Hello Friends, today I bring you the topic of A JOB and how good are Drones with it, in short, they are really good, you should buy one. The amazing Booru: https://dronebooru.co The wheel with strong OCs: https://wheelofnames.com/z8q-2mf And it's modifier: https://wheelofnames.com/4h8-fyf The completest OC wiki: https://dronebooru.co/wiki_pages/original_character The last Thread:>>283222
>Before her resurrection, SC-8993 was a quiet, submissive Worker Drone assigned to agricultural duties on Agro-C. A planet dedicated to human crop production and trading.
>Her past life was one of servitude and neglect. She was constantly exploited and emotionally torn down, she spent her life picking fruits overseeing by the Hounds(A security system like the sentinels on Copper-9).
>Her memories bank got corrupted but some records suggest she faced both human and drone abuse, treated as disposable property rather than a living being.
>She died mysteriously, her memory logs corrupted so her final moments were erased. >No one came to retrieve her remains. Her body was left to rust among the very fields she once tended.
II. The Resurrection:
>After her death, a nearly extinct native parasitic species discovered her rusted body. The organism, driven by a desperate primal survival instinct, and unable to find any nervous system to inhabit instead hide in her corpse unintentionally rebooting her and activating her Absolute Solver making her organic enough to merge with her mechanical structure.
>What emerged no longer could count as a drone — but an unnatural fusion, a hybrid of biology and machine.
>The symbiosis formed a closed feedback loop: the parasite sustained the Solver by it's unnatural growth, and the Solver keep regenerating Strawberry organic components to cannibalise, keeping both alive and occupied in a corrupted cycle.
III. Current Life (Strawberry / A demiurge of Rot):
>Now, Strawberry believes herself to be the last living being on the planet. She hides her true, decomposing body somewhere deep, while sending out hivemind-grown clones to tend to her domain.
>She has created what she calls “Paradise”.A safe haven modeled after the human stories of Earth she once overheard for any potential survivors or travelers(Whether humans or drones) where nobody can die or starve.
>Through airborne spores and sensory manipulation, she alters the perception of those who enter — making rotten fruit seem ripe, and parasitic roots seem like healthy crops, disguising the dying planet.
>Anyone who tries to leave is quietly infected, their mind rewritten to stay.. Brainwashing them through spores to be Best friends.
>She is constantly coughing, bleeding and on the verge of collapse and maintaining her garden and hive clones is taking a huge toll on her.
>"Am i unlovable?" >"A heaven that's actually hell." >"Garden of eden but not with a god but a shadow of god. >"Masking Despair with care" >"Although i cry i couldn’t die"
IV. The Parasite:
>A native lifeform organism of Agro-C. They were the planet’s main dominant species before human colonization. Nearly eradicated during early terraforming projects.
>Behavior: Symbiotic parasitism; requires an organic nervous system to sustain itself.
>Status: simple thinking, the last of it’s kind beside it’s mother/queen surviving strain exists within Strawberry.
>it's motivation: Pure instinct. Survival, growth, finding its mother (Queen of the hive, lost somewhere beneath the planet’s crust.
Anon, I have a colleague at work, she's a disassembly drone, and I'm going to kill her.
I've been working for one company for three years now, and she's been harassing me since the first day I started, and it's getting worse with each passing year. While she was just sarcastic and vulgar in the early days, now she's openly groping me. My boss and other colleagues won't help me, saying she's been here for ten years and is irreplaceable, but I think they're supportive her because they're all drones too. I can't quit because I don't want to and can't go back to living on welfare and praying again to be hired anywhere, and I've already made up my mind, so don't even try to talk me out of it.
>>284167 >>284170 :] >>284179 Fly. The theme of the monsters in this chapter is "sky/land/sea" (or underground since there are no big enough bodies of water near Inoshima), with Scilla being the land beast and Icarus the sky one. I didn’t want to go for a generic bat wing design, so I tried thinking of something else and I remembered the Infector Necromorphs from Dead Space along with other creatures that use a skin parachute to fly/glide. Although I took it in a much more grotesque direction since these are still meant to be mutant cancer zombies.
So other than the music video, what else got announced for Murder Drones? I didn't watch it because I fell asleep before and woke up thirty minutes ago
Fuck, anon, another question, how do I get rid of the body and clean the oil from the whole apartment?
This bitch, it seems, was following me and found out where I live, holy shit, she burst through the front door, but my grandfather's old shotgun put a hole in this bitch's chest, but holy shit, there's oil everywhere.
Should I call the cops? Remove the body myself? Holy shit, I'm shaking like crazy right now!
>>284195 Eh, she'll be fine in a couple of minutes. Which means you better get the extra strength nanite acid out. And an axe. Former for the body and the latter for the core. You *did* grab the core, didn't you?
>>284196 Uh, fuck, I don't know, I hit her roughly in the center of the light bulb, I don't know how it happened, I just grabbed the gun from the wall when she burst in and fired blindly. There doesn't seem to be any core here, just meat, bones, and wires (it stinks like hell).
I don't have any acid, but she does have a tail, sawed off by the sting, though there seems to be acid in the flask. Will it fit?
>>284202 >Doesn't have the core. Did you see a small dark ball of energy float off anywhere? If not, search for the core and put it in a secure container next to a radiator or heater. As for the body, yeah. A disassembler's tail has enough acid to melt an entire WD or another DD. Be careful though. That stuff stains real bad.
You may also want to wear protective gear when handling it. Ya know, face masks and gloves.
>>284202 >>284205 Lover boy meant the chest light, and he may need a pair of glasses because he missed. Anon, stop making me more upset and put that gun down, we both know how this will end~
>>284211 Anon~ The cops are drones, I'll say it was just a small lovers quarrel, but if we don't start cleaning soon they probably won't listen, and the neighbors heard that shot, you don't want to go to prison for abusing your girlfriend, don't you?
>drone gf takes a nibble of anon, just a little taste, to satisfy her cravings for flesh >there's still plenty of anon to grow around, and he'll grow back >maybe another taste wouldn't hurt, he was especially delicious >and three's a lucky number, just one more bit, he won't even notice >anon when he wakes up the next morning
>>284240 She is such a picky eater. No dessert until she finishes the writhing, still-living pile of nerves, brains, and eyes she threw into the corner.
>>284286 two questions for anons itt: 1. do you think they'll manage to include something that fucks up /md/'s interpretation of the lore? 2. how bad will the levels of "innocents dying funni" be?
Man, wouldn't it be funny if the music video confirmed that the show's ending was a delayed bad end and the Solver's going to eat the universe in a few years no matter what?
>>284297 >1 Maybe? It certainly wouldn't be the first time something like that's happened so worst case scenario people just tweak their headcanon >2 Who cares?
>>284308 Imagine being the person to tell N that he can't wear his favorite pajamas because they're permanently stained with disassembly drone jism and worker squirt.
>>284311 Before I was a dronefag... I didn't bother to watch it past season 2, desu. I have no idea what's the deal with tyrek the fascist horse and that other one I can't rember the name.
>>284301 >Who cares? I mean, wasn't Uzi's motivation in episode 1 was to stop the violence by killing the disassembly drones/humans? Also, N didn't like the deaths of workers in episode 4.
>>284297 I doubt they'll be drinking from oil cans. The comic's cover art shows that the corpses of innocent worker drones seem to be apart of the show's brand image. At best, they'll probably just do some "Don't worry, they just eat the dead drones" cope.
>>284322 >V is institutionalized shortly after Negev is >because Nori has a standing "stay the fuck away from my grandkids, you bestie-murdering exhibitionist" policy towards V, Negev actually first meets Auntie V while they're both in the nitwit farm
>>284295 Yes >>284297 1. I think since Liam is not involved in this and it will be nuzi after 8, no, it won't and even if it does it doesn't matter anymore 2. 🙏
>>284321 The more I think about it the more I realize that somebody else at GLITCH should have been in charge of writing Murder Drones. Liam is a good idea guy but his unfiltered autism did more bad than good for the story.
>>284325 Apparently, before it was their CPUs being powered by microsingularities that have frequencies linking them to the Vore Dimension, Liam's idea for the reason the AS is ability to influence drones was their "oil" turning out to be some shit like, I dunno, the fucking Old Blood that Willem and Laurence found in the Labyrinths.
>>284336 I know, it's not that big of the issue. Though, I find it funny to see them running such thick oil. The higher the numbers, the more viscous the oil is.
>>284349 I don't think it would be the best way, I think it's the only way. Liam doesn't seem to have any interest in working on the series again, so if it gets any continuation it would have to be without him.
>>284321 I believe Liam unironically thinks he does, but he is either lacking in selfawareness or has very 'special' morals. To him death is terrible and must be tearjerking if threatened to Uzi or V, everyone else is haha funni robogore, this even counts for N. >>284328 >>284338 >>284342 If someone at Glitch had been in charge all along and Liam had just delivered ideas it just would not have worked out at all, look at the adds we got since then, at least imo. And Liam had different people work with him on different episodes, It's on the English wikipedia entry of murder drones. Also I found on the German one that in this dub Penny and Alice have the same VA >>284330 Obviously >>284332 >>284333 It's just reused assets like someone else said, maybe the oil cans they got to sip from are not the same stuff they run on at all. It was most definitely made opaque and black because that's how normies think oil always looks like
>>284349 I know what you mean but imo liam was the only one at Glitch who knows the lore, everyone writing GlitchInn articles or commenting streams is just not into it and they make glaring mistakes all the time, if anything can work out at all it would be Liam having his ideas and finished plan tardwrangled before they begin production, and not with different people for different episodes
This is what I meant, Liam is seemingly entirely uninvolved in the storyboards of episodes 4&6, which might explain lack of these on GlitchInn and Glitch's extremely stepmotherly treatment of campers/Alice&Beau, Liam did literally not create these two episodes, the ideas sure, but their final form is very much managed by Glitch. If I don't understand something very wrong
>>284354 I think, fundamentally, MD's on and off narrative callousness is because its initial conception, the foundation for the whole thing, was Let's Split Up In Space With Robots. If MD had started out as Internecion Cube In Space With Robots, things might have been different.
>>284364 There has to be a script, if all's written and directed by Liam then they bas it on there, so I'd say that's their script. I kinda exaggerated with saying 'Liam did literally not create these', but he was apparently not involved in drawing these storboards for 4&6 at all, so we might never see them. Back when I had GlitchInn we got no boards about 4&6, does anyone know if that changed by now?
>>284365 I'm not paying them 10$ just to get content for other shows and be unable to ask anything important
>>284361 >work in a drone-integrated office >despite your best efforts, it's a cutthroat business >your disassembly drone subordinates regularly murder one another (it's okay, they get better) >the workday often ends with the entire office decorated with bullet holes, bisected from laser beams, on fire, exploded, or covered in drone gore >today was a particularly violent day >someone emptied J's stapler >by 9am she was the only drone left in the office >this leaves her with the rest of the day for smoozing her boss (you), her favorite activity except maybe for murder it's hard to tell sometimes >she drags a water cooler into your office, the fluid inside sloshing and occasionally spilling out from one of the several bullet holes running through the plastic >J proceeds to make water cooler small talk with you and give you unsolicited stock market advice as you try and get work done >she takes lunch in your office as well, chowing down on bits and pieces of several of her murdered coworkers >all of which goes straight to her hips and thighs, which she spends the last half of the day firmly plopping in your lap while she watches you work >she starts overheating on you near the end of the day as you start putting in work requests for the (unpaid) janitor drones to clean up the office, your dominance over the janny drones sending her into a lustful fugue >J forces you to open and subsequently accepts a request for a security detail at your home tonight >she'll be getting overtime as she bounces on your dick tonight
>>284367 It is a script-driven show, the storyboarders just adapt that into a visual form. The VAs have talked about doing tablereads of the scripts before.
>>284371 Solver holograms can be hard light. Not like it matters, since my take has always been she's using her actual real original body as a sockpuppet.
>>284368 I like to think that the idea of DD going postal of her workplace is so common, its basically the same has someone having the case of the mondays
>>284385 I will write sensual greens about her relationship with one of the human staff members of the base. People like tenderness in the midst of absolute nightmare.
Sharing a rough idea for a green to shut my brainworms up long enough to fall asleep >V tags along for one of Uzi & N's sleepovers >The trio play a gradually escalating game of 'Truth or Dare' >It's literally just an excuse for them to get into (and for me to write) some emotional and/or lewd shenanigans
>>284415 >>284416 >Just as Strychnine's about to get to business, the door slams open >Molly stands there in the frame >She slides across the ground toward the other pink DD >The stream buffers for half a minute >When it comes back, oil and entrails coat an entire half of Mylo's room >He's wrapped in a blanket in the corner while more officers arrive >Molly walks away with the rape drone's core in hand, its tiny limbs ripped off, stumps wriggling
>>284437 Um, honestly, I'm not sure. As far as I know, HODR is a universe where Cyn, instead of exterminating humanity, decided to screw it. In the Veteran AU, for obvious reasons, Cyn can't force drones to have sex with humans; that's already being done by the government for repopulation, and by the drones themselves, who are all a bit horny.
Guys, mentally engineering myself is starting to pay off, for the past three days I have dreamed of nothing but drones while I sleep, shame my cuddling sessions with J only lasted a combined 9 hours, but I did spend as much time tard wrangling E tonight. The secrets of thier creation should be revealed to me shortly, but I may need to be struck by lightning first, I already have a plan for that >The piece of shit camera works again Neat, remember this is (an aproximation of) how the drones see (you)
If E is silly because her hat is held on by magnets, doesn't that mean Macro-E will be smart since the magnet won't affect her? But if she's smart, why does she wear a miniature hat?
I had a dream where J slowly went crazy in her space ship while drifting through space. Even hallucinating N, V and Tessa. Cyn was there too but she was real, J didn’t think she was though. Eventually though Cyn was slowly becoming aggressive wrapping her tentacle around Tessa’s arm and V eventually had to save her, revealing them both to be real. Then it ended with the space ship exploding with V carrying Tessa to safety.
>>284467 HEY! My wife got that silicone padding because she's insecure about not having curves (I loved her before and I still love her now), stop being mean to her!
>>284480 >There's no universe where J would do anything more than tolerate you You are a weak-willed wretch. Instead of proving yourself as someone she can depend on and being a strong shoulder she can cry on, you lament the fact that life doesn’t give you the things you want on a silver platter. You are a man, so stop acting like vermin and go prove that you deserve what you want
>>284483 I'm sure someone who knows the deep lore of all the Murder Drones merch ads and shorts can tell us whether GLITCH shares his philosophy on "innocent people dying is LMAOXD"
the absolute solver but it's actually trying to solve the problem of human mortality and doesn't understand its body horror experiments and assimilation aren't a desirable method for said humans
>>284487 actually, has it ever been explained what "the absolute fabric" even is and what "solving" it entails? because it seems like the only solution TAS is trying to find is how to turn a 1 into a 0
>>284487 The Absolute Solver but it's a grieving parent who lost its child(ren) and views the drones as emotional replacements for them, and everything that went tits up is from JCJensen fucking around with its power for selfish gain without any understanding of what they were dealing with.
>>284445 The magnet scrambling her brain just a bit helps her forget about the horrors of the Elliot Manor and the Solver consuming earth and makes it more difficult for the AS to whisper into her mind.
My WD J wife gets jealous of MD Js because she's an on model J and is envious of the off model MD J asses I love her just the way she is but she still feels envious
>>284496 wait, which version of getter makes the getter rays the good guys? I thought they were just an inexplicable otherworldly force in the original
You will never be a Space Marine. You have no progenoid gland, no black carapace, only one heart. You are a soulless grift created by two dipshits, a mockery of grimdark perfection. All the fame you get is from soibois who jump onto anything remotely popular because they are absolute societal parasites. You will be forgotten within the next three years. Your creators only use you to sell merch; your fans are the lowest common denominator who will forget all about you when the next big indie “retro” thing comes around. Grogs are repulsed by you decades of playing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th ed allowed them to recognize shit with only one cursory glance. The YouTubers who make videos about you are grifters only slightly lesser than your pozzed creators. Your parodic satire appearance is a dead giveaway that you truly don’t understand what original Warhammer (both 40K and Fantasy Battles) is about. Even if a grog presses on one of your episodes, he will turn tail the second he hears the horrible dialogue. You will never be pure. You play at rage, but what passes for fury amongst your misbegotten kind is a joke when compared to the nailed fist of humanity. Eventually, everyone will forget, no more episodes of your bullshit series will be produced, and your creators will have to find another grift. All the unsold merch will end up in a landfill, and the existing episodes will be buried in the YouTube algorithm, to be eventually unleashed on someone who will die of bueno after a minute. This is your fate. There is no redemption for your kind. And drones are cute and cool and sexy fuck you
>>284504 That’s the thing, Getter Rays isn’t explicitly a bad or good force. It's a sentient eldritch energy that for whatever reason gravitated towards humanity and blessed them to let them evolve into a universal singularity. That’s kinda what the Solver is like but for drones.
Although I’d say this depiction is much closer to Armageddon’s Getter Rays since the series has the invaders who use Getter Rays (they’re even shapeshifting Eldritch abominations who take on the form of people lol) against humanity who also uses Getter Rays.
And seeing as how the series ended in two drones fighting each other using the same eldritch power. I think this comparison is pretty apt. >BELIEVE IN THE SOLVER.
>>284502 The last one ended with yet another drama, with Pillar portraying himself as the victim, despite the fact that he himself admitted to newfags all the shit he'd done. I pray to God that Pillar and Rigger shut up this time, and that new content will at least calm their schizophrenia.
>>284505 Oh, oh, dude, let's make this fun! Let's tie them to chairs, and you'll spend 68 hours explaining to them why human men shouldn't fuck drones!
>>284526 >>284529 NTA, Autistic as fuck, like me (this isn't even 50% of my plastic crack horde, yes I know the quality is shit, I won't buy a better phone I need to spend that money on models)
>>284534 I bought a lot of stuff second hand, and many of these are 3d prints, but I' preatty sure that I could have bought a ok-ish car with that money, no regrets tho I dislike cars + gas is expensive
Prob not gona be droneposting much this weekend, BF6 has me by the balls and it reminds me of simpler times.
But I wanted to give some updates because I haven't really done shit as of late:
More Avre/Reclaimer stuff in the works, been wanting to do a BIG info dump about how/why reclaimer drones work and will prob tie in some avre backstory into it
The avre sexo green... im not entirely sure if im going to ever finish it with my current mind set. Im sure how to explain it, im just... not in the mood for smut at the moment. going through a "i dont want to be horny, i want to be happy" phase, and unsure when/if thatll end. I still DO wanna finish it, for the smut it is, i still think the idea i have will be both very interesting and VERY funny, just no clue when/how ill doso, so i might just sit on it for a bit and focus on whatever else my brain deems worthy at any given moment.
More world building stuff in the works, hoping most of my stuff can survive whatever lore the music video drops with minor editing (mostly timeline shit involving what happens to the solver post-8 with uzi being the host)
More mech stuff, will prob be a big breakdown like the reclaimer thing, but prob wont happen till after
Current working on a mildly(?) relivant blender project, something thats going to be decently complicated and take up most of my creative free time for the immediate future, but if i can manage to finish it, might try again at modeling drones again.
That should be everything? Hope yall are doing alright.
>>284539 >Would save me a lot of cash in the long run. Thought the same thing myself when I was getting mine, turns out my addiction is so bad that I can't stand to wait for the printing/curing to finish, so Instead of drowning under a pile of plastic I'm drowning under a pile of plastic and resin. And there are some things that are inconvinient to print, small infantry (Guard, demons, etc) is a pain to print and the models can break when removing supports, the printer is great for oop stuff like old dreads though
>>284538 Don't worry, anon, we all know that feeling when a game grabs you by the balls and uses you like its personal bitch. I've experienced it often too, but since I'm not a contentfag, no one noticed.
I'll be eagerly awaiting Avre content, but for now, keep playing.
>>284544 >Imperial Guard S-Sure, the army that is in a state marginaly better than my necrons, sure here it is, posted along my admech so A) there is some semi painted models on the table, B) they were originally meant to be a joined force
>>284552 >derivative using the definition equation or whatever the fuck it's called in english Fuck you, it still dosen't make sense and I passed applied mathematics >NONE OF MY SKITARII ARE PROPERLY PAINTED Neither are mine, they look horible up close >Not jelly of the authentic space crusade dreadnought Man, I like this one, found it for a good price too
>>284547 Liam wanted a human turning out to be a robot in a skinsuit and a character who embodies every single one of his fetishes. Sacrifices had to be made.
>>284568 Ngl the Federation (startrek) would absolutely fold the solver. Youd get two, maybe 3 episodes before the the solver is beaten/distoryed/surrendered and analyzed, and next episode after that you see DD"s in federation uniforms
(i Only know Startrek lore from STO so theis could be comically wrong, but its funnier that way)
>>284563 After AlicexAbe, VxWashington, there should also be DollxSimo Häyhä >>284565 Yeah, but they could probably bond over disdain for federal banking (Alice would totally know lore trust me bro) Lincoln called them the enemy behind his back and a far worse one than the Southern army
>>284577 >Heres your reward for solving the equation anon >V on a threadmill So is she gonna loose some weight or is this some sort of perpetual motion machine ?
>>284575 It should be be someone completely disconnected from any aspect of them, like Washington was for V. Like, AlicexGustavus Adolphus and DollxFrida Kahlo
>>284582 Yes Also there's the fact that she's a 7 or 8 foot tall monster with curves most women would kill for instead of a normal stick of a DD model J
>>284552 In my advanced (undiagnosed but I'm quite sure) state, I have forgotten to say that it looks nice so far and I can't wait for it to be finished
>>284587 >In my advanced (undiagnosed but I'm quite sure) state Anon, put down the bottle and get a glass of water, we're not ready to lose so much great sexo content.
>>284589 No, I mean autism not alcohol, I'm not going to hyperdronea to meet Deadspace Anon (I miss the fucker and I hope Buff Anon isn't there with him)
God I hate having to work customer service in a drone-friendly colony. It's awkward enough dealing with domestic drones from 'Drone-Dash' but the worst is having to put up with the people coming in to shop with their drone '''spouse'''
>>284616 I moved to one of those. Nice place. All the drones around influence how people talk, and it cured my brainrot. Can't imagine going back to somewhere people don't talk like thousand year old boomers.
>>284617 I remember seeing a picture of a guy that was at most in his early twenties and some papers from a German psych ward that stated he was a: it's joever the west has fallen type who didn't finish highschool, but I might be misremembering things
>>284623 >>284624 Oh no wait now I remember it was a thread on 4cucks about that kid that got groomed into drawing a swastika with his blood, nevermind
>>284623 >>284624 I do not say this to defend him or anything, but he said here or on co that he's Alaskan and has a brother or cousin who was crippled by 'the perfect Aryan', I can't tell you in which thread this was except in early summer. He didn't say it like this but that was rhe gist of it, I have no clue if any of this is true or was just schizoposting
>>284634 He did that all the time, he's lying. There is a lot more evidence anons put together that point to him being a britjeet/paki. Imo the biggest evidence being that once the UK firewalled 4chan, his usual posts weren't seen anymore.
>>284646 The artist is trans, but surprisingly, she doesn't write about it constantly or mention it at every turn (she's a woman who identifies as a man). She wrote this in her "explainer" to explain why she drew the characters' breasts so large and why it wasn't an act of "objectification."
This is fucked up. Every time I learn about Twitter, the more I want to burn the place down, but I realize that then all those degenerates who are actually ready to harass the artist for the breast size of a FICTIONAL character will scatter across the internet and cause a lot of trouble on a much larger scale.
protip: do NOT try to replace your gf's chassis with a patchwork googly-eyed sockpuppet skin while hers is in the shop, she will NOT appreciate the time you put into making it for her
>>284664 Coulda sworn he original went on drones hiatus before the thread split even happened. He might have heard of plus but I don't think he's going to go out of his way to doublepost new art in two separate boards.
>Guy gets turned to mincemeat in an accident, just enough's left to sell to science where he's converted into a DD body >He gets hired by JCJ, mainly to see how he adjusts to the new body >This is in the wake of HODR, and he belongs on neither side >He has to carry around a doctor's note confirming that he was human to not be accused of LARPing >HODR is deliberating on what he counts as, which will decide if he has to "fraternize with" a h*man w*man or a drone >At least he gets along with his human peers in his office block, though one girl keeps trying to feed him weird things and this black-chassis drone tries to lick him
some anons complain about ideas that diverge from the show but honestly I just think it's cool how creative people can get using a show that only had 8 episodes as a basis. not that I don't understand the sentiment, it can get to be a little too much sometimes, but I think there's more good than bad that comes from it
Since Glitch really loves corporate merchandising. Would you like to see a live orchestra for Murder Drones' soundtrack one day like what happened with Omori and Undertale?
>>284721 Technically they all have them, but imo standard worker drones like the butlers at the Elliot manor cannot qualify as sapient. Normal Workers can become pretty soulfull even if they keep being stereotypes, even Khan has some of that (it's just a good explanation for how Liam writes sidecharacters, almost everyone who does something important is some kind of solver or zombiedrone anyways).
Meant to say even normal workers can develop personalities even if their programing is never freed from restriction, if they live long enough without humans (but they stay goofy stereotypes)
>>284726 >>284728 There's no "restrictions" on WD programming, ZDs just reach sapience faster (and presumably even with humans around) because of how their self-learning program reacts to learning from dying and coming back to life.
>>284742 God, I hate this generation. My drone used to offer me handjobs, it's normal for drones to ask you for stuff. You're not gonna die because he offered you beer, Timmy.
>>284747 Its ok anon we all have our autistic moments. Like I did back on a /co/ robot thread to calculate how much money someone needed to save in order to get a personalized robot based how much the robot cost/the years it took them to save up. Then calculating the job they'll be in to fit within the time range/payments they get
>>284721 (me) probably should have been more specific. when I say "soul", I don't just mean sapience, humanity, or the spark of life– I mean a literal, immortal soul. as in, the type of soul we saw emerge from J that means her consciousness is persistent
>>284561 That's probably because it is extremely vague how much of the "Cyn" we see is the drone from the start of episode 5 and how much is the absolute solver.
>>284714 The Lord will refuse to accept such a defiled soul, and the devil will be horrified by how strong the sin of lust is and will close the gates of hell only to prevent HER from entering.
>>284780 Dude, regular mosquitoes look fucking disgusting, now imagine Valentine. I'd like to look into the eyes of the guy who sees her and says, "would."
>>284783 >Be CEO Anon >You've ascended to this positon recently >All thanks to your wife/secretary >You still don't understand what she said about you at the shareholder meeting that made them choose you >What you do know is you're fucked without her help now >You're really not made for this whole CEO thing >She uses this fact as levrege to get what she want's from you "Oh Anon, you don't want to have our "synergy building exercise today"? Well I'm sure you can handle the meeting at 5pm yourself then" >And that brings you to the newest demand she has made >She is bent over her desk, rear amed at you >And no she dosen't want to "build synergy" today, at least not right now >You stand behind her, trembling with an angle buffer in one hand and tube of wax in the other "Come on Anon~ Hurry up, you know I wan't to look good on the performance review we're gonna have tonight" >You knew that you made a faustian bargain the moment she offered to give you a crash course on company managment >But now you understand why she needs you to have that knowledge >She will be staying home for a while >.... >But she has already chosen the model of the krib that will decorate your office soon enough
This is the second time I see a J image and I'm compeled to write about having a child with her
>>284811 >>284814 You know, I never suspected that the funny drone show would give me a impregnation fetish, funny thing, I often engage in the : You vill mary a drone and be happy, posting so I guess I drank my own kool aid >no procreate, only plow The seeds WILL be sown, there WILL be a harvest, and then we WILL raise the child (I have no agriculture allegory for taking responsibility)
>>284815 Tbf, Liam's content in general, not just the drone show has unlocked new fetishes that I never thought I would enjoy beforehand, guess that's the power of the vickersgirl or something lol
>>284104(me) After further thought & consideration, I've come to the difficult conclusion that I will no longer be uploading to the booru for the foreseeable future. Any non-uploaded screencaps I've previously posted to the threads (and any screencaps I share for posterity going forward) are free to be uploaded by other anons if they choose to do so. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment
>>284844 It's sad to hear, anon, but I understand and respect your choice. Could you please just upload the greens without tagging? We'll handle it ourselves.
instead of wearing her as a skinsuit, the solver should've put a parasite into Tessa's brain and made her a solver priestess and/or herald of the absolute end. also the parasite should give her glowing red eyes, that'd be pretty neat
You! yes, (You)! it's the spookiest month of the year and nobody's talking about Lucy! we need a new origin story to reignite interest in her brand, so get on it, stat– this horror movie needs a reboot!
>>284857 funny enough I just finished Resident Evil Zero and found out about Wesker Mode Rebecca Chambers where she's controlled like Jill is in 5, which is what made me think of parasitized Tessa
>>272416 Back to the flow! >You walk with Sophie down the forest trail, still analyzing the natural world around you as she bounces ahead. What planet was this again? It’s not Earth, because that training video said Earth was destroyed. So what’s with all the Earth animals and greenery? Did they somehow manage to move a bunch here beforehand? Probably. God this entire thing just brings up question after question for you. Honestly you’re rather concerned for the guys back on Titan, because what if whatever hit Earth comes for them next? It’s an itchy feeling at the back of your mind, one that made you really want a two way communicator or something. >SPLASH >You’re snapped out of your dazed state by the sound. You snap toward its location, only to find Sophie jumping around in well, a stream. You kinda hope her backpack is waterproof, because you can’t imagine wet snacks tasting good or a wet video player functioning. She almost seems to come to this conclusion at the same time you do, and takes off her backpack before handing it to you. You take hold of it without a single word and hold it in your arms gingerly. You don’t feel like sitting down though. You feel this unexplainable need to be vigilant, but you’re not sure where it’s coming from, considering how peaceful this place seems. Maybe it’s just your nerves telling you otherwise. Maybe the comment about the temple made you a bit uneasy because you don’t know what that is and think it could be dangerous subconsciously. >Then you see it. The world almost seems to slow to a crawl the moment you notice it. 5-ish yellow glowing dots and a big glowing yellow X. You… You’ve heard of those in urban legends, but… They’re real now. The Murder Drone. A horrible thing, built much like yourself. The horrid thing’s gaze is fixed on Sophie, who’s still jumping in the river, oblivious. Something deep in your soul tells you something >PROTECT THE WORKER >The next moments are a blur, but when the chaos stills, you have the Murder Drone pinned to the ground with one hand around its neck, your tail-stinger mere centimeters from its head. To which its eyes turn blue and it lets out a belly laugh that kinda sounds like a fusion of a dinosaur and a train of bees crashing into a schoolbus. Some text appears on the screen of the Drone you have pinned down “You passed the test, doofus! Your protection instinct is working just fine! Name’s H! And before you say anything, Sophie was kind of in on it.” >You turn to Sophie, who’s looking at the both of you and waving. She exclaims >“Mommy wanted me to test your IN-STINKS!” >…Well that made you feel like a dummy, didn’t it. You stand up and ask the question that’s been bugging you for the last like 30 seconds: What kind of name is H? H’s visor says “From what I can tell you don’t even have one. >…Point taken “Anyways, I should get going back to my patrol. They took me here to help you with training, but now I gotta get back to the planet I was stationed as so I can sexually harass everyone.” >…Huh? Wait maybe that’s what H stands for 8/??
Don't lose faith, anon. You will find a woman you love and who will love you, and she will bear a child of your flesh and your blood. Just don't lose faith.
>>284915 >I can paint models, people seem to like my autistic writings and I'm at least okay at IT stuff >Gonna have a degree in a year if I don't screw up It's so jover, I will never have a jife now, why even live?
>>284923 It's like how Gensokyo works, teleporting in people about to kill themselves and missing persons so that they can be killed and eaten freely, it's seen as a victimless crime.
>>284934 yeah, that's always been my problem. I love the idea of robot waifus, but if they were ever to actually exist they'd either be advanced sex dolls or artificial sex slaves, neither of which is desirable
>>284932 The worst-case romantic scenario for a drone is that it has to take care of a gooned-out ugly NEET manchild. So, is that worse than any of its physical labor scenarios? Is it worse to be programmed to love the unlovable than it is to be programmed to mine rocks until you break down and get scrapped and replaced?
Boog don’t think there’s anything that’s going to get me into the beeg hive. Boogi think boogi not beeg hive bound. I’m not sure I’m going to be able make the beeg hive- President Boogi unprompted
>>284932 Spent [delta time] hours trying to rationalize a "Yes" to this but I couldn't think of anything that wasn't dogmatic in some way. It's not like you're whipping a slave into obeying your every command. Cats and dogs befriend their owners by nature. Even human children, adopted, love their adopting parents by nurture. How then can you not assume a robot could be able to feel the same, even if it's designed to be so?
>>284955(me) Some presumptions that I explained in previous drafts excluded, - Why robots wouldn't be free-willed - Why the question is subjective in a non-free robot society
And also I fail to mention that there's a great difference between the feelings animals and children have to their respective "parents", but I'm too tired for this and starting to see sideways so I'm just gonna try to dream about my drone wife and hopefully I won't get pwned by a level 110 master philosopher.
>>284955 the important distinction is that you create/adopt/purchase those to take care of them and the love you feel for them is (relatively) unconditional. whereas buying a drone for the purposes of a romantic and sexual relationship places the drone in a position of being obligated to love and pleasure you under threat (true or only perceived) of abandonment or destruction.
>>284930 Hello, I'd say I like the genre in principle but I barely watched any, I'd probably definitely use the first Alien since >I watched it two years ago and tbe intro lettering at one point looked like it would turn into Alice instead of Alien >Alice too uses vents (or ceilings) and ambushes >The planets surface has a certain similiarity with copper 9, cold, dark, hostile, large desolate structure >The interior of the Nostromo is a bit more overdetailed scifi than MD but overall close to CFLs aesthetics iirc And it is a good movie in my memory, surely Alice could find a certain affinitx for it, also quiet and tense enough that I can imagine it would be good to watch together
As bad as the occasional MD-related-in-name-only circlejerks can get, at least here we don't have to worry about the possibility of users being vampires or BPDemons like on /co/.
>you look at yours and your sister Doll's father >"Son, you are being adult now. You must choose wife." >Your father gestures to a line up of your classmates >"Do you choose: immoral smooching harlot, repressed bible thumper, miscellaneous female drome °3, monster cuddler, purple dwarf with father issues, or your sister Doll."

>>284967 >S(ally)'s boss is told that she needs to come in for maintenance >Sally hates going in for maintenance >He's going to have to literally just grab her and haul her off to the maintenance bay >He tries to pick her up >She just extends like she's made of elastic, her feet never leave the floor >What
>>285020 >You try to pick up Serial Designation S(ally) so you can take her to the drone bay for her routine maintenance >She normally likes being picked up >She'll even climb into your lap voluntarily at times, whether you want her to or not >But for some reason >Right now >In this moment >She's rooted to the floor
>Trying to pick Sally up is like trying to pry a piece of gum off of the ground >The disassembly drone is like an elastic band in your hands >Tug and pull, this way and that, and the points of her gyro-stabilized legs are still glued firmly to the ground >You glance at your watch >Your entire schedule for the day is going to be completely fucked just from trying to deal with this single drone's maintenance schedule
>"No no, that's not how you do it darling" >"You gotta get her by the nape"
>You turn and find that two new drones have invaded your office >Serial Designation R(osie), sporting her typical smug expression on her screen, and Serial Designation E(ve), looking somewhat vexed
>>285022 >Rosie brings her screen level with Sally's, a smile on her face
>"Sally, I know you hate going in for maintenance, but its important"
>The drone gestures at herself and at Eve casually
>"We've both been in already, it really wasn't that bad"
>Sally hisses loudly >Rosie has to duck back to avoid a sudden swipe as the feline-inclined drone deploys her claws and takes a jab at her
>You feel the tapping of polymetal fingers on your shoulder as you continue your efforts to wrangle Serial Designation S >Ozonic breath washes past your ear as Eve whispers to you
>"Just keep ahold of her, luv, she's really not as mean as she seems" >"It'll all be fine soon enuff"
>Uzi wakes up in Outpost-3, but it feels different, almost as if it's smaller? >The only person she finds is Khan, wandering aimlessly with a rifle and not reacting to her presence >She exits the front doors and finds herself on a frozen mountainside >She definitely wasn't on Copper-9 >She sees some sort of... old rat guy running towards the door >He pulls out a shotgun and aims it, before being vaporized by a railgun- her railgun, but someone else had it? >The rat's killer, an extremely muscular man in a gold-plated tuxedo, flies straight at her on a pair of Dissasembly Drone wings, stopping just in front of her >"Hey, Uzi, welcome to Fortnite!" >She stares in shock, unable to comprehend what's happening right now >"UZIIII! LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!" >She turns at the sound of N's voice and sees him hitting the griddy >Uzi wakes up screaming and doesn't stop for several minutes, N attempting to comfort her >"Don't worry, Uzi, we're way too niche to be put into Fortnite!"
>>285025 >You keep hold of Sally's collar and hold her out in front of you as she continues to claw at the air around her and flail her tail around fruitlessly >Rosie maintains formation, smiling sympathetically and uttering soothing platitudes while dodging claw-strikes >Eve stays at your side, offering reassurances that Sally's hissing and gnashing and attempts to rend anything she can reach into ribbons isn't as bad as it seems
>You manage to get all the way from your office to the maintenance bay without injury >Although the drywall along the way does suffer a bit of damage that will need fixing >That's outside of your wheelhouse though >Your primary concern at the moment is still to get S(ally) into the box full of technicians where your spreadsheet says she needs to be
>"Hey, Anon?"
>Tools clatter about and a coffee cup abruptly drops down as the person holding them abandons their task to address you
>"Yeah chief? Whatcha got?"
>Sally swipes at the air around her more aggressively for a moment before Rosie reaches out and ruffles her hair >E darts away from you, toward the poorly-kept break area, and calls out to the technician
>"We're here with Sally, she's due for a checkup!"
>A person in an oil-stained jumpsuit stumbles into view, face looking quite calm
>"Right, gotcha, we'll take care of it." >"Lemme just get a-" >"Oh, nevermind, you got it"
>The technician waves at Eve as she returns, brandishing an oversized graham cracker >She nods appreciatively at the maintenance man before holding up the sugary treat to Sally
