I would, I did once with Cyn, but for Alice unironically no, she isn't. Alice acts as antagonist to Uzi and the protags, sure she is a villain to their story, to Uzi's surely. But look at things without sympathies, just their actions and Uzi (5 campers at the very least. She was arguably under the influence, which she is for all her kills (since it is a convenient evasion to being responsible, narratively) but she DID take the lives of 5 completely innocent drones)is unironically far more villainous then Alice, while N, V and Cyn don't even need mentioning in this comparison.
I honestly understand your position and why you think that way, lots of people love Uzi for legitimate reasons and your arguments are sincere, yet in the end there is more to it and Alice is in universe just not as simple or evil as so often made out, narrative=/=lore.
To keep it concise enough and actually helpful I'll just adress what you seemingly see as the root of all evil, Alice's ambush on the protags.

Yes, none of them did anything to HER, yet. What was N and Uzi's first reaction to seeing Beau tho? I have doubts that they expected him to run, nevertheless evade, shooting is one way to deal with it, but they totally were ready to accept a shot baby, doesn't matter if it's comical it happened. If the ambush segment were played on its own, isolated, to an audience with no prior sympathies, everyone would react to narrative and subtle morals as Uzi's group ending up with payback for trying to kill, rushing ahead careless and paying for it. this is hypothetical of course, but do you see how limited narrative and faniliar tropes/morals influence and audience's perception and who they root for? On a way larger scale that is impossible to explore in a post here, this lore=/=narrative conflict stretches through the entirety of Alice's scenes, this segment is filled to the brim with layers and so on but anyways. Point being, Uzi's group was more 'justified' to shot at Beau given their prior experiences and context of the episode, and if you'd look at the greater picture like this considering Alice's life and experiences, her actions are suddenly far more practical and careful even

Alice had at this point been living alone for 20 years as sole in-the-labs survivor of the core collapse and sentinel hostility, she wasn't just alone and 'crazy', no she also ended up figuring out how DDs are dangerous and how to deal with them, likely with info from the labs, everything else would be insane luck+skill, so, knowing their relation to the solver, OFC she cannot let them pass. (Alice being aware of her own 'sentinel/guardian' role is shown in her outburst at Beau 'they can't leave the office[...]', hinting that she's well aware DDs want something in the labs and she was not just worried about N getting AWAY but rather him getting FURTHER)
With that context and previous bodycount she was of course going to act, but the very manner of her approach and even treatment gives away this wasn't just predation, she captured them and while she did absolutely intend on decoring V and N she was in no rush. Remember we know N and V, to Alice they are just DDs and bycatch of getting Uzi, Cyn was regarded similiarly I assume since she is ignored completely by Alice.

In the Alice did wait until they woke up, she did not decapitate V at Uzi's request either. Reacting to Uzi, N and V was always necessary, she could just have sent sentinels on them immediately but rather caught them and was interested in Uzi, I can not credibly see her starting to go at Uzi had Uzi done nothing, Alice is antagonistic, not a villainess by any objective standard seriously, rather heroic even. Yes, brutal and cruel and definitely enjoying herself, but directed and not mindless in the violence she uses
the pic was meant to be for some point about how Alice's lifestyle wasn't chosen but rather necessarily adapted, she cannot afford by any means to let them walk around in CFL and could have been way rougher in reaction. Also felt the Hare's and Alice's eyes have a similiar look and vibe

I am being serious. It is absolutely embarrassing that most of the fiction written here is so heavily divorced from what happened in the show. Is is as if the writers here did not watch the show or do not actually like it, as they clearly cannot accept what happened in it. The NUzi kids are probably the worst example of this. What I would've done if I was in charge and had enough time and money to do what I wanted with the show would be to show human technology as being basically the same in a lot of factors but with some exceptions. Helicopters with basically the same hull plan that they've always had, but futuristic looking rotors and weapons, tanks basically unchanged except for the gun and powerpacks.
There was zero indication of any recent major conflict in Murder Drones setting prior to the Solver outbreak, so while they might still have military equipment it was probably exclusively for "peacekeeping" and despite the huge industrial base of a multi-stellar civilization it was probably a very low proportion of their spending.
If there's no incentive to keep a large and technically advanced military, decade over decade, century over century people just get lazy.
