Hello my Friends! Let's keep the talk as always, talk about Drones, Threads, Humans, Murder Drones in general, etc. I hope you are having a nice and wonderful day today! But let me ask you something, since is October do you plan on writing or drawing something Halloween related when the day comes or this month in general? The Booru with many Drones: https://dronebooru.co Last Thread: >>56353
Hello, remember the airline's thing? I sure do remember, I decided to make one, roll a die of ten to decide where you will sit down. roll 1d10:3
The characters here were decided with the OC wheel, so yes, only OCs this time, I used the OC wheel of WheelAnon, so thank you wherever you are. Yeah, I hope at least one of you has fun with this one.
Stacy gets detention >”Although I’m opposed to the whole concept, I am obligated to tell you that prom tickets are still on sale. Personally, I think the whole idea of is dumb.” >”Ms. Doorman only says that because she couldn’t get anyone to go with her! What a loser!” A girl shouted from the back. >”Imagine going to the dance alone, couldn’t be me! I’d be all like, ‘I don’t deserve happiness!’, haha!”, followed a boy. >Laughter broke about the classroom. The purple gremlin of a teacher seethed. >”B-Bite me! G-g-go to detention, both of you! Dances are dumb, you’re DUMB!” >The two walked off together celebrating. Pissing off the teacher was always fun. >Stacy, from the back of the classroom chucked slightly. >”AND WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING AT BACK THERE, HUH?!” >Ms. Doorman targeted her, taking her by surprise. Everybody looked back at her?” >”Huh-what? No Ms. Greml-I mean Ms. Doorman, it’s something on my phone!” >”You know what, Stacy, I think you need to see me later for AFTER SCHOOL DETENTION!” >”What the hell?” >The rest of the class exclaimed in the magnitude of the punishment. >Detention with Ms. Doorman was the worst, statistically. >Stacy sighed, and put her head in her arms. It was going to be a long day. >… >”Reporting for detention, teach…?” >It had been a few hours since the end of the day, and she’d actually forgotten that she was given detention, going to Football club as usual. >But as diligent a student she was, she decided clear things up with Ms. Doorman. If only to give her an excuse for not showing up. >But Ms. Doorman was nowhere to be found. >”Huh?” >Stacy entered the class. >The lights were still on, the door wasn’t locked. She was still here, probably? >”Ms. Doorman?” >Expecting to find the short woman behind her desk, she walked up behind it, only to see her nothing…and her open computer screen. >”Well, it wouldn’t hurt to snoop around, change her B- to an A+ perhaps?” >Thad didn’t make alot of money, so the family didn’t have a computer. It was harder for her to navigate. >”Gradebook…huh?” >There was the gradebook tab, and then another page with almost 20 tabs. She clicked on it. >”…” >”What the fuck?” >There was SO MUCH porn. Page to page, bar to bar. >DISASSEMBLED.com. enemiestoloversxxx. goodboysgonebad.org. >And so much more. >It was almost disturbing. >”Disassembly drone DESTROYS hot topic worker girl with BDDC.” >”I begged him to put his Nanite nut inside me?” >”Threesome with Lusty Murder Drone and innocent Worker drone? Holy shit.” >The door to the restroom opened suddenly >”Hu-WHAT THE FUCK?” Stacy screamed. >Ms. Doorman walked out with her chest hatch swung WIDE OPEN, WIRES EXPOSED. >The two screamed. >Stacy tried to run for the door, only to find her teacher blocking the exit. >Ms. Doorman, ran towards the desk while trying to close her hatch. >It jammed on an exposed wire, causing her to squeal, and then bootloop from the pain…or pleasure. >She was knocked out cold, leaking fluid from her bottom torso. Stacy stood above her, looking down in disgust and pity. >… >Ms. Doorman is awake, covered in a blanket brought to her by Stacy. Uzi sits in a desk, while Stacy sits beside her, silent. >Uzi tries to find the words to right the wrongs, to justify why she was wireplaying on school grounds, why she was viewing excessive amounts of porn involving disassembly drones, why she orgasmed via bootloop and wet herself in front of her student, making a mess all over the floor. >Stacy turns her head >”I see you have peculiar tastes, Ms. Uzi Doorman.” >Uzi is silent. mortified. >Stacy smiled deviously. >”Say, if I were to…bite you, how would you feel?”
>>57321 >>57322 You got an alcoholic in front, and a crazy robot with just a thin control of self to not kill you, from what I remember. Not very good.
>>57318 >Martha took a dainty sip from her cup of tea, savoring it's flavor and aroma. She expected this manner of reception from any visit to Elliott Manor. >without so much as glancing at her haughty sister from which the remark had issued, she calmly replied. >"Oh, quite right, Louisa. Not even the best of men– let alone my husband– would ever show the kind of care and compassion of which dear James is capable. Nor indeed could they match his skill as a lover." >she turned to glare pointedly at Louisa, a faint and knowing smirk on her lips. >"A woman with your luck could only hope to find a better lover in a man that was more than human–" >Louisa's eyes widened as Martha continued, her smile a little more pronounced. >"–a love machine, if you will."
>>57305 >I have no concise plan for my OC There's 2 different ways to go about this: >Make a short post about them with a doodle/drawing of your OC. Simple. Effective. Will most likely lead to your character getting written by other anons, which may take their personality or lore all over the place before eventually settling into something concrete. Most people do this. >Write a massive story that includes everything about them. Long. Complicated. Will make you want to grind your teeth into dust, and is less fun but sets a foundation for the character. But this can lead to nobody wanting to write about em because of too many things to take into account. Is what I am currently doing because I cannot draw
>>57329 you'd think J is talking about the graverobbing and corpse scalping, but actually she's just annoyed Tessa keeps bringing back other drones because it means the two spend less time together
>>57336 I'm going for the massive story and always have been, but I still have no idea what I want the protagonist to do or be, or what I want him to go through past the first chapter.
>>57349 >I still have no idea what I want the protagonist to do or be, or what I want him to go through past the first chapter. I mean, not to pry, but the story of your OC changes a lot based on what they are. >Are they a WD, DD, SD, Labot Bot, Human, etc? >Is your character following a certain setting (Canon, post-canon, Human society, Solver-War, etc) >Will they interact with canon characters alongside the story or are they in their own separate bubble? >Relating to my first point, how "serious" are you taking the story? The last point is the most important. There's a lot of leeway you gain or lose depending on how close to canon your green is.
>>57035 Sorry I'm way too tired to tell you properly what a blessing that green was on this godforsaken day, but please do more, if that's what the end is implying anyways. Very original and nice so far pls I love it
>>57357 He's meant to be a Solver War character who exists almost wholely within the time of the Solver War with no real interaction with canon characters past cameos.
>>57369 >She actually ends up hurting you for real one day >Her edgy human-hating facade shatters >She starts crying and apologizing because you're the only person she feels she can actually open up to
>has half a dozen Ns personally waiting on her hand and foot at her dacha while you need to share an overworked and exhausted N with the hundred other people in your commiebloc
>>57383 Wh- I said my DRONETISM recharge not me! I-I'm just a regular human posting, of course. I have to go sleep and do... uhh, other human things. Good thing I don't need to solve the captcha here, those things drive me crazy...
>Fun early morning HoDR facts: Human Resources exists within JCJenson as a secret society after they were dissolved as an organization. Most humans and drones don't know that HR exists but those that do live very different lifes. Humans who are aware HR exists are most likely scouted out by deep-cover HR agents while drones have a dedicated black-ops task force to eradicating the last renmants of HR and convince all humans why Human and Drone is the superior relationship.
>Fun nightly OC facts: FunnightlyOCfactsAnon has severe depression. This is because he was sued by several oc’s after revealing their private information.
>>57388 >Your existence is a mistake, Drone Denton. Every drone is a mistake. You were all supposed to be mindless servants who nobody would love. I admit we got a bit overzealous using energies from that...thing to make you function but no matter. I'll rectify this mistake. We will once again lead humanity into a golden age without the Solver's interference.
>>57308 Man almost all the good seats are taken by another OC (Hope next to incel N, Neith is next to Ivory)! Well, I'll see my luck I guess. roll 1d10:7

>Be me >Browsing murderdrones hashtag on xitter cuz bored >See insanely cool artwork >Artist is younger than me and way more talented than I will ever be >Day ruined, and it's still early in the morning
>>57377 >A group of N's rapidly approach Anon's location after being ordered to apprehend him >However, some of them freeze in their tracks as soon as they spot the man. >The rest follow suit after some initial confusion as to what the hold up was. >What was a group of Disassembly Drones now resembles a group of scared children >Anon takes a step forward >The N's quiver back in terror >Some of them begin to comfort each other, murmuring whispers of "all of this will be ok". >But even the most brave drone's facade crumbles once they take a good look at (you) >None of them were the Original N. He had been scraped decades ago. >But his source code had been used for all of them >And one core memory from his childhood was seared into every individual core of every N >A shameful moment from the man they had most trusted. >Who took them home. Who fed them. Who raised them. >The man who had adopted N from the orphanage
>>57385 I... am not sure. She's so damn cute and innocent, but she's so innocent that doing clang to her seems wrong to me. I will take great pleasure in hugging, stroking and kissing her.
My oogis are speaking in perfect unmarred English and seem to be making a mech of some kind in the shape of a large oogi. Is this an issue? Am I in danger?
Hey guys, Liam Vickers here. Unfortunately my fentanyl addiction got out of hand and I ended up using all the funds that were meant for season 2 of Murder Drones on paying back loansharks. But do not fear! There’s still a way to see the second part of everyone’s favorite show. All you have to do is go to these coordinates > 22.02486° S, 129.47753° E and bring some money to help me out! But don’t tell or bring anyone aside from you, since I have a very shy guest with me. That’s right everyone, N is gonna be there as well. All donations must be made in cold hard cash. What are you waiting for? Get over here and you may even get a personalized drawing from N if you’re fast enough!
>>57483 That's mainly where all the character cards you can easily slot into various bot interfaces like Sillytavern go. Apparently it's also got chatbot features but I haven't touched those, I only do self-hosted local models.
>>57380 I understand the feel, but it is the opposite for me, I have several days a week where I am just plain unable to draw at all due to lack of time, so all ideas and will get stuck and never run into practical problems which usually discourage some of em, I have so many ideas and wanna draw, I have no lack of motivation but I have no time or sleep, when I have freetime I need to sacrifice it for sleep. Uni and car crash on top don't help either
>>57380 A little bit, but I'm also slowly grinding on my various projects, and as the end of the year grows near I'm starting to plan how to spread around my vacation days so my free time is gonna increase soon. Overall I feel pretty good.
>>57380 I've been filling my time with other stuff to specifically avoid getting burned out, so no. It feels great to pour every single one of your creative juices into something, but it also sucks when you hit the wall and won't know when you'll get that spark of passion again, if ever. I sure learned that from my Pokemon and Madoka days, although in those cases there were also other factors than just pure burnout.
>>57374 Speaking of which, I really love the idea, on the off chance that anyone would have a specific plane and drone in mind I'd like to see it anf give it a try
>>57511 Honestly tempted to do it too. If anything, Warthog A10's a fairly classic idea, maybe with SD-E. Or even just a regular worker drone like Teacher or Khan, just for the funnies.
>>57405 You are near the traumatized drones and the big gay eye, let's hope he doesn't think you are John, or maybe let's hope he does, no idea if what you want
>>57449 Man, you get to seat next to the crazy bitch, the second hand of Dr.Holly >>57434 >>57438 From what I remember she like war games, we have seen her play Halo before so it's not only tabletop war games >>57435 >>57441 Wait, is he a faggot? I thought he only wanted total death of humans, kinda faggotry but still not completely
>>57526 I was going to say to see the Booru, but her greens are not archived, we still have so much lost... But she is a scientist, one that likes to dismantle drones, see how they work, see what the feel when she does all type of stuff, mainly painful ones, one doesn't need to get confused, she does genuinely love drones, she really loves them, but she puts science first. She is part of many painful projects that involve drones, she hurts them, a lot. She is the creator of Armi if I recall correctly, the first sentinel drone if I'm not wrong, sadly the first sentinel drones are not very stable, and mostly go crazy after a while without a memory whipe. If you want to know more about her, she appears on this fic of her creator /works/48290941 .
>>57528 Near the hater of skinnoids, I wish you good luck anon, and I hope he can shut up >>57529 The trauma box, hope you like traumatized drones, and one probably having a panic attack for being near a DD
Image:172847407059.png(592kB, 1634x2000)early Bella and Holly.png
>>57526 Early thread character, predates Henry. Entirely sociopathic, intelligent but very obsessed with the sciences to the point of lacking morals. Has experimented with replacing parts of herself with disassembly drone parts to an extent that a Solver witch may encounter 'Like Entity Detected' error due to the amount of drone parts that now constitute her figure. (Not immune to the Solver's whisperings though) Has an assistant named Bellatrix. Holly decompiled her code as a young child/teenager (don't remember for sure) and in the recompilation step, somehow changed certain parameters that stripped Bella of her internal protocols that prevent her from causing harm to humans (or in general, I'm not sure). Bellatrix is now grafted with 4 extra robo-tentacle limbs each holding different tools, who is also a danger in her own right and assists Holly in her scientific pursuits.
>>57526 A succinct description after I dived a little. Maybe I should do this every once in a while. https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/141313086/#q141314623 >>57530 It's true. I missed the whole research team stuff and the office shenanigans. I think Holly was RT4 and Henry was RT6? Or maybe the opposite.
Would the Wolfenstein reboot's Nazi Germany be able to stop the Solver if it comes to that Earth or at least have a harder time consuming it when there seems to be soldiers at every corner and street?
>>57532 I think it stripped her morals out, but basically she can do harm to humans and drones easily, without a peep, but it seems that she is still Holly's drone, she will no to her harm.
>>57540 The newer Wolfenstein games, ie 2 and Youngblood, don't suffer that much from wokeness but they do suffer from some bad writing, Youngblood being the worst hit.
>>57538 Maybe? Deathshead was competent enough but with his death they could probably do some retarded stuff with their dabbling of Da'ath Yichud technology and with how some of that technology being able to open doors between dimensions, I wouldn't be surprised if they open a door to the dimension where the Solver comes from in order to expand the Reich.
>>57380 Recently I've been taking a slower approach to writing where instead of trying to write the entire story in one go, I spread it out over multiple days. Though one side effect of this is that I keep rewriting stuff that I wrote on the previous day, but I think overall it will improve the quality; maybe, idk. I'll have to let the thread decide whenever I finish it and post it. Of course I wish I could contribute more to the thread, but at the end of the day I'm just doing OC stuff because I find it fun. As long as I'm having fun doing it then I'll never get truly burned out.
>Harper has always been there for you. >You once had a horrible night terror and she let you sleep with her >She went on a walk with you in the rain. Actually multiple times in fact. She said that she finds the rainforest extremely beautiful. >She occasionally bought snacks so the Sentinels could watch a movie, and you were welcome to join in >She’s nice
read through the Elf greens, but didn't see anything about her getting turned into SentinElf. is that just a drawing someone did for fun or are there more greens about it that haven't been archived to the booru?
>>57565 I'm still in the process of writing about her at the moment. Don't really have an ETA because I keep rewriting stuff, but it shouldn't be too long I hope.
Image:172848288147.jpg(84kB, 756x504)_BEL0443 P-51D N151MW Lady Alice right side l.jpg
>>57551 There are two mustangs named Speedball Alice and Lady Alice I was able to find, both have a bit of that checkered pattern around the very nose. Think I would do Alice with one of these, or would you have another drone in mind, if yeah I could prob do her too (specific scheme request like your pic rel is fine too), for the first time this week I can draw today. Nearly 40 hours-absence from these threads, goddamn it.
I saw two questions asking would SD!Switch get along with other sentinels and assuming they meant in the sentinel roadtrip timeline, I decided to write this green.
>SD!Switch would not get along with the other sentinel drones. >She wouldn’t even get along with the human staff at Sentinel Command because they work for JCJenson. >She will do her job to save humanity but only those aligned with Nanotrasen, she considers humans and drones working for JCJenson to be ‘lesser’ because she blames JCJenson for unleashing the Solver. Her loyalties are first and foremost to Nanotrasen. >Because of that, she’s at extreme odds with both the drones and humans working at Sentinel Command. She’d rather keep her interactions with them to the bare minimum just to get her orders. That means she spends most of her time alone doing whatever she likes doing IE reading books, listening to music or engineering random contractions to keep herself busy. >The only reason she hasn’t hurt anyone there yet is because she’s a corporate liaison from NT in order to improve relations between the two companies and is under orders from NT Central Command to “keep collateral damage to a minimum”. >Her presence is tolerated by others because of her skill dealing with disassembly drones is far better than other sentinel drones. She also prefers working alone. >The only real exception of her dislike of other drones and humans is Harper because from her interactions with Harper considers her to be the only 'normal' person, or drone, there. SD!Switch thinks of Harper as her only friend there, while she would act cold towards, SD!Switch would always be happy around Harper and genuinely enjoys her company. Harper also acts as SD!Switch’s tard wrangler because she’s the only one SD!Switch would listen to.
>Fun daily HoDR facts: Uppies are the best defense against aggressive drones. It doesn’t matter if it’s a WD or DD, both become almost cat like after being picked up.
When do you think Glitch will release some content on Murder Drones? I realise it won't be a new season or spin-off, but a comic or manga, but I'm really wondering when they're thinking of releasing this?
>>57613 it's likely they'll only touch on Murder Drones again to promote merch and such, so just assume nothing else major is coming. that way you won't be as disappointed when nothing happens, and in the incredibly unlikely event we actually get something new you can be pleasantly surprised
>Be in class >Think about writing a JC Greentext, maybe a cool one about him reminiscing on his childhood like The Oncler as he looks on upon the landscape he's destroyed in his greed and lust for power >Immediately feel ill, have to use the bathroom >40 minutes later still in bathroom >Missing important information for an upcoming exam FUCKING WHY!?
>>57620 it might get their attention a little and they'd make a little thank you post, but I sincerely doubt anything would convince them to greenlight season 2 when they've got The Amazing Digital Money Printer
>>57626 Well, was she short, purple and dressed like she raided a Hot Topic? If so, then you should keep giving that one uppies, she secretly likes it.
>>57619 >>57620 We don't know what else they have in pre-production/ what degree of flexibility they want to maintain in terms of their schedule. We already know what the effective cap on Murder Drones' audience is, and it's not like, with a years long gap between prospective seasons, that audience would do anything but shrink. It would be a mistake to take TADC as their norm going forward, but now there is a higher ceiling than anyone thought possible for their output and maybe the business case for doing more with Murder Drones just isn't as strong as it would've been before October 2023.
>>57636 >One hand working your shaft >One hand caressing your balls >One hand massaging your prostate >One tongue running over body and circling your nipples
>>57633 It's not TADC's fault. By its very nature, MD has a lower viewership ceiling. Saying "you're supposed to watch it multiple times to get it, or hang out in fan communities where autists will tell you what's going on" is fine, but people are only going to do that if they're already highly engaged.
We don't know what the budget/production constraints were like, but from a strictly commercial point of view, Murder Drones should've had more episodes and given its subtle/freeze-frame/implied storytelling more overt follow-up.
And even with TADC, the pilot achieved a perfect unrepeatable, unpredictable storm of virality. It got 150 million views in ~1.5 months, which is still ~25 million more than TADC Episode 2 has gotten five months after release.
>>57640 Imagine if you went to Glitch with a fake suicide vest and ran at the people there yelling stuff like "My waifu is great!" or "In the name of Cyn!"
>>57643 >We don't know what the budget/production constraints were like, but from a strictly commercial point of view, Murder Drones should've had more episodes and given its subtle/freeze-frame/implied storytelling more overt follow-up. My theory is still that the pilot got hammered by the YouTube algorithm for having a word as naughty as 'Murder' in the title, so the suits told Liam that his story that he conceived of as unfolding over the course of multiple seasons (see: all the Season 1 stuff in the pre-production material) had to be told in seven episodes because they thought following his plan would be throwing good money after bad.
>>57643 Episode 3 has racked up 28 million views in 3 days, I suspect it will be 60-80 million by the end of the year, but that's not counting the views on netflix, where they've clearly surpassed the 28 million mark for a long time.
I suspect by the final episode the views will be under 20 million on both sites.
>>57646 It's just that TADC's target audience is the alpha generation, and they're attracted to all this kinda "creepy" stuff in brightly coloured packaging, but the funny thing is, they rarely hold their attention for longer than a couple of seconds.
All those hundreds of millions of views are little kids, they can bring in money for terrible content, and as I see from episode 3, Glitch decided to milk that cow.
>>57653 Conceptually, MD wouldn't have attracted the degenerates from the alpha anyway, so we wouldn't have got 300 million views in the pilot episode, but we'd definitely get an extra 10 million in the final episode.
TADC is certainly one of the factors playing into why MD only got 1 season instead of the ~2 that were planned. That being said, It wasn't intentionally done by Glitch but rather striking the sweetspot of the youtube algorithm alongside getting the show on Netflix. Netflix has over 80 million subscribers in the US/CN continents alone and the latest episode broke the top 3 shows GLOBALLY on the streaming platform. To call TADC a tremendous success is downplaying it to an extreme and I completely understand Glitch's desire to shift focus to it.
>>57654 Died by the solver. The Solver prefers to play with humans and their creations, and she would not want to have an obstacle in the form of aliens.
>>57656 How I wish all the degenerates in alpha would abruptly forget about TADC and Glitch would get such a kick in the chin that they'd have to belittle Liam about season two. The rest of their projects don't have any success at all, literally no one gives a shit about them.
>>57656 While TADC was a factor in MD ending, I think there's a bigger factor at play. AJ said that he wasn't expecting Ep8 to be MD's finale, that's why Forever is so short. Kovach said that a ton of the Glitch staff wanted MD to continue for a 2nd season too. This has led me to think the main reason MD ended is problems with Liam's self esteem due to TADC's popularity.
>>57663 (me) Liam has always had self esteem issues when it comes to his writing. It's why he doesn't have a cohesive timeline to avoid writing himself into a corner and why episode 1 is so self-referential and meta.
Man, it would be really funny if all the puriteens found out about all of Goose's depraved fetishes and the mountain of Goose-drawn smut that accompanies them.
>>57675 >we wouldn't have done better I think a lot of us would have hung on out of, if nothing else, spite for the vorenigger troon who genuinely thought he could game the algorithm and not end up associated with content farm slop and a fanbase who were raised by their moms' iPads.
>>57693 >>57694 >N unironically going to Hooters for the wings >N orders a mild sauce and plenty of milk because he's the whitest drone boy you know >N's completely oblivious to the waitstaff wanting to get into his twink pants
>>57673 If Liam was like me he would give out a speech saying how much he loves us and he would invite us all to a livestream to watch Krall, Labyrinth and Legend together while he doodles.
hey, unrelated thing but I've seen some drawfags here are also interested in a game called Psychopomp, and I've been hearing some buzz about it lately, is it any good?
>J's luck with plucky teens lately had been...less than favorable >It started with Uzi and that damn "railgun" of hers >To say NOTHING if how railguns don't fire beams with that kind of destructive yeild >Or that some punk had managed to build it out of scrap >Her "Boss" had assured her that, at the very least, the damn thing exploded >So why, oh Robo-God WHY, was she staring down the barrel of it AGAIN?! >At the very least it wasn't some solver-empowered mall goth aiming it at her >But she had yet a other issue in the form of its current wielder's plus-one >Speaking of which.... >If her life had been one big joke, the maybe the fourth rocket she fired would finally be enough to get past the Rule of Three >She leveled the barrel at him and fired, hoping against hope that THIS one would- >THUNK!!! >Nope...once again she watched in increasingly horrified irritation as this THING smacked it away like... >like it was a freaking BASEBALL >This guy's ability to translate things to sports was frightening in a way that defies logic >And yet, as her latest ordinance whizzed harmlessly overhead, she had to respect it >She couldn't make any big moves because she knew...she just KNEW that the moment she did anything she'd get blasted again >And so...she looked at her opponents again >One was Uzi's father. As long as she stayed away from the doors, he wasn't a problem...learned THAT one the hard way >The next was the girl holding the ""Railgun"" >She THINKS that one was Lizzie >Her "Boss" filled her in on the players >This one seemed to have an affinity for the more... abnormal ones >She befriended Yeva's daughter, who had a mostly-patched version of the Solver. A witch >She has also, somehow, befriended her old coworker V. >Considering her working with Kahn, it was safe to assume Uzi, another Witch, was her friend as well >Which leads to- >J dodged another "fastball" rock that left a crater in the wall behind her >This guy >More brawn than brain in a frankly concerning ratio >Somehow able to evade death with just a >FUCKING >PIPE >Considering the company Lizzie kept regularly, she realized something >An oversight she was regretting >Lizzie seemed to favor monsters >Why oh why would he be any different?
>>57712 >>57717 Spite is for unevolved retards, imagine wanting to make other people mad on purpose. Spiteful people will have it come back to bite them. Good art though, funni, I have nothing against this in particular.

>>57670 >>57671 Every fucking generation thinks they invented sex and that everyone before them only knew about vanila. They don't understand that those before them were people too (even more people than them I'd argue), with fetishes and a mischievous side. As such the younger people riot when they discover that this or that popular person is just as purvy or a funposter like they are.
>>57704 I had a bit of a penis pepper the other day. I won't do it again.
>>57734 >Every fucking generation thinks they invented sex and that everyone before them only knew about vanila. This isn't that, this is them being sanctimonious scolds who want to police othes.

>Encounter drone bandits >Immobilize them with tactical uppies >"Stop, stop! I yield!" >Put them down. >They rush you again. >"Never should have come here!"
>>57526 She's the division head of JCJ R&D Team 4, and the majority owner and CEO of Calibern R&D, a subsidiary of JCJ focused on pushing advanced technology. In my autistic AU she's also responsible for Project Phoenix, a pretty broad scope program with unlimited funding and unlimited access meant to understand and then develop countermeasures against the Solver as it overtook human colonies. Her methodology is notoriously ruthless and Research Team 4 is somewhat infamous as well for poaching promising employees from other teams, spying on other branches of the company, and sabotaging other teams or corporate divisions that threaten its progress. Her personality would probably be best described as disturbingly intense, pragmatic and amoral. She views most things as either puzzles to be solved or threats to be eliminated, she has no casual friends and abhors casual conversation. She's obsessively interested in Drones, especially the Solver code that drives their AI and spends most of her time focused on projects related to it. Her right arm is a prosthetic although most of the time she hides it. I'm going to see about creating a proper lore dossier for her that can be uploaded to the booru or posted here now that I know there's some interest and confusion about her. It didn't quite hit me that she's more than a year old character at this point.

Hey guys, I have a problem. I fed my N his vegetable oil yesterday like I always do, but midway through his meal he started shaking and started having small spasms on the floor. Is he fine? I don’t want to take him to the vet and the minerals I bought don’t seem to work on him.

>Threadly fun fact: Did you know that drones are powered through a magnetic induction coil that operates through the planet's crust? Picking them up literally severs them from their power supply, slowly killing them. The drones only seem happy because their brains enter 'low power mode' to prevent immediate shut down.

>>57767 Addendum: Bellatrix Bellatrix has been Holly's constant companion from about the age of 12, her original personality matrix was defined (as many house servant drones were) to be pliable, helpful and polite. Holly's frenetic personality and penchant for troublemaking quickly rubbed off on her malleable AI, and she eventually grew to be uncommonly clever and competent for a worker drone, with a highly anomalous willingness to lie to other humans on behalf of Holly. Following a botched recompilation of her code she developed a glitch which inverted the parameters of her ethical programming, essentially making her into a sadist. The more Holly tried to fix this glitch the worse it grew, eventually a teenaged Holly gave up on resolving the error and simply set new programs and restraints in place to stabilize Bella's degenerating personality. Notably the initial experiment is where Holly discovered the deeply buried Solver programs underlying Drone AI, and the personality restrictions and modifications she made to Bellatrix are the basis for her her work in Sentinel Drones. As Holly's personal lab assistant Bellatrix wears a backpack that can extend up to four utility limbs with change-hands similar to a disassembly drone, though her toolset is limited to medical tools and scientific instruments normally.

>You sat in the pilots seat, staring at the big red button beside you. >It was a broadcast setting you'd found exploring the ship some time ago. One that would allow the 'President' to address any and all ships in the sector, in case of emergency or what have you. >It was also, as you were starting to realize, likely the only way you were going to find out if there were any humans left. Or if you were the last... Which had become a very relevant fear in recent times. >Meanwhile, Sara slept in your new, fancy bed, cocooned in a plethora of sheets that would cause any human to die of heat exhaustion. >Every so often said cocoon would shift slightly, probably more so letting you know she was all right than out of necessity. >Beside you the high-end AI that was Sol sat, or rather the orb that was her body laid there, watching the stars from the passenger seat. >She'd in fact spend the last week or so counting and recounting the stars on your instruction. >Was this information useful to you? >Not in the least. >Did it make Sol feel useful and in turn make her happy? >It sure did. >It had in fact become a bit of a game to come up with small tasks to give the AI to keep it in high spirits, which in turn gave you something to do. And hearing the happy AI goofball also kept you in high spirits. >It was all very cyclical. >"ᖴOᖇTY-ᔕI᙭-TᕼOᑌᔕᗩᑎᗪ-ᔕEᐯEᑎ-ᕼᑌᑎᗪᖇEᗪ-ᖴIᖴTY-TᕼᖇEE." Sol stated. >"Cool," you said. "Anything new?" >"TᕼE MOTHᔕ ᑕOᑎTIᑎᑌE TO ᗪᖇIᖴT." >"Uh huh, neat." >The AI had a tendency to confuse stars for other things, for some reason. You'd heard fireworks, Christmas lights, and sparkles. >Considering she was apparently 'corrupted' after being left alone so long, it was probably fine? >Either way at this point you just sorta went with it. >Then, you paused. >"Wait Moths?" You asked. "You mean fireflies right? Moth's don't glow." >"ᗰOTᕼᔕ ᗩᖇE ᑎOT ᑭᖇETTY ᒪIGᕼTᔕ." >"...What are the moth's doing?" >"TᕼEY ᖴᒪIT ᗩᑎᗪ ᖴᒪY." >"...Okay?" >Without warning the bed cocoon got up, shuffled slowly over to the seat, and plopped down in your lap. >"Sol," Sara's muffled voice asked. "Point out the moths." >The HUD on the ship's windshield lit up as Sol connected, highlighting several dots around the sun. >After a moment, Sara enlarged the image to find several... ships around the sun. >It was odd, like they'd all docked with one another. Some ships even looked to be physically strapped or welded to another. >Like someone was trying to make a makeshift station out of a bunch of tiny ships. >While practically on top of the sun... >Considering it, you could come to only one conclusion. >"...Do you think that means there's survivors?" >"...Maybe," Sara said. "There aren't a lot of places that are safe from the Solver, but right up next to the sun might be one of them..." >"Should we go?" >...
>It didn't take long to get there. >Though the flight had been annoying, it at least gave you an excuse to wear sunglasses indoors. >But as you approached the makeshift station, the hull started to make odd noises. >Which you ignored at first, but then they only got louder... >"Hey, Sara, how close can this ship get to the sun before it causes problems?" >"I don't -" Sara stopped as every single alarm, warning, and check engine light in the ship lit up at once. >"AHHH!" >"AHHHH!" >"ᗩᕼᕼᕼᕼᕼ" >You slammed the ship into reverse as the heat warnings gave you a hint as to what you might be doing wrong. >In your hubris you had forgotten one of humanities oldest lessons. >Fire bad. >Unfortunately the ships were still a few minutes off. Looking at them closer, it seemed most of them had some kind of heat shielding on one side. >Which your ship did not. >"Well crap..." You looked down towards Sara. "Any ideas?" >"If there are people there, they're not answering the radio." Sara looked to be considering. >As you did the same, you noticed a few chonkier ships in the mix. Rather, more like industrial ships, big, slow, tough and mostly used for cargo. >"Hey, you think we can sneak in through the shadow of one of the ships?" >"All that's going to do is protect us once we're there." >"Okay, but what if we go really, really fast until we get there?" >"That's suicidal and stupid." >After thinking about it some more, you had an even better idea.
>The asteroid floated gently forward as you pushed it towards the sun. Your ship sneaking in under its shadow as it pushed the giant rock along. >"We are fucking geniuses." You said, allowing the others credit so you could also blame them if this plan backfired horribly. >Most of the asteroid was melting at this point, but hey, sacrifices must be made. >After a bit, you're able to stop the asteroid, and steer the ship towards the shadow of one of the docking stations. >As the ship docked successfully, Sara's visor suddenly switched to a timer reading 1:00. >"I'm putting us on an hour timer, I don't like unknown places and I really don't like that no one is answering the radio." >You shrugged, then started to jump down the hatch into the docking area, before Sara caught you by the back of your suit. >"Me first." Sara said. >"What? Come on it can't be dangerous. This has to be humans right? We're right on top of the sun." >Sara's visor switched to flashlight mode as it lit up the hall ahead. "Humans are dangerous." >... >"Fair enough. Watch the ship, Sol." >"I ᗯIᒪᒪ ᗰᗩIᑎTᗩIᑎ ᖇᗩᗪIO ᑕOᑎTᗩᑕT Iᑎ ᑕᗩᔕE ᗩᑎOTᕼEᖇ ᒪIGᕼT ᗩᑭᑭEᗩᖇᔕ." >"We're counting on you."
>The smell of barbecued pork that followed was both horrifying and delicious. >As it turned out, the ship/station, or flotilla, whatever the hell it was, had no humans. >Well, no living humans that is. >As it also turned out, hundreds of burnt humans smelled remarkably like barbecued pork. A great fun fact that would surely not haunt your nightmares and make you reconsider your rations. >And after testing the atmospheric generators were, in fact, working, you'd still opted to stay in your suit because of it. >"God fucking dammit." You leaned up against a half melted wall. >You were just starting to warm up to the idea that maybe you weren't the last human alive. >That maybe there was a little hope in the shithole of a universe. >But no. >While the entire place was working more or less fine, every human was now a horrifyingly appetizing corpse. >Which just made it all the more confusing. >"How'd they die?" You went over the instruments. The ships had apparently banded together a year ago after escaping earth, and everything had gone really well. Until last week, for some reason. "Everything's working fine...." >Then the radio suddenly flared to life. >"ᗩ ᔕᑌᑎᔕᑭOT." >"Oh... yeah I guess that makes sense." Sara said, looking at the ship. "Something like that would flash fry the people but the electronics here could probably take that kind of heat." >"ᗯᕼIᒪE TᕼᗩT Iᔕ IᑎTEᖇEᔕTIᑎG I ᗯᗩᔕ ᖇEᑭOᖇTIᑎG ᗩ ᔕᑌᑎᔕᑭOT ᕼEᗩᗪIᑎG TOᗯᗩᖇᗪᔕ TᕼE ᔕTᗩTIOᑎ." Sol paused. "ᗯE ᗩᖇE ᗩᗷOᑌT TO ᗪIE." >"Oh." >"Ah." >You ran back towards the ship. >Out of breath but still terrified you clambered inside to find the hand of an angry God stretching out towards you. The solar flare was large, deadly, and heading directly towards the ship. >You screamed, Sara screamed, and you jumped to the controls. >The rock had floated away slightly, leaving you to consider trying to outrun the solar flare. However, the sun would likely just burn you up without protection. >So you did the natural thing. >You panicked more. >And then Sol asked a question. >"ᗯOᑌᒪᗪ YOᑌ ᒪIKE ᗰE TO ᗰOᐯE TᕼE ᔕᕼIᑭ OᑌT Oᖴ TᕼE ᗯᗩY Oᖴ Oᑌᖇ IᗰᑭEᑎᗪIᑎG ᗪEᗩTᕼ?" >Both your and Sara's heads snapped to the orb computer thing. >Many questions formed in this split second it took to process what she'd just said, however your frontal lobe decided to take over and ignore all of them in favor of the answer that would most likely save your life. >"YES!" >"ᑭᒪEᗩᔕE ᗯᗩIT ᗩ ᗰOᗰEᑎT ᗯᕼIᒪE I IᑎᖴIᒪTᖇᗩTE TᕼE OTᕼEᖇ ᔕᕼIᑭ'ᔕ ᔕYᔕTEᗰᔕ." >Both you and Sara just watched in total silence as the solar flare got a little larger by the second. >After a solid minute of that silence, she grabbed your hand. >Then ship lurched suddenly and violently, the thrusters from the flotilla firing through the window. >As you looked out the window, it became clear you were moving very, very fast. >But not nearly fast enough. >"Sol?" >"I ᗩᑭOᒪOGIᘔE, TᕼEᖇE Iᔕ TOO ᗰᑌᑕᕼ ᗰᗩᔕᔕ. I ᗪO ᑎOT ᗷEᒪIEᐯE ᗯE'ᖇE GOIᑎG TO ᗰᗩKE IT ᑕᒪEᗩᖇ." >Before you could respond, Sara was already moving. >She ran to the airlock, and cycled it. >You followed soon after, but keeping up with a high-end military drone was simply not something a homebody like yourself could manage. >Not that it would have mattered as, several seconds later, you saw Sara at the front of the ship, outside. >With the cutting laser in her elbow pointed at one of the chonkier sections of the flotilla. One of the few without thrusters ignited. >VSSSSSST. >You watched as the drone cut away one section of the flotilla. >Then another. >The ground lurched as you sped up slightly. >Minutes passed as Sara 'pruned' the other ships. >By the time Sol gave you the all clear, the solar flare was long gone. >Sara looked back towards you, gave you a thumbs up, then powered down, body not so much collapsing in the zero gravity as it just sort of floated there.
>You, of course, immediately panicked. >It took Sol warning you that humans typically didn't live for more than a few seconds this close to the surface of the sun to keep you from shooting out the airlock after her. >Helpful, since you'd already had one foot out the door at the time. >But, after some creative piloting, as well as a lot of prayer, you managed to bring the ship to her and get Sara hooked up to a charging cable. >A few minutes later she'd recovered, looking vaguely pissy but relieved, and outright refusing to leave your side. >After some arguing, apologizing, and thinking, your group reached one conclusion. >"You know, if Sol can keep us moving out of the way of those flares, this might be a good home base?" >Sara agreed. And even suggested they fix the place up a bit. >"We could... even set up a signal? If you want? Try to see if there's anyone else out there?" Sara said. >Right... >Because you couldn't be the only human left, right? >And with that, and some trepidation, you hit the big red button. >"This is... The President speaking. If you're out there, we can help you...." >And thus, the Solarium was born.

Too many visions of her new associates being torn apart by... something purple... >At least she had an idea of what she wanted to ask them. >Looking around, she saw Emily's head was still fast asleep and still where Emily put it the night before, Emily's body was praying, and this Rebecca girl was asleep on the floor. Straight on her back, arms splayed out. >A phantom trail of oil (ghost oil isn't "there", it's just a matter of focus for a ghost to make their wounds not bleed in death; clearly Rebecca had far less discipline than Doll and Emily) followed her from the wall she walked through to where her pelvis would have been. >"Morning..." a still slightly sleepy Negev grumbled. >Emily blinked awake. "Good morning... Negev, is it?" she asked as her body walked over to grab her head. >"Yeah, that's right." >Rebecca smacked her lips as she sat up to the best of her ability. "Man, I am never gonna get used to how sitting on my ghost guts feels..." >"We only have an hour or so before the nurse comes, so I want to get my questions for you out of the way quickly," Negev said as she rose out of bed. She turned to face the ghosts in her room. "Why are you two still here? What happened to you?" >Their expressions became downcast. "I... I died feeling like my advice had gotten my friends killed," Emily muttered, holding her head tight against her chest. >"Same sorta thing with me," Rebecca said as she scratched her arm. "I couldn't give a useful warning before I bled out." >The flash of purple reentered Negev's mind's eye. >"Do either of you remember what killed you?" >Both ghosts suddenly looked quite perturbed. >"Someone I can't remember and don't want to try to remember because all I remember is they were a Robo-Goddamn loser like you," Rebecca snapped. "Have fun with the freak, Emily, I'm gonna look for cute basket cases. Rebecca out." Rebecca turned herself around and scooted out through a wall, trailing oil from her waist stump as she went. >"And you, four eyes?" Negev asked. >Emily's grip on her head tightened. "It was... something had gotten into Uzi. That Uzi." >Negev knew it. >"Not like a mood. Something bad. She wasn't in control of herself." >"Was she not herself? Was she really?" Uzi beat whatever got inside her, so I know you can find peace too." >Negev sat down on the floor of her cell, too tired to argue about Mother at the moment. "... Trying to heal and fix broken things is the best
Elf is a pre-collapse worker drone that works in the JCJ corporate headquarters as an office worker. This is of course a setting where all of humanity treats drones the same way that the Elliots did.
Elf has both witnessed, and personally experienced a massive amount of drone abuse. She's seen drones get brutally killed and decommissioned over minor things, and she's come close to death many times herself. To put it lightly; Elf has a massive amount of pent-up trauma. Elf thinks all of this is incredibly unfair and has no idea what she's done to deserve any of this.
Generally, Elf has a skittish, timid, and submissive personality. When it comes to humanity, these are amplified tenfold. Around humans, she's constantly walking on eggshells; fearing that they may hurt or even kill her over the tiniest thing. A human being nice to her would be perceived as a trap or deception; trying to trick her into a false sense of security so that whatever horrible thing they plan to do to her is all the more painful. It would take an incredible amount of time for Elf to learn to trust even the nicest and most wholesome human.
Elf's personality changes substantially when she gets her hands on any kind of real power. Elf has spent decades being powerless; decades of being a helpless victim... No more! Now that the power dynamics have shifted in her favour, no one will ever be able to hurt her again! In fact, she'll pay them back tenfold for all the pain and suffering they have inflicted on her! Or at least this is what she thinks. In reality she's just a broken, traumatized drone acting out against the world she feels has wronged her. Her extreme overconfidence when she powertrips usually doesn't end up going very well for her either.
While Elf gets along mostly fine with other drones, she doesn't have any friends. Elf finds it incredibly difficult to open up around others and is largely unwilling to trust anyone; ESPECIALLY if said drone holds a position of power over her.
Elf was essentially "Born" in the corporate headquarters and has never once left. She's never been outside before; her only look at the outside world comes through windows and TV screens.
Elf doesn't have any hobbies she can partake in; she works during the day, and sleeps in a locker during the night; her entire life controlled by the company. One fascination she has is with space. The sheer vastness of space intrigues her; infinite possibilities and places to explore where she'd be free to do whatever she wants.
Elf yearns to be free above all else; to be in control of her own destiny. Autonomy is very important to her.
Sentinel Elf lore coming soon to a thread near you. Please wait warmly.

>>58030 The long name makes me think of him being 'old'/'mature' for his age. Like putting on the pretense of being one of the adult worker drones by having a fake moustache or a beard after he reads about the Wild West era of humanity. He's already started thinking about tax forms and work at a machinery while dudes in highschool are still figuring out how to solve the captcha and making out with their girlfriends.
It seems like my N is constantly dehydrated despite always having plenty of water to drink, and he drinks water constantly. I find him guzzling water out of the tap, or the garden hose, several times a day. It seems like no matter how much water he drinks, he’s still thirsty. Is there something wrong with him?
>>58035 Doesn't even need to be a Nuzi kid, Uzi's naming convention shouldn't really be the unique thing about her considering how drones are only barely emulating human culture. Confining random ideas like this to a character just being a Nuzi kid because gun name is a bit limiting, I think.
>>58017 Can you blame her? She hasn't had a good time trying to do her killing thing with the game show theming. She's got a few but boy she's gonna need more to keep Cyn from giving her nightmares just to torment her for sucking at her job.

If I somehow find yourself on Copper-9 and don't die in the first seconds, I'll find a working desktop video player somewhere and then I'll climb the tallest and more or less intact building in ruins, light a fire with some pre-collected wood in a room with a missing wall that will give me a panoramic view. I'm gonna put this song on:
so that it echoes through the city ruins and only the whistling of the wind complements the composition of the melody. I'll look down on the ruins from above and it'll be fucking atmospheric.
>Dress up as a Mariachi for Halloween >Wanting to appear fancy, rent and ride upon a large black horse throughout the town >Despite being a fully grown man trick or treat anyways >Because it's a town filled with mostly old people, the candy bag is filled to the brim with chocolate coins instead of any good candy >Feeling worn-out, decide to ride the horse home back up to the farm >It's extremely dark on the road back so have to ride very slowly >Up ahead in the distance SD-U-U in the distance making their own costumes >In a good mood decide to ride-up to them to offer some of the candy
>SD-U-U's naturally smug faces instantly drop into ones of pure horror as they see the the faceless rider atop the black stallion approach >They freeze in terror as the rider extends forward a bag of gold coins in his hand >"EL CHARRO NEGRO!", they scream before attempting to flee >The two SD-U-U's end up running headfirst into eachother, knocking themselves unconscious
>>58074 He's fucking cool >>58075 It depends on the writer. SD-U-U is an asshole and I'm pretty sure the topic came up before and the answer was something along the lines of >"Rip fagget.", snickered SD-U-U
>>58076 >>"Rip fagget.", snickered SD-U-U I remember there being a green where SD-U-U actually care about Anon and his death mindbroke them enough that they skinned his body and one of them wears Anon's skin and pretends to be him so that things are like normal
>>57859 >That perfect capture of Holly's knowing little smile Dammit Anon you got me feeling a certain kinda way about my own character. Please continue.
>>57589 So if she wasn't modified by JCJenson into a sentinel drone, how is she one? Did Nanotrasen steal technical data about sentinel drones and modify her?
>>57852 Somewhat my fault for drawing her bad, the only good (detailed, focused) drawing I've done of her has been pre-personality glitch. I did draw in the straps for the backpack in that original messy sketch I did for her, however that image was chicken scratch I smashed out in I think literally 15 minutes because I was desperate to draw something before having to go to sleep. Since I've been focusing a lot on Holly and Bellatrix recently I'll probably re-draw that imagine of her soon. >>58087 Something devious, I'm sure!
>>57589 >would not get along with the other sentinel drones >wouldn’t even get along with the human staff at Sentinel Command because they work for JCJenson >She also prefers working alone lmao, what a complete fucking loser
>>58095 Also goes without saying, but without explicit instructions Sentinel Drones would not tolerate the presence of a non-standard outsider. Like the Raptors they have a program to scan for solver corrupted entities that throw up a (Null) code, however they also scan all drones including each other for a designated IFF code, extant JCJ serial no., date of commission, department jurisdiction, access authorization, etc. For her to be in the same room with Sentinel Drones she’d have to be spoofing about half a dozen falsified documents or access codes, which not only need to pass individual checks but also all have to agree with each other on the identity of the drone being scanned.
>>58095 Every drone is in way >uzi is too much of weeb >j is jobber >v a cuckquean >cyn too autistic >khan loves his doors more then his wife >nori is furry >doll has shit luck >thad has no a masculine quality >n is too nice for his own good and everyone take advantage of that
>>58132 >*Tape Zip* >*Pause* >"Yep. That's me. You're probably wondering how I got in this situation. Well, it's a long story. Let's start from the beginning." >*Tape starts going backwards*
So I'm listening to Design and the more I listen to it the more I have to respect Liam for doubling and tripling down on his "Crazy-Smile Murderer" waifu type with every iteration, and am convinced that Cynessa was the motivation behind everything leading up to it. I'm not criticizing; I would, and HAVE, done the same with my favorite brand of monster. He's got my respect.
>>58135 Still, what a shame that in the likely only thing he'll do with robots, with such good designs, his fav has to be 90% covered in human. What a wasted opportunity
>>58154 HOLY FUCK HUMANITY NEEDS TO ACHIEVE INTERSTELLAR TRAVEL FASTER CUZ I NEED TO LAND ON A WHOLE PLANET FULL OF VICKERS GIRLS yes they will likely kill me but it is a risk my boner is willing to make
>>58148 I was wondering if it’d be cool if he took his skills to something more fantastical. I had this idea once that feels like Murder Drones but more fantasy rather than sci fi
>>58154 >be farmanon >see an eerie, green glow coming from your corn fields in the dead of night >grab your over-under and tell the girls that you'll be outside for a bit >"Yeah, whatever, faggot," U-U respond before falling back asleep, snoring loudly >you make your way out into the field, your boots kicking up dust as the corn rustles as you make your way towards the glow >then you see it >a round, spinning ship with multiple lights >one of your dairy cows is floating helplessly towards it in a green, glowing light >"Wot in tarnation?" >as if it heard you, the ship stops spinning >it drops your cow to the ground with a pained 'moo' and floats rapidly towards you >you feel the contents of your stomach lurch as you're bathed in green light and begin floating towards the ship >you can make out faces looking down at you, their teeth gleaming, drool spattering from their lips as they look at you like a piece of meat >"O-our own human bf!" one of them exclaims before slurping up her own drool >"Get the probe ready," another says with a laugh >their grins vanish as a staccato of gunfire peals against the ship >"Give him back, assholes!" U- shouts >"He has to pay the Netflix bill!" -U screams as she launches a missile >the explosion sends the saucer rocking, the green light flickering, then fading entirely >you hang in the air for a moment, like Wile E Coyote, before realizing that you're about to fall >you hit the ground flat on your stomach with a thud, your shotgun bashing you in the head as it falls with you >somewhere up above, you hear emergency sirens ringing and the warbling of a failing antigravity field >then there is a tremendous explosion >you groan as U- gives you a kick in the ribs. "Your corn's on fire, idiot."
>>58169 well that didn't last very long. the OP of one of them said >it has been stated this is not the last time we see the characters or the world of MD. is this true? when/where was this said?
>>58176 In Glitch's farewell tweet, they're like an "independent" studio and so they can do whatever they want, but seeing episode 3 of TADC I can safely say they've sold their arses to capitalist Satan.
>>58196 >>58197 assuming Liam didn't do it himself, who would be a good artist for a Murder Drones manga/comic? I think Nakayama Atsushi would be a decent fit
>>58170 I can't say we know enough about the Solver's power to say. Solver in a Necron host eats the setting. Solver that yoinked a Skitarii is a one-planet event that a named Ultramarine takes out.
>you ate a banana earlier >E smells this and immediately invades your mouth with her thick, flexible drone tongue, running her hot drone tongue over every square inch of your mouth to taste all that delicious flavor
>>58233 She has Solver energy that can turn you into abstract art, incubization is really the better move here. Just you wait, I'll fix the setting when I inject the Solver with concentrated dark matter and turn her into a cool shoggoth.
>>58219 Contrarians will bitch about 40k fans pitting every setting against theirs, but I love it. It gives me courage to think that for all the insurmountable horrors and many flavours of Hell that bring existence to it's knees there is one version of humanity that would strike them down. The most op thing in fiction is reality manipulation and the most terrifying thing is the breakdown of reality. The Imperium has the tech and knowhow to even counter these (in a small scale by galactic standards).
>>58228 No kidding, it's really scary to imagine what would come out of a witch's womb if she got pregnant by a human. I've already said that if solverhosts have biological insides, there's not a small chance that they could actually have children with humans.
>>58240 nta but I'm pretty sure it's hardtack or ship's biscuits. they're a super basic form of rations that used to be given out to soldiers and sailors because they were cheap to produce and wouldn't go bad. but as the name would suggest, they're hard as rock
>>58239 I would love my deformed cyborg child regardless and try to raise it into a decent person.
>>58240 >>58241 Back in the army our MREs comprised of a can of borderline inedible spam and a pack of flat bricks they had mislabeled as biscuits. You had to let them soak in water or you wouldn't be able to break them in two with your hands.
>>58247 I was refering to all the horrors from other settings. Cyn would be Tuesday for the Grey Knights back at the Manor and the month's highlight at the height of her power. In-setting the Imperium is at a standstill against three Apocalypses happening at once.
>Cordie lures you away >She leans in >You think she is going to kiss your neck >Instead she bites it and injects her poison >You black out >You wake up to the sound of singing >Soft, slow, happy but with sinister hint >You can't move >You are twisting >Cordie is turning you and wrapping you in a silken string that is stronger than steel >She notices that you are awake >"You are awake!" >"Wuh...Where am I? What are doing?! What ARE you?!" >Cordie laughs >Her victims' reaction always amuses her. It makes her feel like she's pulled a prank >"I am a drider!" she says as she clicks her multiple claws. "And you are my food! I picked you because you looked oh so sweet." >"Foo-Food? Help! Help! Somebody!" >You thrash in your coccoon like a caterpillar but to no avail >"Nobody can hear you here" says Cordie happily. "This place is insulated and isolated. This is why I come here to cry. But don't you worry. It will all be over soon." >You stare at her >You frown >"Two more weeks."
>>58280 >J's belly deflates >"I'm sorry. I lied to you. These past few months were the happiest in my life. I wish I could carry your child. I really do. I'm so sorry!" >J runs away crying
>>58135 So I'm still listening to Design. GREAT shit so far. Nearly done with season 2. But if I were to make one criticism, it's the fact that the bulk of the music is piano renditions of Linkin Park songs. I am trying very hard to listen to the story of a man mourning his daughter but it's really hard to take seriously with the music selection. But hey, it's not my story about cool murder-waifus and an MC who's at least a little fucked in the head, so I can't really fault him for that. Other than that, solid 10/10.
>>58107 idk how to feel about this edit, looks like something my sister would enjoy, but for me this song didn't pass the mansion vibe check, at least for the information we have about it now
>>58251 Cyn would absolutely not be a Tuesday. The Grey Knights are anti-Chaos fighters, not anti-every reality bender ever. Bolt rounds would be deflected same as everything thing else, and they have no actual defense against singularities being thrown at them. All that anti-psyker tech and demon wards won't do shit against an entity that is fundamentally not warp-based. Plus, the only thing the Solver can't just turn into slurry is other instances of itselft, patched or otherwise. The Grey Knights would try their best, but they'd die like rest of humanity.
