Just for this board, image duplicates are enabled and the bump limits are set extra high. Roleplaying is encouraged, unless event hosts ask otherwise.

2022 genuinely had some of the best campaigns i've ever seen and i want those characters to do well next year but i know they're gonna get smoked because of rigging accusations

Shirley is basically on the same level of persona non grata as Captain America right now but I wonder who will have the better chances between Brisby and Nicole. On one hand Nicole was "revealed" to have only been rigged for one round whereas Brisby was said to have been rigged the entire time, but then Brisby was also largely seen as the most sympathetic rigged character since she had the most genuine and vocal support, plus she and her movie are still looked upon warmly. There'll probably be some controversy following them into next year but I'd be happy to see either of them get a redemption arc so to say.

Honestly the furrigging was so bad that furries just basically died this year. I wouldn't be surprised if there's never gonna be another anthro in the Elite 8 ever again.

I've said this already, Nicole and Shirley weren't the only rigged characters and Brisby weren't even actually confirmed rigged back in 2022. People only keep bringing these three up because they made E8.

I still love 2021 where everyone massively went hard with spite and dragging down everyone until all the heavyhitters were gone and people all stopped at once and went "oh shit" and scrambled when we got to the final four and all we had was Boop, Bellum and two Hilda girls.
