That's my guess, she does have other gadgets like her tail and that DD EMP gun wired up to her as well. As for the mechs, biggest cost constraint has to do with the Powersupply/core, which usually consists of an upgraded version of whatever standard core variant your basing the mech off of
In theory, any drone core can be used as a base as long as its singularity can be enhanced enough to endure the greater power requirement of a ~20 foot tall body, once you can get that & a working frame together, rest of the cost should just be whatever armor & equipment you decide to use.

Reclaimer Sentinels, for the most part, are surprisingly inexpensive compared to other Sentinel drone variants, and this is reflected when they are converted into Calvary mechs: they start off fairly uniform and standard, then as they gain experience/vet they start getting further upgrades and their costs go up.

Added some detail on how I imagine the oilcirculation works, much headcanon obviously but I don't think we'll ever get anything official anyways
Everything purple is for oil, red is for heated one coming from the body, blue is for flow of cooled oil. Since Liam called these oiltanks heatsinks I imagine their purpose is beside storing also to manage oiltemp, which seems reasonably given he placed them directly along large surfaces like head and chest.
Since drones also 'bleed' when hit in the visor, yet there's been no oil in the concept art, I imagined there could be use of the visor as an extra radiator, thin enough to be efficient while having the useful secondary purpose of keeping the drones face warm+deiced (no vision issues).
12 is a sort of 'main pump', 13 another smaller one. There are two connections between them, both blue for now, the lower one is for oil cooled down enough to be sent back down the neck, the upper one is for oil that cooled smwht but not enough yet, this circulates again and serves to immediately cool fresh 'red' and hot oil, after this second circulation it goes down.
Basically the heatsink should be all but empty with several circulation/piping systems but that is impossible to draw recognazible so the explanation hopefully makes sense
