Do you have any particular predictions on who's gonna make it in the bracket, and how far will they go?
>A couple of characters voiced by Ed Asner are gonna show up in the bracket (Seeing how people were getting Muriel far this year, it's not unlikely to see Carl from Up or Cosgrove from Freakazoid going far, at least into Sweet Sixteen), and out of the two, Carl seems the most likely character be the Silent Majority's champion: people are still fond of UP, and combined to the people who want to honor Ed Asner, would make him the more obvious candidate.
>Donald this year will either hit big or gets killed off quickly, no in-between: This is either to the people who want to see the Duck Matchup and people who are sick to hear about that, the latter will probably try push Donald to the victory or at least into Elite Eight to spite the people who want to see the Duck Matchup, and those who look forward to that will definitely push for Donald's elimination and hope for 2022. In either cases, if Donald loses to someone, that someone is gonna be a strong contender. I think Donald is the equivalent of Frankie Foster for Mr./co/: Someone who beats them is going to be pretty strong, although unlike with Frankie, they don't really go to the top, or in this year's case, on the podium (JJJ in 2018, who got into Elite Eight; Joker in 2019 who, while he lost to Skeletor, he lost his chance to get into the Elite Eight for 1 vote, not exactly an easy victory for Skeletor; and Tom in 2020 who won)
>I doubt that Genndy characters will be spitevoted out this year, after what happened with Ms./co/, I believe people will cool it down with that, at least a little.
>Omni-Man will get into the bracket at the very least (RP from Ms./co/, Invincible getting more notoriety, he has had more fans recently)
>Koko, Bimbo, Superman and Popeye could get a boost this year: Due to Betty winning Ms./co/, people would try to pair her up with another Golden Age character, especially from the Fleischer associations (Koko and Bimbo in particular due to the shared history they have with her), although out of the 4, Popeye has the bigger chances, since Koko and Bimbo are too obscure for many still, and Superman, while he was an Elite Eight member and the top seed in 2018, he never made it to the brackets in 2020 (he had 50 votes or something), while Popeye got into every Mr./co/, regardless of how far he made it every year.

Maybe in the Qualifiers bracket, but I doubt that they'll get very far, as from what I've seen, anons don't want a character from the same franchise/series as Ms /co/ or a previous winner winning.

You thinking of voting for someone this year for Mr. /co/
Well look no further than Jack from Jack in the Box
He first appeared as a cartoon in his commercials similar to Wendy so he is able to get in
Not only that but he stars in one the funniest commercials for a fast food company
They are still going even to this day
He even went to war with Martha Stewart
He's a family man, a ceo, and all around a great guy that you could have a beer with and even get his value meal for less than five dollars.
Check him out and make sure to vote for him

Ok well I'd be willing to try and give this a shot if this new guy isn't competent and Stats doesn't show, but it'll be very barebones compared to previous years since obviously I've never done anything like this before. Like I said before I'm out of town right now but I could probably manage it (obviously I'm hoping Stats will come back), but I cannot be around to post late night threads.

If you guys don't think this is a good idea I won't push it and try to nab the tournament back, I'm just offering my services however I can.

Dominos Anon here.

If Stats Anon doesn't show up by 5-6 PM EST tomorrow and the new guy(s) continue in either trying to get the tournaments banned or have clearly no clue what the fuck they're doing, I can be of assistance to anyone who wants to try their hand at hosting, regardless if they go for Qualifiers or just start the thing over. [spoiler] Personally I'd rather not due to real life stuff happening but I'd also rather not have these tournaments ruined forever because of a few dipshits and a guy gone missing.

While I still really hope Stats Anon comes back, I'm pissed at him for not showing up. If he was experiencing a delay, was busy with work or class on this day, or he just didn't feel like hosting anymore, he should've at least COMMUNICATED that in some way. I know he's communicated on plus4chan and on /co/ before tournaments started in the past. Maybe he has a good reason for this, like getting into a car crash or got so injured he had to go to the hospital. But until we get an explanation for why he's so late, I'm remaining grouchy.
No.1944
Anonymous
If stats ever comes back we need him to make a handbook on hosting so any reasonably non-retarded person can pick up hosting duties at any time without having to learn how to do it from scratch. A lot of it can be learned by observation, but some behind-the-scenes stuff remains undisclosed. I've heard he uses a script to do the qualifier results, which makes sense with how he organizes the nominations, we just don't have access to it, if it exists. I imagine after the hectic first 3 days, though, it's just a matter of posting threads, watching the polls for fuckery, and organizing the results and new polls.

Deathwatch Announcer here
So it seems I've been banned again
Mods seem to be cracking down on everyone for these tournaments.
I'm most likely going to be banned again once the next round gets under way, so I'm gonna stop the announcing for the rest of this tournament.
I'll be back for queen and king /v/ because those mods and janitors are more lenient compared to /co/ mods and janitors
If the tag team happens here on plus4chan then I'll try to announce for that. But I hope that it will be on main line /co/. Try to get it on main /co/.
So thank you all for having me in the tournaments for this year. I'm gonna try to work on some OC for next year's Mrs. and Mr. /co/. Something that won't get the janitors panties in a twist. And also something that seems less like spam.
So for now, goodbye!

You get told to wait for the thread to archive. The board gets two spam threads before it archives.
After it archives we post the real one and jannie decides to do a half ass job and deletes the real one.

So, how would you rank these past tournaments depending on both your personal enjoyment through the whole thing and strongest Elite Eight?
For me, it's:
>Ms. /co/ 2020
>Mr. /co/ 2021
>Mr. /co/ 2019
>Ms. /co/ 2018
>Mr. /co/ 2020

There were a couple tournaments I didn't catch all of or even totally missed because I didn't know the date, but of the ones I've participated in, based on personal enjoyment:
>Ms. 2020
>Mr. 2020
>Mr. 2021
>Ms. 2019
>Mr. 2018
>Ms. 2021

That's based on personal enjoyment. I liked 2020 best overall. The Ms. competition was fierce with good Elite 8 picks all around, and if you could stomach the RP in Mr. it was actually pretty entertaining at times. It was definitely overkill and overshadowed the tournament, but as a one-time experience I enjoyed it.
