A main tournament should not be hosted on a branch like /tnt/ much as I enjoy the smaller events on here, and even then we already had two animanga-centric events called Heroes and Villains of /a/ held the past couple of months. Much as I respect at least having the guts to get an event like this off the ground, there’s just too much going against it now. Calling it quits isn’t always easy, but it would be for the best here.

Mods and jannies don't stay forever and don't monitor every thread 24/7. They're also not a hivemind. If one or two mods decides they don't want to see tournaments, that's just one or two mods that will leave eventually. So just because the host was a retard once doesn't mean there can never be an /a/ tournament again.

When Round 4 of Ms. /co/ started, hosts took too long to make the first thread. Some anon made it instead. Hosts tried making the real one but it got deleted, so people had to stay in the fake thread until it archived. During that time OP of the thread started getting suspicious amounts of support in the thread by the people who suddenly wanted "a revolution" out of nowhere. The OP got a trip and I think revealed he was the /a/ host? To be honest that thread was absolute doghist and I didn't read every post so the details are fuzzy, someone correct me.

Anyway, ultimately after a few more deleted threads things got back on track when hosts made the real thread, and all the people who were vying for a revolution suddenly went quiet. Oh, and the OP turned out to be the guy who was (technically still is) falseflagging Kim Possible in Ms. /co/ by doing cringy incest roleplay with her in the threads. If that really is the /a/ fag I think he deserves to be up there in the hall of shame of the worst hosts ever.
