Bowser is the real loser here. He's just a potential man who hasn't had a really good run since 2019. Yeah, Peach also hasn't done the best after that year, but she also made Elite Eight along a lot of proven powerhouses.

Yes, he barely made it in the same year the remake of his game happened. Some Genofag was posting on here and Queen with "make a wish posts", yet disappeared shortly after Geno actually made it onto the bracket. The long arguments over how Mario spin-offs should be counted right after qualifiers ended might have scared him away. Geno and Mallow also did well the following Co-op, but lost to Master Hand and Crazy Hand after they ended up being silent picks.
