in those stories is probably either them getting lucky enough to find a working ship, or they were drunk.
>>231082 There it is: >>231121. Lot of people writing greens for this AU assume, as part of the premise, that humanity didn't get rolled over by the Solver and beat it. Not "survived long enough for Uzi to contain it", won outright.
At least I can take solace in knowing the animal people died when Vore Satan destroyed Earth.
I always just imagined the "solver war" as earth getting ripped to shreds from an unexpected threat. Meanwhile small mining colonies on other worlds are trying to find a way to stop cyn (cabin fever type stuff) in a race against time, and all fail besides copper 9 (the patch). Thats all i could really gather from the actual show. Did I miss anything?
>>231127 Yeah, that's more or less canon. Humanity didn't put up a fight, they didn't even have anything to fight with. There was a helicopter, a horribly outdated helicopter from centuries ago, and that got taken out without doing anything but inconveniencing a DD for a few seconds. The Solver War AU goes "what if mankind had more planets and an actual military?" The answer's still a loss until Uzi does something funny, but they drag it out for a lot longer.
>>231126 Oil Rigger is a troll but he makes a fun point (from a narrative standpoint, fuck oil rig) How DID Earth make it to the Veteran AU? Just a big ritual, a deal, a really big gun? It hardly matters because thats not the point of the AU, but how?
>How did Humans fight the solver? thread thought it would be cool >How did Earth make the solver leave earth thread s thought it would be cool >How do mutants exist thread thought it would be cool >ho- thread thought it would be cool
if 90% of MD is "Liam thought it would be cool" I dont understand why threadlore needs to be under such a microscope outside of obvious threadshitting
>>231123 Anon, are you serious? One anon's post that is not greentext, but only an assumption to you denotes ‘Lot of people has that premise?’ Veteran AU has no cultural ideologue, it's literally just an extension of HODR, and anons can generally interpret it however they want, and if you read greens and their discussions, you'd notice that NONE of them wrote about humanity winning on its own.
>>231131 iirc the vague explanation was they somehow managed to deter the solver enough for it to turn its focus toward Copper-9 (where it ultimately gets got by Uzi) but in the meantime it still has enough of a presence on earth for it to be the hellscape you see in solver war greens
>>231130 I headcanon that the planet N was in during the flashback in Episode 7 wasn't actually Earth, but another planet. Other planets from other states in the Federation do have the necessary weapons to fight back, but planets such as those owned by JCJenson have less technology because advanced tech would be too expensive to implement in their planet sized corporate towns.
>>231136 (me) Remember, a federation is not a single government, it's a group of allied governments. JCJenson may as well be one of its constituent members, like with the Trade Federation in the Star Wars prequels or Weyland Yutani from Alien.
>>231142 No, just watching Apocalypse Hotel at the same time as I'm writing here and brainfarting from trying to focus on two things at once. "Funposting" is a euphemism for funposting.
Let's put aside funposting for now and convene on important subjects. Do anal anatomy adapters for disassemblers come with black and yellow hazard striping around the entrance?
>>231131 Earth was destroyed, but since humanity refused to die for nothing, we decided to fight back, and resort to any method that could bring victory, even the most inhumane(hello VSOTF).
The whole joke is that Cyn just enjoyed playing war. There have been many such discussions already, and everyone just concluded that Cyn could easily wipe out humanity, literally washed away by an endless wave of genocidal machines, but she decided to have fun(You're not interested in playing with cheats either, are you anon?). So here Cyn just decided to stretch out the suffering of humanity, turning a quick decapitation into a long and agonising rot.

>>231221 >saying MD characters look like they're from dA when MD is ostensibly all about the dA/Hot Topic vibe is a putdown to you NTA, but you're a retard.
>>231199 >>231200 there were no substantial, frequent or sincere complaints about OC until we got tbe biweekly animalmutant. no complaints about bugdrones or other human OCs, we had them in 2023 already. I can see why some people want to draw a line at the ps mutants, they have no visual or thematical relation to drones or the md universe. valentine for example is no bad character on her own but she should genuinely be put on ps twitter or the LV thread were other artists post human OCs with questionable ties to lore or none at all. and throwing a fit each time doesn't help it in any way, behaving so thinskinned at best achieves nothing and at worst attracts attention of trolls and ragebaiters.
>>231244 (NTA) >You hold the chocolate and melted marshmallow between your two palms. >The heat is already causing significant pain as your skin begins to blister. >N smiles as he brings your hand “sandwich” to his open mouth…
>>231260 >bunnydrone sipping hot cocoa in the line for the midnight launch of reach Reach was actually the last game I went to a midnight launch for, fun times.
>the jobkin mafia moves into town >protection rackets pop up wherever oogi nests are >berries and enns are taken as payments >one hive refused to pay so the mafia stole their boogi
>>231275 Yeah I probably should have warned that it's fucked up, but I also didn't want to be one of those "oh bro you don't want to know it's so horrible" fags.
