Hello Friends! It's the middle of the night, and I wish you a very good day!... Or night. You know what I'm about to say, right? Let's enjoy the talk about Drones and Drone-related topics, because they are pretty fun topics. The pretty awesome Booru: https://dronebooru.co The wheel of astonishing OCs: https://wheelofnames.com/8hc-stc Last Thread: >>101583
>>102522 Fuck, I feel your pain man. I don't know if a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) is an option for you at your place but it's a suggestion for my part. Saved my ass a couple of times when the power goes to shit here. Otherwise, pen and paper never need power. >>102516 >>102523 Thank you based Smileanon.
Reposting my idea here for a new member of "Starseekerss" since I didn't notice the thread was ending - Aquila!
>Named after the Aquila constellation. >Wears clothes that resemble what fighter pilots wear. >The modification she was given is "High-Altitude Maneuverability" module. Basically she's equipped with wings that resemble eagle's wings (or at least something closely resembling eagle wings considering how skeletal SD wings are) that are more advanced than standard Sentinel wings, allowing her to have greater control in the air. >The other modification she was given is more advanced sensors that give her better hearing and vision, which is represented by a visor that can slide up and down, and a lighter chassis. While the chassis is still very durable, it's not as durable as standard chassis but the weight reduction assist her in flying. >Her feet, unlike a female Sentinel's peg-like feet, look like eagle claws allowing her to snatch things from the ground and into the air. >She acts as the squad's scout/CAS specialist, assisting the rest of the squad from the air with her 50 Cal machine guns and rocket launchers for arm weaponry. >Because of her advanced sensor arrays, she is very sensitive to sudden sounds and lights. You can very easily scare her just by yelling "boo" at her. Her sentisivity has also made her paranoid thinking someone's always sneaking behind her. This is useful on the battlefield, not so useful back at base.
I'll draw her once I have the time but for now this'll do.
>>102513 >>102492 (reposting from previous thread) Depending on her mood (mostly just when shes not stressed the fuck out or having an episode for other reasons) she can mostly have walks like normal.
when shes calm or otherwise distracted, its mostly just mild paranoia (best way to describe it is like playing old DayZ and your crossing a open field with the mild feeling a bush wookie is looking at you.) (elf is the bush wookie)
>>102540 Whatever works for you, I just hope you're ready to repeatedly sex the solverpede and her friends and pay child support for your innumerable spawn
>>102539 Noooooooo! Though good point, still need a candle or a flashlight if you wanna keep writing during a power outage. We are intertwined with that which is electric, eternally.
>>102552 She would most centainly try to. She'd hold him as they fly off the ground, not that far of though. She'll gradually fly higher and higher as to not spook him.
Hello anons. Continuing from last thread, I am combining most AU star systems into a map, and if you'd like to contribute your AU's star systems go ahead. The AU systems I have are: >Switchanon's Epsilon Eridani for SS13 crossover >Kutral System >Phoenixanon's Systems (need more information, provide if possible) If any anons would like to provide their or other contentpals' star systems, go ahead.
>>102565 Thengk yew Btw does anyone have wishes or ideas or 'prompts' for short stories involving the CFL drones? Can be during anytime, with any of them in any form, feeling very willing to make 'comics' with them 002,017,029,049, Mika, all good as long as they have that beautiful gown Technically alt outfits are cool tho, potential core Niri or Yeva as well
>>102575 Kissing Alice would be serene Not only the physical thing, feeling her close to you most likely, her round smooth, yet hardshelled chest, her softer mid, thin neck and arms, the big head which would radiate some warmth-not much, maybe 25-30C° on screen, her hair there too. Kissing a drone would be awesome, they feel so pleasant, also that mouth is cool af, just hope she doesn't bite. Also the emotional thing, Alice got not only no affection in decades or all her life, no, poor girl went through hell and isolation, getting hurt physically and emotionally yet still remained composed enough to behave and keep going. Making Alice genuinely happy -in her lively, very capable of amazement manner- would be awesome, imagine her free from the stress and horror of living surrounded by death and enemies, mmmm If Alice were to decide to kiss one out of her own volition man....that would be worth everything
>>102598 I mean she had to disassociate from them in order to take all of them apart, Alice is good but gained the experience only later on, she had no knowledge back then to repair a drone that much, in the end all of them are very disassembled. I tgink 029 can be fixed too since she's still recognizable and largely in one piece Anyways, that's not her first concern. But in a good ending I believe she could do something like that, it's likely that the entirety of positive interactions she had in her life so far where with some of the other subjects. Also Alice has no one in canon, she is mentally pretty strong to act like she did in 6, but after a good end and her being able to mellow out and decompress, she'd possibly be somewhat melancholic and do something like that, at least for the ones she knew back then. Probably for everyone, even if only for ditraction and nothing else to do. Alice enjoys crafting or fiddling around, it would distract her from her sorry situation
>>102604 Yeah, looking at that I'm pretty sute he also has wings like Mika. Wouldn't be surprised if Mika has a fucked up face like his too. >yfw Mika and Jame bonded over being the same type of freak
>>102615 Imagine if they had been able to though, or at least one breaking out then releasing the others. Khan and his people find a bunch of traumatized mutants along with Nori and Yeva.
Know what, since against all expectations episode 8 ended up with a bodycount of exactly 0(null), I would have been perfectly fine with total goodend, Uzi bringing back the campers, Doll physically (if possible?) as well as her family, Alice and Beau too. Would mean a lot and not change the situation of AS being temporarily imprisoned. Would massively improve Uzi's image Yeah wishfull thinking but what a shame, Lizzy and Thad get of with no harm. They don't deserve harm, but so many others are petmakilled it's not fair I'm gonna cope and seethe gn
>>102593 theres a friend i have whos not on the discord but is excited of the game regardless, i keep tabs on the game for him, accumulate alot of screenshots and other stuff
>>102622 Cyn was pretty and cute back then, back when she was that mysterious goofy, fascinating, very strange and alien drone. All the way back in my dreams last year when I first saw MD and imagined it different, Cyn smelt of ripe pears
>>102623 Fuck it, as long as we're changing history like this let's have Amda survive too and she and Alice also escape. >>102626 Probably not much. Drones have extremely high tolerances for weird shit as long as it isn't actively dangerous. No one would bat an eye at the Resident Evil/Parasite Eve reverse cyborgs after it becomes clear they're like them.
>>102628 I'm a closed tester of the game so seeing that here caught me off guard, Still neat to know the game has gotten enough traction to reach even this small place.
>>102634 Lucky you, i wont push for any info but the public updates have been kinda nonexistent these last few months, has anything happened in closed testing?
>>102627 I'll try. Might try to squeeze out a green about him meeting the little Grunt Drones then trying to protect them cuz he finds them far too cute for active service
>>102639 I forgot how long ago the last public update was but in short: >Raf spent a couple months focusing on improving game performance >further improvement to tripod models so they cause less lag >multiplayer is now real but still full of bugs >Raf broke up with his GF which put him in a funk for a little while >eventually recovers from funk and continues work >game is now updated to Unity 6 LTS >improvements to overall lighting and day/night cycles no longer being instantaneous >several QOL features being added/worked on >side effect of game being updated to unity 6 is a lot of bugs and unexpected behaviors popped up which he's been quietly working on >new public update video in the works but no ETA on it beyond soon™ I couldn't seem to get the spoiler to work properly, Whoops.
>Some fun facts about sea creatures. >There is a reason there is no creature quite as large as a whale on land. >That is because of a few things. >Calorie limits, ecosystem limitations, but most importantly... >Structural limitations. >It's much easier to make a large creature that won't buckle under its own weight in the water than it is on land. >Rather than legs to support its massive frame, it simply needs the muscle and buoyancy to navigate said water. >These were some of the high school level thoughts going through the head of a certain private as he stood aboard the HMS. Thunderchild. >Watching the creature of twisted flesh that dwarfed his battleship. >The Solver war, as the higher ups had dubbed it, was not going well...
>>102651 That makes me think of the story with the colonel who stopped a testing with a stick bug-inspired walker robot designed to set off land mines. It's definitely one of the odd quirks of the human experience.
>>102641 >>102643 >>102645 I swear on all of reality and all that has ever happened, will happen, may happen, and won’t happen, I will love akita forever, this ride isn’t going to end, for the fun is infinite
god i need to find some of phoenixanons old greens because ive been rereading Senti-elfs first green and in fucking invested.
I know of tomato's & P-anon's tendency's to make their characters suffer are going to absolutely compound into top tier elf suffering but im fucking PRAYING for her to be happy, even a little.
>>102679 For the first round I fuck every single drone there. Then I eliminate half of them. Same for the second round. When 3 are left things switch to a battle royale mode where each must fuck their way to victory.
>>102682 Me: Unquestionable taste and dignity. Everyone else: Horrible degenerates that belong on a cross. This is sarcasm. Except the dick biting one fuck that one.
>>102693 Lucy has always been a test subject, that was her original lore. Some Cabin Fever bros fucked around with a Zombie drone and reprogramed her only to fuck it up and leave her broken.
>>102713 Humanity wasn't as unadvanced as people believe they were in my eyes. Just because they're limited to the tech we have now doesn't mean that they couldn't make some crazy shit. But everything kinda fucks you over when you're fighting a literal god
>>102716 >fighting a literal god that looks directly at an explosion and fucking dies, than gets hacked 2 times, it’s ended by a femcel with daddy issues
>>102725 Australians. What if the braindead idiocy was more or less located solely to Australia? Everyone else was a little on the moronic side but still more competent than them.
>>102735 Problem is that requires a lot more knowledge than we have. What the humans had at their disposal, what the Solver did other than use DD's. What the Solvers wincon in general was, as even in the show it's fucky.
>>102736 Terribly so. All we can rely on, especially now, is assumption and headcanon. We assume that they were still using Apaches because they used an asset they ripped from the Unreal market on the show, and we headcanon humans even really had a fighting chance, cuz we never really were told how quickly they rolled us.
>>102742 Yeah I agree with the unreal store thing. Headcanon I say that humanity had decommissioned all militaries under some big brother-esque super government and was in a state of total peace. With all weapons of war short of riot control gone. So when they got fucked they were basically just pulling out anything they'd mothballed over the past few centuries to help.
>>102744 If by tsuntsun you mean immature, then yeah. It’s not a good look, especially for someone who manages/represents a thread project like the booru. I help manage a community unrelated to these threads, and we know better than to act like petty teenage girls.
>>102745 all the yards of 100 century's, she alone is worth it, I’m ready for it, question remain's… are you ready for it? I ain't stopping till I break ya
>>102743 I headcanon military stagnated around the late 21st or 22nd century and every other technology built up around it, so you've got these super high quality space ships and yet your navy is still using this NASA-punk shitbox destroyer that was out of date as soon as it set off from orbit
remember, if you attempt to harm akita, you are cooked, seared, grilled, sunny side up, chopped, and served to akita, be it a cube, god, wendigo, cowboy, spider, robots! anything that can do harm, you are just completely cooked and made into a meal
>>102752 Please do not feed assholes to Akita is it isn't healthy for her. Just bury them under extreme pressure for millions of years so they become oil.
>Janes deal with the Yellow one did not have a lot of room for interpretation >"Open the way, and I shall allow you to be allowed off this world" >Instructions were clear about her part in the ruination of earth, but what she was allowed to do during this wasn't as neatly expressed >But whenever she tried to make ploys to at least help the doomed fools was seemingly what she was next to "help" her "benefactor" >Jane tried leaving some ammo on the side, perhaps hidden in some cover areas, her next task was to secretly destroy the ammo reserves outside of what she left already >Jane tries leaving some stims, and fast acting disinfectants around the ground carelessly, she now had to poison the water supply by just a smidge. Not enough to be noticeable but to make the men feel sluggish the next day >Janes first task was to disable the wall defenses, the voice on the radio did not require her to destroy any more defense just to place a weird USB into some turrets. >It was agony working covertly against the camp of soldiers, Jane could feel invisible eyes on her constantly, paranoia was all she could feel now. >She didnt care as much if some nameless, to her faceless soldier saw her for what she was doing, for what she was >Jane was most afraid of what Bonnie would say if she caught her >How could she defend herself, explain what she was doing >Jane tried cooking up a million lies in her head, but the look on Bonnies face made them all crumble in seconds >Jane relied on Bonnie staying on recovery for the next couple of hours, Bonnie may not like it but they were both going to be in a better place soon. >The one perk of completing these tasks is that when she was running sabotage, she was allowed to work on her escape pods. They were both destroyed in earlier battles, and despite Janes protests she was never ordered to fix them. Bonnie argued where else were they to go? >It wasnt like Jane could fix them regardless, she was good at mechanical fixes, but nothing this complex >Until now >It was as if something was working through her, a voice deep inside her head feeding her mechanical knowledge she shouldnt have. What would have taken days only took minutes to fix. Only downside being an unhealthy amount of puking dark black and red fluids after a good bit of work >But soon, she had it, two functional escape pods courtesy of her military. Built as a last ditch effort to escape an unwinnable situation. They would first freeze you for cryo sleep, then launch the pod into the air, where hopefully you would land in a not so fucked situation. >What the Military failed to account for is that the air was now plagued with metal demons constantly flying about looking for anything that isnt them in the sky to kill, so really you just launched yourself into an even worse situation with a very little chance of escape. That is assuming when you land you'd even survive the impact, Jane wouldn't know she never heard of anyone who did. >These pods however, were modified for a much grander purpose, Space travel, or something akin to it. Guaranteed safe passage into the Thermosphere and beyond, and from there divine guidance to something Jane could only hope was safe for her. >Safe for her and Bonnie, she quickly corrected herself in her own mind, looking at the other fixed pod.
>>102766 >Just then, ringing from the Radio could be heard, Jane rushed out before anyone else could answer it, except no one else even tried, she wondered if they could even hear the ear piercing ringing it made or if they were all so shell shocked they have gone deaf. >Then again, the Radio hasn't worked in ages, not until Jane received her unholy intervention, she didn't even need to fix the radio now it was as if she could hear through the static. >She picked up the vox and listened close awaiting more orders >It was quiet for a moment. And then Jane heard the all too familiar feminine voice at the end. >"[Happy] You have done so well with our little project my good solider [not sarcastic eye wink]" >'Very soon I will send my playthings out to your current location, all you need to do is >"Make sure none survive, and then you may leave" >Jane paused for a moment, she couldnt have heard that right >"Did you mean to say none" she responded shakily, "You said I was allowed to rebuild two escape pods" >"[giggle] I said you could rebuild two, I didnt say you could use two he he he" >"Thats not fair! That Wasnt our Deal!" Jane screamed >"[Head tilt to side] Is it not? You will still be allowed off the world, just as you wanted. I am sending my playthings now, so it is best you get your issues sorted now tee hee" >Static again, Jane was left shocked for a moment, staring dead into the wall. >Well, that was before the blind rage where she beat the phone into the radio box until it shattered and her hands were bloody. >Jane was inconsolable, tears streamed from her face the weight of her sins almost too much to bear, until an all too familiar voice came from just behind her >"J? Is that you? What are you doing back here? And why is the radio smashed" Bonnie said, her limping figure seen from the doorway >Jane could hardly face her, in fact she refused to, keeping her back to her at all times >"Its nothing Bonnie, I was sick of this thing not working and I got a little out of control, please go back to med bay" Jane tried to keep it together telling her bold face lie >"Jane youre bleeding" Bonnie responded looking at Janes bloody and bruised hand >"Its nothing, go back to med bay, please" Jane responded, as she pushed past Bonnie hitting her shoulder against bonnie in her hurry to get out of the door. >Bonnie snatched janes arm before she could leave completely forcing Jane to look deep into Bonnies face >"Jane, is everything alright? You're worrying me" Bonnie spoke with a cruel sort of sentimentality, the kind you only get from a worried mother after she hears of your failing grades, or a disappointed friend trying to get back in touch after you ghost them for a month. >Jane could not respond, what could she, she just continued looking around trying not to look too much at Bonnies worried face before she yanked her hand out of Bonnies loose grip >"Everythings fine B, We are going to be alright I promise" Jane said looking at the ground before running off leaving Bonnie motionless at the door. >Jane no longer cared how suspiciously she looked, she couldn't even think straight now, her mind was solely focused on preparing.
>>102703 So STALKER but instead of bolts you've got a pouch full of worker drones that you're lugging around and chucking into anomalies? >>102730 To be fair to them, it's a flightless bird that's really mean
>>102767 >It wasn't until a few hours later the horrible metal demons arrived in waves, a verifiable tidal wave of robotic death >They didnt stand a chance, getting past their meager defenses wasn't an issue, and only became a problem for the soldiers as their own turrets turned against them firing a flurry of bullets into the crowds of humans >Jane did not care, she was only trying to focus on picking out one human among the bodies around her >She dodged incoming fire where she could and spent a lot of the chaos crawling on the ground, like a worm, or a snake, or a rat. >After enough crawling in the mud she heard the sounds she was looking for, screaming, but not screaming in fear or screaming your last scream of your miserable life, the kind of scream that inspired courage in the hopeless. >"HOLD THE LINE, HOLD THIS FUCKING GROUND MEN, THIS IS WHERE WE MAKE OUR STAND HERE AND NOW" Jane could hear Bonnie trying desperately to inspire her troops >It was as if the entire world enclosed in this moment, tunnel vision on Bonnie and her handful of troops firing blindly into the waves of mutants and devils, of course it was mostly ineffectual but the sheer body of people who surrounded Bonnie and the volume of ammunition (or at least that which didn't explode the gun the soldier was carrying) gave her a human meat shield that Jane felt would keep her safe for a little bit longer. >But that little bit was slowly going away, fast, Jane needed to hurry >Jane's entire focus was shattered when suddenly a robotic foot slammed itself into the mud in front of her face, covering herself in guck. >Jane quickly stumbled backwards and entered what one would struggle to describe a defensive position, a pistol at the ready but unable to aim due to shaky breathing >A metal devil stood before her, she had never been this close to one. Its white plastic contrasting with the blood on its jacket, it waved its tail in an hypnotic fashion, slowly but ready to strike at any moment, its long claws almost the length of Jane's entire body. >Jane and the Drone stood there for a moment, staring at each other. For Jane the entire battle stopped, she could no longer hear the screams and gunshots, she couldn’t even hear Bonnies shouting, it was her and this monstrosity. >She wondered if this was it, that she was either once again in her miserable life given a shit hand, or if this was a big joke from her benefactor and she was tricked. Either way Jane closed her eyes and waited. >Drool poured in globs from the creature's mouth, Jane peaked one eye open slightly, it was just standing there, smiling to itself and watching, like a mouse watches a trapped mouse. >Then, it just laughed, and flew away to pick up and eat someone else, it was as if it was just.. Playing with her. It could not attack Jane so it simply fed on her fear and then left when satisfied, Jane felt used and mocked.
>>102780 >Her personal feelings did not matter any longer, her focus was now back to Bonnie, who she now realized she could no longer hear at all. >She got off the ground and started running towards where she last saw Bonnie, looking around desperately for any sign of her, until she looked down at saw her sprawled on the floor with a gut wound possibly from a bullet or a blade, neither mattered as it was big and it was bleeding profusely. >Jane fell to her knees, and put her arms around Bonnie, she could see her faintly weakly clinging on to life. Jane could feel overwhelming hope, she had her now, she was alive, and any wound she suffered could be possibly mitigated by the Cryo Sleep. She was so happy and hopeful tears streamed from her eyes with unending fervor, tears of joy Jane was sure! >Jane limped her way carrying Bonnie's weight in her arms to the hanger where she stored the escape pods, trying her best to avoid any of the battle, if it could still be called a battle it was more like a massacre. >Bonnie wasn’t making it easy on Jane to carry her, she was clinging on to threads, and oddly shaking slightly between he exasperated breathing, muttering things Jane could not hear. >Jane reached the hanger door but it was locked, because of course it was, Jane had no easy and quick way inside and she looked at Bonnie's increasing blood loss with despair. She looked around for any easy answer but couldn't find any. Until one of the drones flew down to her and slashed the hanger door open with its mighty claws and “”accidentally”” nicking Jane in her shoulder causing a rather large gash, blood oozing from the now open wound. All in response it gave was a Giggle, an “Oops, hehe”, licking the blood off her “finger”, followed by a mocking salute and flying back into combat to feed. >Jane really didn't care for these Drones odd antics. >She rushed to the fully working Pods trying her best not to feel her own bloodloss before she set down Bonnie at the side of one, she was still here, breathing and muttering. Jane began her preparations as she slapped a gauze roll onto her wound to stop the bleeding, then applying what she could to Bonnies wounds as best she could, Bonnie struggled against her for some reason. >Jane was engrossed in her work, pressing buttons, flicking dials, checking coolants, all was in order on her pod. >She went over to Bonnie, raising her head with her hand to get her close so Bonnie did not need to waste effort. >Jane felt an incomprehensible amount of guilt looking at Bonnie in this state, and felt it best to explain her self. They were going to spend a lot of time together and Jane didnt want to spend most of it being given the silent treatment. >Jane envisioned them on a Beach somewhere, somewhere warm and sunny. Kicking back under some shade, sipping the finest margaritas, being waited on hand and foot by one of those dumb Metal Devils. A true paradise. >”Bonnie, I know youre going to hate me for this, I know you might never forgive me, but what I did was for the good of both of us.” Jane said. “I have made sure we will be able to leave this doomed war in peace, and survive together somewhere… better together” >”You have to believe me, I did this for us both” Jane said feeling slightly uneasy at that last part >Bonnie didn’t reply, she barely even moved, but she was still breathing. >”... Ja… Jane” Bonnie tried speaking, her voice shaky. >Jane was ecstatic to hear from her again, her voice was like cocaine for Janes heart >Bonnie muttered something under her breath, something short, that Jane couldn’t hear. So Jane leaned in close to actually hear her >Only for Bonnie to spit a large glob of blood into Janes face, followed by weak giggling to herself. >Jane was stunned, she wiped it off, and when she could see it again she saw Bonnie smiling at her. Not her usual friendly smile, a crooked, horrible smile. A smile that read “I know what you are, what you’ve done, and you will burn for it and I would be glad to watch it” >Jane ignored this. Bonnie was simply overreacting. She could not see the gift Jane had given to them. >Jane picked Bonnie up again and loaded her into her Escape pod before shutting the door. The glass was only one way, Jane could not see inside the pod but she knew Bonnie could see her. Jane didn’t need to, she still envisioned that cruel look on Bonnies face. >She shook these feelings off and gathered herself into her own pod, doing one last check to make sure this thing would fly. She strapped in, put on her seatbelt, and could feel the cold air surrounding her. >She was going to a better place now.
>Jane awoke >She took the medical gear off herself and felt as every molecule of her body defrosted slowly >It was pure agony >She quickly opened up the pod door and she felt her body freeze over like she didnt even leave the pod at all. >She didnt know where she was, but she knew it was Cold and it was Dark. Bitter Snowflakes danced in the wind around her as the wind outside howled. Her army uniform was only barely designed for this temperature so she shook with some discomfort. >She seemed to be inside some kind of building, from the massive hole in the wall it seemed like her pod crashed into this place. >Jane felt sick, she fell over only barely keeping her body up as she puked more red and dark liquids from her body >She huffed, and she puffed, and she screamed. >Then, it hit her like a ton of bricks, where is the other Pod? >She searched and searched and didnt see a thing, until she began screaming for a reply ‘BONNIE’.... “B”... “ARE YOU HERE, GIVE ME A SIGN”... “ANYTHING PLEASE” >’oh… hello” jane finally heard a voice, but it wasnt the voice she wanted nor would ever want to hear again >’I was wondering when I would see you again my good little soldier, it has been some time’ the yellow hologram spoke ‘I hope you enjoyed your vacation and getaway [giggle] I am actually shocked you made it anywhere at all [genuine confusion]’ >Jane froze, she could not react, what was this horrible thing speaking of? >”Where’s Bonnie” Jane finally asked >The Yellow hologram moved in an uncanny way towards her, slowly, but keeping pace >”[giggle] It was a one in a million chance you would end up anywhere, I suppose the other thing got the short end of the stick, but i'm sure you know what that feels like’ it spoke in its usual monotone voice, but Jane could feel the taunting way it spoke to her “You must feel very lucky right now, and you should [not sarcasm]” >”You.. You said you would grant me passage off world? You promised” Jane struggled to process this information >”[confused expression] But I did? You were allowed to build your escape vehicles and leave the planet, I never promised you would end up anywhere” the yellow hologram continued “But this result is much more entertaining then you simply expiring in the void [intense glare]” >”I think I will watch you with much interest, plaything” it said, before disappearing in an electric buzz off to god knows where. >Jane was quiet, she looked into the white void of snow until she could no longer. >She went back to her pod, possibly hopeful she could escape her situation again, it was now completely and utterly destroyed. >She closed the door to the pod and began to cry intensely >”Oh Bonnie, what did I do to us, I didnt want this, I just, Im sorry, Im sorry. Im sorry” she said to no one in particular as she scanned the door >On it was a message written in blood, dried at this point, Jane assumed it was written when she wasn’t looking, or perhaps when she was more focused on making sure her own pod worked correctly >It was a simple one, a single word, who ever wrote it clearly struggled but the point was made clear >It read “Traitor”
Alright thats it hope you enjoyed or maybe you didnt in that case good as well
remember jane, your actions will always have consequences, if bonnie or beretta knew any of what you have done, both would be ashamed, disappointed and disgusted with you, than again, you do like using other people for your own selfish gain, maybe that’s why you and Y get along so well, well enough to forget about you killing bonnie in cold blood, betraying humanity, leaving your own team mates behind to scream in painful agony as the flames consume their body's, the flesh rotting away into nothing, moral of this story? lesbians shouldn’t be allowed in war
>>102608 >>102623 >>102632 Just realized that since they don't have jaws Mika and Jame physically wouldn't be able to have sloppy makeout sessions, i.e. the drone equivalent of sex.
>>102786 >Her personal feelings did not matter any longer, her focus was now back to Bonnie Her personnal feelings didn't matter any longer, so she turned her attention to the person she had personnal feelings for.
>have oogi >she's a good oogi, but she's getting fat >she likes to sit and watch me play vidya >idea >get old controller from box >put cord in convincing position >ask oogi if she wants to play >her optics light up, she waddles over to the controller >play vidya like normal- oogi likes to hit the turbo button on the controller and thinks she's controlling the screen >oogi gets her exercise >just don't die ingame otherwise she'll cry and yell at the screen
>Be Ian >Taking mom's dog to dog park >Go as early as possible because dat bitch is mean and you don't need her causing trouble with other canines. >Feral Oogi Herd. Fuck. > "Hyuuman go 'way! Dis Oogi Wand nao!" >Hate this. You're on the fence with these things. On one hand they're adorable, on the other hand some just ask for the shit that happens to them. >"Listen. This isn't a good place for you-" >Isabelle, your Mom's beloved Shih-Tzu is growling and snarling up a storm. The Oogis are getting restless. You hear whimpers of Munsta whilst the Leader and Alpha Oogis puff their cheeks out and stomp their soft stubs >"Hyuman take munsta an' go away! Or get Big owwies!" >Get annoyed and try to tell them that there'll be other people with dogs coming here but can't get a word in. Feeling even MORE annoyed and begin to understand the abuse culture even more. >Isabelle slips her leash. > Double Fuck. >Watch in horror as your mother's beloved dog rushes into the herd, barking as loudly as she could. >"HEWD GIF MUNSTA BIG-AAAAAAAIEEE!!!!" >Blink as you watch your mom's dog bite at the Leader's face. Her bites don't hurt on their own, but the fact that she likes to chain several together... well... >"AAAIIE!!! HEWD HEP OOGI! DUN WAN BOO-BOO-" >Isabelle tore it's head off. Ouch. You didn't think she had it in her. The Alphas try to take her on while the rest of the herd panics. >Blood everywhere. >Holy. Fuck. >The Alphas don't even stop her. Every time they try to grab or bite at her she just changes the direction of her fury. >Stubs and the legs they are on are torn off and apart. Throats sundered, Noses ripped. Beanies pulled off and the skin beneath left bloodied. >You want to feel nauseous but the sight of this carnage is just so... fascinating. Like all is right in the world. >Ohshit she's moving onto the Bugrettas now - the attendants and the other more mobile members of the herd abandoned them along with some of the younger Oogis who couldn't keep up when the blood flowed with little end. >"NUUU! MUNSTA LEAVE BOOG AWONE! OOGI GONNA BE MUMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIEEE-" >You wince. Isabelle just tore the Bugretta open. She WAS going to be a mother. The other Bugrettas don't stop screaming in terror as Isabelle tore the Oogis protecting them apart and shook them wildly, sending gore everywhere. >You hear something burst loudly and a hard wet slap to your chest. You instinctively clutch at it. >Chirping. Weak Chirping. Its a larval Oogi. >Boogsplosion wasn't a myth. Huh. How about that. >As you ponder on this fact and look at the foal you realize the screaming has stopped and take a good look around. >There's bloody beanies everywhere. Internal organs decorating the grass like demented party streamers, some leading back to the devastated corpses of the Oogis who owned them. >Isabelle is at your feet, looking like a mighty, bloody hound of war despite her diminutive size. She whines plaintively and looks at your hand. >You sigh and shake your head. >"Fine. One more won't hurt anyway." >and you drop the larva. Watching her shred the now screeching form into a bloody mess with her teeth. When she's done she looks as smug as she always has after a good meal. >You realize you have to give her a bath before you send her back to mom. >FUCK
>>102812 >>102834 Interesting stuff Fugueanon. Is it possible to provide a bit of lore on the system and Fuguedrone? I have an idea of what to do with the system but I want to be as lore accurate as possible.
This is kinda dumb but I saw a tiktok of a clingly cat and the owner said something to the lines of "He's so clingly he would wear my skin if he could" and it made me think of Cynwalker.
>>102859 Personally I have no idea how to even do that on old 4chan, what I do is just make a google doc, then copy & paste it here. This site accepts ALOTTTA stuff including straight-up Alien languages >⍀⟟☊☍ ⊬⍜⎍ ⎅⟟☊☍
>>102859 >Be anon >Talk in the third person >Make every sentence into a separate line >"and use the things at the end of this sentence when you want a character to actually talk" said Anon >No periods >Only girls do that Hopefully this will help you "scale the wall" and stop "being green"
>>102863 Even in /md/ not every writefag makes story greens, if you're a newwritefag the most important thing is to learn to instinctively meat the standard 4chan green
>>102884 God, me too. I would've also have loved an explanation as to why Doll was such a massive dickhead to Uzi or if they even had a friendship beforehand, considering that Yeva was Nori's closest friend
>>102671 She'll have a better time in the Anon x Elf thing I'm going to try to write. But unfortunately, it won't actually be canon. Simply ignore the actual canon and all will be well.
>>102853 Never. When I write, I have set a destination in my mind and I am making my way to it.
>>102865 Everyone is samefag! /md/ is one person in a padded room gibbering to himself in different voices and drawing in different styles with each limb. At the same time!
To anyone who owns a bugretta, is soda safe for them to drink? I have a bugretta myself and keeps eying on a liter that I have. I know she wants to drink it but I’m worried that it will do some harm to her. What do I do?
>>102887 >why Doll was such a massive dickhead to Uzi She's Lizzy and Rebecca's friend. But yeah, you think she'd suggest they invite Uzi into their friend group because hot popular girls always need an ugly friend to make them look even hotter.
>>102870 I'd write one about perfecting a mini-hoverpack for the Bugretta sausage so it can move about instead of needing oogis to roll it everywhere but...I'm too bored.
>>102893 would Uzi have been old enough to be shell-shocked by the experience and retreat into herself, or was she too young to remember? I can't recall
>>102895 I wouldn't depending on the brand. Tends to sour the honey she spews. And in extreme cases, the Bugretta explodes. Not like a gory explosion but like an actual fiery explosion. Builds too much energy in their system and eventually it all releases at once.
The bugretta will be fine though. Everything else around it? Not so much.
>>102901 I don't think we ever found out. On that note, another advantage of a longer series that lets the core plot breathe would be the hints that N killed Nori paying off. Can't get over how kino the aftermath arc of that would have been, with seeing how Uzi's decision to assign all culpability to the DDs' handler(s) holds up against her understanding of the situation going from "an MD I have no information on killed my mom" to "my tsundere crush killed my mom and never told me and was hoping I'd never find out what he did".
>NNN November results in an unacceptable 5% loss in Pavo's mission efficiency >technician anon is ordered to perform a 'manual release' and restore the sentinel unit to proper function
>>102902 NTA I read the attached post and it's a loser's idea of a threatening monologue, holy shit Modern society was a mistake, in the olden days dysfunctional people tended to die pretty early on
>>102926 Don't worry, my dear boy. I know how to revitalize these threads, first I just need to unleash /md/ Thread Simulator unto the unsuspecting masses
>>102921 It was good for the most part, but I didn't like how rushed the introduction of the arvic were. Such a cool alien concept ruined by Liam autismo.
>>102941 You're not even wrong. This was initially supposed to be an already existing SD, but I couldn't decide which one, so I just made a new one on the spot. So yeah, ivory is quite literally a *happy accident*. (Please don't tell her.)
>>102919 >Base command issues a retaliatory restraining order. >It is not known what will happen to the Pavo's mental matrix if he is forced to violate the NNN, and the base command does not want to check it.
>>102963 Let's see the ones currently up for grabs.... >JC >T.A.M.M.F.K >SD-(T)epes I was planning on taking him, but I don't have the time to put into it. Basically from what I remember his whole gimmick is that he's an actual Vampire Disassembly Drone
>>102808 Her personal feelings about being mocked didn’t matter so she turned her focus back to the person she was trying to save, I don’t get what the complaint is
>>102978 Could make something of Dolls ghost and V as well as the N-Nori kill reveal, J could also be involved. If you wanna exploit everything one could even make use of Alice (no idea for how she could be relevant to the maincast) or, more likely do smth with Yeva. But yeah only the first two have some potential. Am sure tho there is something that can be done
>>102788 Did the people like this?like I said I wrote it as a what if as the popular consensus is that Jane built one pod for herself, and while I generally prefer her to be more tragically selfish during this, I thought a green where she at least tried to save B would be fun (and sad).
Thought of something stupid for whatever this weird AU is where Ns, Vs, and Js can be bought. What if Uzi was like a virus that random Worker Drones could get that turns them into her?
>>102978 If Cyn had remained a looming threat then just another season would've been fine, but because of her massive defeat I think three seasons would be better, one to rebuild strength and another to use it. The second season could serve to give the characters some breathing room and expand the world, maybe Alice survived, maybe Cyn brought the other two pods for other reasons besides luggage, maybe the original O9 WDF isn't as friendly as we thought. The third would then have Cyn come back as the main antagonist, maybe have the crew go to Earth to put an end to her once and for all.

>>102991 I found a V the other day. Poor thing had a broken wing and couldn't return to her nest. She was crying a piercing cry too. Normally I would had left her there to be picked up by her murdermates but it was close to sunrise and she would die. Like any wounded animal, she was backed in a corner and ready to defend herself with her claws. I threw a towel over her head and she froze. It's like when you grab a kitten from the scruff of the neck, they just freeze. I carried her inside where the only light on is harmless to her. I fastened the towel around her neck like a sack while I figured out what to do with her. The internet said that she can heal on her own and to just feed her metal. I readjusted the towel and tied it with cords so that it covered her main and peripheral optics but left her mouth accessible, and fed her some tuna cans and excess cutlery I have. Had. At first I put them in her mouth but then she retracted her claws and started feeling meekly for my hands and the food I held. I let her take them off my hands. I didn't sleep all day but she did. I released her the following night and she flew on her way (kinda akwardly). Now whenever I take a nightly walk or return late from work she stalks me from a distance. I think she knows my scent now.
>>102995 >Doll's already dead >V just respawns in her admin's mind palace when she dies They're stuck with each other. >>102997 V probably ate her core, yeah. Most likely without looking so she had no idea why she tasted bad. And since V isn't being tormented around the clock with hardbass with the bass cranked all the way up, she's most likely not in her mind palace.
>>103007 I still think the best approach would be a Death Stranding ghost apocalypse from the $escaped_data, with the Solver trying to sabotage every solution to the problem that isn't "releasing it back into the universe".
>>103025 Very based! It's a good thing you don't have a chimney, though. Imagine what would happen if she, I don't know, tried to sneak into your house through it and watch you while you slept
>>103025 That's very noble anon, but now you have to close your windows at night: V will now sneak into your house while you sleep and eat your metal objects.
>>103054 >multi paragraph stories that are depressing dramas, creates heartbreaking characters whose gimmicks are a mask for their tragic pasts leaving them broken shells of what they were. >Uzi as a rat who eats cheese. I dont understand you.
>>102811 What is this recent trend of people taking fluffy stories and putting Oogis in them? Oogis arent even talked about that much anymore I dont understand why you would put time into being like this anymore.
>Daily drone fun facts: The Solver is not evil, it is sadistic. You may be asking, what's the difference? You may have noticed the Solver enjoys watching its soon to be victims, making deals with them, tempting them. It does so as a judge, allowing the species to trip over itself, allowing them to show their 'true colours'. Humanity was found... wanting...
>>103081 >Evil human corporation versus robots. Yawn. Call me when they come up with something original. Or at least something that doesn't stink of the safest storyline you can imagine.
>Jane is chilling in the colony. >Just sitting on a bench... >Minding her own business. >"[Jump scare] Vibe check!" Cyn yells as she erupts from the shadows and skewers Jane with a large scythe-like appendage. >Jane feels the blade cut into her chest, she feels her heart crumble beneath it. >A second later it's gone. >Her chest is fine. >No holes, no damage, just... normal. >"[Giggle]" >Looking behind her, the wall is covered in blood. >She decides not to think about it too hard.
>>103081 Dialog is choppy Va lines felt a little off. the lighting is weird looking but it's a pilot so hopefully those are fixed with later episodes and another anti-corpo robot uprising story? those are getting a little tiring but I'll wait for the secound episode. before deciding if I like it or not
Reminder that worker drones are strong enough to carry around minecarts full of ore but also light enough for a scrawny teenage girl to pick N up by the sides of his head and twirl him around.
>>103081 >trailers show its a horror show >get hyped for release >pilot is full of dumb zoomer comedy with bits of horror sprinkled in I had such high hopes too...
>>103107 Breaking the kayfabe for a moment, what would a straight up (action?) horror version of MD, where Glitch had someone work with Liam to keep him from being wacky XD randum, have gone like? Hellsing with robots?
>>103081 Cant believe Glitch went from TADC ep3 to THAT The animation quality is such a downgrade, and while TADCs humor might not be to everyones taste I cant imagine its controversial to say that was SMG4 tier slop Im happy Glitch is trying to expand its creativity and hiring new animators to try new things, but Im not sure I have faith in this Vickers guy. This feels like one of the old SMG4 "shows" all over again. The idea is alright but maybe if Goose was in charge it would be funnier. Its views are alright for a pilot but its dwarfed in comparison to TADC, so I dont know if it will really go anywhere, I imagine its characters will appear on SMG4 every so often as background memes. N is voiced by Jaxs VA which is nice. Overall what a disappointment, I hope this wont carry over to TADC ep4
>>103118 this actually makes me wonder how good MD would turn out if they remade the first episode Whenever I show a friend MD we always have to slog threw the pilot. have to promise it gets better because it's just bad.
>>103130 if you think like that then it will. Don't be so pessimistic about it. just ignore the posts we don't like and move on with our days and it won't be so bad.
>>103023 >>103024 Very nice lore fugueanon. Hoping to see tomorrow's continuation. As for what I mainly wanted to know is when the Theatre system is destroyed, before or after the gala?
>>103123 <me >>103126 It does let it's story breath and that's fine. that is one of the few good things about it!
however: the lighting looks like shit. there Isn't any ambient occlusion did you notice there isn't any fucking shadows in most of the scenes? the materials look like ass Uzis voice direction is bad which makes jokes that already might not of landed feel worse and the copy pasted movements for crowds make things look really odd,

V too. >They each die, unable to restrain Tessa without hurting her. >It's becoming a problem...
>>103081 >"Yeah that feels about right for something made by Liam. Let's see where things go from here." This was my genuine reaction when I first saw the pilot, btw, even now I still remember saying it out loud.

>>103243 Yeah. No one gets to dictate thread pace like they own the place. People like a thing someone came up with, you'll see more of it. Deal with it. >>103247 >OP of the '''controversial''' thread in question Pavo was put in the OP of that thread strictly because of the recent 100,000th post that happened in the previous thread. As I've said before I really couldn't give less of a shit about thread drama so to claim that it was a deliberate attempt to antagonize people is straight up untrue
>>103294 You don't study drawfags, you study Loomis. His Fun With A Pencil book should get you far. Michael Hampton. Save Nicolaides for later. Bridgman is good but hard to get into early on, I suggest looking at moderndayjames and how he explains what he got from Bridgman.
>>103305 Even if we are to take you at face value and believe Pavo posting was innocent, any more Pavo posting is clearly an attempt to aggravate people after the events

>>103383 1. Not a newfag. Been lurking since last fall 2. It was late at night and I wasn't sober enough to come up with a creative original OP 3. The digits demanded recognition
>>103393 >3. The digits demanded recognition No, they didn't. Never has it been a custom here or on 4chan to make a big deal out of a get outside the thread it happened. You fucked up and now /md/ is in a worse state for it because both sides are more riled up. Next time you want to do something, don't.
I bought a V unit because I'm a horny pervert, but...well...to make an incredibly long story short, it's now my Step-Mother and banging my dad; I've been cucked in a way I cannot possibly imagine. Can I still get a refund?
>There was a massive boom outside. >Mika felt her locker lurch, bracing herself with her wings as she tried not to panic. >It was loud. >Scary. >And then, there was nothing. >Mika waited several long moments, hoping to hear the humans scurrying around outside. >Waiting for someone to check on her. >But it was quiet. >Then she heard a banging. >Peaking through one of the slits in her locker, she saw one of her neighbors stumble out of his locker. >He'd probably been working on his restraints for a while, maybe he saw an opportunity. >"Hey! Hey!" Mika called. >Before the drone could answer, a sentinel pounced on him. >Mike recoiled as it tore into the drone, despite his attempts to fight back. >She sat, wings curling around her protectively. >Maybe she just needed to wait... >So, she waited. >And waited... >... >Days passed. >Weeks passed. >She ignored the core temperature alert. >And the thirst. >Outside meant... death. >Inside meant... death. Probably. >So... she took her chances. >Eventually, her mind slowed. >Eventually, she stopped thinking. >And eventually, she got a message. >STRING "ᵐOŘŘ?Ğ?几" BLOCKED BY ADMINISTRATOR "CYN" >STRING "ᵐOŘŘ?Ğ?几" BLOCKED BY ADMINISTRATOR "CYN" >STRING "ᵐOŘŘ?Ğ?几" BLOCKED BY ADMINISTRATOR "CYN" >JEEZ FINE JUST TAKE HER I WAS DONE WITH HER ANYWAY. >A new message appeared. >[Wow, that must suck.] {Would you like to make a contract little robot?} (It seems your current master left to get milk and I doubt they're coming back anyway.) >{[(We'll make sure you get out of there alive. Afterwards, we can work out the details, okay?)]} >{[(AYE/NAE)]} >Mika paused, eyeing the prompt. >"If I say yes, will you let me see the sky? Can I... can I fly?" >{[(...If you wish to, little robot.)]} [It does sound nice.] >She agreed.
>>103371 It's not, for one. Even if you've lurked since last fall, you still can't tell Smileanon's thread OP from a different OP. It's been mostly him making a new main thread when we hit close to 1000 posts because it lags for most people but he's not the only one. Thread 81, 75, 55, 35 and 30 for examples. I'm frankly impressed, his love for drones is stronger than most here but there are times when he's asleep that the threads hit over 900 posts. You made yourself look like a dum dum but that's about it. I'm lukewarm to the Pavo thing so don't call me a hater. I just want to see people drawing and writing drones out of genuine enjoyment instead of butting heads.
>>103428 Yes People who give obvious ragebait attention rather than simply ignoring it are retarded People who make shocking ragebait for a character they don't like rather than simply ignoring it are also retarded (and are arguably MORE retarded due to the extra effort involved)
>>103453 my guy, this has already been explained to you. you don't own the concept of a peacock tail. you put a vague concept out there, and then someone made it into an actual character that the thread built on and established. you claim to want nothing to do with Pavo but keep involving yourself with him and declaring that you're responsible for him despite the fact that nobody else would think that if you didn't keep saying it
>>103463 you mean the shock greens that make you look like a psycho and nobody accepts into "canon"? wow dude, really got me there by spending time and effort on something you hate that gets instantly discarded from legitimate conversation because you yourself announce you're doing it to spite anyone who likes the character
>>103479 >NTA I think he means that Anons are taking this Pavo thing too far and are starting to treat the character and therby it's creator as Droneanon
>>103463 Can you... not make another peacock drone without it having anything to do with Pavo? Cut off all associations and just write a thing because it's a concept YOU wanted to explore? You probably had some room for that if you didn't present yourself so spitefully. Yeah I remember reading the post about the idea originally being based on dancers. Then, do it? Expand on the concept yourself because it's a thing you'd like to do. Pull inspiration from Rio, pull inspiration from other stuff. Make a story for yourself. What did you want to tell with a peacock drone?
>>103423 >As soon as Mika agreed, she felt something in her shift. >STRING "MAIDEN_MOTHER_CRONE.EXE" SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED, EXECUTE? >Shrugging internally, Mika selected yes. >Immediately she felt pressure. >Something burst from her, pressing Mika against the side of the locker. >The locker itself bulged. >Strained. >Then snapped open.
Maiden >When Mika could see again, she found... two other 'hers' sprawled out nearby. Almost exact copies of her. >Both looked slightly older. Their chassis worn, hair a little less shiny. >But... they weren't in chains. >"Huh..." The three said in unison. >"Am I you? Are you me?" They continued, again in perfect sync. >"...Okay you go first." The three said, again. They frowned. >The three were silent for a time, then -- >"Uh..." The one in chains started. "Can you two maybe get me ou..." Mika was cut off as she heard talons on concrete. >She tried to scramble out of the locker as the other two heard the noise as well. >They both met her eyes. >"Go!" Mika yelled. "I'll-" Mika popped her wings, hoping to follow the two new drones, but the chains still weighed her down. >Three sentinels ambled around the corner, looking right at Mika. >Before she could even escape the locker, a flash stopped her in her tracks. >Her body fell back into the locker. >And then, she died.
Crone >Mika ran down the empty hall with her doppelganger in tow. >She wasn't quite sure what was happening, but she knew that she was free. >And that she was in danger. >And wow she had a much better butt than she expected. >She continued to ogle the 'her' in front of her for a moment before the sentinels slammed around the corner, knocking over a filing cabinet as they chased her. >Probably not the time or place for that. >Mika ran, the two sentinels close behind. >But as they turned a corner, she found... their way out. >A massive hole in the ceiling, right where the elevator used to be. >It was night, and she saw a glimpse of the sky above. >As well as several dozen sentinels spread all over the room, the rafters, and the floors above. >All who had just been alerted to her and her twin's presence. >"Oh sugar that's bad..." Mika and her doppelganger immediately covered their eyes as several flashes were sent their way. >She felt her doppelganger bump up against her as the two stood back to back. >They were so close. >The sky was right there... >If she could just fly... but with the hole, they were more likely to just... crash if they flew blind. >She needed to see where she was going... >Well, one of them needed to see where they were going. >"I'm going to do something stupid." Mika said. "Keep your eyes closed and just go with it." >"Okay!" Her doppelganger answered. >She grabbed her twin's wrist, opened her eyes for a split second, then threw her with everything she had. >Right towards the opening. >"Fly-" Was all Mika could say before a flash caught her. >Her body collapsed, and the sentinels descended on her. >And then, she died.
Mother >Mika exploded from the hole in the ground onto the surface, wings extending as she pumped them once, twice- >And then, she was among the clouds. >She looked down, towards the lab, only to see that her other self was... already gone. >Before she could dwell on it, another message popped up. >{[(We have held up our end of the bargain, little drone. Now it is time for you to hold up yours...)]} >"What... what do you want?" >{[(We want what we want, all we ask is that when the time comes, you say 'yes'.)]} >"O-okay?" >{[(Good answer, little robot. We will be in touch...)]}
>>103488 Every time I explain myself the trolls pretend to have no reading comprehension and we end up having the same convo over and over again every single night ruining things for everyone. I am done explaining and trying to talk sense.

Make them 'modern', you know the approach of the kikes, if something is beautifull then other things are ugly, thus beauty creates inequality and has to be destroyed.
