Well yeah, that's the idea. They're planning to use Wilkins as a puppet to gain control of his cult as a proxy(But the stooges N and Dorce failed to realize Wilkins was powerless without Vriska's blessing and that his cult was falling apart anyway). Vriska wonders why Wilkins didn't return to hell and comes sniffing around, they get into a skirmish and decide to capture Vriska too to gain control of her luck power for themselve.

If you weren't here last year, let me explain.

There was a series of RP threads on /co/ in late 2020 involving Star Butterfly being adopted by the God Emperor of Mankind. These eventually escalated to including Gertrude, with Vriska and Gamma Rae from Pretty Violent becoming their recurring rivals.

A team of Star and Gertrude got into last years tournament as "The Emperor's New Daughters", but Vriska and Raes team lost in the qualifiers. Since the results got leaked early, Vriska made a deal with Wilkins, giving him her power in exchange for him disposing of her rivals.

Wilkins took the deal, and did it successfully (killing The God Emperor and his daughters), then going mad with before and beginning a violent killing spree, using his luck powers to trigger accidents to kill non-Wilkins drinkers. He also completed another mission for her, killing Aradia and spliting her time powers between himself, Vriska, and his new accomplice Zone-Tan (who still has that fraction of power to this day, she used it on one of the stooges last thread), and saving Amity from being mindwiped by the MIB, in turn recruiting her.

Vriska gradually planned to return, using all of the gathered power to breach the tournament dimensional wall and get back in, but Wilkins lost to Alastor and Bill, ruining her plan. She then tossed him to hell in a rage.

At some point, Vriska(again unable to get into the tournament herself, not even passing nominations this time) went back to Wilkins, offering to get him out of hell in exchange for him offing Bill and Alastor.

Zone's motives are somewhat vague, though implied to be sexual. Also she knows about Vriska, unlike Amity. Amity joined up with Wilkins after he saved her from being memory wiped by the MIB, who were having troubles with Belos at the time.

TL:DR
Vriska's motive is and has always been primarily gathering enough power to break into the tournament by force, out of bitterness for never getting in. Secondary motive is killing the people she viewed as wronging her in the past. She made the deal with Wilkins specifically as a backdoor to get in later.

Wilkins wants power to push Wilkins Coffee on a global scale and murder all non-drinkers. He made the deal to get powers to increase the scale of his schemes and take out more non-drinkers.

Amity was already a follower of a cult of sorts when Wilkins got her(loyal to the Coven at the time), he just got her to change sides by saving her from the MIB.

Zone doesn't have clear motives, other then she seems to like him physically the most and still works with him despite knowing about Vriska. Perhaps she just wants enough power to get an endless supply of cute ladies for her basement and doesn't care about what Wilkins and Vriska plan to do with the rest of the world in the process.

So if you wanna build off Wilkins for your plans, keep in mind the motives of the main players.

Given Amity's history of borderline stockholm system she'll probably end up worshipping the glorious host Chris in no time. Vriska wants an in who can provide her the memes to re-enter the tournament and the power needed to do it. Zone just wants to side with a faction strong enough to ensure a steady supply of gals for her, though she might fancy Wilkins a bit herself.

Also forgot to mention Wilkins at the end of the last post, his sole motivation is gaining power to aid him in killing people who don't drink Wilkins. But yeah, keep Wilkins, Vriska, and Zone in character with their motivations if any of you wanna use them going forward. Vriska wants into the tournament by any means nessacary and she wants revenge on those who wronged her. Wilkins wants to murder all non-coffee drinkers. Zone wants to allign with the powerful faction, but is attached to Wilkins, at least somewhat.

I can't believe Calvin & Hobbes, Wilkins, and Pathetic all lost. Oh well. Fellow voters, give me a reason to vote for your favorite team.
