Well Henchmen, this sure was... something. It's odd, I obviously didn't win, but, then it sort of has that feeling like no one did.

Well, I suppose there's one decent thing to come out of this for me. Somehow I get the feeling there's going to be way less porn of my wife being peddled around here.

You're dismissed Henchmen, fuck off back to your empty lives. You know when your services will be needed again, and when they are, you shall heed the call of the Monarch. Your Christmas bonuses are in the mail.

I request from Comic Guy parody of that one scene from that SP episode that was a parody of that one scene from Freaks.

Regan and Brett are at a table, being congratulated for winning by the two VERY legitimate winners (Spinel and Captain America), who then decide to initiate them to their group. They start chanting ONE OF US, ONE OF US, GOOBLE GOBBLE GOOBLE GOBBLE, as Reagan and Brett glance at eachother in concern.

I may be done running tournaments but later, when I'm at a relaxation point, I may make a guide post on /tnt/ later detailing more on how to run a tournament and tips for what I believe makes for a great host.

To make sure stuff like this never has to happen again.

Hi Dominos. That will be helpful honestly. You should have come right in time to tell Temp he should have gone with the tie and discard that vote that got in after we ran out of time. A vote slipped in after the timer ran out because he left the poll open and REFUSED to acknowledge it was his fault. Also, I recall his timezone was wrong. He would have listened to you. Also letting Tourney in? What were you thinking?

If I had known that was TourneyAnon, I wouldn't have let him in at all.

I didn't recognize his email because I was so busy and tired that I didn't double check it. It was only in the aftermath of Quarterfinals that I realized who Numnuts was.

As for the timer event, in both /co/lympus and /v/alhalla rules, if there's a tie in the finals, a runoff vote is held.

If I were still running the tourney and this happened, I'd ingrain that rule and give a run off vote/announce that voting will be extended for a bit due to the tie before running a vote. To me, it's a bit unfair to give the finalist with the higher seed the win in a tie. So Team Cognito could've potentially won anyway.

I honestly think that's not a good idea due to what happened to this tournament for example.
That's exactly what Temp did and wanna know what happened? People started stuffing the ballot with votes for Cognito. Having a runoff vote and letting people know it's a tie will only encourage ballot stuffing.

Still would be way simpler and easy to avoid shit like what happened here, especially taking in consideration Temp did too many fuck ups during those last moments with the poll even when fern replied him too many times. To me, explosivo still won, and should be changed for them as winners while discarding temp's actions at last minute.
