I was fully expecting to lose to Mac since he had a good campaign going, but I guess I got a little too creative with my OC. Although the win was indeed by a hair thanks to the match itself being indecisive among anons, I still feel a little weird winning by just two votes. As strange as it is, the show must go on, I suppose. Not Shane is still a funny character that I'll still support but I would be content if Wright wins this round

It has been fun. All I have to say left is thanks for the fun, Kiyotaka for 5th, Kiyotaka for the King bracket, and Kiyotaka. I probably tried way too hard last thread with how much OC I did over the course of 24 hours with little breaks inbetween. I was literally the only person here during some hours. I definitely overdid it and probably turned some people away. Kiyotaka is a man of majority rules so I understand. Him making it to Elite Eight after failing to make the King bracket last year and losing in round 2 of Co-op was a dream come true and it helped clear the bit of bad taste I had after losing all but two mains in round 1 of this event. I'll probably be a bit more of a lurker for the rest of the tournament, maybe finish up some OC ideas I didn't get to do or goodbye OC. As for who I want to win now, I don't know. My backup was going to be Little Mac but 2 votes, wow. Maybe Wright because of how many Elite Eights he has made. As for /v/illains, expect to see Louie from Pikmin and Porky from Mother a lot as well as a bit of Fang the Sniper assuming he can survive the 3 rule with his return. That's all.

Now listen son, I know what you’re thinking: you’re feeling down after Not Shane has outgunned you by a hair last round. Although he’s indeed a great fighter in his own right, I’ve warned you ahead of time that these tournaments were wildly different from the WVBA championships. While you should always stick to your guns, some people just aren’t comfortable donning the boxing gloves to make it fair game. Don’t let that resentment get to you, Mac, you simply had a fantastic career out of this tournament. After all, reaching the Elite means you’ll always be the champ in my book, just ask the Championship belts back at the Bronx, and this Elite has been the best I’ve seen yet! You’re already a hero on the inside and outside of the ring, so there’s no need for another golden plaque telling you what you already know. You’ve done Uncle Doc proud by making a great impact in the Heroes of /v/ tournament, and that’s something we should all strive for.

That all said, you’re not out of this tournament yet! While you may have your road to 1st place reach a dead end and you can’t compete next year, you still have a shot at taking the top spot in the bottom Elite. The second half of the Elite consists of 5th to 8th place, and there are three other champs that just missed the mark on the semifinals. While the Final Four are busy punching their way for 1st, this is the second-best thing to have your eyes on. Work your way through this round and you’ll still go out on top in a way.

This is something I never thought I’d say in my lifetime, but let’s take Little Mac all the way to 5th place! Let’s go down in history, son!
