Considering it was a 90+% blowout finale for a contest considered made for them, the realitive closeness of earlier rounds namely

Are Eds the biggest anti-underdogs in tourney history? I think they beat out Goth Chicks for largest overall win percentage winners ever. on top of that:
>#1 seed
>long expected specifically to dominate this tourney
>had vocal support
>largest finale stomp ever
>no one at all surprised at the results
I know you got Spinel, Fang, and Garland their respective winning years, but even they didn't Eds winning margins.

This was the one case where I'd unitonically say yes, such a comment wouldn't merely be a falseflag (again though I'm not complaining, Edboys are legit the most fitting winner we maybe ever had).
Question is who'd have won if the Edboys weren't around? I think it'd have come down to Warners vs. Cabelleros in semifinals, either of them beating Coast to Coast.

I think the tournament was okay. Couldn't call it top tier cause the activity was low, but I guess that's given this tourney wasn't even gonna happen and was basically impromptu and following very shortly after a very weird controversial tourney had happened.
