Kinda doubt that to be honest. Rusty gave literally the same alibi that Neo did back in /tv/, word for word, and that was distinctly different from the backstory Neo gave everyone as Tripfaganon. Almost like Rusty was purposely trying to be a lazy imitation of the other fag. And you'd think if Neo were trying to act like someone completely different, he wouldn't nominate a past persona as his "cohost". Seems pretty retarded even for Neo :^)
