Ecila is from outpost 6 lore, she is subject 071 and survived the sentinels because she was in a room with Uaeb and power went out so they were trapped for 20 years or so till nahk got them out.
From what I remember she is in looks the same as Alice (maybe without blackstreacks to distinguish them, since back then we didn't see Alice has blackstreaks so Ecila also doesn't have them.
She's reclusive, depressed and uaeb is serial killer/psycho since he got a body, 'sublty' letting no one to his mom, everyone she gets close with gets killed but no one knows he does it. Not just psychological stuff, also some real damage from running low on energy fue to 20 years shutdown

This is something a lot of people need to understand when writing about OC stuff and want to put it out in the public. If it's trying to be entirely original and with little to no connection to the canon cast, chance are it won't be acknowledged much unless you really slam dunk it. Writing about variants of canon characters like Undertale AUs will always end up gaining more attention than bonafide pure OCs.
I personally don't really mind it since my stuff is mostly a personal project, any attention it might get being a bonus.

I agree with most, not 100% on Alice tho.
I can see why you'd think she killed and ate drones, given her happy chopping of Amda, but there's two reasons for why she (imo) most most likely did not kill any WD, be it by Sentinel or herself.
First, the 029 scene at the start of 6 takes place during the core collapse or rather shortly after, not close to 6. Reasons for this are:
>Lights flickering out, they are never seen on in 6 either, probably due to some progressive damage from the core blast having gotten to them by then(likely minutes or at most an hour after collapse I assume)
>Office is filled with bodies, no WDs laying around in 6
>How should 029 and others have survived that long in the first place? They all didn't have the survival skills for that, if Alice were hunting them it'd look even worse. No way they survived long enough for Alice to figure out how she can use the Sentinels via doors, not to mention the implied 20 years till shortly before 6
Second reason, besides lack of evidence for Alice's potential murdering and evidence being there against it:

>Why such excitement upon Uzi's awakening?
>Alice left N unattended, a DD, to wait for Uzi
>High interest and besides restraining no serious ill will
>Had Alice already been used to killing WDs and by doing so having encountered several living ones in her 20 years this attitude would be different, Uzi would be nothing special
>Note this was before finding out any Nori relation/Uzi being a witch

Now I know why you think she'd have killed others, the narrative methods don't help Alice (like the placement of the intro with Amda/Amda being on Alice's table), and it looks like they wanted to make it look like Alice killed WDs, but in all fairness everything they show is explitcitly evidences that this is NOT THE CASE.
Maybe it was Liam's idea to make her a serial killer, but intention doesn't matter if the execution shows a completely different situation. It is IMPLIED Alice is a killer, but only due to subtle narrative choices, it is PROVEN and SHOWN that this is on one hand logistically very questionable and makes the Uzi scene weird. Having Alice not be a WD killer makes her treatment of Uzi make sense, were she a killer the only reason Uzi would have been listened to and prioritized (a DD can also whine if you think Alice kept Uzi only for torture, a DD even regenerates so way more fun with torturing that one instead of a WD////) would be plot armor, which we already have enough cases of.
