Just for this board, image duplicates are enabled and the bump limits are set extra high. Roleplaying is encouraged, unless event hosts ask otherwise.

I was thinking something. It already has a two-man Tag Team competition, but unfortunately no three- or four-man? Are you in favor of organizing a competition for the best trio team of /co/ and when would you like it to start? I already have some ideas for it. Are you up for it? And what are your reasons for and against?

If we are for example gonna hold a trio or quarto tournament, we should drop the 128 slots autism and stick to either 64 or 32 slots. Having 384 characters is just too much, there aren't that many trios and the 128 contestants slot is getting fucking old. Why not just do a smaller and comfier tourney? It isn't the main tournament either way so we may as well just do a 64 slot tournament.

Funny you say that considering everyone else wants to extend the slot limit with how much these tourneys have grown, but limiting the slots for these types of tourneys with a bunch of characters and a fewer votes does make sense.

I got some trios, now. More fitting to post them in the thread for them rather than a /v/-related thread.

The main characters of most the Asterix comics are Asterix, Obelix and Obelix's dog, Dogmatix. Them being a trio means that they're perfect as a team. Asterix is great; the comics, cartoons, movies and even games are all good.

If we were to do teams of four, I would easily nominate the Daltons as a team; but for a team of three, it would be wrong to leave one of them out. So, how about the two main Daltons with their sworn enemy, Lucky Luke? It makes sense, the prisoners wouldn't be let out without some supervision, and who else but the big sheriff to do so? The Lucky Luke comics and cartoons are also pretty good, same for The Daltons cartoon.

At the end of quiz shows, the prize is often electronics, so the connection is there. Seeing as I wanted a team for HH and for Chudd & Earl, why not just put them together? It's a weird team, but that would be case for any team with HH. With the power of quizzes and YTPs together, maybe they'll do well. At least I hope so.

I should've thought of this team sooner, this is another good trio. Santa's elves, Thoren, Guilfi and Jordi; from The Secret World of Santa Claus. The episodes of this always play during Christmas time here; I wonder if they still do, it has been a long time since I've watched TV, I hope they do.
This is the the best picture I found of all of them together, there are not many pictures of this show. Clearly, this means that this is an excellent team.

I think by this point, it should be a standalone since it's best to experiment this thing first.

But even then, I don't think it should replace it since coming up and campaigning for three characters is even more difficult than with two characters.
