Another day, another thread. What did you guys do at the expo? wheel of OCs: https://wheelofnames.com/z8q-2mf Wheel of modifiers: https://wheelofnames.com/4h8-fyf wiki: https://dronebooru.co/wiki_pages/original_character last Thread: >>207338
>>208345 Mine are a mix. The two most common versions are the V3-E and V3-E/I variants, they are produced in small batches. There are fewer than 10,000 total from the day the first one is manufactured to the end of the solver war. Each V3-E costs about as much to manufacture as a stealth bomber, the E/I are much cheaper because they incorporate only the minimum amount of Alloy 2X necessary to protect them from being edited by the Solver. Also I guess we doing Bunny Sentinels now. I am nowhere remotely as fast as BunAnon, this took me 20-ish minutes.
>>208353 Just realized I forgot the ears, I'm splitting my attention between this and writing the PREDATOR/PREY update for this weekend. Oh well, somebody else draw them on for me, I'm too lazy.
You know what? I think it’s best that I stop posting my art here. I’m probably gonna stick around but you won’t see me drawing. I shouldn’t let other peoples opinions get to me, if they don’t like it then they don’t like it. I’m happy with what I have but there’s still things I must iron out. Also I reported this because I don’t want this here, this was a mistake. >>207332

>Solver War happens >Religion, which had been on the decline for centuries, has now spread like wildfire among the remnants of humanity >One particular cult has gone as far to declare a jihad on all thinking machines and refuses to use most digital technology >Having disbarred themselves from the use of automata, they instead focus on the enhancement of humans through drugs, genetic engineering, and selective breeding >They had a shaky relationship with Boxon, praising them for their bio-modded marines but condemning them for producing Boxo, whom they fear greatly >Now, under the oppression of The Union, many men see promise in the cult but renege when told they must divorce their drone wives

New Talladega, the sitting capital City of Elysium-3, a Planet in the first of several isolated Systems Separated largely from the main Colony's, not my ideology or faction differences but by raw distance.
The main connection between the Elysium System and its neighbors is a Orbiting Warpgate around Elysium-3 Moon, which provides most of the trade to the system and boosts Elysium-3's economy.
During a good chunk of the solver wars, these systems where isolated due to the warpgate on the other end of the link being sabotaged and disabled, preventing the solver to reach those systems for decades, however the gate was eventually reactivated and Solver forces breached through the link.
The Elysium System took the brunt of the attack, with Elysium 1 & 4 being entirely depopulated and 1 was eventually assimilated.
Elysium-3 only held out as long as it did due to its immence defences built up during isolations and, the 'Very' rapid devlopment of the first reclaimer-class Sentinel Drones, with the head of that project being Dr. Blus Winters.
about 4 months into the initial invasion, there was a rapid decline in solver forces stratify and cooperation between units, signs in a loss of upper management. (This was around the time "Cyn's" focus was diverted to Copper 9, leaving this invasion force to 'clean up')
The decline it strategic solver advantage, mixed with the Reclaimer's 'Capture>Patch>train>Repeat' tech being finalized, the fight rapidly turned into the favors of the remaining forces on Elysium-3 who over the next year or so regained several continents fully.
Sentinel mechs where being alongside Reclaimers, using alot of the same core systems developed, but suffered alot of hiccups along the way and dident make an appearance till very late in the fighting.
Present day, Elysium-3 consists of several colonized continents, and most of the planet remaining as containment zones, containing ruined urban landscapes, wild/feral DD's still roaming around, and several sites of criminal and smuggling activity.

>>208473 Goodnight anon, and please and please don't get so high on cocaine, you've been drawing like a conveyor belt for days now, it'll be bad for your skin.
Anon, my heart aches knowing that I cannot show my love to the one who fought against countless hordes of murderous drones to prevent them from exterminating us.
The rose family is considered one of the six most economically important crop plant families, and includes apples, pears, quinces, medlars, loquats, almonds, peaches, apricots, plums, cherries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, sloes, and roses.
Holy SHIT why are the librarians in my town so annoying?! Let me use your public computer to look up drone porn in peace, if the others don't like it they can go to another linrary
Gotta admit, I’m getting bored with these drones. the interest in drawing these characters is starting to wane. It was only ever just drawing and experimenting with scenarios about these characters. Simce the gaslight district pilot released I think I’m gonna be occupied more with that once episode 2 is out. I love the grimey twisted art direction they have, I have been waiting for it ever since it was announced. The characters feel like something I would design! The whole world looks like something I would make! Looking super forward to the next episode.
Do you guys think that Murder Drones had too much slapstick and irony that it buried the plot, or did those two things supplement the plot instead, what do you guys think?
>>208576 Too much. Kept putting it in when it undermined what the plot was trying to do (e.g. the epilogue, for the sake of a gag, having V still be a hateful monster with zero self-control).
>>208579 The only reason you think the first episode is any different is because the rest of the show is too fast paced for you to process Liam's wacky random XD humor before the next plot point happens.
>>208584 I rewatched the series recently, and I have to disagree anon, the pacing actually wasn't THAT fast like you implied, it was pretty moderate and definitely still watchable to say the least, the ring I find was that there was NO FILLER, so that meant that everything you were seeing was plot related, which made everything so.... If I can put it on word..... Concise.
However the "XD random humor" stuff was spaced evenly for the most part at least, and it's not like family guy or something where it's like a barrage of it.
how do other artfags decide what to draw for the drawpiles? do you have a list of ideas, or even a rough sketch prepared in advance– or do you come up with something on the spot?
>>208597 thanks! my friend on discord linked me here after seeing some of my other funposts i post elsewhere, saw the magma was recent and decided to hop on for a bit. i did the Oilrose, Bunny N, and V at the top on the canvas, a little sad the layers got messed up at the end but it is what it is
>>208501 Meh thats only because i need more experience drawing humans. The thing with people is that our brains ae hard wired to see the most minute mistakes in human physiology. So i just need more pen to paper time
>>208608 A very cute abomination that the purification squads haven't gotten to yet.
She is a solver sapien, drawn by phoenixanon, she was born from a mass of solver flesh on an abandoned laboratory on a remote planet. She has little understanding of this world, but explores it through artefacts from the past. She also usually walks around half naked because she generates a lot of heat and if she wears clothes, she could be boiled alive.
I actually like the concept of Liquid Bunny being a clone of Buddy and while he may be intelligent, he's emotionally undeveloped, but had to be ruined by fucking faggots writing that he partakes in "incest" with Switch and Molly. Was all of that a deliberate sabotage?
>>208636 Things said by people about to be disemboweled by a murder drone because seeing someone else in greater pain than them will momentarily amuse them.
>>208450 Good map Fugueanon, but not realistic. Proxima Centauri is not THAT far away from the Solar System. The Federation's reach shouldn't take up so much galactic space given the technology we see they have. From my calculations their territory is at least bigger than Super Earth's though.
>>208644 There was once another anon by the name of Star Charter Anon who made a 3D map utilizing Desmos. Very cool stuff but I can't find the link he posted.
I really like the concept of Liquid Buddy too, it's actually very interesting, and all these posts about sex education, incest and lesbian relationships between Molly and Switch were created by anons just for lulz.
Remember what we're writing here about the original characters on the show, there's literally nothing out of the ordinary here.
>>208673 Not prominent per se, but I used to post a lot of art and many prominent artists recognize me. I've also made enemies for calling out certain people which makes me scared of getting femanoned.
>>208649 Well, in my opinion, in a world where humanity has survived genocide from solver, anything solver related will not be very welcome, especially by radical warlords who are building their personal military juntas on the ruins of the old federation.
>>208684 >She's very productive, there's no denying that. BUNNY REPRODUCTION CAN INCREASE RAPIDLY >>208685 >I'd give my left nut for a fraction of her power THE FUCK AM I GOING TO DO WITH THIS NUT
So if there's a kill on sight policy for anything and anyone connected to the Absolute Solver, how do the majority of remaining human society feel about the Black Hand? Obviously, the people of Transaction Earth are all in on the Black Hand for "blessing" their society with knowledge of genetic recombination, but what about the rest?
>>208693 Based on treadlore? BOXON might try to destroy the Black Hand, Nanotrasen conduct clandestine research on it, the Union will try to cover up that it exists
>Meanwhile, in the Persean Sector... Actually I can't fit this, Domain lore conflicts pretty badly with MD's lore. If they were in, then the Gate shutdown coincided with the Solver's arrival, and they missed the entire damn thing.
>>208726 The thread slowing down dramatically after bunnysuit went to sleep goes to show that activity begets activity Art invokes discussion in ways typical dialogue can not, this is obvious
>>208690 The bastards I'm referring to are others, but thanks anyways. I hope they also slowly die too. Have this doodle I made with another art style as a thanks.
>>208692 >>208690 >>208678 I was there. They didn't even doxx Femanon, it was one dude who just repasted an old doxx, the first and true doxx came from some weirdo discord guy that was stalking her. Think it was revealed to be Evil-N schizo, but I could be entirely wrong in that case.
>>208744 (me) Femanon also didn't help her case, especially since she revealed her real name to us several times, posted irl pictures of herself, and the interior of a house. Which was kinda stupid on her part, but still.
>The Anons are slowly starting to realize just how important the unappreciated writefriends truly are >Many a time have the Anons told them that the drawfriends are far more valuable than them >Many a time have Anons joked about their irrelevance >Only now as the great famine spreads across /md/ do they slowly begin to realize that their drawfriends aren't enough to sustain a healthy green harvest >Will the writefriends return? Who knows...
>>208756 Yeah, that or anons learn to ignore it. or just assume all replies are samefags, but in the end it will tire itself out, they always do sooner or later
>>208770 >The old wooden fortune-teller, a cruel gypsy mistress doesn't answer the question with a yes or a no, but instead with the dreadful words >"Better not tell you now." >As the wooden gypsy deactivated, Anon was left with the cursed fear and knowledge that maybe in a second, a minute, an hour, a day, a week, a month, or even a year perhaps >His balls will be crushed by a mallet delivered by a tiny J >And there is nothing he can do to prevent this fate

>>208792 Me, trying to come up with a story behind this image: >normal Uzi grows up being variously either bullied or stayed far away from by the other kids because she's an autistic freak >drone-shaped Solver meat creature Uzi grows up being pitied by the other kids because they think her behavior is normal for... whatever she is, and then she unconvincingly insists she's a normal drone like them and their hearts break even more >at least Khan has no expectations for his frail meat daughter that he gave Nori a C-section to deliver to work on doors, so he defends her instead of publicly roasting her for not being into doors
>>208813 I hope so and that this lack of greens has to do with all of them simultaneously having busier lives than usual. I noticed that 3 months ago it all started, slowly original or new kinds of greentexts stopped being produced. Right now I'd say there's only 3 active writefags, one that writes about Molly and another that writes about Buddy, two OCs that I really don't care for personally, the last writefag is one that makes tiny Shitposts
>>208821 (me) Although if any of you are wanting something to scratch that greentext itch here's this. >>191413 >>195178 >>199502 >>202977 >>208481 Seriously the Liam Vickers thread is incredibly underrated. So much potential here if you need a small break from Drones
Do you think Uzi ever tried to use her solver powers for fucked-up kinky sex only to end up summoning a horror beyond her comprehension that results in 20 Drones dead and one traumatized N?
>>208821 Look at it this way >The best drawfags are prolific and their work is unmistakably >The best writefags are elusive and their work is indistinguishable >Both shape the creative landscape of these threads in their own ways

>>208915 This is the anon who did save greentext. It's more complicated than just an image, if you look in Booru you'll see how much greentext was uploaded by him.
>>208914 I found it, don't want to bother ya with finding it. Besides, real bloodplay stuff was written just in a usual format, nor like its good. All my stuff gives me bueno to be honest. Especially since it was written on outburst of emotions. >You and J are hugging each other during cold night >Warm from her body reminds you of an electric blanket, but it's different >And one of the diffrences is that she even induce warm from within you >You start to feel yourself a little dizzy because of it, and burst of emotions is not helping >You suddenly break the hug and look into her eyes >Confusion with a little sadness appears on her face >She wants to say something, but you interupt her with a sloppy kiss >Your mind is burning, yet you don't stop and even start to tear her clothes >All what you want is to cover her featureless body with kisses and you do >She's not even trying to stop you >With each kiss you can feel how her body starts to raise temperature >J murmurs something but you can't understand her >All of this stops when you "burn" your lips at one moment >Scalding pain quickly brings you to your senses >You want to say sorry for all of "this", but J suddenly falls >Text on her face says about some kind of critical temporary shutdown due to overheating >Rest of the night you spend next to J while thinking about finding her some new clothes
>>208930 >frenzying, uncontrollably thirsty Uzi tears Rebecca in half and eldritch meat welds Rebecca's lower half to where her own was >Uzi spends the rest of the series with legs, but also dealing with the various IMTDs (immoral makeout transmitted diseases) fusing part of Rebecca to herself has given her
>>208200 Nice Alicegreen! Her end of season 1 situation has quite some potential, for character development and story, the events are basically laid out already. Tho I need to say ofc again that she isn't really 'squished to death', it isn't as bad as it looks at first glance trust mebbro. All that matters is her body (and core especially) are in good enough condition, she was never finished or dealt with proper (look at Amda's semi-onscreen destruction, there were at least three different attacks each causing a lot of splatter, we see zero damage on her body so, winging it with bts stuff [we can see Sentinel 'hold' have Amda under it, as if holding and biting her back{with some fantasy, they just are kinda clipped into each other}], she did 'die' the same way rebecca did, by oilloss) which is the difference between her body and the ones of all hef fellow subjects. And Alice is confirmed ZD on top In any case what you say is more likely to be possible than you think, tho the mess with having no eyes (if she can wake up on er own) would be a problem >>208303 Aww
Also whoever posted pic rel, very based, I have been planing a similiar idea with Alice and V too but I am not gonna be able to make it into a comic like that, maybe just a drawong. Thanks for posting that tho, I'll save it till I am done with the week to have smth to look forward to. Or till someone posts it here
>>208944 Who knows. Maybe tired, maybe real life problems. It's very time consuming work to save greentext going and he was getting nothing for it except our gratitude, so I'm not surprised he stopped.
