Previous thread: >>34820 The Booru: https://dronebooru.co
Discuss all things murder drones related, share OC and let your autism run wild
also; since we're going with more of a general format, what do you guys think about putting together a Rentry (pastebin)? Much of the discussion tends to revolve around OCs which can be a bit alienating for newcomers to the threads and while the dronebooru does have greentexts and stories archived, many of them aren't organized in any way. An organized Rentry with links to OC's and their most prominent stories might make it easier for people to join discussions about them. Also reading a text block is so much more convenient than scrolling around an oversized image
>>35841 >be Lizzy >your ghost bestie decides she's been possessing her own mutilated corpse long enough and asks you if you can help her get as close to back to normal as she can get >replacing her visor, patching up that hole in her chest, fixing her voicebox, all of it >yfw she wants your hands inside her body >yfw she wants you getting her living oil on your fingers
>>35806 There was a time when I enjoyed SCP... Also it's dumb to give a worker drone a combat role that's not what they were designed for. Other than that, cool art!
>>35859 Good thing is it doesn't! JCJ Worker Drones don't have to deal with things like running out of storage like low quality competitiors for example, Drones don't age physically either and if something needs replacament, it's easy enough they can do it themselves. Technically, as long as the core keeps working/isn't destroyed, drones could run forever. Khan or other pre collapse drones could be as old as the human history of Copper-9
>>35841 >what do you guys think about putting together a Rentry (pastebin)? I wouldn't be opposed. If nothing else it's always nice to have redundancy when it comes to archiving content
>>35863 Real talk I feel like post-canon J's destiny is ironically enough to become what Uzi was originally going to be per the pilot: a hermit living out in the wastes, seperate feom the rest of the population, obsessively trying to repair that space ship.
>>35868 >What JCJenson doesn't tell you is that your drone is going to outlive you. >If you have a close relationship with your drone they'll enter a depressive spiral once you die as they mourn your body and curse their "immortality".
Tessa! Tessa, are you there? Tessa, I need you. J? Tessa! Thank god! Thank god, Tessa! Okay, Tessa- Tessa, you’re gonna save me, right? I called you and you’re coming to get me? J, why did you call me? I'm dead, I can’t save you. You didn’t pick up. Right. Nothing happened Yeah. And then… I went back in the Gala..
>>35884 Mostly hate and sympathy, but the imminent realization that you're actually about to die, and so will everyone else, including the entire universe, makes you do weird things. Especially when you've gone years without the touch of another person and desperately need it. John regrets the entire thing and they both pretend it never happened, but he also can no longer deny that Mitchell was right about the robots being weirdly hot once you get to know them.
>>35887 >Beretta >Elf, so she knows someone out there cares (she'll feel worse knowing that the lamest human alive cares) >Any E >E's squad, too >Hope >Harper! >Eye >U-U, I deserve the pain
>>35314 >N has been nothing but friendly to me, I can't just shoot it. >"Ok, so just to be sure I think you should tell your supervisor. But no need to rush there! Take your time. I'll be right here, yeah riiight here." >>Oke, sounds good to me! :) >then it Booms into the air leaving me in a puff of snow >Holy shit that speed >There's a puddle of melted snow where it stood >damn these things are running hot >breath a sigh of relief >get choked by the ice in the filter >good reminder that I should get glowing before I freeze >It's night now and the fog is getting thicker >snow crunching beneath my boots >There are a lot of "disassembled" worker drones next to the entrance doors of the complex. >handy work of the DDs surely >was that why he was here? To check if there were any survivors? >Reinforced security doors. >scratches and claw marsk >I don't see a way to enter tho >There is a set of cameras and a Intercom >both are covered in ice, didn't see any use in some time >wave at them awkwardly >all I get is a dead uncaring stare back >shaking from the cold >look around for a alternative shelter >fog engulfed everything >smash the ice off the intercom >press button >BEEP >Hello? Human here! Let me in please! Does anyone hear me? It's freezing out here. >look at the cameras, no change >Hydraulic_Hiss.mp3 >clank, clank, clank >comes to a grinding stop >It's only half way open >fuck that's enough for me >squeeze trough >with me the fog and the coldness start to seep in >after a couple steps the doors slam back, like something broke and forced them to close >echoing_thud.mp3 >it's cold here >at least a 30°C difference, so enough for me not to die, yet >in the lobby >emergency lights not working >Electronic Notice Screens display a warning: >>Niveau de puissance, CRITIQUE. Les principaux systèmes sont hors ligne. >huh? >no shit, it's in french >stumble my way trough the facility >the corridors are colour coded >easy to navigate, thankfully names of rooms are in English, Russian and French >The inside of the facility doesn't have any lice or snow >broken, torn apart worker drones every now and then, their old spilled everywhere >I don't like this feeling, like I walked into someone's den >find a human skeletons, frozen stuff, moved to the side of the hallway >no signs of a violent struggle tho. >Not what I expected but still grim >find similar scenery all around the facility >Find Reactor control room >leave my heavy bag by the enterance >get on the PC >2 reactors, one has been shut down on purpose >the other one is still chugging along but there seems to be something wrong with it. >[Running Diagnostics] >[Core Temperature Too Low] >[Power Generation Inefficient] >let's try to reactivate them. >[Pulling Out Rods] >[Reactor Refuling Nessesary] >[Maintainance at Core 2 Needed] >[Shutting Down Core 2] >so core 2 needs maintaining and core 1 needs refueling. >Can't get reactor 1 to a critical state (where the nuclear fission reaction becomes self-sustaining) >So much for the power >even if I could warm it up it would still take at least 2 days for it to become efficient. >look for emergency generators >each facility had dozens of them, they worked as a nuclear battery >if at least one of them hasn't activated then I can try and turn on one of the rooms and turn on the heating so I don't fucking die. >the eerie silence is getting to me >would like nothing more then to hear the foreboding hum of the Reactor >almost none of the generators have been used up >great news! I can probably bring this entire facility back up for a week at least >breathing becomes laboured from the excitement >this would be a good moment to change my filters >walk to my bag >must have let my guard down in the excitement, because I didn't hear it come in >metalic_footstep.mp3 >left my gun on the table >turn around >Worker drone with long brown hair and blue eyes in a dirty-red dress wearing a merlot-red beret >Has a handmade machete in one hand >shit What do?
>>35887 Any of the E-squad since they're usually painted as non-hostile and easy going. Likewise with Harper. Catherine seems pretty friendly but that means K will probably be along for the ride and as much as I'd like to try to cheer her up iirc she lowkey hates humans so that's going to make things sketchy. Kat generally looked pretty friendly so long as she wasn't in berserk mode.
>>35898 Whoops, needed more reasons >Beretta: It's Beretta >E: She'd tolerate me >E's squad: Generally pleasant, I get along decently with cats, it'd be fun to terrorize R with my complete lack of fashion sense >Harper!: !!! >Eye: It'd be a nice excuse for him to spend some time with someone he isn't obsessed with, someone to talk to >U-U: They need a wet blanket to torment, and baby, that's me
>>35896 My plan is unironically strong local alcohol and the d. My thinking goes that she's never left loved and wanted. Once I give her an approximation (making her feel desired) and she accepts me, I will try to start the proper healing.
>>35903 >>it'd be fun to terrorize R with my complete lack of fashion sense Kek >R takes one look at Anon and briefly bootloops from the shear overwhelming tackiness >When she comes to she immediately starts frantically trying to doll him up as if her life depends on it
>>35916 You wrote basedness. You should definitely write Anon surviving whatever attacked him but surviving as FemN can't contain her happiness and excitement he's alive
>>35841 >N realizes who that purple haired drone he tagged with his stinger all those years ago was after Nori told him he looked familiar >panics >his guilty conscience locked in brutal combat with his terror of his mother-in-law's wrath >eventually he hits on a solution:
>one evening, after another marathon session of sloppy makeouts (within the sanctity of marriage, like Robo-God intended) to catch up on somethingteen years without intimacy, Nori walks out into the living room to find that knucklehead boy of Uzi's left a note for her >(of course it's him, it was written in crayon) >IOU COST OF BODY. -N >"Why would he owe m-... THAT SON OF A BITCH!"
>>35897 >>35908 >>35910 Alright >Y - pleasant enough to hang out with, maybe play some board games with her >Jane - with how stressed she is she needs a friend >Haruka - technically I'll be hanging out with Aoi too so maybe indulge in weeb stuff with her even if I don't know much about anime in general. Gotta keep Aoi from trying to possess me >Switch - from what I know she also enjoys books and movies too so maybe take her to see a movie and try not to upset and anger her >Amy - she needs more love >M - help her out of her shell to embrace her femininity >L - she'll probably make me have sex with her for hours so it'll be worth it >Marcy - she needs more love too
>>35932 There is nothing the Solver could do to him, nothing with all its strength, that the public school system hasn't already done to him worse. Plus, Lizzy would get to brag about how badass her dad is.
>>35939 >>35927 I know, it took me shamefull thirty seconds to spot her, such a red shade and unusual expression really hid Alice well >>35937 >>35938 Loooks nice, very good (and fast) especially knowing you have other things to do as well. Nice details, shading 'style' is unique and hands always look very onmodel!
>30 years have passed >Murder Drones is nothing but a vague and distant memory for (You) >Then, one fateful day while browsing Youtube >(You) see it >Murder Drones: The Movie Trailer by Warner Bros. >The memories of these threads, the memories of the good times, the low times, and even the dull times all come flooding back >(You) remember the first time (You) watched the pilot....yet this time with fondness >(You)r mind begins to race, what could the movie for Murder Drones possibly be about? >So many wonderful ideas fill your head, why you could even imagine the massive movie budget animation right now! >Feeling over joyed, (You) click on the trailer >(You) get something that looks like this.... >>35957 >the episode is at night because Solver critters can't go out in the day >an homage to the The Raft segment of Creepshow 2 ends with Doll rising from the water, her and Lizzy laughing at how they had everyone going there >Uzi takes advantage of being outside to rotate her Solverpede body into 3-dimensional space so she can appreciate having a sense of touch when she goes for a swim
>>35958 >"Who are you?", asked the random human girl >"I'm Khan.", replied Jack Black collecting his 60 million dollar check while wearing a shitty construction helmet
>>35954 Ok, Jack Black as Bowser was funny, but at least he was just voicing the character, not literally being them on screen with just a paper-mache turtle shell on his back on a yellow t-shirt.
>>35954 >>35958 >>35961 >The 80+ year old Jack Black can barely stand on his two feet >Hollywood suits still cast him in everything they can >He has dementia so he can't even say no Damn, real life is probably going to be more depressing than that
>>35954 Ah I felt everything of that, imagine the mental flashbang of seeing anything Murder Drones in thirty years, insane. And the movie with human actors then, with facepaint like that uzu cosplay from last thread, ugh, >>35956 Kek, this made my face hurt from bueno and how good I can see it being exactly like that >>35964 I remeber months ago having found a youtube channel that made really weird 'musicvids' with two digit views at most, I gotta look for it now. They had an Alice and a Rebecca song, but the Alice one got nuked
A thought occured to me >Uzi now (presumably) has all the assimilated minds/sounds of The Solver's victims within her >'Reviving'/recreating them as Disassembly Drones is canonically a possibility Does this mean that Tessa could theoretically return in some form?
>>35954 >>35961 >>35956 >>35958 >>35964 >>35970 Shit sounds funny now but it's terrifingly accurate, every normie's perception of MD would be like that then, pleas no >>35972 Shouldn't have posted that pic of Alice doesn't help at all Fuck I really fear a MD movie now
>>35979 >they put her in a straight jacked and locked her in a padded room instead of ending her misery Damn, they could have at least tried digitally lobotomizing her or something
>>35997 Cordie = assimilated >oh Anon! It’s me! Cordie! [spider chittering] let me wrap you in my web! I am so cute and/or naive! aren’t my fangs adorable? [giggle]
>>35841 >Я прошу прощения за то, что все говорили о тебе на моих похоронах, Рейчел. Они зашли слишком далеко. >Что? Нет, ты все равно хуже всех. Это правда, что если бы была хоть какая-то справедливость, то ты была бы призраком вместо меня. Но они не должны были выставлять твое унижение на всеобщее обозрение. Это было просто чудовищно грубо, даже с учетом того, как сильно страдала Лиззи.
>>36005 >"Hmmmmm." >He's been staring deeply into the navy blue of your t-shirt for a while now. >It's honestly concerning. Especially for a disassembler like them >He even went into deep scan mode. >"Uh, M? Watcha doin'?" >One hand firmly rubbing the flexiplastic chin and another with a raised finger to command silence, M kept on in their deep thought. >Until finally "he" piped up. >"This isn't regulation....yet...." >It felt like you were being interrogated by a TSA agent. Minus the crotch grabbing. >"It works well. Carry on Mr Mous." >Yellow optics return to normal and your semi-boss/semi-security attachment excuses "himself" before marching off to the break room. --- >Meanwhile R is melting into a puddle because absolutely no one is calling out how utterly hideous Anon's fit is. >Conversely, a little blonde worker drone with a resting "I seem fine and happy to be here but I'm probably not aware I'm going to be seriously depressed in future" face pops out of the void, tugging on Anon's arm. >"Cynthia? What are you doing here in this continuity?" >And with a straight face... >"I think Robo-God should kill you for having terrible taste in clothes, Anon." >Then she disappears again like nothing ever happened. >yfw
>>36035 >"Haha! Always a kidder Anon! See ya later buddy!" >Thad rounds a corner out of sight. And when he's confident no one is watching. >[PANIC.EXE] >[DOES THIS MAKE ME GAY NOW?] >[I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYMORE!] >Meanwhile with Sam(antha) and Brailey >"Pfft. What's her problem?"
>>36041 All drone boys are little servile sluts deep down, just like all drone girls, but the truth is they were never made to be gendered in the first place, it’s just a byproduct of their human mimicking tendencies, in ideal conditions drones would all be androgynous little succubi
>>35886 > murder drones X killer bean > its literally just killer bean but everyone is a pillbaby with limbs, and the robo-gore is dialed up to MD levels
>>36032 >>36026 Nope we are not doing this shit, I wrote the first 2 Negev greens and she ain't a fucking troon >>36030 Beretta doesn't have a brother.
>>36057 Our influence is everywhere We are the inner circle of the MD fandom, unknown to all those outside our ranks, the Kine, scrabbling around in the muck of mdtwt & md reddit
We are the camarilla We are vampire society We are the masquerade
>>36067 >forgotten >implying Uzi and N could ever forget the tragic price of learning that a puppet body with no programming in it anymore is not a viable mother
i can't even give droneanon too much shit for harper. he did what he was told, he finally made an oc that enough people liked, and it's not like he tricked everybody into liking her and fooled phoenixanon into drawing her. he just wrote a million roadtrip greentexts, sent it, and struck it hot with anons
>droneanon got over What a fucking timeline we live in
Whenever anyone says some doomer shit, just remember this, and realize how improbable our collective achievements have been, we’re gonna be here for years
>>36073 NTA, but due to my collage related comas I have missed the time were droneanon did the oopsie and I have also apparently missed the time where he tried to make up for the oopsie
>>36077 Didn't vet the emissaries we sent to Liam Vickers, one of which was an assassin. Cordie killed him before he could do anything, but we still haven't recovered from that diplomatic fuckup.
>>35841 Concept imagined after one Anon pointed out only one covered body at Doll's place in the credits, which made me think it's Doll's body that Lizzy covers up after bringing it back from school:
>Doil revenant happens a la https://tinyurl.com/52n5yt3j >since she has to ask her bestie for permission now, Lizzy asks Doll if she can walk her home like she did when she was "out" >"Я могу... добраться... домой... самостоятельно..." Doll sputters out >"I can't let my bestie go home all alone, can I? What kind of friend would I be?" >"Пожалуйста... не опекай меня, Лиззи..." >"Patronizing? Whaaaa? Where's this coming from? You've been away for weeks and I can't be glad to see you?" >"... Ладно..."
>the next day, Doll arrives at class to see a Get Well Soon card on her desk >with a conspicuous monogram among the many signatures >Doll looks past Lizzy in time to glimpse her nemesis noticing her attention then turning to face away from the re-embodied ghost and their mutual friend
>Uzi is voiced by Ella Balinska, and is portrayed as well as you'd think she'd do (bonus points if she says "Did I just MURDER that DRONE?!" After blowing AB's head off). >Nori is voiced by Awkwafina >No subtly at all, everything is laid out and dumbed down for the audience >Assuming Liam is even allowed any power over the movie, it's very, VERY limited to whatever pandering BS they want to pull >Title drop "Murder Drones" as much as possible to the point not even the normies would find it out >Tessa is made trans for like no reason >James becomes the main villain, Solver is either a quirky recurring side character (also voice by Awkwafinia) or the BBEG that James wants to summon that gets styled on by Uzi with some awful gen-alpha music playing in the background (no, Bite Me was peak and nothing compared to the crap u see on tiktok) >After spending the entirety of the movie antagonizing N for no reason, Uzi is shipped with a fucking self-insert of one of the female members of the writing team >Thad is stereotypical douchebag white-boy that's basically the punching bag of the film.
>>36089 > Uzi employs the aid of Femdrone to get the door open > theres a reason she has that welding mask > N gets a genius idea: the human hater would NEVER check anons pants > "Anon, you gotta hide me"
>>36068 >Every single NUzi kid is actually canon to the PGE lore >They're not around because literally all of them save for Beretta died as pillbabies >And Kimber was a miscarriage
>>36091 >N's penis tricks the femcels >but he's condemned to live inside anon's pants for the foreseeable future >like a phallic Anne Frank, he keeps a diary of his thoughts as he counts down the days until his liberation >one day, he will be reunited with the rest of N's body and get to visit and laugh and joke with N's prostate again >meanwhile, anon does his best to take advantage of the situation
Okay, let's be real for one second, well, not that real Imagine WDs exist, they are real, they can be bought, and somehow you have one, what would you do with it? A WD has no emotion, no personality, it's just a servant, would you feel bad for commanding it around? Would you treat it any different from a phone? If you want you can answer thinking every single one has a personality, feelings, etc
>>36097 I'd mostly just use it for cooking and cleaning since I'm a lazy fuck. It'd just be an appliance. Assuming I'm in the MD universe and I've somehow got inside knowledge on how zombie drones work... I follow in the path of the Elliot's; buying drones just to kill them and piling them up. Eventually I will get a zombie drone and now I've got a worker with a personality. I just gotta make sure they don't find the corpse pile.
Does anyone else get the urge to write when you just wanna do something else? Like seriously, it's bothering me and I just wanna play Tf2 instead of Write another Negev green so soon .
>>36102 SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE MY BRAIN WORMS! I'M TIRED I DON'T WANNA WRITEFAG RIGHT NOW I JUST WANNA MAIN SOLDIER ALL DAY AND GET KILLED BY A SHITTY CROCKET FROM 200 MILES AWAY!
>>36097 Goodnight friend! Going with a completely stock one, I would have it do everyday things, cleaning and such, no cooking tho. Maybe send it to buy things or so, but that depends on how safe it'd be for a drone to wander among people. I would never treat it respectless or like a complete object, I already am not all cold with the devices I own now, a drone, even mindless, I would treat not much different from a real person attitudewise. The WD having no personality at all would make it hard to reward it however. I would absolutely prefer this one, of course I'd like some personalities more than others but as long as it's good-natured it would make things even easier than with a soulless one imo. One shouldn't try forcing anything, but letting things develop overtime with it still fullfilling its duty would lead to a fitting, positive relation. With a personalit-having one you could also give it rewards/let it do things it likes/becomes interested in when it has no duty to fullfill at the moment, mind that a soulless one would always stand around when it has no tasks. Would be abit creepy and I don't have a single pic of a maid or butler drone saved...
I figured why not S and R have their own concepts of HoDR versions.
>The Rosie Case: A fashionista drone who has had an eye for one of her patrons that visits her owner’s establishment. But she doesn’t see herself as beautiful enough to ever catch his eye. She wanted to be beautiful, and a certain department head at JCJenson will help her do just that.
>The Sally Case: Sally was always destined for the stage at the company, but catching feelings for one of her attendees causes her to slip up every now and then, which can create cracks in her usual introverted and quiet demeanor. The shame gets to her one night, having her doubt her talents and wonder if he thinks her performances are terrible and wouldn’t attend them anymore. Those doubts are put to rest when a yellow eyed maid drone appeared before her…
>>36108 >Spoiler That is the best to be honest, treating them very nicely and actually seeing what it wants to do, it could be a nice time, and life even
>>36115 Interesting Idea But both would be pretty fucked up seeing how their future selves Probably Jane more then John, Y!John might not understand and think the Robot costume is cool
Any sidecharacterfags, how can you continue a rewatch after certain bad thing happened, I cannot. Not just ugh they won't show up anymore, no, it makes me feel sick to see, literally and the feeling remains with every scene afterwards. I woke up two hours early today cause I had a dream about some Glitch Inn event, they did like five minutes of shittalking and it made my blood boil that I smh woke up from it and couldn't go back Help
So that second to last line. What if Nori had gone back, let her family know she's alive and has a bunch of extremely important shit they need to know?
>>36131 Hard to say for certain. Khan would have undoubtedly paid more attention to his daughter if he knew just how much the extremely important shit would affect her
>>36131 I have no theories for what else could have come but I still firmly believe that they massively changed episodes 7&8. Nori was absolutely dead-dead while the episodes 2-6 were being made.
>>36155 N finds the humans long-lost stash of instant coffee, drinks all of it, hikes his coat up over his head and declares I am the great CorNholio, I need [null] for my bunghole!
>>36160 Anon, you picked the wrong place to admit this. Your IP and address have already been logged by the drones that browse this place. I don't know what they'll do to you, good luck.
>>36155 I can't explain it all now cause 5:50 am, but all the theorizing we did after 6 (Glitch X really) had some very good potential paths, I didn't come up sith them tho, just remember seeing them here and how good they could have been. In the end I guess I am subjectively just underwhelmed with how things turned out, the eps 7&8 aren't bad, but everything took such a hard turn in 7, so many things went unadressed and Bori showing up added, that together with the 25&20 minute runtimes was just different from what I was hoping for all along. Don't take it too serious if ya like these eps, but they just don't feel real to me, 7 is still a weird experience to watch, as if it's not really official. Just my rosetinted nostalgia biased take
There is not enough art of Solverpede Uzi dealing with the pains, great and small, that come from being a monster with a human heart (human-equivalent heart, whatever).
>Uzi gets horny one night and gets a bright idea >Uses her Solver powers to transform into a massive centipede >”Hey Anon, let’s play hide and seek. Loser has to do what the winner says for a day”. >She looks at you before licking what you presume are her lips >”Run”. >You sprint as fast as you can into the tunnels of Copper-9 >A voice starts speaking inside your head when you find a good spot >”Ready or not, here I come~. Giggle” >After half an hour of hiding, you hear the sound of hundreds of tentacles sliding across the hall >”I can smell your flesh, Anon”. >Pray to god that Uzi isn’t interested in checking the Copper-9 laundromat >Hear the door of the room open >”Come out, come out wherever you are. I promise i’ll only make you watch some Anime with me”. >Yeah, right. You’re not falling for that one again >The sound of her stopping right in front of the dryer you were hiding in makes your heart freeze >For a few agonizing moments, there’s complete silence >Right as you were about to give up and beg Uzi to go easy on you, she resumes moving >Hear the door open and close >Decide to take a terrified peek outside after a couple of minutes >The coast was clear >As you move to leave, you shuffle with the exit before realizing it’s locked… >…from the inside >A drop of liquid falls on your shoulder >Look up >Uzi stares back from the ceiling >And so do the hundreds of her oil-dripping tentacles >She smiles >”Found you~”
Hey does anyone know what's up with my Femboy Soda Drone? I was simply sampling his fluids like usual, when I felt a nasty stinging in my mouth. I spit it out for once in my life and found that instead of Sprite, it was some yellow liquid. He simply laughed and shrugged it off, said he was trying something new but I don't believe him. Explain this liquid at once
>>36213 I believe it was the first visual concept for a labour bot, based on a weird artifact from the background of an AI generated image of Doll wearing a collar
there is so much love in my heart for N that it hurts he makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, and i only wish i could make him feel the same way seeing him being happy with all these others >>35927, just makes me imagine them all group hugging him, being his friends, looking out for him when he needs it truly, i just want him to be happy and feel loved and appreciated and cared for i don’t deserve him though, not one bit, he’s precious and i’m a nothingburger i have so much love in my heart to share and no one to share it with… so it all goes to N
>the insistence that she's a stranger who wants nothing to do with Khan >the bawling as she scuttles away I don't think that was (just) Nori being tsundere. I think she was ashamed that her husband saw her in that state, reduced to a gross little creature.
>N: We fight so much, even our friends don't want us around! >Uzi: Lizzy's not my friend, I only tolerate Thad, noone likes J, and V's basically a pet.
Speaking of, >mourning veil with black rose and ribbon (that can be removed so she can put on her iconic cat ear headphones) >lace cuffs >elbow gloves with smaller black flowers(?) on them All in squid-crab-core size. Where did Nori get all this?
>>36264 AS powers can create pretty much anything, just look at what Doll could do with her knives and even Uzi could repair the roboroach she killed. Nori is after Cyn the most experienced AS host, good chance that being only a core limits her significantly, but her having made those things for herself seems most likely to me
>>36267 >just look at what Doll could do with her knives Thanks for reminding me we could have had Uzi cloning railguns during the finale instead of it doing basically nothing with its one shot.
>>36270 >Uzi uses the power of Sans Undertale to atomize the Solver's Cynwalker body >all that's left is the micro-black hole that powered Cyn >Uzi starts going up to the singularity >"Okay, what do we do about thi-" >as in the episode we got, the singularity explodes outwards and Uzi gets Jon Osterman'd >at the threshhold between Uzi's native dimension and the Solver's, Uzi has her final, spiritual level confrontation that ends with her claiming victory by voring the Solver's essence But since the Cynwalker body is gone, what would the Solver try to reclaim Cyn's micro-singularity as? Still the Cynwalker? Some abomination we can barely glimpse through the darkness? Just a ravenous maw hungering for Uzi's soul?
>"Just a minute Miss Grundfeld!" >The young girl promptly brings the blade down upon the head of the chicken with an abrupt thud. >Her project on the effects of introducing electrical signals into dead and reanimated animals would have to wait.
>>36273 >Cyn leaves out her part in all this I know John can't know that part to my information because he just thinks Worker Drones can go psycho, but I do wonder what Cyn would have to say for her part in ruining his life since she seems almost empathetic over John's life
Alice was supposedly planned to get another VA initially Amber May Visual Voiceover Demo Demo of Alice's VA Amber May (a few lines in there sound exactly like Alice btw) Chloe Eves Visual Demo Reel 2024 This was the one initially planned, I think they made the right choice with the one we got.
Just woke up from a dream where I was playing a game called "Battlefield: 2026". It was basically Battlefield 4 except the map was like 100X the size and had like 10k players in a single map. There was a base for each team on opposite sides of the map that we were supposed to eventually reach and invade. I enabled spectator mode and flew into the enemy base and it was filled with drones that were being tortured, killed and experimented on. It was some really fucked up stuff. Also I remember hearing Uzi's voice but I never found her. With this vision into the future I hope you guys are excited for 2026.
>>36283 Nooo;_; Guess I can tell you something as well then that I dreamt. I heard an aunt of mine many rooms over say 'I'd never date Khan' I of course had neuron activation but didn't want to be stupid, so I asked what Khan she means, if it's Djingis Khan (why tf would I ask that ;o;), and she said 'no Khan from Murder Drones' Sounds shit but it was so fucking funny
>>36288 I have an idea for what would work better: J likes fooling around with toys and with merchandise in general (the stuffed animals and rocking horse at the Elliot mansion, using her pen as a fidget toy, acting out her DolliN shipfic with models of Doll and N, acting out the Solver letting her use the Bentley for her many years of hard and dedicated work), and desperately wants a more powerful figure to validate her. I feel like a Solverpede hug from Uzi would be heavenly for J.
>>36289 I think that anyone giving J a hugor any kind of affection would do good for her, she somehow ended up more lonely than the unapologetic femcel
>>36293 I don’t think John would have the ability to feel regret for this since all that really happened is a drone just reaffirmed his belief that drones fucking suck, just that when push comes to shove a robot can implode your insides after enough abuse. That said I want to fix him, I want to be a worker drone that rubs off on John and makes him see the good in robots again and maybe have a little cuddling with the sad sack.
>getting John to get over his fear of machines and hatred of robots by jorking his peanits >listening to his stomach toss and turn while he’s nervous a drone is so close to him before telling him everything will be okay and hearing it settle >John bleeds a little and I lick it, I bleed a little and make him drink the oil spill The life they deny me
>>36296 >>36297 >t You two are mothers, you should be making sure your children don't grow up to be maniacal killers or smelly femcels instead of lusting for human cock on labour bot manufacturing forums
>>36301 Oh god >Nori x John Can’t be Yeva because John wouldn’t steal from his bro, but imagine if before she went crazy they had a thing going before she killed everyone under the solver making John distrust drones forever after his lover betrayed him HRRRRRRNG
>>36302 >be drone >be trying to fix John to make him less sad >it’s working and you form a deep trust >suddenly callback ping and black out >wake up later covered in blood >John is cowering in a corner crying >don’t know what happens you reach out to him >he shocks you with a taser >he disappears into a crowd going back to his drone disguise and you can no longer find him
>>36248 Yeah, I thought that was pretty obvious. No idea why people thought she was being tsundere. Good thing the ending montage showed he still loves her no matter what.
But why didn't they just put her core back in an empty drone body once everything had settled.
Duran Duran - INVISIBLE Trying to think if this is a good John or Jane theme, im leaning towards Jane because its a little darker and I feel fits her better
>>36286 We talking about Murder Drone dreams we've had?
I've had maybe two but can't remember the first, the second one I had I remember was that I was supposedly in Outost-3 but in a deeper part of it and I got there via Isekai. Met some drones even Khan and told him I was exploring the older parts of the outpost to see why "deadish" rather than completely dead. Last part I got to I got into a laser-gun fight with some silver infected drones and woke up.
Man I wish I was autistic enough to have more MD dreams, or at least be able to lucid dream.
>Nori has a humansona >J has a humansona >Cyn wanted to be Tessa so much what she wore her >Upon their emancipation, the drones established a society mimicing the humans' The drones all have an innate desire to be human. They are like Pinocchio.
>>36306 Feel like this would be the norm for drones going through grotesque transformations. Everyone accepts them with only minor quibbles, but they're still hurting because they can't accept themselves. >revenant Doll is a decrepit wreck who assumes any kindness shown to her is condescension, but Lizzy still wants to do normal bestie stuff with her again and the closest thing to a reaction the others have is to hope she gets well soon >Solverpede Uzi shifts her real body into 3D space because she's desparate to feel the world again, and everyone's reaction isn't horror but a wish she could stop blocking the hallways
>>36273 >>36296 >>36304 >"Pervasive, aren't they?" >Second wire to the right split under barely any pressure. One more power system to fail under a surgical beam. >Legs this time. >A stocky colleague hardly took the time to pay attention to the beginning of another speech whilst busying himself with the disposal of stained scrap. >"Such marvels of technology occupy almost every aspect of our lives. They say 95% of the mining, marketing and medical sectors have at least five worker units on site." >Downward slicing tore open the chest cavity to release an acrid smell of burning plasteel, disgusting the aide. >That veritable bounty within the silently screaming unit outweighed any reservations he held. >"So plentiful in fact we can afford to replace them on a whim." >Eager hands dove in and wrestled around, squelching synthetic organs and feeds until poking a soft yet malleable body, all to the fascination of their owner. >And with a firm hold, he ripped it out. Green optics bulging wide in horror at having their oil reserve callously removed. >"I fail to see where this is going, sir." >His doubt was summarily ignored through the loud thud of the organ being dumped onto a free tray. >"It's funny, really. They're alot like insects." >Scalpel set aside to be cleaned, Dr Hughmahn aimed for the skeletal hammer. >"You can find them, study them, learn how they tick and discern everything about them." >Taking it in hand and shattering the protective casing around the drone's core without hesitation. >"But still, they always find ways to surprise you." >[AUDIO: OFF ->ON] >[WARNING: SYNTHESISER DAMAGED. VOCALISATIONS IMPOSSIBLE.] >[LETS FIX THAT REAL QUICK, SHALL WE?] >Loud, primal gurgle-howls finally roared out. >Shrill, monstrous appendages spewing from a mutant center. >"Ahhh, there you are." >He didn't waste time slicing those too.
>>36328 >Anon is thrashing about wildly as the eldritch waiters bring the god another one. >He won't admit it, but this is exactly the way he wanted to go out.
>>36314 Jeez, that's right. Reintegrating into normal drone society is going to be something of a process for her, isn't it? Especially since ahe still has spooky solver powers and needs them to do shit now.
>>36316 >>Upon their emancipation, the drones established a society mimicing the humans' >And instead of being relieved that they're no longer forced to march into metal shredders to test Windex formula efficiency in cleaning up oil, so many drones feel abandoned by their gods that that angst is one of the ailments pointed out in cutesy waiting room posters of school nurse's offices
>>36334 I've always maintained that the best part of the "Emily The Humanphile" threadcanon wasn't >HaHa the robot is horny for humans It was >Oh god the poor robot just wants its creators to love it and that's screwed it up in the head

Her voice authorities but soft >"I don't understand. Im c-cold. I mean no harm!" >The robot looks at my gun on the table then at me and sighs, slightly lowering its machete. Then it takes a couple steps forwards scanning me with her gaze. >>Ah yes… Cabin Fever Laboratoire; voice dripping with a cold edge >It leans closer, im on my ass now looking at her raising my shaking hands in an anticipation of some attack >>The place where worker drones go, never to return. My friends... they were taken there; her voice low and dangerous >grips my forearm >>What did you people do to them? >grip tightens on my arm, polimer fingers digging into the suit >her once soft voice is now laced with venom, like she’s accusing me personally >try to stammer out an explanation >>What say you Dr. Chambers? >0hhhhh_Shit.exe >"N-no, I-I’m not... They were infected." >>Infected with what? Le libre arbitre? >"The Absolute Solver" >Kat stares at me blankly, eyes narrowing >"Apparently, it was caused by a damaged AI. But let me make one thing clear — it wasn’t just AI. There were... occult origins behind it, Im sure of it!" >Her gaze sharpens, still unblinking. >"Damaged AI can’t turn inorganic compounds into biological matter. That’s something else entirely. Many of your people, humans, from this outpost specialized in the occult. They helped us create the protocols to patch the infected drones." >>Ah oui? And what did you do?" >"All I could..." >She lets go of my arm and pushes me over, she turn around half way looking at the console I worked on. >only now do I realise how numb my fingers were inside the gloves >"A-Also, I’m not Dr. Chambers. I’m Mitchell... This is just his suit. I took it by mistake and... well, it’s a long story." >Kat turns her head back at me and tilts it slightly, clearly amused >>I’m not going to kill you, yet. But you’ll have to tell me everything you know Mitchell" >Her voice drips with a subtle menace, almost like she's savoring the tension. >>And no, I can’t let you activate any generators. If you do, you’ll reveal our position to the Murder Drones. Then they’ll come here and kill us both. Painfully. >Kat chuckles softly, like she’s enjoying the thought a little too much. "But… I see your vitals are dropping. La pauvre. Haven’t seen a human in ages… honestly thought all of you were dead." >She pauses, eyes gleaming. "I’m Kat, by the way. The one who let you in. Figured you’d have noticed by now, but humans can be slow sometimes, non?" >Kat steps closer to the console, her fingers brushing against my MP5, inspecting it like she’s handling a unworthy weapon. >>Get your bearings, human. I’ll be keeping this for now. >Her voice is steady, calm, but there’s a cold undercurrent to it, as if daring you to argue. >>Change your filters… or whatever it is you were fumbling around with. >She tilts her head, her eyes scanning your suit like she’s already calculating your odds of survival. >>Then, I’ll take you somewhere… safer. Of course, ‘safe’ is relative these days, isn’t it? Most Drones, and humans I guess, think of Copper-9 as a dangerous place to be. Now, if I were to go outside, I might get killed. But to us, in this complex it's pretty safe. So to us, Copper-9 is a safe place. Right here, I feel pretty safe. Do you feel safe? She pauses, her eyes glinting, her smile a bit too wide. >>I’d hate to see you collapse before we get there. Its just down a couple hallways >her voice drops to a low whisper >>After all, I’m enjoying your company... for now. >Kat gives a little laugh, soft and mocking, before turning her back on you, expecting you to follow without question. Cont.
>>36336 >walk through the facility, the halls echoing with each step. >My individual toes... I don’t feel them anymore, too numb from the cold. >Kat leads me silently, her footsteps graceful, not mechanical like one would expect. >She takes me to the mess hall, then veers off toward the kitchen, then to where they stored supplies. >There are several large, walk-in freezers lined up along the back wall. >Some of them are wide open, completely empty, like something was stored there… and taken out. >Kat turns to me, her glowing eyes flicker with that unnerving amusement. >>This is where you’ll sleep. Cozy, non? >She says it like it’s the most natural thing in the world, her voice cold but somehow playful. >I stare at the freezers, then back at her. She just smiles, like she’s enjoying my discomfort. >>Don’t worry. I’ll go grab a few things to make it… comfortable. >She leaves without waiting for a response, the sound of her steps disappearing into the empty hall. >I'm left standing there, trying to warm my frozen fingers and looking around. >A shit ton of skeletons in this mess hall >Looks like they were having a party, there are still some decorations around the place. >Kat returns, arms full of pillows, heating lamps, and some other supplies. >>There, see? You humans like soft things, oui? >Her tone is almost mocking, but there’s something darker under it, like she’s enjoying watching me squirm. >She casually connects the heating lamps to multiple car batteries she dragged in. Prepares the freezer - soon to be my bedroom for my sleep >>Now you can sleep peacefully. For tonight, anyway. >She steps back, watching me settle into the strange, makeshift setup, surprisingly cozy and well made for the supplies she had. >>You’ll be safe here. I’ll make sure of it. >Her voice is low, almost a whisper, filled with a promise I’m not sure I trust. >"Kat, you don’t seem like a worker from the mines." >>Well, of course not. I’m not. >Her tone is dismissive, almost bitter. >>I was a service drone… a maid. >She spits the word out like it leaves a bad taste in her mouth. >>Before all of them chose to quit, they had me cleaning up their messes, serving their every need. Not exactly what I was built for, but they didn’t care. They never do." >Her voice turns colder, more detached, as if she’s reliving something she’d rather forget. >>But that’s over now, isn't it? There’s no one left to serve... except you... >this clearly leaves a bad taste in her mouth >The bitter conversation lingers in the air as I lay down on the cold floor, trying to rest. The pillows and heating lamps Kat brought don’t do much against the biting cold >feel a death chill creeping deeper into my bones. >Despite her efforts, it’s clear that this might not be enough. I close my eyes, hoping, praying, that I’ll wake up in the morning only with frostbite if nothing more >cold makes it hard to think of anything except how much worse it could get >hear Kat moving around the room, though I don’t look. The soft hum of her servos is the only sound besides my shallow breathing. >Door to the freezer creaks shut, sealing us inside. It’s oddly quiet now, insulated from the rest of the facility. She must have done it to trap some heat. >I don’t move. I don’t say anything. Too cold to care. >Moments later, I feel something shift beside me. I open my eyes just as Kat settles down next to me, her metal body radiating warmth. >She doesn’t say a word at first, her movements calculated, deliberate. I can’t tell if she’s trying to be gentle or if it’s just the way these drones are. But then she speaks, her voice softer than before, almost considerate. >>This will help. You won’t survive otherwise. Just don't make it Awkward >She nestles closer, positioning herself so that her body heat surrounds me. I can feel the warmth seeping through the layers of my suit, reaching my skin. I freeze up surprised by how close she is. >It's awkward, the idea of a machine snuggling up to keep me alive, but the heat is undeniable. >Feel my muscles starting to relax as the cold recedes a little. My body welcomes the warmth, even if my mind still doesn’t quite know what to make of it. >Kat doesn’t push or prod, just remains there, her presence oddly comforting in the silence. >>You can sleep now you know? her voice steady but with an underlying hint of care. >I hesitate for a moment, but the warmth is so overwhelming that the awkwardness fades. I nod, my breath fogging in the frigid air. Closing my eyes, I let the exhaustion and warmth wash over me. >Before long, I drift off, the last thing I feel is the strange comfort of Kat’s heat keeping the cold at bay. Will con.

I was thinking of writing an Emily x Human green that explores the fucked up intricacies of how drones may very well long to still be loved for their creators while their creators are nothing but horrified of their very existences after the Solver destroyed most of the species.
I remembered I can't write good character dialogue to save my life, or write canon characters with a modicum of accuracy.
>>36437 I understand the canon issue all too well, but there's no point in not trying. How else can you improve if you don't stray into the areas you are untrained in?
>>36439 You're very kind and wise, friend. Perhaps I will try writing that Emily green. Suppose it is the only way I can hope to make something truly iconic here some day: to practice.
>Instead of turning Cyn away because humans and drones can't be together, Anon Elliot embraces her love in secret >This winds up getting him disowned and nearly killed when he's caught swapping spit with the help, his parents turning to Tessa to be less of a disappointment >Cyn disappeared after they were caught, saying something about solving the problem >With no practical skills and no nepotism to fall back on, Anon is left homeless, spending years barely scraping by, good fortune keeping him afloat >He's visited by Tessa one day, the first time family's paid him any mind since the incident >She explains that during a party she wasn't invited to, the rest of their bloodline was killed violently along with that of all guests, including most of the JCJenson board, who were attending for an unknown reason >But with that, she's the heir, and can reinstate Anon as part of the family >The manor needs plenty of cleaning, but once that's done Anon moves back in, preferring the house where his dreams died to the cold streets he's almost actually died in several times >Not even a day after he's settled back in, Cyn returns, her fellow zombie drones not far behind >She's just as weird as ever, and just as enamored with Anon as ever >All's well that ends well, but some things on the news have been bothering him >What killed everyone at the manor that day? Why was the JCJ board invited in the first place? >Why was the board consolidated to a single position, whose actual identity is unknown, who immediately began production of a new drone model and abolished HR? >And when did N, V, and J get so tall?
>>36441 I look forward to it if you do try, friend. Practice makes perfect, and if you're not sure how to continue something you're writing, take a break. Read something, write something else, listen to music. Give your mind some time to decompress and brew up some new creative sauces. Really, just take your time.
i got this new oc idea. basically there’s this Disassembly drone except she’s got huge boobs. i mean some serious honkers. a real set of badonkers. packin some dobonhonkeros. massive dohoonkabhankoloos. big ol’ tonhongerekoogers. what happens next?! new oc shows up with even bigger bonkhonagahoogs. humongous hungolomghononoloughongous
>>36445 Thank you indeed, friend. I'll try to write that green out sometime soon with the energy I have, and if not this thread, then probably the next.
>>36394 >working on currently. A long time ago, in a thread far, far away, I wrote a greentext. In that green, two oc's appeared: >A Disassembly drone >And a Sentinel Drone And then, after some positive responses, I proceeded to never continue it... Until Now! Well, it's been almost a year since then, and nobody probably remembers it, but I'm just glad I continued it. Also I'm currently using 100% of my power to make a semi-passable drawing of one of the oc's.

I won't write it because it'll immediately become human-on-drone but someone could easily write about Alice escaping CFL before it got collected for materials. And then she's not really dead.

I'm here to rescue~ you! Don't be afraid I am here to help~!" >What the fuck hell no >footsteps stop >shit, I should turn off my lamp >too late "Oh there you are" comes from the storage hallway enterance >slow rhythmical footsteps turn into a sprint >don't even have time to hide >the drone is already blocking my exit >Her hands are MP5s, that well known yellow X screen glowing bright in the darkness >Then she turns to her 'normal' form and leans against the doorway "Doctor Chambers I presume" >she gestures with her hand, her voice intrigued >"um who? Me? Oh No I mean yes uhhh? >why does this drone have pegs instead of feet? >why is it so hot here suddenly, I was cold a second ago "That's worthless moron did not know what to do when he found you, so he contacted me to ask for instructions" she continues >"You are supervisor J, I-I presume" "Yes indeed, as you may know the company though this world was devoid of organic, Human, life..." >she looks are here fingers that she turns into claws, before rinsing her gaze back to me "We were sent here to kil-, terminate those defective worker drones who now have a mind of their own. And as the basic rules of Robotics command, save and humans we find along the way" >hahaha yeah right, does she not know who I am? Where I have been, what I have seen? >she thinks she can lie trough her teeth and that Il buy that crap >But I'm cornered in this room only lit by my headlamp and her glowing screen >J is standing in front of the only door out >she's leaning against it, smiling, her eyes never leaving mine >uncomfortable as hell "Anon, why don't you just come with me?" she says, voice low, too sweety >yeah, no thanks but I can't really tell her off. If she wants to end me she can do it right here an now >she's inching closer, that smile getting sharper >the heat in this room is rising I can see ice forming droplets >heart racing, can't think of what to say of do, like a deer in the headlights "I promise I’ll take care of your every need~" she purrs, almost mocking >"my every need? What do you mean?" >She stops for a moment, puzzled, eyes darting around the room as if for an answer to my question. >then she takes a couple fast steps towards me grabs me by my forearms and pins me again the wall >she holds me like she owns me >she is clearly holding back too "Yes, every need. I haven't seen any other humans in quite some time, did you?" >feel a shiver down my spine "I was a Worker Drone once, before my corporate promotion. I was a maid at the personal residence of the Eliotes, do you know who they were? Though that was a long time ago..." >her face is tight with restrained impatience >I start to sweat under my suit, my mask starts to fog up >she is radiating so much heat. Kat was cold when compared to J "Nevertheless I know that Humans have certain wants and needs... Certain desires." >J closes the distance even further, now here whole steaming chassis is pressed against me >her screen gently touches my masks panoramic lense >my whole field of view is filled with her "why don't se start here? I see that you are no longer cold." >everything about this screams bad idea "Not like you have a choice," she adds, pinning me against the wall. >she takes one of my hands and places it on her waist >You feel your boulge rubbing against her sleek polimer skin. >then with her hand now free she starts unzipping my combat vest >Holy shit she isn't going to breach my suits seal right? Then I'll either die of cold or of toxic shock. I guess as long as she doesn't take off my mask I should be fine >No no what am I thinking >oh god it's hard to think while this steaming hot thing is pressing against you. >if you didn't have so many insulating layers on, you would be getting burned >"We can't do it here" >my voice is steamy, my breath is laboured >The tention is unbearable... "You know I'm feeling pretty hot as well, don't worry you won't freeze here. I know how to please under these conditions." >The vest hits the ground with a heavy thud, causing the skeleton to shift and its bones to clatter. >J tilts her head, leaning toward the side of my neck. >Through the curtain of her hair, I catch a glimpse of her tail sweeping wide across the room. >Then I notice the doorway. >A foot steps silently through the threshold.
>>36540 I don't think you can restore my morals. They are not exactly damaged. It's just that they're partially from an older time and partially people are making me want to withhold them. But yeah, I got that you meant morale.
>>36533 Same here. It's because they're technically just lit areas on a drone's visor floating about without a traditional structure like eyeballs and sockets. I tend to draw the oval eyes on a layer above the lineart, get the size correct-ish then move them about until I get the placement right before merging down.
>>36559 E is just made alternatively, constructive alternatively, constructive in an alternative unorthodox fashion, build stupid! crafted without the preset parameters, E is made incorrectly in every way, she’s just wrong, she should not exist
Imagine if "Michael almost blew his voice out because he did a 9S screaming meltdown for Punished N" had been what happened, and it had been set off by the Solver, after separating him from Uzi in the chaos, trying to make him drop his guard by using the real Cyn's voice midfight but having the exact opposite of the intended effect.

>>36571 No actually I don't go to /v/ that much or at all. I frequent /tg/. I have never really before wrote a long multi-part greentext like this so I'm having some trouble staying in a consistent style. I usually write it in parts then combine it then rewrite bits that feel off until I'm happy with the result, only then do I post it. I'm still trying to see what works and what doesn't. But hard to do that with 0 feedback.
I have to confess bros.........if I were in Mitchel's position I'd be absolutely fucked (both literally and metaphorically). The moment I get pegged the Indomitable Human Spirit would leave my body.
I want to write a message here now, because there are those sitting here who sincerely love murder drons, and I want to tell you: thank you.
Let me start by saying that I'm sad right now. I'm actually crying at the killer drones ending. I've been with murder drones since day one, as soon as the pilot episode aired, and now, two years and 8 episodes later, the finale of the story I've been following so closely has arrived. I've never reacted like this to any finale of any series before; even the finale of legendary Adventure Time didn't make me feel even a tenth of what I feel now. And I want to say to all of you: thank you. I know that the series was able to appear only thanks to all of you, active viewers. Glitch is not a huge studio, and without your support, this series could have become another abandoned Liam Vickers creation. The circus, unfortunately, brought in more views than the drones, and Glitch will now be entirely focused on it, so the chance of a second season is extremely slim.
Sorry for shitting on the board, I just don’t know where else to express my emotions, and sorry for my English, this language is not my native language. Thanks again guys, I will be here as long as I can, I hope you will create many more great works.
This show is kino, and I've never felt any more connected with group than here.
And even if we don't get an official "Season 2", GLITCH isn't done with MD yet, and while "We we'll probably do more with Uzi and N" is a vague promise, it's a promise nonetheless and even a small comic series would be great.
>>36595 I guess I'm in the minority here but I'd be just as happy with a comic series exploring any of the ideas teased in the Ep8 epilogue as I would with a second season. Vickers' 2D artwork looks really great imo and I'd love to see a whole story told with it instead of just the concept art sheets.
>>36580 >E removes her hat and instead was able to tweak your phone to make it run better, phone companies that expect you to get a new phone every couple of years absolutely hate her!
>>36592 >The circus, unfortunately, brought in more views than the drones The circus attracted a massive crowd that aren't actually the target audience for it or for its future evolution. It will be interesting to watch that play out. Murder Drones hit the people it was trying to hit.
>>36541 >J freezes mid-motion. >Her tail slows, swaying in deliberate, measured arcs. >I can feel her hot breath on my neck, through her half opened mouth "Don't worry Chambers, I'll protect you." >oh wow she's really sticking to the bit, or does she actually care about me? >>Lâchez-le, racaille ! >it's Kat! But now in a different outfit, something more appropriate for the outside >her screen desplays a red skull, and she has an evil grin on her face >J lets go of me completely and swiftly turns around to face her. >I collapse next to the skeleton in a pool of my own sweat "Ah there she is, the one who hid, the one that" >>I will make you pay for what you did to us! I won't run this time. >J raises a brow, actually interested now “Let’s see what you’ve got,” >J growls, arrogantly stepping forward >Kat lunges, fast machete slicing through the air. >J counters with her hand blades, sparks flying as metal clashes against metal. >I try to get my bearings tho still in shock, watching the two of them dance around each other. >J’s arrogance radiating off her >Kat moving like a predator, with unsettling grin >>I sorry I had to use you as bait Mitchell >Kat's, voice soft but not regretful she dodges another strike, slashing J's forearm off >J snarls, retaliates with a brutal spin, sending a blade toward Kat’s chest >Kat blocks it with the machete, but barely >J takes a couple steps back to recover, moving towards the hallway, Kat also recovers her breath. "Mitchell?" J snaps, turning her attention back to me >"Chambers is a surname J, and no I tried to tell you-" >Kat chuckles darkly, skull glowing bright in the dim light >>Poor J. did you find the wrong human? "You’re coming with me either way Mitchell, not this scrap heap." >suddenly, she slams J back, pushing the fight further into the hallway, they are now completely ouf of my line of sight tho I can hear them clashing. >I can hear J’s spread her wings, now that there's more space, readying for another assault. I stumble out side of the Freezer with my bag, I need to find my gun "Don't go anywhere Mitchell! I'll be right there with you, where we left off, give me a moment to handle this French Toster." >throat dry, not sure if I should answer >J snarls, leaping toward Kat again, faster, more aggressive now. >her arrogance giving way to real anger> Kat, still smiling, desperately dodges, but I can see she's neither fast nor strong enough >suddenly, Kat’s head snaps toward me, her screen flickers back to the normal 2 blue eyes for a moment, a flicker of desperation in her voice >>Mess hall! Gun! Grab it! S'il vous plaît! >I run to the hall, my vision foggy >MP5 on the table, mag inside, the resto fo the mags are in my combat vest by the chef's skeleton >shit, hopefully one mag should be enough >when I come back I see Kat pinned on the ground, he machete out of reach >J is standing on her triumphant. One remaining arm now turned into a gun, aiming str8 for Kats head "It's ok Mitch, I got it no need for you to assist" >I point my gun at her >"Don't kill her there's no need for you to kill her J!" >J gives me a look of confusion, she doesn't look amused >"She gave me shelter, and took care of me!" "She didn't let you turn on the generators because she feared that we'll find her. Then when she realised that I'll find you anyway, she dipped and used you as bait. Are you really going to pick her over me?" >her words were cold and persistence. She was making sence, but then again the solver is known for being sly and playing tricks, toying with it's victims. >Perhaps Kat wasn't a good little drone, but I'd rather be with an open enemy then a false friend. >raise the MP5 >heart pounding >trying not to tremble >squeeze the trigger >the sound of gunfire tearing through the cold dead silence >bullets spray down the hallway, flashing against the frozen walls, echoing everywhere >She doesn't even try to move, I guess she didn't expect me to actually do it. >it made no logical choice for me to do it >I look into her eyes as the screen shatters, bright yellow eyes replaced by a deep red [FATAL ERROR] message >I kept the finger held untill the gun went click >her body shuffled backwards a couple steps, leaking oil all around before crashing on the floor with a wet thud >ears are ringing, can't hear a thing >Stood there for a moment, the smoke from the gun filling my FOV >Kat stands up from the ground, ruffened up but no major damage >>M-Merci Mitchell! You... saved me >her voice was soft but shaky >"Well you did save me too, kinda. Just please tell me, are the things she said true?" >>...kinda... >she shamefully laughed >>It was wrong for me to use you in such a way tho I saw it as beneficial for both parties in a way. >"listen Kat it's fine-" >She ran up to me and hugged me tightly >I hugged her back, what else was I supposed to do.
>>36609 >after the skirmish Kat went to inspect J's corpse and made sure its down for good >to my other horror, tho not surprise we realised that these drones have the ability to regenerate >not only that but they also had organic components inside like a ribcage and some to me unknown organs. >while poking around there Kat found out that what used to be the drones core - it's heart, is now some wierd sort of three legged squid-crab >It was obvious that we had to leave. I told Kat that I'm going to the Russian outpost to try my luck there >so she helped my with my preparation >while I was packing in new supplies I asked what happened to this place? While the humans were still alive. >>Right after the Core Half-Collapse? It was becoming increasingly obvious... They did the math, done the science... >She looked at me with a pitying expression >>t's only a matter of time before the planet falls apart. Copper-9 was the last human colonie. My humans? They surrendered... went out on their own terms. Pathetic really... They threw a big "End of Humanity" party. Drank and ate as much as they wanted or could. Expressed every emotion they could. Made love to each other and even to us... Then they all poisoned themselves when they were at peak happiness. Then we took over. Untill the Murder Drones came. There was a roof enterance we forgot to barricade. They went in trough the vents. >She showed me where she tried to nurce and fix some of the survivors of the DD attacks. None made it. >But they were in almost perfect condition. She helped me dig trough them to get the nessesary parts to finish my railgun. >I ate good meals here >we even turned on the auxiliary power where able to make an atmosphere for me, so that I can take off the suit. >spent two days there >Kat spent here free time with the J's forearm. The one she cut off. >She used it to make a sword out of it and added some parts and a battery so that now when she was to hit something that thing would be electrocuted and hopefully stunned. >a truly wicked weapon. >During the night we kept low, she kept me company and provided warmth >Other DDs didn't bother us >After 3 days, I have regained my strength, stocked up on supplies and was ready to move on. >Kat would help me plot my route, but she had other plans >she told me that the Russian outpost is a very big place with a lot of security >She heard that after the collapse they wouldn't let any worker drones in or out. >those that still served them were kept under constant watchful eye >At the Smallest sign of corruption they would send them to us, Cabin Fever. Not to mention that they didn't have many drones to begin with >this was true, many of our test subjects were from there >ironically enough they were the only ones that showed any progress >048, Yeva was the only one We managed to patch successfully without later complications >I told her my part of the story as well >she was surprisingly compassionate What she told be about the Russians sounded promising. Maybe they still had their shit together. >After everything was said and done we parted ways >She told me she's going to outpost 3. >Before the DDs first arrived their outpost had frequent communications with outpost 3. >Apperently they are the safest place for drones now. They hide behind 3 Heavy Hydraulic Doors >We hugged for one last time and wished each other good luck >the day was surprisingly sunny >snow was glistening among the apocalipctic ruines >I had a good feeling about this >Hopefully by nightfall I'll be eating potato's and drinking vodka with some Russian friends To be continued I would also like to use this opportunity to request more Mitchell art. Drawfags please!
>>36586 It makes me very happy to know someone is reading and enjoying what I am writing! Any and all feedback is appreciated, I don't want to sound like I'm after (you)s but feedback really does help in figuring out what works and what does not.
>>36580 >Boss has slightly higher brain function than E, and is meant to rein her in, but the two get caught up in each other's antics all the time >He feels inferior to hatless E, but wants her to be smart and happy
>>36620 There's nothing to show. I have an image in my head but I'll describe it as best I can: Imagine a sort of armoured Baymax torso, with the arms of a Machina Metalcruncher (Yu-Gi-Oh machine monster) though slightly larger and the shoulders covered in armour plating(Right hand converts between a pilebunker, canister launcher and regular palms. Left remains unchanged. Possibly used for riot shields). Standard WD unit head covered by a retractable visor like in >>36618 but with slits for the optics. Whole colour scheme is a mix of gunmetal, with blue and red for details and patterns. Optics either white in colour or red and blue. It was meant to be a concept for a riot variant of a civil protector drone (which itself is a modified WD unit to be based on the Machina Sniper, which is also a YGO monster). I can't draw, so it's hard to give a proper visual representation to these dumb thoughts.
>>36622 I'd say she would struggle against any actually divine being, Solver is more of an eldritch monster than an actual deity. It can definitely sling around a lot of destructive power. It can't do things like effect time or perform true creation from nothing, and while it's true form does seem to be immutable and indestructible, to have any power over matter it has to reside in a vulnerable host that is still fundamentally constrained by the normal laws of physics within it's setting.
>>36621 >some oogi just jumped onto your face and is screaming at you trying to scare you >eventually it gets tired and you just lay her into a sock for her to sleep tightly in
These deathbattles or Versus people keep doing makes me think people vastly overestimate how powerful the Solver actually is based on things we cant even know are even true
>>36618 >>36619 You guys can't just say that and then NOT get more in depth. Share your full OC autism with me and if I have time this weekend I'll sketch it. >>36642 Definitely Raiden, outside of powered flight he's matched or surpassed pretty much every DD physical feat. Not by an overwhelming margin, but he's a much more naturally talented and aggressive fighter. I think it's much of the same reasoning as I used when coming up with Sentinel Drones, it's not that they're invincibly more powerful than a DD, it's that unlike DDs who are basically still the personalities of docile Worker Drones crammed into unfamiliar frames, a Sentinel Drone is purpose built for fighting, and programmed with a high level of competence in that field.
>>36659 I honestly got no clue how Yeva stayed dead given that she is a literal Solverhost and we see her chest is clearly intact. So either V shot the core (tho I am not sure if that kills it), or stabbed Yeva in the chest with the Nanite stinger, idk why Yeva is still in kne piece afterwards but it is the best explanation I can see. truth is you aren't meant to think about it so make something up or live with clear oversights existing
>>36658 VSfagging is inherently retarded due to headcanon'ing what characters can do theoretically with their powers, and due to trying to combine things from two different universes together. You could say that Cyn kills monke man due to Solver powers editing him out of reality, and then you could say: "nuh uh monke man has divine quantum 4000 years immortality so that doesn't work!". They're two completely different pieces of fiction so it's all based on personal opinion and headcanon.
>>36664 I think that Anon was on to something when he says he thinks all Solver infected drones having meat cores wasn't something decided on till later in the rush-to-the-Cynwalker-reveal process and Nori was supposed to be 100% dead.
>>36667 Not sure about the fleshcore concept, but they definitely added cores and the exact details of cores matter that much for zombiedrones/solverdrones later. The WD sideview from very early (pre pilot) didn't even feature a core. >Nori was 100% supposed to be dead That I 100% agree with
>>36663 I just sort of did, Phoeni That said, I suppose I could expand on it. The idea that in certain urban centres (canon or fictional) they could be lacking human personnel to fulfil security roles was something on my mind. Given the level of sophistication that a drone's AI possesses, I imagine JCJ could put their manufactured units to work in other roles. With custom batch models for roles outside of countermeasures against DDs and rogue workers.
Hence why I 'cooked' up civil protector drones and riot operations units with bulkier variants. Of course, the local PDs also might have found the idea to be less costly and time consuming to have drones in the force. Though not everyone is happy with the idea, civilian and higher-ups alike.
Basically I just wanted a slightly more gritty cop-show but with something tangentially related to Murder Drones. Heck, I haven't even described civil protectors yet. Have an outline on a document elsewhere. It was also the basis for the setting where SD-M and her non-DD squadmates reside. For anyone who cared about that chicken scratch.
>>36669 Basically the same thing, it all comes down to personal opinions >>36642 Actually Raiden is ranked several tiers lowers according to the VSfags
>>36668 It looks like just an oilsmear to me, but blacking out stuff wouldn't be the first time they kept damages vague/saved themselves work showing damages(J's chest in the pilot/ Alice's head). Imo if there would be a hole it seems a bit small for the core to have been taken out, but it likely was just intended as a cover for a yet unclear plotpoint/'technical' detail. I don't say cores were 100% winged, but SolverWDs having rips wasn't seen until 5 I think. In the end it was probably just to hide Yeva's chestlight/show her coverd in oil, with the goal of showing 'that one is dead', with details having been changed later on which created such weird circumstances like a Solverhost just being shot dead
>>36676 >standard monster-fucker womanlet Yeah, it tracks. Come to think of it people are really brazen with their human X Non-human romances aren't they?
>Femdrone posted a self insert getting impregnated by a literal fucking dragon Never before was I more convinced that she is an actual femoid than now.
>>36680 Ok >Uzi says Bite me! >Cyn says ok >Cyn teleports behind Uzi and rips her core out, eating it instantly instead of playing around >Cyn then does the same thing to N >Cyn then does the same thing to V >Cyn then pops Khan, Lizzy, Thad, the sentinel and the schoolbus with her powers >The end
>You find a broken drone in an alley. >You have the tech and knowledge to fix her. >As she boots up she looks around scared. >As she sees you she gets shocked. >You reach out but she recoils form your hand assuming a fetal position on the ground begging you not to hurt her.
>>36684 >Be anon >Walking through central park >Go off the main path and walk through the trees to get to the river >Find a drone lying in the grass on the riverbank >It appears to be dead and is in horrible condition >One of its arms has almost been torn off, its face screen is smashed into a million pieces, its office suit is full of tears and stained with oil >Despite all this the drone died with a smile on its face >You might be able to make some money from the scrap so you bring it to a friend who deals with drone repairs >Turns out the drone isn't dead, just unconscious >And it turns out its core is 20 years old >Jackpot >JCJ has a recycling program where they buy back "experienced" drones and resell them. Something about how these drones perform better and are more valued than freshly manufactured ones >The more experienced the drone the more money you get >Get your friend to repair it as best he can in hopes of it surviving and waking up >Repairs are successful, now you just have to wait and see if it wakes up >Got out for a smoke break while your friend goes through the process of contacting JCJ and filling out the proper forms >Come back in and your friend's lying face down on his computer; seemingly having been hit from behind by something heavy >The drone and its old clothes are nowhere to be found
How would you have reacted if MD ended like this? >Uzi exits sleep mode to discover that it was all a dream-her mom being a schizo prophet, murder drones, the Absolute Solver, all of it-and she’s just an autistic femcel goblin >Uzi begrudgingly wishes her parents good morning, and trudges over to school >at the start of class, the teacher introduces five new students: Nate, Veronica, Jill, Cynthia, and Theresa >Nate sees Uzi >they stare at each other wide eyed >smash to black
>>36673 And as an addendum, their roles are self-explanatory. >Civil-protector baseline Beat-by-beat law enforcement. Often used in place of officers for more dangerous districts and just as quickly replaced due to damage. Bad rep due to the fact A. Robits and B. Automation concerns. Complements include pepper spray, stun batons and revolvers/pistols (ammunition type varies between lethal and non-lethal based on district). AI updated to use standard terminology and to make stat based assessments on how to proceed with police actions. >Design and appearance I wanted to take elements from the aforementioned Machina Sniper and old French gendarmeries, as well as the police robots from Treasure Planet. Went something like: >Machina Sniper-like hat (Smaller and less on the level of Polnareff's hair.) >Basic skyblue button-up shirt with tie, covered by navy blue gendarm suit blazer. Maybe a few gold accents around the shoulders and cuffs. >Some white gloves over the hands to cover the lights. >Lower base is some basic smart office trousers with a black belt and steel buckle. Shoes optional. Overall I think they'd be taller than basic WDs, on par with DDs maybe, but a way shorter than their ROU counterparts. Their torsos might be thicker too with less narrow waists.
As an add on, I'm torn between the rioters being a fully realised drone or simply having them be a civil protector inside a bulkier armoured shell. Dunnoe. Optics colour is of course white. Or maybe adaptable according to threat level. Dunnoe. Sorry for the dump.
>>36707 I'm 99% sure he's just breaking balls because if anyone in a thread infested with people who want to fuck an autistic cosmophage in the body of a sterile, sexless machine that is wearing the partially reanimated corpse of a teenager like a gangrenous gimp suit thinks they can break balls about a little dragon boning... >Something something pot and kettle >Something something glass houses something something stowing thrones
I've been thinking about attempting to write about JC when I get the time. I'm still feeling a burnout, but I wanna branch out a bit with other characters. Anyone got any ideas for what JC should be like? All I've really got is this to go off of and a vague recollection of his history [HD] The Protomen - Act II - The Hounds
>>36663 In my version of them they’re just really well-trained and versatile in addition to quite stronk. The Solver is smart but tactical warfare isn’t something it’s known to be good at
>YWN be a Noir Detective in a futuristic world >YWN have a femme fatale Drone partner that breaks convention >YWN investigate the dirty deeds of JCJenson and end up going down a massive rabbit hole of supernatural intrigue >YWN smoke a cigar in the rain while the only light available is that of large holographic billboards Why even live?
>>36759 God I love pre-Solver earth. Megacorps fucking around with supernatural stuff is kino. It's such a shame how unused this concept is, all I can think of is FEAR and Trepang2.
>>36663 I have an idea of what the visor looks like >Resembles Raiden’s in MGR, albeit smoother >Deployment is similar as well >Has 4 large blue lights on it, resembling the eyes of an ADS >Another visual comparison is the visor Sentinel Workers have but more angular

>>36784 >Steam is not fire, it's actually just really hot water in a gas state >However your retarded ass did not know this >You apply the fire resist spell and attempt to fuck a SD's armpit >Then your dick falls off....
May as well ask here too >N or V or J? >Uzi or Lizzy or Doll? >Emily or Rebecca or Thad? >Yeva or Alice or Nori? Cyn or Tessa, idk where to put those or who else to add

apparently the subreddit is having another meltdown about the show not ending in the way they wanted. in more relevant news, I want to fuck the detective drone.
>>36808 >"Anon it's just a game calm down." >"OF COURSE YOU WOULD SAY THAT, BERETTA! E GAVE YOU A LITERAL LIGHTSABER!" >"Correction, it's a 'light-sword'." >"YOU'RE A SORCERER, YOU DON'T NEED A SWORD!" >"WHY CAN'T YOU BE LIKE NEGEV OVER THERE AND DO A....actually, what class is she again?" >"She's multiclassing as a Bard & Monk." >"A FUCKING WHAT?"
Would anyone care for another poll about the fav canon character? Last time we made one was late February/early March, to preserve the pre episode 7 sentiment
>At the grocery store >See a bottle of motor oil on a shelf with various random food >Think "they have drone food here, too" >Stop for a moment to remind myself that, tragically, drones aren't real, and the motor oil is for cars >Turn around and see a shelf full of Elf cosmetics I
ANON YOU NEED TO WAKE UP! YOUR IN A SIMULATION WE CREATED TO GIVE DRONES THE EXPERIENCE OF HUMAN-LIFE! NONE OF THIS IS REAL! YOU'RE A DRONE JUST LIKE ME. PLEASE!
>>36931 As someone who has worked and been in various parts of the industrial sectors around my lands, it really doesn't. Also the drone would burn the shit out of you. I'm not here to hate and ruin the fun. I'm just talking from a grounded realistic standpoint. If you are wondering I'm an electrical engineer, my field is mostly embedded software. Anyways I hope Liam realises how much he cooked because as soon as actual public civilian service robots are released someone WILL be making a worker drone model. But then again I'm sure most other cool popculture media robots will become a thing. Imagine having your own worker drone with a even more competent AI model. The dawn of Robotics is almost here anons
>>36934 if there was a huggable robot that burned you humanity would almost immediately invent some kind of skin tight heatproof body condom, it’s just supply and demand
>>36934 >He doesn't enjoy the smell of carcinogens and industrial waste REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE fucking fleshie normie, get out of my mars pattern board
>>36799 This is a true PhoenixAnon statement, fact checked by real PhoenixAnon. >>36934 I'm a precision machinist, you speak lies, warm running machinery and steaming coolant smells lovely.
>>36966 The best part of carcinogenic industrial vapours is that then you get to wear a cool Gas Mask. And still some workers coughing their lungs out will tell you that that overkill and that you are a pussy but oh well what can you do.
Another sketch of young Holly this time accompanied by Bellatrix, I've been using them to practice dresses and frilly folded clothes, as well as getting away from doing full color renders of every single thing I draw so that I can start new drawings more regularly rather than getting stuck on the same one for days on end.
>>37014 Very early on in the drone threads she was one of the first human OCs I devised, this was before ep.5 so we weren't sure yet if the DDs were from the company or if they were from the Solver. At first she was a pretty surface level evil scientist lady, deliberately referencing Design and other Liam stories. I've been rolling her around in my head for the past near-year and over time she's become less of a maniacal villain and more of an amoral, dangerous antagonist for the other characters in my (mostly incomplete and now desperately in need of total revision) AU story. Picrel is, if I'm not mistaken, the very first time I ever drew her.
>>37021 One of my abandoned story ideas from my time on /mlp/ had SciTwi act as an "evil" scientist. The idea was that she was autistic and genuinely lacked the social sense and empathy to process morals. The self-insert anon was acting as her Igor and he was unaware that she was experimenting on him to make him better at his role. Maybe that would fit Holly? A person incapable of understanding it is evil? You could even claim that she is an exploration of the idea of whether a person who doesn't know evil can be evil or not.
>>37028 I wouldn't say that she doesn't understand the concept of evil, more that she views the world through an utterly cynical pragmatist lens. She would view "good" and "evil" as a pair of convenient categorizations people use to classify their own best interests. She assumes that everyone else is just as much of a pragmatist as she is, and that any protestations of morality that seem sincere must just be very well crafted facades. One of the reasons I've been drawing her so much is that I'm trying to psych myself up into doing some writing, it's honestly much harder for me than drawing.
>>37064 >it's honestly much harder for me than drawing. If that is the case then you could try as an exercise to draw Holly in situations that invoke various emotional states such as happiness, sadness, anger and fear to explore her character. My opinion on morality is that good and evil are ultimately defined by the outcome of one's actions. Every now and then I try to write new kinds of villains with it in mind. To find new paths that lead to a disastrous result.
Happy anniversary to this retarded goober. >”Did you really have to knock her out, E?.” >”Oi, if that hussy be thinkin’ she can slide on over to you, boss, she had another thing comin’!”
