Fellow autobots, I finally made the elite eight. But I’m not giving up, there needs to be a true hero that people need to look up towards. Till all are one

Now that all my characters are out, I figured I'd ask some thoughts and opinions on them. What did you think of these three?

Well, I suppose magic can be beaten by something else after all. Though I sense my next opponent is about to make me wish I had actual magic.

We are now in the Quarterfinals, folks! This means that these eight contestants are now deemed the Elite of this tournament, which means that whoever loses now will not be able to participate in this type of tournament next time!

It's honestly pretty fucking surreal but also really cool because Matt has always been one of my favorite superheroes, if not the favorite, but he would've never been able to get this far on the main board. Shame Ghost Rider couldn't qualify, I was looking forward to him. On the other hand, you'll be able to try next year.

Yeah I did not expect Matt to be the Marvel rep to get into the the top 8. But it's a pleasant surprise. Really like him too and your campaign definitely helped a lot. I'm absolutely gonna try again next year. We all know how he performs in the main tournaments...

Birdman's loss hurt me a lot since he was so much fun to writefag for, especially since Popeye barely did anything the next round, but he'll be back for /cov/ with Phoenix Wright, so hopefully he gets his chance there.

I'm not completely done with this tournament yet. I want to try and lend some support to Hank, and I'd also like to try and stream something for the thread to watch. I'm leaning towards The Emperor's New Groove since people liked Kuzco's campaign.

I went into round 4 expecting a loss after what happened to Kuzco, but I still wanted to try my best seeing as this is my first time participating in a /co/ tournament. At least people liked my campaigns here. I was scared they wouldn't be that good.

I definitely get you two, it really isn't true /co/, but it's not really /a/ either. Thanks to the laxer rules for the side tourneys, they would technically be non-western /co/. Nightshift's main tourney rules would not permit them entry.

For the record, TBF is about this Japanese:
Imagine if Toei Animation licensed Disney to animate, direct, produce and so on a DTVA Dragon Ball spinoff series (set in a different setting that was only vaguely similar).
However, the Toei staff and Toriyama are doing the script, music, character designs (which are then taken and adapted by Disney), and they also make a Japanese dub of it which happens parallel to the American one.
If there was one board that properly accommodates the series, it'd be /m/, or /tv/.

The only reason I wanted to test a nomination was because /a/ tourneys are never-ever, and even with their sanction on the board by the mods they'd need a whitelist exception/rules designed for them unlike something like Molcar (which are actual Japanese puppets).
It's actually kind of funny, Molcar has a MAL entry but TBF doesn't cause it was produced by a Taiwanese studio.

That said, I'd definitely be fine with losing here. Busy week, out of my element (I don't know how my main keeps winning since I thought /co/ was more elitist than this) and I'm as satisfied as I can be with an E8 spot. Especially considering the last tournament.
Hank's a pretty popular guy on /co/ anyway, as far as I've gathered.

Yup, looks like I made a spot in the Elite Eight again. Boy, to think I had to go through a false allegation, some twig-boy Australian, that dog in 2019, that Wayne boy who keeps flashing his credit card around, and dealing with Mr. Wallace's sci-fi daydreams to get here. If only some of these weren't gotdang sleepyheads, but it must be a good sign that I'm here to tell these idles and get movin'. So this is pretty good, I tell you what.

Good Lord! That doesn't sound like a country I'd like to step my foot in. I'm willing to bet those swords would've fallen into the wrong hands if those people are chasing you around the ends of the Earth, especially with a tyrant like that princess taking charge.
Well, at least you're safe for now in Arlen, I suppose. I think you'll find we have a great little community here and I especially recommend trying out some of the things I've said to help ease your mind a bit, even golfing and fishing are options. As for barbecue? It's only the best way to prepare your food in my opinion, you can cook meat, fish, and vegetables if you wanted to. Although I personally suggest using a propane-powered grill instead of using charcoal, it will make your food taste better, I tell you what.
Likewise, I need to get some rest too.

I do have a contingency plan in case I do end up losing because lives are more important than silly competitions made for fun. I'm glad you've mentioned that because I was out to get a drink myself. There's plenty of alcohol we've got over here, but our pride and glory is beer, and nothing says beer more than Alamo Beer. It's what helps me relax after a hard day's work, I tell you what. The best part is, it's specifically brewed in the Lone Star State of Texas so I don't have to stress over those imported stuff. I think you should give Alamo a try yourself.

well Daredevil seems like we're against each other, even if you're a more grounded hero like my friend Batman I must warn you I won't go easy
