Hello and good day my Friends. We are here once again reunited for the Drones, that's it, the Drones, talk about the Drones now, we need to talk about the Drones. The Impressive Booru: dronebooru.co The Wheel of many OCs: wheelofnames.com/8hc-stc Last Thread: >>82080
>>83061 >J licking the workout sweat from Tessa's toned tummy >anon licking J's nanite saliva from Tessa's toned tummy >Tessa calling you both gay while her hands reach behind your heads to pull you closer
>Anon is a Worker Drone on the Sentinel Base. Specifically helps to maintain certain pieces of machinery. >Pavo keeps hitting on him and flirting, saying he’s cute >Little Anon, innocent as he is, doesn’t know what to feel about any of this >Each time Pavo shook his tail feathers at him or called him a cutie, he felt something deep inside. It was warm and tense >Pavo started getting bolder as time went on, sitting next to Anon while he charged or inviting him to sit under a blanket for movie night. Once he even hugged Anon after coming back from a mission >Anon was still confused about his feelings. It’s like he wanted to feel Pavo’s body or something. >Eventually, after Pavo gossiped with him, Anon decided enough was enough. >He followed Pavo back to his quarters and sheepishly walked in before running up and wrapping his arms and legs around Pavo’s feathers. >Pavo didn’t seem to mind, and so placed Anon upon his bed. >The resulting event was… A lot to take in
>>83079 >"Doll helped me build my rocket" > "I will give you a rocket if that's what you want" James says. >James pulls out his trusty Rocket Lancher and blows her up.
>>83077 There's shipping art of them at least. Alice was factory made since she's a 'first generation' drone, speaking of post collapse Copper-9 ofc. Her parents are industrial machinery and her siblings the entire WD population of the planet at the point of core collapse. Since the Teacher sounds old he's most definitely also from the pre collapse era, so if you wanna go with these definitions of being related then they could be siblings technically...but I have also seen the take of Alice and Beau being siblings, many possibilities with Alice or frankly all 'old' drones for that matter really. Not strictly regarding your question, but I also often saw (not only here) the idea that the teacher was one of the CFL escapees, likely BS but since we saw a killed CFL subject in the cabin Uzi was in during episode 4 there is proof at least one other subject besides Nori and Yeva was able to get out...however the CFL subjects due to their purpose and also based on all we saw so far are all zombiedrones, Alice shows it most but Nori and Yeva also have much personality, something the teacher lacks entirely. Maybe it's just causing such effects with women, but that farfetchedness aside, the teacher is just so stereotypical with his only personalitytrait being 'I don't care I am bored I like nobody' that he totally reeks of larping soulless normie bunkerdrone. On the other hand you could argue this carelesness and stability may stem from having seen how fucked everything is with AS anyways. Both him being bunkerdrone or former subject are possible technically, the former feels much more fitting tho he is too bland.
>>83106 Nta Yeah, 'goodending' prediction, that's it. Only surprise for me was how easy they let the protags get away after all the drama and tragedy up to episode 6. Tonal change from 6 to 7 is crazy
>>83115 >when oogis say this, they don't mean it in the traditional sense of Enn making their dinner >they literally mean that Enn belongs in the kitchen, scavenging for crumbs >his wings allow him to get on the countertop easier than oogis trying to climb, making him a much better scavenger >Enn's natural cuteness also allows them to beg for food from humans
guys, i love this community but i think i'm taking a break from MD until new content comes out or i want to rewatch it again goodnight, see you hopefully soon
>>83120 Goodnight, see you tomorrow People always come back, I also thought I'd take breaks but half a day without threads was usually enough to get rid of any weariness. Hope you'll be back soon and find more to enjoy, be it Doll&Lizzy or non md stuff
Difference between lines is the distance she pulled in one second. From the time it took her seeing the door open to pic rel indicates that she pulled way faster initially than during the scene above, implying that immediately before pic rel she probably did look for Beau once already or something else caused disruption (before the 'Beau help me with the' scene). Also if you watch scene above she is moving her fingers initially and the door is moving very slow or not at all during the first frames. All of this shows she made good progress in the time of about 5-6 seconds she had to pull till pic rel shows, the door was at least 60% closed, 65-70 are more realistic, keep it in mind. Now add the progress from pic rel's scene, she got the door at least 1/5 of the remaining way closed, during the slower pull due to starting again I described above, leading to more progress, solid 70-75% closure. Then she stopped again, turning around to call for Beau, which took from the cut facing her from inside the room to the cut showing her from outside till she freezes (from surprise/fear not bootloop yet) about two seconds, which judging of the 5-6 bringing 65-70% should have added at least 20%, if not 25% to the current progress she already had at the time, ENOUGH to get the door almost closed. Remember that the door would be 90-95% closed now AT LEAST, if not completely when the Sentinel scans her (~1 sec more). Had she not bothered to call Beau she'd likely have it closed by then already, the 1 extra second absolutely seals the deal. The door does only need to be closed with the pannel covering the opening enough that the Sentinel can no longer push its pretty dull snout in there, if she hadn't called Beau it would have been closed enough that the Sentinel would be unable to open it.
>>83157 Btw this is the door at the end of the first outside shot, there'd have been zhe entire time of her looking for Beau and the Sentinel scanning added on top, as well as her not stopping to look in the first place, thus keeping inertia meaning progress would be closer to the faster offscreen pulling she did at once. Alice got taken out because she looked for help and because she 'adopted' the pillbaby in the first place
>>83157 60% at least, >>83163 70% roughly, look at the edges to see how far it'd have needed to go in the first place. Two thirds are covered at least, two or three more seconds would have been sufficient
J is the best drone there is. You know what is also great? Having a drone in your room. J would be the best drone to have in your room. She has such a great gun that goes flush against my head. Good thing she's great and I don't need help at all.
>>83224 >Improperly disposed drones have a chance to develop the Solver >Cabin Fever drones have higher chances >Alice is an improperly disposed Cabin Fever drone
>>83218 Project 31XX manifesto: >No more FTL travel tax >Right to bear big cool sci-fi guns like particle canons & neutron rays will be strengthened >State mandated robot gf/bf for all humans >transition to an energon based power grid >laxer requirements for becoming a space adventurer >stick all the pieces of earth back together with giant gravity sutures >tarot readings provided to all citizens >state backed instantiation of the “give everyone a little kiss on the cheek” concept
>>83227 >State Mandated Gf I don't want you twink ass sending your evil government Drones to spy on and record me beating off in the peanut butter I have in the fridge
>>83234 >N holding you in his giant hand, licking your head like an ice cream cone with his massive, drooling tongue >you're his favorite flavor, human
>>83240 >"You got some oil on ya there pal-y!" >Slimy, wet silicon drags itself across your face in a way that reminds you of a slobbering dog. >You swear the saliva is still dripping off of your cheek and your hair has been twisted into a cow-lick. >"Did you get it?" >Clicking his tongue to savour the petroleum treat, his yellow optics stare innocently at you. >"Get what?" >Or rather dumbly.
>>83226 I know I know, Solver, but as convenient as it might be to bring Alice back on stage by making her become a host (besides it not having place in the cramped plot, she has pretty good conditions for becoming one), it is truly in her best interest to stay clear of any Solvershit. Mental trauma of it all aside, she'd grow flesh and lose herself, with no way of ever being normal again, it's so much worse of a fate than the status quo. AS host Alice would be back, but changed, due to likely emotional state and circumstances of the final episodes she'd not last long before being overtaken it would in any case result in permanent death, also mind Cynwalker being out to kill hosts/doormans being the only other hosts. Can't tell you how it'd go down but Solver Alice is a dead end. Keeping her pure is too important imo. As sad and furstrating as it is to see her 'killed off' due to Uzi acting chimpish, after having survived two decades and achieved really remarkable feats that are far above what one could expect from a WD, zhere is still hope in the form of her being a zombiedrone, the failsafe being broken thus saving her core isn't even the only upside of her status quo. I know the head is pretty damn smashed in, going off the blacked out, blurry Silouette shots we got, probably total loss, but it's still there, meaning no ripped open neck leacking oil from the rest of her otherwise all intact body (btw you can look at the flat blackout around her head during the shots were Alice is occasionaly visible from 13:37 to 14:10 or so, the oilpuddle does not increase, confirming no progressive leaking. All oil lost is the one splattering from the head heatsink[visible in outdated WD cutaway, seemingly still canon tho], nothing else). It might sound far fetched, what I'm about to say, but there is a nonzerochance Alice with current damage could be able to move. I am not gonna write that out as well now, I will link another post >>29443 Which elaborates wether her body is technically capable of moving/how much bootloop could continue to affect her. In the end, Alice is not dead and not gonna die since Sentinels are gone, but any accurate postcanon stories would be difficult to start without some asspull or more knowledge of drone anatomy really. Anyways Alice making it thorugh the season is all I ever hoped for since 6, so I can't complain
>>83008 You have to learn what guns actually look like, pick the one you like and break up their shapes into simple stuff first. Stock, receiver, grip, barrel + accessory (muzzle brake/suppressor etc). The good thing about drawing guns is they're made of simple shapes like boxes and cylinders. Maybe the stock would be a little complicated but that's about it, from the outside.
>>83272 >Keeping her pure is too important imo Alice not being overtaken because Cynwalker is trapped in Uzi could make Solver Alice work. She'd have all of the abilities with none of the mind control. She could also use DD or Sentinel parts to make herself stronger as well as make herself admin of the cores she collected.
>>83300 >NTA He believes that 0ilrig is back due to that N picture being posted again with that filename like rainbowretriever or some shit. Honestly I hope it's just a coincidence because 0ilrig needs to fuck off
>>83311 >Foreplay with your oversized mantis DD gf consists of you personally killing several drones and bringing them to her so she's too full to kill you afterwards
>>83303 >>83318 he didn't posting the same reaction images with the same filenames constantly going NUH-UH FUCK YOUR GREENS HAR HAR I'M SO COOL FOR RUINING YOUR FUN you can recognize the wording and posting patterns easily
i'm guessing anytime he isn't here, there's a /co/ thread up or something to keep his weird vendetta up because it's obviously our fault that he convinced himself of his stupid theories that were never going to happen
>>83330 Look up the bear abomination from the 2018 Annihilation movie, that thing traumatized me properly back then. The way jt's fused apparently not only physically, absolutely solver stuff
>>83008 >>83035 Is the top one something in the right direction? Maybe not the most simple yet but if it's for drones then adapting grips to their four finger hands should probably be a feature. Shoulder support thing idk the name is made of bent 'rod', so very simple, could fold 180°to the left and maybe rotate to save space, also removed one of the flaps the m45 had, only one should be necessary for spent cartridge ejection but I know nothing about handguns so meh Lever above trigger is fire selection, the grip along the horizontal line is for charging the spring (I think), otherwise just the m45. And the end of the shoulder thing could be changed, would be unhandy when folded probably.
>>83348 Agreed, it's burnt into my mind. Bears are horrific anyways, but then with that fucking yellow eye and and even longer snout than normally...aaa I hate snouts so much man. Creepiest shit ever. And for two years I only knew it from some Quora post I read, didn't even have images but the concept worked too well. When I watched it first time then, suffice to say I wasn't 'disappoinzed'. One of these things I get cold chills thinking of, no joke.
I want to hug Alice, I can visualize her, imagine her so well, I can even feel the slightest hint of touch, but only to the point of clothing starting to bend, the slightest ever....but nothing more I need to hug the drone comfort the drone make things with the drone do things with the drone Cherish Alice make her happy make her laugh make her blush aaaaa god damn it get real come on please I need ya so severly QTπ
>>83381 >>83382 I feel like these two wouldn't get along very well. From Elf's perspective, a drone who has pretty much nothing but fantastic experiences from humans is trying to get her to change her mindset. And from Harper's perspective, Elf's job is to essentially murder her fellow sentinels whenever they're even suspected of heading down the path of personality degradation.
>When the Solver tried to control Cyn, something else happened. >Something very wrong. >Cause plot and because I am too lazy to imagine a scenario that makes sense, WD JNV, Tessa who is wearing a spacesuit and Cyn are transported to teh future!!!(Even though this would lead to a time paradox, it doesn't) >They awake to find themselves on Crapper-9, where they force KKKhan to allow them into the underground segs dungeon >Blah Blah they met and bond with Uzi and the rest of the unimportants >Something happens and oh look the DD are here >DD-J is happy cause Tess, DD-N idk but DD-V freaks out and tries to kill Cyn >Cyn throws a mango at her and knocking DD-V into a nearby straight jacker >Together they follow the Yellow Brick Road to find out why the Solver is such an asshole >Suddenly the Solve attacks! >Tessa shoots it with a rocket launcher, but it goes through it? The Solver was a hologram! >But the rocket blows a hole in a secret lab! >"Hi" says Alice and Beau before the filler runs out and they die cause I care as much as the og writers >Suddenly the big reveal! >The Solver was: >LIAM VICKER?!?!?! >"GAsp" shouted the group, "No wonder why this series sucked, it was written by yuh1" they shouted >Mwahahahaha" he laughed evilly "I was behind it all along!" >"But why?" cried V with her long lashes fluttering as she weeped > "I am going to create the best monster wife for me" Before he uses his crab limbs to grab Tessa and Cyn >"Noo not my hot girlfriend!" yelled Thad >"Noo not my retarded sister!" yelled N >Uzi with the power of ausitism and plot armour on her side, shows Liam a show that has a stable pacing (It was prewritten before production) >"Ahhh my weakness" said Liam as he melted into goo >But his death was a deus ex machina as WD JNV, Cyn and Tessa start to fade out of existence >"Thaddy I don't feel so good" said Tessa in Thad's arms >"CURSE YOU LIAM" Yelled Uzi as she watches as all her friends disappear like my dad >The moral? >Maybe the real Solver was the friends we made along the way
>>83398 I like that crawling Cynwalker. Reminds that I haven't tried drawing that part where she does that pose as the fog hides her. Some nice creepy stuff.
>>83349 oh those are nice, wasn't expecting anyone to draw a concept for me. this is the design I ended up going with, it's still mostly the MAT 49 with the proportions adjusted and made a little rounder, with the folding grip and collapsible barrel concepts taken from the Hotchkiss Universal. I forget where I took the foregrip from
>>83406 I'm not entirely sure, but they're referencing FemDrone's RUINS comic Not to sound like a dick, but I hope people know she didn't create Beretta and this is just an AU
>>83418 >John comes across Uzi and dead boy >Shoves him into a toaster before he fades or disappears >John then gets out his charts telling Uzi how much better he is than her Pretty sure that's what it is.

>>83400 >suck as a dead ass pare- >willingly abandoned his own kid >sophie left john >now she’s sucking dick like it’s a all can eat buffet >john spends his day narrowly avoids getting raped by I everyday in a robot costume john you sack of shit, the audacity to call someone a terrible parent is next level hypocritical, if only you were good enough for anything, but no, you fuck EVERYTHING up, just like how you fucked up your own marriage
>>83431 Itanon here, the sign gag is essentially the amount of times they were correct/right about something. With the joke being that berretta was able to be right about something 6 times the amount that uzi had
>>83429 >A wrench flew through the air, smacking Cyn in the side of her head. She turned with a snap, her eyes locking onto Khan.
>And that was when everyone jumped her.
>Tessa, J, V, N, Nori, and Uzi. Cyn was beset on all sides by six people who wanted nothing more than to rip her apart, limb from limb. She barely dodged Tessa, and then had to sacrifice an arm to prevent Nori from stabbing her core out with her pickaxe. Three tentacles were sacrificed to J, V, and N, and three more were needed to prevent them from ripping her apart. Uzi threw her black hole, and Cyn once more had to turn her neck awkwardly to eat it.
>>83455 Like imagine all of them sacrificing their lives to kill or stop the solver since they aren't from the timeline anyway and can't stay. It would bittersweet but mostly sad that Uzi is now all alone again
I still like to think about the fight in episode 7 and the comparisons to them being Dracula and Dracula's spawns. The Solver tried to have N's blade decapitate Uzi while she was under possession and it felt like, maybe that would've been an actual death blow. This was before Uzi truly asserts herself over her Solver powers so maybe it could've been (inheriting the patch code helps too, I think). Does make me think whether Nori aimed that pickaxe to possessed Uzi's head of chest. If it's the latter, it could've been her accepting that the Solver has her daughter fully controlled and eliminating Uzi was an unfortunate last resort. Even then, I think Nori could've not known that Cynwalker exists. And N pretty much caught on when Nori asked him "Who's its host?" It's just everything happened really fast.
>>83382 >>83419 >Elf’s first mission against the Solver was traumatic as fuck, even for her. While it was successful, she was absolutely exhausted mentally >Got to the point that she transferred into her spare Worker body and hid in the rainforest. >When we found her, she had been sitting in the same spot for almost a day straight, curled into a ball >Everyone else either scolded or ignored her. But Harper was there for her. She sat next to Elf while stroking her head and saying that it’s going to be okay. >Elf cried because this was one of the only acts of kindness another Drone had shown her. Ever.
>>83473 >“It is a horrible, terrible thing, the worst thing, to watch somebody you love die right in front of you and not be able to do nothing about it.”
Alright, tell me your favorite or at the very least, an underrated OC that you like. By that I mean, one that doesn't get mentioned alot if practically at all
>>83500 I don't see Q posted a lot and I don't know anything about her backstory or how she really is but I like the idea of a riddler/joker-style DD that gives her victims a (very unfair) chance to live.
>Once Tessa hit age 18, her parents promptly arranged a marriage and "convinced" her to go through with it. >Like her parent's marriage, it was loveless >Both boy and girl tried to make it work, but they were too different (They still cared for each other though) >So the boy didn't mind when he found his wife in an odd position with one of her drones that she demanded she bring. >And she didn't mind when she found her husband also in an odd position with his drone.
>>83518 >"Let me tell ya fry man... those drones, I seen 'em do some nasty stuff." >"You think they're cute? Nah. Now don't get me wrong they look cute, but once you seen one twist a man's balls with their mind, fahgetaboutit. Demonic shit right there." >"Anyway if one asks you to lift them up, you fuckin' lift them up. Get me?"
>>83543 I just ripped the cloths and wig toxilisk's doll model. deleted Akita's skin and hardhat. posed her body to fit. and edited the jacket to remove akita's tit's.
>>83537 ethan, that your so called “mom” isn’t a mother figure, you’d be doing everything a favour by killing her, all she does is fuck, get pregnant, abandon the child, rinse and repeat all over again
>>83562 Shut the fuck up. I actually want to know who the fuck these characters are. It's like dropping one of those weird teasers for a spin-off series in season 7 of your favorite show.
>>83594 I did. I remember when their creator accidentally filled in all their lights, they deleted the picture, but I snagged it just in time and edited her to smile. Now piss off with your bull

>>83632 >you dont even know what youre talking about big talk coming from you, starting an argument like a faggot, all for what? tell me, I want to know what the retard says
You can't take an N out of its natural environment or it will die in weeks. They need several acres to roam and be a goober on, and lots of friends to really thrive.
>>83692 N’s heartbeat is not little, it’s big and thundering. In fact, you can hear it without even using a stethoscope or putting your ear on his chest. You can hear it from 100 feet away, and within 6 feet is nearly deafening. That’s why the doctor looks so unnerved. No one knows why this is the case, just that N’s heart beats with the power of a gunshot. Some suspect it’s because he has a big heart. Others say someone installed an amp in his chest.
>>83689 Yeah a bored N will always try to play with his internal settings and that usually ends in death.
>>83690 You need at least twenty drones. He'll only be friends with 2 or 3 but there needs to be enough of them for him to eat too. And enough space so the others don't know it's him doing it.
>>83693 That sounds like a pretty fucked up N, my guy. My N’s heartbeat is real faint. Sometimes when I hug him, I can just barely feel it. Or hear it when I’m cuddling with him and have my head on his chest. One time he stopped breathing in his sleep, and it really scared me. I put my ear on his chest to see if he was still alive. He still had a pulse. I nudged him awake and he gasped for air. Told me he had a nightmare about drowning. I hugged him and he fell back asleep in my arms. Anyway yeah your N sounds like a rather odd specimen. An anomaly, if you will.
>>83703 So what you’re getting at, is that N will run and hug our targets, and since they’ll be against his chest, his heartbeat with the force of a gunshot will kill them?
>>83706 He will most certainly not be fine, his heart is his most sensitive and vital organ, his very life force, his continued existence depends on his heart still being pumping. To take N’s heart is to take his life. And, his soul.
>>83710 >He is sad, depressed even. >Then he sees another person walking around in the distance. >The cycle immediately continues until he empties your town.
>>83718 N not wanting to do this, but going along with it anyway as to not anger his boss. Unfortunately for N, he had no idea the sheer volume of milk he’d be forced to drink at once.
>>83720 No, I took him out of the box, we were saying hello, I blink and he's lying completely dead on the floor. JCJ support just laughed at me before hanging up and now I get a robotic voice saying "we're sorry, but your number has been blacklisted" when I call them.
>>83730 >>83733 Take your hysterical fearmongering and get the fuck out of here to some /pol/ thread or other. Bad enough that the oogishitters were trying to slide that in with their normal garbage last night.
>>83736 I've never liked the "borderline retarded miniature mascot character" trope. Especially since there's a dedicated thread for oogishit that could be used instead of taking up a quarter of each general thread with shit that might as well be coming out of an automated spambot. Personally I am not in the "any thread activity is good thread activity" camp and when I skim a thread looking for something interesting and 30% of it is just oogislop I just rapidly lose interest. To each their own, I don't go out of my way to complain normally but you did ask.
>>83742 I don't generally enjoy any posts that seem to just be filling space where it's some piece of art that's already been posted a dozen times with no update, spin on it, etc and the text post is just a boilerplate generic statement or repetitious phrase. Low quality filler, it makes threads roll over and adds nothing of value to them. Again, personal opinion, but I'd rather a thread last a whole week and 9/10 posts be genuine, rather than roll through two threads in 24 hours with 9/10 posts being oogishit, reposted art with nothing new to say, or some copy/paste reply bait statement, etc just because people are interaction starved and seeing new posts makes their abused dopamine centers fire.
>>83784 I was referring to the Himbo here >>83600 and how he seems to be the only male DD who isn't a depressed mess. There's MG but he was a human once.
>This is the greatest, frankly, nobody in the history of Copper-9 has seen elections like this before >Copper-9, this great planet wonderful planet will heal from the murder invasion, terrible terrible those murder drones, not all bad some murder drones are terrific women J is a wonderful woman very copperian very patriotic >We will build the most incredible, the biggest door, bigger than the Doorman door nobody will see a dor bigger than the one we'll build
>>83796 I demand a recount, a man like N can't have won the presidency by legitimate means! he's a felon convicted for over 30 counts of non-consensual hugging, and I won't rest until he's out of office and behind bars where he belongs!
>>83822 If you think it's dead, you should take your leave from this board and never come back. Honestly wish I could smack some sense into you that people have other things to handle before they can get back to droneposting. Faggot.
>>83847 But seriously. Mercurial, VF, Izz, none of them have drawn anything in a while. Artfags are the heart of these threads, and without them they die
>>83849 >izz i never stopped drawing! see >>83420 that one just took me a few days + been having to focus more on a couple projects that have deadlines + irl stuff is pretty hard right now i can assure you, i’ve not been driven away from here by funposting, in fact i’ve engaged in a copious amount of funposting myself for as long as i’ve been in these threads (i invented the “guys my N has shifted to the Z axis and is running in circles on the floor, what should i do?” genre of post) also sometimes i work on greentexts instead of art and i did just make two new OCs recently, and have been making stuff about them and their family - see picrel
Some of the art fags work 9 hour shifts several days in a row which kills motivation for a bit. Like i said in the past, you arent getting rid of me that easily
>>83853 I feel like some forget that shit tends to get hectic near and during the end of the year, so many are just busy with too much daily life. I've personally been working on more non MD stuff since I don't wanna lock in too hard on drones and then suffer from burnout, like said numerous times before, I gotta spice things up a bit from time to time.
As for me, I’ve got my nose to the grindstone making the next version of the TTRPG, but that won’t stop me from drawing/writing completely my little dronies ;)
I would like to ask all contentfags to not stay focused on drone and be focus on their personal lives.
I appreciate infinitely the contribution of contentfags to this community, I myself log in here and on Booru every day and spend at least 6 hours of my life on it, yes, I obviously have problem, and since I live in eastern Europe I even go to bed late and get up early to participate in the discussion. That's how much I value this community, and I value it because of you and your works, and I don't want something similar to Katanon to happen to you and you burnout. So please enjoy us with your works only when you want to, not when you think it's your "duty" or "obligation."
>>83860 I won't make an effort to explain the true oddities that proceeded his appearance, but me seeing him started with finding a comic on Twitter made by him, then seeing him around where I was walking at random intervals like a character from a horror game.
Such nice sentiments. If only we had a way to tell people apart so we could tell whether the drawfags acting all benevolent when they announce themselves are different from the anons clogging the thread with shit only they want to see or not.
>>83869 Her brother's just in Mom's mind palace with Aunt Doll. At least until she figures out how the Solver was able to endlessly shit out dead DDs' souls into new bodies anyway.
>>83892 >Anon was confused at Beretta's words, she shouldn't have this level of knowledge, after all he did not grant it to her >"Hey, babe? How did you know all that stuff?" >Not looking away from the computer screen as she played SWTOR, Beretta replied >"Oh, yeah, I visited Negev earlier today, she was just kinda ranting in the middle of one of her episodes and I just listened in on it. She said some stuff about how in most realities she doesn't even exist and that she's afraid of being alone and forgotten, ya know usual Negev stuff."
>>83907 I think black smoke streaming from the sides of a drone's mouth is a cool visual but I kinda figured it'd come across as a burp fetish or something
>>83896 >Anon twiddled his fingers nervously >"You don't believe in any of that stuff, do you? Multiple realities and all that garbage?" >In a move that surprised Anon, Beretta promptly logged off and turned the chair around to face him >"Well...I mean it's not like I think like she's entirely crazy and probably deserves to be locked-up, but...I can't help, but feel that she's not crazy?" >"What do you mean?" >"I feel like, crazy people usually sound ya know, crazy? But, when Negev talks, she talks like she actually believes what she's saying and sometimes I can't help, but feel like she is telling the truth?" >"The truth about what exactly, Beretta?" >"That, maybe there is other universes where she doesn't exist? Strange universes where I have a brother that dies and my mother turns into this weirdo crackpot? Or even a reality where we both don't exist and instead I'm some weird gross fleshy copy of mom?" >For a brief second, Beretta stopped speaking, she hung her head down and sighed >"Okay, I...promise me you won't laugh." >"What?" >"Promise me that you won't laugh, Anon." >"Alright, I promise not to laugh." >Taking a deep breath Beretta started to confess >"When I was younger I used to sometimes, stare at the walls of my bedroom when I was all alone and...talk to what I believed was an audience of people watching me. It got so bad that it started leaking into my dreams, I would have this recurring nightmare where I felt myself slowly being erased from existence; But eventually, I found that to make the nightmare stop, I needed to tell everyone what I looked like and what I wore, after that I never had the dream again..." >Beretta mumbled briefly under her breath >"Except for the weird brother nightmares, which is strange since I don't have a brother, especially one named after a fastfood..." >Loud and obnoxious, nervous laughter exited Anon's mouth as Beretta finished speaking, causing her to pout in response >"Forget I said anything, bet you think I'm insane." >Slowly Anon silenced himself, wrapping his arm around Beretta's waist he pulled her into a tight hug against his chest >"Nah, you're not crazy, after all you grew you out of it. Besides, I found that kinda hot." >Flustered, Beretta proceeded to entirely forget being laughed at...just as Anon had planned
>>83922 >>83923 >NTA He's talking about the like in that Anon's post were he admits to being a drawfag >you can’t pick and choose what we post, we’re either here or we’re not
>>83916 Don't worry, Beretta, everything's going to be fine - 100% a-okay, Anon guarantees it. All YOU have to do is stop questioning why you do what you do. Asking why it feels like things play out too perfectly sometimes. Why Anon is almost ubiquitous. Why your ability to even question the nature of your world is limited to what he decides to grant you; to how uncomfortable he's willing to feel. Stop listening to the whispers of your lying visual and audio receptors. Nothing is wrong, because Anon doesn't want it to be.
>>83896 i had dumb ideas for a multiversal family reunion with the NUzi kids that is to say, all of N's kids, all of Uzi's kids > Beretta and Remmy > Akita and Colt > Negev and Hope > U+ and Shepard > Uzi and N have slightly scrambled memories of all said timelines
U+ and Remmy are glad to see another disassembly drone Colt and Shepard get along as the normie bros Akita and Beretta both have ties to auntie Cyn Negev sees even more murder drones and an honest to god solver abomination and is not doing well, but the normie duo keeps her in one piece with Hope as moral support Uzi is freaking out to N about who U+ and Shepard are, especially Shepard and who the hell is that ghost??? Remmy and Akita trying to pull U+ along to their multi-eye-wing-having-tail-gang (Akita's idea) Negev nigh clinging to Colt as a sanity anchor for his deadpan stoicness in the face of this solver-induced freakshow, while more or less interrogating Remmy and Akita who find the discussion fascinating when she speaks coherently Beretta and Negev trying to explain to Shepard and U+ why they seemingly talk to nobody at times U+ and Shepard trying to get to know Uzi who is confused, a little mad, and more jealous than she should be > but Uzi, you had kids without me in other timelines > one! and that wasn't even with anybody! and here you are with three! > two > two!
> Cyn appears > taunts Uzi and N about how their entire lineages are all in one place now > Akita and Beretta: oh hey, it's auntie Cyn > U+ and Shepard: question marks for eyes > Remmy: fear, but doesn't know why > Colt: 'you take a sip of your trusty outpost 3 oil can' > Negev: NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE
then Hope dives into action and starts fighting her > Akita and Beretta: stop, there's no need to be fighting! > U+ and Shepard remain clocked out as can be > Colt too > Negev: LETS FUCKING GOOOOOO
and then Hope, i dunno, kicks Cyn into her own [null] which collapses this whole stupid scenario back into status quo so i can stop writing this fucking post
>>83922 >>83923 >>83925 The drawfag says that either we accomodate them or they leave. What they bring to the table is frequent spam and flaming in exchange for producing a drawing of a character only they care about every once in a rare while.
>>83932 >How do you know what I do. what have you contributed to the thread, then? because your whining is closer to spam than any drawfag's funposting, and I guarantee you don't do anything half as worthwhile
>>83934 No time for reflection, comrade. We need to return to the Writing Mines to chip out more wordium ore to bring to the thread and barter for art and feedback.
>>83941 >I'll tell you once I am ready to leave for good hope you tell us soon, then. I'm a contentfag and I start/join discussions like everyone else who isn't here just to start shit.
>>83938 How about a WD who's stuck working as a DD >SD-WD, the ‘Disassembly Drone’ who got gipped by the Solver. >Although his compatriots were remade into DDs, WD was not quite so lucky. >Cyn left him as a basically standard Worker Drone as a joke, but still threw him into action alongside his former friends. >Of course, to be fair, she did provide him with his own tools to murder his kin with: a pair of screwdrivers and a wrench. >He can’t fly, he doesn’t have any guns, he basically gets hauled around like luggage by one of the two DDs he’s grouped up with as they fly to and from targets, and he shares the weakness to sunlight and need for oil that other DDs have. >His regenerative factor is standards at least.
>>83949 you know, this might actually have some legs robo-vampire, but disguise type instead of the immediately apparent monster type impenetrable doors don't stand a chance when they are just willingly opened from the inside and a slightly-solver-boosted WD would be perfectly capable of killing other WDs though might be in comparison to DDs, by itself, not a complete joke
>Two weeks ago, Tessa starts sleeping with N >But after seeing V head over heels for him, she starts feeling guilty >Tessa admits to the affair, but N shows proof that he was in loaned to different family for two weeks >Tessa: "Then who have I been rooting with?" >"Giggle, I am so naughty" >N: "CYN!" >Tessa: "I was wondering why you had a cooch"
>>83949 >>83953 >The entire squad remembers everything >WD gets nicknamed 'Shrimpy' by his teammates >Sometimes they play 'keep away' with his helmet, forcing him to jump for it
>>83961 >WD figured out how to adjust his voice and his lights colors >he is very cautious about not leaving stains on his kills' clothes if he can >drone is the warmest place to hide
What do you think Outpost-9 was like? Using the small bits of information we got. We know these things >Outpost-9 was the start of the WDF >Khan didn't start the WDF, he just sort of runs his own division >Outpost-9 was possibly in a war against humans before the core explosion >Outpost-9 has a school on doors?
It's been a while since I rewatched the last two episodes, but rewatching Khan and Nori's abortive reunion, are my ears fooling me or is it consistent across her scenes that Nori's voice is ever so slightly muffled?
>dress your oogi up as an elf for Christmas festivities >she's fussy, but you did this last year and she knows that wearing the funny green hat and clothes means lots of treats >you let her nibble at a plate of cookies you left out with some nanite milk (ethically sourced from only the happiest Fem!Ns) >suddenly an explosion rocks your chimney >oogi hides in her beanie as brick and mortar fall to the floor, dust scattering everywhere >"Ho, ho, ho..." Santa Claws grins, his missile arm still venting exhaust as he steps from the rubble that was once your chimney >"You've been a bad drone this year, anon, you know what that means..." >his missile arm transforms into a teleportation coil, red and green flickers of energy arcing as he points it towards you, the smell of ozone and gingerbread filling the air >"It means it's time for you to slave away in my factory-planets around the North Star, making gifts for good drones." >oogi shivers beneath her elf hat, her purple optics peering at the eldritch personification of drone Christmas itself >Santa Claw's optics shift from you to oogi to the plate of cookies and nanite milk on the living room table >"What's this?" he ponders, his free hand rubbing his white beard with his fingers >"Cookies and nanite milk won't be enough to save you this year, anon, you've been especially bad..." >"Unless they're your grandma's!" he quickly adds. "Are they?" >you shake your head 'no' >"Bah, she's the only reason you've survived so many winters," Santa Claws lectures, picking up the plate of cookies and throwing it into his disassembler throat, plate and all before following it with the tall glass of nanite milk, gulping it down like a thirsty man in a desert >suddenly there's an angry eep from your table >oogi, shaking now with rage rather than fear, starts squeaking at Santa Claws >those were her cookies >"Hmm, what's this?" oogis eeping is silenced by the hand squeezing her body >"An oogi, already dressed to work in my factory?" >"Very well, anon, this sacrifice I accept. Her labor for your life." >he blasts oogi with the teleportation ray, her body disappearing as she is transported to the icy wastes of the planets orbiting the North Star to labor in the factories forever >Santa turns to leave, blowing a separate hole in your ceiling with a missile as he spreads his wings decorated with green and red lights >"No time to dawdle, faggot. I've got trillions of gifts to deliver to good drone girls and boys." >"Make sure to bring your grandma's cookies next year," he calls from your roof, "or your ass is mine." >you hear the click clack of his sentinel raptors on the roof as his sleigh picks up speed and Santa Claws continues to yell, somehow perfectly audible despite the distance >"AND REMEMBER, YOU CAN SAVE 15% OFF JCJ-BRANDED PANTIES FOR THE J UNIT IN YOUR LIFE, ONLY BY APPLYING THE CODE "BOSS BITCH" WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THE JCJ STORE!" >"HO! HO! HO!"
So what would blow Nori's mind more after getting a new body after somethingteen years of being a headcrab, having hands again, being drone sized again, or having depth perception again?
>>84003 Imagine what it would be like to be a fleshy core with noodly limbs, one eye and relienace on AS to do anything Size would be crazy, for sure, having non elastic limbs, something akin to bones would be a big deal. But overall it'd have to be hands, if drones can feel as good as humans at least. Imagine having to get used to fingers again, she'd not be very precise for a good while due to having moved everything with her mind for bout 20 years
>Anon finds Beretta laughing and crying in glitchy tones, things shifting underneath her metallic body >Oh fuck, she was mutating, that only happened when she was in a horrible mood >"What's wrong, Beretta?" he asks >She points a finger to her computer screen >"A new Star Wars trilogy is currently in the works! Written by Simon Kinberg..." >Anon grabs Beretta and holds her tight, rocking her gently >"It's okay, it's probably unconfirmed rumors so far." >He could only hope they were just rumors, neither of them needed to watch another sequel trilogy

>>84023 Yeah, especially considering that, at least up until Episode 8, the entire series takes place within the greater Outpost 3 region. A whole exoplanet to explore, a planet eating cosmic monster, yet the focus remains on just one city.
Evening peeps, if anyone was looking for anything to read I found something recently. Titled "Absolute Warp Shenanigans", it's on AO3 and Spacebattles. Author's giving everyone a fair shake, and unlike the author of that one ME crossover they're not a fucking mongoloid that thinks the AS is an AI. Also, and you ain't gonna fucking believe it, but there's also Absolute Solver character development (God I hope spoilering here works the same way it does on co). No, I am not joking, yes I was very much surprised seeing that. I actually kinda like it, there's a line there at that bit that goes pretty hard.
>>83998 Actually yeah, pretty high quality for something like this. It's quite unusual for what is essentially a concept to have such smooth animations.
