I didn't know 47 had a rivalry with the insider from Lobotomy Corporation.

Since there was some discussion at the end of last thread about teams for the next Co-op, I figured I'd post my teams for next time, and I'm curious what some other anons are coming up with. Here's what I got:
>Build the Future (Ayin and Angela)
>The Atziluth Layer (Hokma and Binah)
>Four Minutes Before Death (Sissel and Lynne)
>The Sons of Fate (Mega Man and Proto Man)
>Complete Certainty of No Miracles (Bernkastel and Lambdadelta)
I want to do a team with John Ward again, but I'm not sure who. Maybe Sanae or some other faith-based character.

For me, my Co-op team is Not Shane and Miss Pauling

Come on Battlerbros, let's try to hit 200 Battler mentions this thread. Let's have a truly Battlerrific thread all about the living legend Battler. I LOVE BATTLER. Memes aside, did anyone here actually vote for Kanna over him and why? I still don't get how she of all characters beat him.

Battler's loss was vital for the plAn to happen, so I had every agent in the facility vote against him. Carmen always dreamed of a world free of Kevin Nash wannabes, so he needed to have an early exit in order to ensure the tournament would go smoothly. I also got the Red Mist to take out his supporters so he wouldn't have any campaigning and potentially win a match.
I did actually vote for him cause I like Umineko but I didn't care if he'd lose or not.

As I said last thread, there's not much concrete on my list, but I definitely wanna try a Chaos Space Marine team but going off of WH40K vidya characters you still get a decent pool of combinations. It's a shame that RTSes never seem to perform well in King/Queen (even Arthas from WC3 failed entry), but once I get off my ass to make some OC it might do for these side tournaments at least.
Also, a faith-based Sanae/John team would be nice, the Shinto/Christian contrast could work well with some research into the topic. Touhou lore is pretty vast pretty much because it's designed to open-endedly mesh with actual mythology, folklore and real life circumstances.

I don't think RTSes are popular on /v/ anymore after /vst/ was created. I think Arthas qualified one year but didn't make it far, which is a shame cause there's some cool things that can be done with him.

It would be a pretty good team, although I don't have a whole lot of Touhou knowledge so I'd look more into the series before next Co-op. If Sanae's anon is still here by then and would want to do that, then I'd be all for it.
If I have the time, I might also campaign for a team of Father Garcia and Father Grigori from Half-Life 2. That combo would work really well.

The inability of the mods to create /v/ spinoffs of real utility instead of cleaning up /v/ never ceases to astound me. But I've still seen people talk RTS decently often on /v/, even if it's not a star genre (after all, RTS in terms of new releases is mostly dead, pretty much eaten up by MOBAs and the like).
Arthas would be fun, but even if I like him I cannot stomach giving even a symbolic dime to Blizzard anymore.

Definitely do. While a lot of characters from it are easy to grasp on paper, there's a lot of room to play with them.

I was going to nominate another Town of Salem character, but after thinking about it, it wouldn't have been much different than Giles and that wouldn't have been too interesting. So, instead I thought about a villain from Mother, someone or something truly evil, because Duster did so poorly. I shouldn't change anything else now, I'm quite fine with all of these characters.
