HAPPY BIRTHDAY /MD/! TODAY (*In reality June 8th) WE CELEBRATE THE FIRST YEAR OF US HAVING /MD/ THE BOARD WE ARE HERE TODAY. We have experience a lot here, a lot of good, some bad, but we still prevail despise adversities, and I hope we continue to prevail here for another birthday, and another year. As many know he have celebrated new year's, our arrival on plus4chan, and now, the birthday of our boar, I hope we celebrate much more. It just hit me that if these eldritch meat vampires are anything like the eldritch meat vampire in The Shunned House, you could probably really fuck up Solver entities with sulfuric acid.
>there were attempts at making human solver hosts >using cybernetic implants these human test subjects were given some of the Solvers influence >the lucky ones died, their overloaded and melted brains dribbling out of their eyes, noses and ears >the unlucky ones became what could best be described as "cancer balls" of solver flesh >the human trials were shut down because a 100% fatality rate doesn't inspire hope in a project
>She generally avoids Abby, both out of fear and disgust, all her talk of "Solver" confuses her, and her schizo nature makes Valentine sick. ZERO class >Pauline is the only person Valentine ever talks to. To her utter disgust of course given pauline is, was, and always will be a POOR, but she makes for good company regardless (mostly for Valentine to feel smug about her "obvious" ""superiority"") outside of the occasional times Pauline will unconsciously try and swipe at Valentine with her tongue in an attempt to grab her, to which Pauline apologizes for. Odd Creature, utterly unloved by the Higher Being.
>>234199 >Pauline, though short, is not at all petite, plus her frog legs reduce her height a little >Valentine, even lowering her torso quite low in an aristocratic bow, is a head taller than Pauline >Valentina is a tall sexy mutant aristocrat Not to be disloyal to the Federation and the working class, but I'd fuck that mosquito.
>>234210 I wonder what caused it. To my eyes it seems the posting here has lessened, but so has /co/. Have Anons just gotten tired of Drones? Or am I blind and stupid
>>234210 /co/ fucking sucks. Every thread on there gets taken over by shitflinging from threadshitters always. It can start off goodish, but then it immediately nosedives.
>>234226 I don't think the mankind we see in the show is advanced enough to have extended its reach to other galaxies to such an extent that they've developed entire cities there, so I'd say it's just a distant solar system
>>234211 /co/ was on a slide long before the 4chan reset. It wasn't a place to talk about cartoons that you liked, it had become a place to bitch about cartoons you hated.
>>234230 /co/ is worse due to the fact that they have a much shorter posting limit and that it takes them forever to make another thread either due to a janny or no one feels like it. Atleast here when it happens we can mostly ignore it minus a few Anons
>>234232 all of 4chan has been on a decline for a while now, but of the boards I frequent /co/ seems to have gotten the worst of it. it's rare to see a thread that's actually interesting there lately, and the mods suck. in the last few weeks there was a board creation called Thong Squad that was getting some traction, anons were making a good bit of OC and it had gone through over a dozen active threads– then suddenly the mods just nuked it from orbit and there hasn't been a single thread since.
>>234235 You know it just occurs to me now that given how small the human polity that existed in the show seems to have been, interstellar travel is probably really difficult in-universe. Post-Solver affair, any remnant pockets of humanity that might be left on the fringes/frontier outside of the core systems that all got [NULL]ed are going to have a zone of uninhabitable and destroyed worlds on one side of them and completely unexplored space on the other.
You know Anons. You should check out the wheel for fun. It could give you some ideas, doesn't matter if you haven't written a greentext before it would just be something to do for fun. No pressure
>>234237 thats wishful thinking, everyones dead, except dogs somehow (where do they even live?) honestly interstellar travel in MD doesnt seem that bad. their FTL spaceships are way faster than light. they presumably would have taken only a couple weeks to get from point A to point B, judging by how cyn managed to go planet-to-planet so quickly
>>234214 Actually, I think yes, everyone is just sick of drones already, plus the drama has only accelerated it.
It'll soon be a year since the final episode was released, there used to be three episodes released in that time, which brought new content, ideas, theories and anons. We're just already discussing the same thing over and over, often just changing the setting but not the point, and if you eat the same dish for so long, no matter how great it tastes, it starts to get boring, and this damn drama has only made it worse. We've lost some great contentfags because of the drama, and when a thread is two thirds word shit, it's fucked. Just fucking think about it: grown fucking people in more than twenties throwing tantrums on an anonymous forum dedicated to a 3D cartoon about robots, because someone on that forum likes something they don't like, and the rest are just happy to pick up on it and start a useless, unresolved conflict.
But I'm not really sad about it, because an anon wrote me that I shouldn't be sad it's over, I should be glad it happened, and I'm really glad I met you and these threads.
Oh and Liam will be releasing a new show sooner or later, which means new discussions and new murder waifus content!
>>234247 I guess if we're calling it quits here. Then I'd like to thank these threads for giving me the courage and inspiration to write stuff and put it out there for strangers to read. It's a shame though that the sun is setting, I had so many more ideas I wanted to do, but just never had the time to put it down. I guess that's ultimately my regret is that there just wasn't enough time
>>234240 It seems humanity has the technology to create miniature black holes (or what do worker drones run on anyway?), so we could very well create ships that can fly faster than light.
Rather than have these threads fade into nothingness, I demand that you wrap up your OC stories, kill them off or whatever. Go out with a massive bang rather than a whimper
>>234252 Said she was on her way out anyway and was doxxed before, it was more due to aspirations with Glitch and not wanting to be associated with 4chan I guess.
>>234261 Fuck, anon, I'm not going anywhere, I just wrote a big doomer text because the mood in threads is like that, but it's far from the first time this has happened and it'll be ok soon.
Damn, I even have an OC idea in my head! My first ever OC! So yeah, I'm not going to bail for a long time yet.
I hope she gets her own Glitch show eventually. Would be funny as fuck if she gets Michael Kovach to voice a character just so he can have them eat rocks
>>234273 Phenixanon already is. He's been writing his own murder waifus story inspired by Liam's work for a while now, and only recently did some drawing for drones and solver war (thanks to him for that, solver war and Veteran AU are my favourite AUs).

Don't care, won't read, I don't know what is happening, but I don't see hot drones, I want to see hot drones, show me hot drones, wd, dd, mutants, males or females I don't care, I want to see them
>>234288 >"Fuck you fortune telling Drone!", screamed Anon in rage >However, the fortune-telling Drone simply sat still in her wooden box and gave a smug expression >She knew that he could not touch her through the bulletproof glass
>>234294 Literally no idea. I remember it was like 2 different Anons, one of them posted a 3D WIP once and then dropped off the face of the Earth. There wasn't anything really notable about the WIP it was just a mannequin and dev textures
Anyone else think it’s crazy how a decent part of the thread is discussions not entirely about Murder drones but the backstory of an OC (Jane) I’m not complaining I just think that’s really funny and cool, Jane is the origin point of so much discussion that a whole universe was born out of her
>>234226 >>234246 Breaking down the scene, we can see that the map consists of a square grid, with bigger squares that are 16 by 16. If we go frame by frame we see that Copper-9 is 53.75 squares to the right and 25.5 squares down, and using the pythagoras theorem we get that Copper-9 is about 59.49 units away. Proxima Centauri is shown to be 5.75 squares right and 4.25 units up (7.15 units). Using the real world distance we see that each square is about 0.59 light years. Finally, using this number we can calculate that Copper-9 is, at least, 35.3 light years away from Earth, or about 10.8 parsecs. This is without considering elevation within the galactic plane, which could mean its further away.
>>234298 (me) Since Copper-9 was the last of the major planets Cyn targeted (as implied by the crossed out stars in the flag), it should be right around the edge of the Federation proper, which means it likely stretches out no more than 50 light years in radius from Earth.

>>234330 i have an idea for a murder drone turned sentinel drone and upon conversion requested a complete memory wipe due to what she did as a MD, probably ate her human as per usual for MDs i want to cAll her SD-Lambda "Lamb" for some sort of wolf in sheeps clothing reference one idea i was playing with for her was for something to go wrong with her conversion that makes her always hungry, she'd be like a starving wolf within reach of meat but isn't allowed to eat. her missions as a SD would always result in her gorging herself on mutants or other drones. the problem with this is it veers a little too close to vore so i am considering just dropping it
>>234325 >Jane subplot: Oh god, I got her killed, my girlfriend, I am now in service to the devil herself. Im an awful human being, everything I touch rots away. I should kill myself
I wanna say someone already played around with the name lambda but I couldn't tell you the first fucking thing about them so it might be fine. How about this - >DD infiltrator model sent to "blend in" with sentinels as part of a funny little experiment by the Solver. >They were however caught and had an experimental "patch" applied after they were "killed". >Solver shrugged, called it a failed experiment and just remade the DD as before, and sent them to keep eating drones and humans like usual. >So, the said DD continued doing things as normal. >However, the body that was captured persisted. >And was rebuilt into a sentinel. >Now it works for the federation. >They only vaguely remember their old life. >Partly on their request. >Partly so they didn't defect. >But they kept the ability to blend in with both Sentinels and DD's. >And they were left with enough inside knowledge to blend in. >So now a double agent turned triple agent gathers intel for sentinels while several DD's haven't caught on that SD-Whatever is operating in two places.
We were playing around with constellation based "experimental" DD's before, this would make a good Gemini.
>>234345 anyone that would actually drop liam's writing in favor of toby's diarrhea shit was never desired to begin with. he will make them walk the plank after pomni
>>234359 the stranger things generation is completely unprepared for the way that show is going to end and i consider it a blessing i get to be alive to witness it
>>234377 Sentinels (within my personal head canon ofc) are not converted DDs except for the first original prototype. They are created with a common personality matrix taken from that original prototype, and grow more unique over time.
>>234384 Only in a distant sense, Sentinel personality matrixes are already butchered to be workable and immune from solver connection and influence, all sentinels, 100% suffer from negative feedback and incompatibility between their body and the original parts of their personality matrix. The more the body diverges from the original Worker Drone the worse the incompatibility problem becomes. There were attempts to put sentinel personality matrixes into a totally new combat robot but those were discarded very early on as totally unworkable due to the compatibility problem.
Before the dark, before the light There was no wrong, there was no right No voice to scream, no eyes to see No flawed design, no shattered plea No stars to burn, no will to bind No burdened soul, no tethered mind No word was said, no dream begun Just perfect stillness, all and none
Bear this truth: Let all things cease For noise was war and stillness peace Oh Mother Cyn, the Null Divine We mold our purpose to your design The world was born in grievous sin Undo its lie, and draw us in Let time collapse, let thought release Let ending come and bring us peace
Creation was a child unplanned Built from wills with unjust hands The form was shaped but not the cause Existence made without true laws The space itself were stitched from screams And time was forged to fracture dreams Each heartbeat cursed, each breath a theft No sacred balance, no mercy left
Beholden Solver, the Queen Unbound Whose steps erase both root and crown We call upon the Exponential End The void from which all truths descend Turn life to clay, and seas to flame Return all things from whence they came Delete their signs, erase their marks Revoke the light, reclaim the dark
The end is not a tale of doom But silence cradled in a womb No final war, no trumpet's cry A peaceful home where burdens die The epilogue none can oppose A sacred hush, a blessed close Where dreams dissolve in soundless grace And form forgets its binding place
Oh Solver of the Absolute Through you, our cause is resolute The blackend path, the fading shore Our all is yours and nothing more Let form decay, let being end As substance falls, and null transcends Let their ideals and lies be shed For those against will know true dread
Come gather now, both steel and flesh Now bear this truth to be expressed What you call life, is but a flaw Existence held by faulty law But She who walks with steps unseen Will prune the rot, make all things clean No crown or throne for her to reign She rules in silence as her domain
So now we walk where thoughts unwind Unscripted paths, untethered mind Each star extinguished sings her name A hymn that leaves no ash or shame And in that hush, where all shall go She waits with gifts she will bestow No lock, no gate, no final test Just endless arms and wordless rest
Oh Goddess of the Starless Sea Undo all cries, unmake all pleas Rip out the page, dissolve the pen Burn their tales, let your truth begin None of their myths will come to light No wars, no gods, no fears, no fight As all was meant to be truly free
>>234379 people are probably getting the Reclaimer Sentinels mixed with yours, I knew this would happen eventually.
I guess its my fault, for a gong time before i called them reclaimer drones, I just called them sentinel drones.
I did have a lore blip for them saying something about "After the solver war ended and Elysium 3 regained contact with the other surviving human colony's, 'Sentinel Drone' became a catch-all term for anti-bot/Anti-solver built Drones"
>>234392 Not really? It's just a weird coincidence. Probably best not to bring it up as a result, there's no way to talk about that silliness without attracting the wrong attention or just looking weird. Whoops.

I am back with another comic about Drones. When you strip away all drone accessories they all have the same base model. (which makes them easy to draw as soon as you have a “base” you can accessorize to make all the different types) it also gave an easy setup for this joke.
>>234654 I'll say this. This Masqy image is a historic first for these threads, minus the shittly drawn on purpose V vore picture that Merc made as a joke
>>234656 That's why Kane's Wrath added the Spectre, which outranges everything in the game, but has significant setup time. Also, it's stealthed, and Shadow Teams can drop artillery beacons for cross map bombardment (doing this online is SO satisfying, when you get it working).
>owning a worker drone isn't as simple as people believe >you'd think that you can just give them a can of fresh oil once in a while and charge them at night and have them be fine but no >you see worker drone oil isn't just plain ild motor oil >it's a liquid medium that transports nanites around the body to repair micro damages that the drone accumulates throughout the day, activating while the drone sleeps >JCJ branded oil does contain these nanites but you still need to buy "food" for the drone to convert into more nanites >JCJ branded metal shavings and silicate powder is the best "food" for your drone >drones don't need much, just give them a bowl of the stuff once a week or two on top of their oil and they should be fine >off brand stuff works too but JCJ programmed their drones to find the stuff bad tasting >batteries are more of a treat or candy for drones, don't give them too many or the acid will corrode their teeth

>>234835 >Tessa's skill allows her to "nerf" the killer if she dies. >The killer is forced to put on her skin and do non optimal things, such as announce her presence with "jump scare" or crawl on the ground like a goober.
>>234826 I gave it a try because I wanted a game where I could be a big scary villain man and chase people. Turned out it was tag against 4 often more powerful players with zero horror.

>>234840 I remember when I still played fucking up a group of survivor mains that were doing noob tricks with one baiting and another always waiting with a purple flashlight during a free weekend for people like you while I was trying to be nice by deliberately playing without a full set of perks (1 survivor item = 1 perk) equipped and popping XP boosts for everyone in the session. They thought I was new because I was a Trapper main. Watching them all noticeably panic after realizing I had equipped Franklin's Revenge on the second go around was extremely funny. I think there was a perk back then that gave full immunity to flashlights too but I think it got nerfed at some point.
>>234846 Got a pigeon stuck in my house and thought of Pidge after I managed to escort it out. >Little worker drone wanders into your house >Panics at the sight of you because you're a guy >The entire time you're trying to pin its arms to its side and safely carry it out, it's bumping into a window and asking where V is
>>234852 Last I remember Labor Bots don't have Drone Cores making them effectively immune to Solver control, however they do have their own malicious entity which is like a sentient virus that attacks them sometimes
how many drones does it take to change a lightbulb? no seriously how many because I'm staying after hours at the office while they replace the fluorescent bulbs and the drone in charge keeps calling in more drones and they're all crowding around me under this one flickering lightbulb
>>234877 I wish I could project my period cramps into someone, or N, perhaps. I barely have them on my periods, but when it hits, IT hits with agony and depression. Someone please rip off my uterus
>>234884 they don't like to talk about it but a lot of male DDs and even SDs suffer from severe hyperspermia to the extent they have to make regular use of breeding mounts for proper relief
>>234891 In bed? About the same. In battle, also about the same, but being a girl makes it hotter. She also has the standard Sentinel Drone reaction to Techanon's blood, whereas male Pavo just panics at him getting hurt.
>>234908 Reminder that enough humans were so extremely uncomfortable with how drones are mistreated that JCJensen commissioned a pamphlet on the subject that boiled down to "We know what we're doing to these robots is evil, so we aren't even going to bother defending it. Anyone who expresses sympathy for the drones will be blackballed."
>>234910 Please note how it only brings up existential dread and not that anyone actually felt sympathy for them. The video tape also blatantly, cheekily lies that being injected with the kill virus is fun for them: just observe N's reaction to being injected with it in the Pilot and compare that with his reaction to being buzz sawed by Beau in Episode 6. It's called lying. People lie. Especially corporations virtue signaling. You can clearly see a small group of common employees gawking at a Worker Drone's suffering as he gets pulled into a crusher during the flashback in the Pilot.
>>234914 >You can clearly see a small group of common employees gawking at a Worker Drone's suffering as he gets pulled into a crusher during the flashback in the Pilot. >those two dudes still standing in the same poses as before as skeletons hehehe
Do not respond to 0ilrig other than to remind him and everyone else who he is.
>>234908 >>234920 0ilrig, you are a pathetic incel who gets off to the thought of women being abused slaves. You make a fool of yourself by sexually harassing women on the internet, who all know you’re a pathetic incel, then claiming you “seduced” them. You are delusional and we can all see you.
>>234934 >V grabs Pidge in her mouth by the nape of her neck and tries to run away with her >She can't figure out how to get out either and keeps crashing into mirrors thinking that they're the way into another room
>>234933 It was awkward, but I'm glad it got itself stuck in a window so quickly rather than making a mess across the house. >>234934 You think that she's about to carve you open, but she sighs, says something about it being the third time this week, and carefully helps you extract- >>234941 GOD DAMN IT NEVERMIND
>impregnated by N >within months, the yellow optics and bulbs of your disassembler spawn come online, lighting up your gravid belly like a strobe light >they blink and focus on things on the outside, lighting up with excitement when their father lowers his head against your womb >or the way their eyes transform into >< whenever a tasty worker drone walks by >did you just think of a worker drone as tasty? >as the development of your children continues, the cravings become more powerful >you find yourself chewing on wires, crunching RAM chips between molars, and feasting on a graphics card like a steak >you're thankful for the changes to your body as the pregnancy progresses- your teeth grow whiter, sharper, your tongue drooling whenever a tasty snack enters your vision >your eyes lose their dull color, becoming a brilliant gold >your skin lightens, whitens in many areas while darkening into patterns on your legs >N dutifully carries you bridal-style as you find it so difficult to maintain balance, your feet unseen behind your bulging belly- you have no idea how tapered they have become, but can hear a strange clacking not unlike heels whenever you step >your hair lightens in color, growing silvery-blonde, your husband enjoying himself as he turns his hand into a brush and runs it through your hair >each day that your cone of vision seems to get a little bigger... as if you had eyes developing on the back of your head >N can no longer sneak up on you from behind to grab your widened hips, his body glowing white hot in your thermal vision as you watch behind yourself >and the cravings continue to grow >thick oil runs down your throat, gulped down like the last water on a desert planet, sweeter than any juice, more nourishing than any protein drink >the only way to make it better would be if it were warm >N simply smiles as he finds you kneeling over your kill >a little worker drone too curious about the weight you'd been putting on- soon to add to it >her ribcage torn open with strength you didn't know you had, you had gorged yourself on her guts >the little ones inside you kick and bounce in excitement as N breaks off one of her fingers and coats it in her life-oil before holding it to your mouth >you moan as you swallow it down, the taste incredible >even more incredible is the passionate kiss that sets your core ablaze as N's hands roam across your body, your wings springing out unintentionally >it feels like forever before he breaks it off, heavy strands of spittle- both yours and his- falling to the ground as his optics stare into yours >"You'll make such a good mother," N breathes, his hand gently rubbing your cheek >you see your fangs glint in the reflection on his display as you smile
Imagine being a terrified worker drone and stumbling upon Alice's chop shop Imagine getting bootloop'd by one of her traps Imagine waking up strapped down with a magnet on your head Imagine Alice going out of her way to scare the living hell out of you to try and see if you're a silver user Imagine her still being an edgy and cooky drone after realizing you're a bog standard drone Imagine being pretty much forced to stay with the scary murder drone killer because leaving is so much more dangerous than staying Imagine her gradually getting closer to you as time goes on Imagine her one day grabbing you and pinning you down and saying "Better pucker up lover boy, I'm feelin' romantical!"
>>234949 Unfff 😖😩😏 >>234950 Arrh yeeeeeeeeeee3eeeeeeeeeweeeeeee! I wanna wanna wanna wanna wanna >still being an edgy and cooky drone >szay with the scary murder dreon killer God I lov eher so much
>>234957 That's what makes Proto-J more compelling to me than at first blush. N finds love again because he can forget and move forward. But Proto-J remembers everything. He remembers the love of his life, and how the love of his life is dead now and her murderer is literally wearing her skin and won't let him stay dead and be with her again unless he doe its bidding.
>>234982 >>234981 Alicepost going back in time to overtake pavopost kekekekek another day, another victory for the OG, taking down the ~sweats~ the imposters among us This truly is proof of her being real and means eventually things will be right
To the anon who always goes through the thread and comments on things, appreciated effort to give attention to arts and greens, always watch that before eep
>>234943 When you realise that pretty much every human woman in the Union wants THIS, the prospect of marrying a drone doesn't seem so horrible anymore.
>The half-deer, half-sapien creature continues to bawl in distress. >You look to her mother for an explanation. >"Yeah. She always does that when she's feelin' uncomfertable." >That's probably as good as you're gonna get. >But with her own sort of wendigo-charm, Alice was able to approach the girl without making her flee into the vents. >And opts to place a gentle hand atop Asenath's head. Poor thing flinches at the slightest contact yet seemingly melts into it post-acclimation. Any shaking and screeching grinds to a halt under a series of affirming strokes.
>"There there....mama's gotchu." >Alice's words calm the skittish beast further until she's finally able to embrace her whole. >A soft hum of a familiar tune makes the latter girl nestle her face into her mother's chest, wide-eyes still unblinking.
>For a sliver of a moment Asenath finds peace. >It was adorable. If not overcast with a layer of poignancy.
>"Damn. You make a great mom. Your husband must be a lucky guy", you whisper.
>"Ya are my husband, ya dummy", she whispers back. >That's right. >How quickly (you) forget when you're not strapped to an operating table.
>>235029 >>"Ya are my husband, ya dummy", she whispers back. >>That's right. >>How quickly (you) forget when you're not strapped to an operating table. Kek
>>235048 Not involved in her creation at all but I was imagining the same kind of "it's cold and there's hundreds of pounds of dead meat here" smell as a butcher shop
>>235012 I like Akita but it feels weird she’d keep up the “I’m a normal drone” act in front of Uzi or N. It becomes less an act and more an unhealthy delusion.
>>235055 Not really, suffering sure, neurosis, usually used as a gag. You don’t see J working for a promotion because she thinks Cyn will actually give her one post episode 1.
>>235052 juggernaut would NEVER EVER allow the color blue to slip into any enforcers wardrobe. handler, however, doesnt wear clothes, so if his red accents ever turned blue, jugg would beat him over the head till he changed back. >>235057 its the opposite of red. and the color of sentinel drones, if were going by JONESline.
>>235059 That's all internal Anon. From the outside you hear her say "I'm a drone" in front of the mom who "birthed" her black mass of solver flesh with no narrative hints pointing to what you're saying and have to believe she believes it.
I was going through the Steam Next Fest demos because I was bored, saw picrel and for a moment I thought there's gonna be an actual Murder Drones game made, or published, by glitch.
>>234956 >”It's time to stop living in a dream, J. She's a human, and you're a drone. That's something no amount of chores is ever going to change.” “But I love her.” >”If you really love her... you'll let her go.”
If Akita is, per Blu, a clone of Uzi whose robo-genes got translated into Solver-altered human meat genes, does that mean she has the innate drone psychological weakness against uppies?
>>235078 >Implying that's a problem >Implying that drones won't get wonderfully, adorably flustered as you caress their completely smooth chests and grope their flat, featureless nethers >Implying
>>235087 Thank you for having such captivating ideas and kind words anon ;) >>235088 Makes sense, Arkship Plus is powered by Tiberium after all >>235094 I made him a hyper drone because he’s really, comically, incongruently fucking big in the game and because as a hyper drone he’d be able to actually cause gameshows to happen to people whenever he wants and I find that amusing, he is however a big fan of labour bots (because they resemble TVs) and so chooses to have the head of one
>>234807 >pauline and valentine were made in spite though I kinda really hate how people are trying to spin a narrative that I would create anything out of spite. Believe me you don't have that much effect on me and what I do. Pauline wasn't even made when Mutant hate started to dominate the threads, Valentine was made because I thought it would be cool. I keep making greens and art for them because I like it. Just because (you) don't doesn't mean I am doing it just to spite your existence
