I don't know to be honest, a few theories pop in my head, I should rewatch everything, but as of now. I think that she tried to keep her head cooled, since panicking wouldn't do much, or she probably expected something go wrong and for them to be liberated somehow, since Tessa/Cyn was there too, or she expected Alice to commit a mistake and capitalize on it.

Makes sense, back then I believed it was due to her being done with everything (due to the interpretation of 6's ebd as her suicide attempt), but keeping a lowprofile since she is a DD at Alice's mercy fits too. Who knows, maybe Alice and V did interact already before Uzi woke up, V was wide awake and didn't seem scared or nervous/confused(what you'd expect), wonder how that could have gone, after all Alice did for some reason leave V unharmed.
V's silence can be rationalized, but I'm still not over how Uzi's arrogance and impusliveness fucked everything up. Had N been in the same room everything would have been better, he wouldn't have been silent, I feel as if his attitude would have worked well enough, he's still avDD but with Uzi (whobAlice wasn't hostile to initially) around it could have worked out.
If you look at it they should have been allies anyways, episode 1 Uzi would have been a fan of Alice's work (I don't get how she straight up ignored the idk how many DD cores collected by one WD), total shame they did not even give Alice a chance or try negotiate (asking questions and beging for mercy AFTER having bitten her finger off with zero possible gain is a retarded strategy)
