The point about human mutants. I honestly wouldn't mind if it was mutated Drones since we know that's canonically possible through the Zombie Drone tape. But also, the weird super soldier shit is a bit-off putting, I feel like it takes away from the urgency and horror that would be the actual Solver War. But personally those are just my thoughts, I don't like it, but I'm not going to bitch up a storm about it.

Side note: the mutant situation is kinda... stupid right now, my personal opinion is that you can fit any type of character in this setting if you write it in well enough, and im fine with that, and while some the characters recently have been kind 'eh' in my opinion (the frog), they've sense grown on me now that they have a story being built up.

Side side note: i would be hypocritical if i went any further with this discussion but i find it really funny how this debate was happening right after a bunch of peeps started making greens when people asked for more of them (totaly not salty my green got drowned out by this bullshit)

I like seeing the world elaborated on in all regards, mostly the universe and such before the events of the show. I like seeing other colonies expanded on and given lore, I like people making other kinds of Drones and I like seeing people elaborate on military history, doctrine and technology for the Solver War. I just love seeing thin concepts expanded upon by random people, whether it's just a small story or an expansive green.

For me it's canon, 98.7% of why I come her is canon.
Copper-9 has incredible aesthetics, the entire series has, I like the bunker the least but Camp 98.7, CFL and the Elliot manor are all so beautifull, fittingly atmospheric and detailed, seeing the canon characters there with such good animation and voice acting with so much intricacies and implications to feast off, it's enough for me. Tho tbh, I need to admit easily 75% at min of enthusiasm is from and for Alice alone, these days especially.
OC, I don't dislike it technically but it rarely does much for me, I like great art it sometimes gets but I currently don't have the time to read all greens. But I appreciate it still since it clearly keeps many people here and almost everyone has an OC, also those few I read like the Henry greens were really well written, albeit I lost touch on those shortly after Harper managed to get away with Elizabeth's core. It's not bad I just prefer canon since it has Alice simple as.

Ah, back in the day we had a few lt ng LG ng Alicegreens, in December 23 there was femanons 10 part green of Alice trying (and failing) to steal N's hearr, there was the Alice-Beau-truckergreen, there was Emilyanon's original continued Alicegreen, there was...I firgit the anons name, forageranonbit was, i rember now(🙏💀😭), in response to the drawing meecurial and me made of the Alice in snowy woods redraw request, it was so nicely done but ended suddenly.
All those had many parts, often having a few to just build atmosphere, give some purpose to the (you) character, some goal in that world, (either the survivor in the ig green, looking for increasingly rare food in delapidated-lopsided CFL, seeing Sentinels which were so well described to be unstable, even befire there were any signs of things being of ir Alice and Beua's presence it had such a detailled atmosphere, I didn't read it in 18 months but I remember it still.

Anyways this is full of spelling mistakes but long greens over several parts are the ones I remember most fondly, but I always appreciated anything with Alice in ut no matter the tone or scope of it, everytime a treat and always interested in seeing how other people think about Akice and would write her. Alice rarely gets character interaction greens so I cannot say much, to the one with her and core-Nori, or her in the 40k crossover last April 24 were super good, sad that they are rare.

I can't to answer in last thread, but now I like the OC and AU content more than the original.

I still love stuff from the original show, but it doesn't appeal to me as much as it used to. We've already discussed everything we can and even several times each, and I'm not the only one who thinks so: have you noticed that we hardly discuss the original show or the original characters anymore? The source has almost completely dried up, and now we're left to dig our own well.

Let’s shift the discussion a little. I fear as even as we have a renaissance in greens, the drawfags are one by one disappearing. You don’t see Grim, you don’t see Merc, yes you may see them and a few other notable rare artists in drawpiles, but it’s pretty likely that it is because drawpiles are more or less social events for off site groups than actual organic thread events. Less art is getting drawn, even less stuff is getting catalogued, and virtually no new anons are showing up. The old ones get tired of entertaining the community or refuse to entertain the needs of a new audience, the ones who act up or don’t meet arbitrary standards end up ostracized and evicted, and the ones who try new things (i.e modelanon’s) don’t feel appreciated. Art just gets posted less and less as the threads become ever more foreign to them. At some point, we complained about a lack of greens and successfully brought them back. What can be done to save the dying drawfag phenomenon?

Well, I just think those numbers are too similar to Murder Drones' numbers, but the difference between the shows is that it costs a lot more to produce GD(you can notice it by the animation, it's even better than the final episode) and if Glitch are going to get the same amount or a bit more than for MD, it's a failure: I've heard that for an animated film or cartoon to be considered successful, it has to bring in several times more than what was spent on it, otherwise it's a failure.

Again though, I don't work in the animation industry and don't know if that's actually the case.

So I was scrolling through my 3GB MD folder to try and see if I could find art that I vividly remembered and I stumbled upon some art from Cetka about Humanoid Solver and I randomly got a N x Solver idea involving that.

So, during Ep 8 instead of the tessa-turned-fashion Cynwalker we get Solver-given-a-humanoid-form. The whole thing would basically play out the same except for some minor differences that aren’t worth pointing out, Solver kinda gets her eldritch ass kicked so decides that getting away and coming back stronger would be her best bet of winning. However, right as she’s about to teleport away, N grabs her and gets teleported away with her, leaving everyone else on C-9 and whilst N goes with her to bumblefuck nowhere.

After like a month or so of N and the Solver being gone most people who knew N believed he was gone for good, some still had a pinch of hope that he’d come back but even they were starting to lose hope. After another few months The Solver was also believed to be gone considering that Uzi’s solver capabilities just up and vanished one day.

A year or so later N comes back out of nowhere acting like nothing ever happened between the time he was with the Solver following closely behind him holding what looked like a child in her hands. Everyone's really confused whilst N is just completely nonchalant about it like “Yeah, It took a while but eventually we made it official.”
