Now, Numbah One, why don't you tell the audience a bit about yourself and why you're here on the show tonight. It'll help break the ice.

Well, before I have my pep talk with Jimbo over his loss, I might as well repeat what I said in the last round. I helped JimJam save Earth from being destroyed by helping him out on Intergalactic Showdown, the Malvexian Galaxy's most popular game show! I happened to be Jimbo's lifeline for the final question, which was: "How many evil twins were hatched from Dakota's birth sac on the popular daytime drama Andromeda 90210?" I explained that there WAS no answer. It was impossible to answer the question because Dakota's evil twin wasn't hatched-- she was cloned by Dr. Malvac's jealous wife's ex-husband's former love child! Duh! Earth was spared and we won a cool honkin' space car! Oh, and then we had to save the other planets, but we won a space car!

As I said before, there are still plenty of quackin' crazy accomplishments I've made over the years, but that would take weeks to tell!

He screamed angrily at me and sent me to a realm filled of tortures souls or something. Alright, Jimbo, I know it probably pains you to see that you've lost in round 1 right off the gate. But lemme tell ya, that Nigel Uno kid is on fire lately! There's nothing more cathartic to see kids fighting back for their freedom against tyrannical adults and hard-working, duck-loving, pie-eating used car salesmen alike! Oh, wait, forget I said that last part. Rest assured, JimJam, your loss won't be in vain. Nigel, too, is trying to expose these creeps that have been popping out of the woodwork lately, and of course, you have me trying to avenge you.

Anyway, a lot of these round 1 match-ups were just simply QUACKIN' CRAZY! There were about six rounds that had someone win by just ONE VOTE! Let's talk about some of them: Max Goof had some crazy dance moves until Hal Jordan started getting creepy around him. Match 28 had Kappa Mikey become absolutely silent and could've won the round if it weren't for Marceline gaining the upper hand! Bugs Bunny is one of the most beloved cartoon characters of all time, and yet he got stomped by a sleeping putty-tat! And worst of all... in Match 59.... DUCK GUY LOST BY ONE VOTE!!! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN, JIMBO?!?! I knew that sparky rat was onto something, and he was not alone in this! There's definitely something running amok, Jimbo, and everyone getting all sleepy is just too good to be a coincidence! Yet, I intend to get to the bottom of this, or my name isn't Hugh Neutron, every cheater's greatest fear! Donut Boy works in this case too.

Anyway, I'm off to face the sleeping samurai! I hope I'm able to find him! .....or I could be burnt duck this round, oh dear....

"All kids out of the pool", Mr. Space Man. The message is clear: kids are not welcome. It's not just a block on a channel or at the local pool. It's an attack on all kid-kind. The right of every kid to stay up past their bedtime and watch cartoons made for them has been ROBBED from us!

And now it's not even just bedtime! Adult swim has started earlier and earlier since its inception. Now at 7pm on the dot I'm subjected to your fellow adult miscreant Mr. Hill in place of anything for kids! Adults already have so many places just for them, but they always want more! These tournaments have become adult swim! Nothing but adults winning and good kids being tossed aside like trash! Toph, tossed aside like trash! Hilda, tossed aside like trash! NO MORE! Adult swim is a sick idea I'm here to tear down, and it starts with you, Space Man! Adult swim starts with you!

Space Ghost!
Infractions!
Destruction of kid programming! Possession of kid unfriendly material! Lousy hosting!

Also, I'd like a seat at least 1,000 feet away from yours. Thanks.

So it looks like my next opponent is a rat wearing red pants. Ha, he also doesn't so tough.

>Uh Phoney, that rat is a mouse. Second of all, he is the head of a HUGE multi-dollar company that has been going huge in the past 100 years.

Yeah and so?

I see it the same way I see my dad. I know he's where I come from, and he can be pretty cool... sometimes. But he's still an adult. It's in his nature to be lame and make me do chores and practice the tuba. Adults dominate anything they're a part of. It's why I must win this. FOR KIDS!

Truffles Daal: Honey...
Mung Daal: Yes, surgar-plum!
Truffles Daal: HEROES OF /CO/ ROUND 1 IS ALREADY OVER! YOU LOST IN AN OVER 60% BLOWOUT FOR SLEEPING INSTEAD OF CAMPAIGNING!
Mung Daal: But, but what if that was my campaign? People love to joke about sleepy-

The time has come once again. The time the Space Ghost haunts the coasts unopposed. The time of total adult control. The time that not even being on summer vacation can delay for long (which is totally unfair).

Bedtime.

Those of you with cooler parents than mine, deploy your v.o.t.e.s. for me into the night. Also deploy them for Charlie Brown, Buttercup and Bubbles. As much as I can't stand rooting for teenagers, younger is better. If a teenager is up against an adult, choose teenager. Childlike adults are better than regular adults. Monsters, animals, and whatever else are up to you. Kid swim will be back in session before school starts for the year!

Probably Prime. He's by far the most popular character in his bracket, but he's also pretty silent. His design is also pretty much OC poison: it's very detailed and has a lot of straight lines so you have to draw him exactly on-model or he looks wonky. I tell you now of the legendary Emissary of Death, Supaidaman! With unmatched agility and stickiness, he does the things that a spider can! With the power of the spider, he is able to summon forth a mechanical golem, which he has on numerous occasions used to exact justice across the land!
>>52434
Hugh Neutron, an amazing father and saver of the planet! He ventured forth to the depths of the stars in order to engage in a game of trickery with the foreigners who dwell there, ultimately resulting in their utter humiliation and shame! A feat that I too quite appreciate, may I add.
>>52438
Popeye! Respected customers of the local farmers, he keeps the economy going through his purchase of spinach and as such bestows wealth unto the land! And with this spinach, he summons the muscle and the swiftness to dispatch any evil doer! But what it doesn't do is bestow him with courage- That is innately his own!
>>52449
The Puss in Boots! A brilliant swordsman who puts everything he has on the line to save his village from mindless villains who would raze it. It doesn't matter if you are giant compared to him, he will face you- and leave you bleeding! Of animalian shape, one's expectations of mere animals may consider themselves subverted in the presence of this cat.
>>52464
A foreigner who descended from the heavens as a refugee. He has the strength to lift even an entire carriage, leap above tall buildings and prevent others from taking their own lives! This is the tale of... Supaaman!
...
[Kichou recites the entire DC continuity since it'd probably sound as exaggerated as something he'd make up.]
>>52466
A masterous demonic heretical sorcerer! Hailing from the Hexside School of Magic and Demonics, this girl sought to take the remnants of the demons who persisted after our "War of the Fading Dusk" and take them back to where they belong. Something that I'm sure we all will come to appreciate once the act is completed!
Contrary to what you may expect, she does not have the evil temperament of other demons, and helps out her father's local technomancy company! A desperate lifeline for this local economy, given the disappearance of the local sorcerer many years ago!
>>52497
An demon who had a change of heart- something of a trend these days? In spite of finding a defenseless child, this woman decided to devote her time and effort to care for him. Surely, with the guidance of a powerful magical creature such as her, this child will be destined for greatness not unlike her own!

Sa! I will make sure to carry these tales where I go, and surely they shall help the people decide who truly is the greatest hero.

Don't listen to him folks. This is obviously just Numbah 2 trying to rally support for Numbah 1, but it's failed because I've seen through his veil with my amazing super-vision, which I totally have by the way. Just be sure to vote for me, and I can make sure this tournament is full of justice!
(Moltar, that sounds like something heroic, right?)
>Eh, kinda.

This ENA girl is still asleep? What, did getting 8th place twice knock her into a coma or something? I don't remember 8th place being so bad I had to sleep for this long. I went vacationing for two years instead! Fine then, if she won't wake up, then I'll take over her land. I heard where she was born isn't too far from my empire, so I'll just invade it and turn it into Kuzcotopia. There, that's perfect! I'll be sure to win this match that way!

Well, you see, I had my dinosaur of an advisor look into this "Brazil" place where that ENA girl comes from, and apparently it's full of these weird ghosts wearing robes that can't speak. She said something about them being the root of all evil in these tournaments, or whatever. To be honest, I wasn't really paying attention, but if that's true, it makes ENA the bad guy, and me, of course, the great hero! Now, I gotta go get the Incan army ready. Bye for now!

Stewart: "I'm not the comedian, I'm the Green Lantern."
Birdman: "Don't worry, your secret identity is safe with me."
Mentok: "Hmm, I see, and where's the prosecution?"
>Reducto isn't at the desk. Instead, it's Hal Jordan wearing his outfit and holding a hot glue gun.

Jordan: "It provides video evidence of Stewart's guilt, and it's not the only video proof I have. On Stewart's Daily Show, he says this:"
>A clip from the Daily Show with Jon Stewart about him making fun of C-SPAN is shown to the courtroom.
Birdman: "I object! That clip had nothing to do with this case at hand, unless the Green Lantern Corps were all apart of C-SPAN."
Jordan: "Oh, but they were."

Birdman: "As you can see, your honor, this is not the real Reducto, but merely Hal Jordan, the true culprit, in disguise!"
>Everyone in the courtroom gasps while Mentok rolls his eyes over how oblivious everyone is. The Foreman rises from his seat.
Foreman: "The jury reached a verdict already. We find John Stewart not guilty, and Hal Jordan guilty."

You might wanna slow down there, Jackarooni. While your desire to be with Mr. Stars-and-Stripes himself may be tempting, there is more to entering this tournament than entering with perverted intentions. Need I remind you that lust is listed as one of the seven deadly sins? Truly a Hero of /co/ would never succumb to that kind of behavior, let alone be his prime motivation for a heroic tourney such as this one. Moreover, you must understand consent! You can't just simply expect the poor Captain to return your feelings, any action he may conspire to do might not be affectionate at all, as there's a good chance that could just murder you in cold blood for what happened in 1941! Any love by then would just be necrophilia! Now, now, I understand if you're just attempting to recreate the magic that was your wedding or trying to fulfill any destiny of /co/ tournaments featuring male characters being gay, but if your friends were all named Cliff would you jump off of them? I don't think so, Jack-o. Think about it for a second, a duck could love a pie, and a pie could love a duck! Unfortunately, ducks and pies are scientifically unable to sexually reproduce which means that their love has to settle for being a platonic one. Well, that is until the duck decides to play praying mantis on the pie during their honeymoon. Hoo-hoo, believe me, Sugar Booger tried to do that once and it was cuh-razy!

Besides, it might not even be worth it in the end; Cap may very well lose his match with that Powerpuff Girl. If the Captain really wanted to get down with Bubbles, facing a life sentence due to sexual activity with a child could ruin your entire week! There's a good reason why Jimbo made it his mission to warn people about these wicked acts, and you simply just don't know Jack!

Most will say Space Ghost vs Numbuh 1, but Mordecai vs. Optimus Prime will be the hardest for me since I already am favoring Space Ghost a bit here with the talk show gags. Optimus Prime has great OC this round, but Mordecai has been overall more active and if Rigby manages to lose against Superman, that means we're losing both if people do decide to vote for Optimus Prime as well. I want at least one to stay.

Finally a REAL hero, even if he's an adult. The number of kid-harming villains infesting this tournament is insane. Big fan of your work, Mr. Batman. If I have to grow up, I still want to deliver JUSTICE to the enemies of children the way you do.

BOOOOORRRIIIIIIIIIIING! You're boring and old and do boring old adult stuff. Except for tormenting Zorak. That sounds kind of fun, actually. What do you do? Toilet paper? Ding dong ditch? Rotten eggs? The KND s.c.r.a.m.b.l.e.r. can toss a rotten egg across 3 football fields. Actually, you seem like a prank call kind of guy. The s.p.o.o.f. back at HQ lets you disguise your number and even voice for calls and texts. It's a riot! What does an adult do for pranks?
