Playing Look Outside, still going through it. Wish some of these enemies were less insane. I'd imagine that what the masked thing does to you if you allow yourself to be let in is more or less what Cyn would do to Anon.
>>227475 ouuhh.. cyn gently taking me apart piece by piece… her keeping me alive and awake throughout….. complimenting my organs… her sneaking bites of the ones she plans on replacing.. she sneezes and accIDENTALLY TURN MY PAIN INHIBITORS OFF OH JESUS FUCKING CHRIST AHHHH AHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FU
>>227475 I'm replaying Mass Effect 2 myself. I'd forgotten how fun games used to be. Back in the day I thought it was fairly inoffensive but it couldn't had been made today. If you go to the wrong bathroom, EDI will tell you to go the right one. The game also throws shade at the "all X is racis!" crowd and occassionally makes the point that some stereotypes are right. I don't remember Garrus being a dick. I like him now. Though Zaeed remains my favourite. >Shepard is sent to fight rogue drones >He finds a warning about the Solver's nature >He brings it to the attention of the Council of Humanity >Corporate interests intervene to hush his warning >The Council supresses him and the information >The Solver War erupts on earth >Shepard fights more drones >Humanity manages to defeat the drones until all that is left is a cleanup job >Shepard appears before the Council and pleads his case again now that they have seen that he is right >The Council claims it is just a machine uprising and that he is being dellusional >However it was all a diversion to draw attention away from Cyn's activities >Earth explodes and Shepard dies >A shadowy antiHMODF collects his corpse and Dr Holly brings him back to life >The organization's leader gives Shepard a ship and sends him on a mission to stop the real threat >But Shepard needs a team >Shepard goes to warzones and recruits The Super Soldier Master Chief, The Playboy Duke Nukem, The Lunatic Doomguy, the Synthetic John Ultrakill and the funny t-shirt guy Serious Sam
>>227478 you do realize mutants can be more than just animals right though I do admit that it’d be pretty funny to see a mutie freeze up after being caught rummaging through one’s trash.
>>227480 It's still a concept that will never get picked upon. But my idea is she'll like to absorb shiny objects she see or find whether from the trash or from drones to herself as a new skin layer armor.
>>227481 you see that’s way better (and grosser) of a concept. focus on that instead of animal features. she can keep superficial features that loosely make her “raccoon-coded” like having permanent black bags under her (possibly glow-y) eyes. and also crawling around on all fours and standing up straight when caught rummaging through trash.
Mutant character who just ended up having their eyes pop out of their skull and grow limbs from their optic nerves. Not everyone gets to be a cool monstrous freak of un-nature. Sometimes the Solver just wants a cheap laugh using whatever counts as “low-brow” for eldritch horrors.
>>227475 Playing Rome: Total War 1, Vanilla, Julii family, Short Campaign, Normal/Normal, camera restricted to General's unit. I'd forgotten just how atmospheric the completely dynamic prebattle speeches in this game are and how in depth the campaign map's mechanics are: the battle map is a direct 1:1 recreation of the positioning on the campaign map and even adapts to include built roads. The actual battle mechanics on an individual model basis are also objectively superior to currently running installments, individual models will actually mob enemy models all at once and stab them to death through their guard. Total Gaul Death >>227477 >I'm replaying Mass Effect 2 myself. Classic dark, grungy sci fi. I played it as a kid. Good taste. >I'd forgotten how fun games used to be. Something went terribly wrong starting somewhere around the mid 2010s and live service slop is putting the nails into the coffin. I'm so glad I never spent money on Fallout 4. I finally bought Rome: Total War 2 & Attila about a decade later fully patched and with all DLC on sale exactly like I planned and I plan to play through all of the games from Rome 1 onward stopping just before Warhammer. >Back in the day I thought it was fairly inoffensive but it couldn't had been made today. If you go to the wrong bathroom, EDI will tell you to go the right one. The game also throws shade at the "all X is racis!" crowd and occassionally makes the point that some stereotypes are right. Liberalism defeated all social ills and had to worsen them again or even create new ones (the wrong bathroom line) in order to keep functioning. >Though Zaeed remains my favourite. I love how if you do the "right thing" during his Loyalty Mission and save the civilian workers from burning alive the game actually punishes you by allowing his vendetta target to narrowly escape and you have to figure out how to deal with an EXTREMELY pissed off Zaeed, with a perfectly valid option being to leave him to burn to death. It just feels like something no one would do today.
This is my mutant character, Blystal the Fox. She was a soldier of the Federation but she would get raped by Jane 50 times. Then Jane made her left 4 dead where the Solver would rape her 50 times and then turned her into a fox. Then Snabby raped her 50 more times. PLS FEEL SORRY FOR HER!!!1!!! :'( Wait whats a Murder Drones?
>>227492 Oh, yeah, like, a considerable amount actually. Take a stroll through any infected city and you’ll see fleshy wads merged with cars, benches, really anything they were sitting down on when they turned. Look up and you’ll see dozens of meat-stalks standing erect out of apartment windows, formerly people who just picked the wrong time to get some fresh air. They’re still there, in their minds, somewhat. You can hear them gurgling. Listen closely and they may just jibber for help. Or bite your ear off. 50/50 shot.
>>227494 I love how Nintendo shamelessly combined Borgs and Tyranids for that game's primary antagonists, the Aparoids. The entire campaign fucking rocked and was a blast from start to finish. >PLS FEEL SORRY FOR HER!!!1!!! :'( Architects - "Libertine" (Full Album Stream) >Wait whats a Murder Drones? Do you remember how Droneanon admitted to not watching the show for the longest time and was purely in it for social clout on an anonymous imageboard?
>>227494 >Then Snabby raped her 50 more times. Uh. Excuse me. I think I’d know if my Wife was raping other people than me. This is slanderous and frankly insulting to imply that she would settle for raping anyone else.
>>227485 Well, according to Chapter 7 Section 4 Stanza 13 Line 2 of the /md/ charter, as decided at the Great /MD/ Conference of 2024, PocketSteaks is the sole legitimizing authority on all things related to Mutants, the Solver War, and Girlfailures. As is often said, Aliquo modo scio hoc culpam Pocketsteaks esse.
>>227494 I love that pocketsteaks has created such great and popular content that there are real idiots who are willing to make a drama over that popularity.
>>227504 people give him alot of slack on otherwise mediocre characters like Lucy or Pauline because he has seniority in the threads as one of the first drawfags to post consistently back when the threads were picking up. then he absolutely knocked it out of the park with Jane with her concept, and every knows how it went from there. people expect any OC he makes to get a level of dedication that just isn’t found with any random anon deciding to throw out their new oc and hoping it sticks
>>227510 >>227511 You assholes didn’t let Lucy out for Memorial Day, her 9th favorite holiday. Hell, you didn’t even let her try on a bunnysuit for Easter, you fucking fucks
>>227516 This is anon who has hosted drama in the past. I didn't catch that time, but he corrected himself and is now a normal anon and a good contentfag.
>>227513 but anon, don't you see? she's been right in front of us the whole time. she had to evade the sentinels she spooked somehow, and where better to hide than in plain sight?
Why were anons arguing in the thread again? Are they just not happy their own content barely gets any attention? What advice would you give to these anons?
>>227549 I think Buddy would work better without it tbdesu, it makes him to Captain America-y and turns what could be an interesting Apocalypse Now esque or zombie survival thing into superhero adjacent schlock We should def keep the DDanni ddicking though
>>227554 No because i was the anon who created the VSOTF stuff and now regret it. I just wanted to make an excuse for why Buddy is a war criminal. Honestly i feel like the publoc of the federation shouldn’t even be praising him other than the program and made him the way he is.
If you were given a choice, how would you change an OC to be "better" to your own liking? I imagine this arguing is because some of the characters are disliked by the majority of Anons here and every time their contentfag makes something about them, it just gets ignored or very few aknowledgements. How would you rework them to be more likeable?
>>227569 >invisible ghost Doll has her arms over Lizzy's shoulders as they both sensibly chuckle at Uzi's failure as a Dul and a Lizzu take a break from mleming each other to join in
>>226351 >More Fun Morning OC Facts: Emily has also become a school legend in the post-Good Ending times. They say that if you're a guy, and your hand suddenly feels cold, it's because she's holding it, and if you're feeling watched it's because her head's in the room.
>>227556 I liked the concept of VSOTF because it really was able to make Buddy a war criminal from a logical point of view(it's pretty hard to be a war criminal when you're fighting against a genocidal army of robotic vampires and mutants).
And I see no reason to regret it, it's a pretty workable concept.
>>227591 Erm, he's dead, like, completely dead, staying so loyal to a dead man is like walking a dead dog. I'm not saying she should forget him, but beating herself up is definitely not the answer.
>morale in the city has fallen below acceptable levels >the N army has been deployed to restore public order >they kick down doors, hugging femcels and dragging them outside to touch grass >tfw you hear a squad of big, sweaty N's about to break down your door
>>227596 >Is what the words etched into the sketchpad of the femcel's notepad usually said. >Alas, nothing of the exciting sort ever happens in her part of the universe. >She's stuck waging, day in and day out, only to come home exhausted and violently obsessing over her N posters and then goon horribly after a healthy meal of instant ramen. >Silent resentment builds as she sees happy drone couples, most usually an N unit and a V unit, holding hands and nuzzling each other on the way back from the Mcdonalds she's employed at. >Off she goes to the forums to decry such a travesty, complaining that *she* should be the one with an N BF. Despite her horrible BO. >And the messy hair. And the chub that's been building over the years. >And the...you get it. >Yes, it's a sad life the femcel leads. >But a deserved one nonetheless.
>Luckily we have solutions for these wastes of genetic material! >Introducing: DIRT!
>>227584 Well the other anon from the last thread did brought up the idea that the VSOTF would be kinda similar to the SS. I always did imagine them that not even the normal armed forces would like because they’re too fanatical and dehuman.
One of the VSOTF is an old man who shot down a DD with his old shotgun. Another is an old woman who shot down a DD by throwing a jar of tomatoes at it. And lest we forget, the Ghost of Proxima.
I've been messing around with an idea for a setting before the Solver War and the Gala Massacre. Corporate espionage between JCJenson, rival companies, and corrupt Federation officials trying to up each other. Until suddenly they discover JCJenson's horrifying experiments with the Solver and try to stop them, but it's too late.
One thing I've noticed about the characters that hate DDs is that they have some sort of mental or physical trauma because of the DDs or the AS. Can mental counseling or some sort of concessions be made with them so that they at least try to tolerate DDs and see them as people?
>>227615 Remember, one normal WD without any Soover powers that survived the core collapse due to skill but mostly luck was responsible for not only having all but 3 DDs killed, but also preventing them from getting respawned or taken back by Cyn Do we have an actual total count of DDs? I remember one anon had 32 based on what we see in 6 itself and the trailer for it, but now that we also got BTS fotage from the 2nd we should probably get a total count easily
>>227614 >Deranged and brainwashed fantical group. (At least for VSOTF they were tortured before being brainwashed) >More loyal to a faction/ideal than towards their main forces. >Regularly commits war crimes and isn’t afraid to frag someone that interferes with their duty. >Everyone hates them.
>>227617 Anon, imagine that a disassembly drone brutally murdered your entire family: ripped out your mother's spine and wrapped it around the blinds; ripped open your father's belly and shoved his own intestines down his throat; ripped out your brother's eyes and told him to run, and three minutes later launched a homing missile at him; broke all of your sister's bones and made her watch as a mob of mutants inevitably approached her, guaranteeing a painful death.
And then she gave you a note with a grotesque, childish dog drawn in multi-colored crayons with a sad smiley face and the words "forgive me, please." Will you forgive her? Will you be willing to live and wake up every day knowing that the monster who robbed you of the most beloved people in your life is right now living as if nothing had happened, living the life she wanted herself?
>>227630 >The chud "hating DDs becuz they killed muh family" VS >The Chad "hating DDs because they're abominations made to serve man's will and their suffering is amusing"
>>227629 And when the war was won through third party means and the newly formed union tells the psycho soldiers that the war is over and no longer have to fight, they all collectively losed their shit.
Make sure to buy Nanotrasen stock to undermine the Union and support our brave Federation soldiers who risked their lives so that humanity may live! We also offer the best employee healtcare plan in the galaxy!*
>>227640 They literally lived with the idea of killing all the Solver creatures in the most brutal way that even Cyn would respect, and then they were told "That's enough guys, they're our friends now and you have to fuck them to restore the population."
>>227646 To pull it in perspective, the federation and by extension the union had shot themselves in the foot for an idea that at the time seemed like was a good idea.
>>227639 The idea of cool human super soldiers who love the Federation and humanity very much, but really dislike drones and mutants. Too much dislike drones and mutants.
>>227657 I'm sorry, I can't hear you over me checking in my paycheck. Did you know that the average salary for a NT employee is 5,700 credits a month, four times the minimum wage in the Union? Why do you think people wanna work with us?
Be fucking thankful we don't just choke out the supply of Plasma or you people wouldn't be able to do interstelar travel.
>>227660 Also forgot to mention that our Positronic AIs, unlike JCJ, are NOT powered by eldritch forces from beyond the veil. It's all pure science. So you can't really compare us.
>>227644 >>227660 Look at these idiots. Bickering like they have something to gain. They are risking their lives for an overlord that pays them hand to mouth. Meanwhile independent contractors like me risk our lives to collect fat checks from both of them.
>>227659 i dont think shes into them just because theyre red, its because theyre big men. AM is a small man, much smaller than even handler. handler manhandles that small man
>>227670 No, it's just that out of all the OCs, only Pavo, Buddy and Stone would be torture disassembly drones, and I just thought, how exactly? If one U feels the same as another, then how can this be used?
>>227666 Am, as a DD, is a singular inch shorter than Uzi So yeah he gets manhandled by every other type of drone out there Or alternatively used as the world's most angry teddy bear by certain individuals
>>227692 Agreed. In universe no one could have anticipated what would happen, but in hindsight giving sentinels some form of sapience or ai, even if not using aicores(since those are Solver's entry into the universe they deliberately didn't give them to CFL 'security'), would have been more effective for them and Alice/Beau. I mean look at how succesfull Alice was so far and even in 6, as things were it required Cyn acting through Uzi to get away, I feel as if Alice had been able to do anything about Sentinels strict eliminate all AI, smth to save herself and Beau, then Cyn probably couldn't have stopped her without exposing herself. I mean Cyn herself is way too OP for Alice, so once actual Cyn was in CFL it to me was only a question of method and time till she gets down the elevator, however the fact alone that Alice succesfully dealt with all her other squads and would have won 6 as it went if 'Tessa' was actual Tessa is pretty impressive
>>227711 Haven't heard anything. I sent BH an email asking him and then posted on the feedback thread to ensure he is aware of my presence. But it doesn't matter. I drop by occassionally to look for arts and Bunnysuit got me to start posting again.
>>227712 Hah, and he wrote such an essay about why we are all assholes and he is leaving us forever. Although I'm not surprised that he came back, he was always hysterical.
>>227714 That depends on if it's a ladden or unladden deer and the effect on its IAS after hit. A ladden deer like in the OP is soft and heavy, everyone involved dies An unladden deer is sturdy yet has 50 pounds at most, the jeep gets damage as does the deer, due to inorganic build and corehaving it would survive it, as does the driver
>>227717 Also have a backlog and still outstanding request of Alice and Amda that I couldn't do yet because I finally need to get better at poses before I try doing two characters again at once (there's some with Alice and Doll on the booru, feels too stiff and just weird). Been working on pic rel the last days but progress is slow because I need to constantly remake small areas that feel distorted or as if they don't fit the perspective, it is going along well tho.
>>227726 Because you continued to do your bullshit on /co/. It would be fine if you just continued to write greentext and participate in the discussion, but you again tried to act like "pillar of community' and tell anons what to discuss and what not, of course everyone will start laughing at you again.
>>227734 After your essay and all those comments that black hand showed us, it's very easy to believe that the hysterical arsehole who is talking shit about contentfags and making a feud between pius and 4chan is you.
>>227758 Neither am I. I don't care who is friends with who. There have been trolls posing as me attacking other people on /co/ to get them to come after me while also throwing tantrums to feed other trolls attention. I heard you did the same to a child who idolized you people.
>>227764 I already told you about this, pillar: stop whitewashing yourself by defending a child who simply can't follow the rules. You seem like an even bigger worse than you actually are.
>>227765 All you had to do was report him for underage and never give him any attention whatsoever again like we did on /co/. Instead you ganged up on him mocked him into despair. I deserve some of the shit I've gotten but you gave him the same treatment and he was just the Annoying Fan from Oblivion.
>>227775 Reporting doesn't do jack on this site, the fact you're here proves that It was unfortunate but the kid needed to leave and not immediately come back, especially given the highly questionable nature of most of the stuff here
>>227782 In a discussion with him? No, you can't do it with someone who is unwilling to understand to reason, the best you can do is to ignore him with some luck, when blackhand awakes he will see the guy who he perma banned is back somehow and will do it again
>>227602 There is this shape shifter calls Envy which uses its shapeshifting for espionage, murder, and causing carnage. One of the heroes allies (Maes Hughes) catches onto this and wants to warn his allies. Unfortunately, Envy intercepts him to kill him. While Maes initially has the upperhand Envy shapeshifts into his wife to throws him off long enough for Envy to kill him. Skip ahead 50 something chapters and Maes' best friend (Roy Mustang) fights Envy. Envy attempts the same trick by turning into Maes to disturb Roy. Roy's response to this is to get even angrier and incinerate Envy.
>>227739 >Buddy(post-war) Dude does the best he can, which is cook and google what to do in this situation. Cut him some slack, he was a maniacal killer who tortured robo-vampires, not a doctor. >Buddy(during the war) He injected her with something. It's obviously something secret and damn dangerous that's meant for grown men in a "kill as many enemies as possible before you die" situation. Let's hope Tessa gets better. >Pavo Our peacock takes care of Tessa in a way that even the most experienced red cross nurse couldn't. Interesting, where he got his skills from? >Elf For a human-hater, she's doing a great job. If bringing food and medicine while invisible under Tessa is sleeping is work, you could call it. >DDanni Surprisingly, she does a great job, really well, even to the point of choosing the right food for Tessa.
>>227790 ah but people would only want more if the OC is already liked or innately appealing. dumping art of your OC nobody cares about either gets ignored or annoys people
>>227798 No? Are you dumb? The only way to annoy people is if you drop like 20 pieces at once, with not a lot of meaning, for example not being a comic, and even like that is hard, or you are pestering people to write or draw about them with it
>>227739 Negev follows the proper medical advice, but is her bedside manner is a bit too touchy feely because she's been touch starved from a young age
>>227807 As long as you do not annoy people to draw or write about your character or magnum dump so much art that it floods the thread, the worst that can happen is people ignoring it
>>227764 Buddy, you are on an anonymous imageboard, you can give up the "Pillar' identity so easily. Stop being Pillar. Stop caring about Pillar. Just let the identity go. It's not worth it. You never wanted to be called this in the first place, so stop making "Pillar" mean something to you.
>>227739 >THIS IS MY FIRST TIME CARING FOR A HUMAN, I AM VERY... VERY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THINGS ORGANIC, OTHER THAN WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY FIST MAKES CONTACT WITH LIVING TISSUE. I AM FREAKING OUT! >Jones doesn't know what medicine Tessa's asking for, so he carries the whole bed to the medicine cabinet in one of the five bathrooms so she can pick it out herself
>>227837 It would be better if she joined the police with Molly: there are enough lonely disassembly drones chicks there with whom she won't get bored.
>>227834 >as the face of human propaganda, she's the postergirl for a DD that found redemption and now fights alongside humanity >as the face of DD propaganda, she's a once feared killer now little more than a lapdog for earth's military
>>227843 Kek, I imagine in DD propaganda people are led to believe that their government is willing to use infanticide to achieve their goals, even though, damn, you bloody disassembly drones, you're infanticide yourselves.
>>227847 I don't think all disassembly drones were from Elliot's servants, but D's past may well have given DDanni various skills, and nursing may well be one of them too.
>>227858 Die. >>227860 Right now? The Solver War (tm). Flashback shouldn't have had that helicopter even show up. There should have been no war, just a Seven Hour War-style one sided massacre.
>>227867 I disagree, not because of the thread stuff but the DD's and even Cyn herself just aren't "seven hour war" tier threats from what we see in the show.
>>227870 I'm just really surprised that there are anons on anonymous imagebord who are willing to make drama over the fact that something that isn't interesting to them is interesting to other anons.
We are adults who come here in our free time to do funposting, if you don't like the topic of conversation then don't join, no one is forcing you to participate or like it, and throwing a tantrum over it is just kind of idiotic.
>>227888 Realistically a human could use DD or Sentinel wings without much issue, as long as they didn't boost themselves up at mach fuck and liquify their insides.
>>227890 I don't know you think I'm going to the guy offering me thousands of dollars for spare limbs and saying "hey so you building weapons with these or just jerking yourself off?" I just want my money.
weird to me that people will see a picture of a pretty drone and you want her to step on you. i'd much rather a pretty drone gives me a kiss! if she stepped on me i think i'd yell like Tom and Jerry!

>>227762 What the hell. Have a quickie. Pardon the shaky hands, the aphantasia and the near-zero sense of proportion and distance. You are a better drawfag than I am and I hope you get even better. Word of advice. Either leave or kiss certain peoples' asses. Don't give this place your soul and mental health.
>>227820 How am I gonna do that when these people can identify me and are following me around calling me that and giving spectators a laundry list of made up shit. Then they cause more bad blood by pretending to be me. They have been at it 100 days later with no provocation from me. They are nuts. They are like tsunderes with all the time and attention they've given me. I'd be flattered if it weren't annoying. At least the anger makes me productive.
>>227860 The show itself because it hurts that my waifus will never be real.
>>227894 >>227895 there once was a DD named N who wished most of all to make friends but the size of his tool turned the girls into fools that drooled on his dick without end
>>227898 Fuck How do I see just now after nearly two years that DDs actually have these halfcircles above the striped part of their peg, I never saw them and thoight they were popular fanon💀😭🙏
Part of me wonders if the DDs all having distinct cool/sexy outfits is a relic of a theoretical stage of MD's development where JCJensen was around but the Absolute Solver was calling in to C-Suite to give them orders, a la The Fifth Element with the big ball of evil calling Gary Oldman and making him bleed black goo from his forehead. Zorg Gets A Phone Call (Scene from The Fifth Element)

Maid V's hair should have been neater and straighter. Would make her hair as a vampire who has painted on thigh-highs and doesn't wear pants look more like sex hair in comparison. Complete her life being one of those psychotic H-doujins where you don't want to imagine who's jacking off to it.
Reminder for those of you scrapping DD parts, if the DD in question is still around they can sometimes still feel the limbs that you use, which can lead to... complications. Did you never wonder why so many DD asses were on the market?

I’m wondering, how much of N’s DD body is reused parts from his WD body, and how much of it is different? I was gonna say his head’s bigger now so it might be a different head, then I remembered the Solver could probably just scale it up a bit. Also the WD and DD chassis and external body parts are different. What internal parts were carried over?
>>228097 Few, chest interior is drastically different. Only things I'd bet on are the housing of his singularity, meaning the entire core without fleshparts, the windows, metal'ball' and failsafe pins. Along with the cables connecting it from the upper and underside, as well as the spine, at least the upper section of it, being changed somewhere in the waist or pelvis. It should still be droneparts, since we see it when Uzi gets her core ripped out. Also the three thick cables from the cores underside which Niri walks around on, those connect to the spine iirc
>>228097 N is a clone, a "backup", none of his original WD body was carried over, just his mind and "soul". Not even his core, which's singularity can be intercepted by Cyn and put in another core.

>>228139 We were discussing video games that could never be made today earlier >>227477 Dragon Age: Origins has a side quest where the heir to the throne wants to reach out to a woman who he believes to be his half-sister and she demands money to support 5 children while you are on a race against time to stop the apocalypse and hates him for believing his birth killed both their mother even if you pay or negotiate with her. The only good ending that results in him being a good king is if you immediately tell him everyone is out for themselves and then tell him to quit being a pussy.
I wonder if the teacher would ever point out that N and V are definitely older than him to the extent that that means anything considering they're teenage vampires.
>>228157 Oh okay 👍 Minty is a tea drone and she has a heating mechanism to make it so either it's from the heat or from the tea. I'm not a robotic engineering nerd so correct me if I'm wrong.

you think labor drones are soooo primitive, as if. they've still got a mostly humanoid form factor. let's see if you still say you love outdated automatons when a half-ton hulk of rubber and cameras kneels down on wheeled hydraulic backward-kneed legs and tries to hold your hand with one of its janky little manipulator arms
>>228103 Unironically when I made this, I never knew Space Station 13 existed. I mainly call it Space Station AU was because that is where it takes place on. Though i will say that Dead Space 2, System Shock and the movie Virus was my inspiration for it, mainly dead space 2.
>>228111 Surprisingly often but not in a way you think. Due to the space station being forced to hastily open to refugees after being nearly 95% completely and that it was outside the territory where Space OSHA can’t touch em. The entire place is a walking death trap if there isn’t some poor sap that is trying to repair/build up because of that missing 5%. There tends to be a lot of casualties from the Engineering and Technical Repair Specialist division (ETRS) who are the ones to clean up that mess.
>>228132 Hopefully soon, still trying how to go through with it. It would probably be the last part for Becca’s introduction. Afterwards I would probably do a set around the other protagonist, ETRS AE-051; Anthony Elliot Elias
>>228167 You say that but there is this one labor bot who is a rear port slut and knows how to drain a man dry. I miss her, i wonder how she’s doing now.

AFRAID OF DRONES
>You open the door to the gas station's bathroom and slide down on the floor. >You reach for one of your pockets and pull out a small bottle of magnets. >*I really need to take these magnets. I can't stop taking them.* >You don't even remember when you started taking these magnets. You don't even know if they're magnets. >What do you remember is why you started taking them. Your life as a gas station attendant drone is nothing short of a nightmare. You started feeling more and more depressed until you found those magnets. >They made you feel euphoric. Like your life was better. They made you feel better. It's like they made you forget how shit your life is. >When the effect started to wear off, you took more. And more. And that made you feel good. >Those days howerver they're not working very well. They don't make you feel good anymore but you gotta keep taking more of the magnets. When you try not to, your body starts to feel like shit as you overheat. >You don't want to take them anymore. You shouldn't but you have to. >"Damn it!" You hiss out as you open the bottle and let the last four magnets fall down on your hand. You swallow them without thinking and toss the pill bottle across the bathroom. >You grab the sides of your head as you groan. You just keep fucking up your life more and more, Cici...
>[CREEEAK]
>You immediately jump up from the harsh creaking sounds of one of the stalls being opened. >You freeze in place as you watch the door of the stall slowly swing itself open as you stare it. What if it's the boss or a customer? Your boss is gonna scrap you if he finds out you're slacking and taking the drone equivalent of drugs! >You stare at the stall but nobody comes out. The door fully opens with a quiet thud as it hits the metal door frame. >Did the lock on the stall break? Is that why it opened? >Curiosity gets the better of you and you slowly approach the stall. You walk ever so quietly towards it. >Once you're close enough, you peek inside and... >... >Where's the toilet? There's supposed to be a toilet here. >What you're seeing looks like a hallway dug into the wall. There's no secret hallway inside the gas station as far as you know. But why is it here? >You walk inside the stall and stare at the hallway. There's no lights in there and it's so dark you can't see anything beyond the stall. >Should you tell someone? Are...are you hallucinating? Are they going to believe you? >The stall door suddenly slams shut and everything goes dark. You yelp as you try to walk back towards the door but...but... >It's not there. IT'S NOT THERE!!! IT WAS RIGHT THERE WHY CAN'T YOU FEEL IT?! >You should've stopped taking those magnets! >And then you hear it. The rustling of chains, animalistic growls and people screaming in agony.

ALL DRONES ARE INHERENTLY AUTISTIC. they are sentient miniature forklifts designed to move windex around, and now that their masters are gone, theyve gotten uppity and try their best to be humans, even if they lack the qualities to be one
Why do people call drones toasters? I asked my drone to toast my bread the other day and she just held it looking sad for like 10 minutes. Absolutely worthless.
>>228343 >I tried to say hi to Pidge once, but she proceeded to projectile vomit into my mouth and said "Actions speak louder than words". She then gave me an encouraging pat on the back and walked off with a smile.
>>228366 nothing concrete except maybe their lack of sympathy, other than that theyre all abnormal in the sense that theyre caricatures of humans. they pick a gimmick and stick with it, thats their personality now or maybe thats just liam vickers writing
>>228374 >or maybe thats just liam vickers writing It's that. People keep forgetting all the humans we see-and see the writing of-are just as ridiculous. >(This Is Fun For Them)
>>228365 With that demographic of humanity, sooner or later they're going to start conscripting murder drones and start offering them humans.
